00:00:00.000 On Wednesday, September 20th, the One Million March for Children took place across Canada,
00:00:06.920 with the latter being a multi-faith and multi-ethnic protest for greater parental consent in schools
00:00:14.300 and against the teaching of gender ideology to children.
00:00:19.020 The marches saw thousands from coast to coast, including in Ottawa, the capital of Canada,
00:00:24.400 and I decided to go down there and to talk to some people and ask them why they were attending this march.
00:00:31.120 So what brings you here to the Million Person March?
00:00:34.800 It's been very upsetting how schools have been teaching the ideology of the LGBT community.
00:00:46.380 Having said that, it doesn't mean that we are against the LGBT community.
00:00:50.780 We support their rights. We believe in the freedom of everyone to express themselves and live the way they want.
00:00:58.240 What we are here against is teaching the ideology of the LGBT in schools.

00:01:06.760 You have your freedom of practice, of life, but please don't impose it on me
00:01:14.060 and do not turn schools to a place where certain agendas get dictated on children.

00:03:23.980 Do you think this is kind of like the silent majority kind of waking up and just saying not we're anti-anything.
