Justin Trudeau is touring the country, trying to be more of a rock star than a Prime Minister, as he takes his town hall, his literal roadshow, across the country to talk to Canadians about the issues. Yes, our fearless Prime Minister is rolling up his sleeves, for optics, not for the hard work. He asks Canadians to ask him what's on their minds, and he gives them a candid, honest, and frank answer.

00:00:00.240 Justin Trudeau is once again touring the country, trying to be more of a rock star than a Prime Minister,
00:00:05.980 as he takes his town hall, his literal roadshow, across the country to talk to Canadians about the issues.
00:00:12.980 Yes, our fearless Prime Minister is rolling up his sleeves, for optics, not for the hard work, of course,
00:00:19.380 to ask Canadians to ask him what's on their minds, and he gives them, of course, a candid, honest, and frank answer.
00:00:27.300 Well, maybe not. You know, the roadshow is off to a bit of a rocky start so far.
00:00:32.580 He was booed for avoiding a very clear and a very good question about what he meant
00:00:37.680 when he talked about the gender impacts of construction workers.
00:00:41.820 And in this particular case, he just responded by giving this meandering answer
00:00:46.320 that didn't even deal with the crux of what the female questioner, 0.99
00:00:50.940 who works herself in the construction industry, asked about.
00:00:53.720 And then we had another town hall faux pas, where someone dared to ask Justin Trudeau
00:01:00.020 what his response is to the murder of Marissa Shen, killed by a migrant.
00:01:06.680 And in this particular case, Trudeau said he doesn't think it's worth talking about,
00:01:11.340 that he doesn't think it's helpful to talk about the impact that his immigration plan,
00:01:16.720 or lack thereof, is having on community safety.
00:01:19.840 So what we have here is Justin Trudeau going around the country for one reason and one reason alone,
00:01:24.860 and that is to quite literally be about all talk and no action.
00:01:29.060 You see, Justin Trudeau talking about the issues is just another example of how he's not dealing with the issues.
00:01:35.620 I would much rather have a pipeline that crosses the country than Justin Trudeau's apologetics crossing the country.
00:01:42.740 Where's the pipeline?
00:01:44.680 Where's the balanced budget?
00:01:46.380 Where's the genuine legalization of marijuana?
00:01:49.660 Where's the reform of democracy?
00:01:52.340 Where are all of these things that Justin Trudeau has promised but not delivered on? 0.81
00:01:57.540 You see, Justin Trudeau is a phony.
00:01:59.340 He came in saying that he was going to shake up Ottawa 0.80
00:02:01.540 and has become just like what he claimed he opposed.
00:02:05.160 Except the Prime Minister that he replaced actually had a track record.
00:02:08.300 Not everyone agreed with what Stephen Harper did, but no one said that Stephen Harper didn't do anything.
00:02:13.780 Trudeau, at the end of this term in office, is looking back and wondering,
00:02:17.740 or should be at least, what he's done to pass the time.
00:02:21.520 But these town halls are very dangerous
00:02:23.380 because Justin Trudeau is actually trying to set the record straight on his own terms.
00:02:28.280 He's trying to craft his own narrative.
00:02:30.160 And with a media that is unfailing in how it is uncritical of him,
00:02:34.880 it's the media that amplifies Trudeau's message,
00:02:37.580 which is that everything is going well, that I'm a man of the people,
00:02:40.820 and that Canada is in a great place.
00:02:44.340 Well, Canada, contrary to Trudeau's proclamations, is not back.
00:02:48.320 Canada is failing in a number of key areas.
00:02:50.960 Canada has not made a mark on the international stage the way Justin Trudeau wanted to.
00:02:55.560 And all Trudeau can do is talk.
00:02:58.540 Talk, talk, talk.
00:02:59.440 And this is what we're going to see, I think, in the next nine months
00:03:02.320 between now and this year's federal election.
00:03:05.340 Trudeau continuing to tell Canadians he's doing all these things,
00:03:08.600 hoping they won't notice that he hasn't actually done them.
00:03:12.540 And it doesn't take a town hall to figure that out.
00:03:14.940 Thank you.
00:03:19.920 And...
00:03:21.940 Thank you.
00:03:23.880 Thank you.
00:03:26.280 Tradition.
00:03:33.100 transit.
