00:10:52.000 Here in America, water supply plants in major cities, the power grid, and a number of websites, including Rumble, were all struck.

00:11:00.000 This cyber assault was traced back to a hacking group affiliated with the Chinese Communist government.

00:11:07.000 If this small attack was able to successfully infiltrate critical infrastructure and shut down a number of major websites, imagine what a massive, full-scale cyber warfare attack would look like.

00:11:19.000 Unfortunately, it is likely to happen, and the United States is not prepared for it.

00:11:24.000 At every moment of every day, dozens of cyber attacks are actively occurring.

00:11:28.000 Criminals, often based in India or China, persistently probe the online defenses of major bank corporations and government websites.

00:11:36.000 They methodically search for a weak link in the armor, a window for them to break in to steal important data, and even wrest control of key online systems and infrastructure databases.

00:11:48.000 Countering many of these requires only a strong firewall.

00:11:51.000 But as these attacks become more sophisticated, our ability to defend against them diminishes rapidly.

00:11:58.000 Nations like China, Russia, and Iran have vast quantities of money and resources that they devote to cyber warfare programs

00:12:05.000 Each of which has access to the latest technology.

00:12:08.000 And we know that in the event of a major conflict, the Chinese government would deploy whatever cyber assets they have to damage the United States of America. 0.69

00:12:18.000 According to Representative Carlos Jimenez, who was featured in an interview on Fox News this week, and of course he's a member of the House Cybersecurity Committee on China, China has prepared an all-out cyber attack should we ever come to the blows over Taiwan.

00:12:34.000 This opening salvo would undoubtedly be aimed directly at our most crucial infrastructure.

00:12:39.000 What is frightening about this is just how susceptible we are, in the United States of America, to such an attack.

00:12:45.000 Over the past two decades, our lives have become increasingly reliant on technology.

00:12:50.000 Think of how intertwined you are with your devices.

00:12:53.000 Nearly everyone has a cell phone on them at all times.

00:12:56.000 Much of their life is contained within these devices.

00:13:00.000 Their messages, calls, their schedule, their bank accounts, their social media accounts, their music, their videos, their books, their notes, their information pertaining to their job, their family photos, and so much more.

00:13:15.000 All of this information is stored on your smartphone.

00:13:17.000 It's like a little mini computer in your pocket.

00:13:21.000 Think of how different that has made our lives even since the year 2000.

00:13:25.000 You know, we used to have address books and answering machines and photo albums and camcorders, and my favorite when I was a kid was the Walkman CD player that I brought with me everywhere I went.

00:13:37.000 But all of that is now contained in our pocket-sized devices.

00:13:41.000 Just imagine how hard it would be to return to those old days.

00:13:45.000 Probably impossible.

00:13:48.000 Technology has certainly made life more convenient, but it has also made us that much more vulnerable.

00:13:55.000 That is just the most basic inconvenience that a cyber attack could bring.

00:13:59.000 Consider what would unfold should China actually succeed in knocking out our already frail power grid. 0.88

00:14:05.000 A serious attack could plunge the nation into darkness for weeks on end.

00:14:09.000 Imagine how devastating that would be in the dead of winter or the dog days of summer.

00:14:15.000 It is not a stretch to say that hundreds of thousands of Americans could freeze to death because of an attack originating on the internet.

00:14:22.000 Then picture, of course, the absolute chaos that would ensue in our cities should the power fail for even a single day.

00:14:30.000 This has already happened, by the way, a few times prior in places like New York City.

00:14:35.000 In both 2003 and 1977, a few hours without electricity led to massive riots, lootings, and murder all over.

00:14:45.000 If the power grid were to fail for something like two weeks or even longer,

00:14:50.000 Then multiply that damage and that chaos by a hundred.

00:14:54.000 Even the most close-knit communities would begin fraying after two weeks of no water, backed up sewage, no access to ATMs, no trash pickups, boiling food, no communication, and emergency services would be in complete disarray.

00:15:10.000 It would unironically be the end of the world as we know it.

00:15:14.000 And if that weren't severe enough, consider that a cyber attack could totally cripple the ability of our country to respond to threats.

00:15:21.000 When the power plants are exploding, when water plants are shutting down, and when communications are failing, I can promise you that our attention will not be on Taiwan.

00:15:32.000 Moreover, there are concerns about whether even our military could survive a cyber attack.

00:15:38.000 Significant amounts of tech

00:15:40.000 that go into our most advanced aircraft and weapons platforms are literally made in China.

00:15:46.000 So who's to say that the Chinese didn't intentionally embed a backdoor or some kind of weakness into our equipment so that they could hack it, right? 0.99

00:15:54.000 So that they could compromise it.

00:15:56.000 Not to mention how many U.S.

00:15:57.000 officials, politicians, and military officials are using iPhones and other Apple devices like MacBooks and iPads to communicate in their personal and professional lives.

00:16:07.000 Did you know that approximately 90% of iPhones are produced and manufactured in China?

00:16:14.000 If not, then now you know!

00:16:16.000 Additionally, how many of you or your children are on TikTok, an app created by the Chinese Communist Party to brainwash the youth? 0.98

00:16:23.000 Did you know that installing TikTok on your phone is the same as installing Chinese spyware on your cell phone?

00:16:30.000 This is why in January of 2020, the United States Army and Navy banned TikTok on government devices after the Defense Department labeled it a security risk.

00:16:39.000 Millions of Americans have already been hacked, or they're at risk of being hacked and they don't even know it.

00:16:46.000 The threat posed by cyber warfare is very real, and it's escalating, especially with the rise of AI, artificial intelligence.

00:16:53.000 Although, not all attacks need to be large to have devastating effects.

00:16:57.000 Consider the current broken state of elections here in America.

00:17:00.000 A majority of Americans cast their vote using some sort of machine in person, whether it be to count ballots or a completely electronic poll.

00:17:11.000 This will create a massive vulnerability, as it already has, wherein the Chinese, or maybe it's the Iranians who have already tried this in the past, they could potentially hack our next presidential election. 0.99

00:17:22.000 And we can be sure that President Xi Jinping would rather see feckless Joe Biden be re-elected as opposed to Donald Trump, who would once again take a hardline stance on China.

00:18:15.000 Is so old that they don't even know how to utilize new technology and they have a bunch of young aides doing it for them, right?

00:18:21.000 We have so many geriatrics up in Washington DC who are really not even up to date with all the evolving technology and artificial intelligence and the threats that this poses to our grid.

00:20:25.000 Even Washington Post, you have left-wing media now finally admitting this, that Chinese hackers are targeting U.S.

00:20:42.000 And what's interesting is that when Xi Jinping came to the United States a couple of weeks ago and met with people like Gavin Newsom and Joe Biden, reportedly Joe Biden didn't have any conversations with Xi Jinping about Chinese hacking into our infrastructure here in the United States.

00:20:58.000 So you would think that that would be something that Biden would have a hardline stance on and would address with Xi Jinping, but apparently he really just doesn't seem to care about our infrastructure, which has been crumbling and deteriorating at a very rapid rate under the illegitimate Biden regime.

00:21:52.000 This is really serious because remember when everybody was freaking out a couple months ago when we had the Chinese spy balloon flying over America and Joe Biden didn't didn't really do anything about it and people were like when are you gonna shoot this spy balloon down and there were talks about how oh well we can't just have you know we can't we can't have the military shoot down a spy balloon because it's gonna it's going to instigate conflict with China when really it should have been like

00:32:55.000 Well, to me, this might sound a little counterintuitive, but as bad as it would be to have the Democrats and Speaker Hakeem Jeffries, you know what's worse?

00:35:28.000 As close as you did with President Trump, you had access to this classified information, and so you're very aware of the fact that we have active Hamas and Hezbollah terror cells in America.
