00:23:21.000 You know, we've received a sneak preview into the speech and we do know that, uh, there may be some mentions of foreign election interference.

00:23:29.000 I've, uh, heard earlier today that may have something to do with China, but I really don't want to speculate.

00:23:36.000 Like a lot of the media has been speculating on this today.

00:23:38.000 It's kind of ironic that the media is speculating and talking about this so much, given the fact that they don't even plan on hearing it.

00:23:44.000 So ABC News and NBC News both said they released a statement a couple hours ago saying that they are not going to carry the president's speech live tonight because, well, He's talking about election fraud.

00:23:56.000 He's talking about election security and the Save America Act.

00:24:00.000 And they don't want people to think that our elections are unsecure because, well, they have to keep on justifying the stolen election of 2020.

00:24:10.000 And if you actually show evidence that our elections are not secure, as President Trump and Republicans have done for years now, showing examples of illegal aliens voting in our elections, dead people being on the voter rolls, people receiving 5, 10, 15 mail in ballots at their home.

00:24:27.000 We clearly need to clean up our elections in this country and we need, uh, federal voter ID laws so that you have to show an ID when you check in at the airport.

00:24:36.000 You have to show an ID when you do anything these days, right?

00:25:33.000 I mean, It used to be, it used to be, and I remember when I was growing up as a kid, when the president of the United States was addressing the nation, all the TVs, and I'm not even that old, I'm 33 years old, all the TVs would flash, right?

00:25:49.000 When I was born in the nineties, I remember this.

00:25:51.000 And in the early two thousands, when, when, uh, President Bush was president, whenever the president would address the nation, doesn't matter if you were watching Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, your TV would flash and you would get this rainbow message and then it would, Tune in to the president of the United States giving an address to the nation.

00:26:10.000 So, it's quite remarkable now that the media is deciding whether or not the president's message is important enough for the public to listen to.

00:26:24.000 I don't know what you guys think the president's going to be talking about tonight, but I've been told it has a lot to do with the security of our elections.

00:26:37.000 Or does everybody else remember when the TV would flash with this little rainbow box and then all of a sudden, Every single channel, it doesn't matter what you were watching, would tune into what the president of the United States was saying.

00:26:55.000 And now, of course, the media is saying, well, we don't need to show his address tonight because he's just going to gripe about the 2020 election.

00:27:09.000 And I guess Caitlin Collins from CNN, I'm sure we could pull this up, but she ended up asking this question along the lines of, Well, President Trump has been in office for over 500 days.

00:27:19.000 And if he's showing evidence tonight that there was election fraud in 2020, how come nobody has been arrested?

00:27:25.000 Well, they're apparently declassifying documents.

00:27:31.000 They're declassifying documents from what we've been told so far about this address and things can change, of course.

00:27:38.000 And President Trump is known for, you know, taking, um, not really, you know, announcing ahead of time what he's going to do.

00:35:20.000 Tonight I'm announcing the immediate declassification and release of critical intelligence revealing shocking vulnerabilities in our election infrastructure.

00:36:01.000 The documents we will release starting tonight have been gathered by the White House Government Transparency Task Force, a great group of people, along with the staff of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, supported by our top intelligence agency chiefs who have all personally reviewed the findings.

00:36:38.000 Our purpose in disclosing this information is not to weaken confidence in election, but to earn that confidence by confronting vulnerabilities and correcting them very, very quickly.

00:36:53.000 The documents cover five major areas of concern.

00:36:57.000 First, they show that over a period of years, starting during the 2020 election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million U.S. voter files.

00:37:20.000 That information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote.

00:37:31.000 And engage in other nefarious activities, which is exactly what was happening.

00:37:37.000 This data loss presents an unprecedented election security nightmare.

00:37:42.000 The intelligence even shows that China signed a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project.

00:37:50.000 Compounding the travesty, the second set of documents we are releasing reveals that members of the deep state, a very, very famous group of people, in many cases, in our intelligence agency work to actively suppress and downplay information about the extent of China's sinister. election meddling, covering it up from both the president and the American people like nobody thought was possible.

00:38:19.000 U.S. spy agencies began learning about the compromise of voter registration files in 2020 when they discovered that tens of millions of voter data, think of that, tens of millions of voters' data in 18 states have been bought, stolen, or hacked by China.

00:38:40.000 Yet those responsible for sounding the alarm instead Kept the information secret and hidden.

00:38:48.000 They did not disclose to me as president or to anyone else, and to the best of our knowledge, they did not inform Congress.

00:39:03.000 A standard, very pat line that was divvied out to say, The cover up of this colossal security breach is even more disturbing in light of the additional information showing that China engaged in.

00:39:25.000 They did not want, and they just didn't want it.

00:39:27.000 They fought like hell not to have a Donald Trump to win, and for good reason.

00:39:34.000 As the documents we are releasing show, CIA reporting explicitly stated, and I quote In mid 2018, the Chinese Communist Party's policy was to leverage all domestic and foreign elements.

00:39:49.000 That were opposed to the U.S. president in an effort to reduce the U.S. president's votes and make him resign or prevent his reelection.

00:40:00.000 Also, in mid 2018, China was working to influence the results of the U.S. midterm elections and later the results of the 2020 presidential election itself.

00:40:13.000 Separately, in mid 2019, the Chinese government's strategy against the United States was focused on undermining domestic confidence in the U.S. president.

00:40:23.000 They wanted to just make you sound like your president wasn't so hot, when actually your president has done a great job, and they did everything possible to do exactly that.

00:40:35.000 Going on, this document says, and this is by the CIA, the strategy included efforts to use Chinese contacts with big U.S. companies to influence U.S. business leaders to turn against the president of the United States of America.

00:40:52.000 The Chinese government sought to identify U.S. journalists who had.

00:40:57.000 Reported negatively on the U.S. president and paid them large sums of money to write more negative articles about him, as many as they could, and they didn't care what they said.

00:41:10.000 The Chinese government wanted the U.S. president to lose the next election, and the reason they wanted me to lose is because they knew I was wise to them, charged them billions and billions of dollars worth of tariffs, and built the strongest military anywhere in the world.

00:41:28.000 We have the strongest military.

00:41:30.000 Anywhere in the world.

00:41:32.000 These are exact quotes from the CIA reporting.

00:41:37.000 The name of the person doing the quote is now under review, but it gets even worse.

00:41:44.000 Raw intelligence obtained by the FBI in 2020, yet buried by rogue bureaucrats, stated that China's activities even included an attempt to manufacture illegal ballots for Joe Biden.

00:41:59.000 Documents show that during this period, dozens of Significant CIA and NSA reports about China's election targeting were kept out of the presidential briefing.

00:42:11.000 These were briefings I would get almost every day.

00:42:14.000 Everything was kept out that was of importance.

00:42:18.000 One email among intelligence analysts admitted that they had, quote, deliberately massaged the presidential daily briefing to withhold information regarding Chinese activities related to the election.

00:42:32.000 Another official inside the FBI. wrote that she was running, quote, a shadow government, unquote, to keep intelligence about China's election meddling from becoming known and to keep it away from the honorable press.

00:42:48.000 Other officials who witnessed such efforts perceived the motivations to be blatantly political.

00:42:55.000 Recently, we found significant numbers of burn bags in formation, and this is a group of bags that were used to destroy.

00:43:06.000 information given by President Barack Hussein Obama to be burned.

00:43:12.000 It was supposed to be burned.

00:43:14.000 These bags were supposed to be at a different level by different people incinerated and checked, but it never happened.

00:43:26.000 We believe this was not done on purpose, but rather through gross incompetence of the people that were supposed to burn the bags.

00:43:37.000 Today, I'm asking the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the CIA to investigate how and why such crucial information was hidden, to fire those involved in the cover up, and to file criminal charges, if appropriate, against these people.

00:43:59.000 The third set of documents we are releasing proves that for many years, Americans were blatantly lied to about the security of Our election infrastructure, including electronic voting machines and ballot counting systems, are dishonest almost all.

00:44:25.000 Tonight we're publishing a series of previously classified U.S. intelligence community assessments and other reports proving that our government has long known these machines are extremely exposed to attack.

00:44:42.000 The United States adversaries, including at a minimum Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, as well as non state groups, have the capability to compromise U.S. election infrastructure.

00:45:04.000 The document goes on to further state that, We assess that centralized election related data repositories, such as voter registration databases, poll books, and other official election websites, are most vulnerable to exploitation and adversaries could use access to these systems to disrupt election processes within the United States of America.

00:45:32.000 Tonight, we're releasing all of those findings and spanning from January 2020 to June 2026.

00:45:40.000 This is a cyber threat aimed at the very heart of our democracy.

00:45:45.000 Many people have questioned whether it could actually be possible to electronically manipulate vote totals or change election results on these terrible machines.

00:45:57.000 Today we are releasing documents that show the CIA obtained reporting of a specific plot to do a big number in favor of the corrupt Maduro.

00:46:09.000 Regime in Venezuela, and that's exactly what happened conspiring to digitally rig their own country's elections in 2020, and that's what they did.

00:46:21.000 This reporting included precise details about methods to regime develop to digitally alter vote totals in ways that could not be detected even with an audit, no matter how deep they went.

00:46:37.000 This intelligence underscores why we must take urgent action to ensure that.

00:46:48.000 The fourth set of documents reveals that even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected, it has been buried and covered up.

00:46:58.000 Among the disclosures tonight are FBI files detailing evidence of alleged fraud by a large scale voter registration operation in Michigan.

00:47:09.000 In 2020, Michigan State Police raided a Democrat get out the vote organization, corrupt group.

00:47:21.000 They were just so concerned, they couldn't believe it actually, that they contacted the FBI in Detroit.

00:47:28.000 The documents state that some canvassers admitted to FBI agents that they signed voter registration forms in other people's names, submitted fraudulent registration for people who did not exist, and received gift cards tied to their number of applications that they produced.

00:47:49.000 pay, play, and cheat.

00:47:52.000 The FBI agents working on the case believe that crimes were committed, yet the Biden Department of Justice slow walked the investigation and killed it.

00:48:03.000 Tonight, I'm asking the FBI director to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and to work with the Department of Justice to prosecute those responsible for any crimes.

00:48:16.000 Finally, to reveal just how vulnerable our elections continue to be, We are releasing the results of a stunning investigation by the Department of Homeland Security.

00:48:27.000 According to the DHS review, state voter rolls, and public records, they identified approximately 278,000 non citizens who are registered to vote in federal elections.

00:48:41.000 Since Democrat states refuse to share their voter files, the real number is actually much higher than that.

00:48:49.000 Yet, even this limited analysis found more than a quarter of a million.

00:48:54.000 Foreigners illegally registered to vote.

00:48:58.000 Put together, these disclosures reveal an election system so broken and so vulnerable that no one can possibly defend it. 0.79

00:49:47.000 As one example of the insanity, California's recent election for mayor of LA and governor was held on June 2nd, a long time ago, but it was just completed.

00:50:00.000 A few days ago on July 10th, think of that, much more than one month.

00:50:16.000 In a rare move, NBC and ABC Fake News have both said that they would not cover this speech.

01:22:28.000 And so look, they say that migrants have no food, they have no water.

01:22:33.000 What I've noticed through visiting various migrant camps since I arrived in Panama is that, yeah, people may have, you know, torn up clothes, they might be in poverty, they might have open cuts on their skin, but one thing that every single migrant has on their personal body is a smartphone.

01:22:51.000 Because here in the United States, we're seeing at the Mexican border, not only is our own government giving cell phones to the illegal aliens once they're processed at the Texas border, but a lot of these people already have their own cell phones.

02:27:08.000 Their own link tree listed everything TikTok, the main Telegram channel, Facebook, SoundCloud, Rumble, Threads, and buried in that main channel.

02:27:21.000 Run every known handle through a username enumeration tool.

02:27:25.000 They use Sherlock.

02:27:26.000 And see where else these names live.

02:27:29.000 And here's the first crack.

02:27:30.000 Ran that admin handle through Hudson Rock's Breach Database, a tool that checks usernames against machines infected by InfoStealer malware.

02:27:38.000 It came back with a hit.

02:27:40.000 This account was compromised by a Luma InfoStealer in January 2024, more than two years before anyone outside Iran had heard of explosive media.

02:27:49.000 A Windows 10 machine and an exit IP routing through Oman Tel and Oman, a pattern consistent with the Iranian VPN traffic, and Muscat is a documented hub for IRGC sanctions evasion activity.
