In this episode of Your Name: The Crucible, we discuss the latest in the Trevor Bauer and Donald Trump scandals, the latest on the Blackface scandal, and much more! Plus, we have a special guest appearance from Libs of TikTok's Henna on the show.
00:02:38.000And we'll show his recent video as well as statements from the attorneys and the media and the smear campaign that was going on for a long time.
00:02:46.000It's always interesting to look back and say, okay, We know that that is completely untrue.
00:02:52.000Well, now let's look at everything that we were told through that lens, kind of like the Johnny Depp trial.
00:03:13.000There might be some more updates today on the trial taking place with Donald Trump.
00:03:19.000Justin Trudeau, professional blackface in chief, his government is now in Canada.
00:03:23.000They are coming for podcasts, meaning they want a registry of everyone who is managing a paywall service, a multimedia service, a social media platform, anyone with subscriberships in their country.
00:03:37.000They want to have all of your information and they want to be able to control what is spoken about.
00:03:41.000Now, I talked about this many, many years ago.
00:03:44.000Seeing it come to fruition, I guess that it's been happening for a long time, but at its worst, is very disturbing.
00:03:52.000And then we have Haya from Libs of TikTok who's going to be discussing Twitter censorship.
00:05:39.000It's like and to be a part of that it's gonna be Well, and you know what, having the partnership with Rumble, you know, Mug Club is Rumble, Rumble is Mug Club, where they have our backs, and that's a broader network, and Mug Club is underneath it, where you get now Hodgetwins, Alex Jones on Friday, soon to be Daily with Alex Jones, Mr. Gunslinger, you get Brian Callan's weekly show, you get Nick DiPaolo every day at 5pm, so
00:07:52.000You don't even need to put your money where your mouth is.
00:07:54.000Put your free click where your mouth is and take money away from people who hate everything about you.
00:08:00.000So this trans person Claims that if you were to put them up next to a woman, now let me preface this first, that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
00:08:09.000Now, I guess it depends on the woman, but, and you'll see with the clip in question, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference if you put them next to an antique can opener.
00:08:20.000So it's a very wide spectrum of one of these things is just like the other, but they are claiming no difference between themselves and a biological woman.
00:13:19.000By design, just like they have far more testosterone than women.
00:13:21.000And I think of all of these transgender experiments that we're going through, women with testosterone, I don't think it's going to be good for them, obviously, but I think estrogen in men, particularly young men, developing young men, puberty, that is, you are putting them in a shallow cancerous grave.
00:13:37.00042% attempted suicide rate, pre and post-op, and cancer rates skyrocket.
00:13:42.000With every single percentage point of estrogen in the bloodstream that goes up.
00:15:38.000And so men are saying, it's not worth the risk.
00:15:40.000And then women are saying, well, but where am I going to find a man with a seven-figure income who's six foot two and is willing to give me everything that I want?
00:15:49.000Well, you know, he doesn't want to be falsely accused of rape.
00:16:42.000I don't know, but I'm sure that this guy, obviously, if he's one of the best—in other words, this was not based on performative aspects of his job, being a good pitcher.
00:16:59.000You need to understand the difference between what takes place in court Versus what takes place in the Court of Public Opinion, and the difference between rape and sexual assault and defamation.
00:17:11.000So he didn't quite get financial damages for defamation, but it was ruled that no sexual assault took place.
00:17:37.000This guy has been playing in Japan because reinstated, fully cleared, nobody in baseball would touch him because of the allegations and how they were made and how this Me Too mania Got away from everybody.
00:17:51.000Oh, by the way, remind me after this, I wanted to hit the Trump update on the overvaluation of assets.
00:18:09.000So last night Bauer released this video of him detailing the case because now, and this is something else, what often happens is in order to protect the victim you're often bound by like a gag order while the case is ongoing and you're in court and so you cannot speak out and defend yourself and you are attacked instead in the court of public opinion regardless of what's going on in court.
00:18:31.000So what you, for example, what you heard about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard wasn't true.
00:18:35.000Until finally, they had a trial that was broadcast.
00:18:43.000So, let's go through this video here that Bauer released, I believe it was last night, detailing specifically how the case has gone down now.
00:18:51.000Next victim, star pitcher for the Dodgers.
00:20:01.000Since then, her legal team has approached me multiple times about coming to a financial settlement.
00:20:05.000But as I have done since day one, I refuse to pay her even a single cent.
00:20:09.000In August of 2021, Lindsay Hill's claims were heard in court.
00:20:13.000And during those legal proceedings, critical information was deliberately
00:20:16.000and unlawfully concealed from me and my legal team.
00:20:21.000Information like this video, which was taken by Lindsay Hill herself the morning after she claimed she was brutally attacked, emotionally traumatized, and desperate to get away from me.
00:20:30.000I know we have the metadata, so there can be no dispute.
00:20:34.000It was taken mere minutes before she left my house on the morning of May 16th, 2021, without my knowledge or consent, of course.
00:20:41.000Now, pause that really quickly, because I want to go to, by the way, her lawyer.
00:20:45.000Here's the thing that you need to know.
00:20:46.000This is a shakedown, obviously, right?
00:20:48.000This came out publicly, and before anything transpired in court, her legal team said, hey, you could offer some money because this might be uncomfortable.
00:20:55.000And her lawyer, Brian Freeman, categorized this a very different way.
00:22:13.000And by the way, I've met some people who are into some weird stuff, where you'd be like, I don't even know if you can consent to that legally.
00:22:18.000It's like, look, they grew up in that area of Germany where that's their thing.
00:22:59.000You can see her lying in bed next to me while I'm sleeping, smirking at the camera without a care in the world or any marks on her face.
00:23:06.000I think it paints a pretty clear picture of what actually happened the evening of May 15th and why the video was originally concealed from us.
00:23:16.000After hearing the evidence available to her, Judge Diana Gold Saltman found that Lindsay Hill had misled the court.
00:23:21.000She found her claims to be materially misleading.
00:23:24.000She denied her request for a domestic violence restraining order.
00:23:27.000And she found that no sexual assault or non-consensual conduct took place.
00:23:33.000Now, some of you might not know about restraining order hearings.
00:23:36.000But I've since learned that it's extremely rare for a request for a restraining order to be denied because the standard of proof that you need To obtain one is extremely low.
00:23:52.000So, you can make of that what you will.
00:23:54.000The fact is, I was never arrested, I was never charged with a crime, and I won the only legal proceeding that took place without my side of the story even being heard.
00:24:02.000And most importantly, as I've said from day one, I never sexually assaulted Lindsay Hill, or anyone else for that matter.
00:24:08.000So I sued her, which prompted her to countersue me.
00:24:12.000Quite frankly, regardless of the outcome in court, I've paid significantly more in legal fees than Lindsay Hill could ever pay me in her entire life.
00:24:20.000And I knew that would be the case going in.
00:24:23.000I'm sure I don't know how much they brought up back.
00:24:25.000That was, of course, framed as bullying.
00:24:27.000Right, that was when he sued her for defamation.
00:24:30.000And to be clear, he was found completely innocent of any type of sexual assault, and the restraining order shot down.
00:24:35.000Which, like you said, the burden of proof, the threshold to just enforce a restraining order, because it's not that much of a hassle to a judge, is really, really low.
00:24:43.000That means there was absolutely nothing there.
00:24:46.000But if you go back and you read the articles, for example, at TMZ, probably page six, maybe Perez Hilton, maybe Daily Mail, whoever this person the attorneys reached out to and issued their statements, They framed it as though Bauer was a bully.
00:25:19.000He sued her for defamation, which is very, very difficult to do, by the way, as a public figure.
00:25:23.000That's a totally separate issue, and I don't believe that he got any significant finances from it, but he was exonerated from any type of sexual assault.
00:27:22.000Today, both lawsuits have been settled.
00:27:24.000Now, over the last two years, I've been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting, but hopefully this is the last time I have to do so, as I'd prefer to just remain focused on doing my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world.
00:27:38.000So today, I'm happy to be moving on with my life.
00:27:50.000She lied about something that happened.
00:27:52.000She obviously faked injuries either by doctoring photos or by having somebody beat the crap out of her or by makeup or something like that, right?
00:28:00.000She pulled a liar liar in the bathroom.
00:28:02.000Somebody beat the crap out of her so that she could get money.
00:28:05.000And then sold it to these attorneys who did no due diligence at all, who then leaked this information to put public pressure to seek a settlement.
00:29:10.000Here's a bunch of money, which we now know was her goal in the first place.
00:29:13.000And you can say, but none of that's true!
00:29:15.000Yeah, but you know, by the time you go through court and the trial, I'm willing to bet that maybe some calls are made to the Major League Baseball folks and you'll probably lose your job and you'll be on some Japanese game show with a hose in your face.
00:29:28.000And then they show up and you're like, oh no, Trevor Bauer, how can this be?
00:31:37.000When there's no accountability for one of the two sexes, and men can have their lives destroyed through the court of public opinion with people who decide to act outside of the boundaries of the law, guess what?
00:31:48.000Before we even get to marriages, the romancing, the courting of men and women, Ceases to be.
00:31:55.000What do you think should happen to people who make these false sexual assault allegations, or false abuse allegations, or coercion, right?
00:32:03.000The defamation, I remember, I always thought that was so funny, like, he's trying to, he's trying to intimidate her.
00:32:07.000This is more of his bullying, more of his bullying, suing her to try, this is victim shaming.
00:32:12.000Well, hold on a second, that's what they always do, right?
00:34:53.000We're going to reach out behind the scenes, because, like, there's a lot of people here, and we know a lot of folks who've been through very similar situations.
00:37:19.000As a matter of fact, I challenge you to find me any property with a house on there that is, let's say, let's say the threshold needs to be, um...
00:39:34.000Yeah, the landscape alone on that property is over $18 million.
00:39:37.000Now, by the way, of course, to me, it's largely ridiculous when people have these... I remember Mike Tyson had... What was weird to me is he had a house that had like 12 bedrooms, but it had like 24 bathrooms.
00:40:03.000So anyways, that's the only update we have right now, so this is going to be prosecutable.
00:40:06.000Letitia James is trying to argue that the statute of limitations is not up, when in fact the statute of limitations is up, and you had a judge who said, yeah, it's worth $18 million.
00:40:15.000And by the way, just like it's rigged, you just saw with Mr. Bauer, the pitcher, you see it with Donald Trump.
00:40:21.000If people want to target you, they're going to target you.
00:40:23.000And you have dumbasses out there who actually believe that Donald Trump artificially inflated the value of Mar-a-Lago.
00:40:28.000You right now probably have people on the street, I bet you 30% of Americans, maybe 25%, who believe that Donald Trump lost to Stormy Daniels in court and that his house is worth $18 million.
00:40:40.000There are those people walking the earth today!
00:40:43.000By the way, this is the second time the statute of limitations is, basically, they're trying to move it.
00:40:48.000The first time was with the defamation lawsuits that he lost for $5 million, where they did, I can't remember the lady's name that it was against, but whatever, she was not his type apparently.
00:40:58.000He reiterated and got sued again by her for another five million dollars, which I think he's gonna lose.
00:41:03.000But this time, the statute of limitations ran out in 2014, nine years ago, and they're like, no, no, it shouldn't matter, your honor.
00:41:12.000Your honor, it shouldn't matter considering the severity of this case, where he overvalued his assets to receive loans that he paid back with interest.
00:41:20.000What kind of a precedent do we want to set here?
00:42:52.000So earlier this year, the Canadian government passed this bill, Bill C-11, which regulated the way services like Netflix and YouTube operated in the country.
00:43:04.000Now, they're going to extend this to podcasts.
00:43:06.000They're going to extend this to people who have online digital platforms, like yours truly, and places like Rumble.
00:43:13.000The Canadian government is going to demand all of that information be handed over, just like, you know, just like their gun registry.
00:43:20.000So at the time of the original bill, Conservative opposition leader Pierre Poilievre, however you guys say it in American, I'm not trying to be effective.
00:43:32.000in front of Canada. He warned back then regarding the implications of the bill.
00:43:37.000Sorry, wrong clip. Here's the one in question.
00:43:44.000Justin Trudeau has tried to shut down competition by passing censorship laws that give a powerful
00:43:51.000central bureaucracy the control over what Canadians see and say.
00:43:57.000What that bill will do is reinforce oligopolies.
00:44:00.000It will limit the number of voices that can compete for Canadians' interest.
00:44:05.000I don't think that Canadians should be forced just to listen to the powerful corporate or state-funded media.
00:44:12.000I think that it should be free speech, freedom of the press, and then let Canadians decide what they read, what they see, and what they believe online.
00:44:22.000Fast forward, Friday, government announced under C-11 that all online services with revenue over ten million dollars will have to register with the CRTC.
00:44:33.000That's like their equivalent of the FTC.
00:45:09.000The only two people who I think actually, it's almost, they get that god-like thrill that a serial killer gets, you know, when they take another life, that's what I've heard, is they get this thrill.
00:45:19.000You can't say that with that mustache, Steve.
00:46:46.000Hey Steven, don't you think it's a, I don't know, you think it's a coincidence you just moved Mud Club over to Rumble and all of a sudden this breaks?
00:46:57.000I think they've been targeting all of the top creators on Rumble.
00:47:00.000Well, yes, they will target- And Rumble itself.
00:47:02.000Yes, they've been targeting all of the top creators on Rumble, and this is also the problem with, look, conservatives playing ball with big tech companies, because guess what?
00:47:08.000YouTube is probably thrilled about this.
00:48:24.000If we see what they do in places like the UK, places all across Europe where free speech does not exist, you now see what is taking place in Canada.
00:48:33.000Do you think that free speech is going to continue to exist in the United States of America?
00:48:42.000Because people will often say big tech, oh well hold on a second, that does, it's not government, go create your own, well hold on a second.
00:48:49.000Now we've added another rate limiting factor.
00:48:51.000Not just protection for these big tech companies, but you have to register all of your information with the government.
00:48:58.000A government who, by the way, have already said that they will make certain information impermissible to post.
00:49:17.000You can go back, go back to the blue bed sheet days if you need to.
00:49:20.000I have been talking about this for many, many years on this channel.
00:49:24.000I didn't know that it would get as extreme as it has been in the United States this quickly, or certainly the government using a registry to get all of your... I thought they would just censor what you said on big tech platforms.
00:49:38.000I didn't think they would get your mailing address.
00:49:42.000I've been telling you about this warning about it for years.
00:49:51.000What is hate speech in Canada like then?
00:49:55.000Well they just passed a bill where you can actually, depending on how you read it legally, you can be fined or you can be jailed for misusing gender pronouns for someone who's transgender.
00:50:41.000Hey, the same place that will jail you for using the wrong pronouns now wants the address of anyone who subscribes to a platform that may not use their new made-up pronouns.
00:50:58.000They're trying to pass this same legislation in California and Michigan, right?
00:51:02.000They're trying to pass it all across the United States.
00:51:04.000If the left had their way, they would be able to remove anything that they don't like, right?
00:51:08.000Instead, what they do is they ensure that things get demonetized and throttled, classified as hate speech, misinformation, which brings us to this next story.
00:51:15.000By the way, please hit the like button, whether you're on YouTube or on Rumble.
00:51:30.000And I think I'm pronounced... I know it's Haya... I believe it's Haya Raychik is the person behind Libs of TikTok.
00:51:36.000Twitter X now is often seen as the free speech sort of platform, right?
00:51:40.000Especially as it relates to breaking news and they've touted it as the go-to medium or they want you to bring your business there as independent journalists, but there have been and we always said we're cautiously optimistic.
00:51:52.000Recent findings by high outlives of TikTok have put into question just How free the platform is.
00:51:58.000So before we get to the experiment that she's actually run, the evidence that she's actually presenting, and I highly encourage you to go follow her and support it, let's go back to Friday.
00:52:07.000The new ex-CEO, Twitter, sorry, I know it's very convoluted, Linda Iaccarino, who ironically never stops yakking, announced that the company was, hey, all of us, and this is something that should surprise you if you've been paying attention, the company is finally close to being profitable.
00:52:23.000We have a good set of eyes on what is predictable and what's coming.
00:52:29.000It looks like in early 24, we'll be turning a profit.
00:53:43.000Kind of playing both sides a little bit.
00:53:45.000She came from NBCUniversal, not exactly a champion of free speech.
00:53:47.000That's what got Elon in trouble, is he got all free-speechy on Twitter, and that became a problem for all of these people who like to silence things like the Hunter Biden laptop, which would have changed the outcome of the 2020 election.
00:53:57.000We've covered it a million times, right?
00:53:59.000I think this gives him the both-sides angle.
00:54:02.000Linda can go out and talk to advertisers and be like, I'm the one in control.
00:54:42.000On Twitter we know beyond any shadow of a doubt now, and we can prove it and we'll prove it with you, you will take part in an experiment with us today, that certain words have been demonetized on Twitter, on X.
00:54:53.000Now that's important because that means that stories that you likely wanted to follow, right, stories that would be important journalistically, are demonetized.
00:55:02.000Therefore, also, demonetization, let's be clear, we've seen this with YouTube, right?
00:55:05.000The suppression that comes with being demonetized, you have to understand.
00:55:08.000People just say, oh, well you have a right to be there, you don't have a right to make money there.
00:55:10.000Well, when you have a platform like Twitter, if they're following the footsteps of YouTube, the moment we were demonetized, we saw a 90% drop in reach.
00:55:19.000We were accidentally re-monetized, remember, for four months?
00:57:13.000Hey, wait a second, I want to do investigative journalism.
00:57:15.000Oh, wait, they'll just remove it because they don't respect single-party consent laws in states.
00:57:20.000With this, Watergate could have never happened.
00:57:23.000And by the way, that's why there hasn't been a Watergate again.
00:57:25.000You think that Ukraine and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden... It makes Watergate look like child's play!
00:57:33.000And by the way, this next one, I just want to set this up really quickly.
00:57:36.000I think this is the one that Liv's TikTok account posted that kind of started this entire thing.
00:57:41.000I think this was one of the things that led to her going, wait a minute, what's going on here with this video not being able to be put out?
00:57:46.000Yeah, this was the Burbank of California mayor, Constantine Anthony, being spanked by a drag queen at an event with kids.
00:59:09.000Come on, I was going to say, you know her as libs of TikTok, and you cut me off before I could say, you know her as libs of TikTok, but I feel like we have to get both.
00:59:19.000Like macho man, Randy Savage, but macho man.
00:59:21.000That's what... All right, Chaya, I'm sorry about that.
00:59:32.000Before we get to some of these other questions, did I hear there's a development that your entire account may have been demonetized?
00:59:39.000Yeah, so I actually did not think it was possible for an entire account to be demonetized, and I actually wrote on Twitter last week that I don't think it's possible, but this morning it turns out that Libs of TikTok is completely demonetized right now.
00:59:52.000I tested the exact same word on my personal account on Libs of TikTok, and only the one on my personal account is monetized.
00:59:58.000So, as of this moment right now, at 11.09 Eastern, Libs of TikTok, on X, the free speech platform, your entire account is fully demonetized.
01:00:08.000Yes, that's what it would appear to be, yeah.
01:00:11.000You're the Twitter equivalent of us with YouTube!
01:00:15.000You're a trailblazer for X, I'm sorry!
01:00:18.000Well, and the problem that happens with that, right, you know, Haya, is not just being demonetized, but then that usually results in significantly reduced reach, right?
01:00:29.000And what triggered this is, you just mentioned the mayor of Sankey, the mayor of Burbank, so I did a video confronting him, and I posted it to Liz's TikTok, and You do video production, you know what goes into it.
01:00:39.000There's tons of time and energy and money.
01:00:42.000And we spent all of this energy on this video, and I post it, and it's being completely suppressed.
01:00:48.000It's demonetized, which was like the least of the problems, but I was upset that it was being suppressed.
01:00:52.000And so I reached out to some really high up people at Twitter, and it turned out that the word drag queen was demonetizing it.
01:01:00.000And so that's what really started my whole like theory of like, oh, there are certain words that if you write those in a tweet, then that tweet will be demonetized.
01:01:08.000So that's when I started really testing out, testing out a bunch of different kinds of words.
01:01:13.000So it's so they, they specifically have demonetized words.
01:01:16.000And they told you that the brass at Twitter, I know you reached out or sorry, X, they did respond and say, yes, we can confirm that.
01:01:23.000So actually, I was like, okay, let me test out some words, and I discovered that the word drag queen was demonetized, and after I discovered it on my own, I was told that the word drag queen is demonetized, yeah.
01:01:36.000It was fixed right away, within 24 hours.
01:01:39.000Wait, they fixed that one, so what's going to have to happen is you're going to have to find all of the other words, and then they'll say, oh no, we'll fix it, right?
01:01:45.000That's what happened with us on YouTube.
01:01:46.000They go, oh yeah, thanks for letting us know, we'll fix it, and then you find 20 other errors.
01:01:51.000I don't, I don't know because I think I, I really believe that Elon is trying his best.
01:01:56.000I think he has really good intentions.
01:01:57.000And I think that my whole investigation was just, it kind of just like opened a can of worms and just like started the discussion about it.
01:02:06.000And I'm, I'm really hopeful that now he's going to fix the entire problem.
01:02:10.000I don't, I don't anticipate that we're going to have to come up with a complete and total list of words, but if we don't have to, then I am here for it.
01:02:18.000But your whole account was just demonetized this morning.
01:02:28.000Okay, well why do you think you're a kid?
01:02:29.000My point is, and maybe Elon, right, his intentions are pure, but that doesn't mean that Yacarinos are.
01:02:34.000That doesn't mean that the people who are in charge of demonetizing individual accounts, right, these people are still in Silicon Valley, largely, that you're a journalist.
01:02:42.000A lot of people don't realize because you do it and it's entertaining, but what you do is journalism and it's very important, and if journalists can't make a living off of journalism, then the stories that matter Okay, so let me give you some more background information.
01:03:56.000Well, look, let me... I thought someone reported, she did this whole, like, investigation and decided that Liz's TikTok is probably making about $3 million a year on Twitter.
01:04:18.000There's a few things that he can do, like, you know, maybe—and you don't have to comment on this, but put Alex Jones back on the platform is a pretty easy free speech bar, right?
01:04:26.000You may disagree with that guy a lot, but put him back on the platform.
01:04:30.000His entire pitch to creators is come here and make money.
01:04:34.000And so if he's not monetizing an account that has 2.5 million followers and also has incredible reach and important stuff going out there, what's the point?
01:04:45.000And I think he did write on Twitter a few days ago that a lot of this, these, like, sort of things that are happening are just leftovers from that whole trust and safety department that was there before he bought Twitter.
01:04:57.000And that's why I really do think that he is trying his best, and I really believe that.
01:05:04.000There's a difference between fixing something because now there are eyeballs on it, because I will say this, if he said these are sort of remnants from before, well, people weren't really making money off of Twitter before, right?
01:07:38.000So that is progress, but that means it's only happened because you publicly named the words, right?
01:07:44.000And that shouldn't have to take... a journalist shouldn't have to blow the whistle on journalists being suppressed for them to no longer be suppressed.
01:07:52.000That's what I guess really gets my goat and why I'm saying what you do is so important.
01:07:58.000Yeah, well, like I said before, I think that hopefully Elon did say that he's looking into all this and he said on his Twitter space that this list needs to be trimmed and he doesn't agree with, you know, all the censorship.
01:08:10.000So, I mean, I think we will give him a little bit of time.
01:08:14.000And if it's not fixed and there's still these problems, then we're going to have to just continue with this investigation and just do word after word after word.
01:08:21.000I mean, it's going to be like a full time job.
01:08:23.000Maybe there's a way to make an automated account that just like posts words.
01:09:51.000Hiya, did you see anything that had to do with Hunter specifically?
01:09:54.000I didn't test that yet, but I did test Putin and Ukraine and Zelensky, and at first Putin was demonetized, and then a couple hours later, not hours even, minutes, it was fixed.
01:10:07.000So I don't know what happened with that, but maybe we could try Putin again.
01:12:06.000As soon as we have the rest of these as we... We did tweet out, you know, hi, I tweeted out that I don't like pedophiles because I'm not afraid to take the unpopular positions here at this program.
01:12:16.000We take the risks so you don't have to.
01:12:36.000It seems like they're being less aggressive.
01:12:38.000By the way, I heard through the grapevine that those were demonetized last week.
01:12:41.000And then after I posted about it, a bunch of words that were previously demonetized were monetized.
01:12:47.000So a lot of these problems did get fixed.
01:12:49.000Yeah, the primary problem though, right, is that there's no transparency.
01:12:52.000In other words, they could fix it and then change it next week.
01:12:55.000There needs to be an actual policy that they make this very clear, especially for content creators and journalists because, look, the big thing is they're pitching people to leave other platforms and come over to Twitter, right, if they're content creators.
01:13:07.000But if you do that based on, you know, misleading information, well now people, they've hopped to a new lily pad and they can end up being just as screwed.
01:13:15.000That's, you know, not just for journalists but for everyone.
01:13:18.000Yeah, or give us a list of which words are demonetized.
01:13:21.000Like, if Twitter's saying like, hey, look, these words we don't approve of, we're going to demonetize your account.
01:13:26.000Okay, so just give us that list and we can make a decision on if we want to censor ourselves or not.
01:13:55.000We are fans of Elon if he does the right thing and follows through, and I think that I would take your position if he had not hired Linda Iaccarino.
01:14:04.000I would probably be more fully on board, like, hey, just give him time, don't worry about it.
01:14:07.000But with that hire, it didn't make me necessarily—some questions about Elon's motives, maybe, but I just don't trust her.
01:14:15.000So as much as I feel like Elon Musk is pushing in the right direction, that hire to me was incredibly suspect and I don't trust her to do the right thing when it comes to free speech.
01:14:25.000I just don't think that's the world she comes from.
01:14:28.000I mean, she is, she does answer to him, so I think at the end of the day, like, he's the one in charge.
01:14:34.000You have to give him credit for getting rid of the whole election integrity team, for getting rid of Bill Ross, person safety, and all that garbage.
01:15:16.000Well, and with people like Haya out there, the work that she does is very important.
01:15:19.000And, you know, it's important that there are platforms out there that will stand their ground.
01:15:24.000I would like to see Elon do, and obviously I'm biased, but, you know, Rumble, Chris Pavlat, who's Canadian, he flipped the bird to the entire French government.
01:16:28.000We're going to continue this here on Mug Club, but are there any other updates or any information that you think is pivotal for people to know before we continue on Mug Club and with this experiment?
01:16:38.000Um, no, I'm gonna tweet out now that Liz's TikTok is completely demonetized.
01:16:43.000I think Elon, I'm hopeful he'll respond and fix it.
01:16:46.000And yeah, like I said, I think he has good intentions.
01:16:50.000I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.
01:16:52.000But I will also hold Twitter accountable.
01:16:56.000You know, I, I will call out censorship, I will call out these problems.
01:17:00.000Um, but I do think that they're going to get fixed when we call them out.
01:17:03.000So, yeah, I'm going to continue doing this, and hopefully we'll get some answers.
