00:13:46.000 That dude is so mentally ill, you know when he's having sex, he's like, check out my vagina. 1.00

00:13:53.000 Like how it stretches, I'm getting wet. 1.00

00:13:58.000 It's gotta be like a belly button.

00:13:59.000 You would have to have like a pump.

00:14:00.000 You know like those Halloween masks where it'd be like blood?

00:14:03.000 Yeah.

00:14:03.000 It's like... I'm aroused!

00:14:09.000 You got like Reebok pump action, only it's an inverted five guys split hot dog.

00:14:13.000 Wow, you're the woman of my dreams.

00:14:16.000 Can you imagine, like... No, okay.

00:14:20.000 Let's not imagine.

00:14:21.000 Save it for your first show.

00:14:22.000 Oh, man, this feels great!

00:14:23.000 Oh, God!

00:14:24.000 Do we have their landing page now?

00:14:26.000 Save it for your first show.

00:14:27.000 Do we have their landing page?

00:14:28.000 I've asked for it.

00:14:29.000 Alright, ladosgutter.com slash Mug Club and whoever signs up today will make sure it's 0.97

00:14:33.000 just considered a hot shot.

00:14:34.000 There you go.

00:14:35.000 And then you guys will get that out there.

00:14:37.000 I think we've had some issues with the URLs.

00:14:39.000 Hey, I blame Canada.

00:14:40.000 Now, let's go on to this really quickly.

00:14:43.000 Trevor Bauer was I guess a former Dodgers pitcher.

00:14:46.000 One of the best.

00:14:47.000 He was?

00:14:49.000 He signed a giant free agent deal.

00:14:51.000 He had won the Cy Young Award and was a phenomenal best pitcher out there on the market at the time.

00:14:56.000 I didn't know anything about him other than the sexual assault allegations.

00:15:00.000 Let me clarify this before we go to the clip.

00:15:02.000 It's a little bit longer because I want to provide some context here.

00:15:06.000 This is one of the worst problems that we're facing right now in society because this kind of smear campaign,

00:15:13.000 character assassination, is the reason that young men are not seeking out young women, will not talk to young women,

00:15:19.000 and it's the reason that young women say there are no men worth talking to or marrying out there.

00:15:23.000 There is a breakdown, not just of marriage, but of relationships in younger generations, and it's based on fear.

00:15:29.000 And that stems from a lot of the false me-too.

00:15:31.000 It didn't get worse because rape went up.

00:15:33.000 Rape has gone down, just to be clear.

00:15:34.000 Sexual assault has gone down.

00:15:36.000 False accusations have gone up.

00:15:38.000 And so men are saying, it's not worth the risk.

00:15:40.000 And then women are saying, well, but where am I going to find a man with a seven-figure income who's six foot two and is willing to give me everything that I want? 0.93

00:15:49.000 Well, you know, he doesn't want to be falsely accused of rape.

00:15:51.000 So, this man, Aaron Rodgers.

00:15:54.000 Sorry, not Aaron Rodgers.

00:15:55.000 Scott.

00:15:55.000 Trevor Bauer.

00:15:57.000 I was going with the only sports name I know.

00:15:59.000 Aaron Rodgers.

00:16:00.000 I know Curt Schilling.

00:16:01.000 I know Ray Rice.

00:16:04.000 Also old.

00:16:05.000 Sanders Barry.

00:16:06.000 Yeah, well, he's too big of a tough.

00:16:12.000 Trevor Bauer has finally been exonerated.

00:16:16.000 Now, to be clear, the accusations came from a woman named Lindsay Hill.

00:16:21.000 She accused Bauer of choking and punching her.

00:16:24.000 Now, the consequences were Major League Baseball suspended Bauer for 194 games.

00:16:28.000 They docked his pay for the first 50 games of 2023.

00:16:30.000 Then he was cut by the Dodgers and now he plays in the Japanese League.

00:16:33.000 So there is a silver lining because he's probably much larger than them.

00:16:39.000 He's making more money, too.

00:16:41.000 You know what?

00:16:42.000 I don't know, but I'm sure that this guy, obviously, if he's one of the best—in other words, this was not based on performative aspects of his job, being a good pitcher.

00:16:49.000 Not at all.

00:16:49.000 It was based on a smear campaign and guilty until proven innocent.

00:16:53.000 Well, he's proven innocent now, but does he get that back?

00:16:57.000 And here's the thing that's really important, too.

00:16:58.000 I want to run this clip.

00:16:59.000 You need to understand the difference between what takes place in court Versus what takes place in the Court of Public Opinion, and the difference between rape and sexual assault and defamation.

00:17:11.000 So he didn't quite get financial damages for defamation, but it was ruled that no sexual assault took place.

00:17:17.000 That's important to note.

00:17:18.000 Right.

00:17:19.000 So I want to add one quick thing here, too, with the MLB.

00:17:22.000 The DA, I believe, declined to bring any charges, saying that there was no real case to be able to bring.

00:17:26.000 I don't know if they had all this evidence, and this was a civil suit that we were talking about here.

00:17:30.000 But he was reinstated by Major League Baseball and no one would sign him because of this.

00:17:36.000 Last year.

00:17:37.000 This guy has been playing in Japan because reinstated, fully cleared, nobody in baseball would touch him because of the allegations and how they were made and how this Me Too mania Got away from everybody.

00:17:51.000 Oh, by the way, remind me after this, I wanted to hit the Trump update on the overvaluation of assets.

00:17:55.000 We'll do it after.

00:17:56.000 Okay, so Lindsey Bauer accused him of choking and punching her, which you would think you'd be able to prove.

00:18:02.000 Yeah, he's a big guy.

00:18:03.000 Professional athlete.

00:18:04.000 She had pictures!

00:18:06.000 She doctored all this stuff.

00:18:07.000 You'll see.

00:18:08.000 She had doctored pictures.

00:18:09.000 So last night Bauer released this video of him detailing the case because now, and this is something else, what often happens is in order to protect the victim you're often bound by like a gag order while the case is ongoing and you're in court and so you cannot speak out and defend yourself and you are attacked instead in the court of public opinion regardless of what's going on in court.

00:18:31.000 So what you, for example, what you heard about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard wasn't true.

00:18:35.000 Until finally, they had a trial that was broadcast.

00:18:39.000 We all thought we knew, right?

00:18:40.000 We were all wrong.

00:18:41.000 This happened many times.

00:18:43.000 So, let's go through this video here that Bauer released, I believe it was last night, detailing specifically how the case has gone down now.

00:18:51.000 Next victim, star pitcher for the Dodgers.

00:18:54.000 These are texts from the woman.

00:18:55.000 A text Lindsay Hill sent to a friend before she ever even met me.

00:18:58.000 What should I steal?

00:18:59.000 She asked another, in reference to visiting my house for the first time.

00:19:02.000 The answer?

00:19:03.000 Take his money.

00:19:04.000 So how might that work?

00:19:06.000 I'm going to his house Wednesday, she said.

00:19:07.000 I already have my hooks in.

00:19:09.000 You know how I roll.

00:19:10.000 Then, after the first time we met, net worth is 51 mil, she said. 1.00

00:19:15.000 Bitch, you better secure the bag, was the response. 1.00

00:19:18.000 But how is she going to do that? 1.00

00:19:19.000 Need daddy to choke me out, she said. 1.00

00:19:22.000 Being an absolute whore to try to get in on his 51 million, read another text. 1.00

00:19:26.000 Jeez. 1.00

00:19:27.000 Then, after the second time... Pause.

00:19:28.000 People say, you know, with guys like, hey, don't hate the player, hate the game.

00:19:32.000 No, in this case, you hate the player.

00:19:33.000 This case you hate the player.

00:19:34.000 How do I steal his money?

00:19:36.000 I will fake abuse and plan it.

00:19:39.000 No one will fact check me on that.

00:19:40.000 And by the way, even if I lose in court, the damage will already be done and I have a book deal.

00:19:45.000 The man doesn't get his name back.

00:19:47.000 Alright, let's continue.

00:19:49.000 Audrey's pitcher Jacob Nix told her, you got to get this bag.

00:19:52.000 I'll give you 50,000.

00:19:53.000 Lindsay replied.

00:19:55.000 Her AA sponsor asked her at one point, do you feel a tiny bit guilty?

00:19:59.000 Not really. She replied.

00:20:01.000 Since then, her legal team has approached me multiple times about coming to a financial settlement.

00:20:05.000 But as I have done since day one, I refuse to pay her even a single cent.

00:20:09.000 In August of 2021, Lindsay Hill's claims were heard in court.

00:20:13.000 And during those legal proceedings, critical information was deliberately

00:20:16.000 and unlawfully concealed from me and my legal team.

00:20:21.000 Information like this video, which was taken by Lindsay Hill herself the morning after she claimed she was brutally attacked, emotionally traumatized, and desperate to get away from me.

00:20:30.000 I know we have the metadata, so there can be no dispute.

00:20:34.000 It was taken mere minutes before she left my house on the morning of May 16th, 2021, without my knowledge or consent, of course.

00:20:41.000 Now, pause that really quickly, because I want to go to, by the way, her lawyer.

00:20:45.000 Here's the thing that you need to know.

00:20:46.000 This is a shakedown, obviously, right?

00:20:47.000 Yeah.

00:20:48.000 This came out publicly, and before anything transpired in court, her legal team said, hey, you could offer some money because this might be uncomfortable.

00:20:55.000 And her lawyer, Brian Freeman, categorized this a very different way.

00:20:59.000 Then it actually went down.

00:21:00.000 But her lawyer in August of 2021, Brian Friedman, released photos of Hill's black eye.

00:21:06.000 Let's bring that up.

00:21:07.000 That's overlay C1.

00:21:08.000 So that was released, right, from my understanding, the day that you just saw that video.

00:21:13.000 Or it was alleged that it was from the day that you just saw that video.

00:21:16.000 Her lawyer, Brian Friedman, was involved with releasing those.

00:21:19.000 That went to Daily Mail.

00:21:20.000 Wow.

00:21:21.000 And then they went to this man and said, if you give us some money, If you give us some money, this can all go away.

00:21:27.000 According to Friedman, her lawyer, it said, look at this picture.

00:21:31.000 No one, absolutely no one, can consent to this, logically or legally.

00:21:37.000 On April 2022, Friedman asked TMZ to publish photos showing Hill's injuries.

00:21:43.000 Bring up that previous overlay really quickly.

00:21:47.000 Trevor Bower's team continues to try to abuse an assault victim.

00:21:50.000 They need to stop now.

00:21:51.000 So you're not just going after Trevor Bower, you were going after the Dodgers as well.

00:21:54.000 The organization.

00:21:56.000 Maybe trying to shake them down for some money.

00:21:58.000 Maybe a payout there.

00:21:59.000 Right.

00:22:00.000 Hey, no one can absolutely consent to this, logically or legally.

00:22:04.000 First off, no.

00:22:08.000 Mostly because that didn't happen.

00:22:11.000 According to the evidence.

00:22:12.000 Pure fiction.

00:22:13.000 And by the way, I've met some people who are into some weird stuff, where you'd be like, I don't even know if you can consent to that legally.

00:22:18.000 It's like, look, they grew up in that area of Germany where that's their thing.

00:22:23.000 It's always Germany. 0.99

00:22:24.000 So here's the question.

00:22:26.000 Does the lawyer know that it's true or not?

00:22:28.000 The legal team approaching Trevor Bauer, right?

00:22:32.000 Trevor Bauer.

00:22:34.000 I know you're not a baseball guy.

00:22:35.000 I want to say Jack Bauer.

00:22:36.000 I'm thinking of 24.

00:22:38.000 Look at this picture, said the lawyer, Daily Mail.

00:22:40.000 No one, absolutely no one, can consent to this legally.

00:22:43.000 Or logically.

00:22:44.000 Oh, but now we just saw that video from the day in question.

00:22:47.000 And that's important because you'll see the changing of tact.

00:22:51.000 You'll see that changing of tact afterwards once what was declared in court came to be final.

00:22:56.000 Let's continue playing this video.

00:22:58.000 My heart breaks for the guy.

00:22:59.000 You can see her lying in bed next to me while I'm sleeping, smirking at the camera without a care in the world or any marks on her face. 0.99

00:23:06.000 I think it paints a pretty clear picture of what actually happened the evening of May 15th and why the video was originally concealed from us.

00:23:16.000 After hearing the evidence available to her, Judge Diana Gold Saltman found that Lindsay Hill had misled the court.

00:23:21.000 She found her claims to be materially misleading.

00:23:24.000 She denied her request for a domestic violence restraining order.

00:23:27.000 And she found that no sexual assault or non-consensual conduct took place.

00:23:33.000 Now, some of you might not know about restraining order hearings.

00:23:35.000 I know, I didn't.

00:23:36.000 But I've since learned that it's extremely rare for a request for a restraining order to be denied because the standard of proof that you need To obtain one is extremely low.

00:23:49.000 Can confirm.

00:23:52.000 So, you can make of that what you will.

00:23:54.000 The fact is, I was never arrested, I was never charged with a crime, and I won the only legal proceeding that took place without my side of the story even being heard.

00:24:02.000 And most importantly, as I've said from day one, I never sexually assaulted Lindsay Hill, or anyone else for that matter.

00:24:08.000 So I sued her, which prompted her to countersue me.

00:24:12.000 Quite frankly, regardless of the outcome in court, I've paid significantly more in legal fees than Lindsay Hill could ever pay me in her entire life.

00:24:20.000 And I knew that would be the case going in.

00:24:22.000 And by the way, pause.

00:24:23.000 I'm sure I don't know how much they brought up back.

00:24:25.000 That was, of course, framed as bullying.

00:24:27.000 Right, that was when he sued her for defamation.

00:24:30.000 And to be clear, he was found completely innocent of any type of sexual assault, and the restraining order shot down.

00:24:35.000 Which, like you said, the burden of proof, the threshold to just enforce a restraining order, because it's not that much of a hassle to a judge, is really, really low.

00:24:43.000 That means there was absolutely nothing there.

00:24:46.000 But if you go back and you read the articles, for example, at TMZ, probably page six, maybe Perez Hilton, maybe Daily Mail, whoever this person the attorneys reached out to and issued their statements, They framed it as though Bauer was a bully.

00:25:00.000 It was abusive.

00:25:01.000 It was coercive control, bullying, and suing her for defamation to intimidate the victim.

00:25:05.000 When in reality, this was a man who was having his life ruined.

00:25:08.000 It's important when you look back and go, okay, what were we told?

00:25:11.000 It is the exact opposite of the truth, because they know how you're going to react.

00:25:15.000 And this man had to live through hell.

00:25:18.000 Think about that.

00:25:19.000 He sued her for defamation, which is very, very difficult to do, by the way, as a public figure.

00:25:23.000 That's a totally separate issue, and I don't believe that he got any significant finances from it, but he was exonerated from any type of sexual assault.

00:25:30.000 How many people know that?

00:25:31.000 All right, let's continue.

00:25:32.000 For me, it was the only way for me to obtain critical information to clear my name.

00:25:38.000 The discovery process in that lawsuit recently concluded, at which point Lindsay Hill's legal

00:25:43.000 team again came to us with another proposal to resolve the case.

00:25:47.000 This time, however, they weren't seeking any money from me.

00:25:50.000 Having received much of the information that had been hidden from us, a small portion of

00:25:56.000 which I've referenced here, I was willing to agree to the terms proposed.

00:26:00.000 Both parties would drop their respective lawsuits and neither of us would pay either side any money.

00:26:06.000 I also retain my right to speak publicly about the case, something I have not been at liberty to do since June of 2021.

00:26:13.000 Ah, pause that.

00:26:14.000 Now imagine that, right?

00:26:15.000 This is what happens with a lot of these people, especially if you're talking about a criminal accusation, like sexual assault and abuse.

00:26:23.000 Gag order, can't talk about it.

00:26:26.000 Obviously, this attorney had no problem discussing it and posting pictures publicly.

00:26:30.000 So what was going on in court, by the way, I'm willing to bet that those pictures were never admissible in court at all, to any degree.

00:26:36.000 Well, of course, those are doctored.

00:26:37.000 It's very clear once they saw the video.

00:26:39.000 But you only saw the pictures.

00:26:41.000 The people in court, people involved in the case, who knew that it was false, were under a gag order where they could not discuss it.

00:26:47.000 This guy went from 2021 until last night.

00:26:50.000 Where he had to let his name be run through the mud.

00:26:52.000 This is how the system works.

00:26:54.000 They are shakedown artists in Hollywood.

00:26:57.000 They will sit down and go, we can shake this person down for money.

00:27:00.000 This was plotted from the beginning with a selfish woman who was trying to take advantage of this man. 1.00

00:27:05.000 You saw it in those texts.

00:27:06.000 Then she went and said, who can I find who's going to help me do this and leak this out there to the press?

00:27:12.000 Because I know I won't win this in court.

00:27:14.000 There you go.

00:27:14.000 Boom.

00:27:16.000 You rang, said I guess her attorney, Brian Friedman?

00:27:16.000 Oh!

00:27:20.000 Let's keep watching.

00:27:22.000 Today, both lawsuits have been settled.

00:27:24.000 Now, over the last two years, I've been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting, but hopefully this is the last time I have to do so, as I'd prefer to just remain focused on doing my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world.

00:27:38.000 So today, I'm happy to be moving on with my life.

00:27:42.000 Alright.

00:27:43.000 I'm glad he's got a good attitude about it.

00:27:45.000 Lindsey Hill needs to go to jail. 1.00

00:27:47.000 Yes.

00:27:48.000 She targeted somebody.

00:27:50.000 She lied about something that happened.

00:27:52.000 She obviously faked injuries either by doctoring photos or by having somebody beat the crap out of her or by makeup or something like that, right? 1.00

00:28:00.000 She pulled a liar liar in the bathroom. 1.00

00:28:01.000 Yes, exactly. 1.00

00:28:02.000 Somebody beat the crap out of her so that she could get money. 0.99

00:28:05.000 And then sold it to these attorneys who did no due diligence at all, who then leaked this information to put public pressure to seek a settlement.

00:28:14.000 Right.

00:28:14.000 That was it.

00:28:15.000 That's the game plan.

00:28:16.000 And he wins and still lost.

00:28:20.000 Yeah.

00:28:21.000 You don't get to be the best at anything without spending your life doing it.

00:28:25.000 You took that away from him.

00:28:26.000 He was at the top of his game, just signed a three year deal.

00:28:29.000 I think it was $105 million, $120 million.

00:28:31.000 I can't remember.

00:28:32.000 Lots and lots and lots of money.

00:28:34.000 That all vanishes.

00:28:35.000 All of the sponsors vanish. 0.98

00:42:27.000 What would the Democrats do if left completely unfettered?

00:42:29.000 Not with the checks and balances that we have.

00:42:31.000 You have a pretty good idea as to what they would do.

00:42:34.000 You saw it with COVID.

00:42:35.000 But Canada is a great experiment to look to and hopefully eventually take over.

00:42:40.000 I'd love to see us take over Canada, make it the 51st state, conquer them.

00:42:44.000 If people are going to accuse us of being an empire, let's be an empire.

00:42:47.000 Take the oil.

00:42:48.000 You've heard me talk about this many times, free speech doesn't exist outside the United States.

00:42:51.000 Okay, it does not exist.

00:42:52.000 So earlier this year, the Canadian government passed this bill, Bill C-11, which regulated the way services like Netflix and YouTube operated in the country.

00:43:02.000 Okay.

00:43:03.000 Now, let me just set that up.

00:43:04.000 Now, they're going to extend this to podcasts.

00:43:06.000 They're going to extend this to people who have online digital platforms, like yours truly, and places like Rumble.

00:43:13.000 The Canadian government is going to demand all of that information be handed over, just like, you know, just like their gun registry.

00:43:20.000 So at the time of the original bill, Conservative opposition leader Pierre Poilievre, however you guys say it in American, I'm not trying to be effective.

00:43:28.000 Poilievre! 0.97

00:43:29.000 It's like, I have 15 friends who have that last name.

00:43:31.000 It's like Smith.

00:43:32.000 in front of Canada. He warned back then regarding the implications of the bill.

00:43:37.000 Sorry, wrong clip. Here's the one in question.

00:43:44.000 Justin Trudeau has tried to shut down competition by passing censorship laws that give a powerful

00:43:51.000 central bureaucracy the control over what Canadians see and say.

00:43:57.000 What that bill will do is reinforce oligopolies. 0.98

00:44:00.000 It will limit the number of voices that can compete for Canadians' interest.

00:44:05.000 I don't think that Canadians should be forced just to listen to the powerful corporate or state-funded media.

00:44:12.000 I think that it should be free speech, freedom of the press, and then let Canadians decide what they read, what they see, and what they believe online.

00:44:22.000 Fast forward, Friday, government announced under C-11 that all online services with revenue over ten million dollars will have to register with the CRTC.

00:44:33.000 That's like their equivalent of the FTC. 0.71

00:44:37.000 But it's a silly place. 0.95

00:44:38.000 So here's a quote from the National Post. 0.82

00:44:40.000 Such services include streaming services, social media services, subscription television services that are available online.

00:44:46.000 This includes Podcasts.

00:44:48.000 This will include yours truly, this will include Rumble, and we'll get to their responses here.

00:44:54.000 This is very scary when you consider the kind of information that they want, and the kind of control that they have exerted in Canada.

00:44:59.000 Keep in mind, this is the country that froze the bank accounts of truckers protesting lockdowns.

00:45:04.000 This guy gets a thrill, Trudeau.

00:45:08.000 at removing your civil rights.

00:45:09.000 The only two people who I think actually, it's almost, they get that god-like thrill that a serial killer gets, you know, when they take another life, that's what I've heard, is they get this thrill.

00:45:19.000 You can't say that with that mustache, Steve.

00:45:21.000 You look suspect.

00:45:24.000 A little bit, yeah.

00:45:28.000 I am a golden god.

00:45:29.000 Oh boy.

00:45:30.000 These guys get a thrill.

00:45:32.000 I've said this two times.

00:45:33.000 Trudeau, Whitmer.

00:45:35.000 They get a thrill off out of removing your civil rights. 1.00

00:45:39.000 And we actually do, I guess we have staff's reaction right now as the news is breaking.

00:45:43.000 Yeah.

00:45:43.000 🎵 Music 🎵 Guys, you serious?

00:45:51.000 Netflix and Canada, they're starting to regulate all this s***.

00:45:54.000 Podcasts, everything. 0.98

00:45:57.000 Who gives a f***? 0.99

00:45:59.000 Yeah, tell me when they've been overrun by Venezuelans so I could also not care. 1.00

00:46:03.000 I don't know.

00:46:04.000 That Pierre Polivier guy is pretty dashing.

00:46:08.000 What the hell, Gary?

00:46:09.000 You know, Gary, he's pure of heart. 0.91

00:46:18.000 Yeah.

00:46:19.000 He's a humble.

00:46:20.000 This bill, this means that all of these services and this information will have to be provided to the government, the CRTC.

00:46:27.000 Addresses?

00:46:29.000 Numbers and emails, the types of services offered, and who is actually subscribing. 0.99

00:46:34.000 Look, there is no reason to live in Canada anymore unless you personally have a fetish for living under a gay dictator. 1.00

00:46:40.000 Putin, that's one other thing. 0.99

00:46:42.000 Those are the only two things.

00:46:44.000 Leave the country.

00:46:46.000 Hey Steven, don't you think it's a, I don't know, you think it's a coincidence you just moved Mud Club over to Rumble and all of a sudden this breaks?

00:46:54.000 No!

00:46:55.000 No, I don't.

00:46:57.000 I think they've been targeting all of the top creators on Rumble.

00:47:00.000 Well, yes, they will target- And Rumble itself.

00:47:02.000 Yes, they've been targeting all of the top creators on Rumble, and this is also the problem with, look, conservatives playing ball with big tech companies, because guess what?

00:47:08.000 YouTube is probably thrilled about this.

00:47:10.000 Oh, yeah.

00:47:10.000 They're probably behind YouTube, Facebook, Meta.

00:47:13.000 They want to work with these other governments.

00:47:15.000 Hey, we'll turn over the information gladly.

00:47:18.000 These other guys, they won't.

00:47:19.000 So we can deal with it.

00:47:20.000 Bring the regulation.

00:47:21.000 So Jordan Peterson actually, he posted this on X. I was going to say tweeted out.

00:47:25.000 He X'd out. 1.00

00:47:26.000 That doesn't sound right.

00:47:28.000 Free speech in Canada, if it ever existed, does not exist now.

00:47:33.000 We love Jordan Peterson.

00:47:34.000 I love Jordan Peterson.

00:47:35.000 We were the one back with Bill C-16.

00:47:37.000 I had him on before he was really out here in the States.

00:47:39.000 And I've been saying for a long time it doesn't exist in Canada.

00:47:42.000 Free speech only exists in the United States.

00:47:43.000 Period.

00:47:44.000 People will tell you, no, no, it exists.

00:47:45.000 Remember that newsroom clip with Jeff Daniels?

00:47:48.000 He's like, what?

00:47:49.000 Freedom?

00:47:49.000 Belgium has freedom.

00:47:51.000 No, they don't.

00:47:52.000 They do not have freedom in Canada.

00:47:53.000 It is a lie.

00:47:54.000 It is a facade just like you thought you had freedom in Australia until you were put in quarantine camps. 0.68

00:47:59.000 Chris Pavlovsky, the CEO of Rumble and Frass, pendulous balls.

00:48:04.000 I couldn't be happier, just to be clear, to be in business with these people.

00:48:06.000 These are the only people!

00:48:08.000 And by that I mean the only people pushing back.

00:48:10.000 And this guy was raised in the... 0.99

00:48:13.000 The shithole that is Canada. 0.98

00:48:14.000 What he said was, Canada is no longer part of the free world. 0.99

00:48:17.000 As a Canadian, I've never been more embarrassed than I have these past few weeks.

00:48:23.000 So let me ask you this.

00:48:24.000 If we see what they do in places like the UK, places all across Europe where free speech does not exist, you now see what is taking place in Canada.

00:48:33.000 Do you think that free speech is going to continue to exist in the United States of America?

00:48:37.000 Comment below.

00:48:38.000 Do you think it's something that can, do you think you can keep it?

00:48:41.000 Do you think you can protect it?

00:48:42.000 Because people will often say big tech, oh well hold on a second, that does, it's not government, go create your own, well hold on a second.

00:48:49.000 Now we've added another rate limiting factor.

00:48:51.000 Not just protection for these big tech companies, but you have to register all of your information with the government.

00:48:58.000 A government who, by the way, have already said that they will make certain information impermissible to post.

00:49:07.000 There's a ministry of truth!

00:49:09.000 I don't know, I'm using that term, it's a Monty Python thing, but they actually had a panel, conclusively!

00:49:15.000 And this is something, look guys...

00:49:17.000 You can go back, go back to the blue bed sheet days if you need to.

00:49:20.000 I have been talking about this for many, many years on this channel.

00:49:24.000 I didn't know that it would get as extreme as it has been in the United States this quickly, or certainly the government using a registry to get all of your... I thought they would just censor what you said on big tech platforms.

00:49:38.000 I didn't think they would get your mailing address.

00:49:42.000 I've been telling you about this warning about it for years.

00:49:44.000 Here's an old clip.

00:49:45.000 So you would be okay with like Canadian law where you can be jailed for quote-unquote hate speech or fined?

00:49:50.000 Yeah.

00:49:51.000 What is hate speech in Canada like then?

00:49:55.000 Well they just passed a bill where you can actually, depending on how you read it legally, you can be fined or you can be jailed for misusing gender pronouns for someone who's transgender.

00:50:06.000 Really?

00:50:07.000 You can be punished for that legally.

00:50:08.000 By accident?

00:50:09.000 I mean, at that point, legally, it's illegal or it's not, so then it becomes, is it by accident or is it on purpose?

00:50:15.000 Either way, is it something that should be a punishable offense?

00:50:19.000 No.

00:50:20.000 Okay.

00:50:20.000 So we've said that's not hate speech.

00:50:22.000 So, in other words, they're trying to break down the First Amendment rights in Canada.

00:50:25.000 Well, they don't have a First Amendment.

00:50:27.000 No other country has a First Amendment outside the United States.

00:50:30.000 Free speech doesn't exist outside the United States.

00:50:32.000 A lot of people don't know that.

00:50:35.000 They were shocked back then to hear laws regarding pronouns.

00:50:39.000 Yeah.

00:50:40.000 What about now?

00:50:41.000 Hey, the same place that will jail you for using the wrong pronouns now wants the address of anyone who subscribes to a platform that may not use their new made-up pronouns.

00:50:51.000 Oh my, wow.

00:50:53.000 Orwell undershot it.

00:50:55.000 Yes, it did.

00:50:57.000 Unbelievable.

00:50:58.000 They're trying to pass this same legislation in California and Michigan, right?

00:51:02.000 They're trying to pass it all across the United States.

00:51:04.000 If the left had their way, they would be able to remove anything that they don't like, right?

00:51:08.000 Instead, what they do is they ensure that things get demonetized and throttled, classified as hate speech, misinformation, which brings us to this next story.

00:51:15.000 By the way, please hit the like button, whether you're on YouTube or on Rumble.

00:51:21.000 Preferably on Rumble.

00:51:22.000 And comment below because it helps with the algorithm because they do not want you to see this next story.

00:51:28.000 Libs of TikTok.

00:51:28.000 They've been very effective, right?

00:51:30.000 And I think I'm pronounced... I know it's Haya... I believe it's Haya Raychik is the person behind Libs of TikTok.

00:51:36.000 Twitter X now is often seen as the free speech sort of platform, right?

00:51:40.000 Especially as it relates to breaking news and they've touted it as the go-to medium or they want you to bring your business there as independent journalists, but there have been and we always said we're cautiously optimistic.

00:51:52.000 Recent findings by high outlives of TikTok have put into question just How free the platform is.

00:51:58.000 So before we get to the experiment that she's actually run, the evidence that she's actually presenting, and I highly encourage you to go follow her and support it, let's go back to Friday.

00:52:07.000 The new ex-CEO, Twitter, sorry, I know it's very convoluted, Linda Iaccarino, who ironically never stops yakking, announced that the company was, hey, all of us, and this is something that should surprise you if you've been paying attention, the company is finally close to being profitable.

00:52:23.000 We have a good set of eyes on what is predictable and what's coming.

00:52:29.000 It looks like in early 24, we'll be turning a profit.

00:52:33.000 So that's exciting.

00:52:35.000 There's something odd about someone saying a good set of eyes wearing Day Med glasses, but... So we're close to making a profit.

00:52:42.000 In July of 2023, Elon Musk, he made the statement that the company had lost 50% of its ad revenue.

00:52:49.000 Interesting.

00:52:50.000 That's a very, very fast turnaround.

00:52:51.000 In other words, something changed.

00:52:53.000 Yeah.

00:52:53.000 So Elon Musk purchased Twitter, right?

00:52:56.000 And that was a big deal.

00:52:56.000 I was really glad that he did.

00:52:57.000 I thought it would shake things up.

00:52:59.000 Then, Twitter lost a bunch of revenue because they said, hey, this is hate speech as opposed to free speech.

00:53:04.000 We don't want to invest in Twitter, and advertisers are pulling out.

00:53:07.000 And the advertisers weren't pulling out because the user base wasn't there.

00:53:09.000 The advertisers were pulling out because of the giant multi-international conglomerates, right?

00:53:14.000 These corporations saying, you better pull out, otherwise we're going to ensure that you can't play at the table.

00:53:18.000 ESG scores, all of that.

00:53:19.000 We covered it.

00:53:20.000 So then it's back up 50%.

00:53:20.000 Okay.

00:53:23.000 Went down when Elon purchased it.

00:53:24.000 Was going to be free speech platform.

00:53:25.000 Something changed.

00:53:26.000 Revenue went down.

00:53:29.000 Revenues up 50%.

00:53:31.000 And they think they're going to be profitable by next year.

00:53:33.000 That means something, again, changed.

00:53:35.000 How did they attract so many advertisers back?

00:53:38.000 That had left.

00:53:39.000 Yeah, I think Elon might be with the Linda Yaccarino thing.

00:53:42.000 This is a theory.

00:53:43.000 Kind of playing both sides a little bit.

00:53:45.000 She came from NBCUniversal, not exactly a champion of free speech.

00:53:47.000 That's what got Elon in trouble, is he got all free-speechy on Twitter, and that became a problem for all of these people who like to silence things like the Hunter Biden laptop, which would have changed the outcome of the 2020 election.

00:53:57.000 We've covered it a million times, right?

00:53:59.000 I think this gives him the both-sides angle.

00:54:02.000 Linda can go out and talk to advertisers and be like, I'm the one in control. 1.00

00:54:05.000 I'm taking care of this.

00:54:06.000 Don't worry.

00:54:07.000 And Musk can go out there and say, hey, wait, what?

00:54:07.000 It'll be friendly.

00:54:09.000 This is happening?

00:54:10.000 It gives him that distance a little bit.

00:54:12.000 I hope that's not what's going on. 0.99

00:54:13.000 Good cop, bitch cop. 1.00

00:54:15.000 Yes, exactly. 0.99

00:54:16.000 Exactly right.

00:54:17.000 But it does give him that opportunity.

00:54:19.000 I think you're right.

00:54:20.000 And let me go through this in parts.

00:54:21.000 And then we have, I believe we have her here.

00:54:24.000 I'll bring her on in just a minute, Libs of TikTok, because she has some new information that'll raise an eyebrow or two.

00:54:31.000 I mean, they'll raise so many eyebrows they'll call you Doug Burgum.

00:54:36.000 Can someone bring up that picture of that weird Muppet?

00:54:39.000 Someone bring it up, we have it somewhere.

00:54:40.000 So let me give you the first part.

00:54:42.000 On Twitter we know beyond any shadow of a doubt now, and we can prove it and we'll prove it with you, you will take part in an experiment with us today, that certain words have been demonetized on Twitter, on X.

00:54:52.000 Yeah.

00:54:53.000 Now that's important because that means that stories that you likely wanted to follow, right, stories that would be important journalistically, are demonetized.

00:55:02.000 Therefore, also, demonetization, let's be clear, we've seen this with YouTube, right?

00:55:05.000 The suppression that comes with being demonetized, you have to understand.

00:55:08.000 People just say, oh, well you have a right to be there, you don't have a right to make money there.

00:55:10.000 Well, when you have a platform like Twitter, if they're following the footsteps of YouTube, the moment we were demonetized, we saw a 90% drop in reach.

00:55:19.000 We were accidentally re-monetized, remember, for four months?

00:55:22.000 I remember that.

00:55:22.000 We saw a 100% increase in reach, yet again.

00:55:25.000 Tons of new followers.

00:55:26.000 We were demonetized again, boom, went down.

00:55:28.000 And it stands to reason they're a business.

00:55:29.000 So they want to direct people to monetize content.

00:55:33.000 But here's the thing.

00:55:34.000 Journalism can't only be about monetization and banning words, which is what they're doing.

00:55:41.000 It's following exactly the same footsteps as YouTube and Facebook, by the way.

00:55:44.000 That's what we're seeing with X.

00:55:46.000 Investigative journalism will cease to be.

00:55:48.000 So let me give you some examples.

00:55:49.000 The Philly looting.

00:55:50.000 Hey, what do you do if the keywords here are demonetized?

00:55:54.000 So that's people didn't Sorry.

00:56:14.000 people sorry not from Philly I don't see color. 0.84

00:56:24.000 You guys are black? 0.91

00:56:24.000 No. 0.91

00:56:25.000 I didn't even see.

00:56:27.000 I identify as Irish, though.

00:56:29.000 My last name's Hodge.

00:56:30.000 Oh, good for you. 0.99

00:56:31.000 So you're a drunk.

00:56:34.000 A well-behaved drunk.

00:56:35.000 JP Morgan Epstein.

00:56:37.000 The bank that settled?

00:56:39.000 Right with the U.S. 0.98

00:56:39.000 Virgin Islands, the government over the Epstein trafficking. 0.98

00:56:43.000 Words.

00:56:44.000 These were demonetized words.

00:56:45.000 That's censoring.

00:56:46.000 Let's be clear.

00:56:47.000 Demonetized means censoring words.

00:56:48.000 January 6th, Owen Schroer, we had him on this show.

00:56:51.000 Sentenced to 60 days in jail for just being there January 6th, not inciting violence whatsoever.

00:56:57.000 Hey, journalists can't cover that.

00:57:00.000 These stories, right, these add up.

00:57:02.000 Oh, I want to cover Philadelphia.

00:57:03.000 Oh, wait, I can't cover the Philadelphia. 0.73

00:57:04.000 Oh, wait, I want to cover the Epstein sex. 0.62

00:57:05.000 Oh, wait, I can't cover it because I can't make a living.

00:57:07.000 Oh, wait, I want to cover someone who's being raked over the coals for... Oh, no, wait, I can't cover it because I can't make any money.

00:57:12.000 Kind of like on YouTube.

00:57:13.000 Hey, wait a second, I want to do investigative journalism.

00:57:15.000 Oh, wait, they'll just remove it because they don't respect single-party consent laws in states.

00:57:20.000 With this, Watergate could have never happened.

00:57:23.000 And by the way, that's why there hasn't been a Watergate again.

00:57:25.000 You think that Ukraine and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden... It makes Watergate look like child's play!

00:57:33.000 And by the way, this next one, I just want to set this up really quickly.

00:57:36.000 I think this is the one that Liv's TikTok account posted that kind of started this entire thing.

00:57:41.000 I think this was one of the things that led to her going, wait a minute, what's going on here with this video not being able to be put out?

00:57:46.000 Yeah, this was the Burbank of California mayor, Constantine Anthony, being spanked by a drag queen at an event with kids.

00:57:58.000 so it's Clip Spanky.

00:58:00.000 Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, macho, macho, macho man, yeah.

00:58:07.000 I got to be a macho, I got to be a macho.

00:58:11.000 Mmm.

00:58:11.000 Did you see that at the end?

00:58:13.000 She took it and like wiggled a little bit at the end. 0.99

00:58:15.000 What?

00:58:15.000 On his legs.

00:58:16.000 Really?

00:58:16.000 The last hit.

00:58:17.000 Look at it again.

00:58:17.000 Let me see.

00:58:17.000 Let me watch it again.

00:58:18.000 I don't want to, but we have to.

00:58:20.000 Alright.

00:58:25.000 Right there.

00:58:29.000 You noticed that, huh?

00:58:30.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:58:31.000 That means you're gay. 1.00

00:58:34.000 We paid for it. 1.00

00:58:42.000 We paid for it. We were gonna use it. Alright. So I believe we have her on now.

00:58:59.000 I'm really glad to have her on, and from what I heard, maybe she can confirm there might be some new developments with her account?

00:59:04.000 Yeah.

00:59:05.000 Okay.

00:59:06.000 Let's go to our guest, Chaya Raychek.

00:59:09.000 Come on, I was going to say, you know her as libs of TikTok, and you cut me off before I could say, you know her as libs of TikTok, but I feel like we have to get both.

00:59:19.000 Like macho man, Randy Savage, but macho man.

00:59:21.000 That's what... All right, Chaya, I'm sorry about that.

00:59:24.000 How are you?

00:59:25.000 Hey, I'm great.

00:59:26.000 Thanks for having me.

00:59:26.000 So great to be here.

00:59:28.000 I am glad to have you on here.

00:59:30.000 Thank you for taking the time.

00:59:30.000 I know you were in flight.

00:59:32.000 Before we get to some of these other questions, did I hear there's a development that your entire account may have been demonetized?

00:59:39.000 Yeah, so I actually did not think it was possible for an entire account to be demonetized, and I actually wrote on Twitter last week that I don't think it's possible, but this morning it turns out that Libs of TikTok is completely demonetized right now.

00:59:52.000 I tested the exact same word on my personal account on Libs of TikTok, and only the one on my personal account is monetized.

00:59:58.000 So, as of this moment right now, at 11.09 Eastern, Libs of TikTok, on X, the free speech platform, your entire account is fully demonetized.

01:00:08.000 Yes, that's what it would appear to be, yeah.

01:00:11.000 You're the Twitter equivalent of us with YouTube!

01:00:15.000 You're a trailblazer for X, I'm sorry!

01:00:18.000 Well, and the problem that happens with that, right, you know, Haya, is not just being demonetized, but then that usually results in significantly reduced reach, right?

01:00:27.000 Exactly, yeah.

01:00:29.000 And what triggered this is, you just mentioned the mayor of Sankey, the mayor of Burbank, so I did a video confronting him, and I posted it to Liz's TikTok, and You do video production, you know what goes into it.

01:00:39.000 There's tons of time and energy and money.

01:00:42.000 And we spent all of this energy on this video, and I post it, and it's being completely suppressed.

01:00:48.000 It's demonetized, which was like the least of the problems, but I was upset that it was being suppressed.

01:00:52.000 And so I reached out to some really high up people at Twitter, and it turned out that the word drag queen was demonetizing it.

01:01:00.000 And so that's what really started my whole like theory of like, oh, there are certain words that if you write those in a tweet, then that tweet will be demonetized.

01:01:08.000 So that's when I started really testing out, testing out a bunch of different kinds of words.

01:01:13.000 So it's so they, they specifically have demonetized words.

01:01:13.000 Right.

01:01:16.000 And they told you that the brass at Twitter, I know you reached out or sorry, X, they did respond and say, yes, we can confirm that.

01:01:23.000 So actually, I was like, okay, let me test out some words, and I discovered that the word drag queen was demonetized, and after I discovered it on my own, I was told that the word drag queen is demonetized, yeah.

01:01:34.000 But actually, now it's been fixed.

01:01:36.000 It was fixed right away, within 24 hours.

01:01:39.000 Wait, they fixed that one, so what's going to have to happen is you're going to have to find all of the other words, and then they'll say, oh no, we'll fix it, right?

01:01:45.000 That's what happened with us on YouTube.

01:01:46.000 They go, oh yeah, thanks for letting us know, we'll fix it, and then you find 20 other errors.

01:01:51.000 I don't, I don't know because I think I, I really believe that Elon is trying his best.

01:01:56.000 I think he has really good intentions.

01:01:57.000 And I think that my whole investigation was just, it kind of just like opened a can of worms and just like started the discussion about it.

01:02:06.000 And I'm, I'm really hopeful that now he's going to fix the entire problem.

01:02:10.000 I don't, I don't anticipate that we're going to have to come up with a complete and total list of words, but if we don't have to, then I am here for it.

01:02:18.000 But your whole account was just demonetized this morning.

01:02:21.000 So it's a separate issue, I think.

01:02:23.000 I don't think it's a word.

01:02:24.000 I think it's my account status.

01:02:26.000 So that's a whole separate issue.

01:02:28.000 Okay, well why do you think you're a kid?

01:02:29.000 My point is, and maybe Elon, right, his intentions are pure, but that doesn't mean that Yacarinos are.

01:02:34.000 That doesn't mean that the people who are in charge of demonetizing individual accounts, right, these people are still in Silicon Valley, largely, that you're a journalist.

01:02:42.000 A lot of people don't realize because you do it and it's entertaining, but what you do is journalism and it's very important, and if journalists can't make a living off of journalism, then the stories that matter Okay, so let me give you some more background information.

01:02:54.000 in the libraries.

01:02:55.000 I'm, I'm, I'm, I, you're very, you're, look, you're being very congenial.

01:02:59.000 I'm pissed.

01:03:00.000 I'm pissed.

01:03:01.000 I can't believe your whole account's been demonetized.

01:03:02.000 Okay, so let me give you some more background information.

01:03:06.000 Um, and I know a lot of people are going to freak out when I say this, but Libs of TikTok 0.99

01:03:11.000 has barely made any money on monetization from day one.

01:03:15.000 So this started in February, so we're talking about like seven, eight months ago.

01:03:19.000 We have barely made any money.

01:03:21.000 And you see journalists complaining on Twitter about the monetization, about how they're barely making money, they should be making more.

01:03:26.000 I made probably like 80% less than those people complaining on Twitter who have 250,000 followers.

01:03:34.000 And I have 2.5 million followers.

01:03:36.000 So I never really looked at Twitter as one of the ways that I was going to monetize.

01:03:40.000 Well, that's because you weren't making money.

01:03:42.000 It's the same thing with me.

01:03:42.000 I just found out that the Hodge Twins make, like, my last check from Twitter was literally $75, I believe.

01:03:47.000 Really?

01:03:47.000 Yeah, I'm not joking.

01:03:49.000 I'm not joking.

01:03:50.000 It was $75, and then I was talking with someone, and they're going, man, I'm cleaning up on Twitter. 0.99

01:03:53.000 I'm like, you're bullshitting! 0.95

01:03:56.000 Well, look, let me... I thought someone reported, she did this whole, like, investigation and decided that Liz's TikTok is probably making about $3 million a year on Twitter. 0.96

01:04:04.000 Yeah.

01:04:05.000 And I was like, where is this money?

01:04:07.000 How do I get it?

01:04:09.000 They don't buy a lot of Teslas.

01:04:11.000 You had a question there, Joe, because I wanted to get to the words.

01:04:14.000 Yeah, so hi.

01:04:14.000 Really quickly, I mean, Elon is—and I hope you're right.

01:04:17.000 Like, I hope Elon has these goals.

01:04:18.000 There's a few things that he can do, like, you know, maybe—and you don't have to comment on this, but put Alex Jones back on the platform is a pretty easy free speech bar, right?

01:04:26.000 You may disagree with that guy a lot, but put him back on the platform.

01:04:29.000 He may have good intentions.

01:04:30.000 His entire pitch to creators is come here and make money.

01:04:34.000 And so if he's not monetizing an account that has 2.5 million followers and also has incredible reach and important stuff going out there, what's the point?

01:04:44.000 Yeah, I agree with you.

01:04:45.000 And I think he did write on Twitter a few days ago that a lot of this, these, like, sort of things that are happening are just leftovers from that whole trust and safety department that was there before he bought Twitter.

01:04:57.000 And that's why I really do think that he is trying his best, and I really believe that.

01:05:02.000 As soon as I tweeted out...

01:05:04.000 There's a difference between fixing something because now there are eyeballs on it, because I will say this, if he said these are sort of remnants from before, well, people weren't really making money off of Twitter before, right?

01:05:20.000 That was kind of new.

01:05:21.000 In other words, when they introduced that to verified accounts, they would have also

01:05:25.000 had to create a process as to what would be considered monetizable and not.

01:05:31.000 That wasn't something that carried over.

01:05:32.000 And so the idea of demonetized words, that would by its very nature have to be a new

01:05:37.000 thing since Elon has been there.

01:05:38.000 Not saying he did it directly, but there are people in their posts, their positions of

01:05:43.000 authority who have.

01:05:44.000 What are some of the specific words?

01:05:45.000 And we're going to actually do this if you're okay with it.

01:05:48.000 We're going to have the audience A B test with us live, but I know that you've found

01:05:53.000 some specific words, right?

01:05:54.000 You did some digging that result in the demonetization of a post, right?

01:05:59.000 Yeah.

01:06:00.000 Okay.

01:06:00.000 So you, I think one of them you found was porn.

01:06:02.000 The word porn. 0.72

01:06:03.000 Right?

01:06:04.000 Yeah.

01:06:04.000 Okay.

01:06:05.000 So we tested this.

01:06:06.000 We tested this and we can bring this up right now.

01:06:08.000 We tested a tweet. 0.52

01:06:09.000 Porn is bad.

01:06:10.000 Change my mind. 0.96

01:06:11.000 People can see that there.

01:06:12.000 And then you can scroll there.

01:06:13.000 Look at the reach.

01:06:15.000 So 21,000 views.

01:06:15.000 Keep that in mind.

01:06:16.000 Yeah.

01:06:17.000 Well, the reach isn't—these were all happening pretty—so no advertising whatsoever.

01:06:21.000 Now, we switch that tweet to P-O star symbol, and is bad.

01:06:26.000 Changed my mind.

01:06:27.000 We can bring this up right here.

01:06:28.000 Okay.

01:06:29.000 Then you can scroll, and we see—ding!

01:06:33.000 The ad.

01:06:34.000 Now, that one, look, that makes sense if they're trying, but the problem is it's not getting rid of porn.

01:06:39.000 I mean, it's just riddled with pornography on Twitter.

01:06:41.000 That's a separate problem.

01:06:42.000 But we did another one.

01:06:44.000 The word, and tell me if I'm missing it, the word ugly.

01:06:47.000 So I tweeted out the word, is AOC hot or ugly? 1.00

01:06:51.000 Childish and stupid? 1.00

01:06:52.000 Yes. 1.00

01:06:53.000 But then again, so is Twitter.

01:06:55.000 And now I believe that that has been fixed.

01:07:00.000 Yeah, that's been fixed.

01:07:01.000 But there were other words too, I believe, that were out.

01:07:03.000 Ugly was demonetizable?

01:07:05.000 Ugly was demonetizable.

01:07:07.000 And another word that you found, and let me know, trans was one, right? 0.95

01:07:11.000 Yeah, trans.

01:07:12.000 Trans was one. 0.99

01:07:12.000 Did you know that? 0.99

01:07:13.000 I think that's been fixed now.

01:07:15.000 Oh, wow.

01:07:16.000 So there was three... I initially posted about ten, and seven out of those ten were fixed within 24 hours.

01:07:21.000 Right.

01:07:22.000 The trans wasn't, and ugly wasn't. 1.00

01:07:24.000 So if you're saying they were fixed now, then I think that's good.

01:07:27.000 Yeah, let me bring it up right now.

01:07:29.000 So with trans, let's see, right here I tweeted out, should trans dudes be able to compete in Olympic water polo?

01:07:34.000 Scroll.

01:07:35.000 You can scroll.

01:07:36.000 Boom! 0.99

01:07:36.000 Now it is monetized. 0.99

01:07:38.000 So that is progress, but that means it's only happened because you publicly named the words, right?

01:07:44.000 And that shouldn't have to take... a journalist shouldn't have to blow the whistle on journalists being suppressed for them to no longer be suppressed.

01:07:52.000 That's what I guess really gets my goat and why I'm saying what you do is so important.

01:07:56.000 The work is so important.

01:07:58.000 Yeah, well, like I said before, I think that hopefully Elon did say that he's looking into all this and he said on his Twitter space that this list needs to be trimmed and he doesn't agree with, you know, all the censorship.

01:08:10.000 So, I mean, I think we will give him a little bit of time.

01:08:14.000 And if it's not fixed and there's still these problems, then we're going to have to just continue with this investigation and just do word after word after word.

01:08:21.000 I mean, it's going to be like a full time job.

01:08:23.000 Maybe there's a way to make an automated account that just like posts words.

01:08:29.000 Um, so maybe we'll have to do that.

01:08:31.000 Let's do it.

01:08:32.000 Let's do it right now.

01:08:32.000 We can do so right now.

01:08:34.000 We have a lot of people watching and everyone out there.

01:08:35.000 You can share the show.

01:08:37.000 Um, give us a, let's say, let's go through two or three words that you know, um, are, are demonetized right now.

01:08:43.000 We'll have people in the, in the audience right now.

01:08:45.000 Thousands go out and use them.

01:08:46.000 Let's, let's, uh, give us a word.

01:08:51.000 Hi, I mean, you can give us a word, one word that's demonetized.

01:08:55.000 You tell me a word that you found and then I'm going to ask the audience. I'll send out a tweet

01:09:00.000 and we will also have audience members send out tweets so we can kind of have a sample pool.

01:09:03.000 I mean there was questions about the word fight if that was demonetized.

01:09:14.000 Okay.

01:09:15.000 The word fight.

01:09:15.000 You want to try that?

01:09:16.000 Okay.

01:09:17.000 Let's see.

01:09:19.000 We will tweet out, tweet from our account Mission Control.

01:09:23.000 Should a biological dude be able to fight, I'm sorry, beat up a female in the octagon? 1.00

01:09:31.000 Let's tweet that out.

01:09:32.000 Okay.

01:09:33.000 And let's see if that gets demonetized. 0.89

01:09:35.000 And you guys out there, use the word fight.

01:09:37.000 People who are watching right now.

01:09:39.000 And let's see.

01:09:40.000 We will get that back in about a minute.

01:09:41.000 We will see if it's monetized or demonetized.

01:09:43.000 Yes, Mr. Hodge.

01:09:44.000 One of the Hodge twins.

01:09:45.000 How about something that has to do with Hunter Biden?

01:09:47.000 Maybe we have his tweet with him, if that's demonetized.

01:09:50.000 I don't know.

01:09:51.000 Hiya, did you see anything that had to do with Hunter specifically?

01:09:54.000 I didn't test that yet, but I did test Putin and Ukraine and Zelensky, and at first Putin was demonetized, and then a couple hours later, not hours even, minutes, it was fixed.

01:10:07.000 So I don't know what happened with that, but maybe we could try Putin again.

01:10:10.000 Okay, so let's try Putin. 0.99

01:10:12.000 I will just say, let's tweet out from my account, what do you get when two assholes collide? 1.00

01:10:20.000 Zelensky and Putin. 1.00

01:10:23.000 Well, assholes might be demonetized. 1.00

01:10:24.000 Okay, you know what? 1.00

01:10:25.000 What do you get when two sphincters collide?

01:10:29.000 Zelensky and Putin.

01:10:30.000 Let's put that out there and we'll see if that's demonetized, and then you guys try your own.

01:10:33.000 Maybe we should have a hashtag going, like, hashtag test Twitter words right now.

01:10:37.000 There you go.

01:10:37.000 Hashtag Twitter word test.

01:10:39.000 Twitter word test.

01:10:40.000 Let's bring it up.

01:10:40.000 Hashtag Twitter word test.

01:10:41.000 Technically it's X word test, but whatever.

01:10:43.000 I was doing it one word at a time, just because you don't know what other words in the sentence might be demonetized.

01:10:48.000 So, to really find out which exact words, the most effective way is to do one word at a time.

01:10:53.000 All right.

01:10:57.000 The word innocent?

01:10:59.000 Probably because they didn't want people like, you know, Trevor Bower saying, Hey, I'm innocent.

01:11:05.000 Like not if, not if page six says you're not.

01:11:09.000 I got a couple of words here actually from suggestions.

01:11:11.000 So a furry.

01:11:12.000 Furry would be a good one for us to test.

01:11:14.000 And also pedo.

01:11:16.000 Yeah. 0.99

01:11:16.000 Let's type pedo. 0.99

01:11:17.000 Okay. 0.97

01:11:18.000 How about Republican?

01:11:20.000 Yeah.

01:11:20.000 Alright, so from our account, let's just try.

01:11:23.000 I think that we should be fine.

01:11:25.000 I don't like.

01:11:26.000 Right?

01:11:26.000 Those shouldn't be.

01:11:27.000 I think we're safe.

01:11:28.000 I don't like. 0.77

01:11:30.000 Pedos. 1.00

01:11:31.000 Or I don't like pedophiles. 0.99

01:11:32.000 Let's try one of each.

01:11:33.000 Let's just get those out there. 0.57

01:11:34.000 Alright, and we do have the word fight, the test on the word fight ready if you are ready.

01:11:38.000 Oh, do we have the test?

01:11:39.000 The word fight.

01:11:40.000 Haya, this is happening in real time.

01:11:41.000 And sorry Haya, you can't take part because you're fully demonetized anyway.

01:11:45.000 Well, she can on her personal account, right?

01:11:46.000 Yeah, there we go.

01:11:48.000 Alright, alright.

01:11:49.000 Okay, let's see.

01:11:50.000 What are the results from the word fight?

01:11:54.000 It's monetized.

01:11:55.000 It's monetized?

01:11:56.000 Well, hold on.

01:11:57.000 There's an ad right there.

01:11:58.000 There we go.

01:11:59.000 Oh, where'd it go?

01:12:00.000 Oh, no, there it is.

01:12:00.000 I see it right there.

01:12:01.000 Play that... Right, so it is.

01:12:02.000 It's monetized.

01:12:03.000 Okay, good.

01:12:03.000 So Fight is monetized.

01:12:04.000 That's good.

01:12:05.000 That's progress.

01:12:06.000 We'll see.

01:12:06.000 As soon as we have the rest of these as we... We did tweet out, you know, hi, I tweeted out that I don't like pedophiles because I'm not afraid to take the unpopular positions here at this program.

01:12:16.000 We take the risks so you don't have to.

01:12:21.000 What other words?

01:12:22.000 What do you think there?

01:12:23.000 Pedos? 1.00

01:12:24.000 Pedos, we've got some pedophiles. 1.00

01:12:26.000 Let's see. 1.00

01:12:26.000 All right. 1.00

01:12:28.000 I don't like pedos.

01:12:29.000 Oh, wow.

01:12:30.000 Amazon.

01:12:31.000 Well, that's apt.

01:12:35.000 So look, so those are monetized.

01:12:36.000 It seems like they're being less aggressive.

01:12:38.000 By the way, I heard through the grapevine that those were demonetized last week.

01:12:41.000 And then after I posted about it, a bunch of words that were previously demonetized were monetized.

01:12:47.000 So a lot of these problems did get fixed.

01:12:49.000 Yeah, the primary problem though, right, is that there's no transparency.

01:12:52.000 In other words, they could fix it and then change it next week.

01:12:55.000 There needs to be an actual policy that they make this very clear, especially for content creators and journalists because, look, the big thing is they're pitching people to leave other platforms and come over to Twitter, right, if they're content creators.

01:13:07.000 But if you do that based on, you know, misleading information, well now people, they've hopped to a new lily pad and they can end up being just as screwed.

01:13:15.000 That's, you know, not just for journalists but for everyone.

01:13:18.000 Yeah, or give us a list of which words are demonetized.

01:13:21.000 Like, if Twitter's saying like, hey, look, these words we don't approve of, we're going to demonetize your account.

01:13:26.000 Okay, so just give us that list and we can make a decision on if we want to censor ourselves or not.

01:13:30.000 Yes.

01:13:30.000 No, that's absolutely right.

01:13:31.000 By the way, did you enjoy all the Jewish holidays this September?

01:13:34.000 Yeah, it's actually still going on.

01:13:36.000 We're in the middle of a holiday right now.

01:13:37.000 Okay, well thank you.

01:13:39.000 For very industrious people, lots of days off this September.

01:13:42.000 We know that with Sam from HR.

01:13:43.000 What a fall holiday.

01:13:44.000 Every day he comes in, I'm like, it's another holiday, Sam?

01:13:50.000 It's three of them, very close together, yeah.

01:13:54.000 I want to be clear, too.

01:13:55.000 We are fans of Elon if he does the right thing and follows through, and I think that I would take your position if he had not hired Linda Iaccarino.

01:14:04.000 I would probably be more fully on board, like, hey, just give him time, don't worry about it.

01:14:07.000 But with that hire, it didn't make me necessarily—some questions about Elon's motives, maybe, but I just don't trust her.

01:14:15.000 So as much as I feel like Elon Musk is pushing in the right direction, that hire to me was incredibly suspect and I don't trust her to do the right thing when it comes to free speech.

01:14:25.000 I just don't think that's the world she comes from.

01:14:28.000 I mean, she is, she does answer to him, so I think at the end of the day, like, he's the one in charge.

01:14:34.000 You have to give him credit for getting rid of the whole election integrity team, for getting rid of Bill Ross, person safety, and all that garbage.

01:14:40.000 We do.

01:14:40.000 We absolutely do.

01:14:41.000 We credit him for that.

01:14:42.000 We sing his praises when he does stuff like that.

01:14:44.000 I know that he ultimately is the guy, but he's running SpaceX.

01:14:47.000 He's running Tesla.

01:14:48.000 He's doing a whole bunch of other stuff.

01:14:50.000 The reason she was brought in is so that he didn't have to run the day-to-day.

01:14:53.000 I just don't want her to do something That he finds out about three months later and then has to undo.

01:14:58.000 So you're right.

01:14:59.000 Eventually it can be undone, but what if it happens in October of 2024 and he doesn't find out until December?

01:15:05.000 That's my main concern right now.

01:15:07.000 And so I do, like I said, I think he's headed the right direction.

01:15:10.000 I'm just very concerned about what she will be able to do and when he'll be able to find out about it.

01:15:15.000 Yeah.

01:15:16.000 Well, and with people like Haya out there, the work that she does is very important.

01:15:19.000 And, you know, it's important that there are platforms out there that will stand their ground.

01:15:24.000 I would like to see Elon do, and obviously I'm biased, but, you know, Rumble, Chris Pavlat, who's Canadian, he flipped the bird to the entire French government.

01:15:31.000 He said, no, absolutely not.

01:15:32.000 Just now with Canada, he said he's never been more embarrassed.

01:15:34.000 That guy will not falter, will not wilt.

01:15:37.000 You have not seen this take place there.

01:15:39.000 And I do think that Elon is that way.

01:15:41.000 I don't think that the communication publicly has been as clear. And, you know, I think...

01:15:59.000 I don't know.

01:16:14.000 My checks are so small.

01:16:15.000 Yeah, I think so.

01:16:17.000 We need to dive into that a little bit further.

01:16:19.000 Yeah.

01:16:19.000 I mean, I feel like, you know, like, I don't know, Cardi B's getting like Samsung and mine's like the copycat Alibaba.

01:16:25.000 Sorry.

01:16:26.000 Well, you did have Amazon one time.

01:16:27.000 All right.

01:16:28.000 Hiya.

01:16:28.000 We're going to continue this here on Mug Club, but are there any other updates or any information that you think is pivotal for people to know before we continue on Mug Club and with this experiment?

01:16:38.000 Um, no, I'm gonna tweet out now that Liz's TikTok is completely demonetized.

01:16:42.000 And we'll see what happens.

01:16:43.000 I think Elon, I'm hopeful he'll respond and fix it.

01:16:46.000 And yeah, like I said, I think he has good intentions.

01:16:50.000 I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.

01:16:52.000 But I will also hold Twitter accountable.

01:16:56.000 You know, I, I will call out censorship, I will call out these problems.

01:17:00.000 Um, but I do think that they're going to get fixed when we call them out.

01:17:03.000 So, yeah, I'm going to continue doing this, and hopefully we'll get some answers.
