00:02:30.320If you don't want to get vaccinated, that's your choice.
00:02:33.820But don't think you can get on a plane or a train beside vaccinated people.
00:02:38.380i'm really sorry to do that to you i really am it just makes me so damn mad and back then you
00:02:45.620might remember canada had all kinds of money well actually we didn't but we had a 300 billion
00:02:51.900dollar deficit during the covid years to make sure you were compliant to make sure you were
00:02:57.060tracked to make sure you were traced to make sure you dirty canadians were doing what you were told
00:03:02.480now when it comes to people who come here the liberal government has led into the country
00:03:06.760They have no idea where they are, and they haven't got enough money.
00:03:11.440Canada's Immigration Department is not keeping up with the demand for investigations into fraudulent student visa holders.
00:03:18.420That's according to an audit by Canada's Auditor General that found over 150,000 cases were flagged from 2023 to 2024.
00:03:27.180Only 4,000 investigations were launched into that activity.
00:03:30.900Among those, only 1,600 were marked as inconclusive because the student in question stopped responding.
00:03:37.960Here is what the minister had to say ahead of QP today.
00:03:41.360So we will be centralizing the investigation.
00:03:44.680We will be streamlining anyone that is flagged.
00:03:49.300We will be doing more reporting and we will be information sharing with CBSA
00:03:54.900essay of any students that are not compliant or that are not currently students here to tell us
00:04:02.980more is auditor general karen hogan thanks for coming on nice to see you thanks for inviting me
00:04:07.380so your report raises some serious questions i think about the international student program
00:04:11.620perhaps the most troubling aspect of it for me is that the department may be turning or may have
00:04:17.540turned a blind eye to fraud you identified 800 cases of outright fraud and the department you
00:04:24.020found did not consider acting in any of those instances what does that say about how ottawa
00:04:30.260is handling this file i think the first thing i'd want to say is that the department actually
00:04:35.620identified those 800 cases and then did not consider doing anything about it and that's why
00:04:41.380one of the the most concerning findings is how they're not acting on the information that they
00:04:46.580have i would have expected here that they would have put a flag on a file or cancelled a permit
00:04:52.260or done something so that when these individuals may apply for other permits
00:04:55.960that they would apply some rigor at that point.
00:04:59.540But what we found is the majority of those 800 went on to apply for another permit
00:05:03.240and about 50% of them have been approved since.
00:05:07.260And there could be potentially more cases of fraud
00:05:09.520because we know that, let's focus on another number, 150,000.
00:05:13.360That's how many students were flagged by their schools
00:05:16.740as potentially being non-compliant with some of the student permit conditions.
00:05:22.260The department you found investigated fewer than 4,000 of those more than 150,000 students.
00:05:29.260You know, that kind of seems to me like a free-for-all situation, right?
00:05:33.260There's not really a lot of oversight going on here in terms of folks who may be not fulfilling some of the conditions they have to meet.
00:05:40.260How would you characterize the oversight in those cases?
00:05:43.260So again, it's one of those cases of not acting on the information that they had.
00:05:47.260had so i think here the department told us that because of budget constraints they could only
00:05:51.980investigate two thousand a year this it's just so ridiculous this government is so incompetent
00:05:59.580oh but you elbows up people carney's going to be doing something about it no he's not
00:06:04.380we'll get to that in just a moment and i'm going to make a prediction of what's coming down the line
00:06:09.740i'm going to make a prediction and you're not going to like it so this look at this story here
00:06:14.700from the national post this is the same story let's read a little bit of this now this is lena
00:06:19.420diav the minister of immigration refugees and citizenship she should be fired just like the
00:06:24.620whole liberal government should be fired we had that chance last april 28th but folks we didn't
00:06:29.180get rid of them they should all be gone they're incompetent boobs anyway here's the story the
00:06:34.380department only has funding to investigate 2 000 cases annually hundreds of billions of dollars
00:06:39.580during COVID. They're able to make apps, track you, trace you, put you in quarantine, spend all
00:06:45.420that money, but they can't find people who are in the country illegally and won't leave. Of the
00:06:50.220investigations the department did conduct, the report said the department took limited action
00:06:54.680in confirming non-compliance beyond contacting the student for more information. So it's quite
00:06:59.420obvious to me that this department hasn't got enough people to do investigations to get these
00:07:05.160freaking people out of the country. Let's read a little bit more. Immigration Minister Lena Diab
00:07:10.080said she welcomed the report and committed to centralizing investigations. When asked why the
00:07:15.760department has such little capacity to investigate fraud, the immigration minister did not provide
00:07:21.180any details. She also did not provide the number of personnel assigned to investigate the program's
00:07:25.820non-compliant and fraudulent cases in her department, which employs over 11,000 people.
00:07:32.84011 000 people in her department and they haven't got enough money and they haven't got enough
00:07:43.260people to track all these illegals who are in our country but it even gets worse
00:07:48.480because and just stay tuned because i'm i know what's coming and you're not going to like it
00:07:55.660we haven't got there yet i'm making a prediction here then we've got this why are liberals expanding
00:08:01.560temporary foreign worker program i mean honestly do you remember when mark carney said this
00:08:10.940in the house of commons the increase in costs in this program uh referenced in the opposition
00:08:16.440motion is a result of the increase in applicants for that program now what has this government done
00:08:24.760this government has taken back control of immigration this government has reduced uh the
00:08:29.180number of temporary workers in this country by 50 percent it's almost like they're doing this
00:08:39.800on purpose you know let's go back to the lily story because there's some stuff in here probably
00:08:44.560didn't know i didn't know either how the liberals have made this so much easier for people to come
00:08:49.260here under the temporary foreign worker program let's go back over here this is in the toronto
00:08:53.740sun link in the description on the same day that statistics canada revealed a higher unemployment
00:08:58.720rate of 6.7% and a youth unemployment rate of 14.1%, the Kearney government made it easier for
00:09:05.120some employers to hire temporary foreign workers. On March 13th, the latest Labour Force survey
00:09:10.680showed that Canada had lost 108,000 full-time jobs and that over the past year had added more
00:09:16.960than 30,000 people to the unemployment line. Still, Labour Minister Patty Hajdu announced
00:09:21.660that employers would be allowed to increase the allowable share of low-wage temporary foreign
00:09:26.960workers from 10% to 15% of their workforce in eligible rural regions. We've heard that Tim
00:09:32.820Hortons and A&W lobbied the government for more of this because they don't have to pay these people
00:09:37.760as much as they're paying Canadian citizens. But listen to this. I didn't know this. This will
00:09:42.140stun you. I didn't know. Liberals to blame. That worsening unemployment rate for young people,
00:09:47.200currently 16.3% unemployment for 15 to 24 year olds in Ontario and 14.6% in Alberta,
00:09:54.280can be traced back to bad policy decisions by the Liberals in 2022.
00:09:59.340As announced in April 2022, the Liberal government raised the cap on how many foreign workers could be employed in a business from 10% to 20%.
00:10:08.140However, for manufacturing, food and accommodations, hospitals and nursing homes, they raised it to 30%.
00:10:14.680They also got rid of the stipulation that if employment was above 6%, then temporary foreign worker approval would not be granted.
00:10:21.720later that same year in november of 2022 the liberals suspended regulations that stated foreign
00:10:27.840students could only work 20 hours a week they've made it easier and easier to bring people more
00:10:33.380people here and for them to work longer and they said they would stop this program or put a halt
00:10:38.680to bringing more people they're bringing more people here and they can't track the people who
00:10:42.080are here illegally we don't have the money we don't have the people this is total incompetence
00:10:46.640But I know it's coming. I know it's coming. History tells us what is coming.
00:10:53.340Wasn't very long ago, the Starmer government in England said these illegal people in the country,
00:10:59.440they were going to allow them to seek asylum. They're just going to let them stay in. Here's
00:11:03.360a brief little story on that. Prime Minister's spokesman has indicated that Labour will allow
00:11:07.620more than 100,000 illegal migrants to apply for asylum. Now, 90,000 of these were previously set
00:11:14.220to be removed under the previous government's Rwanda scheme. So this is where we're headed.
00:11:20.060This is what the Kearney government's going to eventually do. They're going to tell you that
00:11:23.960they can't find these people. They don't know where they are. It's easier to let them stay
00:11:27.520than to find them. And it'll be cheaper. So hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people
00:11:32.120will get permanent residency here. You'll say, well, Starmer's even further left than Kearney.
00:11:36.680There's no way that's going to happen here in Canada. Well, I have a memory beyond just a year
00:11:42.200or so ago. I do. I remember when this happened. Now, this is an article from 2010, but it's
00:11:46.940talking about Ronald Reagan, who was the president in the 1980s, a Reagan legacy amnesty for illegal
00:11:53.600immigrants from NPR. And here's just a little bit of that story. But the bill also made any
00:11:59.580immigrant who'd enter the country before 1982 eligible for amnesty, a word not usually associated
00:12:05.220with the father of modern conservatism. So we looked at the past with COVID, how they track
00:12:10.000you, how they trace you, how they have boundless amounts of money to do those things. We look at
00:12:14.520today and we see what's going on today where they have no money, they haven't got enough people
00:12:18.940to track people who are here illegally. And we look at the past, recent, and the past back about
00:12:24.62040 or so years on how these people will eventually get to stay. It infuriates me. Let me know what
00:12:30.460you think in the comments. If you like the video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel,
