It's Cultural Appropriation Month on Louder with Crowder, and we're kicking it off with a bang! Join us this month as we celebrate all things cultural appropriation. We'll be announcing our month-long theme for the entire month of June, and you can send in your costumes to be featured on the next episode of the show.
00:04:21.000You know, the idea is they're trying to say no one is above the law.
00:04:24.000This is proof they're trying to appease the mob a little bit.
00:04:27.000I understand that some people say, hey, this could allow basically the feds to go after anyone filling out these forms improperly.
00:04:34.000I want to know where you line up on this.
00:04:35.000Do you believe that you have to be consistent and say, hey, A Second Amendment issue like this, or do you understand or believe, as I do at this point, any act of grace is going to be used against you, so screw them.
00:04:48.000But we'll also explain to you how this verdict, it's not the whole story.
00:04:52.000Hunter Biden has been above the law in many capacities, including, by the way, with these very charges.
00:04:58.000Huge shift we're going to talk about today, and this is fun.
00:05:01.000For the first time, a majority of Americans said they want to deport Illegals.
00:06:51.000See, I never know with you, because, you know, you still have friends in these circles, so I never want to say something, and then you come out and you're like, Sarah Silverman's got a hairy back!
00:06:59.000No, she's got really hairy arms, I notice.
00:07:01.000That's true, like the lady on CNN, she has hairy forearms.
00:07:45.000So, this is our ninth year of Cultural Appropriation Month, because to appropriate is to appreciate, and if you send your costume pictures, Iran-themed, to me on X at S Crowder, or you send them to Mug Club using the hashtag appropriation, I guess we're using appropriation Iran tomorrow?
00:07:59.000Appropriation Iran, we are going to pick the top three winners of the costume contest, because to appropriate is to appreciate.
00:08:13.000I jokingly said, all you have to do is get a black bed sheet, cut some holes in it, boom, you're done.
00:08:17.000And then literally the first lady of Iran went to a South American country, I think it was Venezuela, and it looked like Darth Vader getting off the plane.
00:08:26.000And before we get to anything else, this was big news last night.
00:08:29.000So less than one month after he had to apologize for using a homophobic
00:08:33.000Well, and it drew plenty of controversy Not as much as when he followed it up with just like those
00:08:52.000fudge packers who crucified our Lord And he went on to blame the rising interest rates, uh, on the Jews, who also crucified- Actually assaulted by priests.
00:11:08.000And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America's independent and safe, if you want to fight against a country, you need an F-15.
00:11:20.000You need something a little more than a gun.
00:11:22.000There have never been, if you wanted to think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons.
00:11:31.000The point is that there's always been.
00:11:34.000The ability to limit, rationally limit, the type of weapon that can be owned and who can own it.
00:12:11.000Then again, they were fighting a bunch of drunken conscripts.
00:12:13.000That's one of the stupidest arguments I've ever heard, but why is he stuck, like, three tech, like, generations of fighter aircraft behind?
00:12:19.000It's like, well, you don't need a P-51 Mustang to come and fight these guys.
00:12:24.000Like, just pick, like, the Raptor or something cool, F-35, I don't know.
00:13:49.000Now we have a little bit of extra information.
00:13:51.000Hunter Biden was found guilty on all counts in Delaware with the whole, you know, crack, filling out a form, getting a gun, and then having it thrown in a dumpster across from a school thing.
00:15:10.000They're trying to say, see, look, see, look, we apply this equally.
00:15:14.000No one's above the law, and we'll get to the exact reasons as to why Hunter Biden has precisely been above the law, but this is their talking point now.
00:16:16.000You don't see what happened with Hillary Clinton.
00:16:17.000You don't see what happened with actual former Vice President Joe Biden.
00:16:19.000You don't see what happened with Hunter Biden-Burisma, what happened with Ukraine.
00:16:22.000You don't see those things because, you know what, it's a lot easier to say, alright, he smoked some crack and or drywall and he filled out a form, so, you know, we'll use this to make an example of him.
00:16:35.000While at the same time, They're applying the law in a way that is completely unprecedented as it relates to Donald Trump for non-crimes that would be misdemeanors even if he committed them.
00:16:43.000By the way, we still haven't had comments highlighting the crimes that Donald Trump has actually committed or the victims.
00:17:06.000What I'm trying to figure out is people who vote Democrat, if they If they're being fooled, or they know it's bullshit and still vote Democrat.
00:17:16.000This is what makes me nuts, because if you can't see through that, you're, you know... Well, no one is above the law as a theme, which has us excited here at Latter-Day Saints.
00:17:25.000As a matter of fact, we're so excited that we've made our own teaser.
00:17:54.000It's not just that he believes he's above the law, he so believed that he was above the law for so long that he filmed himself smoking crack and committing crimes.
00:18:04.000At no point did it cross his mind, hey, shouldn't save this.
00:19:17.000You live in a country that is free if the law is applied equally.
00:19:22.000For example, if you have people who commit campaign finance violations to the tune of tens of millions and Dinesh D'Souza has to wear an ankle bracelet under house arrest for giving a few grand to a friend's Senate campaign who didn't even win, you may not live in a free country.
00:19:36.000Yeah, especially when we had Rosie O'Donnell, I think it was, like right after that.
00:20:27.000We don't get everything right all the time, as you know very well by our admonishment button, but we make everything public to you so that you can fact check us.
00:20:36.000And I'm not going to lie, we get it right almost all the time.
00:20:40.000So 2022, we referred to this a while ago, there was a man from Oklahoma, I believe, and he was convicted for making false statements when purchasing a firearm.
00:20:46.000He got 16 months in federal custody and two years of supervised release.
00:20:54.000I understand the concern that they could go after anybody, because these forms are, they're a little bit convoluted sometimes.
00:21:00.000And I also understand it's a little bit tough, because now you have, for example, marijuana that is legal in many states, but it's not federally legal, and so technically the feds could go after anyone at any point.
00:21:09.000Like if someone is out there broadcasting that, you know, they're eating shrooms and smoking weed and then talking about their gun collection, you know, you may have a raid from the feds, and that's ridiculous.
00:21:18.000Yeah, and so just because we're saying, it doesn't mean that we support necessarily all these laws that they're trying to put in place to make it harder for people to own a gun.
00:21:24.000So that's not what we're saying right now.
00:21:26.000But if you're going to use the laws on the books and apply it pretty much equally to people who, you know, have a criminal record, or at least should in Hunter's case, we have video evidence, then this seems to fit.
00:23:58.000You could slide the whole thing, and you could slide it down to chest level or all the way to his feet if you want to see the whole person.
00:24:38.000Former Vice President Joe Biden, but here's a fast fact number one.
00:24:40.000We'll make all these points available to you, the references.
00:24:43.000He's gotten favorable plea bargains across the board.
00:24:46.000So on this case specifically, prosecutors tried to give Hunter a plea bargain that kind of snuck in, and by kind of I mean did sneak in, blanket immunity.
00:24:55.000The judge killed it at the very last minute.
00:24:57.000I would argue optics, for the same reason that right now they're saying we have to give our critics something.
00:25:59.000And you have to keep in mind that this was going on for a very, very long time.
00:26:04.000There's a long list of crimes, and we have barely even scratched the surface as to For which crimes he should be held accountable.
00:26:11.000Here's another key fact that you need to know They were trying to let the statute of limitations On this or sorry though.
00:26:17.000Well, they did actually successfully the statute of limitations right lapsed on his serious crimes, right?
00:26:22.000And that was their goal and it actually did so the DOJ they let the statute of limitations completely lapse on the tax crimes that connected him to Burisma, right, as an executive.
00:26:32.000And you remember this, it involved more than a million dollars in payments from Burisma to Hunter around 2014-2015.
00:26:37.000These are where some of the emails involve his father, former vice president.
00:26:42.000In June 2023 there was an IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley.
00:26:45.000He actually testified regarding the DOJ's preferential treatment of Hunter Biden.
00:26:49.000He was part, Shapley, of the DOJ investigation until he was removed As retaliation for whistleblowing.
00:27:03.000And this is what he claimed that the DOJ.
00:27:06.000Um, during the Hunter investigation, they really, they slow-walked it.
00:27:09.000They deviated completely from normal protocol, as it would be applied to anybody else, so that they could get to the point where the statute of limitations lapsed, and he wasn't held accountable, and that was thanks to U.S.
00:27:42.000And it also allegedly delayed this investigation that included authenticating messages between Hunter and Chinese officials.
00:27:48.000So the Burisma stuff, the Chinese corruption that happened, the 10% for the big guy, none of that Yes, exactly.
00:27:56.000And I guarantee you if we had not and the media had not kept pressure on this, like the people on the right, none of this would have come out.
00:28:32.000You're coming up with non-legal ways to let the statute of limitations run out and then reapply it because you changed the law to get Donald Trump?
00:29:10.000Because When you talk about the lack of accountability, when you talk about the statute of limitations lapsing, when you talk about these laws not being applied equally, it affects everybody, it affects you, and it affects the entire country.
00:29:22.000So the big one is the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:29:26.000Now, you remember the mainstream media, of course, buried that story.
00:29:29.000There are also 51 former intelligence officials Yeah.
00:29:32.000who said that the laptop story, the Hunter Biden laptop story, was Russian disinformation.
00:29:37.000Do you remember that? That came out, and it's important because we'll get to this, that
00:29:40.000would have changed the outcome of this election, guaranteed, if nothing else changed, just
00:29:44.000the Hunter Biden laptop story getting out, not being removed from social media, and it
00:29:48.000was removed because it was reported to be Russian disinformation.
00:29:53.000Guess what? Donald Trump never leaves office, which he did willingly, by the
00:30:03.000They actually planted the seeds well in advance of that information coming out.
00:30:07.000That was an obvious tactic by the DOJ to make sure the moment that it hit, they would go, oh, that's the Russian disinformation that they were talking about, we have to pull it off.
00:30:31.000And by the way, this laptop, when they weren't able to authenticate it, Twitter wasn't, thanks Jack Dorsey, Facebook, thanks Zuckerberg, thanks ABC, NBC, CBS, thanks members of the FBI, CIA, DOJ, but it was authenticated on this very show when Mayor Giuliani Showed it on air, live, for the first time ever.
00:31:12.000I'm sitting there, I'm looking at a small monitor, I think maybe he's showing a joke thing, he's like, no I actually have a picture of him here smoking crack and sewing his cock and balls to his knees.
00:31:32.000And remember, this is important because that laptop, which is the basis for even these charges, no one is above the law, but if it is authentic, would of course confirm all of the other crimes, the serious crimes that were committed, which, sorry, statute of limitations, 17% of Biden voters Would have changed their vote, or they wouldn't have voted if they knew about the laptop.
00:31:55.000Gerald sat down and spoke with Mr. Epstein about that.
00:31:58.000I brought that up to him, and he was looking at something a little bit different, but he's like, yeah, no, that's absolutely true.
00:32:02.000And I showed him that information, and he was like, that's stealing an election, like I said.
00:33:06.000YouTube couldn't remove that election stream.
00:33:08.000By the way, we are gearing up for this election.
00:33:11.000We will be doing some things that are unprecedented.
00:33:12.000We will be the stream that people follow.
00:33:14.000We have our own ability to call states, real-time analytics, a real-time election integrity map.
00:33:19.000If anything is going on, you can take part.
00:33:21.000In reporting, but YouTube, even though they removed videos afterwards talking about what happened in Detroit, they removed our videos afterwards, for example, the clips regarding the pipe bursting when you're talking about Atlanta.
00:33:32.000We were live for, I don't know if it was a dozen hours, how long it was.
00:33:35.000We were live, we were covering it live, and so YouTube couldn't remove that live stream because they couldn't claim that we were covering something false because we were getting it directly from CNN.
00:33:45.000They were saying a pipe burst in Georgia.
00:33:48.000You had people, correspondents, you had people who came from, effectively, the White House, the administration, saying, oh yeah, a pipe burst, so that's what's going on, till they changed the story, and if you didn't go along with the change, it was considered election denial.
00:33:58.000But in real time, you can go and watch us, gather, we receive that information in real time, and say, oh, I guess, well, I guess this voting precinct is closed because of a pipe bursting.
00:34:45.000And by the way, the whole elector slate thing, which I really want to get Giuliani back on the show because I want to get an update on what's going on with all these lawsuits against him with this whole slate of electors.
00:34:53.000I remember that being floated, I don't know, in 2016?
00:34:57.000Were they actually encouraging people to go against the vote of the citizens when they went up there to Congress?
00:35:27.000You have people who, if they play by the rules and want to come here legally, it's so difficult, they don't end up here.
00:35:32.000Criminals do, because they've already decided that they're going to be criminals.
00:35:36.000And so you end up with MS-13, you don't end up with someone who actually has an engineering degree, or someone coming from Cuba who could be a doctor, you end up with people who are actually being transported by our government officials, even though they have criminal records.
00:35:48.000I do, I look at it like a sporting event.
00:35:50.000You're watching a football game, one team gets to hold clip, the other team has to play by their- who's gonna win?
00:35:56.000The team that's cheating, and the only way you're gonna beat the team that's cheating is to cheat!
00:39:11.000Because first off, you know what, if people actually want to compare, like Donald Trump's a cripple, you want to compare the Biden family, whether it's Hunter Biden or Joe Biden, and what they've done to a man who has been a teetotaler his entire life.
00:41:26.000But this is a big shift, because as far as I know, and we've been searching high and low, you can correct me if I'm wrong, for the first time a majority of Americans, and I don't want to say a majority of Americans actually support mass deportations, for the first time a majority of Americans answered to a poll that they support mass deportation.
00:41:46.000Yeah, and I would be willing to bet there are quite a few more people who said no.
00:41:53.000So, over the weekend, before we get to this, eight migrants, with direct ties to ISIS, they were arrested in multiple major cities here in the United States.
00:42:02.000Eight individuals, all from the Central Asian country of Tajikistan, were arrested in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia.
00:42:10.000They entered the United States this year, and in 2023, crossing the Mexican border.
00:42:17.000They were detained and allowed to remain in the country.
00:42:40.000Everybody around the world basically said, hey, we're actually on the lookout for this.
00:42:43.000And in the United States, there was a warning, basically, to look out for an event like this.
00:42:48.000Unbeknownst to us, these people that have been vetted and said, hey, come right in, were in cities in the United States, hanging out, potentially waiting for orders.
00:43:50.000The same poll, by the way, found that 62% of people were overall in favor of using the local police to identify illegals, that even 38% of Democrats are in favor of mass deportation, and a majority, 53% of Hispanics, answered that they were in favor of mass deportation.
00:44:07.000Hispanics here in America saying, get them out.
00:44:09.000Yeah, this is, just to be clear, 38% of Democrats are like, ah, fine, they want the border.
00:44:15.000They want people who are here illegally gone.
00:44:18.000That is a completely different shift in this conversation.
00:44:21.000What do you think that number really is?
00:44:23.000I was going to say, that's not even a real number.
00:44:25.000Even Democrats are like, no, no, all cultures are equal.
00:44:30.000Let's ask people in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco where we have relocated people because we wanted them to be understanding of the plight of these migrants.
00:44:39.000Let's ask those citizens how many of them want deportations.
00:44:41.000I guarantee you the number is higher when you have to deal with the problem.
00:44:51.000So right now you have the entire country, two-thirds, right?
00:44:57.000You even have a huge portion of Democrats saying, all right, we have a problem, we have to mass deport these people.
00:45:01.000The only people who don't understand this are those in the actual DNC.
00:45:06.000So when people say extreme right, extreme left, tell me anyone who is a moderate Democrat in the current DNC, you know, with a national platform.
00:45:16.000Anyone in this administration who is in line with the majority of the American public and at least the moderates in their own party.
00:45:23.000They are so dumbfounded that the CBS journalist and professional, professional bitchy ghost, Margaret Brennan, couldn't comprehend the results of the poll.
00:45:34.00062% of Americans favor deporting all undocumented.
00:45:40.000So, Homeland Security says that President Biden has already deported or repatriated more people in the past year than any year since 2010.
00:45:50.000And then, depending on the details of what's talked about on the campaign trail, some of what Mr. Trump talks about could be illegal, it doesn't seem practical in some sense to round up children, and then we know that the courts have questioned whether local authorities would have the ability to do it, and federal authorities don't have the resources.
00:46:11.000So what exactly do people think they're supporting?
00:48:31.000No, no, this is something that is legitimately under the purview of the federal government, certainly of the executive office.
00:48:37.000And this is actually, we're looking at four times the limit that is required, the threshold, for Former Vice President Joe Biden to close the border by executive order.
00:50:06.000Actually talking about how we are spending money, your money, taxpayer dollars, to make it easier, and I know what you're thinking.
00:50:13.000To be humane, to make sure they're comfortable when they're here.
00:50:16.000Okay, we can maybe have some conversations about that if that's the rule of government.
00:50:19.000No, here's Mayorkas saying that we are spending money to go down to South America and bring them here, not across Mexico, but from their native country here.
00:50:30.000We have increased the number of refugees that we will accept from the Western Hemisphere.
00:50:36.000We have built safe mobility offices in Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Costa Rica to reach people where they are so they don't have to take the perilous journey.
00:52:40.000So you're mad about the words, but if they weren't shithole countries, you wouldn't be sending a plane to retrieve them from those countries.
00:52:46.000They obviously want to leave those countries.
00:52:48.000So what would you rather us call them?
00:52:49.000Awful, terrible countries that have offered nothing to the modern world, and it's 2024 there too?
00:52:58.000And this is the most tired... We have talked about this and it changed my mind.
00:53:02.000If you feel like we are being repetitive with this, it's because I want you to remember this key fact, if nothing else.
00:53:09.000They will always try and claim that mass deportations are not practical and too costly, and it is the most self-defeating argument they could possibly make, but hear them say it first.
00:53:19.000Some of what Mr. Trump talks about could be illegal, it doesn't seem practical, and federal authorities don't have the resources.
00:53:46.000The reason I know this, and it sticks in my memory so much, is because when we used to do the build-the-wall-change-my-mind installments, the cost was $116 billion a year.
00:54:12.000You could send every single illegal immigrant a one-way first-class ticket and not even scratch the 10 billion dollar mark.
00:54:19.000It is not an argument that can be made, but I encourage the left to continue making it because now I know that there's an army of you mug clubbers out there to refute it.
00:54:38.000No, look, the Senate Democrats actually tried to jump on this argument and go, alright, we're going to make it seem like the border wall is the most expensive thing.
00:54:44.000It's like the East German judges in the competition.
