JustPearlyThings - Panel's THOUGHT On ANDREW TATE

00:00:00.000 so andrew tate this week was charged with grape and human trafficking um so i want to start by

00:00:07.000 saying do you guys think he's guilty or innocent based on the information you know

00:00:11.000 i don't think i've followed it closely enough to give an accurate answer to that um but i feel like

00:00:19.480 in some respects if you know this has been under investigation for quite a while he's been under

00:00:23.900 house arrest and stuff like that i do feel like within that time they probably haven't have had

00:00:28.760 enough time to compile a lot of evidence on that to sort of prove him to be guilty yeah it's like

00:00:35.660 it's it's suspicious it's taken this long right yeah right exactly that's my take okay what's your

00:00:41.500 take actually i've been following the case a bit uh closely lately but i i'm not in a position to tell

00:00:49.520 whether he's guilty or not but just uh the um the i mean the charges are a bit uh non non non

00:00:59.500 understandable to me because they said uh the he has been charged for something related to tiktok

00:01:05.640 accounts and making money out of tiktok so this is really really uh funny for me so even what is the

00:01:13.880 revenue that would be generated from a tiktok account compared to other businesses so this is

00:01:19.760 a bit tricky yeah yeah because initially everyone thought it was from the cam work yeah right so

00:01:24.000 everyone thought that was what they were accusing them of but now it is coming forward that everything

00:01:28.940 they're accusing them of was in the last like year or two yeah so and they're saying they're forcing 0.98

00:01:34.660 women to to make tiktoks and i know i know the payout on tiktok it's you don't make shit on yeah i mean 1.00

00:01:43.220 that's that's a bit tricky for me okay like a government to to to i mean to charge someone 0.94

00:01:50.100 with these kind of um um this charges basically okay go ahead nazarene i think what the majority of

00:01:58.340 the public are forgetting is it's innocent until proven guilty so for me at this point

00:02:04.660 he is innocent because he hasn't been proven guilty until they have evidence which shows him

00:02:10.180 doing it it's concrete evidence which shows that he definitely is doing human trafficking and rape

00:02:15.720 that's when i'll change my mind and say okay yeah he's guilty but for now he's innocent because

00:02:19.920 if we're going by the standard of the law it's innocent until proven guilty and i think everyone

00:02:24.880 has to remember that otherwise it gets very dangerous and it's definitely a breach of human rights and

00:02:31.260 um it's it's a danger to free speech as well i think because if you can just if if you don't

00:02:37.640 like what someone's saying and then someone else can go and make an allegation against them and then

00:02:41.020 they get charged and imprisoned for something they didn't even do and they haven't been proved to do

00:02:45.040 you know anyone can get imprisoned for just speaking about things that people don't agree with so

00:02:50.240 yeah innocent until proven guilty all the way

00:02:53.360 uh it's tricky because um romania is just notoriously corrupt there's it's inevitable to 1.00

00:03:04.540 to even come to any other conclusion and he does have a lot of money and when he sees the money from

00:03:10.580 these people it goes to the politicians and the government and so um you know he doesn't have the

00:03:17.520 most uh clean past as well because like he's done you know the cam stuff you mean like just the

00:03:23.880 things he's been saying like i know he said it when he was a smaller content producer and so i guess

00:03:28.640 that you know he wasn't really planning for that to be analyzed by hundreds of millions of people right

00:03:33.920 you know what i mean i have a friend and um her and i pretty close and she's a romanian lawyer and

00:03:40.060 she was looking at the say this whole case and she was telling me in her personal opinion it wreaks

00:03:45.420 corruption and um you know she was she's working like in the legal system for romania and we 0.98

00:03:50.820 actually pulled up the documents because this is all public information and the uh romanian judicial

00:03:56.160 system so looking at circumstances um you know i i don't want to wish jail time onto anybody who

00:04:04.820 doesn't deserve it and and entertain has been cool to me um so i just i mean my heart goes out for

00:04:12.320 these guys my heart really goes out for these guys because they're in a bad spot you know but i mean

00:04:17.780 he i mean it's just yeah it's just really bad to be honest with you i wish nothing about the best of

00:04:23.740 these guys because i mean when you live in a country that is notoriously corrupt right there is a

00:04:31.760 probability that that corruption will be used against you kind of like the whole censorship argument

00:04:36.460 right now people like censor censor censor well inevitably that censorship will be turned and

00:04:42.100 used on you so i just i hope and pray that these guys you know are going to be okay because it's

00:04:49.900 really just terrible i would i would not wish that on well maybe my worst enemy but not my regular

00:04:55.620 enemies i haven't um been looking at the case too briefly like i know the brief amount of stuff to

00:05:08.580 know i've always kind of been a fan of andy tate so personally i don't believe it but if it is true

00:05:18.900 then my heart goes out to the ladies the lady because i wouldn't wish anything like that upon

00:05:25.080 anyone but personally i just feel like they they they let him off on bail was it or suspensions or

00:05:33.740 whatever house arrest house arrest house arrest yes so they let him on house arrest and i don't know

00:05:39.640 like there isn't really hardcore evidence is there and then they're trying to get him back into jail now

00:05:44.580 i just feel like they're trying to do anything because in romania like the judicial system is

00:05:49.260 pretty corrupt you you have six months to incarcerate someone and or put somebody on house arrest

00:05:56.780 while you collect evidence against them in the united states i think you can only do it for 21 days

00:06:02.860 you have 20 don't quote me on that but i believe that is what i heard myron saying uh because he's a

00:06:09.380 former federal agent and i believe that the united states government they have 21 days to

00:06:14.420 build a case against you and prosecute you so in romania now they have six months so

00:06:19.720 now they're gonna have to go to trial and some people are saying this trial is going to be one

00:06:23.500 to two years long so it's looking like the tates are going to be on house arrest for one to two years

00:06:28.840 wow that's crazy and it's crazy because it's like all off of one girl's accusation or one two

00:06:37.180 girl's accusations american woman 1.00

00:06:39.600 american woman who is cheating on her boyfriend

00:06:44.880 oh really because yeah that that was the first thing that triggered the whole problem was

00:06:49.980 that girl was in the tates house and her boyfriend caught her and then 0.98

00:06:57.400 she was like oh well i'm being held against my will so the boyfriend called like i don't know if

00:07:04.580 he called interpol or something but he called some kind of national organization

00:07:07.680 you know some kind of uh police organization and then they went and then that was the first round

00:07:13.460 of trouble for the tates and so you know it's just i don't know it's just terrible to just look at 0.98

00:07:19.140 this whole situation you know because i mean that that's why you don't fuck around with uh 0.95

00:07:23.660 people have girlfriends like you know like if she's just she says she's taken like just 0.97

00:07:28.540 she's taken send her back out to the wild and if she's evil enough to betray her boyfriend she's 1.00

00:07:34.080 evil enough to betray you you know it's bad news all around yeah can i interject slightly there

00:07:39.160 wasn't one of the accusations also human trafficking as well so was this the same woman that has also 0.97

00:07:45.360 said this or is this other accounts from other people because as i said i've not followed this it's a

00:07:50.000 couple things i think is it's is it just three charges or is also forming a criminal organization

00:07:55.540 wasn't it isn't it uh grape yeah human trafficking human trafficking and money laundering and forming

00:08:02.300 a criminal organization so the criminal organization i believe is just they're saying that

00:08:07.120 andrew tristan and then their assistants these four people are technically a criminal group right so the

00:08:15.840 thing is a lot of times when the governments want you to be in trouble they will kind of like

00:08:21.580 throw as many charges that like can stick on paper like in the state of florida if you get caught with

00:08:27.140 marijuana right and it's a plastic bag they'll charge you for the marijuana charge and then

00:08:33.240 they'll also charge you for drug paraphernalia and drug paraphernalia is the plastic bag that the weed is

00:08:39.280 in and traditionally drug paraphernalia is like a crack pipe or heroin needle or something like that

00:08:43.540 it's his prosecutors they they try to get as many charges as possible on people to kind of justify

00:08:49.180 the spending that they're getting from the government be like look at us you know we're locking people

00:08:52.240 up so i mean who knows these are the things they've been officially charged with now they're still

00:08:57.340 gonna go to trial and they could win trial because they i heard that they have a really from my romanian

00:09:01.280 lawyer friend she was telling me that they have a really good lawyer as well so you know still

00:09:06.660 gonna go to to trial and knowing the tates you know they're gonna fight tooth and nail those guys are

00:09:11.020 not weak men at all they're gonna fight tooth and nail so we'll see what happens

00:09:19.180 you

00:09:49.180 you

00:10:19.180 you

00:10:49.180 you
