00:00:00.000 So I told Rebel about it and they weren't too happy and they said no we don't want that and they told me that they didn't want me.
00:00:06.000 Doing things like that that were going to be antagonistic, right?
00:00:10.000 And so I just decided that I wasn't really happy working for Rebel Media anymore.
00:00:14.000 And I said, okay, I'm going to go confront Hillary.
00:00:16.000 And if they fire me, they fire me.
00:00:18.000 Right?
00:00:18.000 They fire me, they fire me.
00:00:20.000 And I just decided that day when I released the video, it blew up so much.
00:00:24.000 I was on Fox and then Infowars liked it.
00:00:26.000 And Infowars offered me a correspondent job.
00:00:29.000 And so they were going to pay me to start doing more videos like this, right?
00:00:33.000 Yeah.
00:00:33.000 Not full time, but they wanted to send me $5,000 for my video.
00:00:37.000 So I thought, great, right?
00:00:39.000 I'm going to make some money and I could just go do this and make money.
00:00:42.000 Yeah, that's five grand per hit.
00:00:44.000 That covers your trip plus everything.
00:00:45.000 Exactly.
00:00:46.000 And so then I just resigned.
00:00:48.000 I just resigned from Rebel.
00:00:50.000 Okay.
00:00:50.000 And then where did it go from there?
00:00:52.000 So, basically, I started doing all my little Loomer videos.
00:00:57.000 And I started traveling the country and investigating things.
00:01:00.000 And on my PayPal, I set it up so that people could support my work and they could donate to me.
00:01:05.000 And I just started traveling all over.
00:01:07.000 I was in Minnesota.
00:01:08.000 I was in Las Vegas.
00:01:10.000 First, I went to Las Vegas to expose the Las Vegas terrorist attack.
00:01:14.000 And I was on the ground breaking stories.
00:01:16.000 And there's an entire chapter in my book called What Happened in Vegas.
00:01:19.000 And, you know, I really cracked the case open.
00:01:20.000 Yeah, I want to get into that next.
00:01:22.000 Yeah.
00:01:22.000 So the Vegas thing is what you got into right after the Hillary book signing.
00:01:26.000 That was like the next big loomer thing that you did?
00:01:29.000 Yeah, because the Hillary book signing was, I believe, September?
00:01:34.000 Because the book came out September 12th?
00:01:38.000 It was supposed to come out September 12th.
00:01:40.000 And that was the anniversary of Benghazi.
00:01:42.000 And so everybody was like, wow, how crazy is she for releasing her book date on the anniversary of Benghazi?
00:01:48.000 Wow, that's sick.
00:01:50.000 Yeah, it is sick, isn't it?
00:01:52.000 Really sick.
00:01:52.000 But I mean, what else would you expect from the Clintons at this point?
00:01:55.000 Right.
00:01:56.000 And then, of course, the October 1 Las Vegas shooting happened, October 1.
00:02:00.000 And then I spent a lot of time in Vegas investigating that.
00:02:04.000 So as soon as the Las Vegas shooting happened, I flew out to Vegas.
00:02:07.000 So walk me through, like, you weren't in Vegas when the shooting happened, right?
00:02:11.000 No, I was in New York.
00:02:12.000 So when things like that happen, like, say, like, just, like, it broke.
00:02:16.000 Where were you?
00:02:17.000 What were you doing?
00:02:17.000 Did you, like...
00:02:18.000 You got a call and we're like, okay, Vegas shooting went down.
00:02:20.000 I just need to be on a flight.
00:02:21.000 I don't know what I'm doing.
00:02:22.000 I'm just going to head there and just try to break stories because it's such a massive story.
00:02:26.000 Or how did that, like, how did it play out?
00:02:27.000 Yeah, so the Vegas shooting happened and I thought to myself, oh my God, this was ISIS, right?
00:02:31.000 This looks like a Bataclan attack.
00:02:32.000 And I thought this was ISIS. And I'd always known that months prior, ISIS was threatening to attack Las Vegas.
00:02:39.000 And this was the very beginning of the Trump administration.
00:02:41.000 And so it took a little while, right, for Trump to get ISIS under control.
00:02:44.000 And then there was a report from Israeli intelligence that came out on Twitter, right?
00:02:48.000 And it was sent to me, and I had it translated.
00:02:51.000 And they had received notice that ISIS was actually celebrating this attack as being done by one of their own.
00:02:59.000 And then immediately the FBI said, no, no, no, no, no, it's not ISIS. Well, how would you know if you hadn't done an investigation, right?
00:03:04.000 Bodies were still on the ground.
00:03:05.000 And ISIS doesn't take responsibility for attacks that they're not responsible for.
00:03:09.000 So run me through, can you tell us this story in a timeline manner?
00:03:13.000 So like, the attack happened on what date, and then when were you...
00:03:17.000 October 1, 2017 is when the attack happened.
00:03:21.000 And then...
00:03:21.000 When did you get the report?
00:03:22.000 Well, I was up all night.
00:03:23.000 The report came out that night.
00:03:24.000 Oh, that same night.
00:03:25.000 Okay, so same night.
00:03:26.000 Yeah, ISIS was bragging about it.
00:03:27.000 So hours after the attack, they were putting out on their official airwaves that they were responsible for the attack.
00:03:33.000 And then the FBI tried to say that it wasn't...
00:03:35.000 Yeah, while there were still bodies on the ground and they were saying, no, no, no, it wasn't ISIS, it wasn't ISIS. How do you know if you haven't done an investigation yet?
00:03:43.000 And it's because, you know, as my investigation showed, Steven Paddock, who they said was the shooter, right, he was like a double agent with the FBI, and ISIS said that he was one of their own.
00:03:53.000 And so I think it was a double agent situation gone wrong, where it was a gun-running operation, kind of like a Fast and Furious-style operation, right, where the FBI was trying to intercept guns with the cartels.
00:04:04.000 But in this case, instead of the cartels, it was ISIS terrorists who came in through the Mexican border.
00:04:09.000 What happened with those emails that they leaked on WikiLeaks last week that said that the Saudi prince was in the penthouse and that was supposed to be like a distraction because they were supposed to assassinate him and the shooting was just a cover so that they could assassinate the prince.
00:04:25.000 Did that not happen?
00:04:26.000 Was that...
00:04:27.000 Well, there was a lot of speculation about that, right?
00:04:31.000 Because they said that the Saudi owned the top level of that Mandalay Bay Hotel.
00:04:35.000 And there was speculation about whether or not it was some type of assassination plot.
00:04:40.000 Okay, okay.
00:04:41.000 But at the same time, right, you had ISIS terrorists that came out and they took responsibility for it.
00:04:46.000 At what point did you go, okay, I'm going to book my flight to Vegas.
00:04:49.000 I need to go report on this.
00:04:50.000 So I started, I had a really large Twitter following at the time, and this was prior to me being banned.
00:04:55.000 And I was getting tips from people who worked at Mandalay Bay, who had followed me for years on Twitter.
00:05:00.000 And they said, oh my god, it's really weird.
00:05:02.000 The FBI were already checked in here days before the shooting happened.
00:05:05.000 There were FBI agents all over.
00:05:07.000 And there was someone that worked in valet there that gave me the valet receipts, right, for Steven Paddock, and that showed that his girlfriend at the time, a woman by the name of Mary Lou Danley, was the last person to park their car in valet or to turn it in.
00:05:20.000 And the feds had said that she was out of the country at the time of the shooting, even though her ID was found in the room.
00:05:26.000 Life or companion was not in the United States at the time.
00:05:30.000 Has she returned to the United States?
00:05:33.000 Do we know anything about any contact that authorities may have had with her?
00:05:37.000 There's this whole cover-up, yeah.
00:05:39.000 So at what point did you get on a flight?
00:05:42.000 Three days after.
00:05:43.000 Three days after?
00:05:44.000 Yeah.
00:05:44.000 So by the time you had got to Vegas, what was the story that the FBI was trying to convince the world that happened?
00:05:50.000 So they were trying to convince people that Steven Paddock was just like a lone wolf, a 63-year-old man that carried out that shooting by himself.
00:05:59.000 They said that they didn't know how he got those guns up there, right?
00:06:03.000 And they were just saying that it was not ISIS, even though ISIS kept on taking responsibility multiple times.
00:06:11.000 They wouldn't release any of the security footage or show us any of the security footage.
00:06:15.000 They wouldn't tell us the motive.
00:06:16.000 And then, when I realized it was a cover-up, I had receipts from the check-in that showed that Steven Paddock had checked in on the 25th of September.
00:06:24.000 Which was five days before the shooting?
00:06:26.000 Yeah.
00:06:26.000 They said that he checked in on the 28th, the FBI. When the receipts actually showed, he checked in on the 25th.
00:06:32.000 And this is of October, correct?
00:06:34.000 Yes.
00:06:34.000 No, September.
00:06:36.000 It was September because the shooting was October 1st.
00:06:38.000 Okay, okay.
00:06:40.000 I just wanted to make sure if there were 31 days in the month.
00:06:42.000 So I caught them lying and I brought the receipts to their press conference and I said, why are you lying about the timeline?
00:06:47.000 You know that he checked in on the 25th, so why are you saying he checked in on the 28th?
00:06:51.000 In your book it sounded like they were holding a real press conference.
00:06:55.000 Yeah, they were holding an actual press conference.
00:06:57.000 And you were like Laura Loomer shouting over them and they're like, this isn't how we do business or something?
00:07:02.000 Tell me that whole story.
00:07:03.000 I have it on video.
00:07:05.000 So tell me, you got to this press conference.
00:07:07.000 Walk this through.
00:07:08.000 So I got to the press conference at the LVMPD headquarters, okay?
00:07:11.000 And you had the FBI there as well, and they were taking questions.
00:07:15.000 And he said, yes, Mr.
00:07:16.000 Paddock checked in on September 28th, and, you know, we don't know what the motive is.
00:07:21.000 He was alone in the room.
00:07:22.000 And I said, I brought the receipts with me.
00:07:24.000 And during the Q&A, after he got done answering another reporter's question, he wasn't going to call on me, right?
00:07:30.000 Because I think he knew who I was because I had been tweeting about him nonstop about how this didn't seem right.
00:07:35.000 Okay, I don't want to get in...
00:07:37.000 I appreciate what you're saying, Ken.
00:07:40.000 Ma'am, ma'am, that's not how we conduct this service, okay?
00:07:44.000 If I'm presented with a question...
00:07:47.000 That's not how I conduct press conferences, ma'am.
00:07:53.000 Please stop asking your question.
00:07:56.000 There's a decorum that we have here, and I won't finish Mr.
00:07:59.000 Ritter's question.
00:08:00.000 And I just said, yeah, I have receipts from, you know, Mandalay Bay that show that Paddock checked in on the 25th.
00:08:06.000 Why are you lying about the timeline and when are you going to correct it?
00:08:08.000 And you would have thought that I shot someone in that room because the FBI officer looked at me and then looked at the other people that tried to escort me out.
00:08:16.000 And then there was this whole media campaign to make it seem like I was some kind of crazy, kooky conspiracy theorist, right?
00:08:22.000 And then days later, he had to come out and change the timeline and say that he checked in on the 25th, not the 28th.
00:08:27.000 So what happened in that two-day window?
00:08:30.000 From like, when the press comes, did they escort you out of there?
00:08:33.000 Yeah, I was banned from attending all future LVMPD press conferences.
00:08:37.000 All what?
00:08:37.000 Say that one more time?
00:08:38.000 Las Vegas Police Department?
00:08:39.000 All future LVMPD, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
00:08:42.000 And they can do that.
00:08:43.000 How can they ban a journalist?
00:08:45.000 They can't, but that's what was so crazy about this, right?
00:08:48.000 They banned me and I was the one that was breaking all the stories about it.
00:08:51.000 So these are the stories that I think more people need to hear about.
00:08:55.000 When journalists are breaking stories, if we don't have laws that prevent police departments from doing things like that, We need to start putting in laws that prevent them from doing things like that.
00:09:05.000 So as this all comes crashing down, if we have the opportunity to rebuild it back, we need to really focus on stories like this because this is how the corruptions have been able to get away with the corruption for so long.
00:09:17.000 Yeah.
00:09:17.000 And it's overwhelming.
00:09:18.000 Obviously, I think anybody that's watching this is going to believe your story and know that there's more to this story of the Vegas shootings.
00:09:23.000 Well, and they wouldn't even release the footage, right?
00:09:26.000 They wouldn't even release the security footage.
00:09:28.000 The media, the mainstream media, had to sue in order to get this footage.
00:09:32.000 And even then, they still don't have it all.
00:09:34.000 They tried sealing all of the documents and their reports, and they wouldn't release their official report to the public.
00:09:39.000 Biggest cover-up in U.S. history.
00:09:41.000 How many people lost their lives that day?
00:09:43.000 A lot.
00:09:44.000 Worst mass shooting in US history, so it was about 58 people, but hundreds more were injured.
00:09:49.000 There were people that had, you know, post-traumatic stress disorder, they fell, they got trampled, some of them were shot, and then, you know, now they have lifelong injuries, but hundreds of people were injured, and you had about 58 people that lost their lives.
00:10:03.000 So, tell us the story of what they said happened.
00:10:07.000 There was supposed to be one shooter from a window, so he shot out a window.
00:10:12.000 What story was he at?
00:10:14.000 He was on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay building.
00:10:17.000 He was on the 32nd floor opening fire down into a massive crowd of people, correct?
00:10:22.000 That's what they said.
00:10:23.000 This is the Las Vegas Shooter's Suite.
00:10:25.000 It's called the Vista Suite, and it's a spacious 1,700 square feet with a wraparound view overlooking the Vegas Strip.
00:10:34.000 Somehow, Steven Paddock sneaked in 23 guns in 10 pieces of luggage without housekeeping ever raising a red flag.
00:10:43.000 We're also learning more about how the massacre was staged.
00:10:47.000 This illustration shows how Paddock opened fire into the crowd at the 15-acre concert site below, using a two-legged bipod and a gun platform.
00:10:57.000 The killer used a device like this that turns his semi-automatic weapon into a rapid-fire killing machine, as seen in this YouTube video.
00:11:07.000 Did any of the autopsy reports corroborate the angle of this gun?
00:11:13.000 Because I've heard stories that people didn't see any gun flashes coming from this magic window.
00:11:18.000 So that's another thing that happened.
00:11:19.000 I broke the story too about how they weren't doing full autopsies on all of the victims.
00:11:24.000 Because they just assumed that they were all homicide victims and why wouldn't they do full autopsies?
00:11:29.000 Because then they would see multiple bullet casings which would indicate multiple shooters.
00:11:33.000 And everybody knew that there were multiple shooters, but the media and the LVMPD and FPI said there was only one shooter.
00:11:39.000 So there's possibly still another Vegas shooter that has not been arrested.
00:11:44.000 Yeah, they were ISIS terrorists.
00:11:45.000 I don't believe that Steven Paddock carried out that shooting.
00:11:49.000 So Steven Paddock took his life in his hotel room.
00:11:52.000 No, Steven Paddock was shot by ISIS terrorists in his room, and the ISIS terrorists are the ones that carried out this attack.
00:11:58.000 Steven Paddock was a double agent with the FBI who was embedded, okay, it was a gun-running operation for ISIS, and they killed him.
00:12:09.000 They found out he was a double agent.
00:12:12.000 The room was wired with baby monitor cameras.
00:12:15.000 September 25th, 2017.
00:12:17.000 Security camera footage captures Steven Paddock arriving at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino six days before the attack.
00:12:25.000 He's a high roller, a regular at the hotel.
00:12:27.000 He was a very typical guest.
00:12:30.000 He was, in our estimation, the lowest risk type of individual.
00:12:35.000 No alarm bells going off.
00:12:37.000 Paddock checks into a suite on the 32nd floor, and he's given the VIP treatment, allowed to bring his luggage up through a service elevator.
00:12:45.000 Over the course of his stay, he makes several trips to his house in Mesquite, Nevada, and brings in case after case after case of luggage.
00:12:54.000 21 suitcases in all, full of guns and ammunition.
00:12:59.000 The investigation shows on October 1st, he orders room service and rigged surveillance cameras, Before he brings in a final batch of suitcases and locks himself in his room.
00:13:11.000 That night at 9.40 p.m., Mandalay Bay Security Officer Jesus Campos is on a routine security check assigned to a room alarm on the 32nd floor.
00:13:20.000 This was the last call of my night.
00:13:22.000 You were heading home in your head.
00:13:23.000 In my head, I was home free after this.
00:13:27.000 He has no idea he's about to become an accidental hero on what would become one of the most horrific nights in American history.
00:13:34.000 As shown in this rendering provided exclusively to ABC News by MGM, once on the 30th floor, he takes the stairs up to the 32nd, but he finds the exit door jammed.
00:13:45.000 So he walks up to the elevator and takes it back down.
00:13:48.000 When did something seem off to you?
00:13:51.000 When I noticed the metal L bracket that was secured, that hold the door secured.
00:13:56.000 That bracket, strategically placed there by a man staying in the suite just a few feet away.
00:14:01.000 I didn't know what was going on, just simply because that's not normal.
00:14:05.000 I had to call our security dispatch.
00:14:07.000 I was transferred to engineering dispatch.
00:14:11.000 As he walks back into the hallway to check that room alarm, turns out a nanny a few doors down left their door ajar.
00:14:17.000 He hears a strange noise coming from the suite.
00:14:20.000 I thought it was drill noises.
00:14:22.000 The massacre has just begun.
00:14:25.000 Across the street just moments before, Jason Aldean had taken the stage in the final night of the Route 91 Harvest Festival.
00:14:44.000 Bullets rained down on the 22,000 concertgoers packed into the open-air venue.
00:14:49.000 That's just a firework.
00:14:50.000 I know, but why would you do firework?
00:14:52.000 Confusion mixes with panic.
00:14:54.000 There's people just running everywhere.
00:14:56.000 Nobody knows where to go.
00:14:58.000 In under a minute, over a hundred rounds are fired into the crowd.
00:15:03.000 Concert goers flood 911.
00:15:07.000 There's numerous reports coming in.
00:15:08.000 We have 33 calls holding.
00:15:10.000 It's an active shooter.
00:15:11.000 It's fireworks!
00:15:13.000 As the shooter launches his attack back on the 32nd floor, Campos, who is unarmed, continues walking down this hallway.
00:15:20.000 He passes a room service cart with those surveillance cameras.
00:15:23.000 It's either that or the sound of the stairway door that alerts the shooter.
00:15:27.000 He fires through the door.
00:15:30.000 Suddenly you're under fire.
00:15:31.000 Yes.
00:15:32.000 I went to go lift up my pant leg and I saw the blood coming down.
00:15:37.000 Campos takes cover in this doorway alcove and radios for help.
00:15:42.000 The shooter turns back to the concertgoers below and fires over 250 more rounds in the next four minutes.
00:16:04.000 Las Vegas metro police officers respond to the scene.
00:16:11.000 But they too come under attack.
00:16:26.000 Pinned down by automatic gunfire.
00:16:35.000 The echo of gunfire through the strip leads to mistaken reports of shooters in multiple hotels.
00:16:41.000 Deputy Chief Andrew Walsh responds to the scene.
00:16:44.000 Why would you?
00:16:45.000 You have a kid.
00:16:47.000 What do you use a baby monitor for?
00:16:49.000 Just to hear what he's saying, to spy on my kid.
00:16:51.000 Just keep it safe.
00:16:52.000 Yeah, but spy on your kid from where?
00:16:54.000 From another location.
00:16:56.000 And what do you need in order to be able to spy on your kid from another location?
00:17:00.000 A Wi-Fi receiver.
00:17:02.000 The investigation shows on October 1st, he orders room service and rigged surveillance cameras before he brings in a final batch of suitcases and locks himself in his room.
00:17:13.000 Yes, okay.
00:17:15.000 So who was on the other end of that receiver of the baby monitor camera that was set up and transmitting from inside Steven Paddock's hotel suite on the 32nd floor?
00:17:25.000 Why was the room wired?
00:17:26.000 I don't know.
00:17:27.000 I didn't know it even was wired.
00:17:29.000 Yeah.
00:17:30.000 So I've mentioned all of this in my book and these are questions that were never answered.
00:17:33.000 They lied and they said that he was in his room by himself but the police transcripts that were released over a year and a half after the shooting show that there were three women in the room with him.
00:17:43.000 You can hear it on the police scanner in the transcription and I released these reports.
00:17:48.000 Who are the women?
00:17:49.000 How come nobody's ever interviewed them?
00:17:50.000 Where are they?
00:17:51.000 Right now, there is still so much we don't know about the Vegas Strip shooter, 64-year-old Steven Paddock, or his motives.
00:17:59.000 We also don't know if he acted alone or if his companion, girlfriend, Mary Lou Danley, was a co-conspirator.
00:18:07.000 We do know she has been located and taken in for questioning.
00:18:11.000 Among the many interviews of witnesses, however, an unknown woman in the crowd made her way to the front row and told concertgoers there, you're all going to die tonight.
00:18:21.000 This was about 45 minutes before the shooting began, according to the witness.
00:18:25.000 The woman was then escorted out by security and apparently nobody thought twice about her warning.
00:18:32.000 Was this woman Mary Lou Danley or somebody completely unconnected?
00:18:36.000 Does anybody have access to the baby monitors and the footage that was on those baby monitors?
00:18:41.000 The FBI went into the room and took everything.
00:18:43.000 Where was his female companion wife found?
00:18:46.000 So she was not in the United States.
00:18:49.000 That's the shooter's wife or companion was not in the United States at the time.
00:18:56.000 Has she returned to the United States?
00:18:58.000 Do we know anything about any contact that authorities may have had with her?
00:19:03.000 Well, we understand that authorities have spoken to her and that she was out of the country, and they don't believe that she was involved in this, and they have been in contact with her at this time, but it's our understanding that she was not in the country.
00:19:17.000 So the FBI did it?
00:19:19.000 Somebody has it, yeah, but it's never been released to the public.
00:19:22.000 The FBI has never had to go before Congress and testify about what happened in Vegas.
00:19:26.000 You had a member of Congress, Scott Perry, go on Tucker Carlson's show when this happened and said that he had received an update.
00:19:32.000 And I had broke this story too.
00:19:34.000 That several members of Congress had received a private briefing that showed that ISIS terrorists came in through the open border via Mexico into Las Vegas and carried out that shooting.
00:19:46.000 And you never had that congressman on Fox News again.
00:19:49.000 Almost four months since the Las Vegas shooting, the worst in modern American history.
00:19:53.000 Still many mysteries and some new developments in that case.
00:19:56.000 Just two days ago, a lawyer for the Las Vegas police indicated new charges could be forthcoming.
00:20:01.000 Odd, since the only suspect is dead.
00:20:04.000 Detectives, though, saying very little.
00:20:06.000 Catherine Lombardo is an attorney representing the victims of Las Vegas.
00:20:09.000 She joins us along with Republican Congressman Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, who says he's got concerns about how this is going.
00:20:15.000 First to you, Catherine.
00:20:16.000 What do you know?
00:20:19.000 Yes, we had court two days ago.
00:20:21.000 It was the hearing for the press where they asked the court to release the search warrants, the affidavits, and all of the returns, which means all of the evidence, right?
00:20:33.000 And so what we heard was quite shocking and quite surprising.
00:20:37.000 Now, you have to remember that Sheriff Lombardo with the Las Vegas Metro Police has told us at his briefings that Steven Paddock was the lone shooter.
00:20:47.000 He was the only shooter.
00:20:49.000 However, at the hearing we heard two things.
00:20:52.000 One, that there will be no indictments coming for any murder or shooting.
00:20:56.000 However, they are investigating other charges and crimes.
00:21:00.000 They wouldn't say who.
00:21:02.000 They wouldn't say what.
00:21:03.000 The entire courtroom took a gasp and looked up and went silent for a second.
00:21:09.000 Even the judge reacted and the judge said something like, okay, without telling me who or what, are you saying to me that there will be other charges forthcoming?
00:21:18.000 And the lawyer for the police said, yes, there are other charges being investigated.
00:21:24.000 The judge pressed him on that and he said within 60 days.
00:21:28.000 So what the judge did was she asked him for further supplemental briefing to explain to her what What that contains, who it is, what it's about.
00:21:38.000 You see, we're asking and the press is asking for the documents, the evidence to be released since there is no ongoing criminal investigation.
00:21:49.000 Well, that would be nice to answer basic questions such as how is an interior door locked inside the hotel suite.
00:21:55.000 Congressman, you're the only member of Congress I'm aware of who's taken a public position asking questions about this.
00:22:00.000 What are your questions?
00:22:02.000 Well, I smell a rat like a lot of Americans.
00:22:05.000 Nothing's adding up.
00:22:06.000 It's been four months, as you said.
00:22:07.000 We don't even...
00:22:07.000 The man's dead.
00:22:08.000 They said he's a lone gunman, lone shooter, yet we can't get the autopsy results.
00:22:12.000 But even more troubling than that, recently I've been made aware of what I believe to be credible evidence or credible information regarding potential terrorist infiltration through the southern border regarding this incident.
00:22:26.000 Terrorist?
00:22:27.000 Yes, sir.
00:22:28.000 That's on video, too.
00:22:29.000 I'm just at a loss for words right now.
00:22:31.000 I don't understand how this happened and it happened under Trump and he wasn't trying to dive deeper down that rabbit hole.
00:22:40.000 Well, you know, it is really interesting because then President Trump, right, he banned bump stocks or at least tried to ban bump stocks until it was ultimately shot down.
00:22:48.000 But people said, oh, wow, this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for bump stocks.
00:22:52.000 And then President Trump said that he was going to ban bump stocks.
00:22:54.000 But it has nothing to do with bump stocks.
00:22:55.000 It had everything to do with ISIS. Yeah, because they're trying to say one man was able to shoot one-handed and shoot multiple weapons.
00:23:01.000 Yeah, I'll show you the clip.
00:23:02.000 And there's not been, like in this entire time since this happened, there's not been one independent journalist that has tried to hear your stories.
00:23:10.000 No.
00:23:11.000 Is this it?
00:23:11.000 So this video, you can see the timestamp on it, was from five years ago, right?
00:23:16.000 Because this was, of course, around the time of the Las Vegas shooting.
00:23:31.000 We're good to go.
00:23:45.000 Okay, so what's the outline of that?
00:23:47.000 Well, that could be, let's face it, ISIS twice before the attack.
00:23:52.000 ISIS warned the United States that they would attack Las Vegas, I think, in June and August, and then after the attack, claim responsibility four times.
00:24:02.000 Meanwhile, the local law enforcement investigative services are telling us there is no terrorist connection.
00:24:07.000 Lone gunman.
00:24:09.000 Again, something's not adding.
00:24:11.000 Well, that's part of my confusion.
00:24:12.000 Catherine, can you just confirm that this investigation is still being overseen by state?
00:24:17.000 She's dead now.
00:24:19.000 So, wait, wait, what?
00:24:22.000 That lawyer for the families?
00:24:23.000 She's dead now.
00:24:25.000 So I've heard, I also heard when I interviewed Zach Forhee, the Google whistleblower.
00:24:29.000 Yeah.
00:24:30.000 Like he was, he was going into like some crazy stuff about this.
00:24:34.000 Like there was 10, 10 eyewitnesses who saw, who were standing next to somebody that, like when they got hit with a bullet, like it wouldn't have been coming down.
00:24:42.000 It would have taken them down.
00:24:43.000 Yeah, they were saying that there were people in the crowd and there was a lady too that was arrested right before the shooting that said, you're all going to die.
00:24:48.000 You're going to die in the terrorist attack tonight.
00:24:50.000 An unknown woman in the crowd made her way to the front row and told concertgoers there, you're all going to die tonight.
00:24:58.000 This was about 45 minutes before the shooting began.
00:25:01.000 So tell us a little about these stories, because he was saying that there was 10 people that were eyewitnesses that magically died within like a month after this happening.
00:25:09.000 Yeah, a lot of people, it was really weird, a lot of the people who came out afterwards and said that, oh, I saw a multiple shooter, or oh, this lady was saying that people were gonna die, like people were just dying in freak accidents.
00:25:52.000 Everybody's still in shock, and understandably so.
00:25:57.000 More than 500 injured.
00:26:00.000 You can't wrap your head around something like that.
00:26:03.000 It doesn't feel like Vegas.
00:26:06.000 People come to Vegas to have a good time.
00:26:08.000 They come to Vegas to forget everything, to do things that they wouldn't normally do elsewhere.
00:26:13.000 Vegas doesn't feel like that anymore.
00:26:16.000 It just feels spooky.
00:26:18.000 When you walk down the strip and you see the vigil and you see the posters of the people who died and all of these candles lit, it's forever changed.
00:26:27.000 I think there's a lot of people that knew people at the concert.
00:26:31.000 They feel terrorized.
00:26:35.000 Sheriff Lombardo comes out and says, oh no, now we looked at everything again, and the timeline was wrong, and now we think that Campos was shot just about the time the gunmen opened fire.
00:26:47.000 So now the LVMPD has changed the timeline a third time.
00:26:52.000 And, well, here comes the LVMPD, actually.
00:26:59.000 The security guard, Jesus Campos, he was supposed to talk to five members of the national press, and he just mysteriously went disappearing, vanished.
00:27:08.000 Nobody knows where he is.
00:27:09.000 Things are just getting stranger and stranger in this case.
00:27:12.000 I've had sources literally tell me, I'm scared for my life, I can't continue talking.
00:27:19.000 There was a report that just came out the other day that said that concertgoers and witnesses of the shooting, when they collected their phones that were confiscated by the LVMPD, they received their phones and it was completely scrubbed.
00:27:31.000 Like, they didn't have any pictures, no video.
00:27:34.000 Law enforcement made an effort to make sure that the pictures and the video of the event were taken off people's cell phones.
00:27:39.000 Why would they do that?
00:27:41.000 What are they trying to hide?
00:27:42.000 Somebody died in a car crash.
00:27:44.000 One of them had a car explode.
00:27:47.000 One of them died in her sleep at night.
00:27:50.000 So you can look it up and you'll see a lot of stories about people who were coming out as eyewitnesses after Vegas and they died.
00:27:58.000 This comes from Erin Spencer asks.
00:28:00.000 She says, their reports have said multiple people reported multiple shooters.
00:28:05.000 Any thoughts on this?
00:28:07.000 Yes, and that's something that has come up a few times.
00:28:10.000 And, you know, when things like this happen, you get so many varying accounts, especially early on when people are trying to piece together exactly what happened.
00:28:18.000 And the investigators were asked about this late last night at their last press conference, and they said that there was no truth to any of those rumors.
00:28:26.000 Everything, you know, from what they've seen, there was just the one shooter perched on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
00:28:41.000 I'm not entirely sure about the timing of an hour.
00:28:45.000 What we do know is that as soon as the gunshots went off, there was a lot of confusion as to where it was actually coming from.
00:28:52.000 I mean, people knew they were getting hit, people knew they were under attack, but they didn't know from where.
00:28:57.000 We have another question here from Leslie King.
00:29:00.000 Have you seen the video of fire coming from the 12th floor?
00:29:03.000 What did they say about that?
00:29:05.000 Unfortunately I don't have much to say about that Leslie because I haven't seen the video personally.
00:29:10.000 We do expect investigators to give an update later today and we will hear more about people kind of piecing together just what was going on in that hotel room but right now that's not a detail I can speak to.
00:29:23.000 Wow so now They were saying that this guy had snuck guns in a gun case up a back stairwell.
00:29:32.000 Walk us through this part.
00:29:34.000 Where did it go from here?
00:29:36.000 Yeah, so basically people were like, how did he get all these guns into the room without anybody noticing?
00:29:41.000 And Steve Wynn, who used to actually own, right, MGM, which was, Mandalay Bay was a part of MGM Properties at the time, right?
00:29:49.000 It used to be owned by Steve Wynn.
00:29:51.000 He was on Fox News shortly after the attack happened and said, well, in my hotels, nobody would ever be able to carry up guns through the service elevator.
00:30:00.000 And he let it slip.
00:30:01.000 Journalists Laura Loomer and Mike Terber walked right into the hotel's service elevator unchallenged.
00:30:07.000 Thank you, ma'am.
00:30:08.000 The two rode the service elevator to the 32nd floor of the hotel and back to the ground floor about four times last Thursday.
00:30:15.000 They made their trips at 10 in the evening.
00:30:17.000 The same time one October shooter Steven Paddock opened fire on the crowds below.
00:30:22.000 Police say this is the same service elevator Paddock used to transport his arsenal to his hotel room.
00:30:28.000 No one challenged Paddock as he rode to the 32nd floor and no one challenged Loomer and Turber.
00:30:34.000 Housekeeping employee literally just saw us get into this elevator and smiled at us.
00:30:38.000 Nothing.
00:30:39.000 We're going up to the 37th floor.
00:30:40.000 We just walked in right past security.
00:30:44.000 Which there basically wasn't any.
00:30:46.000 Lumer posted the video to her YouTube channel with a clip of a Steve Wynn interview taken after the shooting.
00:30:54.000 No public person has ever walked in the service elevator unless they were accompanied by security.
00:31:00.000 The driver point that the lessons of 1 October have not taken with MGM. Mandalay Bay and MGM Resorts, they haven't taken any efforts to really improve their security measures despite the fact that the worst mass shooting in U.S. history took place on one of their properties.
00:31:14.000 There is no indicator on these doors that tell you that the doors are for service elevators, for housekeeping only, nothing as you can see here.
00:31:25.000 Nothing at all.
00:31:26.000 And there's no lock on the door.
00:31:28.000 It's open.
00:31:29.000 Mandalay Bay has seen Loomer's video.
00:31:31.000 In a statement to Fox 5, they wrote, We are carefully reviewing the video and our constant efforts to evaluate and refine our security procedures.
00:31:39.000 They might want to look at this video, too.
00:31:41.000 This is Mike Turber making the same trip through the hallways and up the service elevator, something he said he's done 27 times since the 1 October shooting.
00:31:50.000 Loomer has ruffled some feathers at Metro and MGM with their reporting on 1 October, but she says this isn't about her, but exposing a serious ongoing security flaw from a company that should know better.
00:32:02.000 When you have an attack of this caliber taking place in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, you would expect the casinos, which have billions of dollars to spend, to really implement stricter security, especially given the fact that a lot of people are probably inspired by this attack to carry out their own attacks or acts of terror.
00:32:21.000 And then people realized, oh, they carried the guns up through the service elevator.
00:32:26.000 So what is a service elevator?
00:32:27.000 That's an elevator in the back of the hotel where just staff mainly use it?
00:32:30.000 Yeah, it's an elevator used in the back of the hotel that's large for maintenance to come down and the cleaning ladies and he was able to go through the service elevator.
00:32:38.000 And he's given the VIP treatment, allowed to bring his luggage up through a service elevator.
00:32:43.000 Over the course of his stay, he makes several trips to his house in Mesquite, Nevada, and brings in case after case after case of luggage.
00:32:52.000 21 suitcases in all, full of guns and ammunition.
00:32:58.000 So, where is this service elevator located in the hotel?
00:33:01.000 And you and your friend actually...
00:33:03.000 Yeah, so it's on the lobby floor, and you have to walk around one of the hallways, and then you just go through a door.
00:33:10.000 And when this happened, right, the MGM Resort said, we don't let people in the service elevator, but then obviously, like, it turned out that he didn't go up the service elevator.
00:33:18.000 So then they said, we're really sorry.
00:33:21.000 We're going to make sure that we have security so that this can never happen again.
00:33:24.000 And four months after the fact, right, they didn't have security.
00:33:27.000 And so my friend and I decided that we were going to test it.
00:33:29.000 So we put on a hidden camera and we brought a black gun case with us around the same exact time that the shooting happened, right, around 10 o'clock at night.
00:33:38.000 And we carried the black gun case.
00:33:41.000 To the 32nd floor.
00:33:43.000 And we went in through the service elevator.
00:33:44.000 And nobody stopped us.
00:33:46.000 And it didn't have a gun in it at the time.
00:33:47.000 It was empty.
00:33:48.000 But we wanted to kind of replicate everything.
00:33:50.000 A man and a woman going up to the service elevator to the 32nd floor.
00:33:54.000 They had said that the 32nd floor was completely locked off.
00:33:58.000 They had also said that on top of the floor being locked off that nobody was able to go up the service elevator.
00:34:04.000 But we did.
00:34:04.000 And the video made the news.
00:34:06.000 And we played it.
00:34:07.000 And then the victim's lawyers and the family members who had retained these lawyers issued a statement saying that they were going to be utilizing that video in their case against MGM. And then MGM had to come out and release a statement.
00:34:22.000 And then after that, I found myself banned from MGM properties.
00:34:25.000 Wow, so now you're banned from MGM properties for exposing the corruption.
00:34:30.000 Yeah, for telling the truth.
00:34:30.000 And they actually fired the news director, too.
00:34:32.000 They fired the news director from the Fox 5 station out there because she allowed for this clip to be aired.
00:34:41.000 And they were actually going to hire me.
00:34:43.000 Like, the Fox station out there, they were going to hire me to come work because she was so impressed by all of the different scoops that I was getting and my reporting.
00:34:51.000 Yeah.
00:34:52.000 And then there was a total coup in the newsroom and they decided to go after the news director and have her get fired because she wanted to offer me a job.
00:35:00.000 Because all the news stations in Vegas are sponsored by the hotels and the casinos.
00:35:04.000 I mean I believe that 100% but it just blows my mind the length that these people are willing to go and the power that they have to just in a snap of a finger just anybody for any reason you're gone.
00:35:14.000 Well, that's cancel culture, right?
00:35:15.000 And I remember, too, that the only time I've really ever been scared, I was sitting in a taco place called Roberto's Tacos, and my phone rang, and it was the FBI. And they were trying to get me to come into their office in Nevada because they wanted to find out who my sources were because they were so pissed off by my reporting.
00:35:33.000 And I told them, I said, no, I'm a journalist, and I have source protection, and I'm not going to do this.
00:35:39.000 And I remember going back to my hotel that night, I was so scared.
00:35:42.000 I couldn't even sleep because I thought that somebody was going to kill me.
00:35:45.000 I thought that somebody was going to come to my room and it freaked me out.
00:35:48.000 And did you have any friends in Vegas or were you there by yourself?
00:35:50.000 I was there by myself.
00:35:53.000 That is really scary.
00:35:54.000 Like looking at the amount of people that they've just made disappear.
00:35:57.000 Exactly.
00:35:58.000 And I was like, oh my god, they're going to make me disappear in Vegas.
00:36:02.000 It was scary.
00:36:04.000 Meeting out there by myself.
00:36:05.000 I can imagine.
00:36:06.000 I think some of these stories just blow my mind that you broke all these by yourself.
