Loomer Unleashed - EP101: GOVERNMENT WASTE: National Fish And Wildlife Foundation EXPOSED

00:00:00.000 Thank you.

00:20:59.000 Thank you.

00:21:29.000 Thank you.

00:25:58.000 Good evening and welcome to episode 101 of Loomer Unleashed.

00:26:04.000 I'm your host, Laura Loomer.

00:26:06.000 As Elon Musk and Doge continue to work their way through the executive branch on their mission to eliminate wasteful spending and inefficiency, they continue to uncover more and more shocking examples of corruption, fraud, and abuse.

00:26:19.000 Tonight on Loomer Unleashed, I will be discussing two more major examples of these, which I exclusively broke on X over the past day.

00:26:28.000 The first story revolves around one of these liberal activist judges who has begun to throw himself in the path of both President Trump and Doge.

00:26:36.000 In the past week, we've seen multiple judges around the nation have moved to block key actions taken by this new administration.

00:26:44.000 Much like during President Trump's first term, this is intended to slow the president down and bog his key agenda items down in endless court battles.

00:26:53.000 Now might be a good time to point out that these are not members of the United States Supreme Court and that the concept of judicial review itself was literally given by the courts to themselves back in 1803. These judges and courts have no business telling the executive branch how to function.

00:27:11.000 John McConnell, a federal judge from Rhode Island, recently ordered President Trump and the Doge team to unfreeze the billions of dollars in federal grants and loans that had been shut down in the first weeks of the Trump administration because, well, they found them to be an abuse of taxpayer funds.

00:27:29.000 Conveniently, this judge's daughter, a woman by the name of Catherine McConnell, As you have likely heard, the Department of Education is a prime target for President Trump and Elon Musk and the team over at Doge.

00:27:53.000 Moreover, the Department is heavily reliant on funding from the federal government to function.

00:27:58.000 Is it any wonder, then, why Judge McConnell was so motivated to act against President Trump?

00:28:04.000 His precious daughter, who he no doubt worked very hard to send to Harvard so she could secure a cushy armchair advisory role, is at risk of being fired.

00:28:14.000 Oh, boo-hoo. 0.99

00:28:15.000 Poor Catherine McConnell. 1.00

00:28:17.000 At the end of the day, this is a clear conflict of interest, and it's a prime example of government corruption and just another reason why the Trump administration should begin ignoring these ridiculous court orders.

00:28:28.000 And of course, this conflict of interest was not picked up by President Trump's legal team.

00:28:32.000 And it's a great thing that Loomer Unleashed and the team here exists because here at Loomer Unleashed, we were able to exclusively uncover this conflict of interest and this egregious information.

00:28:41.000 And it has since been delivered to Team Trump.

00:28:44.000 and Elon Musk himself even retweeted the story the other evening on X and it now has millions of views.

00:28:51.000 But it's just another testament to the importance of Loomer Unleashed and the importance of citizen journalism and independent journalism because the legal team missed it and, well, the mainstream media also missed it.

00:29:02.000 The second story that we broke concerns massive fraud and corruption happening in random departments throughout the government bureaucracy.

00:29:11.000 In so many instances, we see that career staffers and government workers are handing themselves massive salaries for absolutely no reason.

00:29:19.000 They are fattening themselves on the never-ending tap of taxpayer money that courses through Washington.

00:29:25.000 Specifically, I have exposed the insane salaries of the CEO and Executive Director and other officials at an organization called the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, otherwise known as NFWF. Now, just so you understand for context here,

00:29:41.000 so that you can see how egregious this is, this organization, this foundation, was established by Congress back in 1984 as a 501c3 tax-exempt charity.

00:29:55.000 Okay, keyword, charity.

00:29:57.000 However, as I discovered and exclusively reported today, their CEO, an individual by the name of Jeffrey Trandall, is raking in an eye-popping paycheck of over $1.2 million each year.

00:30:10.000 And that's just on the current 990 form for the previous fiscal year.

00:30:16.000 If you look at the other 990 forms for this organization, you'll find...

00:30:21.000 That he has taken in over $1.2 million in previous years, all the way up to $1.8 million.

00:30:28.000 So for the last several years, he's been raking in over a million dollars from a charity.

00:30:35.000 Let me say that again, in case you missed what I said.

00:30:39.000 The CEO of a wildlife charity foundation established by the United States government.

00:30:46.000 Funded by taxpayer money, your money is making seven figures a year, and he's not the only one that's making bank over at this organization.

00:30:55.000 Other high-ranking officials at NFWF, including Executive Vice President of External Affairs Lila Helms and Senior Vice President Thomas Kelsch, also command salaries ranging from $214,000 to $549,000 per year.

00:31:13.000 That's a very expensive salary for a so-called charity operating on your money as a taxpayer.

00:31:20.000 Now, this compensation structure certainly raises questions about the ethics of the Foundation's salaries for their executives with the mission of charity that is primarily funded by U.S. federal grants.

00:31:31.000 In fact, over the past few years, the Foundation, believe it or not, has received over $165 million in grants in the last fiscal year alone.

00:31:43.000 You will, of course, be unsurprised to learn that Trandall frequently engages in Democrat activism.

00:31:49.000 This has included him filing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in favor of legalizing gay marriage back in 2015, as well as chairing other advisory boards that promote the LGBTQ, God, there's just so many letters, it's hard to get it all in your mouth, right?

00:32:04.000 It's like a mouthful there.

00:32:06.000 The LGBTQ plus agenda globally.

00:32:10.000 At an organization called the Arcus Foundation in which he is the chairman.

00:32:14.000 This is a perfect example of the vicious cycle that is the liberal status quo.

00:32:20.000 For decades, the government has provided a well of funding which will never dry up.

00:32:26.000 And Doge is exposing that.

00:32:27.000 It takes money from your paycheck and then it pumps it into one of these random, unaccountable federal programs so that people like Jeff...

00:32:36.000 Jeff can receive over $1.2 million a year while you're slaving away, working your ass off.

00:32:43.000 Maybe you're working one, two, or three jobs.

00:32:46.000 But Jeff is getting over a million dollars a year so that he can dish out grants to save penguins and other countries and perform ape conservation and talk about gay marriage. 0.74

00:32:59.000 You're paying for this.

00:33:02.000 There, your money will either be spent on some ridiculous training or product run by a liberal activist, or your money will be directly pocketed by some liberal executive or senior official like Catherine McConnell or Jeff over at NFWF, who will then spend their millions of dollars on liberal causes and make large campaign donations to Democrat political candidates.

00:33:25.000 And so the status quo continues.

00:33:28.000 It feeds itself.

00:33:29.000 It insists upon itself.

00:33:31.000 It thrives upon itself.

00:33:33.000 But it leeches off of you, the taxpayer.

00:33:37.000 Now it is clear why Trump faced so much pushback during his first term and why Doge is facing it now.

00:33:43.000 Are there legitimate things to criticize Elon Musk for?

00:33:47.000 Sure.

00:33:48.000 I've been a critic myself.

00:33:50.000 Are there legitimate things to speak out about as it relates to Elon Musk conducting audits?

00:33:56.000 Sure.

00:33:57.000 I'd say that...

00:34:03.000 I'm not saying that all of the criticisms are unjust or irrational.

00:34:10.000 There are legitimate concerns and questions that need to be answered to.

00:34:14.000 But I think that we should be commending individuals who are exposing enormous amounts of fraud and waste when they are We want to provide positive reinforcement for good behavior.

00:34:29.000 And I would say that despite the criticisms that I have had and despite the criticisms that others have had, it's important.

00:34:38.000 Because Doge isn't just rooting out wasteful spending and mismanagement.

00:34:41.000 They are dismantling the funding arm of the left.

00:34:44.000 They are severing the tentacles of leftism that has reached out to ensnare the world, pushing a cultural Marxist agenda everywhere.

00:34:54.000 So, it's undeniable.

00:34:56.000 Donald Trump and his administration are truly draining the swamp.

00:35:00.000 There is a young female journalist.

00:35:06.000 Conservative journalist by the name of Laura Loomer.

00:35:10.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems will be fixed in about five minutes. 0.95

00:35:16.000 - She chained herself to Twitter. - She chained her- 1.00

00:35:18.000 I'm yours.

00:36:31.000 I am live every Tuesday and Thursday between 8 and 9 p.m.

00:36:35.000 Eastern.

00:36:35.000 We started an hour late.

00:36:41.000 We have so much shocking information and, of course, receipts to show you.

00:37:02.000 So you're in for a very exciting and informative and educational original episode.

00:37:06.000 I want to just jump right in, alright?

00:37:29.000 Because...

00:37:30.000 This is just so crazy.

00:37:32.000 Every single day, there's another story that gets broken about government waste.

00:37:36.000 I mean, we saw today Elon Musk was in the Oval Office having a press conference with his son and President Trump, and they were answering questions from reporters about, you know, Elon's perceived conflicts and whether it's appropriate for him to be overseeing the audit of the Pentagon and just some of the questions about some of the findings by Doge thus far and some of the spending.

00:38:00.000 I noticed that while we've also been reporting on all of the waste over the last couple weeks, Loomer Unleashed DC correspondent Charles Downs has been...

00:38:09.000 On the Capitol grounds and also in front of the White House over the last few days, documenting the many protests against the Trump administration and the many protests taking place against Doge and also the defunding of organizations like USAID and the proposal to defund the Department of Education.

00:38:28.000 If you haven't seen those videos...

00:38:30.000 We have a few clips.

00:38:31.000 We can go ahead and show you some of the highlights from that.

00:38:34.000 We can get those clips pulled up.

00:38:35.000 Let's just go ahead and play some of these highlight clips from these protests so that people can see what has been happening in case you aren't aware of the chaos that has erupted since these organizations have been defunded on Capitol Hill over the last two weeks.

00:38:52.000 Minority Leader Jeffries, do you believe these protests are authentic considering it's ran by the American Association of Federal Government Employees who endorsed Kamala Harris?

00:39:02.000 Minority Leader Jeffries, do you believe the American people will believe these protests are authentic?

00:39:17.000 Minority Leader Jeffries, do you believe the American people will believe these protests are not the same as the protests are happening?

00:39:25.000 Minority Leader Jeffries, do you think the American people will buy this protest as authentic considering it's hosted by the American Federation of Government Employees who endorse Kamala?

00:39:36.000 For your power of the purse!

00:39:39.000 Congresswoman, do you think saying F Trump's appropriate behavior?

00:39:49.000 You think that's appropriate behavior?

00:39:51.000 You think that's an appropriate behavior for members of Congress?

00:39:55.000 That's true, seriously?

00:39:57.000 So, of course, there's many Democrats who are participating in these protests, but

00:40:12.000 Amid all of the executive orders and all the news that's coming out of the Trump administration with hostage releases and also just great announcements by President Trump and his meetings with world leaders, King Abdullah, Netanyahu, officials from Japan, it's been really hard for people to keep up with all these protests.

00:40:32.000 But essentially what has happened is you have Democrat leadership that has decided to protest President Trump and Elon Musk.

00:40:42.000 They're attacking Elon Musk and they're trying to focus on Elon Musk personally when really they're just upset over the fact that all of these leftist organizations are being...

00:40:56.000 And as we have reported on extensively here at Loomer Unleashed, and as you've probably seen over the last few days in the media, a lot of these organizations have been funding Democrat media organizations like USAID, where they were giving out very lucrative government subscriptions to sites like Politico.

00:41:14.000 And so a lot of leftist political operatives and also political media operatives have been self-sustained over the last several years.

00:41:25.000 Because, well, USAID and a lot of these other funds and grant programs have been used as a slush fund.

00:41:32.000 And so, instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the Democrats have engaged in a misuse of funds, they're trying to blame Elon Musk.

00:41:42.000 And as I said before, there are legitimate things to criticize Elon Musk over, right?

00:41:48.000 He didn't support President Trump before he was almost assassinated.

00:41:52.000 You can criticize some of his ties to China.

00:41:56.000 You can you can be critical of him for other things.

00:41:58.000 Right.

00:41:59.000 But I think that it's a little bit disingenuous for the Democrats to criticize Elon Musk for the defunding of these organizations when he's simply trying to make sure that taxpayer money is being utilized correctly.

00:42:12.000 Again, I do think that there are legitimate things to criticize tech billionaires for.

00:42:18.000 And we're going to get into that tonight because we have a story to break live on Loomer Unleashed about one of these tech billionaires who is tied to NFWF.

00:42:28.000 and we're going to show you.

00:42:29.000 But I will say that as critical as I have been of, you know, some of Elon's activities in the past, I am grateful that he's shining a light on waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government and that his organization, DOGE, this new government organization, is energizing the American public and making people wake up to how their money is being spent.

00:42:52.000 Because for...

00:42:53.000 For far too long in our country, there's been a lack of civics.

00:42:56.000 And so many people have really just kind of disregarded what it means, right, to have the government approve appropriations and to have the government sign off on grants and to sign off on a budget.

00:43:07.000 And a lot of times you're not really seeing people go through these budgets or these grant appropriations with a fine-tooth comb to look at exactly what your money, what our money as U.S. taxpayers are funding.

00:43:22.000 You know, I've had people say, oh, you're just becoming a sellout, and oh, you know, you lost your account, now you're just, you know, trying to sell out to Elon.

00:43:29.000 No, I've been critical in the past, and this wasn't that long ago.

00:43:34.000 It was only, you know, a month and a half or so ago.

00:43:37.000 It was a very viral confrontation between myself and Elon Musk where he called me a troll.

00:43:42.000 But I can give credit where credit is due, and I can also recognize that it's a good thing when you have somebody who is high-profile enough to be demanding accountability in such a viral manner that it's energizing the American people into asking, on both sides of the aisle, by the way, where is my money going, and is this a good use of my money?

00:44:01.000 Is this a good use of our country's money, and can I see the receipts?

00:44:05.000 And so I think it's important that we, you know...

00:44:09.000 We reward positive behavior and we give credit where credit is due in this account.

00:44:15.000 And so I personally think that it's a good thing that organizations are being exposed.

00:44:21.000 But I also am curious in my own accord, and I also don't need to be told by President Trump, Elon Musk, or anyone for that matter, which organizations I personally should be outraged over.

00:44:32.000 And so I am taking it upon myself to discover fraud and abuse and waste within the federal government.

00:44:39.000 And it's been a success.

00:44:40.000 And we are also doing investigations here at Loomer Unleashed, my team and I. And one of my investigators, who many of you follow, CCP Skip Tracer.

00:44:51.000 We're very interested in the lawfare.

00:44:53.000 We followed the lawfare involving Judge Ngoron against President Trump throughout the campaign trail, Judge Mershon throughout the campaign trail against President Trump, and his daughter Lauren Mershon, who we exposed as a Democrat consultant at a high-profile Democrat consulting firm where she's raking in millions of dollars per year doing fundraising and digital campaign consulting for Democrats who are pro-impeachment and also pro-indictment.

00:45:21.000 So when it was announced that this judge, John McConnell, Judge Jack McConnell, he calls himself Jack John, John Jack, I mean, interchangeable.

00:45:30.000 We're going to show you that tonight in the form of screenshots from his X account and his Facebook account, which we exclusively uncovered here.

00:45:40.000 You know, we're very concerned about the lawfare.

00:45:43.000 And when it was reported that a judge from Rhode Island, who is a Democrat, We decided to issue an order demanding that President Trump and Doge officials immediately unfreeze the funds that they froze in an effort to conduct an audit in these different agencies within the United States government that are funded by taxpayer money.

00:46:05.000 We decided to do some investigations into this judge because, well, every single time there's a judge who targets President Trump, it always ends up being a family affair.

00:46:15.000 And if you're a viewer of Loomer Unleashed, then, well, you know that we always uncover a family affair.

00:46:21.000 Whether it's Judge Ingorand's wife, Dawn Marie, and his activist lawyer son, who was sitting in the courtroom during the trial, or whether it's Judge Mershon and his daughter, Lauren, and her business partner, Mike Nellis, both of whom served as...

00:46:34.000 Consultants to Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, okay?

00:46:37.000 It is always a family affair, and so, well, you know, third time's a charm, and it turns out that, well, it's a family affair in the case of Judge McConnell.

00:46:47.000 And we can pull up a news article, too.

00:46:49.000 You can type in judge orders funds to be unfreezed, you know, just type in those keywords, judge orders doge Trump funds unfreeze.

00:46:58.000 I mean, those are keywords, right?

00:46:59.000 There's a million stories about this.

00:47:00.000 This has been ongoing for about two weeks now.

00:47:03.000 Let's click on the Fox News article so you can see what I'm talking about.

00:47:08.000 Trump administration, they just appealed yesterday, but Trump administration appeals federal judges' order to unfreeze federal funds.

00:47:14.000 So you can scroll down and let's read this.

00:47:16.000 The Trump administration is appealing a federal judge's order to unfreeze federal funding in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

00:47:25.000 The motion comes after a federal judge from Rhode Island, that's Judge McConnell, of course, ordered President Trump's administration to unfreeze federal funds once again, claiming the administration did not adhere to Again, this was yesterday.

00:47:55.000 McConnell's original restraining order came after 22 states and the District of Columbia challenged the Trump administration's actions to hold up funds for grants such as the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant and other Environmental Protection Agency programs.

00:48:09.000 But the state said Friday that the administration isn't following through and funds are still tied up.

00:48:15.000 Quote, Each executive order will hold up in court because every action of the Trump-Vance administration is completely lawful, Harrison Fields, a White House spokesperson, said in a statement to Fox News.

00:48:25.000 Any legal challenge against it is nothing more than an attempt to undermine the will of the American people.

00:48:30.000 The Office of Management and Budgetment released a memo on January 27th announcing plans to issue a temporary pause on federal grants and loans.

00:48:39.000 While the White House later rescinded the memo on January 29th, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said that the move didn't equate a rescission of federal funding freeze.

00:48:48.000 Specifically, McConnell's motion calls for the Trump administration to restore withheld funds appropriated in the Infrastructure Improvement and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act that passed during the Biden administration in 2021 and 2022, respectively.

00:49:02.000 The motion also calls on the Trump administration to restore funding for institutes like the National Institutes of Health.

00:49:09.000 Well, why does this matter?

00:49:11.000 Well, why did it matter when Judge Mershon was targeting President Trump?

00:49:15.000 If you recall, he was the judge who was overseeing the indictment of President Trump.

00:49:21.000 However, he failed to disclose the fact that he has a daughter named Lauren who runs a Democrat political consulting firm in which she was doing campaign work for pro-indictment Democrats, and they were fundraising enormous amounts of money off of the trial while her father was overseeing the trial and she was doing their digital marking.

00:49:40.000 Obviously, that was a conflict of interest.

00:49:43.000 Nobody knew about it until we exposed it here at Loomer Unleashed.

00:49:47.000 And also, the judge issued a gag order on President Trump after he shared my exclusive reports.

00:49:53.000 So, in this case, it matters, too, because Judge McConnell failed to disclose the fact that he has a daughter, who we uncovered here exclusively at Loomer Unleashed, named Catherine McConnell.

00:50:06.000 Who is Catherine McConnell, you may be asking?

00:50:09.000 Governor McConnell is a senior policy advisor at the United States Department of Education currently.

00:50:15.000 So currently she's still in there.

00:50:17.000 She's one of these holdovers who's still in there. 1.00

00:50:19.000 She was appointed by Joe Biden.

00:50:22.000 And why does this matter?

00:50:24.000 Well, because some of the funds that the Trump administration wanted to tie up and part of the defunding included the Department of Education.

00:50:32.000 And as you know, Doge and President Trump on the campaign trail explicitly stated that they wanted to explore defunding the Department of Education.

00:50:43.000 Ultimately, this judge is trying to protect his own daughter's financial interests and Judge McConnell is trying to protect his daughter's employment and her livelihood by ordering the Trump administration to unfreeze the funds and also finding them in contempt or saying that they're going to be found in contempt of an order, a restraining order, when Donald Trump is the president of the United States and has the ability to issue executive orders.

00:51:09.000 Again, totally unethical, totally corrupt.

00:51:12.000 We exposed this here last night.

00:51:14.000 I posted this exclusive report.

00:51:18.000 Judge John McConnell, the federal judge from Rhode Island, who ordered the Trump administration in Doge to unfreeze billions of dollars in federal grants, has a daughter who currently works for the U.S. Department of Education.

00:51:29.000 Again, nobody figured this out.

00:51:31.000 Okay, this was reported late last night, close to midnight, okay?

00:51:35.000 John McConnell, chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Rhode Island, ordered the Trump administration to immediately restore funding and accused the Trump administration...

00:51:44.000 Today, that was yesterday, of failing to comply with his prior order to unfreeze funding.

00:51:49.000 The reason why Judge McConnell, a Democrat donor and activist, wants Trump to restore funding is because his daughter, Catherine McConnell, is currently employed by the same Department of Education that President Trump and Elon Musk want to audit and defund.

00:52:03.000 She was appointed by Joe Biden and now her dad is abusing his power.

00:52:06.000 It's a conflict of interest and he should have recused himself.

00:52:09.000 And then, of course, we have to add the fact that why do all these judges who hate President Trump have...

00:52:15.000 I mean, honestly, guys, we're seeing a pattern here.

00:52:19.000 Every single anti-Trump judge has a daughter who works with Biden or was appointed by Biden or is in business with Biden or is a Democrat activist.

00:52:28.000 So I'll show you the receipts here since the media is not talking about this.

00:52:33.000 Here's Catherine McConnell, the senior policy advisor at the United States Department of Education.

00:52:38.000 You can see that.

00:52:39.000 Scroll through.

00:52:41.000 Lives in Washington, D.C., went to Harvard.

00:52:44.000 Senior policy to present.

00:52:46.000 Okay, so she's been at the U.S. Department of Education for a while.

00:52:49.000 See that?

00:52:51.000 An interview with outgoing board chair Jack McConnell.

00:52:54.000 You can see here that, well, that's him, right?

00:53:01.000 Goes by Jack, John.

00:53:05.000 McConnell, Catherine, special assistant.

00:53:08.000 Department of Education, date of appointment.

00:53:12.000 February 14th, Valentine's Day, 2022. So that was during the Biden administration.

00:53:17.000 So, of course, you know, the judge failed to disclose not only the fact that his daughter was and is still a Biden appointee, and she works for an organization that is subjected to one of these funding freezes because President Trump wants to sign the executive order to defund the Department of Education.

00:53:36.000 And here's more evidence.

00:53:37.000 Let's click on these images.

00:53:39.000 I uncovered his ex in Facebook accounts, and you can see here his ex account is JackMCCJR.

00:53:47.000 And if you scroll down and you look at the screenshot of his Facebook account, click on the first photo.

00:53:55.000 He says on May 3rd, 2024, so proud of Catherine, who today spoke at the White House to President Joe Biden's commission on advancing educational equity, excellence, and economic opportunity for Hispanics.

00:54:08.000 And then he tagged himself at the White House, which indicates that he was in attendance.

00:54:13.000 And so the judge, who was supposed to be impartial, is now attacking President Trump and Doge, failing to disclose the fact that not only was he at the White House, During the Biden administration to watch his daughter, who was appointed by Joe Biden, give a presentation at the White House.

00:54:31.000 But there was also a report that came out that shows that This judge was a Democrat donor.

00:54:37.000 So he donated to multiple Democrat organizations.

00:54:40.000 And so not only is he a Biden supporter, not only does his daughter work under the Biden administration and now she's in the Trump administration working as a Biden appointee in the Department of Education, but he also donated to, you can also see, if you type in Judge McConnell, Judge McConnell, just get rid of Jack because it's Judge McConnell.

00:55:03.000 Democrat donations.

00:55:06.000 I believe it was a Daily Caller article, so we'll find it.

00:55:10.000 But the point is, is that...

00:55:12.000 There was another report that came out that showed that he is a Democrat donor.

00:55:16.000 Nobody else uncovered the fact that his daughter is a Biden appointee who also works within the administration as a holdover.

00:55:24.000 Here we go right here. 0.98

00:55:25.000 Federal judge threatening Trump admin with criminal charges over spending freeze used to be a major dumb donor. 0.92

00:55:31.000 So you can scroll down and you can see for yourself that he has donated to Democrat campaigns. 0.85

00:55:38.000 He's donated a lot of money to To Barack Obama, he's also donated a lot of money to Sheldon Whitehouse, who is a Democrat senator.

00:55:48.000 And of course, you know, we're going to be talking about Sheldon Whitehouse because we uncovered some information tonight about his wife and his conflicts.

00:55:55.000 It seems like every single Democrat who is outraged about the actions being taken by Doge as it relates to spending.

00:56:02.000 Look, I understand that there has to be a level of decorum.

00:56:05.000 So I understand like some people may be getting turned off by a bunch of teenagers named.

00:56:10.000 Big balls or, you know, whatever they want to call themselves working in the government because, you know, look, there does have to be some level of decorum and respect for the office of the presidency.

00:56:20.000 So, like I said, I do think there are legitimate criticisms, right?

00:56:24.000 Like, there were so-called racist postings made by one of these staffers that were uncovered, but they made the decision to hire him back.

00:56:30.000 I do think that there are legitimate criticisms, but...

00:56:34.000 Those aside, you can also admit that it's a good thing that this is being exposed.

00:56:40.000 It's a good thing that all of this fraud, waste, and abuse is being exposed and that all of these conflicts of interest are now coming out.

00:56:47.000 So I just think that the media is a little bit biased, a little bit.

00:56:51.000 I mean, that's an understatement.

00:56:52.000 But also, the Democrats are not really being fair because you could have criticisms, but also the criticisms need to be pointed.

00:57:00.000 And they need to be realistic because anybody who is defending bloated government organizations that are wasting taxpayer funds, you just probably have something to hide and you're probably also on the take yourself, if we're being totally honest here.

00:57:21.000 You can see this here.

00:57:23.000 He donated to the 2018 presidential campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama, according to FEC records.

00:57:31.000 You can scroll down.

00:57:32.000 And then it says the plain language of the temporary restraining order entered in this case prohibits all categorical pauses or freezes and obligations or disbursements based on the OMB directive or based on the president's 2025 executive orders.

00:57:51.000 McConnell wrote in his order, the defendant's received notice of the TRO, the order to the defendant's compliance with the order.

00:58:08.000 But of course, right, they want to accuse President Trump of violating a TRO, just like Judge Merchant said, oh, you know, President Trump violated his gag order.

00:58:19.000 They always want to accuse him of being in violation and having these ethics violations or not complying with orders.

00:58:26.000 But they never want to admit how their family members are benefiting from this lawfare against President Trump and his administration and his appointees.

00:58:36.000 So regardless of what you think about Doge, this should be a recusal.

00:58:41.000 The judge should have to recuse himself.

00:58:43.000 This is an egregious conflict of interest.

00:58:46.000 And any kind of initial pretrial or pre-case investigative deep dive should have unveiled these conflicts.

00:58:56.000 So I like President Trump's legal team.

00:58:59.000 I'm not sure why this was missed.

00:59:01.000 Again, I mean, I'm happy to help supplement and, you know, send this information over like I did.

00:59:07.000 But this is stuff that probably should have been investigated beforehand as soon as the judge started targeting President Trump because we'll...

00:59:16.000 It's a conflict, and why appeal if you could actually push for a recusal?

00:59:20.000 So the judge clearly is motivated by his own animus and his own emotional ties to his daughter, who you can see in Facebook posts that we've uncovered, he personally helped her move into her apartment in Washington, D.C., where she was appointed and took this job.

00:59:37.000 And so he's probably thinking, oh, wow, I'm a Democrat, and also I don't like this president.

00:59:42.000 I didn't vote for him.

00:59:44.000 And oh, wow, they want to...

00:59:45.000 You know, they want to get rid of all these environmental agencies that Sheldon Whitehouse and his wife are tied to, and oh no, my daughter's getting paid by the Department of Education.

00:59:55.000 So you can just see how corrupt it is, which is why, although there are legitimate criticisms of some of the things Doge has done as it relates to the decorum displayed by some of these teenagers who are now occupying the Doge offices, You have to give credit where credit is due and also, you know, commend the discoveries that are coming out.

01:00:19.000 I'm not saying they discovered this.

01:00:21.000 This was done by Loomer Unleashed.

01:00:24.000 But in terms of all of the discoveries that they're finding as it relates to people 150 years old getting Social Security, obviously that is Social Security fraud because nobody can live to be 150 years old.

01:00:36.000 I just think that the Democrats would get more support for their criticisms if they made it focus on decorum and they focused it on legitimate conflicts and national security as opposed to...

01:00:50.000 Oh, wow, we're upset that they're defunding tuition going to the children of Hamas and Al-Qaeda, and oh, yeah, we don't want $50 million going towards condoms, whether it's Gaza or Africa.

01:01:04.000 Like, I know Elon Musk was questioned about this today in the Oval Office, but even if he was wrong about the condoms going to Gaza, the fact of the matter is, it's like...

01:01:12.000 Why do we need to be sending $50 million of condoms to anybody?

01:01:17.000 Whether it's Hamas or Africans infected with HIV-AIDS. Why do I need to be worried about whether or not some African in sub-Saharan Africa is transmitting HIV-AIDS? Why should I have to pay for this?

01:01:37.000 The legitimates are...

01:01:39.000 These are legitimate points that are being made by President Trump and Elon Musk.

01:01:44.000 And so, again, as somebody who has criticized Elon Musk, I'm saying that you can't just attack everything without giving credit where credit's due.

01:01:55.000 And so, I don't know, the Democrats are just starting to look a little bit obscene because it's like...

01:02:01.000 What are you going to do?

01:02:03.000 You're going to try to convince the American people that their money being accounted for properly and an audit on the federal government, even though the federal government wants to audit American citizens all the time, is justified?

01:02:15.000 You want us to believe that it's not justified to do an audit on how our taxpayer dollars are being spent?

01:02:23.000 You've got to pick your struggles.

01:02:25.000 You've got to pick your struggles.

01:02:28.000 Like, I can criticize Elon Musk for his position on H-1B visas and the way he reacted in the aftermath of the H-1B debate while also admitting that it's a good thing that our tax dollars are being audited.

01:02:42.000 But I can also at the same time have questions and concerns about whether or not a bunch of unelected teenagers are getting access to private data.

01:02:50.000 You see how this works?

01:02:51.000 Like, you see how you have to be fair in your criticisms and you can't just...

01:02:55.000 Attack everything?

01:02:57.000 Like you actually have to admit when something good is happening if you want to criticize?

01:03:01.000 The Democrats don't seem to understand this because they hate President Trump more than they love their country.

01:03:08.000 So they're not going to ever be fair or rational in their criticisms of Trump or Elon Musk, which is why everybody's laughing at them right now instead of, you know, listening to some of the points they're saying in their protests.

01:03:26.000 We have more screenshots here to highlight some of the activities of Catherine McConnell.

01:03:37.000 So along with...

01:03:39.000 Working at the Department of Education as a senior policy advisor.

01:03:43.000 And it's worth noting that when I posted this story last night, when we broke the story on Loomer Unleashed, Elon Musk actually retweeted it.

01:03:52.000 And he commented on the story, too, within like 30 minutes of the story being posted.

01:03:57.000 And he said in the comments, fake job, too.

01:04:00.000 So he's indicating that her job is basically fake, like a made-up position.

01:04:04.000 So it's really interesting how we have a judge who is now there.

01:04:09.000 Attacking President Trump and ordering him to restore the funding and yet Elon Musk is also saying that his daughter's position is entirely fake. 0.98

01:04:19.000 And we've seen that there are a lot of fake positions in the federal government where people just have these cushy jobs where they don't really do shit. 0.97

01:04:26.000 They just show up. 0.99

01:04:27.000 They don't even show up.

01:04:28.000 They like zoom in or they barely ever show up.

01:04:30.000 And now they're all crying because they actually have to show up for work and attend their office meetings, right?

01:04:36.000 So nobody wants to work, I guess.

01:04:40.000 But here's the remarks that she gave, apparently speaking at this conference for the Crushed Foundation.

01:04:49.000 Okay, that's what it says.

01:04:50.000 I don't know if I'm...

01:04:53.000 There were opening remarks given that spoke about unwinding 200 years of systemic racism.

01:05:03.000 And she participated in this forum, and she didn't give the opening remarks, but she was a participant.

01:05:09.000 And you can see here, it says panelists left to right, Catherine McConnell, U.S. Department of Education, and then a bunch of other individuals as well, but they focused on talking about dismantling racism.

01:05:23.000 So the daughter is woke, and you can see that from the way that her father, if you go back to the screenshots, he's like, oh yeah, I'm so proud of my daughter.

01:05:31.000 Oh, she's talking about advancing educational equity excellence and economic opportunity for Hispanics because I'm a judge and Hispanic women are at such a disadvantage. 0.97

01:05:43.000 That's why Sonia Sotomayor, a Latina woman, is currently serving on the United States Supreme Court because these Latina women are just so disenfranchised in law. 1.00

01:05:53.000 Oh my god. 1.00

01:05:55.000 I mean, honestly, it's such bullshit. 1.00

01:05:57.000 We literally have a Hispanic Supreme Court justice. 1.00

01:06:00.000 So again, like, what is your daughter doing?

01:06:03.000 Like, is this really what you wasted your money on?

01:06:05.000 You sent your daughter to Harvard so that she could just become a simp for minorities and cry about why we don't have more minorities in public positions or positions in federal government or how minorities are supposedly disenfranchised from educational opportunities 0.94

01:06:20.000 while your daughter, who looks like she's half Hispanic because his wife looks like she's Hispanic in some capacity, is giving a speech at the White House and is on the advisory board for the Department of Education as a senior policy advisor.

01:06:36.000 Like, if Hispanic women are truly disenfranchised, how does this happen? 1.00

01:06:40.000 I just don't understand.

01:06:41.000 Because I'm a white Jewish woman, and I'm not working in the White House.

01:06:45.000 So I just want to know, like, who's disenfranchised here, right?

01:06:49.000 I'm just tired of seeing all of this victimhood and these very privileged judges.

01:06:55.000 Like, clearly, to send your daughter to Harvard, you know, you're not exactly disenfranchised.

01:07:00.000 Like, just imagine being so privileged that you have the money to send your child to Harvard and give $8,000 contributions to political campaigns when your average American is living paycheck to paycheck and you're trying to basically virtue signal on Facebook to all of your friends as a federal judge and Democrat how proud you are of your daughter because, oh yeah, she's making herself look like a victim talking about educational equity.

01:07:28.000 Yeah, we already have equity in our country, okay?

01:07:31.000 And excellence and economic opportunity for Hispanics.

01:07:35.000 You have all the equal opportunity and economic opportunity and also educational opportunity that you want in this country.

01:07:43.000 You just have to work hard.

01:07:45.000 But apparently that is a foreign concept for many of these Democrats who believe in DEI and they support DEI. And clearly, Catherine McConnell and also Judge John Jack McConnell are supportive of these DEI initiatives.

01:08:00.000 And this is the reason why Trump wants to defund these organizations. 0.94

01:08:03.000 It's because a lot of what they're doing and a lot of what they're spending our money on is DEI bullshit. 0.98

01:08:09.000 Oh, let's go fund transgender outreach in Pakistan. 0.99

01:08:12.000 Oh, let's go see if squirrels can be transgender. 1.00

01:08:14.000 Oh, let's inject dogs with weird chemicals to see if dogs can be bisexual. 1.00

01:08:20.000 These are real experiments that are happening with your taxpayer money in the sake of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

01:08:26.000 And it's also just a complete waste of our money.

01:08:29.000 And there's a reason why the judge is so passionate about opposing it, right?

01:08:34.000 You have to ask yourself, why is this judge from Rhode Island who is So privileged that he was able to send his daughter to Harvard.

01:08:42.000 So focused about the freezing of funds.

01:08:45.000 Well, now we know his daughter is getting a paycheck from the Department of Education, which Trump and Elon Musk want to defund.

01:08:54.000 They're all on the take.

01:08:55.000 They're all on the take.

01:08:56.000 The media doesn't want to talk about this and, you know, the Democrats don't want to talk about this.

01:09:00.000 Rashawn didn't want to talk about how his daughter was on the take.

01:09:04.000 Nobody wants to talk about how their family members are on the take at all these organizations.

01:09:09.000 At the root of a lot of this corruption and rot within these federal agencies that are being defunded is the toxic culture of nepotism.

01:09:18.000 And that is at the core of the issue with weaponized government and the politicization of our judicial system as well is the rot of nepotism and left-wing activism funded by United States taxpayers.

01:09:35.000 Before we continue on to exposing the NFWF and looking into more of these conflicts, because we're about to do a deep dive into their 990 forms and tell you which big tech billionaire has a personal tie.

01:09:55.000 We're going to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.

01:10:02.000 What happens to your money in the bank when the BRICS nations continue their economic warfare against America and start dumping their U.S. treasuries in retaliation to the Trump tariffs? 0.90

01:10:11.000 Are your bank assets truly safe?

01:10:13.000 Did you know the FDIC only has about 1.2% of all deposits insured?

01:10:17.000 It doesn't take much for a bank run significantly worse than what we saw after Silicon Valley Bank.

01:10:22.000 Signature Bank and First Republic failed.

01:10:25.000 You need to get out of the system with the world's safest assets, silver and gold.

01:11:16.000 Let them know that Laura Loomer sent you or visit KEPM. KEPM.com slash Loomer.

01:11:22.000 KEPM.com slash Loomer.

01:11:24.000 Let them know that Laura Loomer sent you.

01:11:29.000 Moving on now. 0.97

01:11:30.000 It's totally corrupt, you guys.

01:11:32.000 It's unbelievable how the media doesn't talk about this.

01:11:36.000 And not to make it about me, but this is a really big story.

01:11:40.000 This is a pretty big effing deal.

01:11:42.000 The fact that the judge has a daughter who was appointed by Joe Biden, who is currently working at the Department of Education.

01:11:51.000 The only reason why the media doesn't want to talk about this, even though Trump's team now has it after I sent it to them and Elon Musk himself retweeted it, which, you know, I guess he saw the tag, I don't know, because I don't have contact with Elon Musk.

01:12:08.000 This is a big story that warrants media attention, but they really honestly have such resentment for me, and they're so...

01:12:16.000 Unable to give credit where credit is due, right?

01:12:18.000 Like, I'm capable of praising people who I don't like or, you know, people who I have publicly sparred with.

01:12:24.000 For example, like, Elon Musk called me a troll, right?

01:12:27.000 And he literally demonetized me and also he censored my account, which had a significant impact on my livelihood for the month of January and the end of December.

01:12:36.000 And yet I'm able to put that aside and also give credit where credit is due for...

01:12:42.000 The work that is being done to expose fraud, abuse, and waste.

01:12:46.000 The media is not able to put their hatred of me aside to cover stories that matter.

01:12:52.000 And so I just think it's really interesting how we live in such a vindictive time now where people are not even able to say like, oh yeah, you know, like I may not like this person, but they're right.

01:13:01.000 Or yeah, this is actually a pretty good story.

01:13:04.000 So they just don't ever talk about anything substantial. 1.00

01:13:07.000 It's bullshit. 1.00

01:13:12.000 Just kind of crazy. 1.00

01:13:14.000 Let's scroll up.

01:13:15.000 Let's see.

01:13:20.000 If you have any questions, let's see.

01:13:23.000 HIV. Oh, EarlyGX said, for $20, thank you for the super chat.

01:13:28.000 Impeachment sounds better than recusal, in my opinion.

01:13:31.000 Great work, Laura.

01:13:32.000 Yeah, impeachment, recusal, whatever it may be, but, you know, it's just...

01:13:40.000 Where's the accountability?

01:13:41.000 And why won't the media talk about this?

01:13:43.000 It's like they didn't want to talk about the Mershon story.

01:13:45.000 Remember when I exposed Lauren Mershon?

01:13:47.000 And they didn't talk about it for the longest time until I actually had to start naming and shaming people in Congress and bullying them to show up outside of the courthouse to actually stand up for President Trump.

01:14:00.000 I was literally like, this mother effer over here, this one over here, Jim Jordan, James Comer, name dropping and calling out these Republicans in Congress every single day during the Mershon trial for not showing up and then they eventually caved to the pressure and showed up.

01:14:17.000 Never once cited my name or my journalism or my research or any of the work by my contributors here at Loomer Unleashed.

01:14:26.000 They didn't want to talk about it until they were pressured into doing so.

01:14:29.000 And so why does it take such a forceful hand and such aggression?

01:14:35.000 To get these stories the attention that they deserve.

01:14:38.000 I mean, this is something that everybody should be talking about.

01:14:41.000 Oh, you know, we're so outraged over the judge.

01:14:44.000 Oh, the judge needs to be impeached. 0.96

01:14:46.000 Oh! 0.60

01:14:47.000 How is this judge doing this?

01:14:49.000 Well, why don't you actually give the American people and even Democrats and independents, like people in the middle, an opportunity to see how he is wrong and how he should be impeached and why he should recuse himself instead of just bitching and moaning about how this Democrat judge is now trying to hold President Trump and his administration criminally accountable for defying a temporary restraining order.

01:15:16.000 Doesn't that make more sense, you know, to actually show the receipts instead of just bitching about it and having these basic reports and all these annoying subpar basic political commentators go on Fox News and Newsmax to cry about it?

01:15:29.000 Like, why doesn't anyone actually do any real journalism anymore?

01:15:33.000 We're actually doing the work here.

01:15:35.000 I'm actually putting in the work.

01:15:36.000 I'm up late breaking these stories online.

01:15:41.000 Where's the media?

01:15:43.000 I just don't want to hear any more complaints if they're not actually going to talk about it.

01:15:46.000 Let's scroll down and see what people are saying.

01:15:56.000 MAGAPride83 said you did so much to help President Trump win.

01:15:59.000 Yeah, I know.

01:16:01.000 Trust me.

01:16:03.000 Elephant in the room, right?

01:16:05.000 Riley CJ, amazing story exposure, 100% great job.

01:16:10.000 Laura, you will be greatly rewarded for what you're doing in this juncture in time.

01:16:15.000 It's not even about being rewarded. 0.99

01:16:16.000 It's just about, like, mentioning the damn story. 0.96

01:16:18.000 Like, I'm not asking for somebody to give me enormous amounts of money for this, although funding would be nice for what I'm doing, but... 0.96

01:16:25.000 I'm asking for the media and other conservatives in the media to actually give credit where credit is due and just report on this because even today, right, they're asking President Trump questions about this in the Oval Office with Elon Musk and Elon Musk retweeted it and they all saw that Elon tweeted it because they're obsessively watching his account like, oh, Elon Musk changed his name to Harry Balls today.

01:16:47.000 Harry Balls held a press conference at the Oval Office with his son next to President Trump.

01:16:51.000 Harry Balls.

01:16:52.000 Harry Balls.

01:16:53.000 Big Balls.

01:16:54.000 Harry Balls.

01:16:54.000 It's like you're clearly like obsessed with Elon Musk to the point where you're monitoring the names of his, maybe they are geniuses, but they are immature, right?

01:17:08.000 These immature people working at Doge.

01:17:11.000 Again, like I said. 0.92

01:17:12.000 We can be objective here and say that they can be computer geniuses, but you probably shouldn't be using your position within the White House and your position in an executive branch administrator role to be making dick jokes when the media and the American people are attacking you.

01:17:32.000 There's a level of decorum.

01:17:34.000 We don't need to be giving people ammunition.

01:17:36.000 That being said, I can put the immaturity of young boys aside and also admit that, you know, they're doing good work in the sense that they are exposing fraud and corruption and abuse.

01:17:48.000 You see how it works?

01:17:48.000 The media is not able to differentiate.

01:17:51.000 They're not able to categorize a criticism and then give praise where praise is due.

01:17:58.000 I just find it to be very obnoxious, like, watching these press conferences today in the Oval Office where they're, like, obsessed, like, going through every single one of the tweets, everything that he says, but the one thing they don't want to talk about is the judge and the fact that the judge's daughter literally works at the Department of Education.

01:18:14.000 You know they see it because, as I just said, they are obsessed with all these Doge staffers.

01:18:18.000 They're obsessively tracking all the Doge staffers.

01:18:21.000 They're obsessively watching Elon's name changes.

01:18:24.000 I mean, we have clips of Dana Bash and Kara Swisher and... 0.99

01:18:27.000 Jake Tapper talking about hairy balls and big balls. 0.98

01:18:31.000 They have that much time to obsessively monitor the name that Elon Musk changes his ex account to every day to troll the media. 0.98

01:18:40.000 But they don't have time to mention the one retweet that he mentioned last night.

01:18:45.000 And that's the fact that the judge has a daughter who poses a conflict.

01:18:50.000 And it is something that the Trump legal team should use to...

01:18:55.000 Ask for a recusal or an impeachment.

01:18:57.000 So again, drives me crazy.

01:19:00.000 Just another example of, you know, like how incompetent and how... 0.75

01:19:05.000 Inept a lot of our media is.

01:19:07.000 How many incompetent Republicans there are?

01:19:10.000 You don't really see any members of Congress talking about this.

01:19:13.000 I don't really see any other conservative commentators talking about this today, even though I laid it all out and Elon Musk himself even retweeted it.

01:19:21.000 Like, why are people so resentful to the point where they can't even talk about it? 0.97

01:19:27.000 It's just, it's way better work than any of the shit that they're producing. 0.97

01:19:32.000 And I don't care if that makes me sound... 0.99

01:19:34.000 Entitled or, you know, conceited or arrogant.

01:19:39.000 It's just the truth. 0.98

01:19:40.000 Like, look at the quality of the work that we're doing compared to the shit that these other conservative influencers that want to be journalists are pushing out on their X accounts. 0.95

01:19:49.000 It's aggregation versus actual real journalism. 0.95

01:19:54.000 You're not going to see the mainstream media pick this story up.

01:19:57.000 And they should be picking it up because it's a massive conflict.

01:20:01.000 And just like everybody wanted to cry about Judge Mershon's daughter, nine months too late after we exposed it first, they're going to be crying.

01:20:08.000 Mind you, they're going to be crying.

01:20:10.000 Mark my word.

01:20:11.000 They're going to be crying several months from now.

01:20:13.000 Oh, wow.

01:20:14.000 Did you know that Judge McConnell has a daughter who works at the Department of Education and was appointed by Joe Biden?

01:20:20.000 That's how it works, right?

01:20:21.000 That's how it works all the time.

01:20:26.000 Just unbelievable.

01:20:30.000 It's definitely time to impeach these corrupt judges.

01:20:33.000 It's definitely time to start holding people criminally accountable for not disclosing their conflicts, not disclosing their personal and financial ties.

01:20:44.000 It's total corruption, and we've seen it many times again.

01:20:47.000 But we see it more so in the cases of President Trump than anybody else.

01:20:53.000 There's no such thing as a coincidence.

01:20:55.000 There's no such thing as a coincidence that all of these judges either have a wife or a daughter who is financially benefiting from the attacks on President Trump.

01:21:05.000 Let's see.

01:21:11.000 Let's see.

01:21:12.000 Marnie said, send them your natural green drink for sustained stamina. 1.00

01:21:16.000 Yeah, grassy.

01:21:17.000 We're going to send them some grassy so that they can get some stamina and get their daily vitamins and feel more energized. 0.90

01:21:27.000 Let's see.

01:21:28.000 Any other comments?

01:21:31.000 Somebody said Elon retweeted you.

01:21:33.000 Yeah, he retweeted me.

01:21:34.000 Believe it or not, we went from sparring with each other on Twitter to him retweeting me.

01:21:38.000 But that's my point about putting things aside.

01:21:41.000 Like, he put it aside and he retweeted me, even though he called me a troll and demonetized me last month.

01:21:47.000 But he retweeted me because it was good journalism, just like I'm able to put, you know, legitimate criticisms aside to...

01:21:53.000 Commend the work that is being done to expose fraud, waste, and abuse.

01:21:57.000 We can get that.

01:21:57.000 Let's get that pulled up, Cannon, actually.

01:21:59.000 We have the screenshot of the Elon retweet, and people can see, because a lot of people haven't seen it yet.

01:22:05.000 But he did.

01:22:06.000 He did retweet.

01:22:13.000 Here we go.

01:22:13.000 He didn't say much.

01:22:14.000 It was just an emoji.

01:22:15.000 But it was enough.

01:22:16.000 I mean, when the richest man in the world and the owner of X even just retweets your post with that kind of concerned face emoji, like, oh, what's going on here?

01:22:26.000 This doesn't seem right.

01:22:28.000 It's enough to get people to pay attention.

01:22:29.000 So you can scroll down and you can look at some of the comments.

01:22:32.000 The story itself now has almost 6 million views.

01:22:38.000 Scroll down.

01:22:39.000 Let's just read some of the comments so that...

01:22:41.000 Like, it's obvious to everybody on X, but the media, because they're so resentful, they don't want to talk about it.

01:22:46.000 Scroll down.

01:22:49.000 Somebody said, this reeks of judicial corruption and blatant conflict of interest.

01:22:53.000 Judge McConnell had no business ruling on that case that directly impacts his daughter's employer, especially when the Trump administration and the Department of Government Deficiency are trying to...

01:23:03.000 Let's expand that.

01:23:04.000 Trying to audit and potentially defund the bloated Department of Education.

01:23:15.000 His failure to recuse himself is a disgrace and yet another example of activist judges protecting the Biden administration's bureaucracy at all costs.

01:23:23.000 Bingo!

01:23:24.000 Everybody sees it, so why is the media not talking about it?

01:23:27.000 Why are Republicans not talking about this instead of just, like, bitching about it on Fox News, which is what they do every day. 0.98

01:23:33.000 They just go and bitch and moan and complain. 1.00

01:23:35.000 This isn't about fairness. 0.99

01:23:36.000 It's about power and control.

01:23:38.000 The American people deserve transparency, not judges bending the law to shield their families.

01:23:44.000 You can scroll down.

01:23:45.000 Let's look at some of the other comments.

01:23:47.000 Department of Education wasn't one of the frozen programs in the lawsuit, a Irrelevant.

01:23:58.000 It's not irrelevant because it was a campaign promised and it was announced days before that they were looking when they were asked if they were going to freeze the funding for the Department of Education and President Trump said they were looking into it.

01:24:10.000 So that statement is categorically false because Doge campaigned with President Trump on the campaign trail in which he said that they were creating this organization and it was a policy platform from the beginning that President Trump would likely Likely defund the Department of Education.

01:24:27.000 And this was announced even when he appointed Linda McMahon to be the Secretary of the Department of Education.

01:24:34.000 So everybody knew about this from the get-go because it was openly discussed during the Trump campaign.

01:24:41.000 And you can fact check that too by looking it up if you don't believe me.

01:24:47.000 Nick Sorter said, really need to start removing these activist judges from the bench or they're going to feel increasingly empowered.

01:24:53.000 We'll lose our country if that happens.

01:24:55.000 Yep, absolutely.

01:24:56.000 Max said, you can scroll down these.

01:25:03.000 These judges, not recusing themselves from cases they clearly have conflicts of interest with, is out of control.

01:25:09.000 These aren't the kind of people that should be ruling over anything.

01:25:13.000 Yep, that's true.

01:25:16.000 Brian Kennedy said, small conflict of interest, Judge McConnell, wouldn't you say?

01:25:21.000 Recusal.

01:25:24.000 Roll down.

01:25:28.000 Conflict of interest much? 0.97

01:25:30.000 So you don't have to be one of these best and brightest conservative pundits who think that their shit doesn't stink and that they're the smartest people ever to understand that this is a conflict of interest that demands either impeachment or recusal from Judge McConnell. 0.96

01:25:46.000 You also don't need to be a lawyer. 0.98

01:25:48.000 I didn't go to law school.

01:25:49.000 These people did not go to law school.

01:25:52.000 You don't need a legal degree to see this.

01:25:55.000 Outright corruption and outright abuse of power for what it is.

01:26:00.000 It's very obvious what is happening here.

01:26:02.000 But unfortunately the media doesn't want to talk about it.

01:26:06.000 We have even more receipts too, I believe.

01:26:09.000 We have the video.

01:26:10.000 We have the video of her talking as well at the White House.

01:26:13.000 us we do right I have the video Let me get this pulled up right now.

01:26:24.000 I'm going to get this video for you guys pulled up right now.

01:26:27.000 There's just so much documentation for all of this.

01:26:31.000 Let me send it really quick and get this loaded.

01:26:34.000 This is the video of Catherine McConnell speaking at the White House.

01:26:41.000 We're going to get this loaded up.

01:26:46.000 Sending it to my producer's cell phone right now.

01:26:50.000 He's going to get this loaded up for you right now.

01:26:53.000 Because I have so many of these receipts on my phone and people just need to see it.

01:26:59.000 They should be playing these videos all over the news and it's just shocking to me.

01:27:03.000 And it shows you who's really with Trump and who isn't when they refuse to point out a story that honestly should be all over the media.

01:27:10.000 It should be a front page story everywhere that this judge has a daughter who works at the Department of Education who was appointed by Joe Biden.

01:27:17.000 We're going to go ahead and play this video.

01:27:24.000 Be sure that you're reposting the live link right now, you guys, because we are live right now on Rumble and X. So rumble.com slash Laura Loomer, rumble.com slash Laura Loomer, and also X. So please be sure that you're sharing it.

01:27:36.000 We got a lot of live viewers right now.

01:27:38.000 Let's see how many people are watching live on the stream.

01:27:40.000 Scroll down.

01:27:42.000 Oh, go to the Laura Loomer page.

01:27:48.000 A lot of people watching live right now, so please be sure that you're reposting it.

01:27:52.000 Let's go ahead and play this video.

01:27:55.000 Able to get a better job.

01:27:56.000 It is an immigrant who's gotten post-secondary education wants to come and needs to help navigate the system.

01:28:04.000 Robin wants to go back and make sure they are able to get a better job.

01:28:09.000 It is an immigrant who's gotten post-secondary education wants to come and needs to help navigate the system.

01:28:15.000 It is individuals who need English language support.

01:28:20.000 It is all of our families and friends and people.

01:28:24.000 Adult education, or Title II of WIOA, is how at the federal level we address and try and think about that work.

01:28:30.000 There are multiple, multiple programs, and I know I don't have time to go into the depth of all of them, so I want to just kind of highlight a few.

01:28:37.000 So programming works with anyone 16 or older, and a few that we often think of, at least before I got into this work, when I thought of adult education, I thought, well, that's GED. It's basic education.

01:28:47.000 That is a piece of it.

01:28:49.000 However, it is also workforce preparation.

01:28:51.000 It's English language acquisition.

01:28:53.000 It's integrated English literacy and civic education.

01:28:56.000 That one is a long name.

01:28:57.000 It is integrated education and training, so getting your GED while also getting skills trades at the same time.

01:29:06.000 So that's the video.

01:29:07.000 That's the video that Judge McConnell posted on his actual Facebook page.

01:29:13.000 And again, just for safekeeping and for your own memory, let's show that screenshot again of his Facebook post so that you can see that it was a multi-photo and video post.

01:29:25.000 You can scroll down, right, the video.

01:29:27.000 If you scroll to the other side, you can see the screenshot clearly shows the video right there.

01:29:31.000 So that's the video.

01:29:34.000 That's the video of my laptop.

01:29:36.000 You can see on the bottom.

01:29:38.000 We can scroll it up on the screen.

01:29:41.000 That is the video that we just showed you.

01:29:44.000 And that was from Judge McConnell's own Facebook page.

01:29:48.000 So we have his ex-account and we have his Facebook page.

01:29:51.000 And he uses a photo that doesn't even look like him.

01:29:53.000 It's literally like a 30-year-old photo because he looks nothing like that.

01:29:57.000 So he's trying to catfish people.

01:29:59.000 And he goes by Jack McConnell, even though his name is John.

01:30:03.000 It's John Jack McConnell.

01:30:06.000 You can clearly see here.

01:30:08.000 So proud of Catherine, his daughter, who spoke today at the White House to President Joe Biden's Commission on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics.

01:30:18.000 And it looks like he was even there.

01:30:20.000 So how does a judge who attended a meeting at the White House To watch his daughter, who was appointed Joe Biden, get to oversee the case involving President Trump freezing the funding for all of this abuse of funding and taxpayer funds and abuse of spending on taxpayer time by the federal government, primarily also the Biden administration.

01:30:42.000 Because these are Biden officials, right?

01:30:44.000 Like, these are Biden officials who are...

01:30:46.000 Abusing their roles and abusing their positions.

01:30:49.000 And of course, you know, there's thousands of jobs in the federal government, so the Trump administration has to go through and decide, you know, which of these individuals are going to remain and which are going to be fired.

01:30:59.000 They're still staffing the White House.

01:31:01.000 They're still staffing the Trump administration.

01:31:04.000 And this is why you have issues like we saw today, where just the other day it was announced and it was discovered by the team over at Doge that...

01:31:13.000 $59 million!

01:31:15.000 Can you freaking believe it?

01:31:16.000 $59 million of FEMA funds was sent just last week to the Roosevelt Hotel and luxury hotels in New York City to...

01:31:24.000 To fund luxury hotel stays for illegal alien migrants. 0.63

01:31:28.000 But we were told that the victims of the hurricane and the flood, Hurricane Helen in North Carolina just a few months ago, couldn't get any FEMA funds.

01:31:38.000 And they're currently sleeping in tents in freezing cold snow weather and starving.

01:31:42.000 And they have no money or no shelter whatsoever because they were told that all the FEMA money was given to illegal aliens.

01:31:49.000 And even after President Trump put a put a pause on all FEMA funds the other day until further review to see where this money was going for individuals.

01:31:59.000 OK, for individuals within FEMA, including the the director, one of the directors, we can pull this story up today.

01:32:06.000 It was reported all over the place.

01:32:07.000 I tweeted about it and it was covered by the New York Post, too.

01:32:11.000 They were fired today for being in violation of President Trump's executive order.

01:32:17.000 And they're facing criminal charges now for sending $59 million of taxpayer money that they were not authorized to send in violation of Trump's order.

01:32:26.000 So here we go.

01:32:27.000 FEMA employees fired over egregious $59 million payment for New York City migrants.

01:32:31.000 This just happened today.

01:32:33.000 So even though Trump's in the White House, there are still holdover employees in these government agencies, which is why it's so important to freeze the funding and to understand who's getting paid, where people are placed.

01:32:46.000 I'm about to show you.

01:32:49.000 Through the breakdown of this story that I broke today about the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and how currently there's people in this administration...

01:33:00.000 Holdovers, people who have been working in these organizations for a very long time who have bloated salaries and they're getting paid this enormous amount of money from the federal government and nothing's being done about it.

01:33:12.000 And so the Trump administration is trying to conduct these audits so they know who to fire, so they know who is allowed to stay, who should not be allowed to stay, and who is just wasting taxpayer money.

01:33:28.000 Also, for those of you who have seen my documentary, we can actually pull this clip up.

01:33:32.000 Let's get that clip up, Cannon, if you can find it.

01:33:35.000 I actually went to the Roosevelt Hotel.

01:33:37.000 I was assaulted by an illegal alien outside of this hotel when I was doing my documentary and covering the invasion of our country for my documentary, The Great Replacement.

01:33:48.000 And this was several months ago.

01:33:49.000 It was actually during the time I was traveling to New York.

01:33:52.000 I was covering President Trump's trial, the Mershon trial.

01:33:56.000 And then while I was in New York, I was taking advantage of the fact that these migrant shelters were there and the Roosevelt Hotel was there.

01:34:04.000 When the trials were over for the day, I would then go over to the Roosevelt Hotel and look at these migrant camps. 0.94

01:34:12.000 While I was outside of the Roosevelt Hotel, we got a security official on camera talking about how they bused people in.

01:34:20.000 The illegal alien saw us filming and we caught a drug deal with illegal aliens on video.

01:34:25.000 The illegal alien hit us and tried to steal my cell phone. 1.00

01:34:28.000 And then we were surrounded by a group of angry illegal aliens and ultimately the police were called. 0.57

01:34:35.000 And then when the police were called over the assault and attempted theft of my cell phone, the illegal aliens... 0.99

01:34:46.000 We're going to show you this clip because it really happened.

01:34:53.000 Again, it's the same hotel that I was uncovering and I was reporting on in my documentary.

01:34:58.000 If you haven't seen my documentary, it's a fantastic documentary.

01:35:01.000 It's called The Great Replacement.

01:35:02.000 It's free.

01:35:03.000 I made it available for free.

01:35:05.000 I took a massive financial hit on this documentary because...

01:35:09.000 As a deplatformed independent journalist that doesn't really have access to a lot of other sites, I really wasn't able to make a profit on it.

01:35:17.000 Not that I was trying to make a profit, but we barely even covered our production costs on this, but I made it because I wanted to expose people before the election to the threat of immigration in our country so that they could understand why we needed Donald Trump in the White House. 0.54

01:35:34.000 It's a phenomenal documentary.

01:35:36.000 My team and I worked extremely hard on it.

01:35:40.000 And there is a scene from this very hotel that just received $59 million in payments in violation of Trump's executive order from FEMA employees.

01:35:49.000 So we're going to go ahead and play this clip so that you can see just how egregious the situation is over at the Roosevelt Hotel in case you're not familiar with the Roosevelt Hotel, and then you'll understand where this money was sent, even though there's people in North Carolina who are still, you know.

01:36:04.000 Starving and freezing their asses off in North Carolina weather.

01:36:08.000 So let's go ahead and play this clip.

01:36:10.000 250% more likely to be the victims of interracial violent crime than they are likely to be the perpetrator of interracial crime.

01:36:19.000 In April 2024, I paid a visit to New York City's Roosevelt Hotel, a once iconic landmark in midtown Manhattan that has now been turned into a safe house for illegal immigrants. 0.97

01:36:29.000 I interviewed a young staff member who told me that late each night, buses full of illegal aliens are dropped off at the hotel.

01:36:38.000 As we were interviewing him, another worker came out and pulled him inside, physically dragging his body so that he couldn't reveal any more damning information to me.

01:36:47.000 My crew and I started filming on the sidewalk where illegal aliens were lined up waiting to get into the hotel.

01:37:00.000 However, after my crew and I witnessed a drug deal, the Hispanic immigrants turned hostile after they realized that our cameras were rolling.

01:37:09.000 They started accosting us and stole a member of my crew's phone and tried to steal the rest of our phones and cameras.

01:37:15.000 We had no choice but to call the police.

01:37:18.000 When the police arrived, the migrant who stole the phone put on someone else's jacket to try to evade arrest. 0.86

01:37:24.000 When questioned by the police, he admitted to stealing the phone.

01:37:28.000 He then began resisting arrest and he and his father started physically fighting the NYPD police officers.

01:37:36.000 When the sergeant arrived, he told us that he would have to take possession of the stolen phone for an unspecified amount of time and that our crew member would have to go to the station in order to press charges against the migrant.

01:37:48.000 As we tried to decide what to do, knowing that we had to return back to Florida and we couldn't just leave our cell phones in New York City for an unknown amount of time, the sergeant accused us of impeding an investigation and stormed off.

01:38:04.000 The young illegal immigrant, although he was handcuffed and put into an NYPD police car, was presumably not charged for the crime and was released back onto the streets of New York City.

01:38:18.000 So I bring that up, too, because in the case of Lake and Riley, okay, and in the case of so many of these tragic instances, we found out, remember, that Jose Ibarra was processed at, I believe it was the Roosevelt Hotel upon his entry here into the United States.

01:38:35.000 And so this is really quite a notorious hotel and migrant location where so much of the migrant crime and the money laundering that is taking place as it relates to...

01:38:46.000 The funneling of funds for migrants at these luxury hotels is happening, and it is dangerous.

01:38:51.000 If you go outside and you're simply recording them with their camera, you will be assaulted.

01:38:55.000 I was assaulted.

01:38:56.000 It's on video.

01:38:57.000 Those police officers were assaulted, and it kind of sucked because, like, obviously I buy my own equipment.

01:39:07.000 I'm an independent journalist, and I bought these really nice sets of DJI mics, these wireless mics, and so I spent like $600 on two sets of these mics so that we could do these interviews and go around and interview people and have these really nice setups without having to carry corded mics.

01:39:24.000 And when the illegal alien came charging at us and they were threatening to attack us and started assaulting us and trying to steal my phone, and then we were surrounded and the police officers were getting attacked, we actually like literally ran because we thought that we were going to get stabbed.

01:39:39.000 And so my producer and my cameraman and a friend of mine at the time, literally we had to run across the street and hide in a men's warehouse store in New York City because the illegal aliens were chasing us and threatening to physically attack us.

01:39:53.000 I'm pretty sure that while I was running into traffic and almost got hit by a New York City cab, the microphone fell off of my jacket into the ground and this illegal alien was running behind us and a taxi cab, I'm convinced, drove over the microphone because when we went back, it was not there.

01:40:11.000 And so that's a real story that happened, which is why...

01:40:16.000 You know, the audio is kind of like janky in some of the parts because we realized after the fact that our other audio source and with those mics it records onto it because it has an SD card in it, the audio is gone.

01:40:32.000 And so we only had a single source for the audio because, well, you know, we had to like literally run away from some crazy illegal alien that was trying to assault us.

01:40:45.000 Never a dull moment, but it goes to show you the kind of danger that we put ourselves in to get these stories and to report the truth and to talk about these issues and to bring them to light.

01:41:00.000 Moving on now.

01:41:05.000 We're going to talk about the NFWF. This is another story that I broke this morning.

01:41:16.000 Let's get this pulled up.

01:41:18.000 because this one is pretty outrageous.

01:41:20.000 So you can see this form on the screen right here.

01:41:37.000 This is what we call a 990 form.

01:41:39.000 Tax form.

01:41:41.000 And Like I said before, I'm grateful that there are people who are working at Doge who are uncovering the fraud, waste, and abuse.

01:41:48.000 But I like taking a more proactive approach to things.

01:41:52.000 And so I started looking into a lot of these organizations myself and trying to uncover waste, fraud, and abuse.

01:41:58.000 And this is where it gets really interesting because you're going to see firsthand like who's tied to this and also which big tech billionaires are affiliated with this.

01:42:08.000 So NFWF stands for National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

01:42:18.000 And National Fish and Wildlife Foundation was an organization that was created by the government.

01:42:24.000 Let's go to my tweet, actually, so that we can show people the tweet in case they haven't seen this tweet.

01:42:29.000 And if you haven't retweeted it, definitely retweet this because we want everybody to see this.

01:42:35.000 Exclusive high salaries exceeding $1.2 million per year at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation amidst federal funding waste scandals exposed.

01:42:44.000 Through my investigation into the financial dealings at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation established by Congress in 1984 as a 501c3 charity...

01:42:55.000 It has been revealed that their CEO, Jeffrey Trandall, received a salary of, well, it's like over $1.2 million, right?

01:43:02.000 For the fiscal year from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. That's over $1.2 million per year as the CEO of an environmental charity.

01:43:13.000 That's what a 501c3 is.

01:43:15.000 It's supposed to be a non-profit.

01:43:16.000 It's a charity.

01:43:17.000 Tax records I uncovered reveal that Trandall has been paying himself this type of seven-figure salary at NFWF for several years.

01:43:25.000 According to the foundation's tax records, other high-ranking officials at the NFWF, including Executive Vice President and External Affairs Lila Helms and Senior Vice President Thomas Kelsch, also command salaries ranging from $214,000 to $549,000.

01:43:42.000 This compensation structure...

01:43:46.000 Raises questions about the ethics of the foundation's salaries for their executives with the mission of charity that is primarily funded by U.S. federal grants.

01:43:58.000 In the same fiscal period, NFWF reported receiving over $165 million in government grants.

01:44:06.000 Oh my God.

01:44:07.000 Okay, like this is an environmental charity receiving over $165 million of taxpayer funds, government grants.

01:44:15.000 These funds primarily come from partnerships with federal agencies like the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Bureau of Land Management, essentially using taxpayer money to finance its operations and its projects.

01:44:29.000 A significant announcement was made on December 2, 2024, just before the end of President Joe Biden's administration, where NFWF, in collaboration with the Biden-Harris administration, Disclosed $122.4 million in grants under the America the Beautiful Challenge.

01:44:50.000 This initiative, if you recall, we heard a lot about this during the Biden regime, was created by Joe Biden and it aimed at the conservation but also highlights the scale of federal funding involved.

01:45:04.000 Jeffrey Trandall, who has led at FWF since November 2005 following a 23-year tenure on Capitol Hill, including as clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives, also sits on the board of the Arcus Foundation.

01:45:16.000 This foundation focuses on supporting global organizations for LGBTQ rights and gray ape conservation, adding another layer of outrage to Trandall's professional engagement given his $1.2 million salary funded by U.S. taxpayers.

01:45:31.000 In 2015, Trandall was among those who signed an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in support of legalizing same-sex marriage nationwide, also reflecting his involvement in pushing the woke agenda.

01:45:44.000 And then you can see here, like, you know, I'm basically asking, how does a charity meant to serve public environmental interests justify paying its CEO over $1.2 million every year for 40 hours a week I mean, it's probably even less than 40 hours per week, if we're being honest.

01:46:04.000 NFWF uses federal funds provided by annual congressional appropriations.

01:46:08.000 Seems like another agency Doge and Donald Trump should look at.

01:46:11.000 So you can see here these are the receipts.

01:46:13.000 Okay, let's pull up the 990. There you go.

01:46:15.000 There it is.

01:46:16.000 It says that National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

01:46:20.000 There's the EIN.

01:46:21.000 Let's go back.

01:46:22.000 501c3.

01:46:28.000 Bye.

01:46:29.000 Thank you.

01:46:31.000 Jeffrey Trandall, the name of the principal officer, you can see that right there.

01:46:39.000 Next, Jeffrey Trandall joins the Arcus Foundation board.

01:46:45.000 He's the executive director of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the Arcus Foundation.

01:46:52.000 You can see that they focus on apes and LGBTQ. So again, like why? 1.00

01:46:57.000 Why are we paying this guy $1.2 million?

01:47:01.000 He's woke!

01:47:02.000 He's woke!

01:47:03.000 We're paying him $1.2 million a year to promote LGBTQ insanity and ape conservation around the world. 1.00

01:47:10.000 Why?

01:47:12.000 Next.

01:47:16.000 And then, of course, one of the very last things that the Biden-Harris administration did before President Trump took office was they issued on December 2nd of 2024 another $122 million from the America Beautiful Challenge to restore lands and waters with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

01:47:35.000 So it's a lot of money.

01:47:37.000 A lot of money.

01:47:41.000 I want to show you this 990 form so that you can see their floated salaries for yourself.

01:47:47.000 Again, broke this story today.

01:47:52.000 Jeffrey Trandall, this is from this last...

01:47:59.000 Tax period.

01:48:00.000 Because they haven't made this current tax period public yet.

01:48:03.000 And so this is the most recent form that we have.

01:48:06.000 In case people are like, oh, why does it say 2022?

01:48:08.000 Because it's from 2022 to 2023. It's the fiscal year for the tax accounting.

01:48:17.000 Jeffrey Trandall.

01:48:19.000 And we can maybe zoom in.

01:48:20.000 I don't know, Cannon, if we can zoom in a little.

01:48:22.000 If it's possible.

01:48:23.000 But we can maybe zoom in a little bit.

01:48:27.000 If possible.

01:48:28.000 We can show people.

01:48:30.000 So, if you're looking at the screen here, it says Jeffrey Trandall, Executive Director, CEO. And it says the hours per week.

01:48:38.000 So here, he's claiming that for 40 hours a week, which is just, you know, total bullshit. 0.95

01:48:46.000 40 hours a week, you guys, promoting ape conservation, LGBTQ issues, and protecting our environment. 0.97

01:48:53.000 Okay?

01:48:54.000 Scroll over.

01:48:56.000 He's getting paid from the organization $1.2 million.

01:49:03.000 And then you scroll over.

01:49:06.000 Other compensation from the organization outside of that $43,000, right?

01:49:11.000 So he's making almost like $1.3 million a year, right?

01:49:17.000 From like these different organizations when you add it all up.

01:49:21.000 But he's not the only one, okay?

01:49:23.000 Here we have Thomas Kelsch, who is the senior VP of NFWF. And what is his salary for 40 hours a week?

01:49:32.000 $548,936.

01:49:36.000 Okay?

01:49:37.000 plus another $57,000.

01:49:38.000 Tokumbo Falai, the chief financial officer, Okay?

01:49:48.000 Scroll over.

01:49:50.000 $458,000 for 30 hours of work a week, plus another $106,000.

01:49:56.000 So, like, over $500,000.

01:50:01.000 It's just unbelievable.

01:50:04.000 To be the CFO of a charity, he's getting paid half a million dollars.

01:50:09.000 Holly Bamford, the chief conservation officer, 38 hours per week.

01:50:13.000 Okay, scroll over.

01:50:19.000 $452,678.

01:50:21.000 $452,678.

01:50:24.000 Okay?

01:50:24.000 $452,678.

01:50:27.000 Plus another $98,000.

01:50:29.000 So, over $500,000.

01:50:32.000 Unbelievable.

01:50:34.000 Go look at her title.

01:50:36.000 Chief Conservation Officer.

01:50:39.000 Timothy DeSintio, the Senior VP. 40 hours a week.

01:50:48.000 $426,000.

01:50:51.000 Another $113,000.

01:50:53.000 Okay, so over $500,000.

01:50:56.000 I mean, look at this.

01:50:57.000 I don't even know the names of these people.

01:50:59.000 You're not going to know who they are, but honestly, like Chief Investment Officer, Chief Administration Officer.

01:51:05.000 Let's see how much the woman who's doing human resources at this organization is getting. 1.00

01:51:09.000 40 hours a week.

01:51:11.000 $315,000!

01:51:12.000 Plus another $113,000!

01:51:15.000 Oh my god!

01:51:18.000 That is over $430,000 a year, you guys, to basically be the head of human resources for an environmental charity.

01:51:28.000 This is obscene.

01:51:29.000 This is such an abuse of our taxpayer dollars.

01:51:32.000 I want to go to the chat.

01:51:34.000 I want to see what people have to think about this because this is just outrageous, you guys.

01:51:38.000 This is totally outrageous.

01:51:39.000 And this is just one of the many organizations.

01:51:41.000 There are thousands of organizations that are just like this. 0.99

01:51:49.000 So maybe this is the guy that is turning the frogs gay. 0.97

01:51:56.000 They're all basically guaranteed over $500,000 a year for doing nothing. 0.88

01:52:00.000 For doing nothing but working at a charity organization.

01:52:06.000 That's basically Loomer Fan Club, so they broke it down.

01:52:09.000 that's $27,000 per week if you're getting paid $1.3 million.

01:52:13.000 So again, these people are making outrageous amounts of money in It's totally out of control.

01:52:34.000 Go ahead and put your comments in the chat.

01:52:42.000 We're going to resume looking at these receipts in a moment.

01:52:45.000 But in the meantime, I want to take a moment to thank the second sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, Grassy.

01:54:02.000 So thank you, grassy, for fighting for the American worker and America first manufacturing and for free speech. 0.98

01:54:08.000 Head on over to Let's get back to these receipts.

01:54:28.000 Let's see.

01:54:29.000 I really hope that President Trump recognizes you for excellence in independent journalism.

01:54:34.000 That's what somebody said.

01:54:35.000 Well, thank you.

01:54:36.000 Very nice of you.

01:54:39.000 Chelsea Clinton has charities.

01:54:41.000 One is a ballet school and another is an African art charity. 0.98

01:54:44.000 Yeah, it's kind of ridiculous.

01:54:46.000 Let's scroll up, see if there's any more comments.

01:54:54.000 you Thank you.

01:54:58.000 Yeah, somebody said, I'm going to apply for a job at a non-profit.

01:55:02.000 That's how they're making all their money.

01:55:04.000 They're just paying themselves these enormous amounts of pay every single year.

01:55:09.000 Totally out of control.

01:55:13.000 Meanwhile, you guys, the President of the United States only makes about $400,000 a year. 0.97

01:55:18.000 So these people that are basically serving as like the HR director and like these bullshit positions, these made-up positions that are clearly just for money laundering at these organizations. 0.86

01:55:29.000 They are getting paid more money than the President of the United States. 0.93

01:55:34.000 Now, mind you, Donald Trump is rich and he just donates his salary every single year because he genuinely wants to make America great again.

01:55:42.000 But, you know, it is kind of interesting when you think about it how the President of the United States is making less money, technically speaking, than people that are doing HR work for a government-funded charity.

01:55:55.000 It's totally out of control.

01:55:58.000 Totally out of control.

01:56:04.000 Donald Trump, meanwhile, donated his paycheck to charity.

01:56:10.000 Let's go back to these receipts and everybody can see for themselves what we're talking about.

01:56:16.000 Let's pull this 990 form back up and zoom in.

01:56:22.000 Here's the other one.

01:56:23.000 Gloria Lett, the general counsel.

01:56:27.000 40 hours a week.

01:56:29.000 Oh yeah, because you really need to be a general counsel.

01:56:36.000 It really requires 40 hours a week for a lawyer at a charity to protect the environment.

01:56:43.000 So, this is Gloria Litt.

01:56:52.000 Thank you.

01:56:53.000 Thank you.

01:56:55.000 Let's see where she worked before. 1.00

01:56:57.000 NFW. Let's go down.

01:56:58.000 Scroll down.

01:57:00.000 Click on that.

01:57:01.000 Yeah.

01:57:03.000 Gloria Lett.

01:57:04.000 Go up.

01:57:05.000 Her name was up.

01:57:06.000 Further up.

01:57:09.000 Let's see what they justify for her salary. 1.00

01:57:11.000 Go back and let's see how much she's getting paid. 1.00

01:57:13.000 Let's see what she does to make all this money. 1.00

01:57:17.000 40 hours a week.

01:57:20.000 $407,000 plus another $9,000.

01:57:23.000 Gloria Lapp provides legal advice and guidance to the foundation.

01:57:27.000 Guidance, yeah.

01:57:28.000 Prior to joining NFWF, Gloria spent many years serving in various leadership roles at the U.S. House of Representatives, most recently as Deputy Clerk for the House.

01:57:38.000 As Deputy Clerk, she assisted the Clerk of the House, leading an organization of approximately 240 staff members responsible for all aspects of the legislative operations of the House.

01:57:50.000 Gloria previously served as the Managing Counsel in the Office of House Employment Counsel for the House. 0.99

01:57:58.000 These just sound like made-up bullshit positions. 0.91

01:58:00.000 In that role, she provided legal advice to members of Congress and represented them in other employing offices before administrative bodies and in federal courts nationwide. 0.98

01:58:09.000 Prior to working for Congress, Gloria was a corporate attorney for a large telecommunications company as assistant corporation counsel representing the District of Columbia in civil litigation.

01:58:22.000 Special assistant, state's attorney handling criminal prosecutions, and an attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

01:58:28.000 Gloria earned her JD degree from George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor's of Art from the State University of New York, SUNY Stony Brook.

01:58:39.000 Okay.

01:58:40.000 But it still doesn't justify making $400,000 a year from a charity.

01:58:45.000 A charity is supposed to be a charity.

01:58:47.000 Like, when you're in a nonprofit, you're not really supposed to be having enormous amounts of pay.

01:58:51.000 You're supposed to have very modest pay to cover your role as an advisor.

01:58:58.000 You're not supposed to be paid nearly half a million dollars for doing charity work.

01:59:04.000 It kind of defeats the whole purpose of a charity.

01:59:11.000 We have all these other people here.

01:59:13.000 Jonathan Birdsong.

01:59:16.000 Jonathan Birdsong, 40 hours a week.

01:59:18.000 Scroll over.

01:59:20.000 $284,000 a year, plus another $62,000, so over $300,000.

01:59:27.000 Look up Jonathan Birdsong.

01:59:29.000 We'll just do this live right now.

01:59:30.000 Now let's just look at these people live on air and see what we find.

01:59:32.000 Today, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation So he's been working there since 2014. Making over $200,000 a year working there.

01:59:48.000 Announces the appointment of Jonathan Birdsong as Partnership Office Director for the Western Partnership Office.

01:59:55.000 Birdsong will be based in NFWF's newly expanded San Francisco office starting in January.

02:00:00.000 And he will be responsible for leading staff and for raising and distributing funds for cooperative conservation projects throughout Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California.

02:00:13.000 For the past four years, Birdsong worked for Blue Water Strategies, a boutique consulting firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on natural resources, agriculture, energy, and irrigation.

02:00:25.000 Let's see what Blue Water Strategies is.

02:00:28.000 Blue Water Strategies.

02:00:41.000 Thank you.

02:00:42.000 Thank you.

02:00:45.000 So it's a lobbying and a consulting firm.

02:00:47.000 Groups that have retained blue water strategies, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, a lot of big corporations.

02:01:06.000 Go back to his bio.

02:01:07.000 From 2002 to 2010, Birdsong worked for US rep Mike Mike Thompson of California.

02:01:18.000 A senior member of the House and Ways and Means Committee, Jonathan handled energy, natural resources, western water, and agriculture policy for the congressman, and for the last seven years at that time was the congressman's legislative director.

02:01:31.000 So again, a lot of these people are just people who have been federal government employees their entire lives.

02:01:37.000 And that's how they plan on living for the rest of their life.

02:01:40.000 They just want to continue making money off of taxpayers.

02:01:45.000 Something very interesting, though, and we're going to break this story now live here on Loomer Unleashed.

02:01:49.000 We discovered that the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation also has an extensive board of directors.

02:01:58.000 They have an extensive board of directors.

02:02:01.000 And I was looking at their board of directors list, and I found something very interesting.

02:02:09.000 Mark Bezos.

02:02:11.000 Yes, that Bezos.

02:02:13.000 Mark Bezos is the brother of Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon and the owner of the Washington Post.

02:02:21.000 So yes, Mark Bezos, the brother of Jeff Bezos, is currently on the board of directors for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:02:34.000 Why does this matter?

02:02:35.000 Well, it matters because...

02:02:37.000 Mark Bezos himself is not...

02:02:40.000 As far as I can see, receiving payment from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:02:46.000 But he's a board of director on this organization that is using and abusing taxpayer-funded money and paying their executives these enormous salaries.

02:02:57.000 And so, in a sense, you have to ask yourself, you know, why is Mark Bezos okay as a board of director with these officials receiving these enormous salaries for doing absolutely nothing?

02:03:08.000 Let's take a look at Mark Bezos and some of these initiatives here that we've seen with the Bezos family and Jeff Bezos.

02:03:16.000 Here we have Mark Bezos.

02:03:18.000 He's an American space tourist and advertising executive.

02:03:21.000 He's the half-brother of Jeff Bezos, who's the founder of Amazon.

02:03:25.000 The Bezos Earth Fund awards $30 million to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:03:37.000 This was a press release that was released on December 6, 2021. The Bezos Earth Fund announced a $30 million award to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to support conservation projects in the United States that will generate immediate overlapping carbon goals to mitigate climate change, conserving wildlife biodiversity and boosting the resilience of communities across the nation.

02:03:59.000 This is the funniest part about it.

02:04:06.000 Of these investments, all of which will be obligated in 2022, approximately 40% are expected to directly engage or benefit undeserved communities, including low-income communities and communities of color.

02:04:25.000 Oh, we care so much, you guys.

02:04:27.000 You know, here at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, you know, my brother is a billionaire and one of the richest men in the world, and we care about under-deserved communities so much that we're going to give our own CEO a salary of $1.2 million a year to basically sit around and do ape conservation and talk about LGBTQ experiments. 0.97

02:04:49.000 We know that you're struggling so hard.

02:04:52.000 You're struggling so much to feed your kids.

02:04:55.000 You're on welfare, on food stamps, and oh, you know, we really just care so much about these poor black and Hispanic people, but we want you to know that a white male who's in charge of our organization is getting paid $1.2 million a year to do nothing but virtue signal. 0.99

02:05:12.000 I mean, it's really honestly, it just goes to show you how these organizations are so full of shit, and everything they say just means nothing. 0.99

02:05:19.000 It's just one big slush fund. 1.00

02:05:21.000 It's one big slush fund.

02:05:22.000 How can you say that your donations are supposed to go towards helping communities that are underdeserved and underserved and underrepresented?

02:05:37.000 Those are their words, not mine.

02:05:40.000 Underserved communities.

02:05:42.000 Poor communities.

02:05:44.000 Low-income people.

02:05:46.000 And yet you are going to sit here as a board of director and not even blink your eye when you have your meetings and they do have board of director meetings.

02:05:55.000 And just like any nonprofit, the board of directors has to approve the salaries of the executives.

02:06:00.000 I know this because I've worked for 501c3 organizations.

02:06:03.000 I used to work for Project Veritas.

02:06:05.000 And at Project Veritas, you'd have board meetings and the board would have to justify the salaries for the people.

02:06:12.000 Within the organization.

02:06:13.000 And so it's really funny to see them talk about how they're serving underserved communities, including low-income communities, and yet they are giving themselves these enormous salaries.

02:06:27.000 Enormous salaries of over $1.2 million a year.

02:06:33.000 And also, too, you know, Jeff Bezos gets to use this foundation, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, and the contributions.

02:06:42.000 And I believe it's actually $60 million.

02:06:44.000 That was the first article that said $30 million, but it was actually increased to $60 million.

02:06:50.000 So when you're looking at a billionaire, like one of the richest men in the world, you know, yeah, like it seems like a lot of money, but they get to use these grants as tax write-offs when they give to charity organizations.

02:07:01.000 So they're giving charity.

02:07:03.000 Charity, okay?

02:07:04.000 And that is being basically funneled back into the salaries of individuals like Jeff.

02:07:12.000 Go back to the 990 form.

02:07:17.000 Jeffrey Trandall, 40 hours a week, executive director, CEO. Scroll over, $1.2 million, okay?

02:07:24.000 So they want to talk about how they're serving all these people that are so low income and they're making such a difference around the world, but they're not.

02:07:31.000 They're just getting tax write-ups for themselves.

02:07:33.000 You think that Jeff Bezos and his brother don't get tax write-ups from all this charity work they're doing?

02:07:39.000 They do.

02:07:40.000 Why do you think they give such high donation amounts?

02:07:44.000 Because when you're a billionaire and you're paying billions of dollars a year in taxes, or you're at least supposed to be, You need millions and millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars of tax write-offs so that you cannot pay a higher tax rate.

02:08:03.000 That's how it works.

02:08:04.000 So they're acting like they're so, oh, you know, we're so...

02:08:09.000 And we're giving all this money to charity.

02:08:12.000 No, you're trying to get yourself a tax write-off while your executives are not using this money to help underserved low-income people.

02:08:19.000 They're giving themselves $1.2 million for operating a charity. 0.86

02:08:23.000 It's pretty disgusting.

02:08:24.000 So that's the tease that we were teasing today.

02:08:26.000 That's the story that we were teasing earlier.

02:08:29.000 Jeff Bezos is the tech billionaire.

02:08:32.000 Who is directly tied through his brother, Mark, who is on the board of directors of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation that is directly tied to government waste and we just showed you how that is happening.

02:08:44.000 Let's go to the chat.

02:08:44.000 I wanna take a few questions and comments from people who are watching this live.

02:08:51.000 Let's see.

02:09:00.000 Thank you.

02:09:00.000 Let's see.

02:09:05.000 Jeff writes the gift off on his taxes.

02:09:07.000 Yeah, absolutely.

02:09:08.000 So, you know, they're acting like this is, oh, wow, we're doing such great work here.

02:09:12.000 And they have People Magazine write up this glowing spread. 1.00

02:09:15.000 It's all bullshit. 0.98

02:09:17.000 How are you going to do charity work if you're taking the money from the charity work that is supposed to be going to people in need, as you're saying in your virtue signaling press releases? 1.00

02:09:27.000 How does that work?

02:09:28.000 Right?

02:09:33.000 Saltgain said, excellent, Loomer.

02:09:34.000 Now you are drilling into the situation really well.

02:09:39.000 Jeff Bezos is using the charity to gift money to his family tax-free.

02:09:42.000 The relation to Jeff is that they are half-brothers.

02:09:52.000 Cheers.

02:09:54.000 But he has integrated him completely into his community.

02:09:59.000 Scroll down.

02:10:05.000 Good story, Laura.

02:10:06.000 Yeah, I know.

02:10:08.000 Crazy, isn't it?

02:10:10.000 Totally, totally crazy.

02:10:11.000 We have more receipts on Bezos, too.

02:10:13.000 We can pull these up, and you can just take a look at his foundation if you want.

02:10:17.000 Let me pull these up.

02:10:18.000 Let me look.

02:10:18.000 I have all these documents on my computer.

02:10:20.000 Bezos.

02:10:31.000 Bezos.

02:10:33.000 Thank you.

02:10:38.000 Go back to the 990 form so they can see his name.

02:10:42.000 Bezos' name on the form.

02:10:46.000 Yeah, let's get that form.

02:10:48.000 Show you the form one more time so you can see it all for yourself.

02:10:51.000 but it's just pretty outrageous.

02:10:54.000 And all of this stuff, these are publicly available documents The media should be looking into this, but they're not.

02:11:09.000 So zoom out a little bit.

02:11:11.000 There you see Mark Bezos, and it says one hour.

02:11:14.000 So one hour.

02:11:17.000 Scroll up.

02:11:18.000 One hour.

02:11:19.000 Scroll up.

02:11:21.000 Hours per week listed.

02:11:22.000 So one hour per week is what he has listed.

02:11:25.000 Okay?

02:11:26.000 Scroll down.

02:11:27.000 Mark Bezos, scroll over.

02:11:32.000 Compensation zero.

02:11:34.000 But it's more about the fact that Bezos is directly tied to this organization that is claiming in the press releases from their family foundation that they're helping underserved communities and they're helping people for charity, when in reality, if you are truly a board of director for a charity,

02:11:52.000 you're supposed to be overseeing accountability and also exercising prudence and also trying to be somewhat, I guess you could say, Considerate and also self-aware of the fact that a charity is supposed to be beneficial to others more than it's beneficial for yourself.

02:12:13.000 Generally, if you're operating a charity, you just cover your general expenses.

02:12:17.000 You don't really make it a lucrative deal.

02:12:20.000 You cover your general operating expenses and a baseline salary for your time.

02:12:26.000 I think it's a bit over the top.

02:12:30.000 Wouldn't you all agree that it's a little bit over the top?

02:12:34.000 To say that you need $1.2 million to run a charity.

02:12:39.000 So it makes me wonder why, as donors, right, the Bezos family, even though they have a family member who's on the board of this National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in the form of Bezos' brother Mark, how come, you know, how come they keep on giving money to this organization when they have a...

02:12:57.000 When they have a family member who is on the board who clearly can see that they are not expressing oversight as it relates to the amount of money that is being used internally to pay the salaries of these executives at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:13:11.000 I think that's a legitimate question, and it just goes to show you that how many people are on the take.

02:13:17.000 And yeah, Mark Bezos himself may not be compensating directly from this organization, but you better believe that these charities, they get to benefit through press, they get to benefit through tax breaks when they donate, and they're complicit.

02:13:30.000 They're totally complicit because you cannot be a board of director and say that you didn't know that the CEO is paying himself $1.2 million a year.

02:13:39.000 Let's go back to the chat and see what people are saying.

02:13:45.000 When you work for a charity, you need to fundraise, not take money from the charity.

02:13:50.000 Yes.

02:13:54.000 Absolutely.

02:13:55.000 Absolutely, you guys.

02:14:08.000 So that's exactly what we're looking at.

02:14:13.000 Now, let's have some fun.

02:14:16.000 Let's take a look at some of the ridiculous grants that the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation are giving out, just so that you can see for yourself firsthand.

02:14:27.000 Where your money's going.

02:14:29.000 So the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation received over $165 million in federal grants this last fiscal tax year.

02:14:38.000 And according to their 990s, again, you can go look it up yourself and see firsthand. 0.89

02:14:42.000 So we started looking into some of the grants that they were giving out with this federal money because they also, they received federal money to give grants and then Congress So Congress is basically overseeing and they're approving all this bullshit spending.

02:14:59.000 So Congress is approving all of these ridiculous grants and maybe Congress needs to have this brought to their attention that the CEOs of these organizations that they're appropriating funds to through the budget are taking a very large portion of those funds off the top through their salaries.

02:15:22.000 But this is what you need to see because this is just like further evidence of how this is not being spent to benefit our country any way whatsoever.

02:15:30.000 So we have grants listed from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation that have been given to organizations by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation by your taxpayer money.

02:15:42.000 These are grants that come from U.S. taxpayers underneath the umbrella of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for you to understand.

02:15:50.000 How the flow of money works.

02:15:53.000 And then they get to allocate the funds to different groups.

02:15:57.000 So scroll up.

02:15:59.000 You can see firsthand what it says, right?

02:16:01.000 National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant profile.

02:16:04.000 Just so that you know that we're not making this up here.

02:16:07.000 The conservation program that they decided to give money to, okay?

02:16:12.000 Pacific Seabirds.

02:16:13.000 Here's just one example.

02:16:15.000 Mind you, this is American taxpayer money.

02:16:19.000 This was a grant from this last year, and it was given to an organization called Oikonos.

02:16:26.000 And the project title was Advancing Humboldt Penguin Conservation in Chile.

02:16:32.000 And the total amount was $308,190.80.

02:16:38.000 So $308,190.87 of your taxpayer money was sent to an organization out of Chile.

02:16:48.000 To protect the population of the Humboldt penguin, which is not even an endangered species, it's currently listed as vulnerable.

02:16:56.000 Now, I'm an animal lover.

02:16:58.000 I love animals.

02:16:59.000 But why are we paying for Humboldt penguins in Chile to be receiving conservation protection?

02:17:07.000 Why is U.S. taxpayer money in the form of grants being given to a Humboldt penguin protection program in Chile?

02:17:18.000 Mind you, extinct species, this is the level of, this is the level of the degrees between what it means to be the least concern in terms of an animal or a species that is facing extinction compared to absolutely extinct.

02:17:34.000 So they said that it was vulnerable.

02:17:37.000 Okay, first you have least concern, near threatened.

02:17:41.000 Okay, that's like...

02:17:42.000 One to two.

02:17:42.000 So what?

02:17:43.000 We have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.

02:17:45.000 So on a scale of one to seven, with one being not really a threat, seven being like, you know, near extinction or like absolutely extinct, the humble penguin falls third out of seven.

02:18:00.000 So three out of seven.

02:18:03.000 That's not severe, okay?

02:18:05.000 It's...

02:18:06.000 Barely in the very beginning phases of being threatened.

02:18:10.000 So it's not even an endangered species.

02:18:12.000 It's not even on the brink of becoming extinct.

02:18:16.000 And yet we're basically paying $310,000 a year of our taxpayer money to protect these penguins that are not even under the threat of extinction in Chile.

02:18:32.000 It's outrageous. 0.99

02:18:33.000 Again, I love animals, but why are we paying for this bullshit? 0.99

02:18:36.000 Somebody in the chat says the Humboldt penguin is a very, very important environmental indicator identified by the U.S. Navy. 0.99

02:18:48.000 you Okay, but, like, why are we paying for these penguins?

02:18:55.000 Why are we paying for them?

02:18:57.000 I just don't understand, like, why we're paying for penguins in Chile.

02:19:02.000 I don't understand it.

02:19:06.000 Mr. Raider Nation sent $2.

02:19:09.000 Please investigate the corruption from Washington State.

02:19:16.000 Again, I'm not trying to be inconsiderate to the penguins, but why are we paying for penguin conservation in Chile?

02:19:23.000 I don't understand. 0.53

02:19:25.000 Okay, let's go to another grant project just so that we can show people how ridiculous this organization, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, is. 0.97

02:19:37.000 Just, like, totally ridiculous.

02:19:43.000 Okay, so here's another conservation program. 0.71

02:19:46.000 This was given.

02:19:47.000 You can scroll up and you can see it says National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant profile.

02:19:53.000 The conservation program was given to the South Coast Shoreline Parks and Outdoor Recreational Use Fund.

02:19:59.000 The project title, Restoring the Wishtoyo Chumash Village.

02:20:03.000 So I've like never heard of this before, right?

02:20:06.000 So the amount of money that was given was $25,000.

02:20:10.000 And it was given to the Wishtoyo Foundation.

02:20:13.000 The Wishtoyo Chumash Village is located in North Los Angeles County.

02:20:18.000 On a four-acre site in Malibu, which is probably burned down now after the fires, maybe it's not, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and adjacent to Nicholas Canyon Beach.

02:20:27.000 The property is built upon an 8,000-year-old Chumash Village site.

02:20:32.000 Okay.

02:20:34.000 So I'm like looking this up, right?

02:20:36.000 What is the Wishtoyo Chumash Village?

02:20:38.000 I've never heard of this in my life, right?

02:20:42.000 They're basically grass huts.

02:20:46.000 Let's look it up.

02:20:50.000 That's what we're paying for.

02:20:52.000 We're paying for grass huts overlooking the ocean to be restored.

02:21:00.000 Why are we paying for people that live in grass huts? 0.99

02:21:06.000 This is what we're paying for.

02:21:09.000 The restoration of this.

02:21:13.000 I mean, look at this.

02:21:14.000 This is a grass hut.

02:21:15.000 Why are we paying for people to live inside a rainbow?

02:21:18.000 It's called the Rainbow Village of the Pacific.

02:21:21.000 It's Choyo Chumash Foundation.

02:21:23.000 Why are we paying for people to live in grass huts?

02:21:25.000 Again, I'm not trying to be culturally insensitive to these people's cultural, but why do my taxpayer dollars need to go towards restoring grass huts?

02:21:41.000 That are probably a fire hazard.

02:21:45.000 Especially in Malibu.

02:21:47.000 Look at that.

02:21:48.000 That's what it is.

02:21:49.000 That's what our taxpayer...

02:21:50.000 It's like something you'd see in Africa. 0.97

02:21:55.000 That's what our money is going towards restoring, you guys.

02:21:59.000 The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation is giving grants to organizations so they can restore what looks like a bunch of hay.

02:22:06.000 You know, like when you have horses and you're feeding them hay.

02:22:08.000 It looks like somebody decided to make a tent out of hay.

02:22:15.000 It looks like a hut you'd see in, like, sub-Saharan Africa.

02:22:18.000 $25,000 of our taxpayer money went to go support people living in a grass hut.

02:22:24.000 Aja Kukri said, this is unbelievable info.

02:22:34.000 So.

02:22:36.000 It's just crazy.

02:22:37.000 It's like...

02:22:38.000 Why are we paying for people in America to live in grass huts? 0.70

02:22:42.000 This is totally nuts.

02:22:44.000 All right, let's look at another grant.

02:22:45.000 This is just stuff that we were looking at today when we were going through the NFWF grant profile.

02:22:53.000 All right, let's look at another one.

02:22:54.000 Here's another one.

02:22:55.000 MODOK. Here's MODOK Nation.

02:22:59.000 So you know how we're always told Native Americans are brown?

02:23:02.000 And your typical idea of a Native American is some brown person on a reservation?

02:23:10.000 So there's a group called MODOK Nation.

02:23:13.000 And this was part of the Biden administration's America the Beautiful Challenge.

02:23:19.000 And these taxpayer grant funds were given from NFWF to America the Beautiful Challenge for a project title called the Shopsha Landscape Restoration Project for the MODOK Nation Indian Reservation.

02:23:32.000 So when I look at MODOK Nation, when you look at what the MODOK Nation is, they got over $608,000.

02:23:40.000 Okay, almost $609,000.

02:23:46.000 They're a bunch of white Indians. 0.56

02:23:48.000 Like, that guy is literally, he, like, looks white.

02:23:52.000 These people look white.

02:23:57.000 The Indian chief's name is Bob, you guys.

02:24:06.000 The second Indian chief is Gina.

02:24:09.000 Bob and Gina.

02:24:11.000 Those are not Indian names, you guys.

02:24:14.000 Okay?

02:24:14.000 And they got over $608,000 of our taxpayer money in a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:24:23.000 Bob and Gina and Jessica and Jack, you guys.

02:24:27.000 these are Native Americans, apparently.

02:24:29.000 Oh my god.

02:24:42.000 Maybe they're related to Elizabeth Warren.

02:24:48.000 Oh my god.

02:24:50.000 This is just so crazy, guys.

02:24:52.000 Why are we paying for a bunch of white people to LARP as Native Americans? 0.96

02:25:02.000 Go back.

02:25:03.000 Let's go look at Bob and Gina, the Native Americans.

02:25:06.000 Bob and Gina of MODOK Nation.

02:25:13.000 Scroll down.

02:25:15.000 Bob, Gina, Jessica, Jack, Braxton.

02:25:19.000 These are like the whitest names I've ever heard in my life.

02:25:23.000 They're like the whitest names I've ever heard in my life, you guys.

02:25:26.000 And yet our government is literally giving out these people over $608,000 of our taxpayer money in a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

02:25:38.000 This is what your taxpayer money is going towards funding, you guys.

02:25:45.000 So, let's see.

02:25:47.000 Do we have any more?

02:25:47.000 We do.

02:25:48.000 Yeah, we have a couple more, I think.

02:25:50.000 It's pretty shocking.

02:25:58.000 Put your comments in the chat if you're outraged by this just like I am.

02:26:04.000 Now we have the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grants.

02:26:08.000 Let's see.

02:26:08.000 You can go through and look at the grants received and also other grants given.

02:26:29.000 And National Fish and Wildlife Foundation announces $122.5 million in conservation grants from the America the Beautiful Challenge.

02:26:38.000 Right before Joe Biden left office on December 2nd, 2024, like literally like a month and a half before the inauguration, they gave, in conjunction with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, $122.5 million in conservation grants.

02:26:54.000 So just think of all the money that people got, $122.5 million of taxpayer-funded money, you guys, given out.

02:27:03.000 Right before the end of the Biden administration, I'm sure that if we were to look through all of the recipients of the $122.5 million right before Trump took office, it's going to be pretty sketchy.

02:27:16.000 It's going to be pretty sketchy.

02:27:18.000 Scroll down.

02:27:21.000 You can see here they announced all these grants.

02:27:30.000 It's pretty outrageous.

02:27:32.000 Abuse of taxpayer money.

02:27:37.000 And we're going to keep looking into it.

02:27:39.000 Every single week here on Loomer Unleashed, we're going to keep on looking into the abuse and the fraud and all of the corruption by the Democrat officials that are opposing the investigations into the waste of your taxpayer money.

02:27:56.000 Go ahead and put your comments in the chat, guys, and we're going to close out soon.

02:28:00.000 So if you have any questions or you have any more comments or concerns, put your comments in the chat because I'll be getting to your questions before we close out tonight.

02:28:10.000 And hey, you know, if there's any other organizations that you think need to be looked into, send me a DM or put a message in the chat right now.

02:28:19.000 Put a message in the chat.

02:28:22.000 Put a message in the chat.

02:28:24.000 People are loving Chief Bob.

02:28:27.000 Bob and Gina are still cracking me up.

02:28:29.000 Yeah, I mean, it's just crazy.

02:28:32.000 Bob and Gina, the Native Americans.

02:28:34.000 Like Elizabeth Warren, right?

02:28:35.000 I'm supposed to believe that Elizabeth Warren is like a white Indian too, right? 0.93
