Juno News - Trump WINS bigly followed by media MELTDOWN and leftist TEARS

00:00:00.000 No, no, no, no. Why, why, why? Why? Why? Why? Do you really hate me that bad? Oh, man.

00:00:14.720 Well, my prediction was correct. Donald Trump has won the presidency for a second time.

00:00:21.300 He will be the 45th and the 47th president of the United States of America. Last night,

00:00:28.780 Trump won the popular vote. He also won five of the seven swing states, including Michigan,

00:00:34.880 Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. As of midday today, we still did not

00:00:42.420 have the results for Arizona and Nevada, as votes were still being counted in some cases.

00:00:49.120 Make of that what you will. Now, I didn't make the same mistake I made in 2016. I didn't go to bed

00:00:56.940 early this time. Instead, I stayed up late into the night as results rolled in and finally got to

00:01:04.400 witness the epic media meltdown and leftist tears. We've compiled the best moments of the night for

00:01:11.680 you today. Joining me today to discuss is True North columnist Sue Ann Levy. I'm Rachel Parker,

00:01:17.740 and this is Rachel in the Republic. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to Rachel in the Republic. I'm your

00:01:32.420 host, Rachel Parker. What an exciting day it is for all of us. After starting this show a few months

00:01:39.720 back, we finally made it to the day that has been the moment of hours and hours of discussions

00:01:45.640 throughout the past few weeks. We finally know the results of the U.S. presidential election. I am

00:01:51.720 so glad of the results, but also that it was such a decisive victory last night and that we're not

00:01:58.060 going to be battling it out in Pennsylvania as votes are counted and for the days and weeks to come,

00:02:03.320 and there's not going to be knife fights of legal battles, but that we can have a concise and a strong

00:02:09.840 victory for the Republicans. So joining me today is Sue Ann. Sue Ann, we were texting a little

00:02:15.640 bit yesterday. I'm wondering, what did you end up watching last night? Which stream were you

00:02:20.520 following along with as the results rolled in? Fox News, of course. I've been following them all

00:02:25.700 through the election. Became rather obsessed with following them. It's always so hard to pick. I find

00:02:32.240 that at the beginning of the evening, I always tend to just flip around between all the streams,

00:02:36.740 not sure which one I should land on. I started out on Daily Wire, did a little bit of Megyn Kelly,

00:02:41.620 and then I finally landed on Charlie Kirk's stream. Typically, I do really like the Daily

00:02:46.580 Wire's commentary on U.S. politics. Last night, I found that it was a bit more of social commentary

00:02:52.520 on the issues of the election, and I was really just looking for commentary on the polling, what

00:02:57.520 the latest numbers were. So I felt like, you know, Charlie Kirk did a good job of that. But sometimes

00:03:01.720 when you're looking at more establishment media like Fox News, I find their graphic game can be a

00:03:08.320 little bit better. And certainly on election night is the one night where graphics, I think, really help

00:03:13.140 advance the story and the information that you're trying to consume as a viewer.

00:03:19.560 Yeah, they did actually a really good comparison of the votes in the various locations

00:03:24.980 compared to 2016 and 2020, and where Kamala had fallen off, where Trump had improved, where he had

00:03:34.840 fallen off. And what was interesting, Rachel, is my wife and I are about to drive to Florida,

00:03:40.360 and they were talking about different places that we actually go through. So I could relate to

00:03:45.520 some of those locations as they were talking about the vote coming in.

00:03:51.000 Yeah, it's funny that you mentioned that. Of course, I used to live in southern Ontario myself

00:03:54.520 as well, and we always holidayed in Florida. It's really like the best spot for Ontarians,

00:03:59.120 because it's so close. It's a really short flight, and it's also only like an 18-hour drive,

00:04:03.440 depending where in Ontario you live. So I can probably relate to some of those as well as

00:04:07.840 you're driving down. What's the name of the main highway that takes you basically all the way down

00:04:11.800 into Florida, driving through a lot of major swing states? You know, you're going through

00:04:15.300 Pennsylvania, you're going through the Carolinas, and then you ultimately end up in Florida, which

00:04:19.240 a few years ago, I think, was considered a pretty big swing state at play. But now it seems to be

00:04:24.280 firmly in the Republican camp under Donald Trump.

00:04:27.760 Totally. We go through seven states. We go through New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia,

00:04:34.020 Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and then finally Florida.

00:04:41.500 Yeah, so you probably have a really good feel of those places. It's nice to always actually be able

00:04:45.400 to be like, oh, I've been there. I know a little bit about that region. You know, even if it's just

00:04:48.820 that I stopped and I used the restroom and I had a hamburger at the McDonald's on my way down to

00:04:53.200 Florida. But yeah, I really enjoyed last night having all those independent media options to

00:04:58.400 kind of flip through. I think that it's pretty amazing just in the last couple of years,

00:05:02.960 we've seen such a surge in independent media. Now there's so many options that I even posted

00:05:07.300 online. I was like, oh, what's everyone watching tonight? And it seemed like everyone had a different

00:05:12.020 answer, but a lot of it was either Fox or independent media. I think we can actually accredit a lot of that

00:05:17.640 to Donald Trump, his push against the mainstream media. A lot of people are saying now basically

00:05:23.060 last night was their final death blow because, you know, they were once again wrong about another

00:05:27.780 election. So I think this is really going to be, Trump said yesterday, you know, this is going to be

00:05:32.680 a time for America to flourish and to prosper. And I think we can definitely say that we're going to

00:05:39.140 see the same for independent media in the United States. Yeah. You know, it's interesting because I also

00:05:45.380 would refer to the pollsters because I've covered so many elections here in Canada. And this was really

00:05:52.460 the first time I got in depth into really into the US election. But, you know, the pollsters always get

00:05:59.220 it wrong. And I think often, you know, in this case, the days leading up to the election in the weeks,

00:06:06.000 like what about that Iowa poll? Leading up to the election, I think they said they were neck and neck

00:06:11.280 just so that they could encourage people to get off their duffs and go vote for Kamala. You know,

00:06:17.040 it's it's incredibly manipulative as well. You can skew poll samples any way you want. And obviously,

00:06:23.720 they did in many, many cases like the Iowa poll.

00:06:28.500 Yeah, I tend to have a really like of pollsters for the very specific reason that they tend to voice and

00:06:36.360 pretend like they have a lot of bravado. For example, just if at home, if you were to go online

00:06:41.640 when a poll came out that you didn't really agree with, and you were to accuse a pollster of being

00:06:46.100 wrong, if you were to question their methodology that was used to get those results, if you were

00:06:52.020 to say that their poll was biased in favor of a certain political party, and you were someone with

00:06:57.040 a bit of a following, maybe someone with a bit of prominence, they would threaten to sue you pretty

00:07:01.220 much immediately, and try to get you to delete that tweet. It's interesting how they're never

00:07:06.320 really just willing to stand behind the work instead of to get instead of anytime they're

00:07:10.640 reporting, their polling is being challenged, instead of being like, Hmm, why don't we let the

00:07:15.080 results speak for themselves on election night? They Oh, we're going to sue you into silence. How

00:07:19.420 dare you say that about me? And then the election night rolls around. And it turns that well, everyone

00:07:23.640 was right. And their polls were completely wrong. And they're totally bogus and garbage. And that's

00:07:27.900 probably why you know, they they they seek to silence people who criticize them. It is really

00:07:32.100 become quite a slimy industry in years to come. So as I said, in my opening, you know, 2016, I went

00:07:39.300 to bed too early. I actually went to bed thinking that Hillary Clinton has won, you might remember

00:07:44.460 sort of infamously, everything sort of started to flip when Trump won Florida, if I'm not mistaken.

00:07:50.160 And so I woke up the next morning, and Trump had won. And I was like, Whoa, like, I totally

00:07:53.980 missed this, you know, wasn't following along with any of the media meltdown. It's all

00:07:57.860 obviously a ton of fun to watch it back. But it's so so much fun to watch it while it's

00:08:04.460 happening live. And so I wanted to compile some of the moments of the night. So and I

00:08:08.560 know that we were both looking out for this last night, we have kind of two segments for

00:08:12.820 you guys today, we have the leftist tears. And then we also have the media meltdown. So

00:08:18.980 we're going to start by playing a compilation of some of the craziest leftist tears. I said

00:08:24.800 online today, I said, I think that maybe this Trump 2024 victory could be finally the catalyst

00:08:30.740 that we need to begin studying this phenomena of young people posting videos of themselves

00:08:36.880 melting down, crying and screaming online, because it's bizarre and unhealthy behavior.

00:08:45.400 I don't cry very much. I cry maybe like two or three times a year.

00:08:49.840 But mortified if someone even had a picture or a video of me crying, let alone for me to go out of

00:08:55.660 my way video myself crying, and then post it online. That is a bizarre behavior. So we have some of the

00:09:02.860 craziest ones paid. I want you to pay attention to and later on after the compilation, tell me which

00:09:07.640 one was your favorite and why. So take a look at these crazy leftist tears from that started last night

00:09:13.840 and are trickled into this morning. And I'm sure we'll continue to see more of these videos in in the

00:09:18.480 following week. 0.99

00:09:19.240 I can't believe Trump's actually going to win this fucking day. Oh, Jesus Christ. I'm so pissed off. 1.00

00:09:38.080 God damn it. 1.00

00:09:40.980 What is wrong with you? 1.00

00:09:47.020 I can't. I can't do this anymore. I'm literally sick. I'm literally sick to my stomach.

00:09:54.340 What has happened to America? What has happened to democracy? What has happened to freedom?

00:10:02.120 I'm done. I'm done.

00:10:03.860 This is a message to anyone who follows me. If you voted for Trump, unfollow me and block me.

00:10:09.740 If you didn't vote, unfollow me and block me.

00:10:14.040 The fact that it's this close means I've lost all hope in the American people.

00:10:19.680 Like it should not be this close.

00:10:22.680 Why would anyone vote for this person? He's so evil. He's so demented. 0.99

00:10:28.780 I... Kamala's not perfect. We all know that. We all know that. 0.82

00:10:33.440 She is not a convicted felon, rapist, crazy, fascist, dictator, psycho. 1.00

00:10:40.660 Oh! 1.00

00:10:46.960 I mean, they're still outstanding. Are they not counting them here? What's going on, Vadim?

00:10:51.340 There you go.

00:10:53.200 You should know this.

00:10:54.200 Why isn't Philadelphia counting votes?

00:10:58.700 Call them up.

00:10:59.820 Call them. Do we have content? Hello. If you're watching the stream right now and you work in Philadelphia, we'll put you on stream.

00:11:04.840 I'll call you. I want to know what the f***. What is going on? What the hell is going on right now? 0.98

00:11:10.420 Send me pictures. I know you're out there. I know somebody's listening.

00:11:18.040 Not again. 1.00

00:11:18.840 If you sat there and you voted for Trump, a felon, over Kamala because she was a woman, you're disgusting. 1.00

00:11:33.460 You're disgusting. 1.00

00:11:48.840 I have to ask you, watching this, most of the people featured and most of the people that you will see post these types of videos are, you know, very young. 0.99

00:12:07.820 Probably in my generation, Gen Z, you might see the occasional, you know, individual in their middle age doing something.

00:12:13.820 But, you know, this idea of posting these emotional videos of yourself online is relatively new.

00:12:20.820 And so that's why I think you're seeing a lot of younger people do it because I just don't think it would have been considered socially or culturally appropriate even like five years ago. 0.69

00:12:31.340 And so I wonder, looking at how young these people are, is it, are you entirely like you are so dumb and this is so embarrassing or is there any part of you that feels bad for them? 0.80

00:12:40.620 I don't feel bad for them in the slightest. 0.99

00:12:42.660 They probably don't even, they're probably low information voters, number one, and they're incredibly narcissistic.

00:12:49.340 Like, do we really, really care that they're upset about a loss?

00:12:54.940 And I don't even know if many of them, when I say low information voters, do any of them have jobs?

00:13:02.100 Do they understand the economy?

00:13:03.780 Do they understand the future in America?

00:13:06.220 I mean, it's just, it's just all a show.

00:13:09.840 And this is so indicative of, I'm going to put you aside, but this is so indicative of some of these Gen Zers who think the whole world revolves around them. 1.00

00:13:20.480 I particularly like the one who, I think she should get an Academy Award, the one who just went on and on and on and on and talked about blocking her.

00:13:27.320 Well, I'd be very happy to do that.

00:13:29.320 I'm not even going to check her out.

00:13:30.820 And the guy who ripped his shirt off.

00:13:32.380 Oh my God, that was, we didn't need to see that.

00:13:35.120 No, we definitely didn't need to see that.

00:13:37.600 That will, that is, that image is seared into my eyeballs.

00:13:42.220 You know, maybe he'll be so distraught that he'll lay off the eating for a little while.

00:13:46.660 I don't know that it would be the worst thing.

00:13:48.320 With these young people, I entirely agree with your analysis.

00:13:52.600 My only additional thought is that I really feel like these people's parents, especially these women, their parents failed them.

00:14:00.660 Because one, like who out there is being like, oh yeah, like my daughter, you know, she's this awesome TikTok creator.

00:14:06.780 She constantly is posting videos of herself screaming and crying.

00:14:10.120 Like that would be such a red flag to me as a parent.

00:14:13.320 I would be pulling my kid aside.

00:14:14.560 But my hope is that my kid, you know, they have social media much later in life.

00:14:20.200 And so they don't start down this rabbit hole of being addicted and doing crazier and crazier things for clicks.

00:14:25.720 Like I think that this is a problem that started with these kids much earlier on.

00:14:29.800 But obviously, you know, there was a huge absence of proper parenting in their lives.

00:14:34.300 And then, you know, even as a parent to just say like, listen, like, you know, I get maybe you were rooting for a certain team, but it's not that deep.

00:14:42.000 Like I follow this stuff for a living.

00:14:43.580 I deeply care about our politics and about policy.

00:14:48.640 And I wouldn't have cried.

00:14:50.800 Like I don't think I've ever cried on an election night when things didn't go my way.

00:14:53.860 You know, sometimes you feel a little bit down, but this is just next level.

00:14:57.340 And it's like for these people, I'm like, how have you grown up in such a way that this is what you've become?

00:15:02.120 Like it's quite sad that you didn't have some guidance along the way for people to be like, you know, yeah, it's important.

00:15:08.640 You should go out and vote.

00:15:09.500 You should pay attention to what's going on.

00:15:11.140 But it's not worth posting meltdowns of yourself online.

00:15:15.020 Well, you know, I said that same thing about the encampments.

00:15:19.240 Where were the parents?

00:15:20.480 These kids were at these encampments at University of Toronto and in Montreal.

00:15:26.600 And I kept saying, where are the parents?

00:15:29.320 Like they enjoy seeing their kids on the screen screaming anti-Israel epithets.

00:15:35.740 Because, you know, I think some of the parents probably don't even know their kids are doing this, are happy to have them out of the house, you know, that kind of thing.

00:15:44.920 But I agree with you, the absence of proper parenting or the whole thing about parents just wanting to be their friends, their good friends.

00:15:52.700 Everybody has to be, they have to indulge them and be their good friends because they might not like them.

00:15:57.680 There are no boundaries with these kind of kids.

00:16:00.440 But it's not only narcissistic, but it's just, you know, who would be interested in this thing?

00:16:09.700 And this is just the whole thing about, you know, emoting online.

00:16:15.800 I've covered too many elections to count in Canada.

00:16:19.360 And the only one I went a little nutsy about was when I was at the Toronto Sun and Justin Trudeau won a second term.

00:16:26.880 And I said I was going to trim my hair out.

00:16:28.700 But obviously I didn't because I still have hair.

00:16:30.440 And did you think at the time that you were like, yeah, it was appropriate that I said that I'm glad that I said that?

00:16:37.700 Or were you like later on thinking, oh, maybe I shouldn't have gotten so emotional about it?

00:16:41.520 I didn't do it online.

00:16:42.600 I did it in my little office at the Toronto Sun.

00:16:45.240 And my editor friend came in and I said, I can't believe this has happened. 1.00

00:16:49.600 I can't believe voters are so crazy stupid. 0.99

00:16:52.900 But other than that, I mean, I didn't talk about my writing. 1.00

00:16:55.560 I didn't talk about it.

00:16:56.780 But I would never do it online.

00:16:58.500 That is crazy.

00:16:59.480 Yeah, I was just even thinking like in that sense, you know, you knew, OK, like I'm frustrated.

00:17:03.980 I'm going to voice this frustration to someone, but I'm not going to act irrationally or say something that's going to result in me having to eat my words.

00:17:10.580 Because in many of these cases, people make these absurd claims.

00:17:13.740 I'm going to drink poison if Trump wins.

00:17:15.580 I'm going to move to Canada if Trump wins.

00:17:17.960 And then, of course, are not actually interested in following through on their actions.

00:17:21.800 So, you know, setting aside this faux outrage from young people seeking attention online, maybe some of these people were genuine.

00:17:29.860 I suspect most of it is this deep rooted sense of seeking importance.

00:17:35.260 Maybe, you know, they were not loved enough as children.

00:17:37.360 Now they're doing these crazy things on the Internet to try to get attention.

00:17:41.160 Well, I guess it worked because here we are talking about it on a Canadian news show.

00:17:45.660 Now I want to turn attention to some of the people who genuinely did seem surprised at the result of the election last night.

00:17:52.280 It's probably because they spent the past few months telling us that Kamala Harris would be the 47th president of the United States of America.

00:18:00.760 And, of course, that is our media establishment in the United States.

00:18:04.900 They had some pretty funny moments last night as well.

00:18:07.800 We're going to start by taking a look at our friends down in the States, in the press corps, and seeing what their shocking response was.

00:18:14.800 Most of these clips are taken as things started to turn, and it was very obvious that there was no longer a path for a Kamala Harris victory.

00:18:21.860 And you can see some of the commentary, some of the crazy things that they were beginning to say as they try to cope with the news that Donald Trump has won a second presidency.

00:18:31.780 Take a look.

00:18:32.380 So I think this is the point about executive orders is really important.

00:18:36.020 We also have to remember that the Supreme Court has essentially said that anything that the president does, you know, while they are in office is, you know, gets granted presidential immunity.

00:18:45.940 You know, people have been saying for a while that Joe Biden should take advantage of that.

00:18:49.860 He has not.

00:18:50.460 Now is the time to take advantage of that.

00:18:53.260 The other thing, though, that I think is really important is that.

00:18:55.980 And we begin our final sprint, having arrived at that point in the election season where basically we on this side of the TV screen have said all we can.

00:19:05.580 We've laid out the stakes in this crucial election where one side stands for freedom while the other meets the textbook definition of fascism.

00:19:13.560 Namely, a far right dictatorial regime like Hitler's Germany or Franco's Spain or Mussolini's Italy, but also white ruled South Africa before Mandela and the black majority took control. 0.90

00:19:25.860 Or Vladimir Putin's Russia or Vladimir Putin's Russia, Viktor Orban's Hungary or Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela today that suppresses the rights of women and minorities, uses the military to execute the whims of a strongman dictator and controls and suppresses the press.

00:19:44.200 Education, education, the arts, rewrites history to suit a favored and dominant racial class and foments extravagant corruption in order to enrich the dictator and his friends.

00:19:57.140 Iowa called for Trump, so there goes that nonsense.

00:20:01.040 I'm getting revved up here on a significant rant because Kamala Harris is not winning. 0.99

00:20:09.800 And the people who thought that Kamala Harris was going to win on a landslide are totally wrong.

00:20:14.640 So you asked, are there any places that the vice president is overperforming Joe Biden in 2020?

00:20:19.320 So we can show you that as well.

00:20:20.480 We just bring that out here.

00:20:21.760 Harris overperforming in 2020.

00:20:23.560 Holy smokes.

00:20:24.400 There you go.

00:20:24.740 So let this go away and see if there's anything in the east side there.

00:20:28.720 Literally nothing?

00:20:30.060 Literally nothing.

00:20:30.740 Literally not one county?

00:20:32.340 That cliff of Jake Tapper will live in internet infamy for the rest of our days.

00:20:37.720 Not one county!

00:20:38.760 Oh my God!

00:20:40.460 Literally nothing?

00:20:41.680 Not one county?

00:20:42.860 Just the incredulity in his voice.

00:20:44.520 He can't believe that Joe Biden outperformed Harris in every single county.

00:20:49.360 It's so comical.

00:20:50.040 I think I want to go back to the very first clip in that compilation there.

00:20:53.540 We hear the pundit, Leah Wright, talking about how Joe Biden has immunity as a president.

00:21:00.080 And of course, that would only extend to presidential acts that actually impact the country.

00:21:05.600 And she's saying now is the time for him to take advantage of this presidential immunity that the Supreme Court insists he has.

00:21:12.160 What exactly is she referring to there?

00:21:14.960 What is she suggesting that Joe Biden should do?

00:21:19.280 Well, I don't know.

00:21:20.540 The first thing I thought of was Hunter Biden, his son.

00:21:24.640 And, you know, maybe pardoning him.

00:21:27.660 But I'm not sure that he can do that.

00:21:30.100 Or I guess he can do it.

00:21:33.320 So I thought it was related to Hunter Biden, but it could be the whole Russia connection and all his corrupt activities.

00:21:42.020 You know, I can't think of much else at this point.

00:21:45.580 I hadn't actually thought of the Hunter Biden connection or maybe seeking to pardon Hunter before Trump gets into office, even though he's going to basically get away with everything.

00:21:56.600 I, you know, to me, it sounded like she was insinuating that Joe Biden should do something to stop Donald Trump from becoming the 47th president.

00:22:04.340 You know, that's that's where I went.

00:22:06.640 I couldn't imagine what she was possibly suggesting there did certainly come across rather nefarious.

00:22:12.480 Another very funny clip from the news, Joy Reid, who really never disappoints, like as long as you don't take her seriously and you can watch someone with her without getting worked up.

00:22:21.680 It is very comical.

00:22:22.840 It's funnier than most of the comedy that you'll see on TV these days.

00:22:26.480 And, you know, she's going on and on about a Trump presidency, comparing him to all these dictators like Adolf Hitler, whatever, whatever.

00:22:33.240 However, we've already had a Trump presidency and none of the things that she's saying came to fruition.

00:22:39.020 And that's what I'm just that's the part that's like the most flabbergasting to me is like this 2016 outrage is just not working this time around because everyone knows what a Trump presidency look like looks like.

00:22:50.640 It's basically just like lower taxes, cuts for big corporations that result in a trickle down effect for the economy.

00:22:57.520 But don't rule out the fact that they will try to be as disruptive as possible.

00:23:02.060 You know, they talk about the chaos of his presidency.

00:23:06.060 Where did the chaos come from?

00:23:07.580 It came from the Democratic apologists, the activists, the advocates, the people who stood to gain from being connected with the White House.

00:23:17.080 And it and it came from the media, most especially.

00:23:20.080 So, you know, I I haven't ruled that out.

00:23:23.300 One of my favorite announcers on on Fox News said, you know, some people just won't vote because they don't want to go through the turmoil of 2016 to 20 turmoil caused by the left, not by Republicans.

00:23:40.620 OK, and then I think probably one of my favorite parts of the night we've saved the best for last year today was tuning in to the CBC stream.

00:23:52.260 This was one of the most inflammatory and outrageous TV broadcasts I've ever seen in my life.

00:23:59.160 They had an American Democratic strategist come on who said the craziest stuff last night. 0.73

00:24:06.920 Like, I think we owe an apology to Americans for some of this ridiculous commentary.

00:24:11.300 We've clipped some of the best moments of the night for you.

00:24:13.480 Take a look.

00:24:14.360 You know, I'm just reminded of a time when there was authority to have internment camps and to round up Japanese people and someone who is of Japanese descent.

00:24:23.000 When you say I have a concept of a plan, but I'm going to just start mass supporting people.

00:24:28.280 What does that look like and what does that mean logistically?

00:24:30.800 Everybody with us.

00:24:31.980 And then you have this other idea of like, let's make America great and go backwards where America, you know, essentially the power structure in America was, you know, made up mostly of a certain kind of person.

00:24:43.840 Right.

00:24:44.040 There was a white power element to that. 0.64

00:24:46.000 And you're seeing that play out in these elections, too.

00:24:48.820 And so I do think that we're at a tipping point where it's going to be like really, really tight for a while.

00:24:53.480 Let's talk about the exactly the question that you're asking is one that I've been catching a lot of heat for answering on air.

00:25:00.160 And we've been talking about this in the last week or two.

00:25:02.480 You're talking about the propaganda campaign and the playbook of Trump.

00:25:07.060 This is not new.

00:25:08.400 This is not surprising.

00:25:09.440 This is directly out of Hitler's playbook. 0.93

00:25:11.900 This is out of an autocrat playbook. 0.66

00:25:14.540 This is a way to I mean, the things that Trump has done masterfully, frankly, is to get the entire, you know, to get a big part of the population to believe that the game is rigged and to sow distrust in public institutions and the free press.

00:25:37.060 That is a tried and true playbook that we have seen time and time before that has resulted in really disastrous things for society.

00:25:45.340 And that is what's working.

00:25:46.640 And so it's actually quite simple.

00:25:48.020 When you tell a big enough lie over and over and over, people are going to believe it.

00:25:53.060 Even when folks around him like Rudy Giuliani and others have are, you know, have literally been found liable for telling those lies that weren't true, the public still believes it.

00:26:05.060 And the whole goal was to erode trust in our public institutions.

00:26:09.720 And it's working.

00:26:10.940 And if anything, that's fake news.

00:26:12.820 I mean, Donald Trump has done that really well.

00:26:14.160 Can't argue with that.

00:26:15.060 Right.

00:26:15.320 And that's it.

00:26:16.260 My policy with people like this is something that Tucker Carlson also recommends is to laugh at them, to mock them and make fun of them. 0.97

00:26:26.220 And, you know, I always say you have to laugh or or you'll cry because it's just so ridiculous. 0.82

00:26:30.560 And certainly, you know, that strategist was being ridiculed right across the Internet last night and rightfully so.

00:26:37.780 But the thing that does kind of get me about the situation is that was on the CBC, Canada's state broadcaster.

00:26:43.320 You and I pay for that programming. 0.95

00:26:45.680 We paid for all that garbage to be spewed last night.

00:26:48.580 But also that I know that CBC typically pays people for appearances. 0.88

00:26:53.020 And we're talking about their eight hour election night stream.

00:26:56.820 There's a pretty good chance that Democrat strategist made a ton of money, which came directly from Canadian taxpayers.

00:27:03.300 And that certainly does bother me.

00:27:06.460 Well, yes, it does.

00:27:07.720 And, you know, CBC sees signs of things to come in Canada as well with Pierre Polyev and, you know, them being defunded.

00:27:19.320 And they're going to try and fight back as much as they can and scare people as was done in the States.

00:27:26.160 But that Democratic strategist is just laughable. 0.84

00:27:31.040 And it's so much projection coming out of her mouth. 0.97

00:27:33.760 So much.

00:27:34.420 Like, I always look at these people and the way they spew this stuff.

00:27:37.380 And I think you're the one who created this whole playbook.

00:27:42.100 You're the ones who, you know, called him a dictator.

00:27:47.140 You're the ones who undermine voters.

00:27:49.140 You know, and let's not forget that these people will not have power anymore in Washington.

00:27:55.780 So they're licking their wounds.

00:27:58.240 This woman was licking her wounds last night. 1.00

00:28:01.320 Yes, that's true, because she won't have power in Washington. 0.96

00:28:04.880 And I think after everyone watches her inflammatory and really just outdated commentary that no one cares about anymore,

00:28:11.900 she'll probably also have a hard time even getting those positions on broadcasts, on TV shows, to, you know, to give her take on what's going on. 0.99

00:28:21.480 I think everyone is going to be like, all right, she's a little too crazy for us.

00:28:24.500 Let's stay away from that.

00:28:26.500 Well, don't discount MSNBC, Rachel.

00:28:30.520 Do not discount them.

00:28:32.340 Yeah, her and Joy Reid can maybe par off and see who can be the most outrageous and say the most inflammatory things. 1.00

00:28:38.760 All right, everyone.

00:28:39.740 That is all we have time for today.

00:28:41.220 Please post in the comment section below and let us know who you think had the craziest response to the 2024 presidential election results won by Donald Trump.

00:29:24.980 God bless.

00:29:26.320 God bless.

00:29:27.220 God bless.

00:29:28.440 God bless.
