Juno News - The UN’s latest attack on Canada’s energy sector (Ft. Marc Morano)

00:00:00.000 Welcome to Canada's Most Irreverent Talk Show.

00:00:05.240 This is The Andrew Lawton Show, brought to you by True North.

00:00:12.460 We're going to talk about this in a bit more detail,

00:00:14.660 but I first wanted to bring in Mark Morano,

00:00:16.580 who has gone into the belly of the beast once again.

00:00:19.340 He was in Dubai at COP28.

00:00:22.040 We had him on last year when he was at what he termed

00:00:24.300 the Sharm El Shakedown in Egypt.

00:00:26.360 Mark, good to talk to you. Thanks for coming on today.

00:00:28.500 Thank you, Andrew. Happy to be here.

00:00:31.060 I'm finally back from Dubai,

00:00:32.720 one of the greatest cities I've ever visited, by the way.

00:00:35.620 Yeah, so last year you rode in on the camel

00:00:38.300 at what you dubbed the Sharm El Shakedown in Egypt.

00:00:41.540 Today, this time it was Dubai.

00:00:44.580 What's been the overarching theme of it?

00:00:47.160 What was the flavor of the conference this year?

00:00:50.000 It was, I would say, delusion, insanity,

00:00:53.440 and a complete lack of any basis in grounded reality.

00:00:56.860 So that was the theme.

00:00:57.800 And what I mean by that is they literally are demanding

00:01:01.720 everyone, and including the final text,

00:01:04.340 say that we need to phase out fossil fuels for the world. 1.00

00:01:07.620 They are literally believing their own bullshit. 0.99

00:01:11.840 They're believing that solar and wind 1.00

00:01:14.100 are going to replace fossil fuels,

00:01:15.740 and they need to formally enshrine it now

00:01:18.440 in the United Nations climate agreements.

00:01:21.060 It got so bad that the president of the COP

00:01:23.400 pushed back on this with the former president of Ireland,

00:01:26.500 and Mary Robinson.

00:01:27.900 And he said, of course, there's no science to support that.

00:01:30.260 And he was right.

00:01:30.960 The UN's own documents from ClimateGate.

00:01:33.660 Phil Jones, the lead UN scientist,

00:01:35.340 admitted that the whole net zero, 1.5 degree,

00:01:38.180 2 degrees Celsius temperature goals

00:01:39.680 were pulled from thin air.

00:01:41.220 They're just political goals.

00:01:42.380 But they want to make it sound

00:01:44.100 as though they're apocalyptic scientific predictions.

00:01:47.900 He had to back down from his predictions.

00:01:49.740 Saudi Arabia, if you want to know

00:01:51.300 who the hero of this conference was,

00:01:53.100 Saudi Arabia is the one who said,

00:01:55.020 this is just delusional.

00:01:56.200 We're not going along with this.

00:01:58.300 Guess who was doubling down

00:01:59.540 and pushing us to this renewable,

00:02:01.520 replacing fossil fuel?

00:02:03.160 China.

00:02:04.040 China at this conference literally said,

00:02:07.380 literally doubled down

00:02:08.620 and wanted to make sure

00:02:09.620 that the United States relied more on China

00:02:12.960 because China was the one pushing us. 0.67

00:02:15.260 If they get us off more and more fossil fuels

00:02:17.460 and more on renewables,

00:02:18.560 guess what?

00:02:18.940 It makes us the once free West

00:02:20.580 more and more dependent on China,

00:02:23.100 which essentially has a monopoly now,

00:02:25.220 either through China

00:02:26.140 and through their African subsidiaries

00:02:28.340 with the underage kids

00:02:29.320 and poor human rights

00:02:30.140 and low environmental standards,

00:02:31.920 all the mining.

00:02:32.960 So that was the theme.

00:02:34.540 It's literally the end of fossil fuels.

00:02:36.660 And then, of course,

00:02:37.140 the secondary themes included things

00:02:38.820 like our vice president,

00:02:40.080 Kamala Harris,

00:02:40.680 showing up and pledging $3 billion

00:02:43.780 plus to the UN Climate Slush Fund.

00:02:46.900 And guess what?

00:02:47.820 This money,

00:02:49.320 guess who the highest attending delegations

00:02:51.120 are historically?

00:02:52.380 African nations,

00:02:53.740 South American nations,

00:02:54.600 the poorest nations

00:02:55.560 are in high attendance

00:02:56.820 at these conferences.

00:02:57.800 Why would that be,

00:02:58.660 you may ask?

00:02:59.640 Very simple.

00:03:00.780 They are out there 1.00

00:03:01.960 to suck at the teat 1.00

00:03:03.380 of the United Nations. 0.99

00:03:05.020 And here's the thing.

00:03:05.880 I talked to a development actor

00:03:07.060 as Leon Lowe in South Africa

00:03:08.480 at a previous UN Climate Summit.

00:03:10.440 He said this will money,

00:03:11.920 will go to the country's leaders

00:03:13.820 who are best able

00:03:14.960 to keep their citizens

00:03:15.920 locked in poverty.

00:03:17.060 So if you're a socialist dictator,

00:03:18.880 authoritarian in Africa,

00:03:20.620 you are now going to be getting

00:03:22.220 the most UN cash,

00:03:23.640 more than other leaders,

00:03:24.600 because you can keep

00:03:25.980 your citizens locked in poverty.

00:03:27.560 Aside from that,

00:03:28.520 even the Financial Times

00:03:29.800 thought this was going too far.

00:03:31.440 They had an entire feature article

00:03:33.400 during the Dubai UN Climate Summit

00:03:35.300 about how Western carbon offset companies

00:03:39.160 to assuage us,

00:03:40.500 the white liberal,

00:03:41.140 not liberal,

00:03:41.840 but the white guilt association

00:03:43.220 and the wealthy nations

00:03:44.360 was buying up sometimes

00:03:45.980 25% of land

00:03:47.560 in African nation

00:03:48.840 after African nation 0.95

00:03:50.060 to literally set it aside

00:03:51.780 so they can't develop it

00:03:52.980 so white liberals

00:03:54.100 can feel good about themselves

00:03:55.660 in other countries.

00:03:56.380 So we're doubly harming

00:03:58.100 development in African

00:03:59.900 and poor nations

00:04:00.660 in South America.

00:04:01.380 We're paying their leaders,

00:04:02.980 giving them the most money

00:04:03.920 to those who don't develop

00:04:05.360 and we're stopping them

00:04:07.220 from developing

00:04:07.860 by buying up massive carbon offsets

00:04:09.820 and sure,

00:04:10.300 it'll give a little bit of cash

00:04:11.360 to the country now,

00:04:12.340 but it's going to hurt them long term.

00:04:14.340 It's just insanity

00:04:15.240 from beginning to end.

00:04:16.360 Let me go back to that comment

00:04:18.280 you alluded to

00:04:19.020 by the president of COP.

00:04:20.540 This was Sultan Al-Jabbar,

00:04:22.460 I believe,

00:04:23.020 who comes out

00:04:24.240 representing the UAE

00:04:25.360 and says that,

00:04:26.580 oh yeah,

00:04:26.980 no,

00:04:27.200 there's no science,

00:04:28.020 it doesn't make sense,

00:04:28.920 this whole phase out

00:04:29.840 of oil and gas,

00:04:30.780 which is a very consistent position

00:04:33.260 with being the guy

00:04:35.400 who is tasked

00:04:36.960 with handling this file

00:04:37.980 on a very oil-rich nation.

00:04:39.840 Last year,

00:04:40.720 the conference was in Egypt.

00:04:42.420 Again,

00:04:42.700 Egypt is not a country 0.99

00:04:43.760 that is not making money

00:04:46.280 off of its oil reserves here.

00:04:47.920 I think it has like

00:04:48.420 the sixth largest in Africa

00:04:49.740 or something like that

00:04:50.880 and the UAE

00:04:51.880 and even larger supply.

00:04:53.160 So,

00:04:53.440 I mean,

00:04:53.940 these countries hosting

00:04:55.080 these summits

00:04:55.900 in the first place,

00:04:56.880 like,

00:04:57.220 is it just paying lip service?

00:04:58.880 Like,

00:04:59.180 are they even

00:05:00.000 true believers in this?

00:05:02.140 No,

00:05:02.480 no,

00:05:02.860 the way this works

00:05:03.720 is I've been to 18

00:05:05.140 out of the last 20

00:05:06.040 since 2014

00:05:07.160 and I've also been

00:05:08.100 to two UN Earth summits

00:05:09.520 but the way they do it,

00:05:11.100 they just pick countries

00:05:12.340 and they usually pick countries

00:05:13.620 that are hostile.

00:05:14.880 Now,

00:05:15.020 we've had it in Poland

00:05:16.060 three times.

00:05:17.140 You may ask,

00:05:17.680 why is Poland 0.92

00:05:18.460 hosting a UN climate summit

00:05:20.120 pretty relatively close together?

00:05:22.360 It's almost,

00:05:22.760 you know,

00:05:22.900 it was like 2008,

00:05:24.800 2013,

00:05:25.900 2017,

00:05:27.600 I can't remember the exact,

00:05:28.220 2018 or something

00:05:29.420 and the reason

00:05:30.700 they pick these countries

00:05:31.720 is they try to go

00:05:32.480 all around the world.

00:05:33.400 They're going to be going

00:05:33.820 to Australia,

00:05:34.460 they're going to be going

00:05:35.020 to India

00:05:35.560 but they try to pick countries

00:05:37.240 where they try to woo them in

00:05:38.980 so they want to give them business

00:05:40.540 but just hosting

00:05:41.920 a UN climate summit,

00:05:42.940 this was the largest ever.

00:05:44.440 It's 100,000 plus people

00:05:45.620 so first of all,

00:05:46.720 it's good PR

00:05:47.560 for the UN

00:05:48.540 to these countries.

00:05:49.460 It's a sort of payout

00:05:50.540 saying we're going to bring in

00:05:51.600 an unbelievable amount

00:05:52.980 of business.

00:05:53.480 They give 100,000.

00:05:53.880 Oh yeah,

00:05:54.180 well,

00:05:54.380 when they had it in Glasgow,

00:05:55.460 there was like,

00:05:55.760 there was not a single hotel room

00:05:57.060 available in the entirety

00:05:58.160 of Scotland that week.

00:05:59.540 It's the biggest thing going.

00:06:00.920 I mean,

00:06:01.040 I can't think of any other corporate,

00:06:02.900 World Economic Forum,

00:06:04.140 even I don't even think

00:06:04.740 the who is this.

00:06:05.520 This is probably

00:06:06.180 the largest international conference

00:06:08.000 that I'm aware of.

00:06:09.700 Anyway,

00:06:09.940 100,000 plus petitions,

00:06:11.120 this was a record.

00:06:12.340 So that's one thing

00:06:13.200 and then they bring in

00:06:14.460 all the people

00:06:15.860 and they sort of shame

00:06:16.780 the countries.

00:06:17.400 That's what they did

00:06:17.860 with Poland

00:06:18.460 and I went to,

00:06:19.760 you know,

00:06:20.000 went with Polish miners 0.99

00:06:21.380 and the Polish government

00:06:22.200 was never that happy

00:06:23.740 but they're always willing

00:06:24.540 to host them.

00:06:25.180 So they figured

00:06:25.620 they're having a dialogue.

00:06:27.020 So what happens here

00:06:27.820 is they've had it

00:06:28.380 in the Middle East

00:06:28.880 a couple of times.

00:06:29.580 They've had it in Qatar,

00:06:31.760 in Doha,

00:06:32.680 a couple of places,

00:06:33.980 a couple other locations

00:06:35.000 in the Middle East

00:06:35.700 and they're going there

00:06:37.380 because they want to highlight

00:06:38.760 that they can be part

00:06:40.160 of this UN Climate Summit

00:06:41.960 and a lot of times

00:06:42.900 the way they get

00:06:43.400 the developing world

00:06:44.240 is they're paying

00:06:45.140 their leaders to come.

00:06:46.820 The way they get

00:06:47.400 the developed world

00:06:48.880 and even the oil rich nations

00:06:50.300 is they're going to woo them in.

00:06:52.100 They're going to give them

00:06:52.700 a lot of money

00:06:53.400 in terms of all this business

00:06:54.700 and they're going to bring them

00:06:56.320 into the community of nations

00:06:57.240 and it works

00:06:57.860 because, you know,

00:06:58.900 Sultan al-Jabbar

00:07:00.120 literally did not want to fight.

00:07:02.180 Once he made his comments,

00:07:03.460 his spokesman immediately

00:07:04.500 backed down.

00:07:05.360 He backed down.

00:07:06.720 They're not interested.

00:07:07.680 They're interested

00:07:08.240 in the virtue signaling.

00:07:09.360 They may not follow through on it

00:07:11.240 with, you know,

00:07:12.300 even if they make a pledge,

00:07:13.340 they may not follow through

00:07:14.160 in action

00:07:14.600 but unfortunately,

00:07:15.840 they're still allowing

00:07:16.980 this fraudulent process to go.

00:07:18.960 What I think needs to happen,

00:07:20.720 we need a coalition.

00:07:21.660 I'd call it a Clexit.

00:07:23.080 You had the Brexit.

00:07:24.400 We need a climate exit

00:07:25.620 from the UN treaty.

00:07:26.520 We need countries

00:07:27.220 to band together

00:07:27.940 and just say,

00:07:28.920 hell no to net zero.

00:07:30.380 It's anti-human.

00:07:31.420 It's insane.

00:07:32.460 It's Soviet-style 0.82

00:07:33.360 central planning.

00:07:34.420 We're done.

00:07:35.220 We're not part of this anymore.

00:07:37.720 Donald Trump, of course,

00:07:38.600 tried it

00:07:39.020 but he did it tepidly.

00:07:39.980 He just withdrew us.

00:07:40.920 He didn't withdraw us

00:07:41.620 from the whole United Nations

00:07:42.560 climate process.

00:07:43.440 He didn't withdraw us

00:07:44.180 from funding the UN panel

00:07:46.140 and all that stuff.

00:07:47.120 We need actually Donald Trump

00:07:48.400 to triple down

00:07:49.260 and hopefully if he gets elected,

00:07:50.800 he will.

00:07:51.380 I don't know if he gets elected

00:07:52.320 but that's the problem.

00:07:53.640 So what's happened here

00:07:54.620 is all this virtue signaling

00:07:56.440 for decades

00:07:57.100 and the green agenda

00:07:57.820 they got away with

00:07:58.720 but now we're hitting

00:08:00.160 where the rubber hits the road.

00:08:01.900 Solar wind collapsing.

00:08:03.220 We have at least a dozen

00:08:04.280 offshore wind collapsing

00:08:05.880 in the US.

00:08:06.680 The EV mandates collapsing.

00:08:08.500 All the global automakers

00:08:09.880 saying no,

00:08:10.600 it's not working.

00:08:11.360 They're piling up on our lots.

00:08:12.540 We're not going to do it anymore.

00:08:13.880 You have the energy collapse

00:08:15.420 in Europe

00:08:16.000 hastened by the Russian war.

00:08:17.500 Now Israeli conflict.

00:08:19.340 All of this is just

00:08:20.300 they can't afford

00:08:21.240 the virtue signal anymore

00:08:22.460 but the UN knows how this works.

00:08:25.460 It's a campaign cause

00:08:26.400 so they doubled down

00:08:27.500 and face of all of this insanity

00:08:29.200 they wanted to phase out

00:08:30.820 of all fossil fuels.

00:08:32.180 And by the way,

00:08:32.640 I went to fashion shows there.

00:08:34.560 They had red carpet events,

00:08:36.100 sustainable clothing and fashion.

00:08:38.840 I asked the spokesman there

00:08:40.300 at the UN

00:08:40.760 with their keynote speaker

00:08:41.780 about the C40 Cities Report

00:08:44.180 sponsored by Google,

00:08:45.680 Ikea,

00:08:46.460 funded by Mayor Bloomberg

00:08:47.500 who was the chairman

00:08:48.280 about the limit

00:08:49.300 of three new items of clothing

00:08:50.700 per person per year by 2030.

00:08:53.240 And their answer is,

00:08:54.280 well, it depends.

00:08:55.500 If you're getting

00:08:55.940 synthetic clothing, yes.

00:08:57.560 If you're buying,

00:08:58.440 you know,

00:08:59.200 hemp made organic clothing

00:09:01.780 maybe from the skin

00:09:03.100 of a cockroach, 0.53

00:09:03.980 then yeah,

00:09:04.300 you can get more than three.

00:09:06.000 This was an insane conference.

00:09:07.740 They had children's events,

00:09:09.220 all the usual stuff

00:09:10.240 you would expect

00:09:10.900 but everything is just

00:09:12.160 so much more insane.

00:09:13.540 And the overriding theme,

00:09:14.660 by the way,

00:09:15.560 was this bypassing a democracy

00:09:17.380 because right before it,

00:09:18.780 the 200 medical journals

00:09:19.800 wanted to declare

00:09:20.540 climate a public health emergency.

00:09:23.520 The Biden administration

00:09:24.280 is being urged to do it.

00:09:25.640 What that would do

00:09:26.480 is take this even further

00:09:27.980 out of democracy

00:09:28.740 because remember,

00:09:29.220 we didn't vote

00:09:29.840 to ban gas-powered cars.

00:09:31.320 We didn't vote

00:09:31.920 to ban meat eating.

00:09:33.080 We didn't vote

00:09:33.480 to ban agriculture,

00:09:34.820 restrictions on

00:09:36.020 high-yield agriculture.

00:09:37.320 But it's all just happening

00:09:38.460 because of corporate government

00:09:39.360 collusion through edicts

00:09:40.580 and if they get

00:09:41.400 a climate emergency,

00:09:42.760 whether it's through the WHO

00:09:43.700 or whether it's even

00:09:44.760 in the United States,

00:09:45.900 it gives Biden

00:09:46.500 130 new executive powers.

00:09:48.260 NBC News actually said

00:09:49.600 it would give him

00:09:50.140 COVID-like powers

00:09:51.560 to measure what mayors

00:09:52.600 and governors had. 0.99

00:09:53.880 And he's a lame duck. 0.98

00:09:55.000 So this is always 0.99

00:09:56.020 a tool on the table.

00:09:56.780 Anyway,

00:09:57.020 that's what the UN wants.

00:09:58.220 It is,

00:09:58.580 I call it

00:09:59.000 the Great Reset Summit

00:10:00.040 because none of it

00:10:01.400 had to do with democracy.

00:10:02.840 All of it had to do

00:10:03.700 with rationing energy,

00:10:05.180 food,

00:10:05.660 transportation,

00:10:06.420 freedom of movement

00:10:07.040 so that they could be

00:10:08.460 more in charge.

00:10:09.740 And it was just nuts.

00:10:10.740 And you had King Charles there,

00:10:11.880 you had Al Gore,

00:10:12.640 you had John Kerry.

00:10:14.120 A funny stat.

00:10:15.980 On John Kerry though,

00:10:17.320 let me bring this up

00:10:18.420 because John Kerry

00:10:19.680 is an example

00:10:20.360 of how ideological

00:10:21.100 this all is.

00:10:22.420 And you see

00:10:22.860 the moving goalposts.

00:10:23.900 It used to be about emissions

00:10:25.420 and then it became

00:10:26.280 about temperature.

00:10:27.300 And now,

00:10:28.140 it's just about

00:10:28.960 phasing out fossil fuels.

00:10:30.340 So the reason

00:10:30.760 I bring up John Kerry,

00:10:32.140 here you have the oil

00:10:33.040 and gas sector

00:10:33.700 trying to meet them

00:10:34.340 halfway and say,

00:10:35.120 well,

00:10:35.220 we're going to invest

00:10:35.860 in carbon capture.

00:10:37.160 And John Kerry comes out,

00:10:38.080 oh no,

00:10:38.400 that carbon capture is nothing.

00:10:39.660 I think he called it

00:10:40.260 the great facade

00:10:41.080 because he just wants

00:10:42.720 the industry to be obliterated

00:10:44.500 and effectively outlawed.

00:10:46.720 He absolutely does.

00:10:48.440 John Kerry,

00:10:49.540 first of all,

00:10:50.020 his speech

00:10:50.700 here before the conference

00:10:52.300 was all about

00:10:53.440 shutting down

00:10:54.380 not only U.S. coal,

00:10:55.920 but we had the petition

00:10:56.700 to do the natural gas

00:10:58.140 by UN delegates

00:11:00.280 targeting the United States.

00:11:01.480 So they take away

00:11:02.420 coal and gas

00:11:03.320 and we're left literally

00:11:04.460 a whimpering nation

00:11:05.800 begging China 0.98

00:11:06.740 for what scraps,

00:11:07.680 begging Venezuela,

00:11:08.720 the Middle East.

00:11:09.900 John Kerry has no problem

00:11:10.920 with any of that

00:11:11.580 because in his mind,

00:11:12.780 ideological mind,

00:11:14.340 his legacy for the world

00:11:16.680 is going to be

00:11:17.740 saving the planet.

00:11:19.180 And he really thinks

00:11:20.520 that in order to do that,

00:11:21.780 you're going to make,

00:11:22.240 you're going to break

00:11:22.740 a lot of eggs

00:11:23.360 to make this beautiful

00:11:24.580 utopian omelet

00:11:25.780 of some kind of world.

00:11:27.100 And he's pushing that.

00:11:28.260 He's also pushing,

00:11:29.000 as you mentioned,

00:11:29.420 carbon capture and storage.

00:11:31.200 And the money going

00:11:32.160 into that is insane.

00:11:33.100 But here's the thing

00:11:33.760 that you have to understand.

00:11:35.700 The Inflation Reduction Act,

00:11:37.120 so-called in the United States,

00:11:38.620 was probably

00:11:39.300 the most evil genius bill

00:11:41.160 that we've ever seen

00:11:42.940 passed by the United States Congress,

00:11:44.560 certainly in the

00:11:45.200 green energy environment.

00:11:46.760 Unlike the President Obama's

00:11:48.680 green stimulus in 2009,

00:11:50.540 which was a boatload of money,

00:11:51.980 I think it was like

00:11:52.400 $70 billion,

00:11:53.420 it got dispersed

00:11:54.820 and then it sort of died out.

00:11:56.160 So you had a lot

00:11:56.680 of success stories

00:11:57.840 and then these companies

00:11:58.740 would go bankrupt

00:11:59.520 and disappear

00:12:00.260 and, you know,

00:12:00.820 Solandra, et cetera.

00:12:01.660 But the difference with this,

00:12:04.100 and here's the thing,

00:12:05.320 Politico has a whole article.

00:12:06.720 The European nations

00:12:07.740 want to model.

00:12:08.240 The difference with

00:12:08.840 the Inflation Reduction Act,

00:12:10.200 it bakes in for decades

00:12:12.460 green mandates,

00:12:14.040 subsidies,

00:12:14.700 regulations

00:12:15.220 that just keep kicking

00:12:16.380 and kicking

00:12:17.060 and kicking

00:12:17.720 and kicking.

00:12:18.520 So you're going to have

00:12:19.760 companies,

00:12:21.260 governors,

00:12:22.260 legislators,

00:12:23.440 states, 1.00

00:12:24.140 everyone just sucking 0.99

00:12:25.180 at that teat 0.99

00:12:25.840 for decades to come

00:12:27.020 on this money

00:12:27.660 that's going to be

00:12:28.200 completely reauthorized

00:12:29.560 and reauthorized,

00:12:30.340 reauthorized

00:12:30.760 and it makes

00:12:31.680 the green agenda

00:12:32.640 not go away

00:12:33.780 like we had

00:12:34.400 under Obama

00:12:35.000 once the money runs out

00:12:35.980 because the money

00:12:36.480 is designed

00:12:37.020 never to run out.

00:12:38.160 And this is what

00:12:38.800 The UN used

00:12:39.420 this wealth transfer

00:12:40.940 from the West

00:12:41.880 to the South

00:12:42.680 as being a feature

00:12:43.760 and not a bug

00:12:44.380 of this all.

00:12:44.940 Do they not?

00:12:45.420 Yeah, Otto Edenhofer

00:12:47.880 who years ago said

00:12:49.120 this was not about

00:12:50.060 environmental policy.

00:12:51.100 This was about

00:12:51.520 redistributing wealth

00:12:52.600 by climate policy.

00:12:54.020 This has nothing to do

00:12:55.180 with environmental policy.

00:12:56.200 I mean, he was very explicit.

00:12:57.980 The whole IPCC basis

00:12:59.320 and the climate treaty basis,

00:13:01.120 this is not about

00:13:02.080 environment at all.

00:13:04.040 It's about creating

00:13:05.160 what they see

00:13:05.860 as equity in the world.

00:13:08.220 And unfortunately,

00:13:09.480 even though I would say

00:13:10.680 climate skeptics,

00:13:11.820 if you will,

00:13:12.280 are winning,

00:13:12.780 we just had a Nobel Prize

00:13:13.880 winning scientist,

00:13:14.540 Dr. John Clouser

00:13:15.440 who won the Nobel last year,

00:13:16.740 come out and say climate

00:13:17.780 basically is a,

00:13:19.420 he didn't see the word hoax,

00:13:20.760 but he said basically

00:13:21.580 it was pseudoscience

00:13:22.760 and it was nonsense

00:13:23.520 and he went on.

00:13:24.360 And the Washington Post

00:13:25.280 actually featured it.

00:13:26.840 You know,

00:13:27.080 Nobel winner

00:13:28.120 dissents on climate.

00:13:29.640 I mean,

00:13:29.780 I bet the reporter

00:13:30.460 and editor

00:13:30.900 who allowed that article

00:13:32.380 to go to with that headline

00:13:33.480 has lost their job

00:13:34.440 or been demoted.

00:13:35.580 But none of that matters

00:13:36.880 because they now

00:13:38.640 post March 2020

00:13:40.080 know the game plan forward

00:13:42.260 and the game plan forward

00:13:43.220 is not about

00:13:43.880 public opinion.

00:13:44.740 They could care less

00:13:45.380 that recent public polling

00:13:46.460 and at least in the U.S.

00:13:47.440 is showing skepticism

00:13:48.380 and reaching new heights.

00:13:49.740 People don't trust

00:13:50.400 the institutions.

00:13:51.460 They could care less

00:13:52.260 about what people

00:13:52.960 don't trust,

00:13:53.780 whether it's public health now

00:13:54.900 or the climate agencies

00:13:55.840 because they have their model.

00:13:57.780 They're going to bypass democracy. 0.99

00:13:59.240 They have corporate

00:13:59.780 government collusion.

00:14:00.920 We now have banks

00:14:01.900 who are joining up

00:14:03.240 saying they're not going

00:14:03.780 to give car loans

00:14:04.680 to people who want to buy

00:14:05.540 gas powered cars

00:14:06.700 in working in collusion

00:14:08.580 with the ESG,

00:14:09.740 with the BlackRock,

00:14:10.720 with the United Nations

00:14:11.720 and the World Economic Forum.

00:14:13.400 And so we are citizens

00:14:14.720 facing perhaps something

00:14:16.340 we haven't ever faced

00:14:17.600 this nakedly.

00:14:18.340 They are just doubling down

00:14:19.580 on raw power

00:14:20.580 and bypassing a democracy

00:14:22.000 with corporate government

00:14:23.000 collusion.

00:14:23.900 And that's what this UN conference

00:14:25.220 was celebrating.

00:14:26.280 That's why if you watched it,

00:14:27.500 you were just like,

00:14:28.020 this is insane.

00:14:28.920 They're talking about

00:14:29.420 phasing out fossil fuels.

00:14:31.060 They're talking about

00:14:31.800 billions here.

00:14:32.660 They're talking about

00:14:33.260 Soviet style central planning

00:14:35.200 for decades into the future

00:14:36.520 with all this net zero.

00:14:37.560 I mean, again,

00:14:38.480 regulations on every aspect

00:14:39.740 of your life

00:14:40.400 down to how many clothes

00:14:41.560 you can buy,

00:14:42.180 to the cars,

00:14:43.000 to your thermostat,

00:14:44.040 to your diets.

00:14:45.540 The World Economic Forum

00:14:46.740 was there.

00:14:47.020 The World Health Organization

00:14:47.980 was there.

00:14:48.340 It's just incredible.

00:14:49.380 And by the way,

00:14:49.700 one little note

00:14:50.400 is the British Foreign Secretary,

00:14:52.740 Richie Rich,

00:14:53.540 as Mark Stein calls him,

00:14:55.420 Richie Sunak,

00:14:56.400 and King Charles

00:14:57.240 all flew on three separate

00:14:59.140 private jets

00:14:59.820 to the conference.

00:15:00.420 But it's okay

00:15:01.060 because they're important.

00:15:02.460 The same conference,

00:15:03.440 by the way,

00:15:03.860 which CNN coincided

00:15:05.160 in an article,

00:15:05.780 literally CNN travel article,

00:15:08.700 and I have it as my headline

00:15:09.640 at Climate Depot,

00:15:10.880 carbon passports

00:15:12.040 are the thing of the future

00:15:14.140 for travel.

00:15:15.120 They're talking about

00:15:15.800 massive restrictions

00:15:16.860 on international travel

00:15:18.520 when we need carbon passports limits.

00:15:20.420 When you hit your max,

00:15:21.240 you can't travel.

00:15:22.060 We have activists saying

00:15:22.940 under declared climate emergency,

00:15:24.460 you can't just fly

00:15:25.380 whenever you want.

00:15:26.100 It has to be,

00:15:26.760 quote, morally justified.

00:15:28.100 This was all the sentiment

00:15:29.660 at this UN conference.

00:15:31.660 They have like the diplomatic passport

00:15:33.320 equivalent of the carbon passport.

00:15:34.900 On theirs,

00:15:35.520 it's very much a different rule.

00:15:37.600 They have a higher limit

00:15:38.400 or no limit at all.

00:15:39.540 Well, you did great work there.

00:15:40.560 Glad you made it out alive.

00:15:41.900 Mark Morano,

00:15:42.720 you can check out his work

00:15:43.760 over at climatedepot.com.

00:15:45.240 Thanks so much, Mark.

00:15:46.460 Thank you.

00:15:46.900 And we also did a protest,

00:15:48.180 which you can go to Climate Depot

00:15:49.260 and see.

00:15:49.780 We did a just say no style protest.

00:15:51.740 We blocked traffic

00:15:52.600 and we said no to net zero

00:15:54.280 and no to meat bans.

00:15:55.920 Did you destroy any priceless art?

00:15:57.880 No, we didn't.

00:15:59.120 Okay.

00:15:59.600 All right.

00:15:59.920 Well, you have some standards

00:16:00.980 unlike the other folks

00:16:02.320 you're up against.

00:16:03.180 Mark, thanks very much.

00:16:04.040 Thank you, Andrew.

00:16:04.880 Appreciate it.
