00:01:51.740 couple of years ago because rent became far too expensive in British Columbia. We had her come stay
00:01:56.500 with us for a while and we encouraged her to come move to Calgary because rent was cheaper. And over
00:02:01.120 the last couple of years, the rent prices have gone up. And we were expecting her to move back in
00:02:06.220 with us for a few months until we found her a cheaper apartment. She got a call yesterday
00:02:10.380 from her landlord. They say she's a great tenant and rental prices have come down and she doesn't
00:02:16.740 have to move out of her apartment. And we were on the phone with her yesterday and she was crying
00:02:21.520 because she wanted to stay in her house. She's 90 years old, very, very capable of taking care of
00:02:27.280 herself. So good news there. That's good news. It's nice to hear things like that. Now, what's the bad?

00:04:04.100 capital budgeting framework that will see the budget split between capital and operating expenses so
00:04:11.040 the liberals can claim to balance one side of the ledger while racking up record-setting deficits on
00:04:16.400 the other. Ottawa says that capital investment will be defined broadly as any government expense or tax
00:04:22.460 expenditure that contributes to public or private sector capital formation held directly on the
00:04:27.560 government's balance sheet or on that of a private sector entity, indigenous community, or another
00:04:33.080 level of government. The operating budget will include day-to-day operating spending, such as
00:04:38.160 transfers to persons, health and social transfers, and the costs of running government operations and
00:04:42.880 services, including salaries and benefits. Basically, anything else, including capital transfers to other
00:04:48.280 levels of government, corporate tax incentives, private sector R&D grants, corporate subsidies,
00:04:53.300 and measures to increase the housing supply will be reframed as investments and downplayed by
00:04:58.760 officials. They are lying to you, and they've been setting this up for months. And again, the sad part of
00:05:03.380 this is the fact that people are going to buy this, the people who vote liberal. This is investment,
