00:00:00.000 Bad BATBANK!
00:00:01.000 VJUNK! VJUNK!
00:00:48.000 VJUNK! I understand.
00:00:50.000 Nobody ever knows.
00:00:55.000 And here I thought you could talk to me.
00:01:00.000 I understand.
00:01:06.000 I understand.
00:01:27.000 Welcome, Vince viewers.
00:01:29.000 I go with one name, like Cher.
00:01:30.000 Or Madonna.
00:01:31.000 But he's a man.
00:01:32.000 So, glad to have you.
00:01:33.000 You are watching the lineup exclusively here on Rumble from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
00:01:38.000 Eastern. No need to switch that dial if you have a dial and you live in, I guess, 1988.
00:01:42.000 The last time we had a dial on a TV.
00:01:45.000 Download the Rumble app and follow us there.
00:01:48.000 So that way you get notifications whenever we are live.
00:01:50.000 If you are not a Rumble Premium member, you just get to keep on watching.
00:01:53.000 It goes from show to show to show.
00:01:55.000 It's the next evolution.
00:01:57.000 In live streaming, Rumble, we own live, YouTube is dead, Rumble did it.
00:02:00.000 Before we get to the intro here, I want to let you know, today we'll be discussing the major screw-up of the Signal app debacle, but maybe not as big as the left is making it out to be.
00:02:11.000 We'll go into some claims, truths, ins and outs.
00:02:13.000 And, look, hold your fire here, because all of you will be equally upset.
00:02:18.000 We are going to be asking and answering some of the APAC questions.
00:02:22.000 Not the Jews!
00:02:24.000 But APEC, I know there's been a rash of actual anti-Semitism out there lately, and there's also been a rash of false accusations of anti-Semitism to anyone who is critical of some policies where, you know, some criticism may be warranted.
00:02:37.000 We are going to go through all of that and more.
00:02:39.000 Stay with us.
00:02:40.000 It'll be a reasonable discussion, hopefully, but you don't know it's the internet.
00:02:43.000 This is Ladder with Crudder.
00:02:45.000 *music*
00:03:01.000 Rumble is reimagining the video platform.
00:03:04.000 YouTube is dead.
00:03:05.000 Rumble did it.
00:03:06.000 Watch the new lineup exclusively on Rumble Live, including Ladder with Crowder at our new time, 11 a.m.
00:03:12.000 Eastern. Hey, Josh.
00:03:28.000 You want to come to my office for a second?
00:03:30.000 Yeah, sure.
00:03:30.000 Excellent. Please, sit down.
00:03:33.000 What's up, Sam?
00:03:34.000 Nothing much.
00:03:38.000 I just figured we could, you know, kibitz a little bit, you know, as they say, der Menschentachen, Gott lachen, you know, that kind of thing.
00:03:46.000 Yeah, it's cool to kick back and relax a little bit, sure, sure.
00:03:48.000 Definitely. Do you like the Eschlik for lunch?
00:03:50.000 Oh, yeah.
00:03:51.000 It was great, man.
00:03:51.000 A little spicy for my taste, but I ate it all, yeah.
00:03:55.000 I want to ask you, my people, they came from Kletsk.
00:03:58.000 Where your people originate?
00:04:01.000 What do you mean?
00:04:02.000 Where your people from Zzankoya, Sopotkon, Vitebsk, Eretz Israel?
00:04:08.000 Seattle. Oh.
00:04:10.000 Yeah. Wait.
00:04:12.000 Sam, I'm not Jewish.
00:04:14.000 But Josh Feierstein.
00:04:16.000 No, it's Feierstein.
00:04:19.000 It's Mums.
00:04:20.000 Yeah. Oh.
00:04:21.000 With an eye.
00:04:22.000 Oh. Yeah.
00:04:24.000 Okay. Get out.
00:04:27.000 You really are a d**k.
00:04:29.000 You can leave.
00:04:30.000 Get out.
00:04:31.000 F**k you.
00:04:31.000 Mumsers, get out!
00:04:32.000 Tweed-ware d**k.
00:04:33.000 Get up, Hudson.
00:04:34.000 Get up, Hudson.
00:04:49.000 You are now watching the lineup on Rumble Live, exclusively the official home of Louder with Crowder, and you can stream the entire lineup from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

00:05:01.000 YouTube is officially dead.
00:05:04.000 Rumble did it.
00:05:35.000 it. Rumble did it.
00:05:43.000 I've been drinking too many hot beverages this morning.
00:05:45.000 You've got to cut me off.
00:05:45.000 Cut me off like YouTube is cut off.
00:05:48.000 Glad to be with you.
00:05:49.000 Rumble exclusive now.
00:05:51.000 This is the lineup like we discussed.
00:05:52.000 No more live streaming to YouTube.
00:05:54.000 They're done and still been number one in every time slot on Rumble for, I mean, a week and a half at this point.
00:06:00.000 Thank you so much.
00:06:01.000 All your support.
00:06:02.000 Share. Like.
00:06:03.000 We appreciate it.
00:06:03.000 It's a live show weekdays, 11 a.m.
00:06:06.000 Eastern. We see you here Monday through Friday.
00:06:08.000 My question of the day before we get to news.
00:06:10.000 Who is the last person you would accidentally Or you would want to accidentally add to a group text.
00:06:17.000 Your mother notwithstanding, we all know.
00:06:18.000 H.R. Sam.
00:06:19.000 Especially if it involves the ladies.
00:06:21.000 In your case, guys.
00:06:23.000 I was about to say Goyim.
00:06:24.000 Why? We're going to be talking about the Jewish stuff a lot today.
00:06:27.000 Call me names.
00:06:29.000 Captain Morgan, CEO.
00:06:30.000 Glad to have you here.
00:06:32.000 Hi. Josh Firestein.
00:06:36.000 Not underscore Firestein on X. But then Josh underscore Firestein on Instagram because he's not banned.
00:06:41.000 Not underscore Jewish either.
00:06:44.000 It's not a brag.
00:06:45.000 It's just a fact.
00:06:46.000 Letting you know.
00:06:47.000 Sorry, Hollywood.
00:06:48.000 We're going to piss everybody off today.
00:06:49.000 It's okay.
00:06:49.000 We are going to be talking about AIPAC.
00:06:51.000 We're going to be talking about the Signal app.
00:06:52.000 We're going to be talking about the left, Jon Stewart, who now says that people on the right don't like and don't support free speech.
00:06:58.000 We'll go through some claim truths.
00:06:59.000 You can hit the rundown there.
00:07:00.000 I know I already did it, but there you go.
00:07:02.000 And Cain Velasquez, sentenced for shooting at the molester of his son.
00:07:08.000 This is a hot-button issue.
00:07:09.000 Just so you know, I'm not afraid to take him.
00:07:11.000 The risky positions on this show as it relates to punishing or executing pedophiles.
00:07:16.000 I'm pro.
00:07:17.000 You can comment your grievance for it.
00:07:21.000 I mean, even without trial sometimes.
00:07:22.000 It's just, you know, if the evidence is strong enough.
00:07:24.000 Yeah, like Russia.
00:07:25.000 They do it right there.
00:07:26.000 That's one thing.
00:07:27.000 They stab themselves 36 times in the back and they put themselves in shallow grief.
00:07:31.000 Yes. And the judge says, okay.
00:07:33.000 Oh, good enough for me.
00:07:34.000 So yesterday, the former UFC champion, Cain Velasquez, He was sentenced, including, by the way, some time served for a 2022 shooting incident that involved people in the car.
00:07:46.000 Now he shot someone who was driving the car, not the alleged child molester who had been systematically molesting his son at a daycare for a long period of time.
00:07:57.000 And so Cain Velasquez did what most self-respecting fathers would do.
00:08:00.000 He tried to pew-pew him.
00:08:03.000 Five years.
00:08:04.000 That's the sentence for former UFC champion Cain Velasquez after the fighter pleaded no contest to attempted murder and other charges.
00:08:12.000 His lawyer asked the judge to release him on probation, but now expects Velasquez will ultimately serve one year in prison after getting credit for time served in jail and in home confinement.
00:08:24.000 I believe that in some ways justice was served today, despite feeling disappointed that he is back in custody.
00:08:30.000 Now, to be clear, the prosecuting attorney wanted 30 years.
00:08:33.000 What? 30 years.
00:08:35.000 Velasquez shot at people in a car, included the man Harry Goulart, or Harry Goulart, I have not heard it pronounced, only read it, who allegedly was sexually assaulting his son, and by the way, multiple other children.
00:08:47.000 And the reason that we have to say alleged is because the child molester allegedly in question still hasn't been sentenced, still hasn't gone to court.
00:08:55.000 And so this does beg the question, look, our justice system.
00:08:59.000 Yeah, I get it.
00:08:59.000 We can't have vigilante justice.
00:09:00.000 I understand that.
00:09:01.000 But when a man who shoots, who's never been a danger to society whatsoever, shoots someone who, with his verifiable proof from what he claims, molested his son and the so-called molester is still going through the process, at what point do we say, hey, our justice system maybe has a problem?
00:09:19.000 And the judge said this when he actually announced the sentence.
00:09:23.000 He said, punishment comes in many ways, and one of the worst is forcing a father to not be present in his child's life.
00:09:28.000 This is a tragic case.
00:09:29.000 Mr. Danger is, Mr. Velasquez is not a danger to public safety.
00:09:34.000 Mr. Danger was his amateur fighter name.
00:09:36.000 That's before he made the UFC.
00:09:39.000 So it's really sad.
00:09:41.000 I mean, here's the thing.
00:09:43.000 I kind of get it, but look, what are we doing here?
00:09:47.000 This man has never been a danger to anyone else.
00:09:49.000 He doesn't have any kind of a violent criminal record.
00:09:51.000 He exclusively shot at someone.
00:09:53.000 Now, he missed.
00:09:54.000 That was his problem.
00:09:54.000 Who he believed molested his son.
00:09:56.000 So he's really only a danger to people who are molesting children.
00:10:00.000 This guy doesn't need to be rehabilitated.
00:10:01.000 Doesn't need prison for that.
00:10:03.000 And then it comes down to what degree of punishment?
00:10:06.000 How much do we want to punish people who shoot pedophiles?
00:10:11.000 I don't know.
00:10:12.000 I'm conflicted.
00:10:12.000 I would say time served.
00:10:14.000 Good enough for me.
00:10:15.000 Don't go shooting any more pedophiles that are on this logbook right here.
00:10:18.000 I wouldn't even say that.
00:10:21.000 Be a Gary Ploush.
00:10:23.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:10:24.000 And it's kind of funny, actually, if this judge says he's not a danger to society, it's actually better than normal because this guy's job was beating people up for a living.
00:10:34.000 And he's not a danger to society.
00:10:36.000 Most of those guys are.
00:10:37.000 Yeah, but not society, just other people he had to face.
00:10:40.000 That's what I mean.
00:10:40.000 It's like, hey, he's controlling it.
00:10:42.000 This guy found a creative outlet instead of being a serial killer.
00:10:45.000 Fantastic! Which, by the way, if you're that child molester, I mean, you deserve every consequence that's coming at you just for the fact that you're a moron.
00:10:52.000 Or manifest destiny should take care of you because you molested a UFC...
00:10:57.000 Champion's son?
00:10:58.000 Yeah. What a retard.
00:10:59.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:11:00.000 I would agree.
00:11:01.000 The left would be more offended at the use of retard than the man who molested a son.
00:11:06.000 And to be clear, you know what?
00:11:07.000 Maybe he's perverted.
00:11:08.000 Maybe that's part of the thrill.
00:11:09.000 It's the danger.
00:11:10.000 It's the risk.
00:11:11.000 Oh, he's Mr. Danger.
00:11:12.000 Hold on.
00:11:13.000 This is all a big ploy by Kane to get even with this guy.
00:11:16.000 So the judge sentenced him, wink, wink, right?
00:11:18.000 To put him in the same prison that that guy's going to end up in and justice will take care of himself.
00:11:22.000 Oh, dear Lord, I hope so.
00:11:23.000 I mean, Kane's like, you're going to get me?
00:11:25.000 Fine, that's fantastic.
00:11:27.000 Hey, Harry, meet your new cellmate.
00:11:28.000 Just... Brown pride!
00:11:32.000 Oh, my God.
00:11:36.000 And he's very American, though.
00:11:38.000 What's funny is...
00:11:39.000 I don't like the brown pride tattoo.
00:11:40.000 It reads racist because you know what it is.
00:11:42.000 But... That's neither here nor there.
00:11:44.000 This is my issue.
00:11:45.000 We do live in a culture where we've had catch and release, no cash bail.
00:11:48.000 We have violent criminals who are a danger to society, who walk free amongst us.
00:11:52.000 And the left says, we have mass incarceration problems.
00:11:55.000 We need rehabilitation.
00:11:57.000 Not just punishment.
00:11:58.000 I think we need both, by the way.
00:12:00.000 And then in this instance, if you read some of the headlines and certainly reactions on social media, they seem to be all of a sudden back to law and order.
00:12:08.000 Well, why doesn't that apply?
00:12:09.000 To all these other violent criminals.
00:12:11.000 Why does it only apply when someone is exacting justice on a pedophile?
00:12:14.000 Which, again, you look at the sympathies and where they lie with the left with child-attracted people, was it minor-attracted people, maps.
00:12:21.000 And the statistics show that when a pedophile is rehabbed in prison, they do it again.
00:12:26.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:12:27.000 Here's the thing.
00:12:28.000 You said, though, maybe it's a part of the plan.
00:12:30.000 You'll be in the same prison, yada, yada.
00:12:31.000 Well, here's a more realistic thing.
00:12:33.000 Is Cain's going to get out in a year and a half, whatever it is, after time served.
00:12:36.000 This child molester is going to go to jail for...
00:12:38.000 Almost no time.
00:12:39.000 Yeah. And he's going to have Cain Velasquez on his ass.
00:12:42.000 Yeah, I hope so.
00:12:43.000 For the rest of his life.
00:12:44.000 Yep. Now, don't use a gun next time.
00:12:46.000 You're Cain Velasquez.
00:12:47.000 Make him feel it.
00:12:48.000 A little ground and pound.
00:12:49.000 Work him a little bit.
00:12:50.000 Grass knuckles.
00:12:51.000 Soften him up.
00:12:52.000 Maybe we're in a locked vehicle.
00:12:53.000 I mean, he's not the Hulk.
00:12:53.000 Even bring someone with an air horn so you set rounds just so you sit him down for a while and stare him down so he knows more is coming.
00:12:59.000 Yeah, give him an IV.
00:13:01.000 It's a win.
00:13:03.000 Just prop him up, sit him down here.
00:13:04.000 Yeah, you got 24 hours before the fight.
00:13:06.000 So here's a press reaction from, I think this is San Francisco Gate.
00:13:10.000 It says, former UFC heavyweight champ gets five-year sentence for vigilante justice shooting case.
00:13:14.000 From time, former UFC champion Cain Velasquez sentenced to five years in prison for vigilante shooting spree.
00:13:19.000 Shooting spree?
00:13:20.000 Well, at the same time, many of these leftist publications either allowed...
00:13:25.000 Advocated for or were understanding of catch-and-release policies, not only for violent felons in our major cities, but even at the borders.
00:13:33.000 So I guess they like brown people, just not if they're American shooting pedophiles.
00:13:37.000 That's the key thing, shooting pedophiles.
00:13:39.000 Yep. They don't want you to shoot pedophiles.
00:13:42.000 Why? Seems pretty cut and dry because they like them.
00:13:44.000 They are one.
00:13:45.000 Yep. The Democrat Party, just remember that.
00:13:47.000 When you think Democrats, think pedophiles.
00:13:52.000 And by the way, I tell you what, there are no, I tell you what, pedophilia, because we're not afraid to go against the grain.
00:13:58.000 Pedophilia is, by the way, is strongly condemned.
00:14:00.000 But we're outsiders.

00:14:32.000 Let's go to the Trump administration and the big story right now.
00:14:36.000 They're talking about it with Rogue on CNN.
00:14:42.000 Okay, so for those of you who don't know this story, if you haven't been following it, It's not good.
00:14:49.000 Okay? This doesn't reflect well upon this administration in the sense that someone needs to be fired.
00:14:55.000 Hint, hint.
00:14:56.000 Mike Waltz.
00:14:56.000 He should be fired.
00:14:58.000 Right? We get it.
00:14:59.000 But there are a lot of claims that are simply not true out there.
00:15:04.000 There's a lot of misinformation surrounding the story.
00:15:06.000 And so that's what happens.
00:15:07.000 You take a kernel of truth on which we can all agree, okay, national security is important.
00:15:10.000 We understand it.
00:15:11.000 And then people start embellishing and adding lies to it when it's not really necessary.
00:15:16.000 So... We'll go through some of that, so hopefully you can make sense of it.
00:15:19.000 Links in the description.
00:15:20.000 As always, the references every single show.
00:15:22.000 The Atlantic editor, I guess editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg.
00:15:26.000 Not to be confused with Jonah Goldberg.
00:15:28.000 A lot of people are getting that wrong.
00:15:30.000 He released that he was...
00:15:32.000 And by the way, this guy is garbage.
00:15:34.000 So that is important.
00:15:35.000 Just Jeffrey Goldberg is garbage to begin with.
00:15:37.000 Start there.
00:15:37.000 He didn't do anything necessarily wrong here.
00:15:39.000 He was added to the Signal Chat.
00:15:41.000 But this is the guy who, if he had anything that was classified, he would have released it because he fabricated stories like losers and suckers, it only cost $60,000, it's too much to bury a Mexican.
00:15:51.000 That came from this guy, okay?
00:15:52.000 So this is not the beacon of integrity that he wants you to believe.
00:15:55.000 Jeffrey Goldberg told the public that he was added to a high-level government chat on Signal where they were sharing war plans.
00:16:03.000 Listen to this.
00:16:04.000 The National Security Council is right now trying to figure out how a reporter from the Atlantic was added to a group chat discussing upcoming military strikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen.
00:16:16.000 That's right.
00:16:17.000 Atlantic reporter Jeffrey Goldberg says he was added to a small group on the messaging app Signal that included Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
00:16:26.000 She just repeated herself exactly.
00:16:28.000 Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Director of National Intelligence.
00:16:33.000 Tulsi Gabbard.
00:16:34.000 Okay, so, quick timeline.
00:16:36.000 They're on signal.
00:16:38.000 The people who were mentioned there, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, added Goldberg.
00:16:42.000 All right.
00:16:42.000 It was a group called the Houthi PC Small Group where they discussed the attack on the Houthis and the United States bombed the Houthis.
00:16:48.000 It worked anyway.
00:16:49.000 So, at the end of the day, there wasn't anything that was particularly, I should say, poignant as far as military secrets because, of course, if this was leaked to a left-wing press, they often support our enemies and would likely give them a heads-up, especially if it's Hinkle.
00:17:04.000 It's not good, but I don't really know that there's a whole lot to come of this other than someone needs to be fired and people need to be careful.
00:17:10.000 I also understand why they would move to signal.
00:17:13.000 Doesn't mean that it's right, but I can understand the logic.
00:17:16.000 We'll get into that.
00:17:17.000 President Trump, Secretary Hegseth, they both addressed the controversy yesterday with President Trump finding out seemingly live, and it's entertaining.
00:17:25.000 I don't know anything about it.
00:17:27.000 I'm not a big fan of The Atlantic.
00:17:28.000 To me, it's a magazine that's going out of business.
00:17:31.000 I think it's not much of a magazine, but I know nothing about it.
00:17:34.000 You're saying that they had what?
00:17:36.000 They were using signal to coordinate on sensitive materials.
00:17:40.000 Having to do with what?
00:17:43.000 Having to do with what?
00:17:44.000 What were they talking about?
00:17:45.000 With the Houthis.
00:17:46.000 The Houthis?
00:17:47.000 You mean the attack on the Houthis?
00:17:49.000 Well, it couldn't have been very effective because the attack was very effective.
00:17:52.000 I can tell you that.
00:17:53.000 I don't know anything about it.
00:17:55.000 You're telling me about it for the first time.
00:17:57.000 How did you learn that a journalist was privy to the targets, the types of weapons used?
00:18:02.000 I've heard I was characterized.
00:18:05.000 Nobody was texting war plans.
00:18:08.000 And that's all I have to say about that.
00:18:09.000 Thank you.
00:18:10.000 And to be clear, it doesn't really seem like there were serious war plans that were being discussed.
00:18:13.000 And if you actually read the conversation, I will say the silver lining.
00:18:17.000 I'd like to have a beer with those guys.
00:18:19.000 They're pretty consistent.
00:18:21.000 They're tired of Europe.
00:18:22.000 They don't like terrorists.
00:18:24.000 There's nothing really damning in there.
00:18:26.000 What is damning is the act.
00:18:27.000 I wouldn't want to have a beer with Mike Walls.
00:18:29.000 No, no, neither would I. Apparently, Donald Trump will.
00:18:33.000 He's coming out and saying right now that he's not going to be fired and that this was just an accident.
00:18:37.000 That's not ideal.
00:18:39.000 Not ideal.
00:18:39.000 But I also understand, look, to be clear.
00:18:41.000 Them going to signal, I understand the presidential, was it presidential records?
00:18:44.000 Yeah, well, record preservation of record government, basically, that you can't.
00:18:48.000 And I understand they have to go through specific sort of government applications, encrypted services.
00:18:54.000 That being said, the first administration, the first term of this administration had more leaks than any administration in our lifetime.
00:19:00.000 And so if you're trying to drain the swamp and you don't know who's a friend amongst you, you discuss the official battle plans through the official channels that are required.
00:19:09.000 And then you have the contextual conversation that you know you don't want these people reading because they're likely to leak it to the press, where, you know, Pete Hexeth probably doesn't want the press knowing that he calls them a bunch of Eurofags.
00:19:19.000 I like that he does!
00:19:20.000 Doesn't make it right, but I can understand.
00:19:22.000 I mean, we've had that here, right?
00:19:25.000 We've had leaks online by accident, which is why we've moved to encrypted apps like Signal, just like this happened last week when we were planning lunch.
00:19:53.000 by accident.
00:20:18.000 by accident.
00:20:28.000 To those on audio, that makes no sense.
00:20:30.000 You should go and watch on Rumble Live.
00:20:32.000 This is not just an audio podcast where we're talking to a microphone.
00:20:35.000 There's a lot of...
00:20:36.000 Spared no expense.
00:20:36.000 So let's go through some claims and truths here just so we can clear some confusion up.
00:20:40.000 Here's a claim that you will hear made across media that top secret war plans were divulged.
00:20:46.000 Jeffrey Goldberg reporting he accidentally received top secret war plans from Defense Secretary Pete Hexeth after he was included in a group chat.
00:20:56.000 On the encrypted messaging platform, Signal.
00:20:59.000 Okay, here's the truth.
00:21:01.000 These were not top-secret war plans.
00:21:05.000 This was seemingly an informal check-in with people who seemed to be friendly, by the way, after the planning had already been done.
00:21:12.000 It's battle plans versus beer talk.
00:21:14.000 In other words, you have a meeting, let's say, at the Pentagon.
00:21:18.000 Okay, great.
00:21:18.000 We're going to set a battle plan.
00:21:19.000 Go. Hey, you guys want to go out for a couple of beers afterwards or you want to go grab lunch?
00:21:23.000 We live in an era where everything is written down and people want to weaponize something against you.
00:21:32.000 Again, Walt made a huge mistake.
00:21:33.000 Huge screw-up, but these were not...
00:21:35.000 Top secret battle plans.
00:21:37.000 And the journalist in question, Goldberg, has provided no proof whatsoever that there was anything top secret discussed.
00:21:41.000 And if there happened to be, you know he would release it because he has no conscience or moral integrity.
00:21:47.000 This is the guy who ran with stories of Donald Trump saying losers and suckers about our military.
00:21:51.000 He's actually been involved in the fabrication of stories to try and damage his administration.
00:21:55.000 If he had anything, he would have used it.
00:21:56.000 Right. So the only pushback that we have right now regarding this is from Tulsi Gabbard this morning.
00:22:00.000 Not just the only pushback, but on the record before this committee.
00:22:04.000 See, she's DNI.
00:22:06.000 She said no classified information was shared in that chat.
00:22:09.000 So it's up to Goldberg now, I guess, to show some proof.
00:22:12.000 And I don't know if he'd get in trouble for doing that.
00:22:14.000 And Waltz did say, oh, maybe there was some classified information that was shared to try and keep his story from getting out.
00:22:19.000 That seems like he's covering his own rear, and that doesn't reflect well upon him.
00:22:23.000 I think he should be fired.
00:22:25.000 Yeah, he's a national security advisor?
00:22:27.000 Yes. I had nationally advised that he'd not...
00:22:30.000 Let me advise you on the security of your job.
00:22:36.000 It's gone!
00:22:38.000 Here's another claim that's making the rounds out there.
00:22:41.000 All references available.
00:22:42.000 That the leaked chats show some discord among the ranks over there at the Trump administration.
00:22:50.000 First off, pause for a second.
00:22:53.000 It's very hard to take a journalist seriously who looks like that chick from Nightmare Before Christmas.
00:22:58.000 Yeah. No!
00:22:59.000 But let's continue with the clip.
00:23:03.000 In this chat, there was a moment where J.D. Vance questioned POTUS's judgment about this Houthi bombing.
00:23:10.000 And then he had to be talked back and ended up, you know, agreeing.
00:23:15.000 And they were all on side.
00:23:17.000 But I think it's a window into there is going to be at some point, presumably some actual opposition to the president and the way it's going on, not just foreign policy, but what's happening with the economy, tariffs, Canada.
00:23:30.000 Okay, so, discord among the Trump administration.
00:23:33.000 Okay, here's the truth.
00:23:35.000 It shows the opposite of that, actually.
00:23:38.000 It shows that these people are actually having healthy discussions, some slight disagreements, and they're...
00:23:42.000 Yeah. Yeah.
00:23:50.000 Yeah. It's pathetic.
00:24:07.000 Good! They're the people they claim to be.
00:24:10.000 They loathe Europe.
00:24:11.000 I loathe Europe.
00:24:12.000 They're just like me.
00:24:13.000 That right there makes it seem like they wanted that to get out.
00:24:16.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:24:16.000 They're like, oh, I want to say this so bad, but if only we had somebody else say it for us.
00:24:20.000 Yeah. Maybe these Europeans have a false sense of confidence, especially if Germany knew how we felt about them.
00:24:28.000 And Germany's really like, what?
00:24:29.000 Oh, nein!
00:24:31.000 What did you say about me?
00:24:32.000 I thought we were friends.
00:24:34.000 It also made it seem like he's one of the most pro, like, America-first people out there, where he's like, hey, 3% of our shipping goes through there?
00:24:40.000 What do we care about this?
00:24:41.000 It's really Europe's problem.
00:24:42.000 If we do, we gotta get something out of it.
00:24:43.000 Right. Like, hey, pay for it.
00:24:45.000 This is gonna cost us men and materiel, potentially.
00:24:47.000 It does seem like an indirect way to tell Europe, hey, you're welcome.
00:24:52.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:24:53.000 Grateful bastards.
00:24:54.000 It's like accidentally, like, you have a gift receipt, but accidentally including the real receipt when you buy an expensive gift.
00:24:59.000 Oh, no!
00:25:00.000 How did that get in there?
00:25:02.000 What was that?
00:25:03.000 What was it that Pete got you?
00:25:05.000 It was only 200?
00:25:07.000 It's not a competition.
00:25:08.000 I'm such an airhead.
00:25:10.000 So the question is, look, why was any of this communicated over a commercial app?
00:25:14.000 Well, okay, because it's encrypted, right?
00:25:16.000 That's a reason.
00:25:16.000 And because I would bet that they are mistrustful of people who may have access to the official government channels.
00:25:22.000 I get it, especially considering the leaks of the first administration.
00:25:24.000 And when we're talking about the channels that exist and when we're talking about the safeguards that exist as far as protecting information and how it should be treated, The law isn't applied equally.
00:25:35.000 See Hillary Clinton, by the way, who tweeted out, who posted on X, are you kidding me?
00:25:39.000 No, are you kidding me, you crazy bitch?
00:25:41.000 Really? You feel the right to come in?
00:25:44.000 So if it's not applied equally, it just means that it can be weaponized.
00:25:46.000 I'm willing to bet they were afraid of their private conversations being weaponized, and so they took it to an app.
00:25:53.000 Makes sense.
00:25:54.000 Not saying that it means it's right.
00:25:55.000 And then the screw-up is...
00:25:57.000 Why Goldberg?
00:25:58.000 How does that happen?
00:25:59.000 Just an accident?
00:26:00.000 Well, there's some information about this that Goldberg was being added by the administration, I think is what it is.
00:26:06.000 So there's something right here.
00:26:07.000 So it appears his number was added to a contact card by one of the Trump administration staffers.
00:26:11.000 They say that Goldberg really hasn't had any coordination or conversations with Waltz or anything like that.
00:26:17.000 So they don't have any kind of history together.
00:26:18.000 But going back to the Signal app...
00:26:21.000 You had Ratcliffe, the CIA head, is basically saying, hey, this Signal app is pre-installed on my machine.
00:26:27.000 And many other, if not all, of the officers.
00:26:31.000 It's everywhere.
00:26:32.000 Well, it is an app where people buy cocaine.
00:26:34.000 I'm sure it's useful in that way, too.
00:26:38.000 And that's not whataboutism.
00:26:41.000 That's just saying, hey, this isn't like the Trump administration decided to move to Signal.
00:26:44.000 It seems like Signal was a part of the administrative process.
00:26:47.000 People in the administration using it to coordinate and talk to other people within the administration.
00:26:52.000 Guaranteed Donald Trump didn't order Signal.
00:26:53.000 He was absolutely confounded that his son could turn on.
00:26:57.000 Turn on the laptop.
00:26:59.000 You turned it on so fast.
00:27:01.000 Wow. Whoa, you're a wizard.
00:27:04.000 I'll give you the signal.
00:27:06.000 We're a signal family in this household.
00:27:07.000 No telegram, no WhatsApp.
00:27:09.000 It's signal or bust.
00:27:11.000 No. It's clearly something like it makes sense.
00:27:14.000 They're using an encrypted app.
00:27:14.000 What's going on, Gerald?
00:27:15.000 I hear you.
00:27:16.000 No, no, no.
00:27:16.000 It's good.
00:27:16.000 It's good.
00:27:17.000 Okay. The other thing, too, is waltz.
00:27:19.000 All right.
00:27:20.000 If he did add Goldberg, whoever added Goldberg.
00:27:22.000 Look, if Goldberg had classified information that would be damning on this administration, you know that you would have heard of it.
00:27:27.000 This is the guy who was at the center of the suckers and losers story.
00:27:30.000 Remember, he called our military suckers and losers.
00:27:32.000 The Vanessa Gillen story where she said that Trump said it doesn't cost $60,000 to bury an effing Mexican.
00:27:39.000 No. I would also be surprised if it cost $60,000 to bury a Mexican.
00:27:43.000 The Mexicans would be surprised.
00:27:44.000 They would too, yes.
00:27:45.000 They'd have to spend time converting the currency.
00:27:47.000 Well, if the Mexicans are doing it, it's like $100.
00:27:51.000 Yeah, pretty much.
00:27:52.000 Is there anything new?
00:27:53.000 No, no, no.
00:27:54.000 That was just the update so far.
00:27:55.000 But we'll see if anything else comes from the hearing.
00:27:57.000 This wasn't about this, by the way.
00:27:58.000 They just happened to have these people in front of them today.
00:28:01.000 So you guys can comment below your thoughts if you think that Waltz needs to be fired.
00:28:04.000 I think that this is a mistake that could be handled well.
00:28:08.000 Waltz is probably going to have to be laid off.
00:28:10.000 And if they don't, then it's going to snowball into a bigger.
00:28:13.000 Somebody's got to take the fall for it.
00:28:14.000 I'm sorry.
00:28:15.000 It is a mistake.
00:28:15.000 It's going to haunt you for the next four years.
00:28:17.000 I mean, we've got to think about that.
00:28:18.000 We're just now two months in.
00:28:20.000 Yeah. That's going to haunt you if you don't fire him.
00:28:22.000 And don't be careless out there.
00:28:23.000 Just really be careful.
00:28:25.000 All right.
00:28:26.000 Because they're always watching.
00:28:27.000 Who's they?
00:28:27.000 Al Jazeera.
00:28:28.000 Let's get to the APAC question.
00:28:30.000 Now. Okay, this is something that I've, and just, please, give me a moment to explain some context here.
00:28:38.000 I don't like seeing this division that you see on the right, and I think that you have this identity politics, this kind of class warfare going on, really, on what used to be the far left, which is the actual party of anti-Semitism, and then they've sort of connected with the far right in being anti-Semitic.
00:28:54.000 There are actual people out there to whom the Jews are at the center of the...
00:29:00.000 All problems in the world.
00:29:02.000 And then you have people who just like accusing you of racism, homophobia, transphobia, they use anti-Semitic to try and silence any legitimate criticism.
00:29:13.000 Let me be clear about my stance.
00:29:14.000 I hope that Israel wipes Hamas off the face of the earth.
00:29:19.000 When people get mad, for example, at Christians or Jews, Blaspheming against Islam, right?
00:29:25.000 When Muslims get mad, you can't paint Muhammad.
00:29:26.000 Well, guess what?
00:29:27.000 Your entire religion is effectively based on blasphemy because you're claiming that Jesus Christ isn't the person who he said he is and who we believe him to be.
00:29:34.000 But we don't blow you up over it.
00:29:36.000 I'm not a big fan of radical Islamism or Islamism, 150 million plus people who believe that violence is justified against infidels.
00:29:45.000 I want to be clear about that.
00:29:48.000 Now, with that being said, And as a Christian, I do believe that Israel has a right to exist.
00:29:53.000 You need to separate your personal faith and your personal beliefs, sometimes from your duty as an American.
00:30:00.000 And I do have a problem specifically with AIPAC as an organization.
00:30:04.000 Let me put a finer point in it.
00:30:05.000 I dislike AIPAC for the same reason I dislike ActBlue and the SEIU.
00:30:10.000 Because they give huge sums of cash to far-left, anti-American candidates.
00:30:16.000 The only caveat with AIPAC is if they support Israel.
00:30:20.000 I have no problem with someone who supports Israel.
00:30:22.000 I have a problem with someone who's anti-First Amendment, anti-Second Amendment, who's pro-abortion, but goes, oh, I passed the litmus test, pro-Israel.
00:30:29.000 And so you see APEC supporting...
00:30:31.000 You cannot support, you cannot give money to a far-left Democrat in 2025 and claim that you love America.
00:30:37.000 I'm a Christian.
00:30:38.000 I believe in charity.
00:30:39.000 We all do.
00:30:39.000 At least one-tenth goes to the church, right?
00:30:41.000 A tithe.
00:30:43.000 I also understand that as an American, I shouldn't be voting...
00:30:46.000 For the United States to be the charity of the world, because that's not my role.
00:30:50.000 It's a system of government.
00:30:52.000 I should personally be charitable.
00:30:54.000 It's not the United States' duty to effectively spend themselves into oblivion, into greater debt, in order to help Zambia, Ghana.
00:31:03.000 Same thing.
00:31:04.000 I personally support Israel's right to exist, and of course, their war against Hamas right now.
00:31:10.000 That doesn't mean that our policy should at any point place allegiance to Israel, Or some kind of lobbying group above that of the United States.
00:31:20.000 Does that make sense?
00:31:21.000 Yeah. I'm a Christian first, and then I'm an American.
00:31:25.000 But as it relates to our system of government, my duty is as an American first.
00:31:30.000 And I understand you can be Jewish and American.
00:31:32.000 But as an American, it is your duty when you vote, and we discuss politics, to place this country first.
00:31:39.000 The founders were very, very clear about that.
00:31:41.000 So, getting into this, there are a lot of claims out there, some of which are true.
00:31:46.000 Some of which aren't.
00:31:47.000 And claims from both sides regarding AIPAC.
00:31:50.000 So I'm going to go through some claims, both from the attack angle and the defense angle, and hopefully make sense of this.
00:31:55.000 All references are available.
00:31:56.000 Link in the description.
00:31:57.000 Just, if you disagree, I expect hate to come from all sides here.
00:32:00.000 And I think that most people out there probably line up with this line of thinking more than the people who scream the loudest on social media.
00:32:08.000 You can comment at the end of this segment.
00:32:11.000 What is AIPAC?
00:32:12.000 They're the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee, and of course you've heard a whole lot about them in the news recently.
00:32:20.000 A big part of the conversation is a particular lobby group called the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC.
00:32:27.000 There's also this lobby AIPAC, which is a very, very powerful lobby.
00:32:31.000 It's all about the Benjamins, maybe.
00:32:33.000 In response to this tweet, would love to know who Representative Ilhan thinks is paying American politicians to be pro-Israel.
00:32:40.000 Omar tweeted again.
00:32:41.000 AIPAC. Ostensibly, it's a group of Americans who lobby on behalf of Israel.
00:32:48.000 A lot of the big money lobbies that are corrupting a lot of our politics.
00:32:51.000 Big Oil, the NRA, AIPAC.
00:32:54.000 I mean, it's pretty obvious why AIPAC would be investing in getting pro-Israeli politicians into the government.
00:33:00.000 If you stand up, you're going to find that AIPAC and other billionaire funded super PACs are going to go to war against you.
00:33:10.000 Putting huge amounts of money in a primary in your general election.
00:33:14.000 All right, a lot to unpack there, as the kiddos say.
00:33:17.000 So it's time for some claim truth.
00:33:23.000 Now, here's the first claim I'm going to address, and this will get me sideways with conservative nonprofits who support Israel no matter what at every single point, including AIPAC, that AIPAC is a very conservative organization.
00:33:38.000 APEC's election war chest financed by major donors, including several Republican billionaires and key GOP funders, has started imposing expensive consequences for lawmakers who express criticism of the U.S.'s unwavering support for Israel.
00:33:54.000 Okay, here's the truth.
00:33:57.000 APEC donates significantly more to Democrats than Republicans.
00:34:00.000 They do donate a lot to Republicans.
00:34:02.000 Again, their only qualifier is...
00:34:05.000 Do you support Israel?
00:34:06.000 Period. That is not an American ideal as far as policy.
00:34:09.000 They give more to Democrats.
00:34:10.000 So in 2024, Democrat candidates received from APEC, to give you an idea, $19.1 million.
00:34:16.000 I believe this is a total of Congressional and Senate candidates.
00:34:19.000 Republicans, $15.7 million.
00:34:22.000 The average contribution on a candidate-by-candidate basis for Democrats, $117,000.
00:34:28.000 For Republicans, $66,000.
00:34:30.000 So almost twice given to individual Democrats.
00:34:34.000 To be clear.
00:34:35.000 Let me give you some examples, by the way.
00:34:36.000 And this is, look, I'm a Christian and I sat in an evangelical church where, yeah, it was always support Israel.
00:34:42.000 And by the way, of course, as Christians, we do believe that they have the right to exist to that land.
00:34:47.000 Fine, but I'm separating that here.
00:34:50.000 I didn't realize just how corrosive it was to have such a large organization supporting awful people who seek the destruction of your country.
00:34:59.000 And here's the thing.
00:35:00.000 That has nothing to do with Jews.
00:35:01.000 For example, AIPAC gave $866,000 to Hakeem Jeffries.
00:35:07.000 $519,000 to Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
00:35:11.000 Kirsten Gillibrand, $480,000.
00:35:14.000 Nancy Pelosi, only $8,000, but she doesn't need it.
00:35:16.000 She has insider trading to fall back on.
00:35:18.000 They gave her money in other ways.
00:35:20.000 Yeah. So this is the issue here.
00:35:23.000 You have people on the evangelical right who believe that...
00:35:25.000 Israel's our greatest ally?
00:35:26.000 That certainly is likely the case, can be argued.
00:35:28.000 That doesn't mean that AIPAC is if they're giving to Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Hakeem Jeffries and they brag about how 98% of their candidates are elected.
00:35:37.000 Well, hold on a second.
00:35:38.000 Let me ask you.
00:35:38.000 Am I supposed to be on board with AIPAC?
00:35:40.000 Does it make me anti-Semitic if I don't abandon my pro-First Amendment principles, my pro-Second Amendment principles, my pro-life principles?
00:35:45.000 Why would I abandon all those principles just because your only qualifier is supporting Israel?
00:35:50.000 I do support Israel.
00:35:51.000 I don't support those candidates.
00:35:52.000 And I don't support a giant organization giving those candidates.
00:35:55.000 Money! Because you're actively fighting against the United States of America.
00:35:59.000 Their primary goal, AIPAC, is to get pro-Israel candidates elected.
00:36:03.000 That's it.
00:36:05.000 That does seem to me perhaps anti-American.
00:36:10.000 This is from its own website.
00:36:11.000 They spent $70 million in 2024 to support pro-Israel candidates, and 90-something percent of the candidates won.
00:36:18.000 They even brag that they helped defeat...
00:36:20.000 Huge Second Amendment advocate, Brandon Herrera, in his primary because he was not pro-Israel enough.
00:36:26.000 It's like those people who say, I've been a Republican, but I can't vote for Donald Trump.
00:36:30.000 It's a matter of principle.
00:36:31.000 Okay, so the alternative?
00:36:33.000 You abandon all your principles to vote for Kamala Harris because you don't like Donald Trump?
00:36:38.000 He may not be pro-life enough for you.
00:36:39.000 When we're talking about the state-issue Supreme Court.
00:36:41.000 Okay, fine, fine, fine.
00:36:42.000 The choice is a candidate who supports abortion all the way up until including birth, period, and violating your right to self-preservation?
00:36:49.000 And transitioning minors?
00:36:50.000 Why do you not have a problem with abandoning all of those principles?
00:36:54.000 Why are conservatives expected to abandon all these principles?
00:36:57.000 Because they're afraid of being accused of anti-Semitism if they have a problem with AIPAC supporting Hakeem Jeffries, Wasserman Schultz, Pelosi, Gillibrand.
00:37:06.000 The only qualifier of AIPAC, and this is what I believe people have a problem with, it's a legitimate gripe.
00:37:12.000 The only qualifier is, do you support Israel regardless of any?
00:37:17.000 Other constitutional stances.
00:37:19.000 And that's the only thing that this group cares about.
00:37:24.000 Lobbying American representatives as they advocate for American policy.
00:37:30.000 And they're giving you money.
00:37:34.000 Okay, Mr. Candidate, where do you stand on the Constitution?
00:37:37.000 It's an antiquated doctrine that's in need of a few updates.
00:37:41.000 Uh-huh.
00:37:41.000 And your stance on the First Amendment?
00:37:43.000 Scrap it.
00:37:45.000 Got it.
00:37:46.000 How about the Second Amendment?
00:37:48.000 I'd take the axe to that.
00:37:50.000 And where do you line up on Israel?
00:37:53.000 Pro. Pro-Israel.
00:37:56.000 Here you go.
00:38:00.000 That is documentary footage.
00:38:01.000 That was easy.
00:38:04.000 By the way, it's incredibly responsible to be pro-Israel and also be pissed off at some of the things that Israel does, right?
00:38:10.000 Sure. Jesus was exactly this, incredibly pro-Israel, but stood in the temple and basically lambasted them for what they were doing and got really annoyed by them as well.
00:38:18.000 I'll just have you sometimes like, ah, how long do I have to put up with these people?
00:38:22.000 Oh, if Jesus went to AIPAC headquarters, he'd at least flip a table.
00:38:25.000 At one or two.
00:38:25.000 Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
00:38:27.000 You can do both.
00:38:27.000 He'd probably curse some of their fig trees.
00:38:29.000 Yeah. Never producing again.
00:38:31.000 Blow out a menorah?
00:38:31.000 Yeah, how do you feel about that?
00:38:35.000 Enjoy your huckin' Jeffries!
00:38:37.000 So, here's another claim that I'm going to go through, and now this is going to anger, unfortunately, the actual anti-Semites of the audience.
00:38:44.000 And it's a very, very rare thing, but if you believe that Jews are the cause of all problems in the world, okay.
00:38:49.000 I just ask that you apply your outrage equally.
00:38:53.000 Alright? And I'm applying it equally here.
00:38:56.000 I have the same problem with APEC that I have of ActBlue.
00:38:59.000 Or I have with whatever elect Hillary PAC today.
00:39:02.000 I don't like them because they don't like our point of view.
00:39:04.000 They hate America.
00:39:05.000 It's that simple.
00:39:07.000 But this claim that is being made is that AIPAC is the single most influential lobbying group in D.C. They control everything.
00:39:14.000 Well, AIPAC is one of the two most powerful lobbies in the United States.
00:39:18.000 Not just the most powerful pro-Israel lobbies, but most powerful lobby, maybe on par with the National Rifle Association.
00:39:28.000 Okay. Here's the truth.
00:39:31.000 No, it's not.
00:39:33.000 So, if you look at 2024 lobbying, we're sort of separating this here, APEC ranked 191st behind groups like the National Association of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce, and Meta.
00:39:45.000 So, if you think the Jews are behind it, a lot of...
00:39:52.000 A lot of Pinterest moms with part-time realtors.
00:39:54.000 Yeah, there's more money from Botox faces.
00:39:57.000 Yes, exactly.
00:39:58.000 This is just big botulism.
00:40:00.000 Now, if you look at 2023 to 2024, specifically their direct contributions, AIPAC ranked 18th behind groups like ActBlue, WinRed, Future Forward USA, just to be clear.
00:40:13.000 That's where they ranked here.
00:40:14.000 So, again, you can be upset about their influence because they may be advocating for another nation above.
00:40:20.000 The United States, but to say that they are the most influential is simply not...
00:40:25.000 What's that, Josh?
00:40:28.000 Snack time.
00:40:30.000 Are you eating out of a stop box?
00:40:33.000 Yeah, it's a great spot to hide my snacks from.
00:40:36.000 You know who?
00:40:36.000 No, I don't know who.
00:40:37.000 I don't know.
00:40:37.000 Don't stop.
00:40:38.000 And by the way, it's not for...
00:40:39.000 It's for firearms.
00:40:41.000 It's not for Cap'n Crunch.
00:40:43.000 Cap'n Crunch?
00:40:44.000 I don't have Cap'n Crunch money.
00:40:45.000 Dude, this is Colonel Munch.
00:40:46.000 Money bags.
00:40:47.000 Okay, stop talking.
00:40:48.000 Can you please stop talking?
00:40:49.000 Look, this is...
00:40:51.000 What? This is how you use a stop box right here, okay?
00:40:57.000 You put your fire...
00:40:58.000 What's this?
00:41:02.000 That looks like Captain Crunch.
00:41:03.000 That's a rich man's cereal.
00:41:05.000 No, it looks a lot like Colonel Munch to me.
00:41:07.000 No, I don't think so.
00:41:09.000 I don't eat Captain Crunch or Colonel Munch.
00:41:10.000 You know what?
00:41:11.000 You're about to be interested in Senior Punch, okay?
00:41:13.000 Well, maybe you should change your password.
00:41:15.000 Not make it so easy to get into.
00:41:16.000 I will change my password.
00:41:17.000 This is for firearms, which, by the way, you can use to conceal and prevent unintended access to your firearm.
00:41:23.000 It's easy.
00:41:24.000 You don't have to worry about a biometric safe like I once had and then couldn't get at 3 in the morning with a man and a loaded rifle and a balaclava at the foot of my bed at 3 in the morning.
00:41:32.000 The battery ran out?
00:41:33.000 The battery ran out.
00:41:34.000 And then it wouldn't accept the fast current charger, so I just spent time charging it.
00:41:39.000 Turns out it was a cat, and I couldn't shoot it.
00:41:42.000 We're going to stopboxusa.com slash Crowder, and it's made in the USA.
00:41:45.000 We have them all around.
00:41:47.000 They're great.
00:41:50.000 It's not that heavy, but it works, and it keeps your fire.
00:41:52.000 No, it's fantastic.
00:41:53.000 It's also free for a car and stuff like that.
00:41:55.000 Can you toss me that other piece of cereal?
00:41:57.000 No, I'm not going to toss you the other piece of cereal.
00:41:58.000 That's enough.
00:41:59.000 I think that's the takeaway, is that you have Captain Crunch money over there.
00:42:02.000 I do have Captain Crunch money.
00:42:06.000 Stopboxusa.com slash Crowder.
00:42:07.000 Let's go to the next claim of APEC.
00:42:11.000 Claim! AIPAC works, and they're the only organization that work on behalf of and lobby for a foreign nation.
00:42:21.000 The only ones.
00:42:22.000 Have you ever wondered how we got to this point, where one of the biggest lobbying groups in America can openly brag that they are representing a foreign country?
00:42:30.000 This is from AIPAC's website, but somehow they don't have to register under the FARA Act as someone acting on behalf of a foreign actor.
00:42:40.000 Now, here's the truth.
00:42:44.000 Well, they should have to register under Farah, and they do advocate on behalf of a foreign nation.
00:42:49.000 That all is true.
00:42:50.000 And by the way, these are valid points.
00:42:51.000 But they're not the only PAC to do so.
00:42:53.000 They're not the only organization.
00:42:54.000 That part is the lie that you will hear out there.
00:42:57.000 So the National Iranian American Council advocates for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
00:43:02.000 Republic, we're using that term a little loosely.
00:43:03.000 Which we should probably be against.
00:43:05.000 Multiple states.
00:43:06.000 Other PACs that advocate here for the Islamic Republic.
00:43:09.000 It's a legitimate criticism, but if you only blame APAC.
00:43:30.000 Mm-hmm.
00:43:30.000 Okay, then it begs the question why I think, just to be clear, all of these groups should have to register with FARA.
00:43:37.000 Yeah. All of them!
00:43:41.000 Okay, candidate number two, it says here you support the LGBTQ plus movement.
00:43:44.000 That's right.
00:43:46.000 Uh-huh.
00:43:46.000 You also support transitioning of minors?
00:43:51.000 More than adults.
00:43:52.000 Oh, boy.
00:43:53.000 Well, what about your stance on Israel?
00:43:56.000 Oh, I love them.
00:43:58.000 I can't get enough of them.
00:43:59.000 I've heard enough.
00:44:04.000 That's documentary footage.
00:44:05.000 Now, I'm asking you if this makes sense.
00:44:08.000 All of them should register with Farrah.
00:44:11.000 I hate all of the groups that give hundreds and hundreds of thousands to anti-American radical Democrats, whether APAC or ActBlue or the Teachers Union.
00:44:22.000 I believe that that is remarkably consistent, and I think it's an important delineator.
00:44:26.000 There are some people with whom the Jews can do no right, and some people with whom the Jews can do no wrong.
00:44:32.000 Neither one is even close to correct, and this is not some false representation as a moderate.
00:44:39.000 Nope, I'm not a moderate.
00:44:40.000 I just think that this whole issue has been convoluted because people are inherently dishonest on this one.
00:44:46.000 Yeah, and I think that when you're talking about FAR, you should understand, and I'm...
00:44:49.000 100% with you on this.
00:44:50.000 They should absolutely have to register, but so should all of these other organizations that are advocating on behalf of other foreign governments.
00:44:56.000 Look, Farah has specific rules, though, Ian, and everybody else making this.
00:45:00.000 You have to say, we need to change these rules, because technically people can slide in under those rules and not have to do it.
00:45:06.000 So change the rules so that nobody else can do it, period.
00:45:09.000 Don't just focus on Israel.
00:45:10.000 Focus on the entire thing.
00:45:11.000 It'll take care of the problem.
00:45:12.000 Yep. I agree.
00:45:13.000 I think that's a good point.
00:45:14.000 You can comment below if you agree, if you disagree.
00:45:16.000 I'm sure that the...
00:45:18.000 Comments will be lit.
00:45:19.000 They'll be ablaze.
00:45:21.000 You know, they killed JFK so that they didn't have to register.
00:45:24.000 Whoa! That's part of the deal.
00:45:27.000 Oh, yeah, that makes perfect sense.
00:45:28.000 Something, something Jews.
00:45:29.000 My landlord's Jewish.
00:45:32.000 I knew this one guy who had sideburns.
00:45:35.000 I don't know if he was a Jew, but I didn't like him.
00:45:37.000 That is a big-nosed guy.
00:45:38.000 He could have been Iranian, but...
00:45:40.000 Could have had a good Roman nose, in which case I like him.
00:45:43.000 Or it could have been a Jew nose, in which case I hate him.
00:45:49.000 Let's go to the next claim that is made, and you will see this again from people on the right.
00:45:57.000 And people on the right who sell something wholesale and not acknowledge criticism, guess what?
00:46:02.000 That foments more conspiracy theories and, frankly, disdain.
00:46:07.000 So this claim that you will hear is we actually we absolutely have to keep giving money to Israel because they are our greatest allies and it's necessary something, something, something.
00:46:17.000 Israel is a critical ally of ours.
00:46:19.000 And I think most people understand the necessity of this funding.
00:46:22.000 They're fighting for their very existence.
00:46:24.000 They're the only stable democracy in the Middle East.
00:46:26.000 Okay, here's the truth.
00:46:29.000 No, we don't.
00:46:31.000 Now, you could advocate...
00:46:34.000 That we should, and in some instances, because they are an ally, yeah, it makes sense militarily, but this idea that we simply need to send more money as a blanket statement, no, no, we actually don't.
00:46:44.000 So between 1946 and 2024, we've given Israel around $300-plus billion in aid.
00:46:51.000 Now, that's since 1946.
00:46:53.000 Now, if we contrast that with Ukraine, or sorry, with Ukraine, $183 billion committed in just three years.
00:47:00.000 In just three years.
00:47:03.000 Right? It still is a lot, though, to Israel.
00:47:05.000 And here's my perspective.
00:47:06.000 This is, you guys, let me know if you think this is unreasonable.
00:47:09.000 I dislike APEC for the same reason that I dislike ActBlue, right?
00:47:12.000 We've gone through there.
00:47:12.000 I think that they should have to register under Farah, just like I think these other nations should.
00:47:16.000 They all should have to.
00:47:17.000 How about, maybe, instead of saying we need to continue giving money to Israel as a blank check, and I understand the criticism, how about we just stop funding all sides of the war in the Middle East?
00:47:27.000 How about we stop supporting Israel's enemies at the same time, which we are?
00:47:33.000 Palestine, since 1950, sent them $6 billion in aid.
00:47:37.000 When you look at Iran, not big fans of the Jews.
00:47:40.000 The Obama administration gave them billions as part of the nuclear deal.
00:47:44.000 Unlocked at least $50 billion in assets, $400 million in cash.
00:47:48.000 Contrast that.
00:47:49.000 Donald Trump, the sanctions cost the Iranian economy $1 trillion.
00:47:52.000 Hey, that's more of a net benefit to Israel than sending them our money.
00:47:57.000 And I know we don't necessarily send money, but again, the idea of supporting or being in supportive relationships with plenty of nations who want to wipe them off the face of the map.
00:48:05.000 In other words, we say, hey, let's have a relationship with these people.
00:48:08.000 Let's send them money or let's have supportive trade with them.
00:48:12.000 Oh, and they want to wipe these people off the face of the map.
00:48:15.000 How about you just stop both?
00:48:18.000 Israel would come out with a net win.
00:48:20.000 So a good example of that?
00:48:21.000 Qatar. 2022, the Biden administration designated Qatar a major non-NATO ally.
00:48:29.000 Why? Why?
00:48:31.000 By the way, what that means is it provides foreign partners with certain benefits in areas of defense, trade, and security cooperation.
00:48:37.000 However, Qatar sends billions to Hamas, billions to Hezbollah, billions that they invest in American universities that they try and subvert.
00:48:49.000 Qatar, we'll do a whole other segment on Qatar, by the way, in the future.
00:48:52.000 They certainly are someone to watch out for.
00:48:53.000 They have a lot of oil money.
00:48:54.000 So they're modernized.
00:48:55.000 It's amazing how successful you can be when you just throw a bunch of indentured servants, I'm sorry, slaves at it.
00:49:00.000 But if we just said, you know what, let's get out of the Iranian business.
00:49:05.000 Let's get out of the Palestine business.
00:49:07.000 Let's get out of the Qatar business.
00:49:08.000 Guess what?
00:49:08.000 Israel would be better off and we wouldn't have to be sending them so much money.
00:49:11.000 I don't think it's anti-Semitic for someone to say we shouldn't be sending money to Ukraine and I don't think we should be sending so much money to Israel.
00:49:18.000 We can have a disagreement over policy, but I won't accuse them of being an anti-Semite.
00:49:23.000 And I certainly won't accuse someone of being an anti-Semite simply because they have a problem with AIPAC.
00:49:27.000 Well, let me ask you this.
00:49:29.000 They have successfully lobbied and had elected far-left Democrats who actively fight against everything you stand for.
00:49:37.000 Why don't you have a problem with AIPAC?
00:49:40.000 Can they give enough to the candidate you like that it undoes giving more to the candidates who hate you?
00:49:47.000 That's why I try not to wade into a lot of this temporary social media BS surrounding these conversations.
00:49:53.000 Because it's an outrage today that's based on maybe a half-truth or a complete mistruth, and then someone moves on tomorrow.
00:49:58.000 There's no winning with it.
00:50:00.000 I think that our perspective here has been remarkably consistent, and I think it's in line with most Americans.
00:50:05.000 The problem is that most Americans aren't represented in the era of clickbait, where one side is quick to accuse you of wholesale blanket discrimination or prejudice, and the other side is ready to accuse you of being a Jew.
00:50:19.000 I have been referred to as a Jew fag many times.
00:50:23.000 Just a regular one.
00:50:24.000 Yeah, which, you know, not gay nor Jewish.
00:50:27.000 I'd be a very large Jew, too.
00:50:29.000 Most Jews aren't quite...
00:50:30.000 You're Aryan, and I'm Aryan just with dark hair.
00:50:33.000 But even I can't escape it, even with this segment!
00:50:38.000 We will be accused of being on AIPAC's payroll.
00:50:41.000 Watch! That, to me, is where there is actual anti-Semitism and no winning.
00:50:46.000 AIPAC... No.
00:50:53.000 No. No.
00:50:55.000 No. But the only qualifier is if they, so you don't care about anything else?
00:51:20.000 Well, to me, you're not American.
00:51:21.000 For example, we had a city council member, I believe in California, who was in Washington, who was an actual cannibal.
00:51:28.000 An actual cannibal made it to city council.
00:51:31.000 And you wonder, wait, hold on a second.
00:51:32.000 This is something in the margins that people don't think of.
00:51:35.000 This actually allows radical fringe candidates to win elections.
00:51:39.000 Why? They can be socialists.
00:51:42.000 They can be pro-transitioning children.
00:51:44.000 They can be cannibals?
00:51:46.000 So long as they meet the litmus test of, but I support Israel, there's your cash.
00:51:54.000 So it says here you're an actual cannibal.
00:51:57.000 Well, cannibal's kind of a loaded word.
00:52:01.000 There's a lot of misconceptions out there.
00:52:03.000 You know, like I don't eat the whole person.
00:52:06.000 Other parts?
00:52:08.000 Yeah, you know, like a toe or...
00:52:12.000 A rib, maybe?
00:52:14.000 Alright, that's fine.
00:52:14.000 What's your stance on aid for Israel?
00:52:17.000 Love Israel.
00:52:19.000 Almost as much as I love eating people.
00:52:22.000 Katzy! Oh!
00:52:37.000 Could you...
00:52:38.000 could you get that for me?
00:52:39.000 Sure. A lot of people think APEC don't be like it is, but it do.
00:52:44.000 It do indeed.
00:52:46.000 It's not funded by the Jews or APEC or anybody else.
00:52:49.000 Or the Iranians.
00:52:50.000 It is CrowderShop.com.
00:52:51.000 The socialism is for figs shirt is back.
00:52:54.000 It's available now that we are off YouTube and they can't touch us, baby.
00:52:58.000 Go to CrowderShop.com right now and get your shirt and wear it proudly.
00:53:02.000 Don't be a fig like Josh was yesterday.
00:53:05.000 Don't say it.
00:53:06.000 When you're Aryan and you say it that angrily.
00:53:08.000 Don't be a fig!
00:53:10.000 Wow. I don't like it.
00:53:11.000 Wow. Sounds so angry.
00:53:12.000 Grab the shop!
00:53:13.000 Yeah. Dot com!
00:53:14.000 Look, I'll be a figure if I want to be one.
00:53:16.000 It's also a very poor German accent.
00:53:18.000 Yeah, I don't really have it.
00:53:20.000 You're like Joey Triviani doing the Italian accent.
00:53:22.000 I think we found a phony!
00:53:23.000 You're a big fat phony!
00:53:25.000 He's not one of us.
00:53:26.000 He looks like it, but he's not.
00:53:28.000 I could tell he wasn't one of us when I saw him counting backwards.
00:53:31.000 That's right.
00:53:32.000 I learned that in a Tarantino film.
00:53:34.000 That's correct.
00:53:35.000 Also, then I saw him changing in the shower and his captain is no longer wearing his hat.
00:53:42.000 Arrivederci. Are you Joe?
00:53:44.000 All right.
00:53:44.000 Like I said, third best.
00:53:46.000 Let's go to The Daily Show, John Storton.
00:53:48.000 This is something you're seeing on the left now.
00:53:50.000 They tell on themselves.
00:53:51.000 All the time.
00:53:52.000 When they accuse you of being anti-free speech, I know that you as a reasonable person are going, wait, the left is accusing me of being anti-free speech?
00:53:58.000 Yes, that's correct.
00:53:59.000 It's retarded.
00:53:59.000 But you need to be prepared to combat it.
00:54:03.000 So Jon Stewart, who, full disclosure, very funny, I just disagree with him, he claimed that President Trump and this administration are unbelievably hypocritical on free speech.
00:54:12.000 And actually, this administration and the right-wingers are pro-censorship.
00:54:16.000 Generally, you've got to search the archives for contradictions on one's stated principles, dig through policy papers to uncover private actions that are undermined by someone's public stance.
00:54:24.000 But this is so blatant.
00:54:27.000 I can't wrap my head around it.
00:54:29.000 It's not even the hypocrisy.
00:54:31.000 It's that they so fetishize free speech, this thing that they do not in any way actually practice.
00:54:41.000 Yes, we fetishize amendment number...
00:54:44.000 One. It's almost like it's important, which brings us to another installment of Claim Truth.
00:54:52.000 It's always funny to me.
00:54:53.000 You'll get like, well, why do you?
00:54:54.000 Oh, that's all you care about is free speech.
00:54:56.000 Well, it's not all I care about, but if I had to pick one thing...
00:54:59.000 It'd probably be that.
00:55:00.000 I'd start there.
00:55:01.000 That is my fetish, by the way.
00:55:02.000 The First Amendment, free speech.
00:55:03.000 I'll get in bed with my wife and I say, yes, say whatever you like.
00:55:05.000 Exactly. She says stuff like, oh yeah, Charles.
00:55:08.000 And I'm like, oh, well that's not me, but I support your right to say it.
00:55:12.000 Exactly. That's a huge fetish of mine.
00:55:14.000 I don't agree with what you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it.
00:55:19.000 By the way, without the First Amendment, there can be no dirty talk.
00:55:21.000 It's true.
00:55:21.000 And who's Charles?
00:55:22.000 Is that your boss?
00:55:23.000 Just like without the Second Amendment, there can be no roleplaying.
00:55:25.000 What? Not just me?
00:55:28.000 Nice. I get really into it.
00:55:30.000 I say, tonight we're going to do UK roleplaying.
00:55:32.000 Here's the knife deposit box.
00:55:37.000 Use that stop box.
00:55:38.000 Oops, all bullets.
00:55:40.000 Let's go to the claim here.
00:55:42.000 The first claim from Mr. Stewart.
00:55:44.000 And this echoes what the left is trying to get going.
00:55:48.000 As a gaslighting campaign right now.
00:55:50.000 Don't be fooled.
00:55:50.000 Check the links in the description.
00:55:52.000 President Trump, they claim, is attacking universities over speech.
00:55:57.000 Columbia University is bowing to President Trump's demands, announcing it will change a number of policies.
00:56:03.000 Among them, placing the school's Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies Department under academic receivership for at least five years.
00:56:13.000 Some students protested the war in Gaza.
00:56:15.000 Suddenly a whole academic department is on double secret probation?
00:56:20.000 Here's the truth.
00:56:24.000 Speech's not the problem.
00:56:25.000 Crimes were.
00:56:25.000 Ow. Kind of like Black Lives Matter, kind of like Antifa.
00:56:28.000 It's like, ah, we don't have a problem.
00:56:29.000 You want to go out and be a dick?
00:56:31.000 It's the criminal activity.
00:56:33.000 I hope I'm crystal clear with you.
00:56:34.000 So, for example, the Students for Justice Palestine, they organized pro-Hamas rallies all across American campuses.
00:56:41.000 Cost millions.
00:56:44.000 Let me give you some examples.
00:56:45.000 At Columbia, they forcibly occupied Hamilton Hall.
00:56:48.000 They were intimidating and harassing, including physically Jewish students.
00:56:52.000 And let me add some context here.
00:56:53.000 Let's contrast that because they're trying to say, hey, you as a conservative, you're anti-free speech.
00:56:58.000 Okay. It doesn't exist in a vacuum.
00:57:00.000 Conservative speech has specifically been banned and not welcome at universities when no crimes were taking place.
00:57:08.000 Give you some examples.
00:57:09.000 So, conservative speakers.
00:57:10.000 From 1998 to now, 754 successful bannings or deplatformings by universities.
00:57:18.000 In 2017, there were the Berkeley riots over Ann Coulter and Milo Yiannopoulos going to speak.
00:57:24.000 By the way, 2018, yours truly.
00:57:26.000 I was banned from DePaul University for Change My Mind.
00:57:30.000 There are only two genders.
00:57:32.000 Change my mind.
00:57:33.000 I am...
00:57:34.000 Pro-Second Amendment.
00:57:35.000 Change my mind.
00:57:36.000 No crimes taking place.
00:57:38.000 Banned because of speech.
00:57:40.000 It's not even close.
00:57:41.000 This is stupid.
00:57:42.000 Jon Stewart knows better.
00:57:44.000 He's lying to you.
00:57:45.000 Let's go to the next claim that President Trump is now the word police because he has a list of banned words.
00:57:54.000 What exactly would an actual government-run word police organization look like?
00:57:59.000 The Trump administration is actively trying to purge the federal government of so-called woke initiatives.
00:58:05.000 Government agencies have flagged hundreds of words to limit or avoid.
00:58:09.000 Words like DEI, BIPOC, anti-racism, Latinx, Native American, black, women.
00:58:16.000 Seemingly random words like expression, at risk, political, and even mental health and sex.
00:58:24.000 Okay, here's the truth.
00:58:26.000 That was largely bullshit.
00:58:27.000 Now... There is no list of official banned words.
00:58:32.000 Individual agencies can decide how to comply with the executive order on eliminating DEI from government, to be clear.
00:58:41.000 And we'll get into the contrast there.
00:58:44.000 There are no banned words, to be clear, despite what the left actually believes.
00:58:50.000 Don't think it.
00:58:53.000 Don't say it.
00:58:56.000 Don't say it.
00:58:57.000 Don't think it.
00:58:59.000 Don't say it.
00:59:00.000 Don't think it.
00:59:01.000 Don't say it.
00:59:02.000 Don't think it.
00:59:03.000 Don't say it.
00:59:04.000 Don't think it.
00:59:04.000 Don't say it.
00:59:05.000 Don't think it.
00:59:06.000 Don't say it.
00:59:06.000 Don't think it.
00:59:07.000 Don't say it.
00:59:07.000 Don't think it.
00:59:07.000 Don't say it.
00:59:08.000 Don't say it.
00:59:09.000 Ugh. Jeez.
00:59:10.000 TDS has spared no one.
00:59:12.000 And here's the thing.
00:59:12.000 There's no list of specific banned words, but more importantly, this was about undoing the enforcement of words that came from the Biden administration.
00:59:22.000 The Biden administration said, here are the words you have to use.
00:59:25.000 With no basis in history, reality, science.
00:59:31.000 Biology. Let me give you some examples here.
00:59:33.000 Former Vice President Biden, respect the office.
00:59:36.000 In 2021, they changed the word mothers to birthing people.
00:59:40.000 Idiots. A lot of their official documents.
00:59:41.000 In 2021, they also changed alien to non-citizen.
00:59:45.000 In 2022, they actually permitted...
00:59:49.000 Gender-neutral U.S. passports.
00:59:52.000 That was an entirely new thing because chicks with dicks could no longer fit on the page.
01:00:00.000 It's actually the phrase of the day.
01:00:02.000 Whatever. It's one word.
01:00:04.000 Which one is it?
01:00:05.000 Chicks or dicks?
01:00:06.000 It's hyphenated.
01:00:08.000 It's hyphenated, Gerald.
01:00:10.000 Chicks with dicks!
01:00:13.000 So they just said, we're going to replace this.
01:00:15.000 Well, why are you changing it from women to birthing people?
01:00:17.000 I don't know.
01:00:17.000 We did a focus group.
01:00:20.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:00:21.000 We can't say aliens, but that's what it's...
01:00:22.000 Literally, that's what it's used to say on actual immigration papers.
01:00:26.000 No, no, we can't say why, because we want to buy a voting bloc.
01:00:29.000 What would gender-neutral passports...
01:00:30.000 What does that even mean?
01:00:32.000 Ah, it just means people can be whatever they want.
01:00:33.000 Well, what's the basis of that?
01:00:35.000 Voting. You want to confuse every other foreign country?
01:00:38.000 Come on.
01:00:39.000 Or be a spy?
01:00:41.000 It's true.
01:00:42.000 Easiest way to be a spy.
01:00:43.000 Oh, I just...
01:00:44.000 I'm gender-neutral.
01:00:45.000 Put X on there.
01:00:45.000 I'll be Jason Bourne or whoever.
01:00:47.000 Oh, I didn't realize we're going...
01:00:48.000 Sorry, we're going over time here.

01:01:11.000 The very next claim we'll move on to.
01:01:16.000 That John Stewart and people on the left are making, again, they're telling on themselves.
01:01:22.000 Just be mindful of that.
01:01:24.000 When they accuse you of something, they're accusing you of exactly what it is that they are doing, and they know it.
01:01:29.000 Their claim here now is that President Trump loves social media, not because it's an alternative to legacy media who effectively boxed him out, but because social media exclusively pushes a right-wing bias and ideology.
01:01:43.000 He loves it.
