00:14:37.000 She even posted this quote, quote, pleading the fifth won't save Trump's family members in Judge Engeron's courtroom.

00:14:45.000 Wow, this is just honestly so shocking and unbelievable.

00:14:49.000 It's like, are you kidding me?

00:14:50.000 That is her husband's courtroom that she is talking about.

00:14:53.000 How is this not a massive conflict of interest?

00:14:57.000 And it should be on the front page of every single media outlet in the country and really the entire world given the gravity of this situation and what this court case means.

00:16:24.000 I showed you on the last episode of Lumor Unleashed, episode 7, when I literally called him live on the set of my show here, and I showed you that the number registered to the Wheatley School Alumni Association newsletter is literally the same number that is on legal documents that has Letitia James' letterhead as the New York Attorney General and Arthur Engeron's name listed within those documents as they pertain

00:16:51.000 That alone is a massive ethics violation, as judges are prohibited, as is outlined in the New York State Court System Code of Ethics for Judges and Officers of the Court, from engaging in behaviors in their personal lives that would create an image of them being incapable of being impartial.

00:17:22.000 We've got the receipts, and on January 22nd of 2023, that's the date that he posted in this newsletter about being a free speech absolutist, only to then go on and impose a ridiculous gag order on President Trump and his family members and his legal team less than nine months later.

00:17:49.000 When Judge Engeron served as a law secretary under Justice Martin Schoenfeld in New York, he completely compromised a case by secretly dating the plaintiff's lawyer.

00:17:59.000 This affair actually forced Justin Schoenfeld to recuse himself from that case that he was supposed to be overseeing.

00:18:05.000 Arthur Engeron completely compromised the ethics of this case.

00:18:09.000 This instance was so serious that the Defendant's Council recommended that the New York Supreme Court actually conduct a criminal investigation into the matter, and specifically into Arthur Angaran himself.

00:18:24.000 To make a long story short, this judge, Arthur Engron, has a repeated and long documented history of misconduct throughout his unfortunately long legal career in New York City.

00:18:34.000 So, just to be clear, the 45th and soon to be 47th President of the United States of America,
