00:12:27.000 Good evening and welcome to episode 39 of Loomer Unleashed.
00:12:31.000 I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
00:12:33.000 With the arrival of April comes the looming end of tax season.
00:12:36.000 April 15th, the dreaded day, right?
00:12:38.000 Aren't we all just looking forward to April 15th?
00:12:41.000 Yeah, well, that date has two meanings this year because it's tax day, but it's also the day, the first day of President Trump's trial in the Stormy Daniels case.
00:12:51.000 In less than two weeks, everyone's least favorite day of the year will be here, Tax Day.
00:12:56.000 As Benjamin Franklin once said, nothing can be said to be certain but death and taxes.
00:13:00.000 Indeed, taxes are regarded as a necessary evil that has existed since time immemorial as a way to fund governments.
00:13:08.000 Yet, here in modern liberal America, where the government bureaucracy has swelled to immense size, it is clear that our tax money
00:13:15.000 is not being wisely spent.
00:13:17.000 In fact, I think it is far more accurate to say that our taxes are now being weaponized to directly hurt and punish us.
00:13:24.000 From the welfare state, to endless aid for Ukraine, to funding the illegal immigration that is replacing much of our cultural core, we are literally paying for our own national destruction.
00:13:34.000 Taxation in America has always been a sticky subject.
00:13:37.000 After all, it played a major role in sparking the revolution that created this country in the first place.
00:13:42.000 The rallying cry of no taxation without representation spoke to the unfair system the 13 colonies had been put under.
00:13:50.000 Now, Americans could grudgingly accept the paying of taxes, but not if they had no say in where and how that money was spent.
00:13:58.000 Unfortunately today, that is increasingly how our government is operating.
00:14:03.000 While taxpayers ostensibly have representation in the U.S.
00:14:06.000 House, it seems as though the will of the people is being intentionally ignored and defied.
00:14:11.000 The hard-earned money of the citizens of this nation is quickly squandered on bureaucratic bloat, foreign entanglements, and an ever-growing welfare class.
00:14:19.000 This has not always been the case.
00:14:20.000 In fact, for over a century, the federal government could not even levy an income tax at all.
00:14:25.000 They actually gave themselves the ability to do so in the 16th Amendment, passed in 1913.
00:14:31.000 How did the government have funds to stay solvent prior to that?
00:14:35.000 Tariffs.
00:14:36.000 At one time, the American government was primarily funded by trade tariffs, an idea that Trump has frequently hearkened back to in his foreign policy positions.
00:14:36.000 That's right.
00:14:46.000 While this meant many foreign goods were quite a bit more expensive, it protected American industry and kept Washington out of your wallet.
00:14:54.000 Even once the income tax began, it seemed to many people that the funds were at least being put to good use.
00:15:00.000 Citizens could see that their money was directly contributing to the war efforts in World War I and World War II, to beneficial mega projects like the Hoover Dam and the interstate system, or to fund key government services such as the police.
00:15:14.000 The idea of our money being used efficiently to actually benefit us now seems like a totally foreign concept.
00:15:20.000 Instead, like a battered housewife, the American taxpayer has now grown used to their money being wasted, and yet they continue to allow it to happen.
00:15:29.000 It is now simply assumed by most people that their cash is being used to prop up minority welfare groups in crumbling cities, to fund the growing influx of illegal aliens, or to keep the war effort going in faraway, uncivilized lands.
00:15:42.000 How sad is it that the majority of Americans have lost all confidence in our government to actually help them?
00:15:48.000 But increasingly, not only is taxpayer money being wasted, it is being weaponized, turned against the very people who pay it in the first place.
00:15:55.000 Take the case of illegal immigration, for example.
00:15:58.000 The Biden administration is not just simply refusing to enforce existing laws, but it is actually sending taxpayer money to support NGOs like HIAS, which we've exposed here on Luma Unleashed.
00:16:10.000 Your money is then being used by these organizations to direct migrants through the Darien Gap towards America, to print out instructional pamphlets on how to breach our porous border, and for immigration lawyers to help these invaders circumvent our laws,
00:16:24.000 And then, of course, once these invade invaders are here, they're here illegally within our borders.
00:16:31.000 And who, of course, is going to be paying for that?
00:16:34.000 Who pays for an illegal alien when they go to the emergency room?
00:16:37.000 Who pays for the emergency housing facilities for all these people?
00:16:41.000 Who pays to fly these invaders around the nation or back to their home countries?
00:16:45.000 American citizens are.
00:16:47.000 We, the taxpayers, are forking out the cash to facilitate our own replacement and our own demise.
00:16:53.000 And what about the war in Ukraine?
00:16:54.000 America has now directed over $300 billion to that country to aid in their war against Russia.
00:17:00.000 This is in addition to the nearly $1 trillion used to fund our military every single year.
00:17:06.000 It should be offensive to every single taxpayer that our funds are being tossed into a foreign money pit halfway around the world.
00:17:14.000 And all of it is for what exactly?
00:17:16.000 We know we aren't defending democracy there, seeing as Ukraine is a NATO puppet state, has cancelled elections, and ranks as one of the most corrupt countries in the world.
00:17:24.000 The only reason America continues to prop up that falling nation is because of a fool-hearted belief that we are somehow getting won over on Russia.
00:17:33.000 That we are forcing them to spend their money and resources as well.
00:17:37.000 From where I'm sitting, that $70 billion, that $300 billion, excuse me, would have been far better spent.
00:17:43.000 It's nearly $370 billion, almost $400 billion really.
00:17:47.000 I mean, I know that we keep on talking about what this number really is, but every single day the amount of money changes, right?
00:17:56.000 Almost close to $400 billion.
00:17:58.000 It's just quite unbelievable when you think of where your taxpayer money is going.
00:18:01.000 It's really shocking.
00:18:03.000 But let's be honest, that money would have been far better spent on helping our veterans, securing our border, and also fixing our infrastructure.
00:18:12.000 But also take the welfare state, which not only continues to grow in size, but also in its anti-white slant.
00:18:18.000 African Americans and Hispanics receive a disproportionate amount of government assistance.
00:18:23.000 Moreover, it is liberal urban areas that soak up the majority of welfare funds.
00:18:28.000 It is one thing to help people who are down on their luck and need a helping hand, but that is not what our welfare system does.
00:18:34.000 Instead, it creates an underclass that is totally reliant on government handouts, abusing the intent of the system, and taxing, literally, the rest of the nation.
00:18:43.000 Middle-class white taxpayers have known for a long time that their money frequently goes to pay the welfare checks for bums in the cities, but the degree to which this happens is only getting worse.
00:18:53.000 Now even illegal aliens are getting welfare checks paid for by you, the taxpayer, right?
00:18:59.000 You're getting the shaft while illegals are getting, you know, stays at the Ritz-Carlton, free cell phones, new shoes, new clothes.
00:19:05.000 God, it must be nice to be an illegal alien.
00:19:07.000 I don't even get to go to the Ritz-Carlton.
00:19:09.000 In many ways, the middle class in America is being squeezed out of existence.
00:19:14.000 On one side of the government, which is happy to tax, litigate, and squander all of the wealth out of middle America, and on the other side is the underclass of welfare recipients who have grown reliant on this money, who seem to exist above the law, and who are now regularly coddled by our Democrat leaders.
00:19:31.000 This is the textbook definition of anarcho-tyranny outlined by Sam Francis.
00:19:36.000 The state enforces its tax laws with an iron fist but refuses to deal with the homelessness, the drug epidemic, or urban crime.
00:19:44.000 It bleeds its middle-class, law-abiding citizens dry while empowering an underclass of thugs and bums.
00:19:50.000 And without a course correction, trust me, it is going to get much, much worse.
00:19:56.000 There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
00:20:06.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
00:20:12.000 Chained herself to square.
00:20:37.000 We're good.
00:21:03.000 Thank you so much for tuning in to episode 39 of Loomer Unleashed.
00:21:07.000 I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
00:21:09.000 As I just said, with April 15th around the corner and with Joe Biden and various NGO organizations like HIAS and Catholic Charities and the United Nations spending our taxpayer dollars to facilitate the invasion of our country and to destabilize our country,
00:21:26.000 And also with all of the January 6 raids and the persecution of political prisoners and the weaponization of the IRS and the FBI, I thought that tonight would be the perfect time for us to spend a little bit more time talking about taxes.
00:21:41.000 And that's why I want all of us to watch this movie tonight called Slave Nation, How I Quit Worrying and Stopped Paying Taxes.
00:21:49.000 This film is really eye-opening and it has a lot of great information and interviews that explain how people are slowly discovering that there is no law in the tax code that actually requires us to pay federal income tax.
00:22:00.000 Now the film was created by Payman Montehada, the president of Freedom Law School and a supporter of this show and now the executive producer of the movie Slave Nation.
00:22:09.000 He's going to be joining me after the film alongside former IRS Special Agent Joe Bannister.
00:22:14.000 So please drop your questions in the chat as we watch this movie tonight together so that Paymon Joe and I can answer your questions right after the movie.
00:22:23.000 If you want to learn more about how Freedom Law School can help you break free from paying taxes, please reach out to them by using my link below so that they know that I sent you.
00:22:32.000 www.freedomlawschool.org slash loomer.
00:22:36.000 Again, that's www.freedomlawschool.org slash loomer.
00:22:41.000 And now, please enjoy this movie with me, Slave Nation, How I Quit Wearing and Stopped Paying Taxes.
00:22:50.000 The government collected record income taxes in the latest quarter.
00:23:00.000 It was shocking in the initial budget request for the IRS how many guns they were asking for.
00:23:31.000 January 6th, the people right now languishing in this political gulag in D.C.
00:23:39.000 is nothing compared to what can come.
00:23:43.000 And as a Libertarian Party activist, I organize speeches like we have here.
00:23:50.000 And I got tired of meet, eat, and retreat meetings.
00:24:00.000 Let's talk about the problem.
00:24:01.000 We all know about it.
00:24:04.000 But what you gonna do about it?
00:24:07.000 So I'm gonna show you a real plan.
00:24:12.000 To drain the Washington D.C.
00:24:15.000 swamp.
00:24:45.000 My name is Paimon Motahede.
00:24:46.000 I have not paid any federal income taxes for over 30 years.
00:24:56.000 Today we're going to talk about taxes.
00:24:58.000 Taxes can be a little tricky.
00:24:58.000 Taxes.
00:25:03.000 Are you a patriotic American?
00:25:05.000 Yes, sir!
00:25:06.000 Eager to do your part?
00:25:07.000 Yes, sir!
00:25:08.000 Then there's something important you can do.
00:25:11.000 What is it?
00:25:13.000 Tell me!
00:25:13.000 Shall I?
00:25:14.000 Tell me what it is!
00:25:16.000 Your income tax.
00:25:24.000 The IRS is planning to hire special agents who carry guns and make arrests in all 50 states.
00:25:31.000 Well, we've been telling you about Democrats' plan to expand the IRS with nearly 90,000 new agents.
00:25:41.000 New special agents must be able to legally carry a firearm and, if necessary, you've got to be willing to use deadly force.
00:25:50.000 And if I don't pay up, I'll go to jail for tax evasion.
00:25:53.000 I'm crazy enough to take on Batman, but the IRS?
00:25:57.000 No, thank you.
00:25:58.000 Americans can't make a buck.
00:26:00.000 That Uncle Sam reaching his dirty little paw down our pants!
00:26:04.000 They say we have to have a way to pay for it.
00:26:06.000 What do you mean pay for it?
00:26:07.000 Why can't Washington do it with less?
00:26:08.000 For once!
00:26:09.000 Our tax dollars are funding the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology that will allow the government to easily discover problematic speech.
00:26:21.000 When you're doing your taxes, the IRS doesn't send you a receipt.
00:26:25.000 So just where does all that money go?
00:26:36.000 Did you use that $960 million loss to avoid paying personal federal income taxes?
00:26:41.000 Of course I do.
00:26:42.000 Of course I do.
00:26:43.000 And so do all of her donors, or most of her donors.
00:26:46.000 I know many of her donors.
00:27:32.000 Okay, ready to get started?
00:27:34.000 Okay, let's do it.
00:27:35.000 The topic we got for tonight's Freedom Isle recording is, let's see if I remember right, that since 1913, the people of the states would never be part
00:27:53.000 Okay.
00:27:55.000 Alright, let's get a scrape out.
00:27:57.000 Get it right.
00:27:57.000 Hold on.
00:27:58.000 Okay.
00:28:00.000 Let's do it.
00:28:06.000 Hello, my friends.
00:28:08.000 I am Peyman Motahede.
00:28:10.000 The President of Freedom Law School, which I created in 1996.
00:28:17.000 In this presentation, I will show you how you can legally and safely take part in defunding the corrupt federal government deep states.
00:28:33.000 Enrich your family and your life and restore freedom at the same time.
00:28:39.000 As you all know, we watch this program in the federal tax laws title 26.
00:28:46.000 I was born in Iran in 1962 in a Jewish family and I used to sit next to my father speaking with his friends and relatives about politics on a regular basis.
00:29:01.000 I learned a lot about the Arab-Israeli conflicts, about America and the West versus the Soviet Union, and the Iranian politics, where you were not allowed to criticize the king, the Shah of Iran.
00:29:19.000 And if you did, you could have been simply kidnapped, put into jail for who knows how long, never a jury trial, tortured,
00:29:31.000 And some retrial or execute it.
00:29:40.000 I came to America in 1977.
00:29:46.000 As a child, I got to see American TV series of 1960s.
00:29:51.000 Clint Eastwood, John Wayne, all those things.
00:29:55.000 The image of America that, you know, as a country were, is based upon freedom.
00:29:59.000 Where'd you let me?
00:30:01.000 I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!
00:30:06.000 Fill your hand, you son of a bitch!
00:30:10.000 America was fundamentally created differently.
00:30:14.000 So, coming to America at age 14, I thought I was coming to a land of the free and the home of the brave.
00:30:24.000 How does it feel?
00:30:26.000 Feels like...
00:30:30.000 But within a few years I found out, wait a minute, this is not the free country that I saw portrayed on television.
00:30:41.000 I want to know why a private, unauditable banking organization, the Federal Reserve, is in charge of the money supply.
00:30:50.000 Using the IRS as bouncers to strong-arm anyone who opposes the club.
00:30:56.000 Using unauthorized revenue agents to collect $40 million an hour in interest from hard-working Americans.
00:31:07.000 I want to know why Congress doesn't print the money itself and eliminate income taxes altogether.
00:31:15.000 I want to know why the IRS and the Department of Justice won't meet with us, answer our questions, and prove us wrong so we can put this baby to bed.
00:31:25.000 My name is Dr. Cheri Peele-Jackson.
00:31:28.000 I am a retired CPA, certified fraud examiner, and a former IRS agent.
00:31:34.000 I originally thought that I was doing my duty as a citizen of the United States, helping the country collect the taxes and take care of the things that government takes care of.
00:31:47.000 But I started seeing things.
00:31:48.000 The larger corporations, you never see the owner.
00:31:51.000 You never see the president, the vice president, any of these people.
00:31:53.000 They'll send their CPAs and attorneys in to scream at you.
00:31:56.000 So they try to send someone in to intimidate the IRS, whereas the small businesses, the IRS would come in and intimidate them.
00:32:04.000 So you go out and do an audit on a mom-and-pop company, and let's say they end up owing $10,000-$20,000, that's devastating for them.
00:32:12.000 They don't have anybody to help them do anything about it.
00:32:15.000 But then as you get up into the larger partnerships and corporations, the CPAs and attorneys would literally make deals with the attorneys at the IRS.
00:32:24.000 My realization that America was not quite a free country started big time when I took my first economic classes in college.
00:32:33.000 That's when I learned that the Federal Reserve is actually privately owned.
00:32:39.000 It's not part of the federal government.
00:32:41.000 And that is money coming from the mouths of your children and the college education funds of your grandchildren.
00:32:48.000 All the while, the children and the grandchildren and the great-grandchildren of the Federal Reserve owners
00:32:53.000 Never have to work a day in their life and that is wrong on so many different levels, people.
00:32:59.000 The thing that broke the camel's back was when I found out about G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.
00:33:06.000 It was about 900 pages and I could not put that book down.
00:33:13.000 Picture a party of the nation's greatest bankers stealing out of New York on a private railroad car under cover of darkness, stealthily heing hundreds of miles south, embarking on a mysterious launch, sneaking onto an island deserted by all but a few servants,
00:33:32.000 Living there a full week under such rigid secrecy that the names of not one of them was once mentioned, lest the servants learn the identity and disclose to the world this strangest, most secret expedition in the history of American finance.
00:33:50.000 The results of the conference were entirely confidential.
00:33:54.000 Even the fact there had been a meeting was not permitted to become public.
00:33:59.000 The servants must under no circumstances learn who we are.
00:34:03.000 Caution, Senator Aldrich.
00:34:06.000 What can we do to fool them, asked another member of the group.
00:34:11.000 The problem was discussed.
00:34:13.000 I have it.
00:34:14.000 Let's all call each other by our first names.
00:34:17.000 Don't ever let us mention our last names.
00:34:20.000 For nine days, the rule for first names only remained in effect.
00:34:25.000 The secret meeting on Jekyll Island in Georgia, at which the Federal Reserve was conceived.
00:34:32.000 The birth of a banking cartel to protect its members from competition.
00:34:37.000 It is not federal, and there are no reserves.
00:34:41.000 Furthermore, the Federal Reserve Banks are not even banks.
00:34:45.000 One-fourth of the world's wealth was represented by these groups.
00:34:48.000 It's probably conservative.
00:34:53.000 This was the roster, one.
00:34:56.000 Nelson W. Aldrich, Republican whip in the Senate, business associate of J.P.
00:35:01.000 Morgan, father-in-law to John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
00:35:07.000 Two.
00:35:08.000 Abraham Piatt Andrew, Assistant Secretary of the U.S.
00:35:12.000 Treasury.
00:35:14.000 3.
00:35:15.000 Frank A. Vanderlip, representing William Rockefeller and the International Investment Banking House of Kuhn Loeb and Company.
00:35:26.000 Henry P. Davison, senior partner of the J.P.
00:35:29.000 Morgan Company.
00:35:33.000 Benjamin Strong, head of J.P.
00:35:35.000 Morgan's Bankers Trust Company.
00:35:38.000 Sixth, Paul M. Warburg, a partner in Kuhn Loeb and Company, a representative of the Rothschild banking dynasty in England and France, and brother to Max Warburg, who was head of the Warburg Banking Consortium in Germany and the Netherlands.
00:35:59.000 The basic plan for the Federal Reserve System was drafted at a secret meeting held in November of 1910 at the private resort of J.P.
00:36:08.000 Morgan on Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia.
00:36:12.000 Those who attended represented the great financial institutions of Wall Street and, indirectly, Europe as well.
00:36:20.000 The reason for secrecy was simple.
00:36:22.000 Had it been known that rival factions of the banking community had joined together, the public would have been alerted to the possibility that the bankers were plotting an agreement in restraint of trade.
00:36:33.000 Which, of course, is exactly what they were doing.
00:36:38.000 In November 1910, I was invited to join a small group of men who, at Senator Aldrich's request, were to take part in a several-days conference with him to discuss the form that the new banking bill should take.
00:36:51.000 When the conference closed, the rough draft of what later became the Aldrich Bill had been agreed upon.
00:36:58.000 Paul Moritz Warburg, 1930.
00:37:02.000 What emerged was a cartel agreement with five objectives.
00:37:06.000 Stop the growing competition from the nation's newer banks.
00:37:10.000 Obtain a franchise to create money out of nothing for the purpose of lending.
00:37:15.000 Get control of the reserves of all banks so that the more reckless ones would not be exposed to currency drains and bank runs.
00:37:23.000 Get the taxpayer to pick up the cartel's inevitable losses.
00:37:27.000 And convince Congress that the purpose was to protect the public.
00:37:32.000 It was realized that the bankers would have to become partners with the politicians, and that the structure of the cartel would have to be a central bank.
00:37:41.000 The record shows that the Fed has failed to achieve its stated objectives.
00:37:46.000 That is because those were never its true goals.
00:37:50.000 As a banking cartel, and in terms of the five objectives stated above, it has been an unqualified success.
00:38:10.000 I'm an electrical engineer.
00:38:27.000 Actually, that's what I love to do.
00:38:28.000 Don't even like the practice of law that much.
00:38:31.000 That's another story.
00:38:32.000 I'm trying to think where are my, uh, diploma.
00:38:42.000 No.
00:38:44.000 Maybe, uh, what's this down here?
00:38:52.000 So this thing is as you can see it's it was uh the first thing was to find out how much the wind affects mileage so I chopped the front of it and it did get better mileage about at two and a half miles per gallon at highway speed and then now we're doing other experiments with it water injection eventually I'll convert it to electric also but it'll be a hybrid
00:39:22.000 You go to a car show or something like that, and these guys get their engine compartment perfect, and every wire is perfect.
00:39:29.000 You know, and of course I love that.
00:39:31.000 But this thing here, I'm just changing things all the time, so it's been a while.
00:39:34.000 I haven't touched it in a few years since I went in the hospital.
00:39:37.000 But anyway, someday it'll be really, really, you know, show-worthy.
00:39:45.000 My name is Peter Gibbons.
00:39:47.000 I am an attorney living in Nevada, Carson City, Nevada.
00:39:51.000 I've been practicing law for about 25 years.
00:39:55.000 Licensed in California, many federal courts, and also in the United Kingdom as a solicitor.
00:40:05.000 As a young boy, I was pretty normal.
00:40:09.000 Not a lot happened, but I was very inventive.
00:40:12.000 I've always been interested in science.
00:40:14.000 I was on my way to becoming an engineer.
00:40:16.000 I was actually standing in an unemployment line, and there was this little guy in front of me.
00:40:23.000 And I'm watching people go up to the window where they sign up for unemployment, and the woman behind the desk was calling out, you know, next, next, and then the first thing she would say to the people was,
00:40:38.000 Social Security number.
00:40:39.000 Like, as a question.
00:40:40.000 It was more of a statement, but it was really a question.
00:40:42.000 And, of course, then the first person, you know, comes up and he whips out his wallet, shows her his Social Security card, you know, in his wallet.
00:40:50.000 Then the next guy walks up and he kind of does this and scratches his forehead a little bit, you know, and recites his Social Security number.
00:40:58.000 And this same body language between, you know, showing the person the card
00:41:03.000 And kind of scratching their forehead and reciting it, that same body language repeated itself several times.
00:41:09.000 And I'm watching this as I'm standing in line, and I just said audibly, I said, we don't need no stinking chip, we're already there.
00:41:17.000 Because, you know, we talk about the Mark of the Beast and being chipped and all that, and here it's like we're self-chipped with this social security number.
00:41:25.000 So this little guy in front of me, he looks up at me and he says, I have a friend who stepped out of the system.
00:41:32.000 Now, being a freedom lover, my little freedom antennae went up.
00:41:36.000 And I started asking him a bunch of questions.
00:41:38.000 And he said, well, there's this group meeting here in town.
00:41:41.000 And that was down in Southern California at the time.
00:41:44.000 So I started going to these group meetings.
00:41:46.000 It was all about taxation.
00:41:48.000 And they're bringing out all these different authorities about, you know, taxation in America.
00:41:54.000 And it's becoming pretty clear to me that as an American, I don't think I owe this tax.
00:42:01.000 It's actually very simple.
00:42:04.000 Congress tried to enact an income tax in 1894.
00:42:08.000 The Supreme Court said that's unconstitutional.
00:42:11.000 When the Supreme Court says something is unconstitutional, it's unconstitutional.
00:42:15.000 They tried again in 1913, and the Supreme Court said the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation.
00:42:21.000 So, if they didn't have it then, and they didn't get it, they don't have it.
00:42:26.000 There is no constitutional basis for a tax on the wages of Americans living and working in the 50 states of the Union.
00:42:35.000 Period.
00:42:36.000 End of argument.
00:42:37.000 This woman came to me.
00:42:39.000 She said, Ms.
00:42:41.000 Jackson,
00:42:42.000 There's an ad in the USA Today and it says the income tax is a fraud.
00:42:47.000 So I went out and found a paper stand, got the paper, and I opened it up and there was an article, full-page article, in the USA Today that was put there by We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education.
00:42:59.000 There were two things in that article.
00:43:02.000 First of all, Joe Bannister was a former Criminal Investigation Division agent.
00:43:07.000 He had written a report after he did his own research
00:43:11.000 And I ordered two copies of this, which was turned into a book.
00:43:15.000 I said, I want to see what this other IRS employee was saying.
00:43:18.000 But the thing that caught my eye and made me start doing my own research was a challenge by a man named William Conklin.
00:43:27.000 In this USA Today ad, it said that he would give $50,000 to anyone who could prove that we are liable for the income tax.
00:43:35.000 So at that point, $50,000 looked good to me.
00:43:38.000 And I started doing research.
00:43:39.000 A friend of mine, Bill Conklin, told me, hey, mom, this guy's going to call you, who is a special agent with the IRS's Criminal Investigation Division.
00:43:51.000 And he's checking out what we're saying about the income tax, how they've been scamming the American people.
00:43:57.000 But I think he's a real guy.
00:43:59.000 He's genuine.
00:44:01.000 So I said, OK, I'll take his call.
00:44:03.000 And sure enough,
00:44:04.000 A little bit later, Joseph Bannister called me and said, I'm here on my time off, my personal time, looking at this IRS income tax issue.
00:44:17.000 Please help me give a warm hand of welcome to a man who's waking up more people to the fraud of the income tax, Mr. Joe Bannister.
00:44:32.000 My name is Joe Bannister.
00:44:33.000 I served for five and a half years as an IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent.
00:44:40.000 Joe Bannister was IRS Criminal Investigation Division.
00:44:43.000 He was a very, what I would call, by the book sort of guy.
00:44:48.000 Most of his family was in law enforcement and he wanted to carry on that tradition.
00:44:55.000 He was also an accountant and a very thorough accountant.
00:44:59.000 One of the extra duties that I signed up for was recruiting.
00:45:04.000 One of the recruiting tools was to have a
00:45:07.000 A poster of Al Capone, how he was investigated by the Internal Revenue Service and that, you know, he was brought down not by all the gun running and various crimes, but with an accounting investigation, a financial investigation.
00:45:26.000 So the IRS would tout, and I don't know if they still do today, that only an accountant could catch Al Capone.
00:45:36.000 And that they encourage us to be an accountant with conviction.
00:45:39.000 My dad was an accountant.
00:45:40.000 You know, he had the whole shtick.
00:45:42.000 The dorky pocket protector.
00:45:43.000 I have a pocket protector.
00:45:47.000 I had a case and I closed the case.
00:45:48.000 It was maybe a $150,000 case.
00:45:52.000 And the protocol at the IRS at the time was if there was an appeal, the case came back to the agent, which would be me, then I would give a rebuttal.
00:46:02.000 Well, I sent the case off and one day I was passing the secretary's desk and I saw that case on her desk.
00:46:09.000 I picked it up and they had bypassed me and they closed the case.
00:46:14.000 So I went to my manager and I said, what's going on here?
00:46:16.000 I didn't get a chance to say anything about their appeal.
00:46:19.000 I didn't get a rebuttal.
00:46:21.000 And my manager said, Sherry, leave it.
00:46:25.000 My first day at the IRS was quite a culture shock.
00:46:29.000 I remember sitting in my cubicle, and because it was literally the first day, I had no casework.
00:46:36.000 Coming from the private sector and from my upbringing, I didn't want to be getting paid for doing nothing.
00:46:42.000 So I saw some books up on the shelf.
00:46:45.000 Uh, which was basically the Internal Revenue Code.
00:46:48.000 I decided I would look into those books because I'd be enforcing those laws that were in those books.
00:46:54.000 And my boss, uh, who was actually a former Marine and he became an IRS special agent, he was the supervisor, and he came over and he said, what are you doing looking in those books?
00:47:05.000 And I said, well, I thought I might check out the actual laws that I'm going to be enforcing.
00:47:11.000 And he said, you need to close those books.
00:47:13.000 You're not a CPA anymore.
00:47:15.000 You're an IRS special agent.
00:47:18.000 And I just thought that was extremely bizarre.
00:47:20.000 But I did what he said, closed the books, and went about my business.
00:47:26.000 But researching and opening up the Internal Revenue Code was a no-no.
00:47:31.000 I thought, Oh, this is going to be easy.
00:47:32.000 I'm going to put this baby to bed.
00:47:34.000 I'm going to win this $50,000.
00:47:36.000 I'm going to pay off some bills and I might have a nice vacation.
00:47:39.000 I thought it was going to be really simple because again, I had my codes and regulations with me from the IRS.
00:47:45.000 I had the research right there.
00:47:47.000 And as I looked and looked at the codes and regulations in it and looked at what other people were saying and look at what they were presenting.
00:47:56.000 Time kept going on and I wasn't finding something solid that said you have to pay the income tax.
00:48:02.000 What happens when we get into the tax law is you see this kind of muddying of the water on steroids.
00:48:09.000 And so if you go to an accountant or whatever, they're all caught up with that minutia.
00:48:15.000 And nobody ever takes a step back and says,
00:48:18.000 How did we ever get here?
00:48:19.000 About three years into my career at the IRS, I was listening to a talk radio show, and she was saying on this radio show that the income tax was a voluntary system, that the vast majority of Americans were not required to pay the income tax.
00:48:36.000 So if you can imagine me driving around in my government car with my handcuffs and my Sig Sauer 9mm and my bulletproof vest, listening to this woman say on the radio to everybody in the Bay Area that the income tax, you know, isn't mandatory.
00:48:50.000 And I thought, you know, lady, this tax ain't voluntary, it's mandatory.
00:48:57.000 Folks, let me remind you, everything I'll be showing you is based upon the law from the Internal Revenue Code.
00:49:04.000 This is the Bible of the IRS.
00:49:09.000 This is the law that the IRS supposedly is trying to enforce.
00:49:14.000 About 10,000 plus pages of tiny font minutiae.
00:49:20.000 Yes, in complex language, but guess what?
00:49:26.000 The IRS has a manual called the Internal Revenue Manual.
00:49:33.000 These so-called tax protesters claim that in the IRM, the IRS actually admitted
00:49:39.000 That it's jurisdiction over Americans was limited to Americans who are living abroad.
00:49:47.000 In other words, not domestic Americans.
00:49:49.000 And I thought that was crazy that the IRS would actually admit such a thing in their own internal manuals.
00:49:55.000 So I went to the library that was within the IRS headquarters and I began to look at their original
00:50:04.000 manuals to try to verify whether any of this information was actually truthful or whether it was, as the government frequently would train us, was just a bunch of BS that wasn't to be believed and you shouldn't even bother looking.
00:50:20.000 And found that that claim was 100% true.
00:50:24.000 So Joe in 1998 told me, I'm going to write a book about the income tax machine, what I found out.
00:50:30.000 I said, that's a great idea.
00:50:33.000 And so he wrote it, and I proofread the book for him.
00:50:38.000 The draft of the book, he gave a copy of that to his supervisor.
00:50:45.000 I went to my immediate supervisor, and his name was Bob, and I said, Bob, I've been investigating the income tax for the last couple of years off-duty, and I've really found some many things that are very concerning to me, and I'd like to provide that information to you and the supervisors above you, so that you can evaluate it, and
00:51:12.000 See what we can do about it.
00:51:13.000 Because, you know, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
00:51:17.000 And in that letter, he informed Charles Rosati to look as someone who's taken an oath to uphold and defend the U.S.
00:51:25.000 Constitution.
00:51:27.000 From all enemies, foreign and domestic, I cannot see how I'm not violating American people's rights.
00:51:35.000 We're doing it wrong.
00:51:36.000 My boss, Bob, he did do as I requested and he sent my report and I had a transmittal letter explaining my purpose and my beliefs about the issue.
00:51:49.000 We're imposing a law that doesn't exist, that doesn't require the people of the states to pay income tax.
00:51:55.000 And here is my report on the topic.
00:51:59.000 And I'm required by your directions, what you've told us, and my duty to inform you of any wrongdoings.
00:52:06.000 So a couple days went by and I didn't hear anything.
00:52:09.000 And then I was called into my chief's office and my chief handed me a memorandum.
00:52:15.000 So he started researching, came to the conclusion
00:52:18.000 I don't think I'm enforcing the law.
00:52:20.000 Wrote a very nice explanation, I guess, to his superiors to say, hey, I think we're doing this wrong.
00:52:28.000 And instead of coming back to him and saying, Joe, we can explain all that to you.
00:52:32.000 Let's get together and talk.
00:52:34.000 Instead they said, we will not be responding to any of your concerns and we will provide you with the paperwork necessary to tender your resignation.
00:52:44.000 So I did not get any response.
00:52:48.000 They immediately sent me home.
00:52:52.000 They took my badge and my gun, left me with my pager.
00:52:56.000 So what's your name, man?
00:53:02.000 I'm Lorenzo.
00:53:03.000 And what do you do here, Lorenzo?
00:53:05.000 I'm in marketing and sales.
00:53:07.000 That's awesome.
00:53:08.000 Lorenzo, do you pay your taxes?
00:53:09.000 No.
00:53:10.000 Do you pay taxes?
00:53:12.000 Yep, everybody does, I guess.
00:53:14.000 Why?
00:53:15.000 Well, we have to give the government the ways to provide us with whatever they do, basically.
00:53:25.000 Do you pay your taxes?
00:53:26.000 Yes.
00:53:29.000 Why?
00:53:29.000 Why?
00:53:33.000 What's your name?
00:53:34.000 Uh, Jeff.
00:53:36.000 Jeff, do you pay your taxes?
00:53:39.000 Uh, yeah.
00:53:42.000 Yes, I do.
00:53:43.000 Everybody else seems to be paying their taxes.
00:53:45.000 I wanted to give myself security, which I'm getting now.
00:53:50.000 So, uh, what's your name?
00:53:52.000 Bottleneck Bob.
00:53:53.000 Your name is Bottleneck?
00:53:54.000 Yes, it is.
00:53:58.000 Do you pay your taxes?
00:53:59.000 Yes, I do.
00:54:00.000 Why?
00:54:01.000 Because it's our civil duty.
00:54:05.000 Uh, do you pay your taxes?
00:54:07.000 Unfortunately, yes.
00:54:08.000 Do you pay your taxes?
00:54:11.000 Of course, that's besides the point.
00:54:13.000 Wanna do an interview about taxes?
00:54:15.000 No?
00:54:15.000 Your thoughts on taxes?
00:54:18.000 Uh, why do you pay your taxes?
00:54:20.000 What?
00:54:22.000 Um, it's a big question.
00:54:23.000 Does everybody does?
00:54:24.000 I don't know.
00:54:25.000 It's not about the taxes.
00:54:27.000 It's all about administration.
00:54:29.000 I voted for Barack.
00:54:31.000 I voted for Hillary.
00:54:33.000 Taxes.
00:54:34.000 Do you pay your taxes?
00:54:34.000 I don't.
00:54:35.000 No?
00:54:36.000 I pay taxes.
00:54:37.000 You pay your taxes?
00:54:39.000 Why?
00:54:39.000 Why do you pay your income taxes?
00:54:41.000 Depends.
00:54:44.000 Uh... Thoughts on taxes?
00:54:47.000 Is it true that there isn't a federal law that says you have to pay taxes?
00:54:50.000 Why do you pay taxes?
00:54:52.000 No, he doesn't want an answer.
00:54:54.000 Keep doing what you want.
00:54:56.000 I, you know... Can you kiss him?
00:54:58.000 No.
00:55:00.000 There's no other place on planet Earth that you can do who you are as a person.
00:55:06.000 And I love you.
00:55:07.000 Yeah.
00:55:08.000 And I love you.
00:55:08.000 I don't have a hair.
00:55:09.000 I'm not playing.
00:55:11.000 I know your nose.
00:55:11.000 Oh, good.
00:55:12.000 I'm feeling it.
00:55:13.000 No, no.
00:55:14.000 You can't kiss the cameraman.
00:55:15.000 Thank you so much!
00:55:15.000 Alright, see you later!
00:55:18.000 I think with this whole tax question, you have to at some point take a step back and look from a broader perspective.
00:55:25.000 Not only a broader historical perspective, but actually a broader spiritual perspective.
00:55:30.000 Because what we find is we see that the United States of America was the first country in the history of the entire world to recognize that our rights, that human rights as we refer to them,
00:55:41.000 are not granted by some group of people.
00:55:44.000 They're not granted by a king.
00:55:46.000 They are given to us by God, by our Creator, as Jefferson so eloquently stated.
00:55:53.000 We make a contract.
00:55:54.000 We have the right to contract to do anything in the United States so long as it's not something illegal.
00:55:59.000 So I'm gonna cut Joe's grass, and Joe's gonna give me a hundred dollar bill.
00:56:04.000 Now, I use my arms, my legs, and my brain to cut Joe's grass.
00:56:09.000 And Joe, in exchange, gives me a hundred dollars.
00:56:14.000 So I used my life force to cut his grass in exchange for a hundred dollars.
00:56:19.000 If I go out
00:56:20.000 And I built a fence for you, and I agreed to build the fence, and you agreed to give me so many ounces of silver.
00:56:28.000 Has there been any income?
00:56:30.000 Look at the example of, let's say, the smallest Walmart in the country.
00:56:35.000 They make $100,000 in a day, but they have salaries to pay.
00:56:39.000 They have to pay electricity, they have to pay the rent on the building, and they have other expenses.
00:56:43.000 And let's say their expenses were $60,000.
00:56:47.000 That particular Walmart netted $40,000 after their expenses.
00:56:53.000 They only pay tax on the $40,000.
00:56:57.000 They don't have to pay tax on the $100,000 like I had to pay on the $100,000.
00:57:02.000 There really isn't any income, so this idea that your remuneration for working at a job for an employer is taxable requires that the IRS take the position that
00:57:15.000 Nothing you do has any value.
00:57:17.000 You are a slave.
00:57:19.000 We don't live forever.
00:57:21.000 Our life force is worth something.
00:57:23.000 But to the IRS, our life force is worth nothing.
00:57:27.000 Because every time we put out our life force, we're having to give of a hundred percent of what we receive in exchange.
00:57:35.000 And that's wrong on so many different levels.
00:57:39.000 Tonight we're honored to have Eustace Mullins, an author from the grand state of Virginia.
00:57:46.000 And he has written numerous books.
00:57:48.000 And this is such a great introduction here, it runs about 20 minutes.
00:57:52.000 But we'll make it a little shorter than that.
00:57:55.000 Eustace Mullins has garnered an impressive number of firsts.
00:57:59.000 The first writer to have a book burned in Europe since World War II.
00:58:03.000 The first person to be fired from the staff of the Library of Congress for political reasons.
00:58:09.000 And the first writer to detail the history of our Federal Reserve System.
00:58:19.000 And thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for coming this evening.
00:58:19.000 Thank you.
00:58:24.000 My first question I have to ask you is, do you know where your government is tonight?
00:58:30.000 Because you think of our government as being in Washington, D.C.
00:58:35.000 More likely it is in New York.
00:58:37.000 It is in London.
00:58:38.000 It is in Paris.
00:58:40.000 It is everywhere, but not in the hearts of the people.
00:58:44.000 There's a concept called divide and conquer.
00:58:48.000 You get two people or nations fighting over each other, and behind the scenes, you assist both and conspire against both.
00:58:59.000 That's the way the ruling class operates in any society.
00:59:01.000 They divide the rest of the people.
00:59:03.000 They keep the lower and the middle classes fighting with each other so that they, the rich, can run off with all the fucking money.
00:59:09.000 Fairly simple thing.
00:59:10.000 Fairly simple thing.
00:59:11.000 The European powers didn't just disappear when we won the revolution.
00:59:17.000 They pulled back and they regrouped and said, OK, how are we going to take these guys on?
00:59:21.000 If America was allowed to grow without a privately owned central bank, it could have been an example to the whole world.
00:59:27.000 You don't need a central bank like England and France and other major European powers have.
00:59:34.000 So they had to somehow destroy and weaken America.
00:59:40.000 This is the problem with government, that it does mischief.
00:59:44.000 It falls into the hands of mischievous people, people who have allegiances which we do not know about, people who have programs which we do not know about, and people who intend us no good.
00:59:59.000 Divide and conquer the tax on imports.
01:00:04.000 Slavery, all these other issues,
01:00:06.000 We're good to go.
01:00:16.000 There was a law passed that allowed the banks to make money out of thin air as long as they allowed the federal government to also get some of that money.
01:00:26.000 So they bribed the federal government.
01:00:28.000 It's not a question of seeing conspiracies under every bed.
01:00:31.000 It's a question of seeing conspiracies in every commercial activity and every political activity that goes on in this country.
01:00:40.000 When he got into the war, hot and heavy, imposed a temporary income tax.
01:00:44.000 And then for several decades, there was no income tax.
01:00:48.000 And then Congress passed a law in early 1890s to tax profits of real estate.
01:00:55.000 The Supreme Court said, no, you cannot do that.
01:00:57.000 So then what they did, they proposed the 16th Amendment of the U.S.
01:01:01.000 Constitution.
01:01:02.000 Well, I mentioned the conspiracy at Jekyll Island because it took a lot of plotting to get the people of the United States to accept a privately owned central bank.
01:01:13.000 You see, we had one set up by Alexander Hamilton in 1787, the first bank of the United States.
01:01:21.000 And Thomas Jefferson opposed it, and he got rid of it in 1812, so that caused the War of 1812.
01:01:27.000 The British attacked us again in 1812 because we had, Jefferson had put an end to their bank, and they retaliated with the War of 1812.
01:01:37.000 In fact, you will find banking interests behind every major event of world history.
01:01:44.000 They pull the strings.
01:01:45.000 We're just puppets.
01:01:46.000 The governments are puppets.
01:01:47.000 And that's why the War of 1812 happened, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, you name it.
01:01:54.000 They're bankers' wars.
01:01:55.000 The borrower is a slave to the lender.
01:01:59.000 Every dollar that the banks and Federal Reserve lend out out of thin air, they lend out to governments.
01:02:07.000 Corporations, businesses, and families to buy homes, cars, whatever, there's interest charged on that.
01:02:15.000 So the entire economy, everybody and everything, we're all paying interest to our slave masters, the banksters.
01:02:24.000 It's criminal syndicates, just like the Mafia, which is one of its subsidiaries, and the CIA and all the criminal syndicates work out of the Federal Reserve System, because that's what a Federal Reserve System is.
01:02:37.000 That has been done for hundreds and hundreds of years.
01:02:41.000 The international bankers are a small group of people that are related to each other.
01:02:48.000 John D. Rockefeller was one of the biggest holders, and he had his stock placed under the Rockefeller Foundation, so it could never be bought or sold.
01:02:57.000 So it's secure forever.
01:02:59.000 And the other people who bought control in 1914, they were the Schiff family and the Warburg family.
01:03:07.000 The Federal Reserve System was set up solely for speculation, and its author, Paul Warburg, who was a partner of Kuhn Loeb Company in New York, financed the Communist Revolution, financed the Hitler Revolution, and financed the Japanese entry into World War II.
01:03:25.000 9-11 was a step in the right direction, and they can repeat 9-11 at any time, like the Murray Building bombing in Oklahoma City, and the Waco Holocaust of burning an entire church congregation alive in their own church.
01:03:41.000 I found in my researches over the years that there are, in the world order, a three-tier hierarchical system of families.
01:03:55.000 To understand how American people were duped into becoming slaves of the federal government, we need to go back to America's Foundings.
01:04:09.000 In the U.S.
01:04:10.000 Constitution, the Founding Fathers required direct taxes by the federal government to be apportioned or divided up amongst the states.
01:04:25.000 The states would collect those direct taxes on property or slaves, take a 10% cut, and turn it over to the federal government.
01:04:37.000 This was done in the late 1700s and early 1800s.
01:04:41.000 However, by 1913, when the international bankers were going to create the Federal Reserve Banking Scam,
01:04:55.000 They needed a way for the federal government to have a lot more revenue to pay the interest on the loans that the Federal Reserve bankers were going to make to the federal government.
01:05:08.000 I cashed it for you, didn't I?
01:05:10.000 I discounted it for you.
01:05:12.000 Yes, and that was a mighty big convenience for me too, right when I needed it.
01:05:16.000 And that $5 interest I charged you is what I call the discount rate.
01:05:21.000 And that's why they needed a federal income tax.
01:05:25.000 They wrote the law in 1913, applying only to District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Philippines, and U.S.
01:05:40.000 Territories.
01:05:42.000 They did it this way because
01:05:45.000 The federal government was given the power to do whatever he wanted to do in the land that was going to be given to the federal government, which became later on the District of Columbia and any forts, military installations, other property that states would give to the federal government to protect the states from outside invasion by other countries.
01:06:15.000 By 1960, Philippines had become an independent country.
01:06:21.000 Alaska had become a state.
01:06:24.000 Hawaii became also a state in 1959.
01:06:27.000 So today, in the federal tax laws, states in the United States only include the District of Columbia.
01:06:36.000 When you see that 10-4 income tax confession trap form,
01:06:41.000 That says it's a U.S.
01:06:43.000 individual income tax return.
01:06:46.000 They want you to believe it is the 50 states, when in reality it is only the District of Columbia individual income tax return.
01:07:00.000 It's a deception to make you believe that now the federal government can tax the people of the 50 states.
01:07:18.000 I ended up resigning from the IRS on February 25th, 1999.
01:07:22.000 It was actually my birthday.
01:07:26.000 What's interesting about my birthday on February 25th is that it was February 25th of 1913 when the income tax, the 16th Amendment, was proclaimed to be ratified.
01:07:40.000 I thought maybe it'd be a big deal that an IRS criminal investigator had
01:07:45.000 I wanted Joe not to leave the IRS.
01:07:59.000 Because he thought the media would be honest and expose the fraud to the American people.
01:08:04.000 And I knew the media wasn't honest.
01:08:07.000 But that was his decision.
01:08:09.000 I went and spoke around the country.
01:08:11.000 I got quite a bit of alternative media outlets paying attention to me.
01:08:15.000 Alex Jones interviewed me way back in 1999.
01:08:19.000 Joe Bannister, and he was a special treasury agent assigned to the IRS to investigate people that were filing fraudulent tax returns or simply hiding assets.
01:08:31.000 And thanks a lot for spending some time with us, Mr. Bannister.
01:08:34.000 God bless.
01:08:35.000 I don't know.
01:08:51.000 The show 60 Minutes asked me and Joe and others to interview.
01:08:55.000 All of a sudden, like, wow, the mainstream media is paying attention to me.
01:08:58.000 This is great.
01:08:59.000 And when the 60 Minutes piece came out, the first thing that you saw was Joe Bannister on a
01:09:07.000 What do you call that?
01:09:08.000 Skateboard.
01:09:08.000 They said, well, we just want to show you as a regular guy.
01:09:12.000 So what do you do as a regular guy?
01:09:14.000 I said, well, I skateboard with my kids.
01:09:15.000 This is, you know, back in 2001.
01:09:18.000 And so when they first put me on, when they broadcast 60 Minutes, they show me spinning around doing 360s on my skateboard, like I'm just some kind of a wacko.
01:09:27.000 Going around and around and around in circles in my mind and probably in most of the people that were watching is you know crazy crazy or something and then they just railed over him and just made him look so bad in that interview.
01:09:40.000 Well I found out the hard way that the reason that the mainstream media was paying so much attention to me
01:09:46.000 Was that they were going to make sure as many Americans knew about me as possible before they took me down.
01:09:51.000 They saw an edge to indict him when one of the companies they had been invited to to speak at had stopped filing and Joe had done some preparation for their books.
01:10:05.000 So he didn't prepare the tax return that wasn't filed, but he'd done tax preparation for them.
01:10:13.000 And so they thought, oh, we can indict him.
01:10:18.000 It was early in the morning and my wife was taking our sons to school and I hear this noise out in the front yard.
01:10:28.000 So I go to the little bathroom window and I look out and I see a San Jose Police Department car, a cruiser.
01:10:37.000 And I think to myself, well hey, my brother Jeff works for the San Jose Police Department.
01:10:42.000 Maybe he's here to visit.
01:10:44.000 And then I look a little bit more and I see a second police car.
01:10:49.000 And I think to myself, well, Jeff usually doesn't bring a buddy when he comes to visit.
01:10:55.000 So I remember when I got an email from somebody that Joe Barrister was indicted by the federal government for tax charges.
01:11:05.000 It was about midnight.
01:11:08.000 And I told myself, this is good news.
01:11:13.000 Because I know Joe Bannister has done nothing wrong.
01:11:18.000 He's one of my best students.
01:11:20.000 At some point or another, we became more than low-flying gnats on their radar screen, and we were getting too popular, we were speaking all over the country, and people were starting to think.
01:11:29.000 They didn't want that critical thinking.
01:11:31.000 So, Joe was prosecuted.
01:11:33.000 I spent two weeks out in Sacramento, California at his trial because I needed to be there, first of all, to support Joe.
01:11:41.000 Next, to make sure that I knew what they were doing because I knew that I was going to be somewhere in that line of prosecution.
01:11:49.000 The prosecution had an IRS agent who I think had 25 to 30 years of experience and he was the one to get up there on the stand and talk about how false these federal income tax returns were that I prepared.
01:12:03.000 Joe didn't testify.
01:12:05.000 He had character witnesses to say that he was honestly looking at this and the work that he did was being honest.
01:12:13.000 He was not trying to skate any taxes or anything like that.
01:12:18.000 My defense attorney walked this IRS agent through all the lines and all the pages of the tax returns and said, you know, is there anything false in this section?
01:12:28.000 Is there anything false on this page?
01:12:31.000 What about this attachment?
01:12:32.000 Is there anything false here?
01:12:34.000 And the agent couldn't find a single false
01:12:38.000 ...entry in the tax return, yet I was charged with felonious preparation of false tax returns.
01:12:46.000 So the jury, while they were out, they were asking the judge a few questions.
01:12:51.000 They would submit the questions in writing, and they were asking for certain clarification.
01:12:57.000 And the judge would say, I can't give you any more information.
01:13:00.000 You have the information from the trial.
01:13:02.000 That's all that I can give you.
01:13:04.000 All Jeff did after the prosecution put on their case, it was like a Perry Mason moment, he just played the videotape of Joe's lecture to the company employees, which was the prosecution's number one piece of evidence.
01:13:18.000 Then he stood up and said, the defense rests.
01:13:22.000 That, you know, you see that in Perry Mason or, you know, Law and Order, but it rarely happens in real life.
01:13:28.000 After quite a long deliberation, they came back and I was
01:13:34.000 That probably nothing like that feeling.
01:13:38.000 Probably the only other time had feeling like that was when I'm watching my either my two sons be born as far as just the emotional.
01:13:48.000 gripping that goes on as you're waiting to hear what the jury you know what your what your fate is and The jury came back with not guilty on all four counts When the not guilties came back, you know, we were elated I was jumping up and down and his lawyers were great lawyers and they got a chance to talk to the jurors afterwards
01:14:10.000 When you were going to the Liberation, the CINCAL tape, you requested to see it again.
01:14:14.000 Tell us again why that second viewing, you know, what was significant about that to you fellas?
01:14:20.000 Because we hadn't really seen the whole picture before viewing the videotape the first time, and after seeing all the evidence and going through the rest of the trial, we wanted to see it again.
01:14:34.000 Bottom line is it would only have been fair to Mr. Bannister to look at what he'd said before in the proper context.
01:14:41.000 As far as evidence, I think the government's evidence actually worked against them.
01:14:47.000 I would like to call it a comedy of ignorance, but it's not funny.
01:14:51.000 People go to jail over this.
01:14:53.000 And so, that's a problem.
01:14:54.000 We need to get educated.
01:14:57.000 The solution is pretty simple.
01:15:01.000 All we have to do is follow the footprint of America's founding fathers.
01:15:09.000 They stopped paying taxes illegally owed to the King of England because he would not answer their petitions.
01:15:19.000 He would ignore them.
01:15:21.000 Thomas Paine said something.
01:15:23.000 He said, if there be trouble, let it be in my day so that my child may have peace.
01:15:32.000 And I was a good chess player as a child.
01:15:35.000 That was my favorite game to play.
01:15:37.000 I learned to strategize.
01:15:38.000 Think several moves ahead of your opponent.
01:15:40.000 I have my strategy.
01:15:42.000 So, I don't think the IRS expected that.
01:15:45.000 So, now I'm not worried about it.
01:15:46.000 And the thing is, though, I think nobody should be afraid of the IRS.
01:15:50.000 Folks, we've got to pay people.
01:15:51.000 It's a libertarian action.
01:15:53.000 I'll pay you to go out there and talk.
01:15:56.000 Now, ladies and gentlemen, I want to do a quick survey here.
01:15:57.000 A quick survey.
01:15:59.000 How many of you have ever heard of the name Roseanne?
01:16:04.000 Ladies and gentlemen, our next presenter!
01:16:15.000 So we do these silent auctions in the back, you know, with all of our vendors.
01:16:19.000 This is one of the great ones here because this one is for Five Fold Foundations, which is for veterans.
01:16:25.000 And we had a great donation of $10,000 by Mr. Payman Motohide.
01:16:30.000 Mr. Payman Motohide to our veterans.
01:16:33.000 So it's just an unbelievable gift.
01:16:35.000 And I wanted to personally say thank you to you, Payman, and God bless you.
01:16:42.000 So folks, it's simple.
01:16:46.000 Defund the swamp.
01:16:49.000 Fund freedom.
01:16:52.000 This is exactly what America's Founding Fathers did.
01:16:59.000 They stopped paying taxes that legally they were required to pay to the King of England until the petitions were answered by the King.
01:17:08.000 And they were ignored.
01:17:11.000 And then they revolted with guns.
01:17:14.000 We don't need to go that far.
01:17:17.000 People say, Paymont, I don't care what you say.
01:17:20.000 Does it really work?
01:17:21.000 I mean, come on.
01:17:23.000 Really?
01:17:24.000 Well, like I said, I haven't paid an income tax or filed since 30 years ago.
01:17:32.000 I arrested in 1994, two years before I started Freedom Law School in 96.
01:17:36.000 Had me under investigation as a potential fraudulent tax protest
01:17:44.000 I've been a promoter for a year and a half.
01:17:46.000 We're nowhere.
01:17:47.000 I've been under congenial investigation about them.
01:17:49.000 They've attacked me and I've beaten them.
01:17:51.000 Back in 2009, they imposed over $600,000 of tax liens on me.
01:17:58.000 Page after page after page of tax deed filings.
01:18:02.000 Within two years, I had Daris' own appeals office and the United States Tax Court zeroed it all out officially.
01:18:10.000 It's not like they don't know me.
01:18:12.000 Why don't they try to put me in prison?
01:18:14.000 Folks, I don't mean to be bragging, but the truth of the matter is, you are listening to the number one NMV iris.
01:19:08.000 I hope you took the phone call to let me know how to get you out of here today.
01:19:17.000 I need to get you out of here today.
01:19:23.000 I need to get you out of here today.
01:19:32.000 I hope you took the call to let me know how to...
01:20:23.000 The Jekyll Island Club was actually built on top of everything that the Indians had.
01:20:29.000 So they just kind of wiped the village out and built the club on top of it.
01:20:34.000 So wherever the chief's house was, there was a cottage now.
01:20:37.000 Wherever the council house was, there was now the Jekyll Island Hotel.
01:20:41.000 A group of French colonists came to the United States.
01:20:44.000 This was right after Columbus.
01:20:46.000 The first colony of French folks that came over to try to establish a colony on the coast.
01:20:53.000 They landed in Jekyll Island, and they had some interaction with these Indians, and then they got so appalled by what they saw and witnessed that they fled at night and ended up in St.
01:21:06.000 Augustine, Florida, and established that city.
01:21:09.000 That tribe was called the Tinucas.
01:21:11.000 The Tinucas, they're well established along the Florida and Georgia coast.
01:21:18.000 They were quite prolific at one time, so they said, we know they're Native Americans.
01:21:22.000 I said, well, all right, what else you got?
01:21:24.000 He said, well, we got some skeletons.
01:21:27.000 He said, you want to see the bones?
01:21:29.000 And I said, well, yeah.
01:21:30.000 When they found the burial site, they didn't move the bones.
01:21:33.000 They left them where they were.
01:21:35.000 And they just uncovered them to where they were visible.
01:21:38.000 And then they built a museum on top of it.
01:21:40.000 They did basically the same thing with the museum, but the Jebel Island guys had done with their houses.
01:21:47.000 All of a sudden, I look and I realize, man, these guys are really tall.
01:21:50.000 And I commented to the guy that
01:21:52.000 You know, how tall are these guys?
01:21:54.000 They look unusually large.
01:21:56.000 And he said, yeah, they're all about eight or eight and a half foot tall.
01:22:01.000 He said, oh, by the way, I've got a painting that you might want to see.
01:22:04.000 I'm looking at it, and it shows the Indians and all their regalia, and they're dancing around and having some kind of a ceremony.
01:22:12.000 And then I see an altar.
01:22:15.000 I'm wanting to know, where is this altar?
01:22:19.000 And so I asked him.
01:22:20.000 Can I, can you take me to this altar?
01:22:23.000 He said, I can take you to the altar, but you can't see it.
01:22:27.000 I said, why can't I see it?
01:22:29.000 Is it buried?
01:22:31.000 He said, no, no, it's not buried, but it has a house built on top of it.
01:22:37.000 I said, who would be crazy enough to build their house on top of a blood sacrifice altar?
01:22:43.000 He said, well Rockefeller was.
01:22:52.000 Wow, that was great!
01:22:54.000 I think that it's a really informative film for people that want to learn more about how they're getting robbed by the federal government every single time they pay their taxes.
01:23:04.000 And so, I hope that you enjoyed that film.
01:23:07.000 I know that I've enjoyed it.
01:23:09.000 I know that Peyman Montehada spends a lot of his time.
01:23:12.000 He's a patriot, as you can see from the movie.
01:23:14.000 He sponsors a lot of patriotic causes, a lot of patriotic events.
01:23:19.000 And he really just genuinely wants to teach people how they can better themselves and also just live a free life, right?
01:23:27.000 Live in a free America.
01:23:28.000 We're not really living in a free America right now when we're being oppressed with the way that we're being oppressed.
01:23:32.000 And so I really commend Paymon for making that film.
01:23:37.000 Before we get started into these next interviews, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed.
01:23:45.000 And that, of course, is 1775 Coffee, so you're going to want to go to 1775coffee.com slash Loomer.

01:25:27.000 Just a couple updates before we get to our interviews with Peyman Montehada and
01:25:33.000 And Joe Bannister, who were both featured in the film that you just watched.
01:25:37.000 Breaking news!
01:25:38.000 There were one, two, three, four, five, five GOP primary races tonight.
01:25:44.000 Presidential primaries across the country.
01:25:46.000 Connecticut, Delaware, New York, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
01:25:50.000 And I can now report, just moments ago, President Trump won Delaware.
01:25:55.000 And while the film was playing,
01:25:56.000 All the other states were called for President Trump.
01:25:59.000 So President Trump, of course, won five out of five of those GOP presidential primaries.
01:26:04.000 Let's go Trump!
01:26:04.000 Woo!
01:26:05.000 MAGA Trump 2024!
01:26:07.000 Trump won Connecticut, Delaware, New York, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
01:26:10.000 So congratulations!
01:26:12.000 Let's go to the chat really quick and see what people are saying about that.
01:26:15.000 Congratulations to President Trump!
01:26:17.000 And we are live right now.
01:26:18.000 I hope that you all enjoyed the movie tonight.
01:26:22.000 I hope you enjoyed movie night.
01:26:24.000 And hopefully we'll have movie night soon when my film comes out, right?
01:26:28.000 The Great Replacement.
01:26:29.000 If you don't know, when I got back from Panama, I decided that I wanted to make my own documentary, so we will be making a film called The Great Replacement, highlighting all of the different NGOs that are facilitating the invasion into our country.
01:26:43.000 Marnie said, Laura, do you have a migraine?
01:26:45.000 I hope you can find relief.
01:26:47.000 Yes, I do.
01:26:48.000 To be completely honest with all of you, I do not feel well today.
01:26:51.000 I do not.
01:26:52.000 I have been running a million miles per hour because I've been breaking all the stories with the Mershawn case, of course, with the President Trump gag order that was just renewed.
01:27:04.000 And so you could see that with all the news surrounding President Trump, I've been quite busy.
01:27:09.000 And so I have not really slept these last few days because there's just been so much to report on.
01:27:15.000 I've had to break all these stories about Judge Mershawn and his corrupt daughter, of course.
01:27:21.000 And if you haven't read those exposés, well, I'm sure you're going to hear about them because they're all over the news now.
01:27:26.000 Everybody's talking about them.
01:27:28.000 And Judge Mershawn actually expanded the gag order on President Trump.
01:27:33.000 And that's something that we're going to talk about tonight, of course, because the federal government
01:27:37.000 Uh, funds, uh, the judiciary, right?
01:27:39.000 We're funding, uh, all of these different organizations and institutions that are now persecuting Donald Trump and interfering in our elections in an election year.
01:27:47.000 And that's your taxpayer dollars that are, that is going towards, uh, funding all of that, of course.
01:27:52.000 And so, um, I hope that, uh, I hope that you all enjoyed it.
01:27:56.000 A lot of people are saying the film was great.
01:27:59.000 Love the film, love the movie.
01:28:01.000 I hope you'll all visit Freedom Law School.
01:28:04.000 FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
01:28:06.000 FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
01:28:07.000 Tell them that Laura Loomer sent you.
01:28:31.000 Here, amazing film.
01:28:33.000 Congratulations on your first premiere of your movie on Rumble tonight, Paimon.
01:28:38.000 How are you doing?
01:28:40.000 Doing good, excited, because the American people are waking up, Laura, as you know.
01:28:46.000 You know, the deep state didn't just start, you know, seven, eight years ago.
01:28:51.000 It's been around for decades.
01:28:54.000 They've been ripping off the American people for decades through deception, pretending that they work for us.
01:29:00.000 The American people.
01:29:02.000 But we haven't had a government of, by, and for really people for a long time.
01:29:08.000 And it's time that we take back our country by stop funding our enemies.
01:29:13.000 Right.
01:29:14.000 You know, a lot of people are watching this movie and watching the film tonight.
01:29:18.000 Some people may say, this is crazy.
01:29:20.000 This is so kooky.
01:29:21.000 You know, how are you going to get away with not paying your taxes?
01:29:25.000 Is this legitimate?
01:29:27.000 Is this legitimate?
01:29:28.000 Can people go to jail for this?
01:29:30.000 Can you, can you please explain the legality of this?
01:29:32.000 Because there's some people in the chat that are saying it's a great film, but I'm worried that I would go to jail.
01:29:38.000 So are people going to go to jail if they don't pay their taxes?
01:29:42.000 Well, they're looking at this screen with two people that have not paid income tax.
01:29:48.000 Joe hasn't filed income tax for over 20 years, federal income tax.
01:29:52.000 I haven't filed a paid income tax for over 30 years.
01:29:56.000 IRS well knows about both of us.
01:29:58.000 Joe is a former criminal investigation division special agent.
01:30:05.000 And I was under investigation by the IRS since 1994 as a potential fraudulent tax protest promoter.
01:30:17.000 They never tried to prosecute me.
01:30:19.000 They tried to put Joe in jail, not for having not followed pay income taxes, but for some other loony excuses, and they lost.
01:30:27.000 So if anybody would have been in prison for not following pay income taxes, Joe and I
01:30:34.000 Certainly would have been two of them, and we're not free.
01:30:36.000 So what does that tell you right there?
01:30:38.000 Right, and you're quite high profile.
01:30:40.000 You're high profile because you're not just somebody that's not paying and living in secrecy, right?
01:30:44.000 You are actively running an organization, FreedomLawSchool.org, teaching people how to do this.
01:30:50.000 And so I want to go to you now, Joe.
01:30:53.000 Have you faced any issues over these last 20 years not paying your income tax?
01:31:01.000 Yeah, definitely some pushback from the IRS, and I just want to first say, Laura, I admire your investigative abilities.
01:31:11.000 Thank you.
01:31:12.000 You're unparalleled.
01:31:16.000 Yeah, but I will never use my investigative abilities to work for the IRS, and you certainly won't find me signing up to use deadly force against my fellow American citizens.
01:31:27.000 The IRS will not be getting my investigative skills.
01:31:31.000 I can promise you guys that.
01:31:34.000 That's good for the American people.
01:31:35.000 So anyway.
01:31:36.000 Yeah.
01:31:38.000 Yeah.
01:31:39.000 As Paimon mentioned briefly, the most fun that the IRS has put my way was being criminally indicted on four felony counts, three of which were allegedly that I prepared false federal income tax returns for a client.
01:31:57.000 And the fourth was conspiracy to defraud the United States of America.
01:32:02.000 And they brought these charges in November of 2004.
01:32:04.000 And my trial was in June of 2005.
01:32:08.000 And as Peyman also mentioned, as of November 2004, I already had not filed a federal income tax return for five years.
01:32:19.000 And for some reason,
01:32:21.000 The IRS wanted to avoid, and the DOJ, wanted to avoid charging me with anything relating to my personal circumstances.
01:32:30.000 They did an end run and tried to claim there was this conspiracy that existed between me and my client.
01:32:38.000 Interestingly, I know because of how you follow the news, even old and new news, that Rod Rosenstein
01:32:46.000 All right.
01:33:03.000 A special agent that I used to work with at the IRS, who ended up investigating me, and he found nothing criminal in what I had done, and yet the DOJ and the IRS prosecuted me anyway.
01:33:16.000 So they definitely, there's an 800-pound gorilla out there that likes to, you know, sit on people, make sure you can't breathe, try to take away your freedom, and they're still out there.
01:33:26.000 As Peyman points out, the enforcement has taken a nosedive
01:33:32.000 And there's various theories as to why that might be.
01:33:36.000 As a former IRS agent, do you think that, or would you say today, that the IRS has been structured under Joe Biden to intentionally target and harass conservatives, similar to what we're seeing from the Obama era with Lois Lerner?
01:33:51.000 Would you go as far as saying that the IRS is actively working to target Trump supporters?
01:33:59.000 I mean, I think every administration has probably used the IRS in that manner.
01:33:59.000 Oh, absolutely.
01:34:05.000 Maybe, you know, to more extent, as you mentioned, the Obama administration was just egregious, like no boundaries as to what they were willing to do to thwart conservative organizations from even opening a bank account or getting their name formalized.
01:34:24.000 And then so the Biden administration has, you know, great coaches
01:34:28.000 Coming from eight years of Obama administration and I there's no doubt they're doing the exact same thing Right what has been the response to the film so far?
01:34:38.000 I mean, I'm sure that everybody watched it.
01:34:40.000 We had almost 4,000 live viewers tonight for For this film, which is pretty great people seem to be very interested in it.
01:34:48.000 They didn't drop off, right?
01:34:49.000 So that's always a good thing.
01:34:51.000 Otherwise, you know, they thought it was boring.
01:34:52.000 They wouldn't have watched it.
01:34:53.000 We would have seen a
01:34:54.000 You know, a decrease, but we kept on seeing an increase in the followers tonight.
01:34:58.000 What has been your response thus far to the film?
01:35:02.000 I know you had your red carpet event a couple weeks ago.
01:35:05.000 We had you on the show to promote the film, Paimon.
01:35:09.000 But now, leading up to tax season, are you finding, especially now in this era of increased weaponized government, that you're seeing a massive increase in your clientele and your customers at Freedom Law School?
01:35:21.000 And what are people saying about the film?
01:35:26.000 Well, we see definitely a heightened interest of the people to not to pay federal income taxes that they never legally owed in the first place.
01:35:39.000 So when people say, oh, I don't have to pay my taxes,
01:35:44.000 We have to educate them and tell them, you know, actually, you never owed any federal income taxes to begin with.
01:35:52.000 It's a whole mind shift game that we have to help educate people with.
01:35:58.000 And people are waking up and saying, wow, I didn't know that.
01:36:01.000 You know, the law as it is written,
01:36:04.000 On U.S.
01:36:05.000 government's own official legal websites show the only people that have to file and pay federal income taxes are citizens and residents of Washington D.C.
01:36:20.000 and federal workers and contractors.
01:36:24.000 That is it.
01:36:25.000 So people say, wow, we were lied about so many things about CIA is our friend, FBI is our friend, the DOJ is our friend, NSA is our friend, you know, the Federal Reserve, people finding out it's privately owned, it's not part of the government.
01:36:41.000 So they think, wow, just one more lie on top of the lies that they told us.
01:36:47.000 So it's very liberating for people that are contacting us to see that, you know what?
01:36:52.000 I don't have to be a slave anymore.
01:36:54.000 We can have America be a free nation once again.
01:36:58.000 I also noticed the production quality was actually quite impressive.
01:37:03.000 And I know one of the filmmakers who made your film, Matt Scowl, as well as Ducky.
01:37:10.000 So shout out to Matt Scowl and Ducky as well who worked on your film because I think that they did an incredible job.
01:37:17.000 I think that the production quality is amazing, and I believe this is your first film, right, Paimon?
01:37:24.000 Yes, it is.
01:37:25.000 We build this on top of the heels of America, Freedom from Fascism, which Joe was part of that back in 2006.
01:37:31.000 It was time to renew the tax and Federal Reserve issue for the American public.
01:37:35.000 Well, you certainly had a great team, and Matt is actually going to be, Matt and Ducky are actually going to be helping me as well with my documentary, The Great Replacement.
01:37:46.000 So that's the kind of quality as well that I'm looking forward to.
01:37:52.000 I found it to be quite impressive.
01:37:54.000 I want to go to the chat as well and take a few questions because there are some people here who have some questions.
01:38:00.000 I wrote some of these questions down.
01:38:02.000 One of the questions was, what if you work for a company that withholds taxes?
01:38:08.000 Well, we have at Freedom Law School's website,
01:38:13.000 People go under our menu, our right menu, they can go down, Free Yourself From Withholding, there's a link on that.
01:38:20.000 And it's the forms and structures that are all there to stop the stealing of money, income tax, from your paycheck.
01:38:30.000 If you have any trouble with our website, they can just call us, and our educators on the phone are ready to assist you at 813-444-4800 for free.
01:38:40.000 We want all Americans to be able to stop feeding the beast, so call us if you have any questions.
01:38:50.000 Another question that somebody has is, what if someone's been paying taxes for years?
01:38:54.000 Is it ever too late to quit worrying and stop paying taxes?
01:38:59.000 Nope.
01:39:01.000 And today is a good day to start living a free life.
01:39:05.000 So start now.
01:39:08.000 In your opinion, and I'll ask both of you this question, Paymon and Joe, what is the most egregious use of our taxpayer dollars currently by the Biden administration?
01:39:20.000 Well, to me, having come from an immigrant from Iran where we had no freedoms, the biggest thing is that the United States government now is openly weaponized against
01:39:31.000 The American people, they're letting hordes of invaders come into America to displace us.
01:39:37.000 They're cheating in our elections and they have the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ weaponizing to enslave the American people.
01:39:47.000 Openly mean attack in January, six demonstrators and Donald Trump says it all.
01:39:52.000 So this is a whole new level of corruption.
01:39:55.000 It's not just out there with the wars, but it's a war on American people they've declared.
01:40:01.000 Another comment in the chat that I'm reading now, it says, the IRS can raid your bank account.
01:40:06.000 What do you say to the people that are worried that they could have their bank accounts frozen and raided by the IRS if they don't pay their taxes?
01:40:16.000 Joy, you want to go at that first before I add something?
01:40:21.000 Well, I think, I mean, you have more, you know, day-to-day experience with that.
01:40:27.000 Again, you've showed me the statistics that don't come, you know, from your backyard.
01:40:32.000 They come right from the government's own websites at the extreme nosedive that has occurred in civil and criminal enforcement.
01:40:41.000 I'll just point out that when I was an IRS special agent, there were about 3,000
01:40:45.000 Criminal investigators and now it's down to 2100.
01:40:48.000 And then I know payment can explain also about this.
01:40:53.000 You know 8587 thousand agents and what that's all about.
01:40:56.000 So I think you can give a lot more info and a lot quicker time than me payment.
01:41:02.000 And Joe also, what did you think was the most egregious use of our tax dollars by Joe Biden?
01:41:06.000 I know I asked him on, but I wanted you to answer that as well.
01:41:10.000 Thank you, I would have to agree in terms of the turning
01:41:15.000 We're good.
01:41:30.000 Claim to be focused on some other group or outside the country.
01:41:36.000 In my experience, it's always really pointed at the American people, and the government will claim that it's actually pointed at someone else, so the American people will support it.
01:41:45.000 Even the money laundering laws, the cash reporting laws that were passed back in the 80s, and then when I was there in the 90s at the IRS, they were very
01:41:55.000 Another question is, how do you pay into Social Security without paying income taxes?
01:41:59.000 We have a lot of seniors that are watching right now.
01:42:21.000 Well, the bad news is the money that we pay into Social Security does not go toward anyone's retirement or your retirement.
01:42:32.000 It's all spent immediately down the federal rat hole of corruption and criminality paying DOJ, FBI, CIA for the crookedness that they're doing right now against Trump and the American people.
01:42:44.000 So they got this game going on to pretend that, oh, you're saving toward your retirement or
01:42:50.000 Paying toward retirement of senior citizens, which is not true at all.
01:42:54.000 So this is why the social security tax becomes a third rail of politics.
01:42:59.000 You touch it, you die.
01:43:00.000 But, you know, this is one of the most destructive taxes because it taxes the poor, the working poor,
01:43:08.000 Another question is, is this page number that that Paymon is referring to an affidavit for him to fill out to give to our workplace in order to stop taking out of our taxes?
01:43:35.000 Yes, so W-4, we have exempt on there.
01:43:40.000 Okay, filled in there.
01:43:42.000 And with the objection at the bottom that we're being forced by employers to fill out the form to allow them to steal our money for the IRS.
01:43:51.000 Otherwise, you would not get a job, you'd be fired, or they take a lot more out of your paycheck again by force.
01:43:57.000 So we have the laws listed there at the bottom and attached saying, look, I'm doing this because I'm forced to do so with the gun of the employer.
01:44:06.000 Almost all employers in America are doing this thing.
01:44:08.000 So that way they cannot use it against you in a criminal prosecution down the road that you're trying to get out of paying your fair share of taxes.
01:44:16.000 So by doing it properly, to the DOJ crooks, it's like guarding to the vampire.
01:44:22.000 They would not want to mess with you.
01:44:23.000 They will leave you alone.
01:44:26.000 Tyson922 said, this sounds too good to be true.
01:44:29.000 It probably is.
01:44:30.000 I mean, honestly, that's what I thought.
01:44:32.000 I'll be honest, right?
01:44:34.000 Paymon is a supporter of my show, and Paymon has been one of the early supporters of Loomer Unleashed.
01:44:41.000 And when I first heard about this, and don't take offense to this, Paymon, because, you know, this is just what I thought.
01:44:47.000 And then I realized, no, this really is legitimate.
01:44:49.000 I said, no, you know, I don't really know if it's a good idea to be aligned with somebody that, you know, is pushing this.
01:44:58.000 Like, it just sounds too good to be true.
01:45:00.000 And I was one of those people as well.
01:45:02.000 And then I said, I would feel more comfortable if I actually looked at, you know, their client, their clients, and I,
01:45:09.000 You know,
01:45:29.000 Engage in your services at freedomlawschool.org and to learn about this if it was not legitimate.
01:45:34.000 You see, there's loopholes within our own tax system that people don't know about because they're brainwashed into thinking that they just have to give the government their money.
01:45:42.000 But this is what you teach people, right?
01:45:44.000 Explain to the viewers what you teach American citizens, taxpayers at freedomlawschool.org so that they know that this isn't too good to be true.
01:45:55.000 Well, first of all, I totally understand this caller's apprehension.
01:45:59.000 Because back in 1992, when all this hair was black, and I heard about income tax being voluntary, and I went to a meeting, I thought this lady cannot be right, that was doing a seminar, showing me that income tax was voluntary for most Americans.
01:46:14.000 But, yes, I was shocked, surprised, so were you, so was Joe!
01:46:19.000 So, this is the sad reality that we've been lied to and duped so much to be slaves and trust, have faith in government and the media, the corrupt major media, that when we see the truth, our initial reaction is to want to reject it.
01:46:38.000 But if they go to our website, FreedomLawSchool.org, they'll see the definitions from the Internal Revenue Code, the federal tax laws.
01:46:50.000 This is the Bible of the IRS.
01:46:52.000 This is what Joe Bannister was supposed to follow, working as a criminal investigator with the IRS.
01:46:58.000 So we follow this as interpreted by the U.S.
01:47:03.000 Supreme Court.
01:47:05.000 Again, as long as a corrupt major media doesn't see it, to you it doesn't exist.
01:47:12.000 We open your eyes.
01:47:13.000 Go to FreedomMosque.org.
01:47:15.000 There's a 9-minute video right there.
01:47:17.000 Step 1 of the 7 Steps to Free Yourself of Irish Deception.
01:47:23.000 Let them know that Laura Loomer sent you.
01:47:29.000 Joe, here's a question for you.
01:47:30.000 What is your opinion?
01:47:31.000 I mean, we have so many questions right now.
01:47:33.000 I feel like
01:47:44.000 If I don't answer all your questions tonight or get to all your questions, you guys, you're going to want to go to FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer, FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer, and you're going to want to call them and speak with Paymon, and you're going to want to let them know Laura Loomer sent you.
01:47:58.000 Let them know that you were watching on Loomer Unleashed because they'll answer all your questions if we don't get through all of them because there's so many in
01:48:05.000 The chat right now, so Joe the question for you is what is your opinion of the new IRS reporting law coming on earning?
01:48:12.000 $600 or more under the American rescue plan And then he said thank you for having William Cooper's back while he was alive.
01:48:23.000 I don't know that's Yeah, he was a pretty brave courageous talk show host back in the day Anyway
01:48:35.000 No, because I said that, I forgot the question.
01:48:43.000 You want me to answer the question?
01:48:45.000 You want me to ask the question?
01:48:47.000 What was the question?
01:48:48.000 So that law, you know, the law under the Biden administration about how, you know, if you earn more than $600, right?
01:48:55.000 Or it had to do with Venmo transactions specifically about them targeting people that had $601 or more in PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, any of those payment processor apps.
01:49:09.000 What is your opinion of that new law that said they were going to target people
01:49:13.000 Who failed to report $601 or more of income on a payment processing app.
01:49:20.000 Well, it's indicative of every time you hear a government official say that they want to tax the rich.
01:49:26.000 That's a total lie.
01:49:29.000 How many rich people are worried about, you know, $601 being reported to the IRS?
01:49:36.000 They're lowering all these thresholds because they want to make it so literally you have zero privacy.
01:49:43.000 Uh, they want to cut through your privacy, your due process, uh, just, you know, make the slavery complete.
01:49:50.000 So my, my understanding is that that law was, was suspended or it wasn't put into place because of the public pressure.
01:49:58.000 So I'd encourage everyone to keep the pressure on and increase the pressure.
01:50:03.000 And of course, Laura knows all about putting a lot of pressure in the right direction.
01:50:08.000 So anyway, that's my thoughts on it.
01:50:10.000 It's just another example of just how minute the government wants the surveillance of your life to be.
01:50:18.000 Another question from Tim Peck was, I already filed my taxes online for 2023.
01:50:23.000 I don't want to file.
01:50:24.000 How can I withdraw my return?
01:50:29.000 Well, that's not easy to do, so I just encourage people not to bother with that and go from here forward.
01:50:36.000 So going forward, just correct the record.
01:50:38.000 Do you have a suggestion?
01:50:39.000 Well, I was just going to say that, you know, when I was prosecuted, we followed every rule to the letter, dotted all I's and crossed all T's, and the government
01:50:52.000 Considered what we did to be a fraudulent refund claim.
01:50:55.000 So, you know, if money is already paid to the IRS, whatever has happened in the past is better just left there.
01:51:04.000 And that's I've just I've always encouraged people to educate themselves, you know, take it slow.
01:51:10.000 There's plenty of free information.
01:51:12.000 My website is www.agentfortruth.com and of course www.freedomlawschool.org.
01:51:17.000 If this information is new to you, it's not surprising.
01:51:22.000 It's a deep topic, so maybe a little less TV, a little less sports, a little less fun, and a little more study.
01:51:34.000 Burikua21, too tired to do my Latino Loomer voice tonight.
01:51:42.000 Just kidding, right?
01:51:44.000 Burikua21 said, by the way, how much was the legal fees to beat the IRS for both of you?
01:51:51.000 For me, it was nothing.
01:51:53.000 I did all the work myself.
01:51:54.000 I beat him multiple times with the IRS Appeals Office, IRS lawyers, U.S.
01:52:02.000 District Court, and U.S.
01:52:03.000 Tax Court, and I did it all myself.
01:52:07.000 But I was never criminally charged, however.
01:52:09.000 That's a much more complex game, and Joe can tell you guys about that.
01:52:14.000 Yeah, for me, I was prosecuted in 2005, so in 2005 dollars,
01:52:21.000 The cost was about $230,000 and I was able to raise all those funds.
01:52:28.000 My principal contribution was preparing for trial for seven months.
01:52:34.000 Actually, the $30,000 of the $230,000 was the hotel bill.
01:52:39.000 During the trial and Paimon came in and paid that so I didn't have the 30k and thought okay I got to raise this sometime after my acquittal.
01:52:51.000 Paimon came in and paid it so
01:52:55.000 You know, when I ran for Congress, one of the things that I campaigned on was tax-free Social Security, because a lot of people don't know this, but seniors are paying taxes on the Social Security, which is ironic, because your Social Security is money that you've already paid taxes on.
01:53:09.000 And so, one of the comments was, seniors paying tax on Social Security and retirement savings is BS, especially when they need it the most.
01:53:18.000 What is the solution?
01:53:22.000 The solution is you never owe an income tax amount at all.
01:53:24.000 Stop filing those 1040 income tax confession trap forms.
01:53:29.000 The reality is, the enemy has us doing the very thing that gives the IRS the power to get you.
01:53:40.000 That is, they have assigned us 1040 forms under oath, under penalty of perjury, just like before a jury to judge, that you understand all these tax laws,
01:53:52.000 And you know everything on the form to be true, correct, and complete.
01:53:56.000 Even though some accountant, you know, or CPA prepared this thing for you, you don't even understand.
01:54:01.000 And every time you sign those 1040 forms, you can go to prison for three separate federal tax crimes, which add up to nine years.
01:54:13.000 But your accountant, they never told you.
01:54:16.000 It says sign here big on the 1040 form and then find parenthesis under penalties or perjury.
01:54:25.000 Go back at your 1040 from last year or what you filed this year.
01:54:29.000 Read that line.
01:54:31.000 Did your accountant ever tell you what it meant when you signed that form under penalty or perjury?
01:54:38.000 I bet you're not.
01:54:40.000 I bet you if he did tell you what it meant, you would never sign it.
01:54:44.000 You would never put the rope around your neck and admit on Line 37 that you owe the IRS money.
01:54:51.000 That's right!
01:54:52.000 Legally, you tell the IRS you owe the money on that 1040 form.
01:54:58.000 Until you do all that, you owe the IRS zero.
01:55:02.000 So the big takeaway, number one, as far as action, besides getting educated for people, is to stop signing those 1040 Income Tax Confession Forms.
01:55:12.000 Join the 80 million Americans who accord IRS' best numbers, do not file any more 1040 Income Tax Confession Trap Forms.
01:55:22.000 And if you're watching right now, the best way to do that is to go to FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
01:55:27.000 FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
01:55:29.000 When you visit FreedomLawSchool.org, you're going to want to let them know that Laura Loomer sent you.
01:55:34.000 Speaking of that, I know that both of you are supporters of President Trump, and today President Trump was in Michigan where he was speaking out about tax cuts.
01:55:44.000 He was actually speaking about tax cuts, and so given that we're talking about taxes, and tonight's special is all about taxes, and we just congratulated President Trump, who just won all five of the GOP presidential primary
01:55:58.000 When I win, you are all getting tax cuts, and you're getting a brand new Trump economic boom.
01:56:01.000 And that's where we were headed.
01:56:29.000 I think there's no disputing the fact that Americans had more money in their pockets when President Trump was in the White House and now the IRS has been expanded to include another 87,000 agents as we've seen everybody knows about right and they've actually encouraged them to use lethal force if necessary and so what are what's your message to Americans who are undecided right now and who to vote for?
01:56:52.000 I know that
01:56:55.000 I don't think so.
01:57:12.000 You know, insane levels of inflation right now.
01:57:15.000 You see that our taxpayer dollars, we talked about this earlier, as an immigrant, as a legal immigrant yourself, Paymon, you said that this is what outrages you.
01:57:22.000 Our taxpayer dollars are now being weaponized against us to fund this invasion.
01:57:26.000 Illegal aliens are now getting free services paid for by the U.S.
01:57:30.000 taxpayers.
01:57:31.000 And now the quality of life, the cost of life has increased substantially because of this.
01:57:36.000 So what is your message to people going into the 2024 presidential election?
01:57:41.000 Well, the Democrat Party needs to be renamed what it really is.
01:57:43.000 It is a Communist Party.
01:57:55.000 So the labels don't matter.
01:57:56.000 Back in Soviet Union, you know, they didn't call themselves the Soviet Communists.
01:58:00.000 They call themselves Bolsheviks.
01:58:02.000 So the Democratic Party is completely taken over, hijacked by Communists.
01:58:06.000 Then you got the rhinos of the Republican Party.
01:58:09.000 Then you got us, the Trump America First people.
01:58:18.000 So, the message is that Trump is clearly the man of choice of the American people if they don't do widespread election cheating again, even a worse way than last time.
01:58:32.000 And the good news is we can help this process.
01:58:36.000 We can individually stop FUNK and Pay Income Tax and help the IRS implode lower.
01:58:43.000 One of the things they keep doing in the media, which is a big problem, is they keep painting the IRS as this powerful entity.
01:58:51.000 And one of the things I want American people to know, folks, they are not powerful.
01:58:56.000 It's all propaganda and lies again.
01:58:58.000 For example, the 87,000 IRS agents you keep hearing about, that is a lie.
01:59:04.000 IRS has only about 80,000 agents, and by 2008, IRS says over 50,000 of 80,000 will be gone, mostly by retirement.
01:59:17.000 So Congress allowed the Irish to hire 8,700 new employees every year for 10 years to make up for that.
01:59:28.000 And most of these employees are not gun-carrying agents like Joe Bannister was.
01:59:34.000 Vast numbers of them are simply clerks who take your paper returns and type them up on the Irish's antiquated 1960s computers.
01:59:45.000 So if people take the time, go to our website and see for themselves, IRS is over 99% bluff and is literally imploding like the communist Soviet Union.
01:59:59.000 We could have this beast destroyed.
02:00:02.000 We can have the deep state destroyed a lot sooner, even before Trump gets into office.
02:00:09.000 What about you, Joe?
02:00:10.000 What do you think?
02:00:13.000 Well, not to brag, but I mean, in 2016, 2015, I was an early, early supporter of Mr. Trump.
02:00:22.000 And I told all my friends, everyone I could, this is the guy that isn't controlled by the typical strings that every other president has been controlled by.
02:00:33.000 And eventually my friend saw, well, Joe was on the right track here.
02:00:38.000 I actually wrote a letter to Don Jr.
02:00:42.000 in 2015-2016 and it was returned.
02:00:45.000 Not that you might expect him to ever get it.
02:00:47.000 I think there was even some mail issues with, you know, chemicals being mailed and all kinds of dirty tricks that were happening.
02:00:55.000 But I was trying to get a message to them about this topic and how ripe it is for investigating by the government as to what the truth is about the federal income tax system.
02:01:07.000 So Mr. Trump, President Trump is certainly my man.
02:01:11.000 He was in 2016 and 2020.
02:01:14.000 And I think he's clearly, clearly a candidate that cares about our country.
02:01:20.000 And our country needs, it's on life support.
02:01:24.000 It needs a doctor, a trauma surgeon, and Donald Trump is the only trauma surgeon running.
02:01:33.000 Absolutely.
02:01:35.000 And I think that we are on life support right now, and that's a perfect way to frame it.
02:01:39.000 And that's exactly how I talk about it when I talk about our country.
02:01:44.000 It's our last chance to get things right, right?
02:01:46.000 Or else you might as well just pull the plug.
02:01:49.000 Because Donald Trump is our last hope.
02:01:51.000 He's our last hope or else this country is really quite quite scary to think it is going to hell.
02:01:58.000 But luckily there's people like you out there that are that are working hard to try to empower Americans and embolden them with the skills that they need and the knowledge that they need so that they don't fund this weaponized government with their taxpayer dollars.
02:02:12.000 All these attacks on President Trump
02:02:15.000 All these witch hunts, all of the jailings of the January 6th political prisoners, the invasion, okay, all the money to Ukraine, that is all being facilitated with our U.S.
02:02:24.000 taxpayer dollars.
02:02:25.000 And so if you do not want to participate in the persecution of Donald Trump, in the persecution of the January 6th political prisoners, in funding foreign wars, in funding child mutilation, and all of these other things that our taxpayer dollars are unfortunately going towards,
02:02:42.000 Then you need to visit FreedomLawSchool.org today.
02:02:45.000 FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
02:02:48.000 Say that Laura Loomer sent you.
02:02:50.000 Tell them that you heard about it on this interview and you can learn the skills.
02:02:54.000 It's 100% legitimate.
02:02:55.000 He showed you.
02:02:56.000 They teach you things from the actual IRS tax code book itself so that, you know, these these tools that they're going to give you come directly from the IRS.
02:03:06.000 And so it's not some conspiracy theory.
02:03:08.000 It's not some
02:03:09.000 You know, weird, you know, sovereign citizen type, you know, manual.
02:03:13.000 No, it is, it is actually coming straight.
02:03:16.000 And I know you're laughing, right?
02:03:17.000 Cause some people will say, Oh, this sounds like sovereign citizen type stuff, you know, which is quite controversial.
02:03:22.000 I mean, there's some people that are into it and I'm not knocking the sovereign citizen lifestyle, but this is not like some, some sovereign citizen manual.
02:03:31.000 This is, this is coming straight from the IRS tax code book, correct?
02:03:36.000 All comes from U.S.
02:03:37.000 government's official legal website.
02:03:39.000 Yes.
02:03:39.000 Number one, the laws are written by the Congress and published on U.S.
02:03:45.000 House of Representatives website.
02:03:47.000 U.S.
02:03:47.000 Treasury regulations interpretations of the tax laws.
02:03:51.000 Number three, the IRS.
02:03:52.000 And number four, the U.S.
02:03:53.000 How can anybody doubt those sources?
02:03:53.000 Supreme Court.
02:03:56.000 Right.
02:03:57.000 Well, with that, is there anything else that you're working on that you would like to promote aside from your film, Slave Nation, which everybody got to watch here tonight?
02:04:05.000 If you're just joining us, please be sure that you repost this link because we are live right now and you can also go back and watch the rerun and watch the entire full movie of Slave Nation.
02:04:15.000 But aside from that, Joe and Paymon, anything else that you want to let the viewers know before we go?
02:04:23.000 Well, Joe and I will be speaking in Salt Lake City on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of April in Salt Lake City.
02:04:32.000 And so that's a place they can meet us.
02:04:35.000 It's a free event.
02:04:36.000 It's a Restore Freedom event.
02:04:38.000 So we invite everybody to come on down, meet Joe and I in person.
02:04:42.000 You know, we'd love to get together with you and meet other Patriots.
02:04:45.000 We're going to take America back.
02:04:46.000 We will do more of these events across America, but Salt Lake,
02:04:50.000 11th, 12th, and 13th in Utah of April will be the next one coming up.
02:04:55.000 Drew, anything you would like to add?
02:04:59.000 I do have a book.
02:05:02.000 I wrote a report when I resigned from the IRS.
02:05:05.000 And then 20 years later, after I had plenty of experiences with how that turned out, I updated the book.
02:05:12.000 So it's called Investigating the Federal Income Tax Report to the American People.
02:05:17.000 And you can go to agentfortruth.com, lots of free information there, or you can check out my book.
02:05:24.000 That's the book right there that Joe wrote, yes.
02:05:28.000 Wonderful.
02:05:29.000 Well, people love it.
02:05:30.000 I'm looking at the chat.
02:05:31.000 This book took America by storm back then.
02:05:34.000 I'm reading the chat right now, and everybody in the chat is really
02:05:39.000 I'm happy about this film tonight, and they have so many questions.
02:05:43.000 And unfortunately, you know, we can't be here all night to answer everybody's questions.
02:05:47.000 And so people said, oh, I had no clue about this.
02:05:50.000 It's worth looking into.
02:05:51.000 I believe the government will come after us.
02:05:53.000 This government needs to go after those who took out loans.
02:05:57.000 There's a lot of people that had no idea that they could do this.
02:06:00.000 And so again, for those watching, right, we can't answer every question tonight.
02:06:04.000 So I encourage you all to visit freedomlawschool.org.
02:06:08.000 FreedomLawSchool.org slash Loomer.
02:06:10.000 Let them know that Laura Loomer sent you.
02:06:12.000 Check it out because you don't want to be robbed anymore.
02:06:16.000 Doesn't everybody want to have more of their own money?
02:06:18.000 Everybody wants to have more of their own money.
02:06:21.000 You know, people don't want to be robbed anymore, especially now that we see how we're living in an age of weaponized government.
02:06:27.000 People always used to say, oh, I hate paying taxes, but now it really is a matter of life or death.
02:06:32.000 They are literally trying to steal our elections and jail our chosen candidate for president with our taxpayer dollars.
02:06:38.000 They're allowing for this invasion to take place and people are literally dying now.
02:06:42.000 People are dying because our taxpayer dollars are being used to fund this criminal enterprise in our country.
02:06:48.000 Thank you both so much.
02:06:50.000 Where do people follow you aside from FreedomLawSchool.org?
02:06:52.000 Where do people follow you on social media?
02:06:54.000 Paymon and Joe.
02:06:57.000 Freedom Law School is on X. We're also on Rumble, on YouTube, Facebook, you know, Bitchute.
02:07:06.000 We're there, people to check us out.
02:07:09.000 And of course, we encourage people to call us.
02:07:12.000 We have educators ready and willing to answer people's questions because people do not know these things.
02:07:19.000 And everybody for the first time to hear this is just like a shock, like, whoa, this is unbelievable.
02:07:24.000 It happened for me back in 1992.
02:07:27.000 So it happened to Joe when he heard about this stuff on talk radio.
02:07:30.000 So your experience of being shocked and surprised is normal.
02:07:35.000 You having doubts is normal.
02:07:38.000 All I want to implore you is remember folks that people suffer for lack of knowledge and the solution is to seek the truth and the truth shall set you free.
02:07:51.000 Absolutely.
02:07:53.000 Well, the Twitter X is at josephbanister.com, and it's the Banisters with one N in their name, josephbanister.com or agentfortruth.com.
02:08:06.000 Wonderful.
02:08:07.000 Well, thank you so much to both of you.
02:08:09.000 Great film.
02:08:10.000 And I look forward to sharing the film even more and having you both on Loomer Unleashed again in the near future.
02:08:16.000 So thank you so much for coming on tonight.
02:08:18.000 Thank you, Laura.
02:08:19.000 Thank you for having us.
02:08:20.000 Thank you.
02:08:24.000 Well, I hope that all of you enjoyed that film, Slave Nation, tonight.
02:08:28.000 And again, if you tuned in late, you can go back and watch the rerun.
02:08:31.000 It's a very informative film.
02:08:33.000 And I encourage all of you, really, I encourage all of you to check out FreedomLawSchool.org.
02:08:38.000 Aside from the breaking news tonight about President Trump winning the GOP primaries in Connecticut, Delaware, New York, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin, there has been a terrible earthquake in Taiwan.
02:08:50.000 And buildings have fallen and now there's reports about a possible tsunami as well.
02:08:55.000 So keep the people of Taiwan in your thoughts and prayers.
02:08:58.000 There are many United States citizens, many members of the U.S.
02:09:02.000 military who live there as well and their families.
02:09:05.000 I follow some of these people online and they're showing videos, really terrifying videos of them inside their homes while they were shaking.
02:09:13.000 Please keep these people in your thoughts and prayers tonight.
02:09:17.000 Additionally, tomorrow I will be going to Mar-a-Lago where I will be attending Carrie Lake's fundraiser with Roger Stone and Roseanne Barr and so I'll be sure to let all of you know how that goes because we need to get Carrie Lake elected to the United States Senate.
02:09:30.000 And I just spoke with Carrie Lake and Carrie has told me that she will be coming on Lumer Unleashed.
02:09:34.000 We're just trying to set a date.
02:09:36.000 So also to Roseanne Barr and her son contacted me.
02:09:41.000 They will also be coming on Lumer Unleashed and we will be getting
02:09:45.000 We will be getting Roger Stone back on the show as well.
02:09:48.000 And so stay tuned for all of those updates.
02:09:50.000 Also be sure that you're following me on X and True Social at Laura Loomer so that you never miss any of my updates.
02:09:56.000 The Lauren Mershon, Judge Mershon expose is really blowing up all over Twitter.
02:10:02.000 You can see my pinned tweet, scroll down a bit, has 8.9 million views.
02:10:08.000 8.9 million views, you guys.
02:10:10.000 That's thanks to all of you.
02:10:11.000 And this morning, uh, I, you know, I've been on the phone with reporters all day.
02:10:15.000 One of the reasons why I'm always so tired too these days, not to complain, right?
02:10:19.000 Because I really enjoy what I do.
02:10:22.000 But I get these phone calls from these reporters and like,
02:10:26.000 I don't know.
02:10:35.000 They seem to think that I'm, you know, working for President Trump.
02:10:39.000 That's the newest conspiracy theory in the media.
02:10:41.000 I don't work for President Trump, but I'm more than happy to speak to these people.
02:10:46.000 So they fly these
02:10:48.000 Thank you.
02:11:11.000 You know, dealing with all the fake news media and doing all the research that I've been doing.
02:11:15.000 It's a lot of research.
02:11:16.000 It's a lot of research.
02:11:17.000 And so I posted more investigations today.
02:11:21.000 And I believe that we have this.
02:11:22.000 This is the last thing we'll show before we go tonight.
02:11:25.000 We have a copy, I believe, of the motion requesting recusal.
02:11:32.000 So I tweeted it earlier.
02:11:33.000 Let's see.
02:11:34.000 Scroll down.
02:11:36.000 Right there.
02:11:37.000 So, exit out of that just so we can read the tweet.
02:11:39.000 So, uh, President Trump and his lawyers have just filed a pre-motion letter requesting that Judge Juan Marchand recuse himself.
02:11:45.000 The letter cites my exclusive report, which exposed the fact that Judge Marchand's daughter, Lauren Marchand's ex-account, LaurenM426, had a profile pic of Donald Trump behind jail bars.
02:11:55.000 So,
02:11:56.000 You see that letter there.
02:11:57.000 Dear Justice Marchand, we respectfully submit this pre-motion letter seeking leave to file a motion of further accusal pursuant to Judiciary Law 14 and Canons 2 and 3 based on changed circumstances and newly discovered evidence.
02:12:09.000 And then you read the letter, scroll down some more, you can see all of that.
02:12:13.000 Compounding these issues, the court imposed a gag order on President Trump that restricts his ability to engage in protected campaign speech, and the court is considering expanding that prior restraint.
02:12:22.000 In addition, the court appears to have made extrajudicial comments about the case while failing to rule on a pending defense request to file a motion for adjournment based on prejudicial pretrial publicity.
02:12:34.000 Okay?
02:12:35.000 Last week, the court used the Office of Court Administration to issue a statement relating to an ex-account
02:12:41.000 So you see right there, I broke the story about the ex-account, her Twitter account, and they mention that now.
02:12:45.000 That's, you know, from President Trump's, you know, President Trump's
02:13:11.000 Own legal team.
02:13:13.000 So it's pretty, uh, pretty big story.
02:13:18.000 It's all over the news all over the news.
02:13:20.000 Be sure that you shared if you haven't.
02:13:22.000 Oh, Mitchell, DM 27 said.
02:13:25.000 Get to feeling better, sent $100.
02:13:27.000 Thank you so much for the $100 super chat.
02:13:29.000 I really appreciate it.
02:13:30.000 Yeah, I'll be fine, you guys.
02:13:31.000 Look, I'm just, you know, when you go a million miles per hour, there's only so far adrenaline can take you.
02:13:36.000 So I've just been going a million miles per hour.
02:13:39.000 I'm fine.
02:13:40.000 You know, I'm going to be okay.
02:13:41.000 I just, I had neurovirus and while I was in bed with neurovirus, I was investigating people and then, you know, I had to break this Mershawn story, but.
02:13:52.000 It's it's only gonna.
02:13:53.000 It's only going to intensify as we get closer to 2024, right?
02:13:57.000 So.
02:14:00.000 Just gotta just gotta keep on going.
02:14:02.000 Even if you are tired, right?
02:14:04.000 We all are going to be tired.
02:14:05.000 Everyone's gonna be tired at times, but you just gotta keep on going so.
02:14:10.000 So anyway, I appreciate everybody's support.
02:14:12.000 Thank you so much.
02:14:13.000 We will see what happens with President Trump's case, but for all news related to President Trump's trial, please be sure that you're following me.
02:14:20.000 If the trial is still going to be taking place on April 15th, I will be traveling to New York City to travel.
02:14:26.000 And do live coverage of the trial.
02:14:29.000 So be sure that you are following me and all of my reports.
02:14:33.000 And as I said before, tomorrow I'm at Mar-a-Lago for Carrie Lake's fundraiser.
02:14:36.000 And then Thursday, another episode of Loomer Unleashed will resume.
02:14:40.000 Oh!
02:14:41.000 Boricua21, Loomer for Chief of Staff for Trump.
02:14:43.000 She will cut through all the BS and tell him what's really important for we the people, we love you.
02:14:48.000 Thank you so much.
02:14:49.000 I really appreciate your support.
02:14:51.000 Again, be sure that you're all following me on X and True Social.
02:14:54.000 Wow!
02:14:55.000 Gio2012, I know they're all keeping me up with Super Chats.
02:14:58.000 Thank you.
02:14:59.000 Thank you for everything.
02:15:00.000 $300 Super Chat.
02:15:02.000 Wow, that is very generous of you.
02:15:04.000 Thank you so much.
02:15:06.000 That is so kind of you.
02:15:07.000 That is really amazing, you guys.
02:15:09.000 Thank you so much for all of your support.
02:15:12.000 I really appreciate that.
02:15:13.000 It's very nice.
02:15:15.000 Thank you.
02:15:17.000 Uh, let's see.
02:15:18.000 Say my name.
02:15:19.000 Susie said you're on fire.
02:15:20.000 Very important work.
02:15:22.000 Yep.
02:15:23.000 Gotta do a lot of work.
02:15:25.000 A lot of work, you guys, but
02:15:27.000 It's worth it.
02:15:28.000 We have to get Donald Trump back into the White House.
02:15:30.000 And as you see, if it wasn't for my reporting, nobody would be talking about this.
02:15:34.000 The mainstream media has now been forced to talk about it begrudgingly.
02:15:37.000 They don't even want to say my name, right?
02:15:39.000 They were on Fox News today.
02:15:41.000 And it's not about me, obviously.
02:15:42.000 I mean, it would be nice to get the recognition that I do deserve because, look, I'm staying up so late and I'm really just not even sleeping and just
02:15:52.000 My staff are always like, what do you want to eat?
02:15:54.000 You have to eat.
02:15:54.000 You have to eat.
02:15:55.000 You have to go get some rest.
02:15:56.000 Go to sleep.
02:15:56.000 Turn your phone off or else we're going to take away your phone.
02:16:00.000 But look.
02:16:02.000 The media doesn't want to report this.
02:16:03.000 How is it that I'm able to figure all this out on my iPhone and, you know, my laptop and my iPad, and these other people can't?
02:16:11.000 Like, what the hell are they getting paid all this money for?
02:16:13.000 And I'm not complaining about money, but honestly, I don't get paid for this, okay?
02:16:17.000 I don't.
02:16:17.000 I do my show, and I have sponsorships, and when you guys purchase the products or you guys support my work, that supports me.
02:16:24.000 But I don't get paid, right?
02:16:27.000 Paid, I say, in the sense of, like, from a mainstream media network.
02:16:30.000 It's not like every single time that I break a story, it's like, wow, Laura's getting, like, a check for, you know, this much money because she just broke this massive story.
02:16:39.000 Wow, Laura just got a video that got, you know, 10 million views.
02:16:43.000 If that was on YouTube or so, I'd be getting a $20,000 check in ad revenue.
02:16:47.000 Do you know what I'm saying?
02:16:48.000 But because I've been demonetized, I don't get that.
02:16:50.000 So, my point is, is I'm not doing this for money.
02:16:53.000 I'm doing this because it's the right thing to do.
02:16:56.000 But you have to become a little resentful after a point in time, not because of the money, but because of the people that are getting the budget and the money to do this are not doing their jobs.
02:17:05.000 Like, where is the media?
02:17:07.000 How come, and I'm not trying to disparage myself because I'm very good at what I do, but how come an investigative journalist, an independent journalist that doesn't even have a mainstream media network show?
02:17:18.000 I have my show on Rumble, which is great, but you know, I don't have a show on Fox or MSNBC or CNN.
02:17:24.000 Why is it that somebody like me who crowdfunds my expenses on Give, Send, Go and has sponsors on Rumble and Super Chats has to break stories that are directly impacting our election?
02:17:36.000 It just goes to show you that independent journalism that you're supporting and you're watching has now taken over the mainstream media.
02:17:43.000 And so, I'm not complaining about it.
02:17:46.000 I just think it's really interesting that these people get so much money
02:17:50.000 And they have so much of a budget every single year, and what are they doing with it?
02:17:54.000 What are they doing?
02:17:55.000 They're not doing anything.
02:17:56.000 They're not, they're not doing anything.
02:17:57.000 They're not even paid to report.
02:17:59.000 They don't even care.
02:18:00.000 So, that's why I appreciate all of you who support me and my work, because I don't do this for the money, but obviously, you know, I have to pay the bills, I have to pay my staff.
02:18:08.000 And it's expensive when we travel.
02:18:10.000 We're still trying to raise the funds that we need for the documentary as well.
02:18:14.000 GibsonGo.com slash TheGreatReplacement.
02:18:16.000 I've raised about $40,000 of the $100,000 that I need in order to do this documentary.
02:18:22.000 And so I have amazing footage showing the NGOs that are facilitating this invasion and I would really like to raise the rest of the money so that I could do this documentary because I do believe that it is going to
02:18:34.000 I don't
02:19:05.000 Yeah, if I was a Trump hater with my skills, I'd have, you know, the top, top show on primetime television, right?
02:19:11.000 But I'm not going to go after Trump because I'm loyal and I support President Trump.
02:19:15.000 And we got to get him back into the White House.
02:19:16.000 So with that, please be sure that you are following me on Rumble as well, because a lot of you just watch, but you're not following.
02:19:24.000 So you need to make sure that you're following by clicking the follow button on Rumble.
02:19:28.000 And then also, if you want to support my work by subscribing, if you're not already subscribed to me on X, you can subscribe

02:19:53.000 With that, next episode of Loomer Unleashed will be this Thursday.
02:19:57.000 Thank you so much for tuning in.
02:19:58.000 I hope you enjoyed tonight's episode and I will see you next time.
02:20:01.000 Thanks for watching.
02:20:03.000 There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
02:20:12.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
02:20:18.000 Chained herself to square?
02:20:19.000 Is she chained?
02:20:44.000 We're good.
