00:04:17.000 Outro Music Mmm.

00:04:26.000 That's nice.

00:04:27.000 A little post-Thanksgiving sip there.

00:04:30.000 Glad to be with you.

00:04:31.000 Do you have a good Thanksgiving?

00:04:32.000 Anyone, any murders committed?

00:04:35.000 I mean...

00:04:35.000 Out there with all the fam?

00:04:41.000 Allegedly!

00:04:41.000 You know.

00:04:42.000 No, no, no.

00:04:43.000 You love him.

00:04:44.000 You know.

00:04:45.000 Six feet under.

00:04:45.000 So, let's talk about...

00:04:47.000 There's a lot to...

00:04:47.000 We'll be taking some chat later today, of course, on Rumble Premium Mug Club, where you can tell us about your Thanksgiving.

00:04:52.000 And we'll also be talking about Bricks today.

00:04:54.000 Not Hans Bricks.

00:04:55.000 A couple of things to get to.

00:04:57.000 You all know that the big guy has pardoned Hunter Biden.

00:05:01.000 Okay, we'll talk about what that means, how this has happened.

00:05:03.000 A little bit of then and now.

00:05:05.000 And the new person who's going to be heading up the FBI, Kash Patel.

00:05:09.000 Ooh.

00:05:10.000 That's a big one.

00:05:11.000 We actually have some...

00:05:12.000 There's a little bit of a direct connection here with what we have done and some of the things that Kash Patel has done in the past.

00:05:17.000 So I actually think it's a pretty good sign of things to come.

00:05:20.000 Also, do you know what is before the Supreme Court right now?

00:05:25.000 Chase Strangio.

00:05:26.000 We're going to get into that.

00:05:27.000 A case that could involve you being stripped of your parental rights and children being taken away if you do not allow them to transition.

00:05:35.000 So when the left says, hey, why are you making it an issue?

00:05:37.000 This is a production of the U.S. Department of State.

00:06:02.000 It's a live show.

00:06:03.000 Weekdays, 10 a.m.

00:06:04.000 Eastern.

00:06:04.000 And let me ask you this.

00:06:05.000 With the pardoning of Hunter Biden, hey, all bets are off.

00:06:08.000 Who should Donald Trump pardon first?

00:06:10.000 Outside of himself.

00:06:12.000 Can you do that?

00:06:13.000 Yeah, I do it for fun.

00:06:14.000 You can, symbolically.

00:06:15.000 Yeah.

00:06:15.000 Pardon myself.

00:06:16.000 And every January 6th person, free to go!

00:06:19.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:06:20.000 That's what I would do.

00:06:21.000 I was pardoning all of them.

00:06:22.000 Yeah, you let me know.

00:06:23.000 So when you, well, I was going to introduce Josh first, but I'll introduce Gerald first.

00:06:27.000 Captain Morgan, number two CEO, how are you?

00:06:29.000 I am well, and Merry Christmas, by the way.

00:06:30.000 Yes, Merry Christmas.

00:06:31.000 Oh, that's right.

00:06:31.000 This is the first time we have all the lights up.

00:06:33.000 I forgot.

00:06:34.000 There you go.

00:06:34.000 Yeah.

00:06:35.000 We do it every year here.

00:06:37.000 Are you excited?

00:06:37.000 I know it's your favorite time of year.

00:06:38.000 Energy bill goes up.

00:06:39.000 I do.

00:06:39.000 I do like Christmas.

00:06:40.000 I'm a big fan.

00:06:40.000 That's about 75 cents, Ebenezer.

00:06:42.000 Come on, you're post-redemption arc Ebenezer right now.

00:06:45.000 Really?

00:06:46.000 I'm sorry, pre.

00:06:46.000 Next, you're going to request more coal for the fire?

00:06:49.000 Yes, I am, because it's very useful.

00:06:50.000 Well, you will be roasted with your own Thanksgiving turkey with a steak of holly through your heart when you hear this.

00:06:56.000 Whoa, come on.

00:06:57.000 You know him and love him.

00:06:58.000 Friday, Saturday, December 27th, 28th, Tacoma Comedy Club in Tacoma.

00:07:01.000 Josh Feierstein, how are you?

00:07:02.000 I'm good.

00:07:03.000 Good.

00:07:03.000 It was a good Thanksgiving, all things considered.

00:07:05.000 Well.

00:07:06.000 My wife sliced off her finger. 1.00

00:07:08.000 I know, you showed it to me.

00:07:10.000 Healing potatoes.

00:07:10.000 Yeah.

00:07:11.000 Yeah.

00:07:11.000 And I like lumpy potatoes, but I think it was a bit much.

00:07:14.000 Yes, it was.

00:07:15.000 Secret sauce.

00:07:16.000 No, it was all good considering, and it was a bloody Thanksgiving.

00:07:18.000 You kept the skins of these mashed potatoes.

00:07:20.000 Yeah.

00:07:21.000 It's garlic mashed, you gotta keep the skins.

00:07:24.000 I hope she's doing okay.

00:07:25.000 Also, the flu started running through my household.

00:07:28.000 Oh, no.

00:07:29.000 That's that season.

00:07:29.000 She can't get into her iPhone, but she's fine.

00:07:31.000 And, Uncle, I hope you're doing well.

00:07:33.000 They're watching from home.

00:07:34.000 They were going to come here today and be here live.

00:07:35.000 So, hey, something really quickly.

00:07:37.000 Same-sex couples, I don't know if you know this, they're rushing right now to get married and have children pre-Trump presidency, according to NBC News, because they're very concerned.

00:07:47.000 What?

00:07:48.000 I believe we have this overlay F. NBC News, yeah, they're rushing to get married and have children.

00:07:52.000 So take Ben Nelson and Adam Weinberger, for example, part of this article, who are one of many gay couples in recent weeks rushing to get married, start fertility treatments, and take other measures out of fear that some of their rights might be rescinded during a second Trump administration, according to NBC. Now, they did realize this was a fruitless endeavor.

00:08:12.000 However, upon being made aware that Donald Trump was the first president ever To be supportive of gay marriage at the beginning of his presidency in his first term, along with a medical fact that no matter how hard they try, butt babies are not a thing. 0.96

00:08:25.000 It turns out, so... 0.97

00:08:26.000 Oh my gosh!

00:08:31.000 The first openly pro-gay marriage president at his inauguration in the first term is going to have a second term?

00:08:38.000 I'm defecting!

00:08:41.000 Yeah, I don't think rushed babyhood is good.

00:08:44.000 No, I don't at all.

00:08:45.000 Can you imagine if we didn't have to wait nine months?

00:08:47.000 Well, I guess we could adopt if we wanted to.

00:08:49.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:08:49.000 Ah, shoot.

00:08:50.000 Never mind.

00:08:50.000 I could.

00:08:52.000 What do you think the gay guys are doing? 0.97

00:08:54.000 It's, you know, IVF for gay, whatever. 0.99

00:08:58.000 It is child abuse in my opinion, but hey. 0.99

00:09:00.000 Just talk about the fear-mongering.

00:09:02.000 And we're going to get to that too with Kash Patel.

00:09:03.000 The left wants you to believe that the right is fear-mongering.

00:09:06.000 They think the world is coming to an end. 0.99

00:09:07.000 You have gay people rushing to get married. 0.93

00:09:09.000 They think Donald Trump's going to outlaw gay marriage. 0.60

00:09:12.000 Barack Obama was against gay marriage when he was president.

00:09:15.000 Then he changed his mind.

00:09:16.000 Donald Trump was the first person inaugurated who said, Sure, the queers can get married. 0.99

00:09:19.000 I don't care. 0.99

00:09:22.000 When gay guys adopt babies, is it a rescue? 1.00

00:09:26.000 Yeah, I don't know. 0.99

00:09:27.000 Oh, come on. 0.87

00:09:27.000 Is it like a dog? 0.87

00:09:29.000 Yeah.

00:09:29.000 On the wings of an angel!

00:09:32.000 That's Sound of Freedom Part 2. Yeah, that's the gay version. 1.00

00:09:34.000 Although it's already pretty gay. 0.99

00:09:35.000 Sarah McLachlan's a lesbian, right? 1.00

00:09:36.000 I don't know.

00:09:38.000 Is she?

00:09:38.000 I don't know.

00:09:39.000 I guess their gay rescue commercial will be, Come to my window! 1.00

00:09:46.000 That's the other lesbian. 1.00

00:09:47.000 I don't know.

00:09:48.000 Melissa Etheridge.

00:09:49.000 That's it.

00:09:49.000 I would have never guessed.

00:09:51.000 She's a lesbian, right? 1.00

00:09:52.000 Yes. 0.89

00:09:52.000 Yes, she is. 0.89

00:09:53.000 Oh, yeah.

00:09:53.000 Real big.

00:09:54.000 Real butch.

00:09:57.000 Well, that's because you've been drinking too much tap water.

00:09:58.000 Now, gloves and jigs.

00:10:01.000 Let's get to the big guy and Hunter Biden.

00:10:04.000 In pardoning his third turkey this week, Biden has given his son immunity.

00:10:09.000 Those on audio missed it.

00:10:12.000 Yep, missed out.

00:10:13.000 Which brings us to now, for people who have not been following this, NBC. Let's just show their clip explaining former Vice President Joe Biden's pardon.

00:10:25.000 Good evening.

00:10:26.000 We're coming on the air with breaking news first reported by NBC News.

00:10:30.000 President Biden has pardoned his son, Hunter, ahead of the end of his presidential term.

00:10:35.000 That's according to a senior White House official with direct knowledge of the decision.

00:10:39.000 Remember, Hunter Biden was convicted back in June on three separate felony charges related to his purchase of a gun in 2018, a time during which prosecutors say he was battling a drug addiction and lied about it on paperwork to get that gun.

00:10:53.000 It was the first time a sitting president's child was convicted of a crime.

00:10:57.000 Hunter Biden also pleaded guilty to federal tax charges in September.

00:11:00.000 I love how they don't mention that he threw the gun in a dumpster near school.

00:11:05.000 Hold on, he had someone do it for him.

00:11:08.000 That's right.

00:11:08.000 He had someone do it for him.

00:11:09.000 He has people for that.

00:11:10.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:11:11.000 He has a lady for that. 1.00

00:11:12.000 You know, you think, like, I'll light on a background check for a gun.

00:11:15.000 That's where maybe, I will say this, I don't want to vilify mom and pop gun shop owners, but, you know, maybe conduct the eyeball test when he's there.

00:11:23.000 It's like fidgeting.

00:11:25.000 Yeah, you check that you've never once used marijuana, but are you on meth now?

00:11:30.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, more guns, more guns.

00:11:33.000 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:11:36.000 Give me a gun.

00:11:37.000 Please, please, please, please give me a gun.

00:11:39.000 No, I want to go right now for something.

00:11:41.000 I don't want it.

00:11:41.000 I don't even want it.

00:11:42.000 I don't want to keep your gun.

00:11:43.000 I don't want to go.

00:11:43.000 Okay, please give me a gun.

00:11:44.000 So this brings us back to you may be confused because the pardon is happening.

00:11:48.000 You're going, wait a second.

00:11:49.000 Didn't I? Didn't I think?

00:11:51.000 Did I dream that?

00:11:51.000 But because back then, former Vice President Joe Biden, respect the office, denied many times that he would ever pardon Hunter.

00:12:00.000 The president would not pardon or commute sentences for his son, Hunter.

00:12:05.000 I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.

00:12:09.000 Gay wedding cake, Diane Keaton. 1.00

00:12:11.000 It's still a no. 0.87

00:12:15.000 It will always be a no.

00:12:16.000 It's still a no.

00:12:17.000 It will be a no.

00:12:18.000 It is a no.

00:12:19.000 How annoyed is she? 0.98

00:12:21.000 I am satisfied that I'm not going to do anything.

00:12:23.000 I said I'd abide by the jury decision.

00:12:26.000 I will do that and I will not pardon him.

00:12:28.000 Will he pardon his son?

00:12:30.000 No.

00:12:31.000 Okay, so here's the thing.

00:12:32.000 This wouldn't really be a story if they didn't lie repeatedly and blatantly.

00:12:37.000 I get it.

00:12:38.000 Look, if it was my son, I'd probably pardon him.

00:12:41.000 Of course.

00:12:41.000 So would I. It's a few crack whores.

00:12:43.000 Yeah, what do you want from me? 1.00

00:12:44.000 I love him.

00:12:44.000 I love my kids.

00:12:45.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:12:46.000 Just say that.

00:12:46.000 Yeah.

00:12:47.000 You know, it's like if your kid steals something from the store.

00:12:50.000 It's like if your kid's crack, you make him walk it back to the drug dealer, like, now give it back to the nice man and tell him you're sorry.

00:12:56.000 Yeah.

00:12:58.000 And that's the thing.

00:12:59.000 We all feel that way.

00:13:00.000 I feel like we all would be reasonably, you know, say, oh yeah, that's reasonable.

00:13:04.000 But then that little of a lie means you lie about everything.

00:13:08.000 The issue is the lying.

00:13:10.000 And then the justification for this, which just, again, the left, have you noticed this?

00:13:14.000 And you can comment below.

00:13:15.000 They overuse the term gaslighting.

00:13:16.000 They want to simply sell you a bill of goods that is the opposite of reality.

00:13:22.000 That's what Joe Biden did.

00:13:24.000 He claimed that Hunter was singled out just because it was his son.

00:13:27.000 Let me read you what he wrote.

00:13:29.000 He wrote, No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's cases can reach any other conclusion that Hunter was singled out only because he is my son.

00:13:36.000 And that's wrong.

00:13:38.000 There has been an effort to break Hunter, who has been five and a half years sober.

00:13:43.000 Even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution, in trying to break Hunter, they tried to break me, my hip.

00:13:52.000 And there's no reason to believe it will stop here.

00:13:57.000 Well, yeah, there is.

00:13:58.000 But again, the idea that he was singled out?

00:14:01.000 No, no.

00:14:01.000 Again, the reality is this person wasn't convicted of crimes exclusively because he was protected by Joe Biden.

00:14:09.000 Remember, Hunter used the Biden family name to make deals with Burisma in a Chinese energy company.

00:14:14.000 That's where you heard about the 10% for the big guy, who, of course, is Joe Biden.

00:14:18.000 The media says we don't know who the big guy is because they don't want to investigate it, but it's quite clear that it's Joe Biden.

00:14:23.000 There is no other big guy.

00:14:25.000 Now, though, Hunter is gone. 0.83

00:14:29.000 I think I'll sleep With my brother's wife today The hookers I see Need to look a certain way Sometimes I wake To my crackpot's hollow clink Millions in crooked business. 1.00

00:14:53.000 I've got charisma to think. 0.96

00:14:55.000 I'm abiding.

00:14:58.000 Above the legal system I ride.

00:15:02.000 I'm partying.

00:15:04.000 Partying.

00:15:05.000 While my dad's still alive.

00:15:09.000 So President Donald Trump posted this on Truth Social, and I will say he did really put Joe Biden in a tough situation by saying that he may pardon Hunter. and I will say he did really put Joe Biden So, this is one of those things where Joe Biden was damned if he did, damned if he didn't.

00:15:31.000 There was really no good play, but Donald Trump posted this on Truth Social.

00:15:35.000 He said...

00:15:35.000 Does the pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the January 6th hostages who have now been imprisoned for years?

00:15:43.000 Such an abuse and miscarriage of justice!

00:15:46.000 If Joe Biden didn't pardon his own son, imagine the other guy coming around and sunning you.

00:15:57.000 That's what Donald Trump would have done.

00:15:59.000 So I think a big reason for him pardoning Hunter is just because he didn't want to actually allow Donald Trump to pardon Hunter, because this actually was in October 2024. Sorry for the bad audio, Donald Trump was with Hugh Hewitt and floated the idea that he maybe would pardon him.

00:16:13.000 Will you pardon Hunter Biden?

00:16:17.000 I wouldn't take it off the book.

00:16:19.000 See, unlike Joe Biden, despite what they've done to me, what they've done after me so viciously, despite what—and Hunter's a bad boy, there's no question about it.

00:16:29.000 He's been a bad boy.

00:16:30.000 All you have to do is see the laptop from hell.

00:16:33.000 But I happen to think it's very bad for the country.

00:16:37.000 Oh, I almost forgot, though, the kicker, the pardon, right?

00:16:41.000 You kind of can pick a start and end date.

00:16:43.000 Does anyone here know when this pardon effectively kicks in?

00:16:47.000 I do!

00:16:48.000 Okay, but Gerald knows.

00:16:49.000 He's the kind of guy who asks for more homework.

00:16:51.000 Does anyone here know?

00:16:53.000 No!

00:16:53.000 I don't know.

00:16:54.000 You can time it out like that.

00:16:55.000 Okay, okay, okay, alright.

00:16:57.000 Gerald, when does the pardon effectively begin?

00:16:59.000 The year that Hunter Biden took a seat on the board of Burisma?

00:17:02.000 Oh, okay, that's right.

00:17:03.000 It's almost like that's right.

00:17:05.000 It's like there's a...

00:17:06.000 There's a reason for it.

00:17:08.000 2014. So now Donald Trump can pardon pretty much whoever he wants.

00:17:13.000 Comment below.

00:17:13.000 Who would you like to see first?

00:17:14.000 Obviously the January 6th hostages.

00:17:16.000 Pretty much all Jan Sixers. 0.75

00:17:17.000 Yeah, you know what?

00:17:18.000 All Jan Sixers. 0.95

00:17:19.000 Every single one.

00:17:20.000 There shouldn't be anyone in prison for vandalism.

00:17:22.000 How about that?

00:17:23.000 For trespassing.

00:17:23.000 There shouldn't be anyone who is having their rights infringed upon.

00:17:26.000 You should be convicted.

00:17:27.000 You should face the penalty for that kind of crime in the same way that anyone else.

00:17:31.000 It needs to be commensurate with...

00:17:33.000 Everything that we know about these crimes and everyone else, every precedent that we've seen.

00:17:38.000 And none of these people should have been doing the time that they did in prison.

00:17:40.000 Hey, remember once upon a time you couldn't say that because everyone was concerned?

00:17:43.000 So, well, I have nothing to do with January 6th.

00:17:45.000 You know what?

00:17:46.000 No.

00:17:47.000 I don't care.

00:17:48.000 It's not 9-11-2.

00:17:50.000 I don't care.

00:17:51.000 They shouldn't have been treated the way that they were, and they should be pardoned.

00:17:55.000 Do you agree?

00:17:56.000 Comment below.

00:17:56.000 You think that's an extremist?

00:17:57.000 No.

00:17:57.000 That's me, Mr. Extremist.

00:17:59.000 Far less egregious than this, though, right?

00:18:01.000 Because they were running on the campaign that it was the law and order president versus the lawless president.

00:18:06.000 They had weaponized the Justice Department to go after Donald Trump specifically and tried to paint Joe Biden as the next George Washington, saying, I won't even pardon my son because I'll respect law and order.

00:18:17.000 And then all of it is a sham and a lie.

00:18:19.000 Not only the prosecution, but the fact that he would not pardon his son.

00:18:23.000 He should pardon his son.

00:18:25.000 I would absolutely do it.

00:18:26.000 I don't care if it burned my political career to the ground.

00:18:28.000 I would do it.

00:18:29.000 But don't go out there and say, no, you had a perfect response.

00:18:32.000 Eh, not sure.

00:18:34.000 When you get asked the question.

00:18:35.000 He just lied about it.

00:18:37.000 Oh, he pulled up John Q. I'm not going to pardon my son.

00:18:42.000 My son's going to pardon me.

00:18:47.000 Remember!

00:18:48.000 The guy who's been pardoned here.

00:18:51.000 Let's keep this in context.

00:18:52.000 This is a guy who was sexting his niece.

00:18:55.000 This is a guy who was smoking drywall, repeatedly smoking crack.

00:18:58.000 This is a guy who was sleeping with his brother's wife.

00:18:59.000 That's not a crime.

00:19:00.000 I get it. 1.00

00:19:00.000 Putting penis M&M's, that whole thing, comparing his M&M's to penis. 1.00

00:19:04.000 They were M&M minutes, just to be clear. 0.99

00:19:05.000 Yeah, minutes.

00:19:07.000 And a guy who was making shady business deals with international government, effectively, I should say, extension of government organizations, saying that he would kick it back to his dad, and yes, illegally purchased a firearm, and yes, illegally had it disposed of in a way that would be felonious for anyone else.

00:19:22.000 So this is the guy who's being pardoned, who they say was selectively prosecuted.

00:19:28.000 Here's the thing.

00:19:29.000 Not only did all these things happen, it's known he was caught.

00:19:32.000 Think about that.

00:19:34.000 He was caught and nothing happened.

00:19:36.000 And now we have a pardon.

00:19:38.000 You think this is just because of selective prosecution?

00:19:41.000 I don't know.

00:19:42.000 I would think what happened with Donald Trump and the DOJ, I would think him being tried for crimes that no one else in his state has ever been charged or convicted of.

00:19:50.000 And given the kind of, well, potentially prison time right at one point in time, given the kind of sentence that no one else has ever faced.

00:19:57.000 And according to the DOJ spokesperson who you heard right here said, they're just stacking anything they can to try and render this guy ineligible for office.

00:20:04.000 I think that's more selective prosecution.

00:20:06.000 you should remember this guy who was pardoned is the same crackhead sorry drywall head who was sexting his niece extra extra extra hunter biden begins sexting niece again Wow!

00:20:32.000 That's the third time this year, folks. 0.61

00:20:33.000 Read about it.

00:20:34.000 Read all about it.

00:20:35.000 No idea what sexting is.

00:20:36.000 New information.

00:20:37.000 Same old perfect new information.

00:20:39.000 I believe it's some kind of a telegram.

00:20:42.000 See?

00:20:47.000 Sext your niece once. 1.00

00:20:48.000 Shame on you.

00:20:53.000 Again?

00:20:54.000 I didn't know this happened multiple times. 0.99

00:20:56.000 The third time is a charming pervert. 0.95

00:20:59.000 Exactly. 1.00

00:21:00.000 And pedophile. 0.99

00:21:01.000 And your favorite uncle. 0.99

00:21:02.000 Hey, it's Uncle Hunter.

00:21:03.000 Want to see my messed up teeth again?

00:21:07.000 Hold on, let me... 1.00

00:21:08.000 He's just garbage. 1.00

00:21:10.000 I mean, look, look, people make mistakes, but just look at the laundry list. 1.00

00:21:14.000 He's just a garbage person. 0.99

00:21:16.000 Let's just be honest about this. 1.00

00:21:18.000 And the left, of course, wanted him to be propped up so that he could probably run for some kind of office or be a public figure.

00:21:24.000 And, of course, we all know the cocaine in the White House.

00:21:26.000 Like, take a guess.

00:21:27.000 Now...

00:21:28.000 It doesn't narrow it down, actually.

00:21:30.000 No, you're right.

00:21:31.000 It really doesn't.

00:21:32.000 We're going to move on to Cash Patel and the FBI, which I'm actually really excited about.

00:21:35.000 Before that, CriderShop.com.

00:21:47.000 Shirt's probably on there.

00:21:49.000 What?

00:21:49.000 It's a Christmas movie, Stephen.

00:21:51.000 Every single year, I have this conversation.

00:21:52.000 Die Hard is a Christmas movie.

00:21:54.000 I don't want to do it.

00:21:55.000 Go find the shirt.

00:21:55.000 It's not.

00:21:56.000 It's not.

00:21:56.000 It is.

00:21:57.000 It's not a Christmas movie.

00:21:57.000 It's on Christmas.

00:21:58.000 Okay, fine.

00:22:00.000 And Nagasaki Plaza.

00:22:01.000 That's a typical Christmas location.

00:22:02.000 It is.

00:22:02.000 They do a tree lighting ceremony there.

00:22:04.000 It's beautiful.

00:22:05.000 Why would you...

00:22:05.000 Does Santa come in that movie?

00:22:10.000 There is a Santa Claus in that movie. 1.00

00:22:12.000 Shut up, Tim. 0.99

00:22:13.000 Yeah, but does he deliver presents? 1.00

00:22:14.000 Shut up, Tim. 0.99

00:22:15.000 Does anyone open presents? 1.00

00:22:16.000 You know what the present is?

00:22:17.000 Is there any joy of Christmas morning?

00:22:18.000 There is.

00:22:19.000 Really?

00:22:20.000 Yeah, don't you know Santa's, like, catchphrase?

00:22:23.000 Uh, yippee-ki-yay, mother.

00:22:26.000 He comes down the chimney, he says it.

00:22:31.000 All right, we'll get to trans-Santa in a second with the Supreme Court case, but...

00:22:38.000 So, you've heard about this.

00:22:39.000 Kash Patel is going to be leading the FBI, right?

00:22:41.000 This is the new, or at least this is what we think.

00:22:43.000 This is the new choice.

00:22:45.000 Now, the left is, and I want to be clear about something.

00:22:48.000 The left is losing their mind, we'll show you.

00:22:50.000 They constantly complain about Trump's, the cabinet picks, and the lack of experience, right?

00:22:55.000 You'll see this in all the leftist shows, podcasts. 0.99

00:22:57.000 This is clown world! 0.95

00:22:58.000 That's what they're trying to, they're trying to commandeer that now, trying to co-op. 0.98

00:23:01.000 It's clown world! 0.98

00:23:01.000 Look at these people! 0.98

00:23:02.000 These people don't have experience!

00:23:04.000 What they really mean is that these people are not embedded career politicians in the swamp.

00:23:08.000 So if you believe that the only people who have the experience to work in government have to have worked in government their entire life, then I will say this.

00:23:18.000 You are definitively opposed to the vision of this country.

00:23:22.000 You understand that, right?

00:23:23.000 You understand that this country was not meant to be built around career politicians and lobbyists and a revolving door of appointments and certainly people who are not elected.

00:23:33.000 That's actually antithetical to the vision of this country.

00:23:36.000 I just want to make sure that you understand that.

00:23:37.000 So that is the reason that the left is furious about Kash Patel.

00:23:40.000 And we'll get to his history in a little bit, which also makes him even more mad.

00:23:44.000 So he was picked, I believe on Saturday, to be the FBI director.

00:23:49.000 And here you will see the left's predictable meltdown.

00:23:53.000 We are learning more about Donald Trump's controversial decision to pick firebrand loyalist Cash Patel to lead the FBI. Here comes Cash Patel again, somebody that I find it hard to believe Republican senators won't be deeply disturbed by.

00:24:10.000 How concerned should the media, should America be about this election in your estimation?

00:24:17.000 Well, I think they ought to be very concerned.

00:24:19.000 I think we ought to take Kash Patel at his word.

00:24:22.000 Well, look, I mean, there's certainly an infinite amount of picks right now that are bad that this administration has put in, and Kash Patel is among the very worst of it.

00:24:34.000 Okay, so he's among the very worst.

00:24:36.000 Let's get to those reasons as to why he is among the very worst.

00:24:39.000 And, spoiler alert, you may actually think, well, that makes him the best!

00:24:45.000 So, here's Trump posting about this on Truth Social.

00:24:47.000 He said, I am proud to announce that Cash Patel will serve as the next director of the FBI. He'll serve.

00:24:56.000 Cash is a brilliant lawyer, investigator, an America First fighter who has spent his career exposing corruption, defending justice, and protecting the American people.

00:25:06.000 He played a pivotal role in uncovering the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.

00:25:10.000 I say Russia, Russia, Russia, Oaks, because it's like Jan Brady.

00:25:16.000 It's a good nickname.

00:25:19.000 I say Russia three times. 0.60

00:25:21.000 Standing as an advocate for the truth, the accountability, and the Constitution.

00:25:25.000 So now he actually will have two Indians in his cupboard cabinet.

00:25:30.000 He's going to be very...

00:25:31.000 Show tiny!

00:25:34.000 Yet mighty!

00:25:38.000 Cash! 0.99

00:25:40.000 That movie sucks, by the way, if you go back and watch it. 0.99

00:25:42.000 It does not hold up. 0.98

00:25:44.000 He did actually, by the way, serve...

00:25:45.000 So this idea that he has no experience, he served in the Trump administration previously.

00:25:48.000 He was a senior aide to the House Intelligence Committee.

00:25:51.000 He was Deputy Director of National Intelligence.

00:25:53.000 And Chief of Staff to Defense Secretary Chris Miller...

00:25:57.000 Something that's interesting, too.

00:25:58.000 They say loyalist.

00:25:59.000 Well, you tell me if this is a virtue or if this is a problem.

00:26:03.000 He was targeted with the Mar-a-Lago case, and he was offered immunity to testify and refused.

00:26:11.000 Think about that.

00:26:12.000 And where we are is when you look at what they are saying to the left is people like Kash Patel.

00:26:16.000 Which, by the way, Patel is like Smith for Indians.

00:26:19.000 I know 20 Indians with the last name Patel.

00:26:22.000 It's the Ramirez of the Indians. 1.00

00:26:23.000 Yes, Ramirez.

00:26:25.000 Tulsi Gabbard, Kash Patel.

00:26:27.000 This really does show you that there is a distrust of intelligence agencies and something needs to be done.

00:26:32.000 You were once accused of being a conspiracy theorist or a radical extremist if you thought we needed to disband the FBI, if you thought we needed to completely restructure the FBI. Remember, that was considered mistrust in your institutions and basically treason, right?

00:26:45.000 You were afraid of speaking out against that, or many people were, maybe not you right now, lest you be accused of insurrection.

00:26:52.000 And here we are with people who represent that point of view in government.

00:26:56.000 Isn't that a good thing?

00:26:58.000 Yeah.

00:26:58.000 And by the way, who is he supposed to pick?

00:27:00.000 Somebody diametrically opposed to his vision for the country?

00:27:03.000 Like the American people voted for Donald Trump and his vision for this country.

00:27:06.000 Yeah.

00:27:06.000 And honestly, you can't say, and you can argue about the pick, you can't say Marco Rubio is a loyalist.

00:27:11.000 You can't say, like we said, Tulsi Gabbard is a loyalist.

00:27:14.000 You can't say Robert F. Kennedy is a loyalist.

00:27:16.000 These people have been outside of his sphere for a long time.

00:27:19.000 They're not exactly people who have been tracking with Trump over the years, right?

00:27:22.000 Yeah.

00:27:23.000 But they have a vision for what he has a vision for.

00:27:26.000 So that works, and there's an alignment there.

00:27:28.000 So his resume makes sense.

00:27:29.000 Deputy Director of the Intelligence?

00:27:31.000 Yeah, it makes sense.

00:27:32.000 Yeah, they say he's inexperienced, but his resume lines right up, dude.

00:27:36.000 What I will say does not make sense, speaking of RFK Jr., is deep-frying a turkey for Thanksgiving in tallow.

00:27:42.000 I support that.

00:27:43.000 It's fine.

00:27:43.000 Without shoes.

00:27:45.000 Well, did you see him do this?

00:27:46.000 He's like, I'm going to fry this in beef tallow!

00:27:49.000 And then you look, you're like, you're not wearing shoes?

00:27:50.000 Around boiling fat?

00:27:52.000 He said...

00:27:53.000 Oh, hot, hot, hot, hot!

00:27:55.000 If you heard my voice, I'd rather go out if you can.

00:27:58.000 What are you, drinking the beef tallow?

00:28:02.000 But as far as...

00:28:02.000 I've been there for 15 years, Stephen.

00:28:04.000 You guys can take a victory lap.

00:28:05.000 You out there right now.

00:28:06.000 These picks are representative of you.

00:28:09.000 When you add it up in hundreds of millions of views and tens of millions of you people, where you all, there was an outcry.

00:28:15.000 I said, yeah, you know what?

00:28:16.000 We agree.

00:28:17.000 We need to fundamentally change and transform our three-letter agencies.

00:28:20.000 That was once considered a radical position.

00:28:21.000 Now you have people who share your position because you made your voices heard in government.

00:28:27.000 Actually, this is a flashback to me talking quite a bit about it on this show.

00:28:33.000 I will not support anyone who does not have a plan in place to deal with our intelligence agencies.

00:28:38.000 Not, well, some of them are good, and either disband or a very, very concrete plan.

00:28:44.000 We talked about it with...

00:28:45.000 Is that the same shirt?

00:28:46.000 Is that the same shirt?

00:28:47.000 Wow, that might be.

00:28:48.000 It looks like you just took off holsters real quick.

00:28:51.000 We took the fig shirt, gone for the dunce cap.

00:28:54.000 And, of course, CNN had to touch on this, and they're not able to comprehend it.

00:29:00.000 Americans have a lack of trust for the FBI. Well, there's a lack of trust in the FBI with the American people, and that's exactly what we saw with Donald Trump getting elected.

00:29:08.000 And with cash, I mean, he has worked national security roles.

00:29:12.000 In fact, he's a prosecutor at the DOJ with the national security under Obama.

00:29:17.000 He's worked with Democrats.

00:29:17.000 He's worked with Republicans.

00:29:19.000 Donald Trump wants change agents.

00:29:21.000 And I think the fact that people here in D.C., D.C. insiders, people within the FBI, perhaps, don't want cash is a really good sell to the American people.

00:29:31.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.

00:29:32.000 And then they went on to say, well, I don't know.

00:29:33.000 We trust...

00:29:33.000 Isn't it funny that those in the left, they support people in the military, they support people in intelligence agencies and law enforcement pushing pencils, but not those carrying guns?

00:29:44.000 Who do you think...

00:29:47.000 Who do you think goes in for the right reasons?

00:29:49.000 Someone who wants to, and I'm not saying that people can't serve their country at a desk, that's not what I'm saying.

00:29:53.000 When you look at the Comeys of the world, when you look at the Millys, people like that, it's a little bit different from the boots on the ground, and they have very differing viewpoints.

00:30:01.000 So here's some examples as to why you may not trust the FBI. We just talked about Hunter Biden and the selective prosecution.

00:30:08.000 Don't know if you know this, but the FBI, DOJ, they all kind of go hand in hand in how they selectively prosecuted Donald Trump.

00:30:14.000 So some reasons you may not trust the FBI and some reasons you may want someone to head up the FBI and actually fundamentally change it as opposed to continue with the status quo.

00:30:22.000 All right, member James Comey refused to prosecute verifiable criminal Hillary Clinton.

00:30:28.000 Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

00:30:41.000 An unreasonable one, maybe.

00:30:43.000 There's so much evidence, we're not going to charge him.

00:30:46.000 But instead, only a few years later, we're going to charge Donald Trump with fraud for devaluing, for example, for wanting to have a lower, so he could pay lower property taxes with Mar-a-Lago.

00:30:56.000 And by the way, all of these, all of these involve our intelligence agencies.

00:30:59.000 They are used...

00:31:01.000 They're used as thugs. 0.74

00:31:02.000 They're a thug enforcement arm of the government.

00:31:05.000 Don't you want someone who wants to limit their scope and power?

00:31:09.000 Let's just distill it to that.

00:31:10.000 You want someone who wants the FBI to have all reaching world's most powerful genie power over everyone's life where you can be convicted Do you realize any of you, if you're audited, or someone looks into your background, they can find something?

00:31:25.000 Do you want to be tied up in court?

00:31:26.000 Or do you want someone who's going to head up to the FBI to say, you know what, we've got to reduce this.

00:31:29.000 We've got to reduce the infringement of rights.

00:31:30.000 Here's another reason you may not trust the FBI. Remember the Russia hoax, right?

00:31:33.000 Russia, Russia, Russia, the Steele dossier, where Peter Stroke, Lisa Pitt, well, let's read some of these texts right here.

00:31:38.000 They said, I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy McCabe's office that there's no way he gets elected.

00:31:44.000 I'm afraid we can't take that risk.

00:31:46.000 They went on, they talked about how they needed an insurance policy.

00:31:49.000 They talked about how they were going to be looking into election interference from Russia.

00:31:53.000 When it was found that that wasn't the case, by any means necessary, let's make sure that Donald Trump cannot be eligible for office, or let's make sure that the public believes.

00:32:03.000 That this was the case.

00:32:04.000 We know it was a hoax.

00:32:05.000 We know it was fraudulent.

00:32:07.000 There's no doubt about that.

00:32:08.000 It has been admitted that doesn't change the fact that at that moment in time, they were working against the will of the American people.

00:32:14.000 You, something that we have a deep personal tie to, the Nashville Manifesto.

00:32:18.000 Remember this?

00:32:19.000 When the shooting took place in Nashville, radicalized transgender shooter on the day of trans vengeance. 0.95

00:32:25.000 Happen, and then no information.

00:32:27.000 Kind of like the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

00:32:29.000 We still have no information.

00:32:30.000 The FBI specifically resisted any release of the manifesto, which people were demanding and crying out for, because we wanted to know why these children were killed, why they were dead, and why we were sold a false bill of goods, as though this may be some kind of a white supremacist national, which is always what they do early on.

00:32:46.000 And they go, oh, different gender pronouns.

00:32:49.000 You know what, let's just not talk about this.

00:32:50.000 Kash Patel specifically commented on the FBI's Overreach here and the Nashville Manifesto.

00:32:58.000 Who has Jeffrey Epstein's...

00:33:00.000 Black Book?

00:33:01.000 Black Book.

00:33:02.000 FBI. But who?

00:33:05.000 That is...

00:33:06.000 I mean, there's...

00:33:07.000 Oh, that's under direct control of the director of the FBI. Just like the manifesto from the Nashville school shooting of the Catholic school.

00:33:17.000 We still haven't seen that, right?

00:33:18.000 Yeah.

00:33:19.000 It's not the Nashville police or PD saying we don't want this out.

00:33:22.000 The FBI airmailed into that operation and said this is not getting out.

00:33:27.000 And I say this because he's partially right there.

00:33:29.000 He's partially wrong.

00:33:29.000 You did see some of the Nashville manifesto.

00:33:31.000 Because of you, your support, Mug Club, Rumble Premium, you can click that button and join.

00:33:35.000 We're not able to do any of this without you.

00:33:37.000 The only reason you've read anything from the Nashville manifesto and seen the motivations of a radicalized leftist transgender shooter It's because we did so in spite of threats from the FBI and intelligence agencies. 0.71

00:33:51.000 And by the way, they pushed back after that.

00:33:53.000 And they still have not released the remainder of the manifesto.

00:33:56.000 We would love to see it.

00:33:58.000 We were tarred and feathered in the media as sensationalists.

00:34:01.000 At first, when we released the National Manifesto, you may not remember this, the mayor came out and said the FBI was going to be investigating us and that it wasn't true.

00:34:07.000 At first they said, this is not authentic.

00:34:09.000 Then they said, well, okay, it's authentic, but they shouldn't have it.

00:34:12.000 Well, okay, it's authentic and they have it, but you know what?

00:34:14.000 We're looking into if there can be an investigation and if we can sue Mug Club Undercover.

00:34:18.000 You guys remember that?

00:34:19.000 So, thank you, and please do continue your support because we have some more stories in the coming year and there's no way to make it happen without you.

00:34:25.000 Here's just a flashback to when we dropped this story, and I'm glad that we have someone like Kash Patel heading up these agencies because maybe we'll get to the rest of it.

00:34:33.000 We have for you today, exclusively here on Loud Earth Crowder, courtesy of Mug Club, first look at part of the handwritten manifesto of the Nashville shooter.

00:34:43.000 Dark Abyss.

00:34:44.000 Death Day.

00:34:46.000 March 27th, 2023. 2023.

00:35:09.000 I'm almost an hour plus seven minutes away.

00:35:12.000 Can't believe I'm doing this, but I'm ready.

00:35:15.000 I hope my victims aren't.

00:35:17.000 My only fear is if anything goes wrong, I'll do my best to prevent any of the sort.

00:35:23.000 God let my wrath take over my anxiety?

00:35:28.000 It might be 10 minutes tops.

00:35:30.000 It might be 3 to 7. It's gonna go quick.

00:35:33.000 I hope I have a high death count. 0.99

00:35:36.000 Ready to die. 0.99

00:35:37.000 Ha ha. 0.99

00:35:38.000 Signed, Aiden.

00:35:41.000 Almost seems like it would be relevant to the American public and certainly the families affected.

00:35:47.000 So this is where we are.

00:35:48.000 Look.

00:35:49.000 Kash Patel, looking at Tulsi Gabbard.

00:35:52.000 Someone like RFK Jr. Looking at these.

00:35:54.000 Clean house.

00:35:55.000 Clean house.

00:35:55.000 Let's do that.

00:35:56.000 Let's make this the clean house administration. 0.97

00:35:58.000 And you know what?

00:35:59.000 For the first time in our lifetime, and I mean this, people have often said, and this is something I'm very excited about, and I want to know if you guys can sense this difference.

00:36:07.000 You say, yeah, Democrats grow the government really huge and Republicans grow the government pretty huge, just slightly less, and they grow it in different ways.

00:36:16.000 This may be the first time where, as opposed to the rule, which has always been government grows, grows, grows, grows, grows, grows, we may actually shrink it for the first time in our lifetime when you're talking about doge, when you're talking about efficiency, when you're talking about looking at these systems that exist, these institutions, and For years, decades, you were told, trust your institutions.

00:36:36.000 For the first time, you have people who will be heading up some of these institutions who are entering into it with mistrust and the mindset of, what do we cut?

00:36:45.000 What do we change?

00:36:46.000 That's never happened.

00:36:49.000 Republican or Democrat?

00:36:51.000 And so keep your foot on the gas and keep these people accountable.

00:36:54.000 I would love to see a budget, I mean hundreds of billions, trillions of dollars.

00:36:58.000 I would love to see an entire restructuring of the FBI, CIA, DOJ to the point where, my God, there might be some actual accountability.

00:37:07.000 Maybe some limits on how long people can be entrenched into these agencies.

00:37:12.000 This should be the Clean House Administration. 1.00

00:37:13.000 If nothing else, this should be the administration where, boom, chop, chop, go to it with an axe. 1.00

00:37:19.000 What do you think?

00:37:23.000 It's like the extreme government makeover where they park the bus in front and then they pull away and the FBI building's just gone.

00:37:28.000 Yes!

00:37:30.000 And they have the unemployment line off to the right on HGTV. Move that bus! 0.82

00:37:39.000 I just thought, what?

00:37:40.000 It's gone.

00:37:41.000 I thought you were going to turn it into farmhouse chic.

00:37:43.000 We made it better!

00:37:44.000 See, that's the whole point of the show.

00:37:45.000 I just thought you'd do the whitewashing with the furniture so it looks like a barnhouse but I have the modern amenities and I can tell people I have a barnhouse.

00:37:53.000 What is with that now?

00:37:54.000 Why is everything whitewashed?

00:37:55.000 It's that barn house look.

00:37:56.000 Nah, it's going to go away.

00:37:57.000 We're going back.

00:37:57.000 It's shiplap.

00:37:58.000 Is that what it's called?

00:37:59.000 Shiplap? 0.97

00:38:00.000 Shiplap's out. 0.99

00:38:01.000 Well, you know what's going to happen?

00:38:01.000 People are going to look back on shiplap like we look back in the 80s where everything was solid black and white in the bathrooms.

00:38:07.000 I'm like, what were we thinking?

00:38:08.000 Wallpaper, yeah.

00:38:09.000 I was about to say wallpaper's coming back.

00:38:10.000 Wallpaper's the worst.

00:38:11.000 Oh, it's coming back.

00:38:12.000 Wallpaper's coming back.

00:38:13.000 And by the way...

00:38:13.000 Cigarette smoke in it.

00:38:14.000 Hey, you guys can take an active role.

00:38:53.000 Let's get to this.

00:38:55.000 I'm going to give you the name.

00:38:57.000 Chase Strangio.

00:38:58.000 Okay.

00:38:59.000 Sounds made up.

00:39:00.000 It does.

00:39:02.000 So, the left...

00:39:04.000 It sounds like a Marvel villain.

00:39:05.000 Yes, it does.

00:39:06.000 A very boring one.

00:39:08.000 Dr. Strangio.

00:39:09.000 It just does trans surgery on kids. 0.98

00:39:11.000 What does he do?

00:39:12.000 Strange things.

00:39:13.000 He mutilates children.

00:39:16.000 He's from Europe.

00:39:17.000 He doesn't put his eggs in the fridge.

00:39:20.000 Strangio.

00:39:21.000 That's not what he does.

00:39:22.000 He holds the trans stone. 0.64

00:39:24.000 Yes.

00:39:26.000 He has to unlock it.

00:39:28.000 The confused stone?

00:39:29.000 Yeah.

00:39:31.000 Stone of confusion.

00:39:35.000 So, the left right now, they're in a civil, kind of a civil war.

00:39:39.000 You'll see a lot of people on the left who are furious about the fact that they lost this election.

00:39:44.000 A lot of people, the old school people, the James Carvilles, think that the left lost because they unfortunately went too far left in all these social justice issues.

00:39:51.000 You know, trans issues were...

00:39:54.000 I wouldn't even say they were at the forefront of this election.

00:39:56.000 I would say they were in the background, but Americans were tired of it and know this is what the party is actually about.

00:40:01.000 So you have people on the left right now who want to get away from that.

00:40:04.000 Here's the thing.

00:40:04.000 They cannot.

00:40:06.000 They cannot get away from it because of the case right now that will be before the Supreme Court.

00:40:10.000 One thing I want you to remember is never allow the left...

00:40:13.000 They gaslight you and say, why are you turning this into an issue?

00:40:16.000 No one's talking about the trans in sports.

00:40:19.000 No one's talking about children transitioning.

00:40:20.000 Why are you making this an issue?

00:40:22.000 Hold on a second.

00:40:23.000 What's before the Supreme Court?

00:40:25.000 And how does that affect me as a parent?

00:40:28.000 And my child, if they want to get gender reassignment surgery or puberty blockers.

00:40:31.000 Wait, are you actually trying to bring this right now as a civil rights case to the Supreme Court and take my children away?

00:40:36.000 Spoiler alert, the answer is yes.

00:40:38.000 So, right now, that's the reality.

00:40:41.000 But when Democrats, when the left says, we need to sort of avoid these issues, what they mean is, they need to lie to you about it.

00:40:48.000 They need to lie to you and hide the woke kind of cultural issues that they have been spiraling, that they have made their raison d'etre.

00:40:57.000 They have to hide it to trick you long enough to win an election.

00:41:00.000 That's really what they mean.

00:41:02.000 And you hear them constantly now saying, we got to focus a little bit less on the woke stuff.

00:41:06.000 Lie about it.

00:41:09.000 We're shocker that the people who see everything through the lens of race and sex see their election loss as a result of racism and sexism. 0.98

00:41:17.000 Yes, if only we weren't so irredeemably unenlightened, we would have elected a black president by now. 1.00

00:41:23.000 Oh, what? 0.98

00:41:24.000 We did?

00:41:24.000 Oh, right.

00:41:26.000 And then re-elected him.

00:41:27.000 What do you make of that compilation?

00:41:30.000 And was woke overdone?

00:41:33.000 This is like trying to wash clothes that's got smoke all over them.

00:41:37.000 You can't get the stench out.

00:41:38.000 The Democrats need to focus less on who is woke and more on who is broke.

00:41:46.000 I was just speaking authentically as a parent about one of many issues where Democrats are just out of touch with the majority of Americans.

00:41:55.000 And I stand by my position.

00:41:58.000 Even though I may not have used exactly the right words.

00:42:01.000 Okay, good.

00:42:01.000 So what the left means when they're saying this is the solution is to abandon that because it's un-American.

00:42:06.000 It's a violation of basic parental rights and, by the way, human rights.

00:42:09.000 And let's move forward where we all get on the same somewhat sensible page and we're disagreeing on maybe foreign policy and taxes.

00:42:17.000 Oh, no, wait, sorry.

00:42:18.000 They mean lie to you.

00:42:20.000 Because Wednesday, the Supreme Court is going to be hearing the Biden administration's challenge to the Tennessee law that bans transgender care, meaning reassignment and hormone therapy for minors.

00:42:34.000 So this Wednesday, the Supreme Court is going to be hearing a case where the Biden administration took it upon themselves to say, hey, a state should have no right to allow parents to make decisions for their children as it relates to puberty blockers, sex changes, etc.

00:42:50.000 You really think that this party can straighten up and fly, right?

00:42:55.000 Let me tell you what this case is.

00:42:57.000 It's U.S. versus, I want to make sure I get the name right, U.S. versus Scrimetti, and it's going to be argued by a trans ACLU lawyer.

00:43:06.000 I'm going to get into this case and who this lawyer is, because you're going to be hearing quite a bit about this person.

00:43:11.000 Chase Strangio, which brings us to our first installment, likely first of many, of Strangio Things.

00:43:31.000 That's like a French Berber. 1.00

00:43:38.000 Looks like Pepe Le Pew in real life.

00:43:42.000 It looks like a costume you'd buy to be Bonnie and Clyde.

00:43:46.000 He's a striped suit and a Tommy gun. 1.00

00:43:51.000 What a stupid person that is in real life. 1.00

00:43:55.000 We need to restart the segment. 1.00

00:43:58.000 It gets even worse.

00:44:00.000 Trust me.

00:44:00.000 You're going to have plenty of opportunities.

00:44:04.000 Because this is the lawyer.

00:44:07.000 This is the lawyer from the ACLU. Isn't it funny?

00:44:09.000 American Civil Liberties Union.

00:44:10.000 This person...

00:44:12.000 Would gladly support the intelligence agencies being involved in the government taking your children away if you say no puberty blockers for my son.

00:44:19.000 If you say no chemical castration for my boy, no suturing up the vagina of my daughter because she's only 10, this person, this lawyer from the ACLU, would gladly have them taken away from you.

00:44:29.000 Isn't that fun? 0.73

00:44:30.000 So let's hear Chase Strangio describe what this case before the Supreme Court is about.

00:44:37.000 Next week, Chase Strangio will make history as the first openly transgender lawyer to make oral arguments before the Supreme Court as the justices consider Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming hormone therapies for transgender minors.

00:44:53.000 Thank you for having me.

00:44:54.000 We are before the Supreme Court at this moment when transgender people are under so much scrutiny.

00:44:59.000 And this comes on the tale of 24 states banning evidence-based medicine for transgender adolescents.

00:45:07.000 Okay, so a couple of things.

00:45:08.000 First off, you're going to hear this term a lot, evidence-based medicine.

00:45:11.000 It almost should be an antonym, because it's the opposite of evidence-based anything, just like we heard that during COVID. Just to be clear, this case, if it were to go the wrong way, it's no longer a state issue.

00:45:25.000 You understand that what happened in Tim Walz's state, Minnesota, would be national.

00:45:29.000 States would not have permission to ban transgender surgery or hormone replacement therapy for minors.

00:45:36.000 So don't tell me that we're making this an issue.

00:45:38.000 Just to be clear about what this case is.

00:45:40.000 Let me also give you one more example before I get into this.

00:45:41.000 You may not know this.

00:45:43.000 It's very important to read dissenting opinions when you're talking about a Supreme Court case.

00:45:47.000 So, as it relates to firearms, Heller versus D.C., the dissenting opinions, right, you now have, congratulations, you have the right to own guns.

00:45:55.000 I know what you're thinking.

00:45:56.000 Well, no leftist wants to stop that.

00:45:58.000 They just want magazine capacity.

00:46:00.000 The dissenting opinions in Heller v.

00:46:02.000 D.C. said you actually have no right to own a firearm as a private citizen whatsoever.

00:46:07.000 So if they ruled the other way on Heller v.

00:46:10.000 D.C., you wouldn't be allowed to own a gun if your governor said they didn't like it.

00:46:16.000 So when you have to distill it, when you actually have to get down to the legal case and ruling, you do end up with a binary decision.

00:46:24.000 Where are we here?

00:46:25.000 This is going to go one of two ways.

00:46:28.000 States can ban transitioning care, meaning surgery, hormone replacement therapy, depending on the state.

00:46:35.000 States have the right to say we won't do that in our state with minors.

00:46:39.000 Or the other side, which Chase Strangio is arguing, is actually at a federal level, All minors should be able to get the kind of care that they claim they demand, and the state would have the right to remove these minors from your care as a parent if you don't allow it.

00:46:53.000 It's going to go one of those two ways.

00:46:55.000 Don't let them tell you that you're making this an issue.

00:46:59.000 So let's get into this case a little bit, the evidence-based medicine.

00:47:02.000 This specifically challenges the Tennessee law that bans hormone replacement therapy and puberty blockers.

00:47:09.000 Now, if you think that I'm doing a straw man or the intellectual fallacy of slippery slope.

00:47:16.000 Rewind, I don't know, five years.

00:47:22.000 Did you ever think we were going to have this conversation that there would be a Supreme Court case on hormone therapy and puberty blockers for not giving them to your children would be a violation of human rights?

00:47:32.000 Remember when they said we're not coming for your kids?

00:47:34.000 Remember when they said it has nothing to do with transgender But this has nothing to do with sports.

00:47:39.000 We're not saying that biological males should be allowed in contact sports.

00:47:42.000 Remember that?

00:47:42.000 Yeah.

00:47:43.000 We're already down that slippery slope.

00:47:45.000 So this is about puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy.

00:47:47.000 You really think that it would be a bridge too far as far as gender reassignment surgery?

00:47:51.000 Comment below.

00:47:52.000 Let me know if you think I'm just way out in left field.

00:47:57.000 And this, of course, this law would involve fines for doctors who violate the order.

00:48:04.000 It would be a complete overhaul of our health care system that would include transitioning minors. 1.00

00:48:09.000 Okay.

00:48:09.000 So the law that was signed in 2023, just to be clear, Governor Bill Lee, we're talking about Tennessee, it bans care if it is for the purpose of it.

00:48:17.000 I want to read you what the law says.

00:48:19.000 One, enabling a minor to identify with or live as a purported identity inconsistent with the immutable characteristics of the reproductive system that define the minor as male or female, as determined by anatomy and genetics— Existing at the time of birth, meaning minor sex, or treating purported discomfort or distress from a discordance between the minor sex and asserted identity.

00:48:42.000 So, really what this law in Tennessee says is, no, we're not going to be giving transition drugs.

00:48:50.000 To minors. 0.84

00:48:50.000 We're not going to be doing that. 0.84

00:48:52.000 That's effective.

00:48:52.000 And look, I want people to look at the wordplay that's going on here, too, right?

00:48:56.000 So when you say minor, minor is kind of a middle term for me.

00:48:58.000 I understand exactly what minor means, but we're not really just talking about 14, 15, 16-year-old people that would be considered minors.

00:49:05.000 What he used as a term was adolescence, which I think is a murky term for a lot of people.

00:49:10.000 You understand what it means, but it's not the same.

00:49:12.000 Here's the term we should be using.

00:49:14.000 Children.

00:49:14.000 Every single time, use that word, children, because that is what they mean.

00:49:20.000 Don't take my word for it.

00:49:21.000 Later on, when we get to a clip, there's a kid that talks about this in Texas that was at age five when they started having some kind of ramifications from this.

00:49:30.000 So every time you see minor, adolescents come out of those guys' mouth, it's children that we're talking about.

00:49:35.000 That drives the point home.

00:49:37.000 Non-voters.

00:49:38.000 Yeah.

00:49:39.000 Yeah.

00:49:39.000 That's a good point.

00:49:40.000 Can't even vote for the right to save themselves.

00:49:43.000 Yeah, so let's go through the claims that are being made here, because this is what's at stake at the Supreme Court.

00:49:47.000 I think it'll rule the sensible way, but what's at stake is your right to be a parent.

00:49:53.000 So here's a claim, though.

00:49:56.000 And this is how they're building their case.

00:49:59.000 Dr. Strangio argues that the law not allowing transitionary care for children is sex discrimination and that really, actually, trans treatment, all of this, puberty blockers, is completely safe.

00:50:17.000 So if you take, for example, a transgender adolescent boy, he cannot receive testosterone to live consistent with his male identity because he was assigned female at birth.

00:50:27.000 Had he been assigned male at birth, he could receive that same medication for that same purpose.

00:50:32.000 That is sex discrimination.

00:50:33.000 And Tennessee has to justify it, which the district court concluded that Tennessee just simply did not.

00:50:39.000 The courts across the country that have actually looked at the evidence have repeatedly found that the claims about the harms of this treatment just do not hold up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny.

00:50:50.000 But, of course, we lost in the appellate court.

00:50:53.000 We're now before the Supreme Court making the case that this is just a plain and simple example of sex discrimination, and the fact that it's sex discrimination against trans people doesn't make it any less unconstitutional.

00:51:04.000 By the way, also, this person believes it's unconstitutional to ban biological males from competing in female contact sports.

00:51:10.000 So, we'll get to a couple of things here.

00:51:13.000 But first off, this is a trick they play, right?

00:51:15.000 Evidence-based medicines say the evidence just doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

00:51:18.000 There's some truth to that in that we don't have a lot of long-term evidence...

00:51:24.000 In the sense that we have not put young girls on testosterone for long enough to know, and enough members, by the way, enough participants, to know the long-term ill health effects.

00:51:35.000 But to act as though we don't have evidence for what takes place as it relates to supraphysiological doses of testosterone is absurd.

00:51:44.000 It is one of the most well-documented subjects of study in medical performance literature as it relates to performance enhancement drugs.

00:51:54.000 It's not even up for debate.

00:51:55.000 So let's go through this, the first truth.

00:51:58.000 Puberty blockers are unbelievably unsafe.

00:52:02.000 Okay?

00:52:02.000 This person is lying.

00:52:03.000 This person is lying to you, Strangio.

00:52:05.000 In March, Britain's NHS completely stopped prescribing puberty blockers, saying that there is not enough evidence to support the safety or clinical effectiveness of PSH to make the treatment routinely available at this time.

00:52:17.000 And that may be due to the fact that all the research we have available shows that puberty blockers can decrease bone density.

00:52:23.000 That makes sense if you know what they do.

00:52:24.000 Decrease fertility.

00:52:25.000 Stunt bone growth.

00:52:26.000 It can cause seizures.

00:52:27.000 It can cause irreversible Frozen prepubescence.

00:52:33.000 More than 10,000 adverse effects have been reported by patients to the FDA after using just the puberty-blocking drug Lupron.

00:52:40.000 By the way, you probably know this, Lupron, which is used as a puberty, was the drug we used to use to chemically castrate sex offenders.

00:52:48.000 When given to teenage or adolescent boys, however...

00:52:51.000 Well, I don't know.

00:52:52.000 We don't have the science.

00:52:53.000 So, we do have the evidence to show that it worked as a chemical sterilization, a chemical castration drug to the point that it was used.

00:53:03.000 What they mean to tell you is we don't have...

00:53:05.000 There's no evidence that shows there are long-term ill health effects to giving it to boys because you just started.

00:53:11.000 Because you just started.

00:53:12.000 It doesn't mean that we don't know how the drug works and the effects that it has.

00:53:16.000 It is catastrophic.

00:53:18.000 Nothing good comes from this drug being given to a young boy.

00:53:22.000 They are saying, let's make your children the medical experiments, and they're demanding that the Supreme Court legislate from the bench nationally.

00:53:31.000 How evil can you get?

00:53:33.000 Here's another truth.

00:53:35.000 They say, well, we don't, you know, for example, a girl taking testosterone, there's just the evidence doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

00:53:41.000 No, that's not true.

00:53:43.000 Cross-hex hormones are unbelievably dangerous. 0.94

00:53:46.000 Okay?

00:53:47.000 Medically, it's observable.

00:53:48.000 So, for example, and this is really important because we do have plenty of documentation on testosterone in men.

00:53:54.000 Testosterone replacement therapy, for example, if kept well within the normal ranges, could be a miracle for people who are aging or people who actually do have pituitary disorders and don't make testosterone.

00:54:05.000 We know with certainty that once you get to super physiological doses, meaning for a man, to a performance enhancing dose, Meaning to the point that your body could not produce testosterone to this level naturally.

00:54:15.000 You have increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, you have fertility problems, you have irreversible physical changes, increased risk of stroke.

00:54:24.000 Again, with men, if you're taking a man from the average, we've talked about this, the average male level of testosterone in your system might be between three or four hundred to a thousand nanograms per deciliter.

00:54:35.000 If you get to the point where a man is taking testosterone and that number is maybe double, oh boy, the risks go up dramatically.

00:54:41.000 A woman's natural testosterone level is 10 to 70 nanograms per deciliter, meaning they would be multiplying it by 15! 1.00

00:54:50.000 What these children are doing is they're taking...

00:54:53.000 So if a man, for example, might take steroids, or a female bodybuilder might take steroids, they're concerned about side effects.

00:55:00.000 So a female athlete taking steroids is concerned about the side effect of facial hair, vocal changes, male pattern baldness. 1.00

00:55:07.000 These transgender individuals are taking the drugs at crazy high doses specifically to induce the side effects. 1.00

00:55:16.000 Do you understand that? 0.98

00:55:17.000 Jeez.

00:55:18.000 That's how he got the She-Hulk. 0.94

00:55:19.000 Yes.

00:55:20.000 Yes.

00:55:21.000 Here's another truth.

00:55:23.000 We do know that there are a lot of other ill health effects.

00:55:27.000 So this even comes straight from the NIH. Limited data are available on the adverse drug reactions of gender-forming hormone therapy, mainly due to the lack of population-based studies with adequate controls.

00:55:36.000 What they're saying is we don't have evidence in young girls taking testosterone today to know the ill health effects by the time they are 30. We do know...

00:55:45.000 Does anyone here believe that we don't know the side effects of taking steroids?

00:55:50.000 And again, Arnold, look at Mr. Olympia.

00:55:52.000 They're not taking the level of anabolic hormones that these girls are taking to become boys, let alone puberty blockers.

00:56:02.000 Pubescent girls.

00:56:04.000 I don't even understand how this case got to where it is right now, right?

00:56:07.000 Because he said in that video, this whole thing rests on the ability for boys to be able to get this treatment and girls not to be able to get this treatment, right?

00:56:16.000 Essentially, that's what he's saying.

00:56:17.000 You're discriminating based on sex because they were assigned.

00:56:19.000 I don't know, the doctor had eyes and I guess assigned a gender at birth.

00:56:22.000 Assigned by who?

00:56:23.000 God.

00:56:24.000 Exactly.

00:56:25.000 Funny, they believe in God.

00:56:26.000 It's not the same drug for the same purpose.

00:56:29.000 Just to put a fine point on it, it may be the same drug.

00:56:32.000 For the purpose with boys, it's to put it in the normal range that it should be in.

00:56:36.000 There is a deficiency there in the body, and the body will do very well with it in that normal range.

00:56:41.000 For a girl, it is to make it something completely outside of what the body can actually handle. 1.00

00:56:47.000 And it brings on these kinds of side effects.

00:56:49.000 I don't understand how judges can't see that.

00:56:50.000 Thankfully, the appellate court apparently did, but I guess they didn't hear the case on the merits because he said every court that's heard the case on the merits has decided that we're right.

00:56:58.000 So I just don't understand how it's even getting this far and how you can make that argument without looking at yourself and going, yeah, I'm kind of lying here.

00:57:05.000 Well, that person listens to themselves and says they're attractive.

00:57:07.000 Yes, exactly.

00:57:08.000 And they tell you, why are you making this an issue?

00:57:12.000 We want to get back to the issues.

00:57:14.000 Remember that the new transgender representative, Nancy Mace, I forgot the name. 0.96

00:57:17.000 Nancy Mace doesn't want to have, you know, taking a dump in the ladies' room. 1.00

00:57:20.000 Like, I'm here to represent the people of Delaware.

00:57:23.000 I'm here to talk about the issues.

00:57:24.000 Okay, great.

00:57:24.000 So you don't support this going before the Supreme Court and kids being potentially taken away from their parents or doctors being fined for, you know, actually honoring the Hippocratic Oath.

00:57:31.000 Well, look, that's just the course I'm going to decide it.

00:57:33.000 I just went, oh, okay.

00:57:35.000 Have you supported it?

00:57:36.000 Have you supported it?

00:57:37.000 Have you supported the complete upending of our norms and the idea, is there any more accepted societal norm than men and women are different? 0.71

00:57:45.000 The left wants to do away with that.

00:57:47.000 And then tell you you don't trust your institutions.

00:57:49.000 So, who is this person, this attorney?

00:57:51.000 Chase Strangio.

00:57:53.000 This is a woman to man trans, in case you couldn't tell.

00:57:55.000 Co-director of the ACLU's LGBT and HIV Project.

00:57:59.000 No idea how LGBT and HIV are connected.

00:58:02.000 Represented Chelsea Manning in challenging the military transgender ban.

00:58:07.000 Made us safer, a more effective fighting force.

00:58:09.000 And was listed in Time Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential Z's of 2020. It's incredibly important to have trans lawyers litigating trans cases.

00:58:18.000 If there are no trans lawyers, there's oftentimes no trans people participating in a dialogue about whether and how trans people should exist.

00:58:30.000 Okay, so...

00:58:30.000 Let me just go through so you can know who this person is who wants to bring this to the Supreme Court.

00:58:37.000 And by the way, it's a very important tool in the toolbox of the left.

00:58:42.000 This person, Strangio, also thinks that protecting kids is actually an attempt, and this is what they do, they make you feel guilty.

00:58:49.000 You want to protect kids? 0.97

00:58:50.000 You don't think kids should be...

00:58:50.000 Well, oh, okay.

00:58:51.000 What that actually means is you want to kill trans people. 1.00

00:58:54.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:58:54.000 There was this rhetoric that they utilized saying that, well, these are kids, we have to protect them. 1.00

00:59:00.000 They don't know, you know, what they're doing.

00:59:03.000 Of course, that doesn't really hold water in any sense.

00:59:06.000 These pieces of legislation don't start and end with trans youth.

00:59:11.000 You cannot make us untrans unless you make us not alive.

00:59:16.000 Oh.

00:59:17.000 Oh, okay.

00:59:18.000 See, I just thought that I was not allowing you to take a controlled substance that would cause irreparable harm and be medical malpractice.

00:59:25.000 I understand now.

00:59:26.000 You're saying that I'm a murderer.

00:59:28.000 Yes. 0.84

00:59:28.000 Murdering. 0.84

00:59:29.000 Actually, we just want you to wait until you're 18. And then you can make your own decision.

00:59:33.000 We'd have arguments for 17. Yeah, in some states.

00:59:35.000 Just depending.

00:59:36.000 Yeah.

00:59:36.000 And by the way, Strangio, female to male, or woman to male, whatever, transgender, is also, again, this is part of the dogma.

00:59:46.000 Very, very, no idea how this person's affected by it, but pro-abortion.

00:59:50.000 We all need abortion because we cannot be free if we don't have freedom over our bodies, our self-determination, and our reproductive autonomy.

00:59:59.000 Gosh, looks like an uncool Travis Barker.

01:00:01.000 Like a slingshot Kelly.

01:00:04.000 Yes.

01:00:05.000 Looks like when Kat McKinnon was spoofing Justin Bieber's Calvin Klein app. 0.67

01:00:10.000 Like Adam Lapine?

01:00:11.000 Yes.

01:00:13.000 Lil' Peen? 1.00

01:00:14.000 I don't know.

01:00:14.000 Lil' Peen!

01:00:15.000 Rapper.

01:00:17.000 This is going before the Supreme Court.

01:00:19.000 Yes.

01:00:20.000 I want to argue on behalf of the American people.

01:00:23.000 Can you imagine the founding fathers tried to look at the Supreme Court case?

01:00:27.000 Okay, who was a lawyer?

01:00:28.000 What?

01:00:29.000 What in God's name is that thing?

01:00:33.000 A wig's better than mine.

01:00:35.000 By the way, just wants to make the case hurt.

01:00:38.000 He's not an activist.

01:00:39.000 Also a founder of Trans Santa, a trans-themed, because I've always thought, as it relates to Christmas charities, there aren't enough Transgender themed ones.

01:00:49.000 I wanted to just first thank everyone for your continued support of Transanta, a program that allows us to center the voices and experience of trans youth and enable them to get gifts during the holiday season.

01:01:04.000 Wait, wait, wait, wait, they're not getting gifts?

01:01:06.000 Yeah.

01:01:07.000 Is it because they're trans? 0.90

01:01:08.000 You're telling us right now that Santa skips their house?

01:01:10.000 Well, I'm looking at the list.

01:01:11.000 I'm looking at the list.

01:01:12.000 Apparently, they've all been naughty.

01:01:14.000 Because putting them on steroids has given them a little bit of the rage. 0.74

01:01:17.000 Or, you know, family members might have not agreed with their decision.

01:01:21.000 Might not have agreed with their decision.

01:01:23.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:01:24.000 And trans-Santa, just so you know, not going to be going down your chimney. 1.00

01:01:27.000 He'll be crawling up your chimney with a sigmoidoscope.

01:01:30.000 So it's a little bit different.

01:01:31.000 It's a little bit different.

01:01:32.000 It's a little smoky.

01:01:34.000 Yes.

01:01:34.000 Rudolph the brown nose right here.

01:01:37.000 That's not soot.

01:01:43.000 I know what you're thinking.

01:01:44.000 Are you implying sexual demoncy?

01:01:45.000 Yes.

01:01:46.000 Yes, I am.

01:01:47.000 Does trans Santa leave you presents in your ball sack hanging on your mantle? 1.00

01:01:56.000 And by the way, this strange you also got with another girl who turned guy, Elliot Page, formerly Ellen Page, to send this message to trans children.

01:02:07.000 Hi, I'm Elliot Page.

01:02:09.000 I'm Chase Strangio.

01:02:11.000 We just wanted to send a message of love to trans youth.

01:02:14.000 We're here.

01:02:14.000 We're thinking of you.

01:02:16.000 And we support you.

01:02:18.000 We've got your back. 0.98

01:02:20.000 Yeah, why do trans females to males always choose to look like a douchebag guy? 1.00

01:02:24.000 It's always a douchey dude! 0.97

01:02:26.000 Yes, it's never like you come out and like, oh, you look like, you know, like a Gregory Peck.

01:02:30.000 It's always the Chaz Bono with the chin strap beard and the chains and the tattoos and the Diddy Kong flat-billed baseball cap.

01:02:39.000 Yes, the white rappers, the Malibu's most unwanted, really. 0.79

01:02:42.000 Yes, exactly! 0.75

01:02:43.000 It's like they always do.

01:02:44.000 It's just like how trans men, when they identify as women, all of a sudden, this idea of gender stereotypes that radically offends feminists is fine.

01:02:53.000 The man dresses up like a Barbie. 0.98

01:02:55.000 These girls, they dress up like douchebag guys who no real men would respect. 0.94

01:03:01.000 Oh, this person also, just a cherry on top, refers to trans people or older trans people as, this is going to be before the Supreme Court, this person, as trans-estors. 0.60

01:03:11.000 Today, we are choosing to build upon the legacies of our trans-estors. 1.00

01:03:15.000 *laughs* Dodge the 42% attempted suicide rate free or post! *laughs*

01:03:44.000 I'm so proud of my transcestors.

01:03:46.000 Oh my gosh.

01:03:47.000 How many transcestors do you have?

01:03:50.000 Clip that.

01:03:52.000 Clip that.

01:03:52.000 That sounded like a clip.

01:03:53.000 Clip that.

01:03:54.000 The founding mothers to fathers.

01:03:58.000 So...

01:03:58.000 The founding Z's.

01:04:02.000 So, what would this case set as far as a precedent?

01:04:04.000 Why are you making it an issue?

01:04:07.000 Well, this would basically prevent any states from passing laws banning medical transitions of minors.

01:04:11.000 That's really what we're talking about.

01:04:12.000 They would declare it sex-based discrimination and unconstitutional to deny a child gender transition.

01:04:21.000 And by the way, it would basically give approval, which the court shouldn't be doing medically, give medical approval to something that, of course, deserves no medical approval, the idea of gender-affirming care.

01:04:34.000 And by that we mean, when they say gender-affirming, what they really mean to say is...

01:04:41.000 Injecting chemicals, injecting drugs and hormones that fly in the face of your biology and your body will try to reject forever for the rest of your life.

01:04:50.000 You understand that, right?

01:04:52.000 You understand that the male body should not have estrogen in it to a level that a female would. 0.98

01:04:56.000 You understand that even if women, by the way, their estrogen levels go high above the natural threshold, it's one of the first anti-breast cancer drugs they will give them as some kind of Estrogen inhibitor or aromatase inhibitor or estrogen blocker.

01:05:08.000 You understand that, right?

01:05:09.000 You understand that the female body is designed to, to use the term homeostasis, to keep a certain testosterone level within a range that allows a female to still be a female and maintain fertility and feminine features.

01:05:21.000 You understand that your body actually has a natural state, almost a God-given state, that you are trying to alter and your body continually rejects.

01:05:28.000 You also understand when you get to transition surgery that If you create a fake vagina, you have to constantly reopen it with a medical device. 0.98

01:05:35.000 It's basically a glorified, less fun dildo. 0.96

01:05:37.000 Otherwise, your body tries to close it as a wound. 1.00

01:05:40.000 You understand that your body tries to reject the appendage when you put on a fake penis. 1.00

01:05:44.000 So let's take all of this and thrust it upon children. 0.99

01:05:48.000 That's what's before the Supreme Court.

01:05:50.000 Why are you making it an issue?

01:05:52.000 This is literally the Biden-Harris administration bringing it before the Supreme Court.

01:05:57.000 It's going to be heard Wednesday.

01:05:59.000 And it's being argued by the most, and this is someone who's chosen by the Biden administration, the most radical trans activist who you can picture.

01:06:10.000 That's what's happening Wednesday.

01:06:12.000 Make it an issue.

01:06:14.000 Make it an issue.

01:06:15.000 Is it unreasonable for me as a parent to be concerned about a slippery slope here?

01:06:19.000 Like, is it unreasonable for me to think, to be concerned that, well, this will lead to other things that minors do?

01:06:25.000 No, it's not.

01:06:25.000 Are we going to lower the consent age?

01:06:28.000 Well, you would think so.

01:06:29.000 Hey, these people are making this...

01:06:30.000 Am I crazy for worrying about that?

01:06:32.000 No, think about it.

01:06:32.000 These kids are making decisions that will permanently alter their sex lives when they don't have the ability to consent to sex.

01:06:38.000 That's exactly the point that I'm, yeah.

01:06:40.000 You said it way better than I, yeah.

01:06:42.000 It's like, hey, you ever had a climax?

01:06:45.000 No.

01:06:45.000 Oh, okay.

01:06:46.000 So you don't know if you're going to like it.

01:06:48.000 You don't know if it's going to be good.

01:06:49.000 I'm going to tell you, spoiler alert, they're pretty good.

01:06:51.000 But you may never be able to have one.

01:06:54.000 Why?

01:06:54.000 Well, you know, it's tough.

01:06:55.000 When you cut off your dick, nine-year-old, I don't know if you know this, but at some point, you're going to be fond of that dick. 1.00

01:07:00.000 You're going to want it because things feel good, and you know what? 1.00

01:07:03.000 Hopefully, in a monogamous relationship with it, no, no, no.

01:07:05.000 We're going to let you cut it off and permanently damage your sex life, which you have yet to even begin because you're not at the age of consent. 0.82

01:07:12.000 Think about that.

01:07:13.000 That is what is before the Supreme Court this Wednesday.

01:07:16.000 I don't know why more people aren't talking about it on the right.

01:07:19.000 People on the left are galvanized and thrilled about this.

01:07:22.000 Just go check out Reddit Politics or the Democrat Underground.

01:07:26.000 And that's been, I don't have any more in me this week's Strangio Things.

01:07:30.000 I forgot that's at the end.

01:07:47.000 We're going to be able to reuse that.

01:07:48.000 It comes up like it's Darth Maul or something.

01:07:50.000 I wouldn't be surprised if the ACL sues because they do that.

01:07:53.000 That's Vecna. 0.98

01:07:56.000 And we're going to continue, by the way, talking about Donald Trump saying no to bricks, and we'll get into what that means.

01:08:34.000 All right.

01:08:35.000 What did I miss?

01:08:36.000 Okay, right here.

01:08:36.000 Oh, that's right.

01:08:37.000 I'd better see Rumble Santa than Trans Santa. 1.00

01:08:39.000 Yeah, so would I. That'd be kind of a cool Santa.

01:08:40.000 Probably Drake's Monster or Rockstar.

01:08:42.000 Yeah.

01:08:44.000 He just takes over people's houses for Christmas.

01:08:46.000 It's fantastic.

01:08:48.000 Don't forget to leave your rock stars and shroom gummies for Santa's.

01:08:56.000 Santa's been trying a little bit of micro dosing.

01:09:00.000 You hear that?

01:09:01.000 Now tell your parents to get rid of your seed oils.

01:09:04.000 Yes Oh no I can't This year, Santa's gone carnivore.

01:09:13.000 I'm sorry.

01:09:16.000 Your kids are cursing.

01:09:17.000 Rebel Santa said I can say anything I want.

01:09:19.000 Yes, he does.

01:09:23.000 So, let's go to this BRICS. Actually, the last few years, there's been this new axis, for lack of a better word.

01:09:28.000 China, Russia, a few other nations, right?

01:09:32.000 That have sort of been leading against the West.

01:09:35.000 And it includes North Korea, Iran, Russia, China.

01:09:38.000 I'm trying to think.

01:09:39.000 Brazil.

01:09:40.000 All the players.

01:09:40.000 So the most public sign that we see right now of China and Russia's push to sort of de-Americanize the world.

01:09:48.000 And Donald Trump was, again, he gave a perfect Trump response at this point.

01:09:52.000 Thank God that you have someone like that.

01:09:53.000 Can you imagine these stories right now if Kamala Harris was going to be next?

01:09:56.000 It wasn't just about Joe Biden.

01:09:57.000 It was about...

01:09:58.000 Eight years unfettered.

01:09:59.000 This would have gotten so bad so quickly.

01:10:02.000 But here's actually a little bit of backstory on BRICS, China, Russia trying to un-Americanize the world.

01:10:09.000 Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting a gathering of world leaders for the BRICS Summit of Emerging Economies today.

01:10:15.000 BRICS for those emerging economies.
