00:00:39.260 this country. And I know you're going to choose one thing, but I've seen four, maybe four and a
00:00:44.580 half different things that allow Mark Carney to wash his hands of any responsibility. Not my fault this
00:00:50.520 is happening. It's because of this. And again, it's either planned, which would be brilliant,
00:00:57.320 or it's blind luck that this has worked out in their favor. The problem is there's lots of
00:01:02.800 people who voted for the liberals that would continue to vote for the liberals today. So
00:01:05.940 I'm reading the story this morning that got me thinking about this. And it's this story. It's
00:01:10.080 about Stellantis. This is in Ontario. Stellantis backtracks on plans to build a Jeep model in
00:01:16.040 Ontario shifts to U.S. Stellantis announced Tuesday it will invest $13 billion U.S. over the next four
00:01:23.460 years to expand its manufacturing capacity in the U.S., a move that will take production of one model
00:01:29.140 out of Ontario, raising concern about Canadian jobs. Okay, so jobs have been lost in the automotive
00:01:34.940 industry in Ontario, continuing to be lost in the automotive industry in Ontario. And Carney follows it
00:01:40.900 up with this. Now, this is on X. Canada's new government will always be there for Canadian
00:01:45.980 auto workers. My statement on Stellantis' production plan. So he goes on here to blame Donald Trump.
00:01:53.180 Now, that's the first thing that allows Carney and the Liberal government to wash their hands of any
00:01:58.620 responsibility for anything in the country. But that's just the first thing. And it's a big thing.

00:02:09.820 he's going to do to help Canadian autoworkers. First off, he's calling it a $5 billion strategic
00:02:14.740 response fund. That is welfare. It's another welfare program. Instead of these people having
00:02:20.880 jobs to go to, the government's going to put $5 billion in to bail them out. And God love the
00:02:27.020 autoworkers, but this is government incompetence. But this kind of stuff is going to be used to justify
00:02:33.020 what's coming up on November 4th. And that's the budget. And we'll give Carney and the Liberals cover
00:02:39.620 to not accept any responsibility at all. So the first thing, like I said, is Donald Trump. So
00:02:45.740 that's the first thing that came up. They used Donald Trump and hatred of Donald Trump to get
00:02:50.600 elected. Because no one in their right mind would ever vote for the Liberal Party after the 10 years
00:02:57.080 of continued decline here in Canada. But they did because they hated Donald Trump. It's given the
00:03:02.520 Liberals cover for everything. And as I say over and over again, they need Donald Trump.
00:03:07.920 And here's the thing. If the entire auto industry in Ontario disappeared, it would have more people
00:03:15.960 voting for the Liberal Party than ever because of Donald Trump. It's their number one reason
00:03:20.260 for justification for the decline of Canada. People would continue to vote Liberal, never
00:03:26.540 underestimate the stupidity of the electorate. And it will allow Carney to use the Trump card
00:03:32.280 to justify anything when things go awry in this country. Now, the second thing is why we can't
00:03:38.580 have nice things in this country. Carney began the groundwork to not get things done in this country,
00:03:47.960 the things he doesn't really like, months ago. And when things don't get done, he doesn't have to
00:03:54.440 accept any responsibility for it. Because he just had to say one word over and over and over again.

00:04:44.320 David Eby comes out against the pipeline. Carney hardly says a thing. Eby says the province doesn't want it.

00:05:02.860 here is, if you have bad laws in the country that are getting in the way, what do you do? You create another law.

00:05:17.380 but it's now been seven months since Danielle Smith first said, the next prime minister and
00:05:24.580 government of this country has to get rid of these laws in order for us to get our natural resources
00:05:29.460 out of the ground and get it to new markets. And of course, she's talking about Alberta and our oil
00:05:34.620 and gas industry. But did those laws go away? No. We're talking about Bill C-69 and C-48, the anti-pipeline
00:05:41.240 law, the tanker ban. They're still there. And all Carney had to do was say, let's get rid of these laws and
00:05:46.620 we can get stuff done. But instead, to shield himself from any criticism because of those laws,
00:05:51.400 what does he do? He creates a new law called Bill C-5. So, now he's in control of what gets built.
00:05:57.900 And he decides what are major projects in this country. And he gets to slowly bring out these
00:06:03.540 different projects looking like he's getting something done when he really isn't getting
00:06:07.340 anything done at all. And when people criticize him about Bill C-69 and C-48, he says, oh, but look,
00:06:12.920 we've got Bill C-5. And just a reminder, the conservatives voted in favor of this again.
00:06:17.320 Now, let me ask you, the next thing is kind of a half thing, which ties in with this thing.
00:06:21.420 But if you were a company, say an oil company, would you want to invest in this country?
00:06:29.280 So, what's the next thing, Carney? Either again, on purpose or just by blind luck, has allowed him to
00:06:36.100 just accept no responsibility for things not getting done in this country, for the inaction of his
00:06:41.240 government, for the incompetence of his government? What's the next thing? Well, the next thing is,
00:06:46.040 we've got Bill C-69, we've got Bill C-48. So, as David Eby is so often saying, there's no pipeline.
00:06:53.960 The province of BC, the Premier of BC, is not a threat to the pipeline project of the Premier of
00:07:01.020 Alberta, because there is no pipeline project. For the pipeline project that Premier Smith is a
00:07:06.120 great enthusiast of, a heavy oil pipeline project. There is no project, there is no proponent,
00:07:11.240 there is no private sector money involved at all that I'm aware of.
00:07:15.780 There isn't currently a proponent of a pipeline, a private sector proponent of a pipeline.
