00:00:00.000 Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel. Great to have you along today. It is Thursday,
00:00:07.360 January the 15th, 9.05 Panama time. Obviously, I'm here in my hotel room, raining a little
00:00:13.420 bit outside right now. We are in a rainforest, lovely start to the day, nice and warm here
00:00:17.760 with the big blue mug of coffee, enjoying my stay in Panama. I want to talk a little
00:00:22.740 bit about Canada, some articles that popped up earlier today and in relation to Alberta
00:00:27.700 as well. I was just sitting having some breakfast early this morning. I actually got a little
00:00:32.540 extra sleep last night. That's why I didn't put a video up this morning. But I was reading
00:00:36.280 about some of the things that are going on right now when it comes to Mark Carney and Canada
00:00:40.480 and some of the things, the fallout from yesterday with Legault saying goodbye in Quebec. So that's
00:00:47.280 going to be interesting as well, which got me thinking about, well, the state of Canada
00:00:51.120 right now. Just starting here in Alberta, we've had massive turnouts for petition signing
00:00:55.720 here in Alberta. Small towns with thousands of signers. I'm talking places like Eckville
00:01:00.680 here in Alberta. 1,600 people signed a petition last night. This movement is growing here.
00:01:05.280 Meanwhile, you've got tolerant Canadians trying to stop the movement by calling people here
00:01:11.420 who want a better life, traitors, and threatening us. I saw Unacceptable Fringe tweet out actually
00:01:17.140 to Elon Musk, which I retweeted, a certain guy online who's putting up nooses and saying
00:01:22.280 this is the fate of people who want independence here in Alberta, which is a threat, which is
00:01:27.200 against the policy of X. We'll have to see where that goes. Meanwhile, tolerant Canadians
00:01:31.860 again, thinking they can convince Alberta to stay by insulting the Western way, which is
00:01:37.480 a great way of life, I might add, being somebody from Ontario. They call us hicks. They call us
00:01:42.360 rednecks. They call us mouth breathers and other things. Keep it up. It drives more people
00:01:46.480 to support the independence way because we're very proud to be Western out here. Ignorant
00:01:51.720 Canadians suggesting investment will run if Alberta leaves. Let me just give you a little
00:01:56.960 bit of information here. Investment has run from Alberta already to the tune of half a trillion
00:02:01.640 dollars because of Canada and liberal policies. We seem to think that if we leave, we lower taxes
00:02:07.380 for businesses and people. We'll be beating off investors with a stick when independence comes.
00:02:12.920 Meanwhile, you've got Carney in China because he can't secure a deal with Trump. He doesn't
00:02:18.100 want to secure the deal with Trump because it's his golden ticket to easy votes by, I hate
00:02:23.240 to say it, ignorant voters. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but that's what it is. Carney
00:02:27.480 needs a crisis. As Carney closes up with Xi, how much of Canada will he give away to make
00:02:33.760 it look like he's a strong, capable leader? Because I'm already hearing about some deals that
00:02:37.820 are coming and Xi will take advantage of Carney's weak position right now when it comes to our
00:02:42.780 relationship with the United States. And he's also pissing off our biggest trading partner
00:02:48.420 as he cozies up to Xi. This will not make Donald Trump and the United States happy. Meanwhile,
00:02:52.440 Trump says he doesn't need Canadian products. Things aren't going well right now, folks.
00:02:57.200 Now, Carney's now trying to negotiate a deal just within the last couple of days. I did a little
00:03:01.040 bit on this one yesterday, trying to make a deal with First Nations in British Columbia with an
00:03:05.640 illegitimate group funded by American environmental groups. We know this. I'm sure Carney knows this,
00:03:12.120 but it doesn't matter. It's all a show. Carney's word salad comes out after the meeting with the
00:03:17.260 word salad. You know, we're just on the first steps of making a deal here. Meanwhile, the illegitimate
00:03:22.980 groups walk out and all they say is no. So no deal. So another Carney negotiating fail of Trump deal
00:03:30.540 proportions. Okay. So as the independence movement gained steam here in Alberta, Quebec now has a new
00:03:36.080 leadership campaign with the resignation of Legault. Quebec separation just got a huge boost as far as
00:03:41.960 I'm concerned. Remember, there's three provinces right now actively talking about independence. How
00:03:46.940 are things really going in Canada? Paul Plamondon's Parti Québécois has been riding high in the polls
00:03:52.600 for two years and they're riding hard on separation. Remember 95? This close, this close to them leaving.
00:04:00.420 So expect the election in the fall to be dominated by it. And a lot of talk during the leadership
00:04:04.720 campaign to replace Legault to be dominated by leaving Canada. Meanwhile, in Saskatchewan,
00:04:11.240 just a little east of where I live, the independence movement is growing there as well.
00:04:14.800 We're trying to help them out, meaning Alberta. So here's where it goes, folks. Alberta leaves first,
00:04:20.000 Quebec second, Saskatchewan third. What say you? Three out of 10 provinces could be gone within a couple
00:04:26.280 of years. Think about changing a country. It could change real fast before you know it. And do you
00:04:31.640 remember, ask yourself this question, do you remember what the election was about?
00:04:37.680 Think about it. It was about food prices. It was about housing prices and availability. It was about
00:04:43.800 too much immigration. It was about high taxes. It was about cost of living. Has anything gotten better?
00:04:50.400 Do you realize that tomorrow will mark, January 16th, mark the day, one year anniversary that Mark Carney
00:04:59.160 announced he was going to run for the leadership of the Liberal Party? Do you realize that? Has
00:05:04.300 anything gotten better since he became the leader, since he won the election on April 28th? No.
00:05:09.860 Things are going to hell, folks, really fast. And nothing has gotten better. That's what the election
00:05:17.140 was about. And how has your life improved? Based on just these things, there are probably more. How
00:05:22.460 is Liberal Canada doing for you right now with Mark Carney as the leader? Be honest. Don't you think
00:05:27.980 it can do better? Thanks for watching. I appreciate it. If you like the video, give it a thumbs up.

00:05:37.600 interesting interview with Dr. Dennis Modry from Stay Free, Alberta. We're going to talk about the
00:05:43.280 things that are going on right now. And some of the things I mentioned in this video, particularly
00:05:47.420 how people are, well, people are starting to realize this independence movement is real here
00:05:53.360 in Alberta. And over the next few days, I'll try to keep the videos coming. But I may be, you know,
00:05:59.020 every other day or so, because after all, I am on vacation. Thanks so much for watching. I do
00:06:04.260 appreciate it. Thanks for supporting the channel. If you like the video, give it a thumbs up. Subscribe to
