Summary

00:00:26.940 for alleged discrimination after the physician referred her to a high-risk birth center during her pregnancy.
00:00:35.740 Lindbergh accuses Dr. Rick Mentz of treating her with disrespect on the basic of a disability.
00:00:42.720 She's obese, namely her fatness.
00:00:45.980 She must prove at the hearing that her weight constitutes a disability under the Human Rights Code.
00:00:51.880 By the way, a BMI of 46 is considered extreme obesity.
00:00:58.460 Now imagine the chilling effect of this on doctors if she should happen to win in the Human Rights Tribunal.

00:02:49.760 He's a far-left MLA in the Saskatchewan legislature with two 12-year-old transgendered boys.
