00:03:07.160 In spring, Mayor Gondek said that, you know,

00:03:11.420 being Canadian means never having to own a home

00:03:16.440 But it gives you so much freedom if you don't own a home.

00:03:21.060 And I presume she meant freedom from economic opportunity,
