00:05:08.280 those poll numbers high. Here's Polyev yesterday talking about the one thing that Mark Carney
00:05:14.920 should have done. We're a year into this, he was elected on the single promise that he would
00:05:22.000 negotiate a win with the U.S. And since that time, he's been losing, losing, losing. Double the
00:05:28.780 tariffs on steel and aluminum, triple the tariffs on lumber, broadening of tariffs out to other
00:05:34.080 products that weren't formally covered. And he's done nothing to stop it other than to wave the
00:05:38.660 white flag. This committee that he's created to talk about trade talks with the United States
00:05:43.900 is nothing new. He's got a major projects office. It's right here in Calgary. They've spent millions
00:05:48.480 of dollars since it was created last year and nothing really has been done. Back in November,
00:05:55.060 this was announced on CBC. It's a major pillar of the new Liberal government's vision for the
00:06:00.220 country. Mark Carney has announced seven major infrastructure projects to be fast-tracked for
00:06:04.900 approval in a multi-billion dollar energy and natural resource proposal that Ottawa hopes will
00:06:10.240 deliver a jolt to the tariff-hit Canadian economy. You can see what was in the top left-hand corner.
00:06:15.640 I put that in there five months ago. Have we heard anything about these things? Not at all. Lots of
00:06:20.960 talk, but no action at all. This is nothing new for Mark Carney, and it was quite evident back
00:06:27.880 five months ago that these projects, there was nothing new. And yet again today, instead of
00:06:34.620 getting things done, Mark Carney was standing up doing photo ops, announcing that he's going to
00:06:41.700 approve a bunch of projects that were already going to happen. One of them, the Cizan mime

00:06:57.120 government was going to make sure this project got underway within a year and that was back in
00:07:02.140 2017. Now today Mark Carney is re-announcing that same liberal promise. I've been thinking about
00:07:10.300 these projects lately but I haven't heard Mark Carney talking about it that much. You'd think
00:07:16.120 if they were successful, he would be. You'd think they'd be proud of it, but obviously nothing's
00:07:21.500 really happening. All talk and no action. He's done the same thing with housing. Instead of doing
00:07:27.620 something, you create an office, you talk about it, and then you just move along, much like this
