JustPearlyThings - This Is Why Men Don't Fight For Custody

00:00:00.000 but if i'm honest sorry i'll just finish my point quickly um i don't think abortion rate

00:00:06.760 will drop i think that legal abortions will drop because obviously they won't be available which

00:00:12.580 means more women are going to have medical side effects from procuring illegal abortion drugs 1.00

00:00:17.100 they're going to be more sick women more dying women i think women more women in jail i think 1.00

00:00:22.360 women might think twice before maybe sleeping with the whole football back alley i think i think i 1.00

00:00:28.160 think one out of three abortions is a lot back alley abortions have existed since the dawn 1.00

00:00:33.740 i understand and you know i think we should punish people that get those i think that should be

00:00:38.280 illegal too you know that the prosecution rate for all crime in general is pretty abysmal right

00:00:43.160 it's just it's it pays to be a criminal we can we can make the can i just say um an unpopular opinion

00:00:51.220 um amongst women uh but i have heard it time and time again from men which is you know that breakups

00:01:02.900 are harder for men than it is on women and the reason is because women are the ones with the choice

00:01:10.720 so women choose who they sleep with like we have more choice where so if we say no unless you're 1.00

00:01:19.880 graped we say no and that's it men have to beg and date and take us and woo us and do this and that and we 0.60

00:01:30.340 are the ones that we're the only ones that know when we're ovulating too you can only get pregnant like 1.00

00:01:34.800 five days a month yeah but we also know if we're on birth control or not a lot of women lie about it 1.00

00:01:40.040 yeah yeah yeah they do they do and we also can he can't make you take a plan b

00:01:44.420 mm-hmm so it's like we have all these choices so before i get attacked by women i'm not saying that

00:01:50.940 i'm not saying that like you know do better i'm just saying that i've i've been told from many men

00:01:59.120 and i was thinking yeah you're right they're not like whoever we have slept with women 1.00

00:02:05.880 we unless it's been some you know a different situation um in a normal situation we know we're the ones

00:02:16.040 that have said okay okay like come to mind it's always on the woman so the woman has the last say 1.00

00:02:26.440 in sex and we know when we're on we know when what we're taking we know what we're so it's like 0.96

00:02:35.600 if you're going to have sex with i mean sorry sex uh if you're gonna sleep with someone and then you 0.93

00:02:43.820 you uh not on the pill he's not wearing a condom you're not on anything and you still don't go 0.98

00:02:53.140 and get the morning after pill or you don't whatever you and then go oh i'm pregnant 0.96

00:03:01.420 like damn i think i'm shocked how did that happen i know i like and now i'm in this situation

00:03:09.500 right that's that's what i say it's because we have all of these choices to prevent these things 0.90

00:03:15.660 like yet we will still say but men when i bring this up you just said something that made me think so

00:03:21.840 if you if women get the last say in during intercourse do you think women should get the 1.00

00:03:28.500 last say when it comes to if they have an abortion or not um see i've spoken about this a lot i don't

00:03:36.680 i think it might show up on that one that was actually my next question yeah

00:03:43.840 like serious it is um i think that the that if the the partner has an issue i think if the woman

00:03:55.420 says i want an abortion and the boyfriend is like i don't want an abortion 0.75

00:04:00.340 then i would say for the woman to go and do it that's okay but what if they both agreed to have an 1.00

00:04:09.380 abortion and then the woman decides okay i'm going to keep the baby now i know many of those

00:04:13.660 i know many of those type of women is she wrong for doing that i think uh 1.00

00:04:18.880 well you know what's interesting women have the right not to be mothers but men don't have the 1.00

00:04:25.740 right not to be fathers because a woman can get an abortion say i don't want to be a mother but a man 0.96

00:04:31.000 can't opt out of child support or he goes to jail or gets his assets seized in this country yeah

00:04:35.220 yeah that's not in that angle the way how you that's actually like but then you're complaining

00:04:41.420 that some people are pro-life you can't really have a complaint from both sides if you're pro-life

00:04:46.020 then you're gonna want women to do that right you can't criticize women for both things it's like

00:04:50.600 no no i actually i would ban child support actually yeah yeah yeah i would say i would say i would

00:04:56.680 say make supports for the child yeah well i would if women were just if women were really just spending 1.00

00:05:01.760 child support on the child i might support that but yeah she's like you know yeah child support

00:05:07.380 and 500 i mean maybe you make a lot of money you're an internet person you know but for the

00:05:16.600 average guy that's a lot in a month 500 bucks a month but you think that's a lot for sustaining

00:05:20.960 a child i mean i think i think if you can afford the child you should have custody of it so if she

00:05:26.400 can't afford the child give it to the dad but the reason that the dad can't afford it is because

00:05:29.860 he's at work all the time and how can you look after a kid well that's my point it should be his

00:05:34.040 responsibility so if he wants to let the mom watch it on when he wants her to then custody is a thing

00:05:39.560 right you can fight for it's really not a thing here it's it's they only get custody 10% of the

00:05:44.580 time so so 50 50 well the reason they don't is because they go broke doing it and a lot of um

00:05:50.620 a lot of lawyers advise them not to i mean i've interviewed guys that like go through this it's not an

00:05:55.880 easy process i think the reality is it's very hard to sustain that because if you're a man and

00:06:00.780 you're working full time um it's not worth to fight it unless you're willing to work less or lose

00:06:07.300 your job or do a different job like so when you're looking at it from this perspective one of the two

00:06:12.460 has to work and if you're the one with the better job you're going to opt out of that as a choice

00:06:17.300 well i i just don't think you should be rewarded for making a poor choice so i i think you know if

00:06:22.620 you can if you can let's let's not make it a kid let's make it a dog if i can afford a dog then i

00:06:27.300 get the dog why why should you why should you get the kid if you can't afford it and it's like

00:06:33.040 it's like it's like it's almost like it's almost like punishing it's way right it's almost like

00:06:36.920 punishing men for doing the right thing they're supposed to work they're doing the right thing

00:06:40.640 and now we're punishing them and saying no you can't have the kid because you're working but a kid

00:06:44.100 needs more than just money that's the point right you need to be it's the caring it's the upbringing

00:06:48.100 okay okay well then if we're going to put the kid first then the dad should definitely get it

00:06:52.480 because single father homes produce better children than single mother homes thank you you

00:06:56.720 want to know what that is right because the men that do take it on have the capabilities to be that

00:07:01.620 i mean i mean that's the reason that usually really rich that's the reason that the left gives but you 0.82

00:07:06.020 just said it's not about money and now you're saying it's money because if you already have the

00:07:09.520 money then you don't have to work you have the time so that's that's not true there's good rich

00:07:14.880 parents there's good poor parents i think that's a really i agree with that that's not the same

00:07:18.800 i think she likes to conflate a lot of things i don't think most of the fathers that raise their

00:07:23.160 kids on their own are rich i actually think it's the opposite because more time more often than not

00:07:29.060 if uh if a man is rich he he can have the mother take care of the kid the mother doesn't have to work 0.58

00:07:34.780 he doesn't have to be with her that's what would usually happen being a man knowing a lot of men

00:07:39.760 that are in that situation i know that's what usually happen most of the men that raise kids on

00:07:43.260 your own are struggling of course it's a struggle for both just like a lot of women are struggling as well 1.00

00:07:49.340 but i just asked my my my my whole point is it's not equal so it's like if we my whole point is it's

00:07:56.340 not equal so it's like okay if we if if the feminists the left whatever want abortion to be legal 1.00

00:08:01.420 then then why then then let the men not be fathers too the thing is like so i'm not too sure like

00:08:07.500 honestly i'm not i'd really like to know the type of men that you're speaking about because the women

00:08:12.420 that i know of whether i know of them personally or i've heard of her they're single mothers

00:08:18.500 like they're begging their father they're begging their baby father for money towards like summer

00:08:24.040 camp for the kids because these dads think that their the mother's whole life should revolve around

00:08:30.320 the children when he does the bare minimum like i said before why can't she have a life 0.61

00:08:34.460 it's like why did she why did she open her legs for him my thing is women have all the choice when 1.00

00:08:40.600 it comes to sex it is not hard for us to get sex 0.98
