Comedian and stand-up comic Nick DePaolo ( ) joins Jemele to discuss a variety of topics, including the latest on the would-be school shooter in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and the Supreme Court hearing of the Trump v. Kennedy case. Plus, a new all-female SWAT team, and more.
00:02:09.000you YouTube execs gave us the choice to blur every face in the whole **** video or said we could just skip the time and have it outright removed.
00:05:46.000Yeah, so I guess Trained to eat things that will make a belly go puke You're gonna put that many women in a SWAT team there's one thing you'll need a good supply of body bags or tampons Which by the way, he's sometimes Nick DePaolo, you know, I'm gonna go third chair first in third chair today Because it's a new song.
00:07:37.000We have received emails, contacts from well over 50 parents who are grateful, who are livid about what happened there in Chippewa Falls, but the media is not going to really discuss them.
00:07:50.000They've done a somewhat effective job.
00:08:43.000Speaking of the authorities, Chile decided to send their, and this is the thing, I don't want, and you can comment below, I don't want women on SWAT teams.
00:08:54.000I don't want women in general on the front lines of combat.
00:08:59.000I don't want women in firefighting if it requires, you know, lifting heavy things as a general.
00:09:05.000In situations where it's a matter of life and death, I want the most qualified person, especially as it relates to their physicality.
00:13:24.000If I am a man my size on PCP, and I've already decided that I'm fine with assaulting women, and my choice is go to jail for years, or beat the ever-loving crap out of one of those... It's an easy choice.
00:15:19.000Well, let me give you an example as to why not.
00:15:20.000My stomach turned when I watched Cyborg, I think we have a clip, beat up Jan Finney.
00:15:25.000Now this was not like a male MMA match where it was competitive.
00:15:29.000This was a female who clearly was a walking human pincushion whose technique was gorilla smash with basically a part-time nurse, I don't know, Jan Finney, who was a last-minute replacement.
00:15:39.000Getting, and it looks very much just, she's holding on to Cyborg's foot, right, and just, she's going, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh.
00:19:23.000So yesterday we broke this story about a middle school in Wisconsin, Chippewa Falls, that they covered up a manifesto, potential school shooter.
00:19:39.000We learned about it through a viewer on the tip line and we requested, we put in a FOIA request with the police department to receive the report.
00:19:52.000It was incredibly detailed as far as dates, times, locations, plan B's for dates, times, locations, wish lists, types of weapons to be used, how to create bombs, where to purchase bombs.
00:20:04.000All of this was in the manifesto, to be clear.
00:20:08.000The administration knew, the school board knew, the police knew, but they don't have the authority to notify parents.
00:20:13.000So just to be clear, they did their job in investigating.
00:20:31.000Every old man and woman who has claimed to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by chopping their fucking heads off and putting them on a stick to show there is no God, only human nature.
00:20:42.000I will kill the most people I can by using explosives, then I will make myself al-he problems, don't even know how to correct that one, that I face will be worth it after I kill all the fucking jocks and all those fucking preppy, shitheaded fucking girls.
00:20:55.000They need to die, and they will go burn in hell.
00:20:59.000The superintendent released a statement riddled with, at best, misstatements, most likely lies, just to be clear.
00:21:08.000And we have received well over 50 emails, correspondence from family members, parents saying, thank you.
00:21:14.000And they are incredibly concerned, just to be clear.
00:21:17.000Now, of course, national news coverage, they're not going to cover that.
00:21:19.000But the local media did do some of their due diligence and actually showed at least a couple of parents who were calling for officials to resign or be fired.
00:21:27.000The parents I spoke with tonight say their concerns stem from the lack of immediate communication.
00:21:33.000Shocked, overwhelmed, and disbelief were three words one parent used to describe the emotions he felt after finally getting the word of the incident months later.
00:21:42.000His son is a Chippewa Falls middle schooler.
00:21:44.000Other areas of concern News 18 heard from parents include the school district's leadership.
00:21:49.000Those I spoke with tonight calling for new leadership to step up.
00:21:53.000I have the full faith that they're going to They're going to take care of these students, but the leadership, I think, is falling apart.
00:22:01.000And I would like to see the superintendent either resign or be removed.
00:22:07.000In my opinion, the ones that fail to tell the families should be fired.
00:22:12.000And by the way, I'm so glad that it was the parents that they were.
00:22:14.000I was like, please don't be the Averys or some guy who's just like, there's n-words at the school!
00:24:52.000If this person is doing something dishonest, if there are actual victims because of the crimes or misdeeds that you were perpetrating, think about that for a second.
00:25:22.000We should all be taking a victory lap and applauding the system working until you drop the ball here.
00:25:27.000And there are some other details, too, that we wanted to go over, reiterate, or maybe that we didn't specify yesterday that specifically have to do with the danger Um, the children were put in.
00:25:48.000So, this man says, I need to state clearly and unequivocally that the district determined our students were not in jeopardy at any time during these events.
00:26:40.000That's the time period where you think, okay, if something's going to happen, it's most likely to happen here, this person's kind of been found out, and this is the highest risk to the students.
00:26:49.000And for them to come back out and double down on that, and say, hey, they were never at risk at any time, it's like, guys, come on, how do you not see that?
00:26:56.000And can someone pull the quote, just the one quote from the statement, they said, these quasi-media outlets who are putting, actually creating more danger through sensationalizing this.
00:27:09.000Admonish me and admonish the 50-plus parents.
00:27:12.000I'm willing to bet that it racks up to hundreds before the end of the day.
00:27:15.000How dare you think that you should know for five weeks there was someone purchasing trench coats, frozen orange juice, antifreeze, potassium nitrate, and saving up to get a $2,700 shotgun to shoot up your children.
00:27:27.000How dare you think that you should know that?
00:27:44.000Why would you let parents know about less credible things when you had something that seems more credible to me based on the conversation I have?
00:27:51.000And you wouldn't let parents know about that.
00:27:58.000And I get your conversation that it seems more credible.
00:28:03.000You know, I would say with the SWAT instance and things like that, like, you know, there were sometimes police officers that showed up to our building and so forth.
00:28:10.000And so, you know, obviously we let people know that there was not anything going on.
00:28:53.000So they said there was no added police presence so we didn't need to notify the parents.
00:28:56.000Here's the truth, or which one of them is true, I don't know.
00:29:00.000According to the parents last night, Superintendent Holmes stated, The district maintained an ongoing dialogue with our guidance counselors and supervising teachers.
00:29:10.000The district also consulted with local law enforcement officials and maintained a police presence as well.
00:29:16.000The police report also detailed increased presence.
00:29:19.000So we didn't need to notify because it wasn't increased police presence.
00:29:22.000And by the way, we did everything responsibly because we increased police presence.
00:29:26.000But that was the whole reasoning for not notifying the parents was that there was not anything seen by the public.
00:29:33.000Nothing was seen by the public that we would have to explain and so we didn't notify parents because there was increased police presence before.
00:29:39.000And if he says no, that's not what I said.
00:30:33.000So am I. That's usually what, you know, if it were an action film.
00:30:36.000So, they say, the situation was identified and monitored, student safety was accounted for, the district intervened, and the matter was resolved without incident.
00:30:44.000In this situation, however, we determined that it did not rise to the level requiring a public announcement and that making an announcement might be inflammatory, generating new issues concerning staff and student safety.
00:30:56.000Nothing in their protocol required them to keep parents in the dark and actually would fly in the face of standard protocols that they, in fact, enforce.
00:32:00.000That's why they don't want you digging.
00:32:02.000Guarantee if you dig into what's being taught in the classrooms, you'll hear some of it.
00:32:07.000That's why they don't want to see what happens in Florida happen in any other state.
00:32:12.000They have your children for eight hours a day minimum.
00:32:16.000So, again, the truth that nothing requires them to keep the parents in the dark.
00:32:19.000Matter of fact, here's one of their policies, or from their protocol.
00:32:22.000It says, this is a title, sorry, Communicating with the Public.
00:32:26.000The superintendent shall assure that the public is adequately informed about the condition and direction of the district.
00:32:34.000Would a child who is currently on suspension for five weeks with a plot, a date, a date that takes place during the suspension, mind you, with nothing to lose, and a cart full of raw materials to build bombs, I certainly would think that qualifies, Charlie.
00:33:21.000You just hope that the parents never found out about it that everybody went on their merry way.
00:33:25.000You guys, again, we should be taking a victory lap.
00:33:28.000The first part of that statement was accurate.
00:33:30.000You did a great job avoiding a tragedy, making sure that something didn't happen, and then you didn't follow up and say, hey parents, by the way, this happened.
00:33:39.000Maybe be aware of what's going on with your students right now.
00:34:48.000And you didn't think you should fill me in on it?
00:34:51.000Here's another policy from them, Policy OE4.
00:34:53.000It's titled Treatment of Community Stakeholders.
00:34:55.000The superintendent shall cultivate an organizational culture that treats parents and community stakeholders with respect, dignity, and courtesy.
00:35:02.000And they will sustain an organizational culture that reasonably includes people and decisions that affect them.
00:35:07.000Let's bring up that quote that I was talking about where they said this is just sensationalism and these quasi-media outlets.
00:35:17.000Just to be clear, look, we of course expect it.
00:35:20.000They're saying that all of you, the 50 parents who reached out to us, I don't know how many reached out, that you're stupid.
00:35:25.000They're saying this could actually just, this could make things more inflammatory and you don't think the parents are adult enough You think that they're going to be fooled by some quasi-media hack?
00:35:36.000Or do you think it's something that actually matters?
00:35:51.000The report was full of misinformation.
00:35:53.000The report, mind you, that you can all read publicly verbatim.
00:35:57.000The whole show, in context, the police report, which we read, remember I said, we're reading it, I'm sorry this is boring, but I'm going to read it in its entirety because they're going to say that we are misinforming you or we edited it out of context.
00:36:12.000You can watch it, read in its entirety, or read it in its entirety.
00:37:13.000If you can point to the misinformation from our reading of the report and what we have provided publicly, the references, if you can find that, let me put it this way, if you can't find it, you resign, which is what the parents want anyway.
00:37:28.000If you can find it, I will quit this show forever.
00:37:51.000You can check them yesterday, check them today.
00:37:52.000If you can find where we altered, edited, lied about, misrepresented the reports, the facts, not talking about jokes in the show, you find it, you comment on it, I will quit this show forever.
00:38:34.000Could be that, you know, the middle school is in an area of Wisconsin where, you know, a lot of them have repeated the grades three, four times.
00:45:55.000Everyone here is laughing like Ethel Merman the last four days.
00:45:59.000So just really quickly, update on the Supreme Court.
00:46:01.000Right now what they're doing is, if you've seen CNN, you can bring that up on the lower third or lower part of the screen.
00:46:06.000They're basically playing the audio of the arguments.
00:46:08.000And so just to kind of sum it up right now, there's a lot of argument about whether the states can do something independently and a lot of concern about that.
00:46:14.000So the kind of the more conservative-leaning justices seem to want no part of doing that so far.
00:46:20.000And the liberal justices are not taking the other side.
00:47:14.000By the way, something else too, I don't know if we can pull it, but CNN, it would have been this morning around, uh, gosh, 8... sorry, 7.50 Central, so 8.50 Eastern.
00:47:29.000But they were talking about the Supreme Court and the reporter said, and this case, you know, will determine if Donald Trump can be on the ballot or not, which very likely will determine the next president.
00:47:42.000That tells you what, they're basically saying if Donald Trump is the candidate, he's going to win.
00:47:46.000They may try and argue, no, they're saying if Donald Trump's the candidate, he's going to lose despite all polls showing that he would win.
00:47:51.000So their argument would hold no water.
00:50:37.000Stop saying, I'm a moderate conservative.
00:50:39.000Because if you don't go along with the bill that provides hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine, Israel, to wars that has nothing to do, by the way, with immigration, then you'll be labeled an extremist.
00:50:51.000I'm sorry, it's tied to immigration this whole bill, right?
00:53:21.000But when we separate it out, you guys don't even want it.
00:53:24.000Well, this is what, and this is exactly what, of course, they're doing.
00:53:27.000They're playing politics with it while accusing you of playing politics.
00:53:29.000Hey, I think that you, I think that people who were opposed to this bill I think that being opposed to a $118 billion bill, because only $20 billion actually goes to the border, and calling it the border bill, or calling it the immigration bill, whatever label you want to give it, however it's being used, you know, whatever colloquialism, I'm trying to remember the official name of the bill, but people are saying- The not the border bill?
00:53:47.000Yeah, there's the border bill, the border bill, the immigration bill, okay.
00:53:51.000I think the people saying, but only 20 out of 118 billion go, I think they're playing politics less than you shoehorning it in.
00:54:01.000So after the bill failed, you just saw former Vice President Biden, and of course, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who looks like he's wearing a Madame Tussauds Hakeem Jeffries mask, said the exact same thing.
00:54:13.000We actually want to solve the problem.
00:55:11.000And of course, we'll have to continue this on Mug Club in a little bit, so if you are not a member, none of this investigative journalism happens, we do an extra 100% of the show every day.
00:55:20.000Nick DiPaolo at 5, Alex Jones on Friday, Hodge Twins, Brian Callen.
00:55:24.000No monetization on YouTube, so if you're watching on Rumble, click that button, you can join Mug Club.
00:55:28.000Thank you so much for your support, or if you're on YouTube you can leave, but let's move on here to Democrat Nikki Haley, of course, also slammed Republicans.
00:55:37.000I told them that if they would do this, that South Carolina would wrap their arms around them and take care of them.
