00:00:46.880 you are going to get some EU in your life, whether you like it or not. I think this is something Mark
00:00:52.920 Carney has been planning a long time. I've said it here on this channel. I think there's one thing
00:00:56.820 in particular that is really bad that we are going to get from this membership or whatever
00:01:03.460 they call it with the European Union. And it has been out there and Carney has been telegraphing

00:01:19.120 associate membership title for its closer alliance with Canada. The words associate
00:01:24.220 membership were removed from a joint statement expected to be released at this week's Canada
00:01:28.900 EU Summit, which is starting up today and running for the next couple of days with
00:01:32.600 von der Leyen in Montreal, according to a draft seen by CBC News. The draft statement now calls
00:01:38.880 for an even closer association. It says this deepening relationship, repeatedly dubbed an
00:01:43.380 alliance for the future, language previously used by Prime Minister Mark Carney, will be rooted in
00:01:48.960 a more active foreign and security policy partnership. Another source said some EU
00:01:53.920 countries opposed to the term associate member, particularly Germany, who called it a red line.

00:04:32.360 aluminum are not exempt from the carbon tariff, even with Canada's national price on carbon
00:04:37.640 and its decade-old trade deal with the European Union. The memo from Global Affairs Canada,
00:04:42.720 signed on December 10th, 2025, describes the CBAM as a border charge or effectively a carbon
00:04:48.880 tariff. This is what Mark Carney dearly wants. Now, this clip, I listened to it today. I've
00:04:56.860 heard it a dozen times before. This was a month and a few days before the election last year.
00:05:03.100 And I listened to it today and I went, oh my God, this guy had no plan to get a trade deal with the
00:05:09.200 United States of America because this is where he wants to lead Canada along this global warming,
00:05:14.500 climate change, CBAM, carbon border adjustment mechanism path. This is what he truly wants.
00:05:20.520 Who's Mark Carney again? Answer at the end. He says in here, the people with whom we are more
00:05:27.180 likely to trade with. Now, I downloaded this clip March 22nd, 2025, one month and several days
00:05:32.840 before the election. At that time, who was Canada most likely to trade with? Now, if you're anybody
00:05:39.180 who has any brain in your head, you would say the United States of America. Not according to Mark
00:05:43.480 Carney. He's already planning CBAM a month before the election last year. Very short clip with
00:05:50.240 Rosemary Barton. It's a big bad world out there. The people with whom we are more likely to trade
00:05:56.040 with, now that our closest trading partner is attacking us, cares about carbon emission
00:06:01.440 reductions. You look at the European Union, look at the major... He's talking about CBAM. Once again,

00:06:12.700 now that our closest trading partner is attacking us. And at that point, he was being touted as the
00:06:18.300 best person to make a deal with Donald Trump, and he was saying it himself. And here we are 18
00:06:23.940 months later, no trade deal. He's about to put his plan into action with the European Union
00:06:29.260 very soon. This is his plan. I think he's been wanting to do this all along. Who's Mark Carney
00:06:34.120 again? If you still haven't caught on, we'll get to it in just a moment. Here's me talking in July,
00:06:41.380 July 23rd on this channel about Mark Carney discussing this in January of 2025 when he was
00:06:48.640 just running to be the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. If a country is shipping something into
00:06:53.120 this country, Canada, it doesn't live up to Mark Carney's standards when it comes to carbon dioxide
00:06:58.160 tariff or tax on those goods which end up getting passed down to you. And we know the United States
00:07:04.620 does not do this. Mark Carney loves it. Here he is talking back in January. Third thing we're going
00:07:10.400 to do is to ensure that there's fair competition for our companies, and that we penalize high
00:07:18.620 polluting foreign imports. So we're going to develop a carbon border adjustment mechanism.
00:07:23.620 What that does is promote jobs here at home. It prevents carbon leakage abroad.
00:07:31.040 And it aligns Canada with our allies who are still engaged in the fight against climate change.
00:07:38.840 That's the European Union. That's why he's been over in the European Union so much,
00:07:43.280 talking to his friends. He feels comfortable with them, and he hasn't been talking to Donald Trump.

00:09:29.700 adjustment mechanism. And from what I understand, this would put a 25% tariff on Canadian steel,
00:09:34.800 aluminum, and other products. If we do this deal with the European Union and we have a CBAM
00:09:39.860 with them, none of this would be necessary if we had a trade deal with the United States of
00:09:45.860 America right now, our biggest trading partner. Now, let me answer the question,
00:09:50.720 who is Mark Carney? If you haven't already caught on, this is Mark Carney.
00:09:54.560 he's Mr. Net Zero. This is what he has been all about for a very long time. And he's been hiding
00:10:07.000 in plain view, trying to tell us we're going to get pipelines to the West Coast, cutting the
00:10:12.500 carbon tax just as he was becoming prime minister, but now jacking up an industrial carbon tax.
00:10:19.000 These carbon border adjustment mechanisms will be on top of industrial carbon taxes we
00:10:24.520 have in this country, which is going to end up costing you. When somebody tells you who they are,
