JustPearlyThings - Modern Women Hate Being Treated As Equals In A Man's World ｜ Pearl Daily

00:00:00.000 Thank you.

00:00:30.000 Thank you.

00:01:00.000 Thank you.

00:01:30.000 And sign up for our monthly or yearly membership.

00:01:33.280 One yearly membership allows us to be YouTube free by the end of the year.

00:01:37.940 Unless my YouTube rep is watching, then just disregard that.

00:01:41.380 I have no idea what I'm talking about.

00:01:43.980 Okay.

00:01:44.380 So today we're going to be talking about the trend of women getting falsely accused.

00:01:48.400 Normally when you hear false accusations, you automatically associate them with men.

00:01:54.060 Every day men get put in jail because of the words and actions of vindictive women. 0.99

00:02:00.860 And every so often the tables turn and women have to face the possibilities of being falsely accused. 1.00

00:02:07.420 That's what we are going to talk about on the show today.

00:02:10.300 Back in 2022, Jack Wright accused Sienna Mae of sexual assault.

00:02:15.580 We are going to go over the case and talk about which side you guys are on.

00:02:20.500 Now, Jack Wright and Sienna Mae Gomez starred on a show called Hype House on Netflix based in L.A.

00:02:28.080 It was content creators living together, forging brand partnerships and addressing online haters drama.

00:02:35.060 I mean, we've seen the streamer trend for a couple of years now.

00:02:39.960 Now, two weeks after the show premiered, Jack Wright posted a video detailing the SA allegations he experienced from Sienna Mae.

00:02:49.520 He accused Sienna of non-consensual touching while he was incapacitated and other inappropriate behaviors.

00:02:57.240 After Wright posted his video, Sienna lost upwards of 300,000 followers on TikTok, denting her TikTok following of over 14 million at the time.

00:03:08.680 Sienna made a video weeks later denying the accusations, and Netflix chose not to include her on the show because of the allegations.

00:03:16.640 Now, Sienna's first response was a long-form article on Medium.com addressing the entire situation.

00:03:22.460 She wrote,

00:03:52.460 I'm so sad that this is where we ended up, and even more so that I'm now being used in a new and even more hurtful way.

00:04:02.520 The situation between Sienna Mae and Jack Wright fostered conversations about the backlash survivors receive when coming forward and the darker aspects of teenage internet fame.

00:04:14.780 The back and forth between Sienna Mae and Jack Wright went on for months and more, with more accusations of sexual assault against Sienna being levied against her by other male TikTokers that they were both associated with.

00:04:29.420 Sienna Mae and her lawyer appeared on the BFF podcast along with a forensic expert and expressed the following,

00:04:35.440 There has been no police report filed, there has been no police investigation, there has been no civil complaint filed.

00:04:44.900 Honestly, at the end of the day, it's all just a video online.

00:04:49.740 Sienna Mae's lawyers spoke about creators' options moving forward, including suing multiple people for defamation.

00:04:59.080 So, we are going to go see the original video that Jack Wright posted.

00:05:05.580 But before we do, today I have a special guest on the show.

00:05:09.160 Our moderator, Doug MPA, is actually here in studio.

00:05:14.260 Welcome to the show, Doug.

00:05:15.540 Hey, everyone. How are you doing?

00:05:17.200 How does it feel to be in person, see the show live?

00:05:21.020 It's surreal. I've been a mod on your channel for four years.

00:05:25.660 Yeah.

00:05:26.280 Yeah. Since the beginning, and I'm actually here, so it's kind of a surreal feeling.

00:05:31.660 Well, thank you so much for coming.

00:05:34.860 So, we're going to get into the video, but what are your initial thoughts on the situation?

00:05:40.440 On my channel, I always say that feminism, okay, the world's never going to be fair for men, right? 0.99

00:05:49.860 So, if women want equality, they're advocating for life to be just as difficult for women as it is for men.

00:05:58.420 So, you're going to see more of this happening.

00:06:00.620 Yeah.

00:06:01.280 You know, this is what they fought for, you know.

00:06:04.280 Do you have any sympathy?

00:06:05.900 No.

00:06:07.200 You know, I want to see more women getting, having to pay child support. 1.00

00:06:12.220 Yeah.

00:06:12.780 Alimony, you know, getting boxed up by the police, you know, getting judo thrown by police when they shoplift.

00:06:19.500 You know, I want to see, you know, this is going to have to happen enough to women for them to want change in the laws. 1.00

00:06:26.660 Yeah, because there's no benefit of the doubt given to men.

00:06:29.920 And it was interesting because when this went down, I was on TikTok at the time.

00:06:35.340 That's where I started.

00:06:36.120 And I remember, I remember just thinking it was kind of BS to me at the time, but no one gave her the benefit of the doubt.

00:06:46.880 No one else had that thought.

00:06:48.040 The public opinion was completely on the guy's side, which is so rare.

00:06:52.560 That never happens.

00:06:53.600 But when we see what he looked like.

00:06:56.400 Yeah.

00:06:56.920 Yeah.

00:06:57.400 This guy is like super Chad.

00:06:59.340 Yeah.

00:06:59.720 Here, let's go to three minutes.

00:07:01.420 Um, I was thinking the only other man where the public opinion went on his side, and it wasn't even immediately, but Johnny Depp, where the public, and I know it's still mixed, but the public is more on his side than normal, right?

00:07:17.060 No, no, no, no.

00:07:18.620 At the time when she wrote that op-ed, that was literally, you know, in the M2 thing.

00:07:24.480 So no one really gave, I mean, the people closest to him, and maybe some men did, but the general public sentiment was against him at the time.

00:07:31.380 Yeah.

00:07:32.220 Well, I'm saying now, because it's, yeah, because now, like, it's a little bit different than five years ago, and he's one of the men I've seen being at least retrospectively given the benefit of the doubt, and that was almost unheard of, like, five years ago.

00:07:48.440 I can see that, yeah.

00:07:49.220 And I only really would argue that he got that because he's a good-looking guy.

00:07:55.520 Yeah.

00:07:55.980 Yeah.

00:07:56.380 He was, he's a, he's a Hollywood heartthrob, and he's never really had any, any negative allegations or anything against him historically.

00:08:05.760 Yeah.

00:08:06.740 Okay, we're going to play the video.

00:08:09.080 Oh, shoot.

00:08:09.420 I think his video was one of the reasons why I was, um, okay and was able to not come out with, like, an aggressive statement like her.

00:08:24.820 I was able just to, I knew the truth.

00:08:27.880 I knew what she did to me.

00:08:29.980 Sienna and I met four years ago in high school.

00:08:32.220 She was dating my good friend, um, and basically, it did not turn out well.

00:08:38.480 She cheated on him two times, and it kind of, like, created this whole problem in her friend group.

00:08:44.820 I'm the type of guy that's all for, like...

00:08:47.320 Mind you, they were both 18 at the time when this happened, two years ago, so they're both in their 20s now.

00:08:54.720 Mm-hmm.

00:08:55.000 So everything he's talking about, all this foolishness, was, like, when they were in high school.

00:08:58.540 Yeah. 0.98

00:08:59.080 Crazy.

00:08:59.660 Yeah.

00:08:59.860 Second chance with the people, and I always try to see the good in people.

00:09:04.700 I was in the Hype House.

00:09:05.820 I was going back and forth from L.A., and Sienna had just gone viral on a couple videos.

00:09:11.820 She reached out to me and basically asked if I wanted to do an interview with her in L.A., and I said, of course.

00:09:19.700 We hung out, reconnected.

00:09:21.660 I showed her around the Hype House, introduced her to all my friends, and, um, I was happy for her.

00:09:28.940 And we just had fun hanging out.

00:09:32.160 I just want to clarify that we both knew that we were just friends.

00:09:35.560 She was singing and talking to other guys in L.A. all the time, and I just thought of her as a good friend.

00:09:44.020 We were making videos.

00:09:44.920 We were making dance trends.

00:09:46.560 We had fun.

00:09:47.620 It was just strictly friends, and we both knew that.

00:09:50.080 At this point, nothing inappropriate was happening between us.

00:09:53.340 We were just friends.

00:09:55.340 Everything was fine.

00:09:56.320 This next part of the video is very difficult for me to talk about.

00:09:59.720 I've been wanting to talk about it for a long time.

00:10:02.820 So the first incident where Sienna crossed boundaries, it was after filming.

00:10:08.360 We went into the room.

00:10:09.360 Um, um, I was just chilling on my phone on the bed, and she got naked, like, completely naked, nothing on, and straddled me when I was literally just chilling on the bed.

00:10:21.580 But I didn't know what to do in, like, the situation, because it was, like, random and weird.

00:10:26.660 Quickly told her to Sienna. 1.00

00:10:27.860 It's the first time I've ever heard a guy complain about a woman getting naked in front of him.

00:10:34.840 I've never heard that as a complaint in my life.

00:10:39.880 So I'm going to...

00:10:40.820 Especially, like, she's not ugly. 0.95

00:10:43.160 You know what I mean?

00:10:43.620 Like, she's a good-looking girl.

00:10:44.980 But, you know, but also, maybe, I don't know if he was this smart, but, you know, if you're working with a girl and your industry is social media...

00:10:54.720 Yeah.

00:10:55.440 You have to keep those lines.

00:10:56.940 You know what I'm saying?

00:10:57.560 Because it can start out nice and good, but then, you know, you have something going with her.

00:11:02.580 Then she gets scorned, and then she rips everything, you know, then she burns the whole house down, you know? 0.91

00:11:07.420 And, you know, the simps are always going to believe her.

00:11:10.060 So, as most of you know, I have been fighting on the front lines of the simp epidemic for years.

00:11:15.100 But I need to tell you about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up against men that is rarely talked about.

00:11:20.920 It's not just the relentless anti-masculinity propaganda and OnlyFans hoes causing the societal issues we discuss on this show. 1.00

00:11:27.700 Did you know the average city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors?

00:11:33.760 This often includes estrogen from birth control.

00:11:36.400 The average adult consumes a credit card worth of plastic every single week.

00:11:40.640 That's five grams of plastic a week on average, so it's no wonder that the average male's testosterone is half of what it was 50 years ago.

00:11:48.120 Testosterone levels decline 1% a year, and without a course correction, we are headed towards extinction.

00:11:54.940 No matter how based you are, you need to be naturally boosting your testosterone.

00:11:58.620 My friends at Chalk, C-H-O-Q.com, are on a mission to save mankind from extinction by boosting your vitality.

00:12:41.680 That's C-H-O-Q.com. 0.98

00:12:43.000 My name, Pearl, is the discount code.

00:12:46.780 Get off.

00:12:47.800 We're just friends.

00:12:49.160 Stop.

00:12:49.980 They're trying to make out with me.

00:12:51.420 They're, like, just doing a bunch of things to me.

00:12:54.720 And I kept on saying, Sienna, stop.

00:12:57.640 Get off.

00:12:58.300 Like, I didn't want to, like, be, like, aggressive.

00:13:00.840 I didn't want to hurt her, you know?

00:13:02.600 So I pulled her off of me, and it took, like, a couple tries because I didn't want to be, like, too rough.

00:13:08.280 And I went out of the room, and that was, like, the end of it.

00:13:14.240 The next morning, where she was, like, I'm so sorry for doing that.

00:13:20.080 That was, I don't know what went through my head.

00:13:23.000 I had to clarify again that I didn't like her that way.

00:13:25.620 We were just friends.

00:13:27.100 She said, sorry.

00:13:28.120 That was it.

00:13:28.940 After that, these type of things kept happening.

00:13:31.260 She would do something, and I would forgive.

00:13:34.900 Okay, but it's, like, why do you keep, it's the same question I ask the women. 1.00

00:13:39.340 Why do you keep going back if she's assaulting you all the time? 0.99

00:13:45.980 I don't know.

00:13:47.140 Do you believe him?

00:13:48.300 What do you think?

00:13:48.920 I think that, I'm going to stick with what I said originally.

00:13:59.080 I think he had a responsibility to keep her off.

00:14:02.160 I don't think that, I think if they weren't in a social media thing, it would have been

00:14:09.100 just normal stuff.

00:14:10.060 But I think he had a greater, so I think that she did come on to him.

00:14:13.040 Because, you know, before the show, I watched some of the old TikToks and stuff, and she

00:14:18.220 looked like she was more interested in him.

00:14:20.720 I mean, she did a TikTok called, I Love Jack Wright, like straight up, you know what I'm

00:14:24.680 saying?

00:14:25.260 But I think he just wanted to hold the line and say, I can't, because, I mean, especially

00:14:29.780 with a track record.

00:14:30.940 So I think that she did something, but, and I don't think it was inappropriate, but he

00:14:36.940 had to hold the line, the whole, them working together and stuff.

00:14:40.600 So, and they're technically co-workers in a house on a show, so that could be, yeah.

00:14:45.880 Oh, I see.

00:14:47.360 ...gift her, and she said it wouldn't happen again, and we would go on and make some fun

00:14:51.480 videos.

00:14:52.480 After all those type of things kept on happening, the Hawaii incident happened, where I was passed

00:14:58.900 out unconscious almost like the whole night.

00:15:01.820 She got on top of me, took advantage of me, grossed me. 1.00

00:15:04.220 I'm, I'm so glad they pulled her off of me, and honestly, I'm glad that they have evidence.

00:15:11.100 After Sienna found out about the video, she said, sorry.

00:15:14.280 She said, if this got out, she would be done.

00:15:17.580 That is horrible, and she's working on boundaries, and she was seeking therapy.

00:15:22.500 Pearl, I wanted to say one thing.

00:15:23.920 Um, I, there have been an influx of, of, of female teachers, you know, essaying young

00:15:33.760 male students.

00:15:34.560 Right.

00:15:35.040 And I hate when guys are like, whoa, oh, she was hot.

00:15:39.140 So, uh, no, minors are, are, are victims under the law.

00:15:43.540 Yeah.

00:15:43.700 And, and because, and that could extend further out, women, the, if this would have been a 1.00

00:15:52.260 man, and these allegations were, he was cut, so he, like, men have to be able to do the

00:15:58.580 same thing.

00:15:59.300 Like, use the same tools that women use. 1.00

00:16:02.420 It is fair play now, guys.

00:16:04.060 This whole thing of men having to hold the, the, the higher ground, no, no.

00:16:08.940 So, uh, if a woman assaults you, press charges, guys.

00:16:12.860 Press charges.

00:16:14.900 Don't let these women get, get away with anything. 1.00

00:16:17.640 So, the only way they're going to learn is if this happens to enough women. 1.00

00:16:20.360 Yeah.

00:16:21.480 The website, by the way, guys, if you want your comment read, you go to the live chat

00:16:25.840 on the website, and then I do read them.

00:16:27.920 Craig says, Pearl's been funny lately.

00:16:29.580 Keep it up.

00:16:30.140 Thank you, Craig.

00:16:31.100 Johnny says, Pearl, no one ever wants to mention the lower rate that women pay for life insurance. 1.00

00:16:35.320 Can I identify as a female and buy insurance at that rate?

00:16:38.940 Not equality, but by any means, equality is impossible in this society.

00:16:44.540 In Moby Dick, a preacher gives a sermon that includes this.

00:16:47.640 Pearl, Jonah did the Almighty's bidding.

00:16:50.060 And what was that, shipmates?

00:16:51.540 To preach the truth in the face of falsehood.

00:16:53.560 That was it.

00:16:54.140 It's what you do.

00:16:54.980 Never stop.

00:16:55.760 Thank you, Johnny.

00:16:57.100 And shortly after there was a party, I was taking pictures with a couple other girls.

00:17:02.380 We took a picture.

00:17:03.160 Sienna came in, started screaming at me, got mad at the girls, told me to come to a room 1.00

00:17:08.480 to talk to me.

00:17:10.140 She started screaming at me, and I was like, Sienna, there's no reason for you to be mad 0.94

00:17:15.760 when you're getting with other guys in L.A.

00:17:19.400 I can't just take a simple picture with a couple girls.

00:17:24.060 That's when she pulled me in and grabbed me and tried to make out with me, and I got pissed 1.00

00:17:32.040 and told her to leave.

00:17:34.240 I wanted to stay at the party, and she kind of had already been yelling at every single 0.99

00:17:39.320 person in the party.

00:17:40.020 So two friends wanted to take her home, and while the car was moving, she jumped out of

00:17:45.680 the car for old and said, I have to get back to Jack.

00:17:49.640 So I ran back to the house, and I was like hiding from her, and I was just waiting for

00:17:54.900 her parents to finally pick her up.

00:17:56.600 Looking back now, I don't know why I stayed friends with her, stayed around her.

00:18:01.520 I truly thought she was going to change for some reason.

00:18:04.260 I feel like she'd say she had so much love for me, and she truly cared for me, and then

00:18:10.080 the next night she would do something like that.

00:18:12.660 She knew I had those boundaries, so when I was at my most vulnerable state, like when

00:18:19.860 I was arguing, getting heated, or when I was asleep or passed out, that's when she would

00:18:25.800 take advantage of me, because she knew I was at my most vulnerable state.

00:18:30.600 When I'm awake, I hated it.

00:18:32.100 I hated that touch.

00:18:33.100 I hated any intimacy with her, because I knew we were just friends.

00:18:37.120 I didn't want that from her, and especially with the past couple of things she did, I

00:18:44.320 didn't want anything to do with that.

00:18:48.040 Over the next couple of months, I was stuck in this toxic cycle.

00:18:50.900 I was stuck with her crying to all my friends, saying that I didn't like her back, and why

00:18:56.760 don't I like her back, and she'd get mad at me. 1.00

00:18:59.280 But these social media women, guys, you've got to avoid women where their industry is 1.00

00:19:05.420 content.

00:19:06.240 Yeah. 0.99

00:19:06.760 They're the craziest ones. 0.91

00:19:08.720 Well, minus Pearl. 0.89

00:19:10.080 Pearl's great.

00:19:10.640 It's okay.

00:19:12.120 No, no.

00:19:14.060 I've seen a lot.

00:19:15.420 I agree with you.

00:19:15.760 Yeah, you know what I'm saying?

00:19:16.760 Right?

00:19:17.180 I've seen a lot.

00:19:18.420 Oh, my God.

00:19:19.180 I've seen women leave their families for social media. 1.00

00:19:22.720 Yeah.

00:19:23.820 Who's that one girl that just, she does the interviews with celebrities, the white girl. 1.00

00:19:28.880 Oh, Bobby Alltop.

00:19:29.740 Yeah, who smashes all the rappers now. 0.87

00:19:33.580 Isn't she like late 30s, and she had two kids, and she walked away from her? 1.00

00:19:37.160 No, I mean, she was young.

00:19:39.020 Oh, okay.

00:19:39.360 She was like 26.

00:19:40.580 But she still had two kids, yeah.

00:19:42.180 And she left her husband to freaking get dug out by a bunch of rappers. 1.00

00:19:45.740 Drake.

00:19:46.320 Yep.

00:19:46.780 Yep.

00:19:47.340 Me, for not caring about her as much as she cared about for me, but she'd also be doing

00:19:56.760 these things to me.

00:19:57.820 I would go see other guys in LA, so it was like, I couldn't win at all.

00:20:02.480 I couldn't get out of this.

00:20:03.420 She would constantly come to my house, remember my door codes.

00:20:07.340 It got to the point where I'd start screaming at her to get out of my house. 1.00

00:20:11.700 Because I was so sick of her just, like, breaking into my house. 0.99

00:20:14.780 I would wake up and see her car just sitting outside at, like, two in the morning.

00:20:19.880 She would break into my house, and when I was sound asleep, she'd come into my room, and

00:20:25.220 I'd wake up to her hand in my pants, and it wasn't, like, the only time it happened, too.

00:20:32.620 I'm sorry.

00:20:33.480 I don't believe him.

00:20:34.700 I know.

00:20:35.400 I know you're saying, like, press the charges against the women that do stuff.

00:20:39.520 I don't believe the women either, though.

00:20:42.380 I don't believe anybody.

00:20:43.880 Like, if she was harassing you, then stop being around her.

00:20:50.240 I'd say the same thing to the women that claim they were abused and blah, blah, blah,

00:20:54.460 but you were with him for three years?

00:20:55.700 Get out of here.

00:20:56.520 So, okay.

00:20:58.380 A guy like this, do you think, because a lot of women, okay, women have beta male orbiters. 1.00

00:21:03.840 Yeah.

00:21:04.280 Because they like the attention, right?

00:21:06.000 Yeah.

00:21:06.560 Do you think it goes for guys like him, too, where they're addicted to the attention?

00:21:11.920 And the reason why they don't cut the woman off is because they know that the woman likes 0.59

00:21:15.180 him, and he just wants that.

00:21:17.540 Yeah.

00:21:18.380 No, totally.

00:21:19.760 But, like, I think it's your responsibility.

00:21:21.980 Like, if somebody is, like, if somebody's treating you a certain way and you don't like it, but

00:21:29.340 you keep signing up, I'm like, why are you, like, it makes me think it maybe wasn't as

00:21:35.440 bad as you're saying if you signed up for two years.

00:21:38.340 And I think the same with women when they say they were, like, abused, but you were with

00:21:43.080 him for, like, five years.

00:21:44.820 Yeah.

00:21:45.620 Or they were in toxic relationships for, like, seven and a half years.

00:21:49.620 Are you serious?

00:21:50.000 Or it's, like, was, were you doing anything, like, to make her think that maybe it was

00:21:55.640 more, I don't know, like, but I say the same thing to women, you know? 1.00

00:21:59.980 I don't know.

00:22:01.820 I was so, like, used to it.

00:22:03.420 I was so used to it that it, I don't know, it was just, like, normal for me that, like,

00:22:12.120 I didn't think there was such, like, a problem at all.

00:22:14.680 Like, part of me wants to blame myself for being nice and sticking around after so many,

00:22:21.200 so many times.

00:22:22.640 But now I realize that I was stuck in this, like, manipulative cycle of her acting like 1.00

00:22:29.420 she extremely cared about me.

00:22:30.940 And then that night she would do stuff to me. 0.51

00:22:33.980 And it was just so normal for me. 0.94

00:22:35.800 I got used to it, which sucks, I feel.

00:22:38.580 What parts of this do I believe?

00:22:40.720 I do believe she was hitting on him.

00:22:42.740 I do believe that.

00:22:49.140 I do think he's over-exaggerating.

00:22:51.760 I think it's going to go both ways.

00:22:53.460 I don't know.

00:22:54.200 Maybe I'm a fence-sitter today.

00:22:56.100 Just real quick, so how, because these people all have a team around them.

00:23:00.640 Yeah.

00:23:01.080 Right?

00:23:01.660 I wonder how the conversation went before he uploaded this video.

00:23:06.180 Because he had handlers, like, kind of directing him on what to say.

00:23:12.160 Yeah.

00:23:12.700 And then, like, the timing of it.

00:23:14.800 What do you think motivated him to put this video out?

00:23:18.920 Well, in her video, she, like, she said that it was, um, she wanted to stop making videos

00:23:28.360 with him.

00:23:29.000 That's what she said.

00:23:30.040 Oh, I didn't know that.

00:23:30.860 Yeah, that's what she said in her video.

00:23:32.660 You didn't see it?

00:23:33.740 Like, she said that she wanted to stop making videos with him because it was too, like,

00:23:37.960 confusing for her.

00:23:39.680 And she just, like, liked him.

00:23:41.840 And, like, if you don't want to date, I'm, like, I'm done.

00:23:45.380 And I think she was going to make a video, right?

00:23:48.800 And I think...

00:23:49.480 Saying that they're not going to do content together anymore?

00:23:51.260 Yeah, and I think he maybe was scared that she would claim some of the things he's claiming.

00:23:58.260 And so maybe he hit the ground running.

00:24:00.500 Because when a girl's making a video, even if she says it's not going to be mean about

00:24:04.020 you, you don't know.

00:24:05.720 Yeah. 0.99

00:24:05.960 Women are so vindictive. 1.00

00:24:07.220 So he's like, oh, shit, she's making a video about me. 1.00

00:24:10.140 She has the power to ruin my career if she wants to. 1.00

00:24:13.220 Yeah, because women will air you out. 1.00

00:24:14.700 Yeah, let me ruin hers first.

00:24:16.440 Yeah, and you guys remember, women will make a result or say a result, 0.96

00:24:23.760 so they'll say something happened, leaving other women or the court of public opinion

00:24:31.540 to try to figure out a cause.

00:24:33.800 Yeah.

00:24:34.880 So she could have said, oh, we're not doing content together anymore

00:24:38.240 because something's happened between us.

00:24:40.920 It's like, oh, man, and they're automatically going to assume that something bad happened.

00:24:43.780 Yeah, or if a man said it, they would just be like, okay.

00:24:47.700 Yeah.

00:24:50.060 Like, no one should have to go through.

00:24:52.720 It's real.

00:24:53.200 I almost feel like I owed.

00:24:54.800 So, real quick.

00:24:55.720 So do you think that him preemptively putting out this video was a good thing or a bad thing?

00:25:01.180 At the time, good. 0.99

00:25:02.460 I mean, look at this shit. 0.99

00:25:03.580 It's got 23 million views. 1.00

00:25:06.380 Even her response got 2 million back.

00:25:09.300 I mean, it's kind of backfiring a little bit now, but I don't...

00:25:15.720 Because here's what I think.

00:25:17.580 I think they probably flirted with each other.

00:25:20.540 She probably took it too far. 0.99

00:25:23.600 Unfortunately, like, I kind of think most of those laws are bullshit, but they are the laws. 0.98

00:25:30.020 So, I don't know. 0.96

00:25:32.160 Like, I think they both probably could have said essay because of how broad that term is.

00:25:40.000 Does that make sense?

00:25:41.060 Yeah.

00:25:41.320 Like, that term is so broad that if either of them wanted to, they probably had something.

00:25:46.420 Yeah.

00:25:46.820 Like, if she went to the internet first, she could have, like...

00:25:50.760 Because their relationship was so flirty, I'm sure there was something.

00:25:54.220 And also, remember, people always remember the first version of the story first.

00:26:00.400 Yeah.

00:26:00.860 And then she's been on defense this entire time, which is why there are other people in the space,

00:26:06.760 the web bill space, that say, if your wife says anything about divorce, you know, go to the court for joint custody.

00:26:15.700 Or you should file first.

00:26:18.160 Yeah?

00:26:18.800 Makes sense?

00:26:19.520 Yeah.

00:26:22.300 Owed it to her for some reason.

00:26:23.640 But how could she say essay?

00:26:25.180 Well, I mean, there's tons of...

00:26:27.240 Like, the thing is, there's so many videos of them together.

00:26:32.160 I am sure there is one out there that exists where she could say it wasn't consensual.

00:26:38.280 Like, the same way Blake Lively made up a whole thing saying it was not consensual.

00:26:43.020 At first, the entire internet was on her side.

00:26:46.060 But now, the tables are turning.

00:26:47.980 Women can't really do that the way that they used to. 1.00

00:26:51.540 So...

00:26:51.820 I don't know why.

00:26:52.760 Like, I felt like she had this, like, control.

00:26:57.360 Like, this power over me.

00:26:59.680 It was all...

00:27:00.120 I don't know.

00:27:00.860 I was, like...

00:27:01.520 I was, like, stuck.

00:27:02.780 And I feel like you should never have to, like, worry about, like, falling asleep and waking

00:27:12.960 up to one of your good friends, like, touching you, you know?

00:27:18.100 I was, like, terrified for some reason, which you shouldn't be, from, like, a person. 0.61

00:27:24.460 One night, she started ripping off my clothes, touching my crotch area, trying to make out 0.80

00:27:30.520 with me. 0.91

00:27:31.520 I mean, it was just, like, same old, same old.

00:27:33.700 And I'd say, Sienna, stop.

00:27:35.440 Sienna, stop. 0.99

00:27:36.240 Go back to the couch.

00:27:37.020 Sienna, stop. 0.99

00:27:37.700 So, I, like, locked the door.

00:27:40.420 She was trying to get in. 0.99

00:27:41.520 And I literally just slept on the floor.

00:27:44.500 And she finally went to bed.

00:27:46.040 It's, like, very awkward the next morning.

00:27:47.740 And she'll say sorry.

00:27:51.020 And I'm, like, Sienna, this happens so many times.

00:27:54.460 Like, you do not respect boundaries.

00:27:57.940 You just...

00:27:58.980 Oh, my God.

00:28:00.240 So, my dad was born and raised in Hawaii.

00:28:02.820 So, we planned a trip to the beach house my dad grew up on in Hawaii.

00:28:08.160 And Sienna's family basically planned the same trip on the same dates.

00:28:14.020 They left a couple days before us, and we were supposed to leave on a certain date.

00:28:19.240 But I didn't want to leave because she already left to go back home, and I did not want to

00:28:24.860 be at home with her because I know she'd find a way to start hanging out with me again.

00:28:31.500 So, my mom got a text from Sienna's mom saying that Sienna is on a plane taxiing right now. 0.65

00:28:37.440 Hearing that she was coming back, it was, like, this cycle is never going to end.

00:28:42.000 It's, like, it's going to be like this forever.

00:28:45.020 That's, like, that's what it felt like.

00:28:47.120 She was always going to make her way back towards me. 0.99

00:28:50.420 She wasn't respecting my space at all.

00:28:52.920 She knew I wanted my space.

00:28:54.900 There's another time I went to Hawaii with a couple friends for, like, my trip, and she

00:29:00.320 kind of found a way to get on that trip.

00:29:03.680 And we went to a party one night.

00:29:07.820 She got mad that I was talking to some girls, and she took me into the bathroom to talk to 1.00

00:29:13.740 me, saying that she wanted to leave.

00:29:16.820 She was blocking the door, so, like, I couldn't just, like, throw her out of the way.

00:29:20.680 All I had was, stop Sienna, don't do that.

00:29:23.300 If I come out, she will, like, scream at me in front of everyone and think that I did something. 0.94

00:29:29.040 I mean, just, I feel like no one would believe me.

00:29:30.800 But, yeah, she was on the counter and wrapped her legs around me and started, like, let 1.00

00:29:35.660 me out of the bathroom.

00:29:37.040 Yeah, just weird stuff.

00:29:38.840 That night we went home, made sure we had, like, different rooms to stay in.

00:29:42.000 And I got in the shower, and she picked the lock of my door.

00:29:47.220 I made sure to lock the doors, but she picked the lock and walked in. 1.00

00:29:53.040 I was in the shower.

00:29:54.600 All I heard was just, like, the door opening.

00:29:57.800 And that...

00:29:58.280 What, Doug?

00:30:01.540 Okay, what...

00:30:03.160 Do you believe any of this, Pearl?

00:30:05.380 Any at all?

00:30:06.500 Because, I mean...

00:30:07.200 Maybe some of it.

00:30:08.160 Maybe, I would say, I would say it's half true, but over-exaggerated.

00:30:12.200 That's what I would guess.

00:30:13.940 I always say, look at things at, like, a 30% validity rate and see how crazy it sounds.

00:30:19.740 It's starting to get to the point where, even at 30%, this is sounding kind of crazy.

00:30:24.120 Okay.

00:30:24.940 That's when I was just done.

00:30:26.280 I screamed at her, told her to get out. 1.00

00:30:29.340 She started crying.

00:30:30.800 She went and slept in my bed. 0.55

00:30:32.280 And I went to my friend's trundle bed that was, like, upstairs.

00:30:39.980 And that's how, like, the night ended.

00:30:41.540 So now we're caught up to when everything went public, when Mason posted his tweet.

00:30:46.580 Since everything was brought to social media, multiple guys came out to me and said that

00:30:51.120 Sienna did similar things to them. 1.00

00:30:55.160 And...

00:30:55.640 To a point...

00:30:58.100 Wait.

00:30:58.400 She made me really uncomfortable.

00:31:00.420 I was drunk, sleeping on a couch, and woke up to the homie saying, what the F? 1.00

00:31:04.800 Because she just got on top of me and was kissing my neck. 1.00

00:31:09.120 I don't want this to go anywhere, but I want to tell you, Sienna Lowkey essayed me when I

00:31:13.300 was hella drunk.

00:31:14.540 And I was talking to a different girl probably six months ago.

00:31:18.000 Sienna Lowkey did the same thing to me at a party. 1.00

00:31:20.380 That was my house.

00:31:21.700 I was...

00:31:22.220 That my house was throwing.

00:31:23.500 Jack was there.

00:31:24.280 I was drunk, but...

00:31:26.600 And so was she.

00:31:27.960 But I was talking to her, and she grabbed my face and started to make out with me. 1.00

00:31:32.660 And I was trying to push her off, but I never told her I wanted to kiss her or anything.

00:31:37.460 I was so uncomfortable.

00:31:39.060 This was before they were even a thing.

00:31:42.020 Okay.

00:31:42.640 I don't want to make it public.

00:31:45.960 Basically, I'll show the text right now.

00:31:48.920 I asked all of them for permission to post.

00:31:51.360 Crossed out all their names.

00:31:52.300 We don't want her to hurt anybody else.

00:31:54.760 We don't want anyone to go through that experience.

00:31:57.620 At the time, it feels humiliating.

00:32:00.460 You feel like you have no power.

00:32:03.220 You have no control in the situation.

00:32:07.380 You just...

00:32:07.760 You feel...

00:32:09.620 I don't know.

00:32:10.120 It's just...

00:32:10.480 It's horrible.

00:32:11.860 I just want to start off by saying that...

00:32:14.620 Okay.

00:32:15.420 So that's his side of the story.

00:32:17.640 How much do you believe?

00:32:20.600 Well, you know, my starting point is, you know, I want to see more women accused. 0.98

00:32:26.260 So guys, mount up, man.

00:32:29.000 I'm telling you...

00:32:29.820 So I'm automatically going to take his side because I think more women need to be made 1.00

00:32:36.080 an example of.

00:32:37.220 But I just think that he enjoyed the attention.

00:32:44.200 I think that if he wasn't a super Chad, any regular guy would have liked to have gotten

00:32:49.940 the amount of attention he got from that kind of woman. 1.00

00:32:52.720 But then also, you know, she's like... 0.91

00:32:55.920 So I believe that something happened.

00:32:58.600 She's pretty... 1.00

00:32:59.640 Probably has gotten away with most things most of her life. 0.94

00:33:02.920 And then she... 1.00

00:33:04.140 Or has probably gotten most men that she wanted. 1.00

00:33:06.220 Then this guy, Jack, right?

00:33:07.320 She likes him and he keeps saying no.

00:33:10.260 And she probably did the whole thing. 1.00

00:33:11.420 If I just keep trying harder and harder.

00:33:12.980 So yes, I do think something happened.

00:33:15.980 Okay.

00:33:16.380 So after this, she made a video.

00:33:20.040 So...

00:33:20.880 Titled, I hope they cancel me.

00:33:24.860 So just real quick.

00:33:26.040 So she didn't come out with a video to address this.

00:33:29.840 She wrote a long form article on Medium.com.

00:33:33.200 Yeah.

00:33:33.700 That put the whole thing out.

00:33:34.760 But while...

00:33:35.680 I'm pretty sure she went to her handlers.

00:33:37.680 Yeah.

00:33:38.380 But while they're writing that, she put this video out.

00:33:41.860 Okay.

00:33:47.080 I hope you cancel me.

00:33:49.080 Why?

00:33:49.280 So I can go be with my family.

00:33:51.840 Why?

00:33:52.360 So I can quit wearing this pants, dog. 1.00

00:33:55.280 Tell the people kiss my ass, dog. 1.00

00:33:58.760 Wow. 1.00

00:33:59.200 A first stroke.

00:34:00.000 Why? 0.75

00:34:00.600 I hope they put me down. 1.00

00:34:01.720 I hope they euthanize me. 0.99

00:34:03.340 I hope I never, ever have to go on TV. 1.00

00:34:06.180 Motherfucker Jimmy Kimmel does not want to meet me. 0.99

00:34:08.980 I told my manager. 1.00

00:34:10.520 No more parties in Los Angeles.

00:34:12.740 And so right now, my job is to lie down.

00:34:15.480 I hope they cancel me.

00:34:17.200 Why?

00:34:17.460 Why?

00:34:17.960 So I can go be with my family.

00:34:20.100 Why?

00:34:20.540 So I can quit wearing this pants, dog.

00:34:23.460 Tell them...

00:34:25.180 Oh, the music?

00:34:26.740 Yeah, that's okay.

00:34:27.220 That's right.

00:34:28.260 What?

00:34:29.860 What?

00:34:30.520 I mean, if you have copyright music, you have to pause it every five seconds.

00:34:34.800 Oh, every five.

00:34:35.680 That's okay.

00:34:36.520 Yeah, so then, her YouTube channel starts losing a bunch of subscribers.

00:34:50.360 Her, same with TikTok. 0.84

00:34:54.020 She didn't post for three years.

00:34:56.520 So let's see.

00:34:57.040 And her most popular before this was 1.2 million views. 0.59

00:35:02.660 And then before this, she was getting, like, 29K a video.

00:35:09.020 That's a really steep drop-off.

00:35:11.940 70K three years ago.

00:35:13.580 Okay.

00:35:14.700 Then you got TikTok.

00:35:17.000 Same thing.

00:35:17.660 So she's getting real canceled on this. 0.89

00:35:21.040 She, like, loses...

00:35:23.180 I'm trying to go before all this happened.

00:35:26.940 Like, half a million.

00:35:30.380 Okay.

00:35:33.500 Okay, now here's Sienna's and her lawyer at the time.

00:35:39.140 Girls, welcome to the BFF's YouTube channel.

00:35:41.420 Make sure you guys tap the bell.

00:35:42.780 Subscribe.

00:35:43.560 Vehemently deny.

00:35:44.580 It's been an ongoing...

00:35:45.660 People love me.

00:35:46.280 People hate me.

00:35:46.920 Everything.

00:35:48.080 This look is unusual.

00:35:50.820 I'm going to say that right off the bat.

00:35:52.320 Because, like, having your lawyer and the forensic guy is weird.

00:35:56.080 He's a little bit of a super simp, but I do love him.

00:35:58.280 Just so you know, Dave Portnoy, he had false allegations against him.

00:36:02.400 Oh, really?

00:36:02.800 That he had to beat.

00:36:03.580 Yeah.

00:36:04.440 And I don't know the story.

00:36:05.760 I just saw that, you know, one of the reasons why he wanted to platform her

00:36:09.240 was because he had to face false accusations.

00:36:13.680 So that's why they had her on the show. 0.99

00:36:15.820 Never done that, but it's your choice.

00:36:17.920 But I do want to say... 0.89

00:36:18.920 I came in and I was like, holy shit, am I in the right Zoom room? 0.95

00:36:22.380 I feel you. 0.99

00:36:23.100 I feel you.

00:36:23.460 What is going on?

00:36:24.520 I feel you.

00:36:25.260 So is this your choice or their choice to be like, we want to be on the call with you?

00:36:31.000 It's a little intimidating, I feel you.

00:36:32.500 But no, I just...

00:36:34.540 I want to talk about my emotional state.

00:36:37.580 And, like, I feel like what I want to touch on is, like, how I'm doing.

00:36:40.980 And, like, the emotional questions that I know you guys are going to ask.

00:36:44.200 But as for, like...

00:36:44.860 Take a shot whenever she says, like, guys.

00:36:46.580 Yeah, she wants to go over her feelings, not the facts of the case.

00:36:52.140 And, like, the, so what's going on questions, that's for them to answer.

00:36:57.000 Because, like, I don't want to...

00:36:59.280 I'm trying to...

00:37:00.380 I don't want to butcher anything.

00:37:01.920 This is all, like...

00:37:02.860 Now it's serious, you know?

00:37:04.280 Like, social media...

00:37:06.140 Along those lines, then, is there some sort of official legal proceeding going on right now?

00:37:13.860 So, I'm going to take that.

00:37:15.380 Hi, everyone.

00:37:16.760 Thanks for having me on.

00:37:18.660 No.

00:37:19.220 And that's really the point.

00:37:21.600 There has been no police report filed.

00:37:25.960 There has been no police investigation.

00:37:28.220 There's been no civil complaint filed.

00:37:30.660 There has been absolutely...

00:37:32.760 But for men, nobody cares if there's no case.

00:37:36.040 So, can we talk about that real quick?

00:37:37.860 Yeah.

00:37:38.520 So, remember, this is the court of public opinion.

00:37:43.640 Yeah.

00:37:44.240 Where men get crucified. 0.75

00:37:45.800 All the time.

00:37:46.780 Lose everything.

00:37:48.460 Okay?

00:37:48.680 And this lawyer, on multiple interviews and multiple...

00:37:53.000 Made sure to emphasize, no civil charges, no criminal charges, no nothing.

00:37:58.080 But this is the court of public opinion.

00:38:02.420 Yeah.

00:38:03.420 You don't need a criminal case to get canceled.

00:38:06.240 And this cost her a lot.

00:38:08.420 As it, you know...

00:38:09.580 So, you know, you can't control what happens in the court of public opinion.

00:38:15.020 She had to find that out the hard way.

00:38:16.240 Yeah, and she was getting, like, $100,000 brand deals before this.

00:38:21.420 Like, at the rate she was at, she was probably making $100,000 per post at how famous she was before. 0.76

00:38:28.860 And so, it's like, you don't get internet money and you don't, like, and not get what comes with internet money.

00:38:34.900 Like, people always complain about being canceled when you get to make money on the internet.

00:38:40.480 Like, it's a privilege.

00:38:42.860 Most people don't get it.

00:38:44.060 It's like celebrities that complain about being famous.

00:38:47.880 Don't make famous money then.

00:38:49.780 You know what I mean?

00:38:50.300 Yeah, it's true.

00:38:51.180 It's true.

00:38:51.740 Go lay concrete instead of making money on the internet.

00:38:55.500 How about that?

00:38:56.060 Yeah.

00:38:57.020 Nothing by way of an investigation or any kind of legal proceeding filed.

00:39:01.740 Honestly, at the end of the day, this is all just a video online.

00:39:05.840 Right.

00:39:06.200 So, then, though, but then that begs the question, if there hasn't been a legal issue, like, why are you here?

00:39:12.840 She can't, like, there's nothing going on.

00:39:14.280 She could theoretically answer for herself.

00:39:16.680 Because, obviously, there have been allegations made, right?

00:39:20.460 Obviously, there have been legal allegations made.

00:39:22.280 And, at this point, after so long of just going back and forth online and it's all just social media talking back and forth, it's time to actually bring in some professionals who are going to talk about what's really real.

00:39:35.720 And what's real is that there's nothing out there.

00:39:39.400 Okay.

00:39:40.120 I personally, again, as somebody, I think this almost makes it seem like something's real by involving legal when there is no legal.

00:39:47.100 But that's just my take.

00:39:49.380 Like, I always think it's better to hear from the horse's mouth.

00:39:53.240 Like, I get, I always get when someone says, I can't speak on it.

00:39:58.220 There's a legal proceeding going on.

00:39:59.640 It'll be used in court.

00:40:00.380 But there isn't.

00:40:01.000 We're not there.

00:40:01.760 So, that's my personal off the jump with this.

00:40:05.440 What's that?

00:40:06.220 I totally understand what you're saying.

00:40:08.000 Yes.

00:40:08.180 I totally understand what you're saying.

00:40:09.060 But I think that with how, like, blown out of proportion this has all got, it's now, like, to the point where I just, like, can't even, like, deal with this stuff anymore.

00:40:20.620 Like, it's literally just me kind of, like, focusing on my emotional state.

00:40:24.920 And then as everyone's, like, what's going to happen next?

00:40:28.420 Like, oh, she's 18 now.

00:40:29.640 I turned 18, like, a month ago.

00:40:31.960 She's 18 now.

00:40:32.880 Like, is something going to happen?

00:40:35.000 Like, I just kind of, like, all right.

00:40:37.820 I'm going to let my team, like, just talk about this one and kind of, like, take this one.

00:40:41.600 Because it's just, like, not even worth it for me to, you know.

00:40:46.020 Yeah.

00:40:46.540 And obviously, Josh Brie, feel free.

00:40:48.980 I do think in a situation like this, and I'm not, and I've watched everything.

00:40:56.920 I've seen everything.

00:40:57.840 And we've said in the beginning what we felt.

00:41:00.180 And I think we got crucified.

00:41:01.960 I tended to be.

00:41:02.760 I looked at it on my side.

00:41:04.340 It's like just a little.

00:41:05.340 No, I really appreciate you for that.

00:41:06.440 And it wasn't even necessarily, like, because we'd met or spoken.

00:41:11.660 I was just thinking.

00:41:12.260 No, I don't think it was, like, a favor or anything.

00:41:13.520 Yeah, it was like if my girlfriend did that in a second, I would never.

00:41:16.900 It's a nothing issue to me.

00:41:18.180 Like, if I'm sitting there and my girlfriend climbs on me, now there's been all dispute on where this is going back.

00:41:23.800 I will say the seriousness of these allegations both ways, I think it's kind of disgusting that it's being played out on social media when it's getting that serious.

00:41:33.720 Because those are serious things, and nobody knows what's right and wrong.

00:41:36.220 Like you said, there's nothing.

00:41:38.360 But when women do it, they're not crucified for it. 1.00

00:41:40.840 Yeah.

00:41:41.000 And they play out on social media.

00:41:43.280 He says that it's disgusting.

00:41:44.820 He never would have said that about a man.

00:41:46.320 Yeah.

00:41:47.200 Filed.

00:41:47.920 But it has gotten to this point.

00:41:49.720 And he laid, this is fast forward three years later, but he was the one who crucified Zach Bryan and let that completely play out.

00:41:58.760 I don't know if you saw the episode, but one of the girls that's on the show later dated a country superstar. 1.00

00:42:04.700 And on the way out said that he emotionally abused her, some bullshit.

00:42:09.800 And Dave completely simped and put her on and did a whole episode about how he was abusive and how none of them liked him. 0.98

00:42:17.080 Yeah.

00:42:17.600 And that's why I said, I really do like Dave, but he is a super simp sometimes.

00:42:23.000 Sometimes he simps.

00:42:24.220 Even this interview is very unlike BFF, so we want to treat it delicately.

00:42:29.100 Yeah.

00:42:29.300 Um, well, especially because I feel like, I feel like when you just keep bringing this, uh, attention kind of to this, not you necessarily saying, I just mean like when people keep bringing the attention to the situation, it just got to fuck up to people's mental health.

00:42:40.320 Like you and Jack can't be in the greatest mental health place when it's like, this stuff is just constantly being brought online and just being talked about.

00:42:49.380 And then everyone's giving their opinions on you and what you should do and how you should live your life.

00:42:53.720 Kind of.

00:42:54.420 Yeah.

00:42:54.740 No, for sure.

00:42:55.700 Like if I'm being totally honest, I literally haven't been on my phone the past month.

00:43:01.760 Like, I know that there's been like thousands of like YouTube videos I am and just talking about like just my character and I haven't seen anything.

00:43:12.620 And I just know that there's like, I don't know.

00:43:16.100 I just, yeah, it's like, I, I obviously am not doing, you know, 100% because how could you be when?

00:43:25.700 This is a terrible look for her.

00:43:29.340 This is, she shouldn't have gone on this show.

00:43:31.760 Well, because the thing about it is, is men, when they have an allegation against them, it's a different kind of shock.

00:43:40.320 Like, I'm not saying like, not that she's saying like.

00:43:44.420 This is genuine shock where she didn't think this was going to happen.

00:43:49.540 Men, so many men have been falsely accused that they're shocked at having to figure out how to handle it.

00:43:56.940 But she's shocked that this is even happening to her.

00:43:59.040 Yeah.

00:43:59.400 So this is a whole different look on her face.

00:44:02.440 And she doesn't know, like men know that their words will be used against them.

00:44:07.940 So they shut up.

00:44:09.060 Yeah. 0.98

00:44:09.760 Women just talk. 1.00

00:44:10.940 Yeah.

00:44:11.380 And that's the, that's the thing.

00:44:12.900 Cause she now is trying to figure out how to talk without having it used against her. 1.00

00:44:18.620 And she can't figure it out.

00:44:19.920 But her, her biggest hurdle in this, and I don't know, is how does she tell her truth while not saying anything incriminating, you know, when, when, in, in cases of false accusations, everything could be used against you.

00:44:36.400 Yeah.

00:44:37.840 There's like, just so much hatred, you know, and like literally just so much cyber bullying.

00:44:43.760 Yeah.

00:44:44.220 On both parts, I could totally.

00:44:45.440 You know, I got no sympathy for people on the internet who get cyber bullied, even myself.

00:44:50.960 You know, it's just like, we, we asked to be here.

00:44:54.280 Nobody's putting a gun to your head and making you come on the internet.

00:44:56.900 If you go on the internet, you're going to get hit pieces.

00:45:00.160 You're going to get cyber bullied, either deal with it or don't like, you don't get to make internet money without the cost of internet money.

00:45:08.640 You don't, you do not get both.

00:45:10.260 You get either the internet money and no criticism in your day-to-day life.

00:45:15.980 Nobody looking at your personal life or you get the internet money.

00:45:19.640 It's one or the other.

00:45:20.700 You don't get both.

00:45:21.500 Do you think, do you think like bringing it, do you think you bring in the lawyer team and everything?

00:45:25.760 Do you think that's going to bring more attention to the situation?

00:45:27.840 Or do you think that's to like kind of quiet people down or it's going to quiet people down?

00:45:32.160 I think it is going to quiet people down because it's just like, I literally have my lawyer sitting right here next to me telling, telling you guys and whoever's going to see this now that there's nothing being done.

00:45:44.880 Like you can't just like, you can't just like claim with no credible proof because yeah, you guys have never had.

00:45:54.060 Yeah, you can.

00:45:54.760 See, there's a shock and awe right there.

00:45:59.060 She's literally in shock that this person said these things about her.

00:46:02.880 And the reason why she has her legal team there is because she's, she's, she's getting hit in her pocketbooks. 1.00

00:46:07.860 That's why.

00:46:08.700 I guarantee you after this, all the money she.

00:46:11.060 Done.

00:46:11.620 Shut off.

00:46:12.140 Yeah, she was cooked. 0.97

00:46:13.040 So she's wondering, why am I having to pay for this when it's just words?

00:46:18.700 How many men have had to suffer through this?

00:46:20.820 I mean, men get, men lose their whole careers.

00:46:23.300 Yep.

00:46:23.520 Probably never had, or very few, I don't even know, had people being accused of like an actual crime, like an actual.

00:46:31.920 I actually have been in a very similar in which there's no, there's no, I'm actually reverse.

00:46:39.280 Like if people follow me, I'm actually suing.

00:46:42.480 Like it's very unusual because I've been accused of things usually.

00:46:45.520 And it's so untrue that I am now suing the people saying it.

00:46:49.220 There is.

00:46:49.540 I'm the one who initiated.

00:46:51.140 So I get it.

00:46:51.980 I totally get that.

00:46:52.860 I don't know that the, and I was trying to prove a point.

00:46:55.720 So I get the lawyer.

00:46:56.800 I read through all and we'll get to all this stuff.

00:46:59.000 A lot of it seemed like things you already said, but even backing up because I haven't heard you say it.

00:47:03.300 But what the strangest part of this to me, I guess, is like you and Jack, like when you were on with us, you guys seemed like two peas in a pod.

00:47:15.380 The original.

00:47:15.740 Yeah, it seemed like you guys were like dating and everything, had like a relationship going.

00:47:19.420 So what, like, do you have, if you look back on this, are you at any point like, oh, I should have seen a red flag there, there, that something was off with this relationship?

00:47:31.200 Or are you totally caught off guard?

00:47:33.260 And were you guys actually dating or never actually dating?

00:47:36.580 No.

00:47:37.000 So we never actually dated.

00:47:40.260 And was I, sorry, you asked if I was like caught off guard.

00:47:43.320 It was like, it obviously, I don't, my guess is you didn't see this coming.

00:47:47.760 So when you look back, were you like, maybe I should have seen a red flag in this relationship somewhere that alerted that something was drastically off between you two.

00:47:55.740 When all this dropped on back in 2021, whatever, I was literally in shock.

00:48:03.640 Like I was literally so just surprised at like what, what was being said because it came from, from nowhere.

00:48:13.320 In my opinion, I was like, this, this is literally just pulled out of thin air.

00:48:19.800 And how many men feel like that?

00:48:22.160 Yep.

00:48:22.880 And once again, we have to assume that everyone's going to believe the woman and figure out how to do damage control.

00:48:29.920 Yeah.

00:48:31.280 Chat, Pearl Reed.

00:48:33.280 Love you, Pearl.

00:48:33.920 You need guests.

00:48:34.660 You are a fantastic debater.

00:48:37.220 Johnny says history is reminiscent of Jody Arias.

00:48:41.300 Do you know who that is?

00:48:42.080 And Travis Alexander.

00:48:43.780 Jody Arias.

00:48:44.600 Jody was not going away quietly.

00:48:46.340 Who's that?

00:48:47.480 There was a case involving Jody Arias.

00:48:50.260 I don't know the whole thing, but it was a case like a couple of years ago.

00:48:53.320 Okay.

00:48:53.600 Pearl, once Pandora's box is opened, the hunger will never die. 1.00

00:48:58.000 Hazel, another round of guys with no balls. 1.00

00:49:00.860 What a shocker. 1.00

00:49:01.600 Can't wait for the next soy boy to come forward and whine. 1.00

00:49:04.860 Kyle, all I know is in this certain predicament is that it's a simp that fails to realize his mistakes. 0.99

00:49:15.420 And a woman who is a straight up whore who cannot see, she might as well open up an OnlyFans. 1.00

00:49:22.800 Do you guys find her attractive? 0.99

00:49:24.940 Can you put a poll in the chat if you find her attractive?

00:49:29.640 And it was...

00:49:30.100 Put would or wouldn't.

00:49:31.240 It was literally just as shocking to me as it was to everybody else on the internet.

00:49:36.420 What was your initial reaction to Jack?

00:49:38.260 Just real quick, Pearl.

00:49:38.800 So, Jody Arias is a woman who was convicted of deleting her ex-boyfriend Travis at Alexander in 2013.

00:49:46.460 So, I guess she took him out while he was in the shower. 0.99

00:49:48.860 Oh, shit. 1.00

00:49:49.720 Yeah. 1.00

00:49:50.280 Oh, shit. 1.00

00:49:51.240 She was convicted of first degree. 1.00

00:49:53.580 Oh, wow.

00:49:54.200 And got life in prison without parole.

00:49:57.600 Tell you guys, women, they're advocating for life to be just as unfair. 1.00

00:50:02.720 So, you're going to see more women getting worse prison sentences, getting all that stuff. 1.00

00:50:06.200 Yeah.

00:50:06.400 This is what they asked for.

00:50:07.960 Reach out to him.

00:50:08.840 What did you say?

00:50:09.560 What was that conversation?

00:50:10.540 There was nothing?

00:50:11.660 So, I actually...

00:50:12.440 No, I haven't talked to him.

00:50:14.700 And literally since our last trip to Hawaii together.

00:50:19.300 The last time I literally saw him was before I got on my flight and we haven't talked since.

00:50:24.400 So, what was the delay between that video...

00:50:28.280 When did that incident, the first...

00:50:31.040 When the quick rope, supposedly...

00:50:33.660 When did that come out versus when it happened?

00:50:37.200 Wait, I don't understand what you're saying.

00:50:38.440 Like, so that video...

00:50:39.620 That video, when was that filmed?

00:50:41.460 Like, what day...

00:50:42.060 Like, when in the year was that filmed versus when it was posted?

00:50:45.500 So, that was filmed in November of 2020.

00:50:48.600 And the claims or the tweet was posted in June of 2021.

00:50:56.520 And then now it's February of 2021.

00:50:58.560 Okay.

00:50:58.980 So, we get...

00:51:00.280 We get that.

00:51:02.840 I want to move on to her response.

00:51:09.500 Like...

00:51:09.980 Let me see.

00:51:10.520 Where do we start it?

00:51:13.260 We started from the beginning?

00:51:15.620 Yeah.

00:51:16.060 Okay.

00:51:16.300 And this response was literally, like, five days ago.

00:51:21.080 Yeah.

00:51:21.580 So, her YouTube channel was quiet for, like, two years.

00:51:24.920 And then she comes out with this.

00:51:26.980 Wow.

00:51:27.540 62% of you guys don't find her attractive.

00:51:30.180 I thought it'd be higher than that.

00:51:32.720 No, I mean, the...

00:51:34.300 Look.

00:51:35.080 You got to factor in the craziness.

00:51:36.740 I know.

00:51:37.500 But I've seen...

00:51:38.880 Guys, you know how women will cap about the men that are interested in them? 1.00

00:51:42.760 Men cap about the women they wouldn't.

00:51:47.660 They're like, no, I would never.

00:51:49.440 But think about this, Pearl.

00:51:50.480 Look at five drinks in on a slow Tuesday.

00:51:53.180 He might.

00:51:54.640 But think, you know, but we know, once again...

00:51:56.720 Like, sometimes I've seen guys and they'll show me, like, women they've dated or whatever.

00:52:01.160 And I'm like, you did that?

00:52:03.980 I'm like, she's, like, 40 pounds overweight.

00:52:06.400 What are you doing?

00:52:07.720 Like...

00:52:08.000 You know, I assume that the...

00:52:09.480 You know, I've been moderating the chat a long time.

00:52:11.740 And I assume that...

00:52:13.820 I assume the best about the chat.

00:52:16.760 There's a lot of intelligent men in there.

00:52:19.380 Yeah.

00:52:19.720 And most of them are cost-benefit calculators.

00:52:22.300 Right?

00:52:23.000 So, you're talking about what you smash.

00:52:24.960 But they're thinking about what I smash and have to deal with the consequences afterwards.

00:52:28.040 So, that's why I think it's at 62%.

00:52:30.800 Okay.

00:52:32.300 I'm deep in the red pill.

00:52:33.880 So, no, she's not attractive. 0.99

00:52:35.620 See, there it is.

00:52:36.780 Hi.

00:52:37.600 So, this video, we're just going to chat.

00:52:42.460 And I've been thinking about making this video for, like, three years.

00:52:48.960 And basically, what I'm going to do is summarize my last three years being canceled, the trials 0.96

00:52:59.580 I went through, my relationships, my, basically, trauma and shit that happened to me. 0.90

00:53:09.280 There we go. 0.98

00:53:10.080 Trauma.

00:53:10.360 You knew it was coming.

00:53:11.560 You knew it was coming, Pearl.

00:53:13.520 I knew you'd catch that one way.

00:53:15.280 But my trauma.

00:53:16.820 You know, men, when they have trauma, it's always, like, they tell you, guys, you ask

00:53:24.280 them what they're going through, and they'll tell you the most depressing story you've ever

00:53:27.560 heard, ever.

00:53:28.280 And women, it's the people on the internet don't like me. 1.00

00:53:32.100 They left me in comments, or I got dumped.

00:53:35.620 Yeah.

00:53:36.200 I had, someone told me a story the other day about how they got, like, ran out of their

00:53:40.320 home country.

00:53:41.200 Like, it was insane.

00:53:42.460 And, okay, we'll keep going.

00:53:46.780 And talk about it.

00:53:48.220 And talk about my, I guess, story and my testimony.

00:53:55.300 And I think for a long time I avoided this because it's, it's really, it gets hard.

00:54:00.740 Especially when you live it and you feel it so heavy. 0.99

00:54:03.000 You don't want to, like, talk about this shit. 0.98

00:54:06.220 I mean, I do talk about it, but with, like, my boyfriend, my parents, my family, and my 0.99

00:54:12.700 closest friends.

00:54:13.360 Like, for the most part, I want to, you know, be a happy person, be a positive person, try

00:54:20.700 to see the light in the world and the light in people.

00:54:22.900 But I also believe that, for my situation especially, I haven't addressed anything on social media.

00:54:34.560 And I think that in absence of me vocally, like, just talking about it casually, people

00:54:43.120 have made up stories about me.

00:54:45.200 People post stuff about me that is just, like, it's just kind of, honestly.

00:54:50.580 Would you give her credit for going dark, Pearl?

00:54:52.900 Because you could argue that if she would have been talking this whole time, it could

00:55:00.300 have just made it worse.

00:55:01.900 Because she went dark for, like, two years.

00:55:03.620 Do you think that was a good idea or a bad idea?

00:55:07.140 I think she should have did a video. 0.95

00:55:09.620 You know what?

00:55:10.180 Okay, so what I found when it comes to social media is everyone wants you to shut up, right?

00:55:17.980 And that's kind of what you try to do.

00:55:19.600 But I actually think Dave Portnoy has been really smart.

00:55:24.320 Every time he has an allegation, he pulls up his phone, gives his side of the story, moves

00:55:29.600 on, business as usual.

00:55:32.040 That's probably what I would have.

00:55:34.000 She was canceled pretty hard, though.

00:55:35.700 So, um, no, I think it would have been better if she just did this video, didn't get the

00:55:41.720 lawyers involved, set her side of the story, and moved on, let people argue about it. 0.99

00:55:47.460 And then just ate all the opportunities, leaving.

00:55:50.860 I mean, I guess they would have, she would have lost and got canceled anyway. 1.00

00:55:54.180 But the, the problem is when people are famous for just existing, they don't have a business

00:56:00.140 as usual to get back to.

00:56:02.320 That's 100% true.

00:56:03.720 That's true.

00:56:04.280 So, like, if, if she was, let's say, like, a political commentator, I would have just given,

00:56:11.020 like, responded, moved on.

00:56:13.040 Dave, it's like he does celebrity gossip, whatever.

00:56:15.800 So, when he's in the news, he says, look, this is the allegation, that's not true, believe

00:56:21.300 what you want, I'm moving on, business as usual.

00:56:23.740 Crowder, same thing, when the divorce stuff came out, he said, look, this is it, but I

00:56:28.300 have my show.

00:56:29.620 These people are just famous for being famous.

00:56:32.720 Yeah.

00:56:33.200 So, I'm gonna amend my, I'm gonna say for her, that probably was the best situation,

00:56:40.260 because she had no, not, like, talent.

00:56:42.300 She just did dancing videos on TikTok.

00:56:44.040 The best example of what you're talking about was, you're too young to remember, but when

00:56:49.000 those allegations came out against Kobe Bryant, you know, he, the Lakers, he kept showing

00:56:55.260 up to basketball games, and he was just winning, like, they went on, like, a win streak, and

00:56:59.460 that's how he, he dealt with it.

00:57:01.080 He just won the whole time.

00:57:02.560 Yeah.

00:57:03.020 So, he had basketball, he was able to, to do his craft while he was going to do it,

00:57:07.320 but you're right, like, what could she possibly do if she gets canceled off of TikTok?

00:57:10.780 Yeah, like, I guess for her, it's a little different, but if she had some sort of show

00:57:19.320 or something she was doing, like, I don't know, even if she starts, she used that to,

00:57:23.880 like, start a podcast or something, I, I don't know, I would have just given a statement and

00:57:32.780 moved on.

00:57:33.380 Like, I think, I think the longer you wait, the more it drags out.

00:57:37.020 So, would you say that even if she lost all of her brand deals, she should have made a

00:57:41.240 statement and then just kept posting and tried to rebuild after that?

00:57:43.960 Yeah.

00:57:44.700 Okay.

00:57:45.280 Sounds like a good plan to be.

00:57:47.420 You think?

00:57:48.440 I mean, better than going dark for two years, right?

00:57:51.960 I don't know, like, but the problem for her is she didn't have anything other than existing. 1.00

00:57:57.000 Like, that's, that's why I'm getting stuck in this because she doesn't have anything to

00:58:01.620 go back to because her, she, her fame, it was a hype house. 0.97

00:58:04.880 It's like reality TV.

00:58:06.600 Yeah.

00:58:06.960 When you're canceled on reality TV, what do you do?

00:58:09.680 And then also, I mean, because the best argue, argument you could make for her going dark

00:58:13.580 is she was young and like social media women talk too much anyway. 1.00

00:58:18.400 Yeah.

00:58:18.840 But you imagine if she were just Brittany rendered it and said her truth the whole time, it would

00:58:23.880 just gotten even worse.

00:58:24.520 I'm sure it was better for her mental health, but I was just thinking it's tough because

00:58:30.860 you don't want to say anything that makes it worse, but I've found in social media that

00:58:35.740 the quicker people respond, at least you can get the response and then people are arguing

00:58:40.220 like for you.

00:58:41.700 Do you know what I'm saying?

00:58:42.360 Like where, like his, like if she did this three years ago, then both sides would have

00:58:47.780 been art.

00:58:48.340 Like, does that make sense?

00:58:49.760 Like where now it's kind of blown over.

00:58:52.020 I'm not even angry.

00:58:55.740 But you guys can let me know.

00:58:57.080 Actually, make it a poll in the chat.

00:58:59.360 Make it a poll.

00:59:00.180 Should she have responded back then?

00:59:03.080 Yes or no?

00:59:03.820 I'm just like, okay.

00:59:05.820 Like, it's just kind of like, that's what you think.

00:59:09.360 Like you don't, you don't know.

00:59:11.500 But Pearl, whenever a woman says literally a lot with long pauses in the sentence, lying 1.00

00:59:16.660 and women speak literally means I'm not lying.

00:59:19.360 Whenever someone's vocabulary tells you that they are not lying, they're definitely lying.

00:59:24.560 I guess my point in talking about the last three years and how I got to basically where I am

00:59:33.200 today is for somebody watching this that is depressed, is anxious, is going through something

00:59:43.860 and feels like they're alone because I felt like I was alone so, so many times the past

00:59:53.880 few years and I felt like nobody could understand me really and nobody could really understand

01:00:00.520 my situation.

01:00:01.160 But as I listen to more podcasts and as I listen to people's stories, people's like documentaries

01:00:08.460 and...

01:00:10.100 Oh my God, get to it, lady. 0.97

01:00:12.440 I kind of realize that.

01:00:14.600 So in 2020, I was a sophomore in high school and this was when COVID was kind of starting,

01:00:25.000 but also nobody knew if it was like a big enough deal yet.

01:00:27.840 Like everybody still kind of thought we were going to go back to school.

01:00:31.160 As we started to do online classes and stuff, I had a lot of free time, obviously, because

01:00:36.160 I was no longer in dance since COVID was happening.

01:00:40.060 We were doing online dance classes, which took up like 99% of my free time otherwise.

01:00:46.340 And I also didn't have school.

01:00:48.100 So I had a lot of time to just kind of do whatever, as did everybody during this era.

01:00:53.340 She gets to it faster and go to her YouTube page and go to the nine minute video because

01:00:58.740 she gets right to it.

01:00:59.720 Okay, the nine minute.

01:01:01.160 Uh, the first one?

01:01:04.200 Yeah, so the talking about the Jack White situation.

01:01:06.460 Okay.

01:01:07.840 Last week, I posted a video about what it was like to be canceled as a teenager.

01:01:12.960 And honestly, that video was one of the...

01:01:14.980 My man could never make a video like that.

01:01:16.940 What it was like to be falsely accused or...

01:01:19.160 He would just get too much backlash.

01:01:21.460 And the thing about it is, if you...

01:01:23.240 Because she put this on TikTok and YouTube and people were like, oh my God, she was innocent.

01:01:28.580 I was like, wait, what?

01:01:29.400 So she's actually getting sentiment now.

01:01:31.320 Yeah.

01:01:31.540 If you look through the comments.

01:01:32.580 Yeah.

01:01:32.800 Most important and vulnerable videos that I've ever shared.

01:01:37.000 I always wanted to address the situation with Jack White and all of those allegations that

01:01:43.220 were made because I think in absence of me ever like verbally talking about it, there

01:01:48.900 have been so many narratives made up about me.

01:01:51.720 Um, I took like six months off of social media during that time.

01:01:55.860 And I mean, people thought I went to jail.

01:01:58.280 There were literal newspaper articles that I had killed myself.

01:02:03.000 Um, the craziest, the craziest things.

01:02:06.720 And I think I can speak about it much more gracefully without like defensiveness and anger

01:02:11.480 because I was, I was a teenager at that point.

01:02:14.400 I felt so frustrated at all of these people, at all these narratives that were basically

01:02:19.980 claiming my truth for me.

01:02:21.880 So today I'm going to be debunking some of the things that people comment on my account

01:02:26.680 and just clearing things up.

01:02:28.920 I have never really defended myself on my platform, but I have worked so hard for this platform

01:02:34.580 and I want to stand up for myself.

01:02:37.780 Honestly.

01:02:38.480 I also just posted like a 45 minute YouTube video explaining the whole story time with Jack,

01:02:44.500 our friendship before any of the allegations, what actually happened after.

01:02:49.600 And like during that time, and then my testimony to Jesus and you knew that was coming too.

01:02:56.340 You knew it was coming.

01:02:58.380 Of course the God phase.

01:03:03.300 Just how I honestly came back from that and how I've found resilience and built my brands

01:03:09.180 and yada, yada, yada.

01:03:11.100 Okay.

01:03:11.380 I've said this since the beginning when all these allegations were made when I was 17 until now.

01:03:17.320 I've always been innocent.

01:03:19.300 I've never been to jail.

01:03:20.800 I've never spoken to a police officer about the situation.

01:03:24.880 I've never been on any kind of registry lists.

01:03:28.000 And people like to really argue that I went to jail at some point, but public arrest records

01:03:33.840 or arrest records are public.

01:03:36.020 And I can promise you, I have not.

01:03:38.960 Get why people bring up the video, the proof, but I think you can manipulate anything to be

01:03:44.720 out of context.

01:03:45.740 So I'm going to explain the whole video for you.

01:03:49.400 This video was taken seven months before Jack and I's friendship ended, before they made those

01:03:54.600 allegations, before he put out their tweet, whatever.

01:03:57.540 We were friends for another seven months afterwards.

01:04:00.980 So the video was filmed on Snapchat by his brother, James.

01:04:05.380 So they're talking about where he's supposedly laying on the couch and he's touching him.

01:04:11.040 I mean, I dealt with a guy who was accused of rape and had two kids with the woman after.

01:04:15.900 And they gave the woman custody because she claimed she was raped on the first night. 0.97

01:04:21.000 And she proceeded to have two children with him.

01:04:23.800 So if a woman makes an accusation against you, it has to be over right there.

01:04:29.480 If you're with a woman and she calls the police to your house, it's over right there. 1.00

01:04:34.400 You have to stop it right there.

01:04:36.580 No ifs, ands, or buts.

01:04:38.820 Stop what?

01:04:40.100 The relationship.

01:04:41.060 Oh, yeah.

01:04:42.180 Yeah.

01:04:42.640 Duh.

01:04:43.940 Oh, my God.

01:04:44.660 There are lines, there are certain lines that if they're crossed, if it's out of the bottle,

01:04:50.200 it can never be put back.

01:04:51.000 If you're married and the woman says divorce, even to her just saying that, it's over. 0.80

01:04:56.460 You know what?

01:04:58.240 There was a guy in London I knew who was married for like 20 years.

01:05:02.200 And I would tell him about the red pill stuff.

01:05:05.240 And he didn't really, he's like, I don't really know what you're talking about.

01:05:09.300 His wife falsely accused him of rape.

01:05:13.300 So he was married to a lawyer.

01:05:15.300 He was like, he was one of the trainers at my gym.

01:05:18.560 And he was married to a lawyer.

01:05:19.560 Kids are older.

01:05:21.340 She starts working.

01:05:23.480 And she falsely accuses him of rape because she thought that he was cheating. 1.00

01:05:29.080 Turns out he has a twin brother.

01:05:32.040 Like, he literally has a twin brother.

01:05:33.780 And the person that, like, their mutual friend saw him, the twin brother with, like, they thought

01:05:41.220 it was him, but it was his brother.

01:05:42.800 What?

01:05:43.140 Yeah, yeah.

01:05:44.560 And so, yeah, you're, you're.

01:05:46.320 Yeah, I'm a twin.

01:05:47.440 Yeah.

01:05:47.780 So imagine if they saw your, like, imagine that you, you and your wife, like you, you're

01:05:53.020 married to a woman and there's a mutual friend who says, I saw your husband with this woman.

01:05:59.440 And she thinks she has no reason to lie.

01:06:02.760 And she seems very convincing.

01:06:05.200 Now, obviously, the false accusation bad, but like, but that's not the point of the story.

01:06:10.280 So she.

01:06:11.660 She, yeah, so then the friend tells the wife and the wife believes the friend that the husband's

01:06:18.160 like, no, I'm not doing that.

01:06:20.260 Da, da, da, da, da.

01:06:22.660 Turns out it was the brother on a date.

01:06:25.880 So how did that situation get resolved?

01:06:27.940 So she dropped the charges and they were trying to work.

01:06:30.280 I don't know how it is now because I haven't talked to him in like two years, but last like

01:06:34.940 they were trying to work it out.

01:06:36.620 She went to the police and said she lied.

01:06:38.620 Like she did the charges and then she went back and said she lied.

01:06:42.120 And I guess you could do that in London because there are times where they have it now, especially

01:06:47.720 with a lot of DV laws, where it's not the person doing the charges.

01:06:53.060 It's the state doing the charges.

01:06:54.800 Yeah, it is.

01:06:55.300 Because I had a friend who was younger.

01:06:58.780 He married a single mom and then they had two kids.

01:07:02.140 And the, the, the child that wasn't his was a daughter.

01:07:06.540 When she was 15, she, she's messing around with this, with this older boy.

01:07:10.780 And she's like, I'm going to go see him.

01:07:12.360 And he's like, no, you're not.

01:07:13.260 No, you're not.

01:07:13.680 No, you're not.

01:07:13.980 She's like, I'm going to call the police and say that you, you know, that you did something

01:07:17.360 to me.

01:07:17.820 So she did.

01:07:18.640 She, he's like, do what you got to do, but you ain't leaving the house because I want

01:07:21.660 to protect you.

01:07:22.400 So she called the police because she just thought that the police were going to scold him

01:07:26.540 and say, you can't keep it here.

01:07:28.040 No, they put handcuffs on him and took him to jail.

01:07:30.920 And she couldn't believe it.

01:07:31.760 She's like, wait, wait, wait, wait.

01:07:32.400 I was lying.

01:07:33.060 I was lying.

01:07:33.740 They're like, oh, honey, it's okay.

01:07:35.580 You're safe now.

01:07:37.240 So the, the daughter went to the judge multiple times and said that she was just lying, but 0.74

01:07:42.660 he had to go through the whole process.

01:07:44.560 So they, they kicked him out of his house and he was, he was the sole breadwinner.

01:07:49.200 So he, he had to get a apartment and so pay rent there, pay for the mortgage there.

01:07:54.960 And it took about 11 months for the case to get resolved, but he couldn't go to his own

01:07:59.880 house and the daughter was telling the judge multiple times I was lying, but they had

01:08:03.600 to go through the whole process because the state made the charges, not the, not the girl.

01:08:07.320 Yeah.

01:08:07.720 I think, um, I think at that point, like they dropped it somehow.

01:08:13.320 I don't know, but I know they dropped it.

01:08:15.360 And the last I talked to him, she was basically begging him to not divorce her.

01:08:20.300 And like, she was like, he's just, he just said, yeah, she has been on like, like, like

01:08:26.720 very good behavior.

01:08:27.960 Like the bat, like, because she was, yeah. 0.70

01:08:30.300 That's the same thing with this guy.

01:08:31.960 He said the only good thing that happened with his stepdaughter before she did that, 1.00

01:08:36.860 she treated him like absolute garbage. 0.99

01:08:38.280 But then afterwards she was a complete angel. 0.99

01:08:40.580 Yeah.

01:08:40.940 That's what he said.

01:08:41.820 He said that like, cause he was a Muslim and that she, what?

01:08:46.900 Yeah.

01:08:47.400 No, he was Muslim.

01:08:48.540 She was Muslim too?

01:08:49.440 Yeah.

01:08:49.980 What?

01:08:50.400 No, that's why the Muslims, let's say like, they don't have the same problems.

01:08:53.960 I'm like, I lived in, I lived in a Muslim area. 1.00

01:08:56.780 That was bullshit. 1.00

01:08:57.480 Like, and they married super young too. 1.00

01:09:01.040 So, but that was like when the kids were like teenage, I think his youngest was like

01:09:04.880 16 or something like older, but she, um, said he could get a second wife.

01:09:11.260 Like she wanted him to stay so bad.

01:09:13.080 She's like, look, you can go get a younger, like you can get a second wife. 1.00

01:09:15.820 Just please don't divorce me.

01:09:17.680 Do you think?

01:09:18.580 I don't know.

01:09:19.220 You should have stayed with her.

01:09:20.060 What do you guys think?

01:09:20.800 Or what do you guys in the chat think?

01:09:22.480 I don't know.

01:09:23.060 Cause she could always do it.

01:09:24.020 Well, I think she could do it again. 0.98

01:09:26.360 Cause once she crosses that line, she could do it again.

01:09:28.680 Yeah.

01:09:29.860 Yeah.

01:09:30.140 What do you guys in the chat think?

01:09:31.560 I don't know.

01:09:31.880 Should he have stayed or should he have gone?

01:09:33.700 I think last I checked, they were in separate like living situation.

01:09:37.480 And that was, it was interesting because he said, I have no idea what you're talking about.

01:09:42.440 Like he was so blue pilled and that it was interesting too.

01:09:45.480 Cause he started dating after that.

01:09:47.340 Like he started dating with a wife.

01:09:49.820 Yeah.

01:09:50.180 Cause he was Muslim. 0.98

01:09:50.920 So like his wife said, you can go get a second wife. 0.99

01:09:54.100 And he's like, I will.

01:09:54.900 Oh, okay.

01:09:55.140 Okay. 0.99

01:09:55.420 And so he's like, I, like I fucking will. 0.99

01:09:57.540 Yeah. 0.98

01:09:57.940 And I was explaining to him how like, like the women are different now. 1.00

01:10:02.880 And it was funny to like watch him go through it because he would, he would date like women.

01:10:08.120 He was maybe forties, fifties.

01:10:09.940 He would date women closer to his, you know, give him some shish kebab and they're happy. 0.95

01:10:14.320 In November of 2020, again, seven months prior to them ever posting anything about me or

01:10:21.220 using that as their proof.

01:10:22.800 We had just gotten back from like a bigger party and we were at another party with people

01:10:27.620 all around us and we were both drunk and making out the entire night.

01:10:33.040 He was introducing me as his girlfriend at the party.

01:10:36.300 We were like holding hands.

01:10:38.000 It was like, I was so confused.

01:10:39.820 I go in more into that on my YouTube video about like the, what were we, what weren't we

01:10:44.040 and how he kind of used me for clout and didn't actually want to date me in the YouTube video.

01:10:48.640 I'm not really going to go into that here, but he, this is one of the nights where he

01:10:53.400 decided that he was my boyfriend and we were making out and whatever.

01:10:56.580 So his brother, James filmed it on Snapchat.

01:10:59.180 And this is what I mean by the context thing.

01:11:01.140 He filmed it on Snapchat and he sent it to a friend group with the caption, like the bar

01:11:05.320 or whatever that was like, oh, they're so annoying, like making out again or whatever.

01:11:09.000 They're so cringy.

01:11:10.040 He sent it as like a, oh, they're so annoying.

01:11:12.240 They're making out again.

01:11:12.980 Mind you, this was his brother that filmed it.

01:11:16.540 And I don't know how more people don't think about this, but if I genuinely was like sexually

01:11:21.880 assaulting him in this moment, why would his brother film it?

01:11:25.180 They're both like six foot two, six foot three.

01:11:28.000 Like they're big guys, 180 pounds.

01:11:30.260 I'm five two and way less than that.

01:11:33.300 If they wanted to come remove me off of him, he would have, but like that didn't happen.

01:11:38.300 It wasn't until they needed proof multiple months.

01:11:41.140 Yeah, but the law protects them.

01:11:44.320 So they can't necessarily remove you.

01:11:46.460 Yeah.

01:11:46.900 Yeah.

01:11:47.160 And you know what?

01:11:48.080 Hey, a consent is consent.

01:11:50.460 You know, he could, he could withdraw consent after the fact.

01:11:53.960 At any time.

01:11:55.200 After the fact, right?

01:11:56.700 That they then had narration over it.

01:11:58.880 They made it out of context and they basically just made me look like a bad person when the

01:12:03.640 initial feeling or vibe of the video was like, oh my gosh, they're making out again.

01:12:09.840 This video was manipulated to make me look a certain way.

01:12:13.220 And after all these years, I've just realized the people who want to see the truth and want

01:12:18.600 to hear you out will.

01:12:19.440 And the people who just want to hate me, they will.

01:12:22.660 And I'm, I'm not, I can't convince everybody.

01:12:25.020 Also, my, my lawyer hired, um, an independent.

01:12:29.280 I don't know.

01:12:30.000 I think if she did this at the time, it would have been better because this is going to get

01:12:35.400 like 2 million views, I think tops, his got 23 million.

01:12:40.820 If she posted this three years ago and just said, these are the facts, believe what you

01:12:46.160 want.

01:12:46.820 These are the facts.

01:12:47.900 It would have, I think it would have done a better job defending herself than like three 1.00

01:12:52.520 years later.

01:12:53.180 She, she probably could have made a case, a better case based upon what she's talking

01:12:57.060 about now when it first happened.

01:12:58.620 Yeah.

01:12:59.260 Now it kind of sounds like, I don't know.

01:13:02.280 Yeah.

01:13:03.020 Video forensics expert.

01:13:04.300 And basically we were like, would this hold up, like, would this hold up as proof in a

01:13:10.420 sexual assault case?

01:13:11.360 If we ever had to take it to legal justice system, the guy literally laughed and he was

01:13:17.580 like, absolutely not.

01:13:19.140 Like, this is, this is not proof of a sexual assault.

01:13:22.140 I think once again, women have got, have used less and gotten more. 1.00

01:13:27.200 And what is it that judged?

01:13:29.900 I mean, it was like a story from 25 years ago.

01:13:33.460 Oh, the Supreme Court justice.

01:13:36.240 Oh yeah.

01:13:38.080 Was it Neil Gorman?

01:13:39.600 Kavanaugh?

01:13:40.160 Oh yeah.

01:13:40.520 Kavanaugh.

01:13:41.180 Yeah.

01:13:41.480 The Kavanaugh.

01:13:42.780 Remember, she, the court of public opinion doesn't need evidence.

01:13:46.320 It doesn't need to make sense.

01:13:47.740 It doesn't need to be based on anything credible.

01:13:50.300 You suffer the consequences regardless.

01:13:52.480 And she's talking about, oh yeah, would it have stood up in court?

01:13:55.520 It doesn't, it doesn't matter in the court of public opinion.

01:14:00.300 And if the lawyer is saying, if my team of lawyers is basically saying like, no, this

01:14:05.700 will not hold up as proof.

01:14:07.840 I think that is, that is in itself enough.

01:14:10.760 I mean, it doesn't really matter if like the 13 year olds on TikTok disagree.

01:14:16.100 I get this question a lot about why did I not sue for defamation?

01:14:20.340 And there are two main reasons why.

01:14:22.860 The first one, it takes years to resolve defamation cases.

01:14:28.460 And also on top of that, in the state of California, it is extremely, extremely hard to win because

01:14:36.100 a lot of times-

01:14:37.500 What she's missing out on is it costs money.

01:14:39.940 Yeah.

01:14:40.600 She didn't have the money. 0.54

01:14:41.760 I think that's part two.

01:14:42.820 Yeah.

01:14:43.280 Can argue free speech.

01:14:44.540 The second reason why is because it can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to go through

01:14:50.840 with these cases.

01:14:51.820 And in all honesty, I could not afford that.

01:14:55.240 That's what they said about Johnny Depp.

01:14:56.820 They said Johnny Depp.

01:14:58.460 Probably spent more on his case than he got.

01:15:01.420 Yeah, than he won.

01:15:02.080 It was literally the principle of it.

01:15:04.280 We do believe that the truth has a way of surfacing.

01:15:07.540 And when you live in the truth and when you live in light, and I think I've lived a life

01:15:13.340 of growth and I think resilience is the best proof of who I am and of what happened to me

01:15:20.800 ultimately.

01:15:21.640 Honestly, this was always just about the court of public opinion for Jack.

01:15:25.820 He never had the intention of addressing anything legally.

01:15:29.440 And when my legal team reached out to his after he posted his video, they literally had

01:15:34.320 no idea that he had even posted this video.

01:15:37.020 Honestly, the sad truth is that anyone can say anything online without proof.

01:15:41.580 Yeah, and you're right that this is the only way that it's going to stop is because now

01:15:46.040 she's saying what the men are saying.

01:15:48.040 100%.

01:15:48.480 She's saying, hey, anyone can say anything online without proof.

01:15:52.820 You know, that's why, oh my gosh, I get so irritated with the trad cons when they're like,

01:15:57.140 when really the solution to feminism is more feminism. 1.00

01:16:00.180 That is the only solution you can't repeat.

01:16:03.140 Like, there's no repealing the 19th.

01:16:05.220 And if a YouTube rep is watching, I wouldn't even want that.

01:16:09.180 I would not.

01:16:11.420 I would not want that at all.

01:16:17.020 There's no removing women's rights. 1.00

01:16:19.240 And I wouldn't want to see YouTube growth.

01:16:24.260 Yeah, really, I'm like, but the conservatives will always say like, no, you can't do any

01:16:31.260 of it back to them, like be nigh, you know, but you're right now she's complaining.

01:16:37.380 It's going to get way more attention than if a man complained.

01:16:40.560 Remember, the tried and proven thing is I've seen plenty of women where they they're all 1.00

01:16:46.900 for these female tactics and stuff until it happens to their brother or their son or 1.00

01:16:52.000 a woman will will will find a good guy to marry, but he already had kids and he sees 0.87

01:16:59.060 what he goes through with his baby's mom.

01:17:01.680 Like, oh, my goodness.

01:17:03.120 Yeah.

01:17:03.460 Or they have to warn their son about women like them. 1.00

01:17:06.440 Yep.

01:17:06.940 Yeah.

01:17:07.680 And people will believe it.

01:17:09.340 And especially with like AI now, things can be doctored and narratives can be changed

01:17:14.780 and they can make screenshots of anything.

01:17:16.680 And it's honestly just really scary.

01:17:19.080 People made this out to be a crime.

01:17:20.800 There was no crime ever committed.

01:17:23.260 And this only lived on social media.

01:17:25.960 America's justice system is founded on innocent until proven guilty.

01:17:30.300 But I've noticed that a lot of the younger generation likes to think that it's guilty

01:17:36.320 until proven innocent.

01:17:38.260 And who does she sound like right now, man?

01:17:42.780 Yeah, there you go.

01:17:43.960 Yeah.

01:17:44.380 People just like a good story.

01:17:45.620 I've seen a lot of people mention about like what Tana said a couple months ago regarding

01:17:50.740 like Jack's character and how he kind of is like a different person online than he is

01:17:56.040 in person.

01:17:56.760 To be honest, I've always hoped that people would see through those eyes and that it's

01:18:03.360 not always what is presented on the outside that is true.

01:18:07.200 I try to have as much grace as possible here, especially when talking about him.

01:18:11.120 But if I'm being honest, even when we were friends, he's always been very strategic.

01:18:15.540 He's always been very calculated.

01:18:17.340 He's a manipulative person. 0.83

01:18:19.500 He is. 0.97

01:18:20.580 And they shot first.

01:18:21.480 I addressed that in the YouTube video way more in depth, how he used me and I was like

01:18:26.340 his fake girlfriend and his cover.

01:18:28.000 And then I decided that we were no longer friends.

01:18:30.660 And that's how this whole thing started.

01:18:33.260 He literally told me and I included screenshots.

01:18:36.120 Sorry, Sienna.

01:18:36.940 It's not good for the brand to end our friendship.

01:18:40.280 And I was 16.

01:18:41.900 Thank you for remembering these videos.

01:18:44.280 After he posted all of his allegations and made everything about me, he deleted his entire,

01:18:50.260 all of the TikToks with me to basically sway public opinion and make it seem like it was

01:18:56.360 super one-sided.

01:18:57.480 I was posting all these videos with him.

01:18:59.200 Meanwhile, he had nothing up.

01:19:01.120 But I included a lot of these videos in the YouTube video that I just posted.

01:19:06.560 And it is genuinely insane.

01:19:08.860 Even I forgot how affectionate he was to me and vice versa on camera.

01:19:15.640 I was like, how?

01:19:18.020 When you take away context or manipulate what people see, it's a lot easier to tell your

01:19:22.480 side of the story in that way.

01:19:24.540 Since this happened years ago, I received like thousands of DMs.

01:19:28.220 Currently 22 and went through something similar at 16 and 19 to the point I deleted all my social

01:19:33.640 media and have scar makeup that are visible enough.

01:19:36.540 I covered them up with tattoos.

01:19:38.620 My life is better.

01:19:39.400 Messages from people, girls specifically, who are going through something in their life

01:19:43.800 that they don't feel like they will get out of.

01:19:46.460 And if I, somebody who went through this so publicly, can speak about it and offer encouragement

01:19:51.920 of like, you will come back and this is not the end of your story, then that's what I'm

01:19:56.960 here for.

01:19:57.360 Yeah, but for men, it usually is the end of their story.

01:19:59.960 It takes them down.

01:20:00.880 In the, um, in the long form video, she had, you don't have to worry about it, but she

01:20:06.640 actually says that she regretted that, that one video that she posted because it, um, it

01:20:13.100 minimized what was going on with SA victims and stuff.

01:20:16.000 So she took accountability for that cringe video that she posted.

01:20:19.800 That all day?

01:20:20.840 We dropped Sienna Swim on June 11th of 2020.

01:20:23.920 I want to see the videos of them together.

01:20:27.020 Oh no, that's the new, is that the new boyfriend?

01:20:28.820 I think that's a new boyfriend.

01:20:30.880 If you go to her TikTok and her YouTube, if you go far back enough, you, but you, you

01:20:37.820 got to go back like two, three years.

01:20:39.720 Sure.

01:20:40.220 That's okay.

01:20:43.260 She, she literally has a video called I Love Jack Wright.

01:20:46.800 Is it on TikTok or YouTube?

01:20:48.700 I think it might be on YouTube.

01:20:51.160 YouTube?

01:20:52.360 Uh.

01:20:54.200 Oh no, it's on TikTok, I think.

01:20:56.120 Okay.

01:20:57.700 Let me see.

01:21:00.880 What do you guys think in the chat?

01:21:05.940 Is she innocent or guilty?

01:21:07.940 Can we do a poll?

01:21:10.300 I like the polls.

01:21:11.540 Innocent or guilty?

01:21:12.360 Let me read the chat on the website. 1.00

01:21:13.960 She is young, horny, and got shit for brain. 1.00

01:21:18.020 Pearl, would you sue if your siblings were smearing your names with your relatives for 50 years, 1.00

01:21:22.920 causing them to stop talking to you without asking your side?

01:21:27.260 Would I sue?

01:21:28.680 Um, no.

01:21:30.700 Because, I know that's like obviously what men go through, but like lawsuits are just so expensive.

01:21:37.040 Because, I mean, I, there was even a point where I considered one with some people that said stuff that was untrue about me.

01:21:44.200 But, it's like the amount of time that you have to go through to do it, and money, and to get, especially if they're broke, like what are you going to get money that they're never going to pay?

01:21:58.300 Um, yeah, I guess you could clear your name, but, I mean, Conor McGregor just got guilty in civil court of rape.

01:22:07.420 You don't even know if that's going to happen.

01:22:11.940 I'm trying to see the old videos.

01:22:15.660 At the bottom of the document, I found a TikTok that you can use.

01:22:18.960 Oh, it's at the bottom, okay.

01:22:21.180 Oh, there it is.

01:22:22.000 And, okay.

01:22:37.420 And then, the YouTube video below that.

01:22:41.560 The eyes and words are so icy, oh, but cheaper, like Rome on fire.

01:23:11.560 Oh, she was saying, too, when he said she broke into the house, she was saying that it was actually, that there was a code that everyone had, so people would just go in and out, like, all, because that's kind of how the hype houses are.

01:23:27.400 I'm fast and angry as she can be. 0.86

01:23:33.740 I walk my days on a wire.

01:23:38.700 It looks ugly, but it's clean.

01:23:44.180 Oh, mama, don't fuss over me. 1.00

01:23:47.400 The way she tells me I'm hers, and she is mine.

01:23:55.360 Open hand or close, this still would be fine.

01:24:00.320 The blood is rare and sweet as cherry wine.

01:24:06.220 She's cooked forever.

01:24:10.620 Whoever dates her after, she's cooked.

01:24:12.480 This is way too much excitement around a relationship and attention.

01:24:16.380 Well, she's with a guy right now.

01:24:18.140 Yeah, but it's a crew.

01:24:19.600 She is going to be cooked.

01:24:20.740 Could this go back to the fact that women don't know how to take rejection and don't know how to take L's? 1.00

01:24:47.080 And she just kept trying and trying and trying.

01:24:50.820 Yeah, and I bet sometimes, you know, he kind of gave in and was, like, making out or whatever.

01:24:56.940 Because, you know, if this was a guy trying to say, well, he was showing, they'd be like, whoa, you should have known better, man.

01:25:04.000 Yeah, like, if she, no means no.

01:25:06.520 Yeah.

01:25:06.680 Yeah.

01:25:07.800 She's not around most of the time.

01:25:11.600 Tsk, tsk, my 11-year-old nephew sings better.

01:25:27.600 Okay, well, I mean, I think that the government really shouldn't be in those relationships.

01:25:35.460 I think it's kind of an over-exaggeration, but since women asked for this, we got it. 0.94

01:25:40.500 Congratulations.

01:25:41.160 We're treated like men.

01:25:42.440 Do you think the court of public opinion is always going to be a thing?

01:25:46.760 What can make it better?

01:25:47.700 What can make it worse?

01:25:48.280 No, I think now it's getting harder.

01:25:52.860 Like, I think the truth is coming out more now than ever, where you see, like, influencers being found out for being fake.

01:25:59.500 Like, you see, like, even, like, the top comments on the Nala woman for her TikToks are a lot of men, like, calling her out on the B.

01:26:09.960 Yeah.

01:26:10.720 I mean, I think people are smarter than they were in the past, and because women talk too much, our tricks have been revealed. 1.00

01:26:19.380 But, I don't know.

01:26:22.700 I think it's just going to be more male and female content, so the women will believe the women and the men, you know.

01:26:28.240 Yeah.

01:26:29.000 I think it's just going to keep going.

01:26:30.680 What would you, what would, I guess, just for a conversation, definitively, like, what would you, if a man were to be falsely accused, what do you think would be, like, his first couple of steps?

01:26:45.620 Would you recommend that, like, what would you recommend?

01:26:49.360 And then.

01:26:49.920 After getting falsely accused?

01:26:51.860 Yeah, so let's say you're, like, a social media personality and false accusations come out.

01:26:56.780 Like, what would, and he would say, Pearl, I'm being falsely accused.

01:27:00.260 What should I do?

01:27:01.420 What would you think, what would you say to the guy?

01:27:06.340 I want to say this is my opinion.

01:27:08.100 This is not advice.

01:27:09.080 This is my opinion.

01:27:10.180 You can take this or leave it.

01:27:11.440 I think men should defend themselves and bring out the receipts. 0.82

01:27:22.160 I think it depends on the situation and what evidence you have, but you need to be compiling evidence as you're dating women that everything was consensual.

01:27:31.460 So I have a friend who balanced a lot of women in London, and the way he avoided false accusations is he'd always get a text the day after saying, I had a good time.

01:27:41.240 He's like, you have to make sure you, like, call them back because you have to understand the psychology of women that women tend to falsely accuse when their reputation is on the line.

01:27:52.360 So a lot of times when women get caught cheating, they falsely accuse. 0.98

01:27:55.100 When women look like sluts, they falsely accuse. 1.00

01:27:57.580 When they feel like they're going to lose something, like, big time. 1.00

01:28:02.620 Not get called back.

01:28:04.080 So if they feel like they're going to lose their career, their kids, something significant to them.

01:28:08.640 Yeah, so you have to, like, kind of play into that psychology.

01:28:13.760 And, I mean, I'd even recommend if you want to ghost a woman instead of ghosting her, cry in front of her to get her to leave.

01:28:22.320 No, because if she gets mad, like, you don't know what she's going to do.

01:28:28.280 So it's kind of better to get her to leave rather, you know, than dump.

01:28:33.160 And I think men kind of figure this out on their own.

01:28:36.280 But, and I think you should defend yourself, you know, like, bring out the text, bring out the receipts.

01:28:44.120 If she's, you know, if she's, if she's willing to throw you under the bus and go public, like, I say do it back.

01:28:50.960 And then if, if a female content creator that you were friends with came to you and said, 0.99

01:28:56.200 Pearl, this person could be men or women is falsely accusing me of something, what would you say to her?

01:29:04.640 I'd say the same thing.

01:29:06.100 I think, I think defend yourself, let the facts come out and do it right away and move on.

01:29:10.940 That's all you can do.

01:29:11.860 So I'm not saying I'm right.

01:29:14.300 I very well could be wrong.

01:29:15.880 I know a lot of lawyers will tell you not to talk.

01:29:18.080 But I think Dave Portnoy, like, he always would say that all the lawyers would tell him to shut up, don't respond, don't respond.

01:29:26.020 And he would just give the facts and go back to his show.

01:29:29.000 I think that's the best you can do.

01:29:31.020 It's the best you got.

01:29:31.920 So, so you say the Dave Portnoy method where when it first came out, you'd literally turn your phone on and try to get your story out there along with the initial narrative.

01:29:43.240 Yeah.

01:29:43.840 As fast as you can.

01:29:45.640 Smart.

01:29:46.080 Smart.

01:29:46.220 You have to think through what you're going to say.

01:29:48.540 But there was actually a kid that was a drum major at Jackson City University.

01:29:54.300 And he was, he was in Target looking for a lamp for his, for his, his dorm room.

01:30:02.460 Right.

01:30:03.200 And this girl turns on a video and says, this guy is following me. 0.74

01:30:08.140 He's a creep.

01:30:09.400 And the guy's like, she's like, why are you following me? 0.94

01:30:11.880 He's like, I'm trying to get a lamp.

01:30:13.540 Yeah.

01:30:14.080 It's like, you've been following me for all these different aisles or whatever.

01:30:17.780 And he's like, leave me alone.

01:30:21.300 So that he, okay, he turns around.

01:30:23.600 And so she puts that out there.

01:30:25.120 And then right away, he makes a video.

01:30:28.120 And he's, he's a respected drum major at JSU.

01:30:30.520 So the whole community defended him.

01:30:32.940 Yeah.

01:30:33.160 And so I had to take, take everything down.

01:30:34.940 But he, he put his identity out there like right away.

01:30:37.580 And his whole support group, like the whole school and everything came to defend him.

01:30:41.940 And it's better too.

01:30:43.500 Like, I would always get dirt on women that you're dating that she knows she doesn't want to come out. 1.00

01:30:50.180 You know what I mean?

01:30:50.580 Like, there has to be some secret that she does not want to be public.

01:30:55.080 You don't even have to say it.

01:30:56.100 But if she knows you have it, she's going to be less likely to do it.

01:30:59.440 But if she knows something, like, and you got to be non-judgmental too.

01:31:03.780 Like, you can't, like, ask her personal questions.

01:31:06.980 Don't be judgmental.

01:31:07.960 But if she knows, you know, she's going to be a lot less likely to do it.

01:31:12.580 Women get upset. 1.00

01:31:13.820 And they don't think about the future when they get upset, though.

01:31:18.720 Well, I mean, that's when you go and defend yourself, you know.

01:31:21.400 I mean, that's all, I'm not saying it's foolproof.

01:31:23.600 Like, you might not win.

01:31:24.660 And that's just, that's the best.

01:31:26.400 Based on what I've seen, that's the best you got.

01:31:29.620 But, I mean, life isn't fair, you know.

01:31:35.640 Okay, anyways, do you have any final thoughts for the show?

01:31:39.340 I think that's really all I got today.

01:31:40.840 I'm going to sum everything up.

01:31:42.340 Guys, I want to see more cases like this.

01:31:44.840 I want to see more women paying child support, more women paying alimony, more women falsely accused. 0.99

01:31:51.360 I want to see more police judo throwing women around and putting cuffs on them. 1.00

01:31:55.880 Everything that men had to go through historically that women put them through, I want to see the same thing happen to women. 0.96

01:32:02.240 Because this is what they asked for.

01:32:04.380 This is probably the fourth time I've said it.

01:32:07.140 Things will never be equal between men. 0.75

01:32:09.900 No.

01:32:10.900 Things will never be fair for men. 0.95

01:32:12.260 So, equality with women means them facing everything a man has to go through.

01:32:16.800 Like, their lives being as difficult as men. 0.99

01:32:19.120 So, guys, press charges.

01:32:21.560 You know, just press charges.

01:32:24.480 And enough women have to go through this for them to realize that. 1.00

01:32:27.920 Yeah, you're not fucking around. 1.00

01:32:29.280 Yep. 0.99

01:32:29.620 Yeah.

01:32:30.440 Kenny says, consent document checklist.

01:32:33.300 I mean, we had a PI on the show and he makes women sign a document before hooking up with them.

01:32:38.360 He says, nope.

01:32:40.720 He said, I'm not playing.

01:32:43.020 Kenny says, this is not financial advice, just my opinion.

01:32:45.740 How financial people on the internet protect themselves.

01:32:49.200 Look, I don't want anyone to come back and say, Pearl, this didn't work.

01:32:54.660 Look, this is my best.

01:32:56.900 That's my opinion.

01:32:58.340 She only said it because I asked, not because anyone solicited her for advice.

01:33:02.380 It's just like HR wars.

01:33:04.080 I had to learn too late.

01:33:05.240 Whoever goes to HR first wins.

01:33:07.660 So, any report on weird behavior of women to HR, if you're a man, do not wait and fight for yourself.

01:33:14.220 Yeah.

01:33:15.140 That's my ex-wife took 19K and I kept the house because I was going to take alimony from her. 1.00

01:33:20.940 Fight, fight, fight.

01:33:22.040 Yeah.

01:33:22.240 I mean, there's.

01:33:25.000 Be first.

01:33:28.600 But if you guys want, actually, Terrence Pop sells a course called Administrative Violence on how to use the justice system against women that they use on you.

01:33:36.840 So, he says it's immoral, but not illegal.

01:33:40.000 Anyways, like the video on your way out, guys.

01:33:43.200 Thank you so much for coming today, Doug.

01:33:45.700 And thank you to everyone on the website for supporting me.

01:33:48.960 One yearly membership supports every show.

01:33:52.640 So, if we get one yearly membership.

01:33:54.420 Thank you guys so much for watching.

01:33:56.080 Like the video on your way out.

01:33:57.440 And I will see you guys tomorrow.

01:33:59.220 Bye-bye.

01:34:06.840 Bye-bye.
