00:37:49.000 And as a result, the Democrats who occupy and predominantly win or I guess you could say steal elections in the state of California.

00:38:08.000 You can be the worst governor in our country, and yet somehow you can still beat your recall.

00:38:14.000 I don't know about that, but it's not a surprise to anybody that California has been run into the ground by disastrous Democrat leadership or a lack of leadership.

00:40:23.000 You have these Democrats, including Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, you name it, inciting violence, encouraging people to protest, calling President Trump and his calls to send in the National Guard a dictatorship and un-American, when in reality, You have jihadists.

00:40:44.000 You have individuals who are chanting Allahu Akbar, wearing kafiyas, covering their faces, waving the Palestinian flag, waving the Hamas flag, setting cars on fire.

00:45:23.000 Tom Homan knows what it's like to be subjected to death threats, to be under attack by criminal illegal aliens and foreign terrorist organizations that put hits on his life and try to assassinate him simply because he's doing his job trying to make America safe again.

00:45:39.000 He knows what it's like to be viciously attacked and smeared as a racist and a fascist and a Nazi and a white supremacist by House Democrats, right?

00:45:47.000 We all saw what AOC tried to do to Tom Homan during the congressional hearing on ICE during She tried to falsely accuse this honorable man, this American patriot, somebody I consider to be a friend of mine, an absolute hero, of being a racist for simply trying to Make America safe again.

00:46:23.000 You've been on Loomer Unleashed before during the campaign when you were campaigning for President Trump.

00:46:34.000 So you have responded to the scene in Los Angeles where I spoke with you earlier this morning and you were on your way to the command center.

00:46:46.000 Been able to get under control since the National Guard arrived.

00:46:49.000 I saw earlier today that the National Guard has officially arrived thanks to President Trump.

00:46:54.000 And we've seen an outpouring of statements from radical Democrat obstructionists, people like Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris and Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi and Mayor Karen Bass, who are saying that this is fascist behavior, un-American behavior.

00:47:11.000 What is your response to these Democrats who are saying that it's a dictatorial for President

00:47:30.000 And the protest started after we arrested over 40 people at a business that we went with a search warrant on a criminal investigation of money laundering, tax evasion, customs fraud.

00:47:45.000 And it's part of a bigger investigation where some of these proceeds on this investigation and numerous businesses believe that money's being funneled to Mexico and Colombia to fund cartel activity, of course, that moves drugs in this country to kill Americans.

00:47:59.000 So what the media's not telling you, this is a part of a criminal investigation.

00:48:04.000 What the media's not telling you is we're arresting a lot of bad people.

00:48:07.000 The first day of this operation.

00:48:09.000 We wrestled somebody that's convicted of murder, wrestled somebody that's convicted of sexual assault with a child, wrestled somebody with criminal penetration with an instrument on a young girl.

00:48:19.000 Gang members.

00:48:20.000 We wrestled a lot of bad people here.

00:48:23.000 This is about immigration enforcement.

00:48:25.000 They want to shut immigration enforcement down.

00:48:27.000 So, of course, the protesters came out.

00:48:29.000 They're well organized out here, the NGOs.

00:48:31.000 With the help of organizations that are funding them.

00:48:34.000 So the protesters came out, and the first night it got pretty bad around the federal building.

00:48:39.000 There was almost a thousand people around the federal building, and not only employees were called in the federal building, but those that we arrested and detained were put at risk in that building.

00:48:48.000 So President Trump did exactly the right thing.

00:48:50.000 He's deployed the National Guard.

00:48:51.000 We got about three quarters of them here and now.

00:48:54.000 The rest arrived by midnight.

00:48:57.000 We've got a big contingent here, several hundred people.

00:48:59.000 ICE and ERO, FBI, DEA, they're all staying in the front line down here.

00:49:03.000 So as of tonight, the violence is picking up a little bit tonight, as it always does at night.

00:49:10.000 I just got done looking at the sit room.

00:49:12.000 There's three different cars burning and throwing bottles and rocks at our officers.

00:49:18.000 And they're responding.

00:49:20.000 They're responding with tear gas.

00:49:21.000 They're responding with munitions the way they're supposed to.

00:49:24.000 So we're holding them back, and we're controlling the scene, but the violence is going to uptick, and the violence is going to uptick, just as you said, I listened to you a few minutes ago, because of the rhetoric being pushed by, you know, these people think they can assault ICE officers, they think they can commit this violence in the streets, because you've got members of Congress out there calling ICE, comparing them to terrorists, and comparing them to Nazis.

00:49:47.000 So they opened the floodgates on the hate on ICE, and this rhetoric's gotten so bad, and I said this last night, and of course I got a lot of hate for it.

00:49:53.000 It's a matter of time.

00:49:55.000 I've done this for a long time.

00:49:57.000 They keep Rampuff this Reddit, either a life's gonna be lost, either of an officer or a protester, because just last night, you got a protester with a Molotov cocktail throwing that cocktail at an officer.

00:50:10.000 We saw what a Molotov cocktail would do just a few days ago.

00:50:13.000 And that's used to deadly force.

00:50:16.000 The officer's gonna respond with deadly force.

00:50:23.000 They could have fixed this in the first two days, but because they're run by a Democratic governor who believes in sanctuary cities and hates law enforcement, because you've got a mayor that supports sanctuary cities.

00:50:33.000 Your senators here support sanctuary cities.

00:50:35.000 So ICE is working against the wind on this, but we're not going to walk away.

00:50:40.000 We're going to do our job.

00:50:42.000 And we're up to over 40 arrests already of protesters, whether it's assault, whether it's impediment, whether it's destruction of government property.

00:50:49.000 We're going to start arresting people.

00:50:51.000 We'll keep arresting people.

00:50:52.000 But we will do this immigration operation.

00:50:54.000 We're going to do it every single day across this country, including L.A. You're not going to stop us.

00:51:00.000 So I guess it's game on.

00:51:02.000 During the transition period, you made news for saying that you had no problem pushing for criminal prosecution and criminal charges and the arrest of Democrat lawmakers in cities across America that tried to obstruct your immigration enforcement efforts.

00:51:17.000 Are you having any discussions with DHS, with the DOJ, or with the Trump administration to possibly bring criminal charges for harboring of illegal aliens by people like Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, or mayor?

00:51:32.000 Karen Bass or people like Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters, because this would really fit the bill of what you described as obstructionist behavior. 0.99

00:51:41.000 It's incitement, in my opinion.

00:51:43.000 They are inciting violence by fanning the flames of violence against ICE officials and people like yourself.

00:51:50.000 What qualifies as obstructionist behavior, and will we see any Democrat lawmakers or the governor himself be criminally charged?

00:52:00.000 Well, look, DOJ's taking this very seriously.

00:52:02.000 You already see they prosecuted a couple of judges.

00:52:05.000 They're being prosecuted.

00:52:06.000 They prosecuted a member of Congress for what she did at her detention facility in New Jersey.

00:52:12.000 And you're going to see more.

00:52:13.000 So DOJ's taking this seriously.

00:52:15.000 What I've been saying from day one, you can protest.

00:52:18.000 You got your first member rights.

00:52:20.000 You can hate ICE.

00:52:22.000 Shame on you, because ICE is out there taking public safety threats off the city.

00:52:26.000 What ICE has done here for the last three days is make L.A. safer.

00:52:29.000 By taking these dangerous criminals off the street.

00:52:32.000 Mayor Bass should be thanking us.

00:52:33.000 Governor Newsom should be thanking us.

00:52:35.000 But what I said from day one, Laura, is that you can protest, you can hate all you want, but when you cross that line of impediment, when you cross that line of annoyingly harboring concealing an illegal alien, that's a felony.

00:52:49.000 Impediment's a felony.

00:52:50.000 You put hands on an ICE officer, it's a felony.

00:52:53.000 So, like I said, we've already prosecuted over 40 of the protesters that are acting inappropriately.

00:52:59.000 But DOJ is looking at it.

00:53:01.000 At what line do congressional representatives or state representatives, at what point do they cross that line?

00:53:09.000 So DOJ is doing that, and we'll get some guidance pretty soon, but DOJ is looking at it.

00:53:14.000 And I truly believe, and my long career started in 1984, I've arrested U.S. citizens. 0.81

00:53:21.000 For harboring an illegal alien in their home or in a place of unemployment.

00:53:26.000 So why can't we prosecute a politician who wants to annoyingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien in a jail, right?

00:53:36.000 So I've asked DOJ to look at it, and they're looking at it, so hopefully we'll get some guidance real soon.

00:53:40.000 But I truly believe, as they said, the last four years, picking on Donald Trump, no one's above the law.

00:53:50.000 In summary, the answer is yes.

00:53:52.000 Those Democrat politicians could potentially be facing criminal prosecution.

00:53:57.000 That's up to DOJ, but they're reviewing everything and they'll make the settlement.

00:54:02.000 We got a tough AG, so we'll let them make the decision, but they are looking at what point do they cross the line from just not assisting to actually impediment.

00:54:29.000 He was talking about President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill, which, of course, has sparked a lot of controversy.

00:54:36.000 Everybody saw the big showdown on X between Elon Musk and President Trump over the Big Beautiful Bill.

00:54:43.000 And one of the aspects of the Big Beautiful Bill that is very positive is the funding of immigration enforcement officers.

00:54:50.000 But Senator Rand Paul attacked the Big Beautiful Bill today and said that we should cut the immigration enforcement funding in Trump's Big Beautiful Bill in half.

00:55:00.000 I want to go ahead and play the clip and then get your reaction.

00:55:03.000 There are people who are questioning why you would not support a bill that puts more money into border security, particularly at this moment in time when we see what's going on in Los Angeles this morning.

00:55:15.000 We have some pictures of the violence in L.A. The president had to send the National Guard to Los Angeles.

00:55:22.000 Are you suggesting that the money being spent on the border is too excessive?

00:55:31.000 What I'm suggesting is that we can add some money to the border, but what they're asking for is excessive.

00:55:36.000 And I'll give you an example.

00:55:37.000 For the fence, they want $46.5 billion.

00:55:41.000 Well, I did the math on this.

00:55:43.000 The current rate, according to the Border Patrol, is $6.5 million per mile.

00:55:48.000 That would be $6.5 billion for 1,000 miles.

00:55:52.000 Nobody's really estimating there's more than 1,000 miles that could be fenced at this point.

00:55:56.000 So that's $6.5 billion versus $46.5.

00:55:59.000 Where's all the money going?

00:56:00.000 I've asked the Trump administration, where's all the money going?

00:56:04.000 As far as hiring new people, I would hire some new people.

00:56:07.000 I would give some bonuses.

00:56:09.000 I'd probably do half as much as what they're asking for because the border is largely controlled right now.

00:56:14.000 And what we don't want is when we wind up looking back at this, have an army of Border Patrol agents that we have on the hook for payments and pensions and everything else.

00:56:24.000 We need to do it judiciously and not in a reckless manner.

00:56:28.000 I think having an army of Border Patrol agents sounds like a pretty good idea, actually, especially after what we saw during the Biden administration, where they allowed for a total invasion of our country.

00:56:40.000 Tom, what are your thoughts on what Senator Rand Paul said today on Fox News?

00:56:44.000 Do you agree with him?

00:56:46.000 No, I don't.

00:56:47.000 I think he's wrong and easy to redo his math, because there's more miles of wall than he's claiming.

00:56:52.000 But it's not just a wall, Laura.

00:56:54.000 It's a wall system.

00:56:56.000 It's not just the wall.

00:56:57.000 It's the technology that goes in that wall.

00:57:00.000 The technology that allows the barbitualization to be notified when someone digs under it, climbs it, approaches it.

00:57:05.000 It's the technology in that wall that lets barbitualizations talk to one another.

00:57:09.000 There are areas on the border where walkie-talkies just don't work and radios just don't work.

00:57:13.000 So we want to add the technology in these dead zones so when an officer needs help, he can get on the radio and get help.

00:57:20.000 So there's a lot more than just the wall object.

00:57:25.000 There is technology that's very expensive and it needs to be part of that wall.

00:57:28.000 There is access.

00:57:30.000 Roads need to be built for access to respond to incursions on that wall.

00:57:34.000 So it's much more than just a wall.

00:57:37.000 I think it needs to do a little bit of research on it.

00:57:39.000 And the bill is not asking for a whole bunch more borough agents.

00:57:42.000 What it's asking for is a whole lot of ICE agents, which we need.

00:57:46.000 Because you and I both know there's over 20 million illegal aliens in this nation.

00:57:50.000 And right now, there's a total of, I think, 6,000?

00:57:54.000 No, less than that.

00:57:56.000 There's just about 5,200 deportation officers who enforce immigration, compared to over 20 million.

00:58:04.000 So we're never going to be able to bail a ship out, you know, because there's so many illegal aliens in this country. 1.00

00:58:11.000 And President Trump's promised we're going to be the largest deportation operation in the history of this nation.

00:58:15.000 We are all numbered vastly.

00:58:17.000 And the people we're looking for They had to process that great taxpayer expense.

00:58:24.000 They lost.

00:58:25.000 But instead of leaving, they became fugitives.

00:58:28.000 For a staff of less than 5,000 to find 1.4 million people that don't want to be found, we need more ICE officers.

00:58:36.000 We need ICE officers in every major city in this nation.

00:58:38.000 And we don't have them.

00:58:40.000 We need more beds because every animal we arrest, we need a bed.

00:58:44.000 Right now, today, I'm in the command center here.

00:58:46.000 We don't have any empty beds.

00:58:48.000 We're trying to get plates now to get people out of beds and get them out quickly so we can replace those beds. 0.74

00:58:53.000 We don't have 5,000 available beds for what's happening here in Los Angeles.

00:58:58.000 So we're trying to move animals from one location to another.

00:59:03.000 But right now, we're above 55,000 in detention.

00:59:06.000 What do we fund it at?

00:59:08.000 We're already over the money.

00:59:09.000 We're already in the hole a half a billion dollars.

00:59:11.000 So we need this money.

00:59:13.000 So I wish he'd redo his math because everything we asked for, and I was part of putting that table together, everything we asked for is clearly justified to not only keep the board secure and make sure it's permanently secure, finish the technology, just not on the wall, but in the port of entries, until the next president that comes back can't undo everything we've done.

00:59:32.000 And also, it's the biggest part of this.

00:59:34.000 Is interior enforcement.

00:59:36.000 You can have a strong border, but a strong border don't mean an awful lot unless you have consequences in the interior for those people that got by.

00:59:43.000 So we need consequences.

00:59:44.000 And to do that, we need a lot of money.

00:59:46.000 So everything we ask for is clearly justified.

00:59:49.000 We did the math at the White House.

00:59:51.000 So, you know, I'm going to be up at Hill next week.

00:59:53.000 I'm hoping to meet with them and explain to them why exactly we ask for everything we ask for.

00:59:57.000 So are you satisfied with the appropriations for ICE and DHS in the bill?

01:00:02.000 Or would you say that you need even more money than what has been allocated?

01:00:07.000 Would you say that your needs are met?

01:00:08.000 And if so, are you encouraging lawmakers to support the Big Beautiful Bill?

01:00:14.000 Or do you agree with Elon Musk that it's an imperfect bill?

01:00:17.000 Where do you stand on the Big Beautiful Bill?

01:00:20.000 I haven't looked at the whole bill, but when it comes to border security, immigration enforcement.

01:00:28.000 I think it will go a long way, so I'm happy with what we have right now.

01:51:24.000 And if we cannot host a public pro-Israel event, if Jews and pro-Israel Christians cannot publicly gather in Texas of all places, then the question remains, is there anywhere in America that's safe?

01:51:39.000 And so what happened with our event is we had one venue outside in Arlington, Texas.

01:51:45.000 And about 10 days before, like you mentioned, law enforcement came to us and they said, listen, The threat level and the analysis of the threats is high enough that we're mandating a very high level of security.

01:51:58.000 And like you mentioned initially, that was over half a million dollars.

01:52:01.000 They started working with us.

01:52:03.000 We tried to work with them.

01:52:04.000 The law enforcement and federal agencies and the city of Arlington were really great.

01:52:10.000 They tried very hard to help us.

01:52:12.000 But ultimately, at the end of the day, the massive security costs and the threat analysis that they gave us just made it impossible.

01:52:19.000 And a big part of what was playing into this was the two Jews that were murdered in Washington, D.C. And then just a couple of days after we had to move our event to a second facility outside of Dallas, there was a firebombing attack in Boulder, Colorado.

01:54:04.000 But then, according to our security and the intelligence that we were told, is that these groups then moved to the dark web, and there was direct and indirect threats against our organization, the Israel guys, against the Israel Summit, and against the venue who was hosting us.

01:54:25.000 We need to target the organization who's hosting them.

01:54:28.000 And like you were mentioning, I think of a group of pro-Hamas activists.

01:54:33.000 Had said they were going to target a group of Jews or Christians standing in support of Israel last year, or even a few months ago.

01:54:40.000 But after two Jews were gunned down in the streets of Washington, D.C., and then a week later, 15 people, including a Holocaust survivor, were firebombed in Boulder, Colorado, when a pro-Hamas activist group, pro-Palestinian group, starts threatening you and saying, we're about to target your summit with a thousand attendees.

01:55:57.000 Just a tragic story, but very, you know, sadly, it's something that Israel faces, and Israel is fighting their enemies every single day, those who wish to kill them.

01:56:07.000 But it's a little bit ironic, and I'm not sure America's prepared for that same scenario to come to America's own shores, and Texas, of all places, right, for Jews, and honestly, Christians who support Israel or support the Jewish people.

02:06:17.000 Yeah, I mean, honestly, like you're saying, these initial security estimates that we were given by law enforcement and federal agencies were astronomically several times over the budget that we had.
