00:00:22.960 travelers by blocking traffic so let's see what he's doing
00:00:30.000 Oh, wow. Punch and air.

00:02:25.620 Give me my money right now. Sir, I'm not going to give you your money. I'm going to call the cops now. Go ahead, call me.
00:02:33.100 Give me my fucking money now. Go ahead.

00:03:05.140 fucking money, give us our change, give us our change ma'am, give us our change ma'am,
00:03:15.600 you are holding our change, give us our change, he's white, ma'am you have, oh my, he said
00:03:26.960 I would just leave.
00:03:33.700 Honestly, it can't be that much money.
00:03:35.480 This looks like the dollar store or some bullshit.
00:03:38.060 I would just leave.
00:03:38.880 It's not.
00:03:40.200 Give me the money.
00:03:41.200 Give us our change.
00:03:43.120 Give me my money.
00:03:44.660 That is my.
00:03:45.660 Yeah.
00:03:46.820 Wow.
00:03:47.480 What a gal.
00:03:49.460 What a gal.
00:03:49.860 What the hell is going on?
00:03:52.920 Can you get our change from this lady?
00:03:55.540 She won't give us our change.
00:03:56.960 Yeah. Okay. All right. We're going to go to the next one. She's crazy.
00:04:10.260 She walked out in front of the car and got mad at the driver.
00:04:16.780 God help us. Oh, wow. Oh no. Oh no. She's getting closer. Oh no. We're not doing that. Not today.
00:04:25.560 not today Shaniqua
00:04:27.520 alright
00:04:29.660 here we go
00:04:31.300 let me go to the next one
00:04:32.340 pay for it or you gotta come back
00:04:35.140 oh you gotta pay for it
00:04:37.420 no
00:04:37.560 response could have been
00:04:40.760 because I've been in department stores with my daughter
00:04:43.480 and she's picked up things without me even
00:04:45.260 realizing it until the end and I usually
00:04:47.400 put it back but instead of saying hey
00:04:49.440 you know I'm sorry I didn't realize my kid
00:04:51.460 have this your response to this is
00:04:53.460 get it back in blood
00:04:54.780 get it back in but are you
00:04:57.580 you know it's not when black people have fatigue
00:05:01.800 oh it's so tiring respectfully of course
00:05:05.220 no your fatigue oh my gosh okay now we got a white guy
00:05:10.480 who apparently is sick of people having black fatigue
00:05:13.240 apparently white people don't get the fuck out of my way
00:05:16.540 i wish you oh wait sorry i i misspoke he is tired of black fatigue too or he's
00:05:24.080 tired of white people, black people hating white people for no reason. I really wish you would try
00:05:28.780 that. It's important to remember that these people hate you. They hate you for being white for no
00:05:34.680 reason. They hate your family. I think it's a jealousy thing. That's what I've noticed. You
00:05:38.800 know what I've noticed? The most hatred I get from women is coming from a good family.
00:05:43.560 Yeah. Family. They hate your kids. They hate your neighbors. They despise you and they don't even
00:05:50.800 know you. I've had this happen to me. Luckily, my prefrontal cortex has developed. I understand
00:05:59.340 repercussions. I understand that my actions have consequences, and that's why I would never
00:06:05.620 retaliate unless provoked to a point where I had the legal authority. Once you understand the law
00:06:15.180 and what you're allowed to do when someone causes you physical harm life becomes a lot better
00:06:23.240 i truly wish this woman would try this on the wrong person defend yourself from these people
00:06:30.860 they hate you they hate your children they see you as evil and they will do anything to destroy you
00:06:41.520 literally i told you guys a story i never had black fatigue i would even say i never even saw
00:06:49.840 color until it hit me in the face truly with white liberals when it comes to the black community is
00:06:56.580 that they don't even realize that they're doing more harm than good and i firmly and wholeheartedly
00:07:00.760 know to be true that for most of them it's coming from a loving compassionate kind-hearted place but
00:07:06.080 it's still objectively causing harm the white liberal sees the black community as a community
00:07:10.740 that needs to be safe we need to add further protections for the black community we need to
00:07:14.580 rewrite laws for the black community we need to hand out government assistance you know to keep
00:07:19.460 helping the black community when all that's doing is keeping them in a self-destructive cycle rely
00:07:24.100 on handouts rely on the government rely on external help and i'm sorry but this is a form of bigotry
00:07:29.700 it's not your intention but it's backhanded and it's there you can't succeed without my help
00:07:35.380 that's racism not one of the messages and he's right but can they succeed without our help you
00:07:41.780 know i i i had a guy that worked for me who's from zimbabwe and he said his grandma wanted
00:07:46.260 the english to come back that she lived under colonization and they wanted them to come back
00:07:52.500 she's like why did they get rid of it come back the liberal policy for the black community is
00:07:57.300 you are great on your own you just need to see it and that's what conservatives have been trying to
00:08:01.700 say for years and years you don't need liberals in office or an immense amount of government
00:08:06.580 assistance to be great you are great just get out of your own way get out of the influence that
00:08:11.380 makes you feel like you don't have a place in this world outside of your community outside of
00:08:16.420 drinking or drugs or music and if this wasn't the truth then why do we have black doctors
00:08:21.380 black scientists black authors black surgeons black engineers black professors black teachers
00:08:26.820 hell we had a black president who wouldn't have been elected without the white vote the only thing
00:08:30.900 stopping the black community from being the best it can possibly be is liberal ideology. Instead of
00:08:36.380 passing out standards to the black community, all you do is pass out sympathy and you excuse
00:08:40.860 destructive choices just so they don't feel excluded from your love. And again, I know it's
00:08:45.220 coming from a good place, but that's not allyship. I know that the black community has an incredibly
00:08:49.860 dark past, but so do most cultures and races. Jewish community survived a genocide and rebuilt
00:08:55.680 their entire country with some of the smartest people on the planet. The Asian community were
00:08:59.500 thrown in internment camps, millions of them, and they rebuilt. And again, now they're dominating
00:09:04.940 most of our professional world and our universities. There is no reason that the
00:09:09.500 black community cannot do the same. The only thing stopping them is you, the white liberal,
00:09:14.060 convincing them that without your assistance, they can't rebuild like those.
00:09:18.220 Yeah. I mean, she's right that I do think that handouts hold people back. In general,
00:09:23.660 it goes the same with government handouts you know even coming from an area where there's a
00:09:29.420 lot of handouts for like from the parents kids don't learn how to use money until that's kind
00:09:34.700 of taken away alvan jaquan jaquan and ronal these names you've ever seen before in your life what
00:09:42.140 up guys welcome to my reaction series as you know i have been bringing on different guests to react
00:09:47.420 to different topical reactions and today we have the man the myth the legend andrew branco welcome
00:09:52.940 to the show. Pleasure to be here, Pearl. Always happy to be here. Did you change your channel
00:09:58.840 name? It's not Law of Self-Defense anymore. We're still doing Law of Self-Defense. Law
00:10:03.080 of Self-Defense. Learn how to be hard to convict at lawofselfdefense.com. I still do that, but
00:10:09.040 like a Jamaican cab driver, I started a second business. So now we do The Branca Show on YouTube
00:10:14.860 for political and legal commentary. I even got a mug for that too. Look at that. Oh, cool. You
00:10:19.700 got always be grifting i know i just got a t-shirt machine so i gotta figure out what i'm putting on
00:10:26.040 my t-shirts um okay so today we're talking about black fatigue so how familiar are you with black
00:10:34.500 fatigue have you seen it online or in real life i'm pretty damn tired i'm pretty tired yeah i think
00:10:43.100 your audience is going to be shocked by some of the reality out there because we're propagandized
00:10:47.920 uh to believe that of course all all bad things in the world the responsibility of white people
00:10:52.920 uh it's just not true especially crime especially violent crime yeah and i was telling you before
00:10:59.140 um i couldn't believe how high the stats were for black crime and i remembered you saying that it's
00:11:04.340 actually worse than the books say right um like you were saying that a third of black men have a
00:11:10.460 felony conviction right and then i think i i saw that six and ten are arrested by the age of 25
00:11:16.720 how could it be worse than that yeah yeah no it's even worse i as i mentioned i have people
00:11:23.520 send me booking photos cop friends of mine send me booking photos all the time of clearly african
00:11:28.520 american males and they're they're classified as white uh when they're booked and so that all goes
00:11:33.800 into the data so the the violent crime rates for white white people is vastly overestimated they
00:11:38.880 do it other ways too like they don't they don't have classifications often for say uh middle
00:11:43.700 eastern or north african or indian so they'll if you're middle eastern or indian and you commit a
00:11:49.700 violent crime in america they'll label you as white no way these are not the same demographics
00:11:54.180 my friends these these are different cultures and why would well why would the police do that
00:11:59.180 because is that is the stats like is it logged by the police like what would be their incentive to
00:12:04.300 lie well of course the guy actually doing the booking who's recording the data he's just doing
00:12:09.040 what he's told uh his bosses are and any police officer once you get to the level of like captain
00:12:14.420 in a police department you're not really a cop anymore you're a politician at that point so
00:12:18.240 your career is dependent on what the oh and you can't you can't say want to say hey black crime
00:12:24.720 is down all they have to do is take a bunch of black criminals and label them as white
00:12:28.780 right it's the same way they don't record that so they'll also diminish a lot of crime so a black
00:12:35.840 guy comes in, he committed an attempted murder. He shot someone and they'll downgrade it to
00:12:40.000 aggravated assault, uh, which is still a serious crime, but it's much less than it. And then they'll
00:12:44.540 say, Oh, look, the attempted murders are down. Do you, do you have any idea what it actually is?
00:12:49.820 What actually is like, what do you think the rates actually are? Do you have any idea
00:12:54.000 if you had to guess? Oh, it's, it's just horrific. I can tell you that if we took black, violent
00:12:59.160 black. Okay. Here's some examples. Black men commit violent crime at 20 times the rate of
00:13:05.960 white men. That's with the bad data. So imagine if we clean up the data, what the numbers would
00:13:11.780 actually be. Black women, black women commit homicide at twice the rate of white men.
00:13:18.580 No way. Yep. Do you know what? I went on this show. Those bitches are dangerous.
00:13:23.680 yeah no no i got in trouble recently because i went on a panel show and this girl was like
00:13:30.480 oh you're that i was she was saying i was jealous because the black women
00:13:35.360 want are stealing the white men apparently
00:13:39.840 and i'm like no not really i mean you can and then i told him like half of you guys have herpes
00:13:45.200 we're not like we're not really worried that's true that's on top of the obesity rate and and
00:13:51.520 they got really mad at me and i went on this other show and um one of the guys was like saying that
00:13:59.120 it was bad that i didn't know the white crime stats off the top of my head and i'm like
00:14:03.680 i have eyes like i walk outside the cracked out guys are black guys if we take the black
00:14:10.720 violent crime out of u.s crime statistics america has the same violent crime rate as switzerland
00:14:15.680 no way it's almost entirely black male violent crime wow do you think it by the way i mean we
00:14:24.240 all know this anyway right do you really need the data no the entire the entire american real
00:14:29.460 estate market can be explained simply by every law-abiding person working desperately to get
00:14:36.040 as far away from that demographic i know black person stole my camera and then they're like
00:14:41.820 i had a camera once hired a black person now i don't have a camera
00:14:47.500 and it wasn't like i went to the cops or anything so i couldn't prove it but it was just like
00:14:54.380 it happened to disappear the same week that this person got fired so it was do you know what i
00:15:00.420 mean it's like what am i gonna do um so i think it's actually probably even worse when i was at
00:15:05.500 england like i would see black people just robbing the co-op next door they would just walk out with
00:15:10.380 stuff but it's like a bait and that's that's in the uk it's the same there it it's you know i i
00:15:18.000 honestly think it's i increasingly have come to believe that all these behaviors and social
00:15:23.460 dysfunctions they really all just come back to iq iq i think i think if you want a first world
00:15:29.720 culture you need people of a certain minimal iq people who can understand things like per capita
00:15:35.240 could understand how you might feel if you didn't have breakfast this morning,
00:15:39.540 whose minds can understand things like the golden rule.
00:15:42.660 You treat other people nice because that's the way you'd like to be treated yourself.
00:15:45.880 And I think once you fall below a certain threshold IQ, you just can't do those things.
00:15:50.540 Your brain doesn't work that way.
00:15:52.100 It's just like they can't make change.
00:15:54.020 They can't speak grammatical English.
00:15:57.200 Half are, you know, we have, we have dozens, well, you would know in the Chicago area,
00:16:01.660 there's dozens of schools public schools oh yeah spending per student is in the tens of thousands
00:16:07.520 of dollars a year 40 50 grand a year per student i know and there's not a single student in the
00:16:13.340 school who can read a grade level it's unbelievable i know and it was i remember i looked it up in
00:16:18.120 high school and whatever my tuition was chicago had double and they had way worse test scores than
00:16:24.600 me so that was kind of how it was i don't think that's fixable because you can't change people's
00:16:30.220 IQ. IQ is almost entirely genetic. And when you look around the world at first world countries,
00:16:35.860 second world countries, third world countries, and you see what the lives they've built for
00:16:40.160 themselves at those various levels, it all correlates with IQ. And by extension, it tends
00:16:45.280 to correlate with race because IQ and people and race tend to be geographically distributed around
00:16:50.440 the world. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So now we're going to watch some videos. Wait, actually, one more
00:16:56.520 thing you know what i noticed when i lived in a black area um white people are taught or maybe
00:17:03.260 it's just our culture i never appreciated this till i didn't have it um we automatically have
00:17:09.000 good faith like that's our automatic we're taught things like they didn't mean it like that oh he's
00:17:14.960 just having a bad day if someone interrupts you you don't crash out you just say oh i'm sorry you
00:17:21.060 go you go you go when i lived in a black area it was like it's like they just want to be upset
00:17:28.580 about that like i couldn't believe the stuff they would fight over like the disrespect which at
00:17:34.020 times i think that's taken advantage of by what like by people like i think white white men in
00:17:39.060 particular um because they're so good natured at times it's taken advantage of but i'd far rather
00:17:45.620 live in a society that sometimes when you're too nice you're taken advantage of rather than fighting
00:17:51.140 over disrespect all the time i'm like i can't live like this yeah i mean it's it's much the
00:17:55.700 same issues i mean you see men being simps with women right women can hit them women can curse
00:18:00.740 them out in public and the guys just sit there and take it especially the last few last few decades
00:18:06.500 men have been conditioned to become very feminized and very placid and have no boundaries um and and
00:18:12.500 that just gets taken advantage of it and the black community does this kind of thing because it works
00:18:17.140 yeah all right let's let's watch some of the videos and give our commentary um all right here
00:18:24.020 we got this now for you know what who's got the most black fatigue black people that aren't like
00:18:29.540 this i have never because they have to grow up around it i've never met more fatigued people
00:18:35.220 like i had someone call into my show that was a landlord he was a black landlord and he rented to
00:18:40.740 mostly black people and he was like he was more fatigued than me yeah so i mean i think it's fair
00:18:45.900 to point out of course that when we're talking about populations generally we're talking about
00:18:50.920 people generally we're not talking about individuals right so of course there's people
00:18:54.260 in the black community who are geniuses uh thomas sowell the economist is a genius clarence thomas
00:18:59.720 on the supreme court is a genius they're african-american men they're geniuses they're
00:19:03.340 far smarter than i'll ever be but of course we're not really talking about individuals we're talking
00:19:08.060 about the populations generally. And when you're talking about large numbers of people, you have
00:19:12.600 to expect you're going to get pretty much the average of how those people behave, not the
00:19:16.560 exceptional cases. Yeah. A warning now for our audience. This next video is hard to watch. It
00:19:23.080 may be unsuitable for sensitive viewers. You may remember this video from 2023 showing a brutal
00:19:29.220 attack on a senior citizen with dementia. Today, one of the attackers, Travion Lockridge, was
00:19:35.800 sentenced to 15 years in prison for aggravated robbery. KPRC2 News reporter Jaywon Jung spoke
00:19:42.060 with the victim's family. She joins us live now from downtown. I feel like when white people rob,
00:19:47.540 like when we have our Wolf of Wall Streets, they at least have the audacity to go after rich people.
00:19:54.880 They at least have, our criminals have basic decorum. Can we at least pass the rule that they
00:20:00.500 have to have their name on their shirt somewhere? Like you see Travion and you know to go for your
00:20:04.960 gun right with how they're feeling about today's sentence. Like dementia. What the jay one?
00:20:13.920 Good evening, Keith. Well, the family tells me they're glad there was a measure of justice
00:20:18.480 today. Several of them testified in front of a judge here at the Harris County Courthouse,
00:20:23.200 telling the judge that telling the judge that this their lives were forever changed by this
00:20:29.840 brutal attack. And we do want to warn you. We're about to show you some of the video of this
00:20:34.080 this attack and it might be disturbing to watch.
00:20:37.480 Even nearly two years later, this video is hard to watch.
00:20:41.320 It shows the violent attack in a parking lot off Shepherd near Tidwell.
00:20:45.200 The victim is Florentino Hurtado, a 69-year-old man with dementia.
00:20:49.600 How could you do that to an old man?
00:20:51.400 Delilah Brown is Hurtado's granddaughter.
00:20:53.840 She tells me the injuries from that day worsened his dementia.
00:20:57.240 Before the beating, he was able to recall people's faces, his granddaughters, his great
00:21:01.480 grandchildren but now he there there's there's no recollection on the day of the attack hurtado
00:21:07.560 yes they killed him yeah i i believe when when there's a fight like this and someone suffers a
00:21:13.440 traumatic brain injury that should be treated as a murder because if you've ever met someone you
00:21:17.700 knew them before they had a head injury you knew them afterwards they're not the same person no
00:21:21.560 they're not whoever they were before that person's dead they're gone and now there's a different
00:21:26.480 person there yeah i've never met someone that got into a fight but i had someone with a brain tumor
00:21:31.820 and it was like within six months of the tumor he was gone yeah they're not who had been at the
00:21:37.700 meat market with his wife when he got lost and tried to open the wrong car door they wanted the
00:21:42.820 impression he was trying to break in the car perry bass represents this you see what i mean it's the
00:21:47.220 bad faith it's like you know if he's trying to break into the car why do they have him he's on
00:21:55.240 his knees and they're still punching him in the head okay they're probably just lying
00:21:59.800 oh my god suspect travion lockridge who was oh my god he's so fat today could the defendant have
00:22:10.520 been more compassionate in this situation well yeah it it was it was it was several mistakes
00:22:17.580 there bass tells me lockridge is sorry but delilah doesn't buy it there's no accountability no
00:22:23.320 remorse. Just to anybody watching this and they see an elderly person who is confused out on the
00:22:29.820 street, what would be your message to them? So some love and some compassion that someone's
00:22:33.820 father, that someone's grandfather, that someone's husband, brother, sister. So I would just show
00:22:39.280 some compassion. Yeah, and they tell me compassion is something that goes a long way. Now, there was
00:22:47.280 another suspect in this attack that man is currently serving prison time for another crime
00:22:54.020 oh no kidding yeah that's the crazy thing so many times this will happen and it's like why wasn't
00:23:00.140 this person locked up a billion years ago yeah if we put people in prison forever after their third
00:23:06.260 violent felony 90 of violent crime would be eliminated really yep because it's almost all
00:23:12.020 repeat offenders so you stop to repeat offenders all the crime goes away oh here's the a mother
00:23:17.180 shoots her own daughter women hate each other tonight surrounding a tragic story in winter
00:23:23.740 haven a mother under arrest for allegedly shooting and killing her own daughter
00:23:28.060 all while the victim was holding a baby ryan race following this story all day and has the very
00:23:33.540 latest i don't believe for a minute that she wanted to kill her daughter friends of the family
00:23:39.440 simply don't believe it a young caring mother of four is dead is that hair cultural appropriation
00:23:45.560 yeah but love is close to hate i mean i've seen a couple i watch like true crime sometime as white
00:24:00.980 women do and like i've seen a couple cases where like the mother and daughter were inseparable but
00:24:08.640 then you know they crash out one day and the case i'm thinking of the daughter killed the mom but
00:24:14.140 regardless well especially in today's world right where half these women have dumped their men
00:24:20.060 and now they're in the the dating marketplace effectively competing against their daughter
00:24:24.760 yeah right all these women they get divorced 40 45 years old they go back in the dating circuit
00:24:29.560 they're competing against the 20 year younger version of themselves they probably have a
00:24:33.800 daughter that age that's competition what if they bring a dude home they meet somebody they bring
00:24:37.900 oh here's my hot 20 year old daughter. Ruby Bing stopped by to visit her mom Adele Bing at her
00:24:46.180 Winterhaven apartment. She walked up to the door carrying her four-month-old baby girl.
00:24:50.980 She knocked and police say Adele opened the door and immediately shot her once in the chest.
00:24:56.060 The baby was not hurt. What Ruby did not know is that her mom just got into a serious fight
00:25:01.020 with her boyfriend and kicked him out. She didn't make statements that she thought it was a boyfriend
00:25:05.560 coming back and that he was going to harm her. Paramedics worked to revive Ruby on her daughter's
00:25:10.940 doorstep. Neighbor Sally Newcomb watched as police told Adele her daughter was dead. Oh,
00:25:17.200 she screamed. She dropped to the ground. It's green. Police arrested Adele on charges of
00:25:21.820 second degree murder and child abuse. Former neighbor and friend. Do you think she really
00:25:26.140 thought it was the boyfriend? So what if it was the boyfriend? She opened up the door,
00:25:33.440 she would have shot the boyfriend dead. I mean, it's still a murder. The boyfriend didn't break
00:25:38.400 into the house, right? That's not why the shot was fired. No, I'm just wondering if you buy the
00:25:43.360 story or not. No, I don't believe anybody. I've done criminal defense too long. I don't believe
00:25:49.020 anybody. They're all lying. I've worked a lot of cases where I would not even ask the defendant
00:25:56.040 what their story was. I don't want to know their story. I don't want them to talk to me because I
00:25:59.980 they're just gonna lie i only care about what the evidence is in the case yeah just saw ruby
00:26:04.940 at the park a few days ago with her kids um there's like peepholes too yeah i don't upset for them
00:26:12.140 because uh she was a nice girl and um i never saw her fight with her mother or anything like that
00:26:18.700 well i wonder if the daughter was dropping off the baby so she could go partying
00:26:22.220 yeah maybe friends are convinced this was a tragic accident i feel bad what's happened i
00:26:29.700 mean ruby was a good kid and i'm sure adele did not mean to do any of this
00:26:34.340 i i also trust was your experience in court that female witnesses lie more than male witnesses
00:26:45.280 uh oh it's hard to say everyone is lying anyone who has any stake in the outcome they're lying
00:26:53.440 you know if it's just an innocent bystander describing what happened they're probably
00:26:56.680 telling the truth but if they have a stake in the outcome they're lying you got to work really hard
00:27:01.140 with a lot of clients if you know you're going to put them on the witness stand you got to tell
00:27:04.640 them over and over again you can't lie because if you get caught lying it's it's going to be a bad
00:27:10.060 day for you, but they can't help themselves. They, they, all they do all their lives is lie
00:27:14.300 about stuff. And so they, they, and they always get away with it. What makes you like, what makes
00:27:19.900 a witness lie? Like they know one of the people, is that why? Yeah. They're friends or their
00:27:25.400 relations or their enemies, or they, they have some kind of stake in it. So you can imagine a
00:27:30.080 lot of these acts of violence occur in, uh, you know, group settings, right? So there are people
00:27:34.820 who are friends or people who are enemies or people who are ex-boyfriends or girlfriends or
00:27:38.940 family members and you know they they all have a reason to lie or they think they do that they'll
00:27:44.080 invent a reason to lie if they don't actually have one yeah because especially nowadays like
00:27:49.240 people just aren't connected enough so it's kind of easy to get away with being a liar
00:27:54.700 so like real crime dramas you watch right so you know people will engage in mind reading and
00:28:01.560 conspiracy theories or what do you think the real reason is the person did this thing well people do
00:28:06.440 that in real life too. So a shooting happens and the trial's not for months later. And during all
00:28:11.820 those months, people are talking with each other and gossiping and imagining what people may have
00:28:16.920 been thinking or wanting to do and engaging in mind reading. And over a course of months,
00:28:21.780 all of that becomes reality to them. They're incapable of distinguishing between what they've
00:28:27.420 imagined happened and what actually happened. And the true crime, I mean, I just listened to
00:28:32.400 a podcast it's called like murder with my husband and they just talk about these stories and um
00:28:39.200 i've noticed that it's usually just the most likely person that would have done it
00:28:42.720 like it's the ex-boyfriend or the ex-girlfriend like it's usually not really that complicated
00:28:48.480 where it's like a random person like it's usually yeah it's usually um either someone they shouldn't
00:28:54.320 have been involved with um or like an ex or like a relative that didn't like them or something
00:29:01.760 yeah so most people don't know this because the murder trials that the public sees are the high
00:29:05.680 profile ones that might go on for a week or two weeks or three weeks most murder trials are one
00:29:10.160 day that's it really yep oh wow maybe two days so it's like including jury selection like the jury
00:29:17.840 selected you know the first half of the morning you do the trial by mid-afternoon it's all over
00:29:21.680 you got a guilty verdict so it's usually kind of a cut and dry case yeah it's obvious what happened
00:29:26.880 yeah all right let's see oh i think i've seen this clip before video captured the incredible
00:29:31.360 moment a tampa woman fought off an attacker at her apartment complex's gym as if i keep going if i
00:29:37.520 keep pushing i keep fighting he's gonna stop he's gonna let go and he finally did 24 year old nishali
00:29:43.360 alma a personal trainer told hillsborough county sheriff's deputies she was exercising alone around
00:29:49.280 10 p.m on january 22nd when she saw a man she'd previously seen at the gym trying to get in
00:29:55.840 whenever he was at the door i buzzed him in and he came inside my thought process like you said
00:30:01.440 like it was just another dude coming in to work out but after 25 year old xavier thomas jones
00:30:07.120 entered this hat she let in a guy with does he have a ski mask on no it's i think it's just a
00:30:12.400 beard oh okay happened instead next thing you know i wouldn't let that guy in and i carry a gun
00:30:19.520 my workout and i grab my phone and he just approaches me and not a single word was exchanged
00:30:27.760 as soon as he was approaching me i pushed him i said bro what the f are you doing i said get away
00:30:33.800 from me and he kept trying to come towards me and kept re-approaching me video shows thomas jones
00:30:39.620 chasing her around the gym before grabbing alma and pinning her down in my mind i knew i was
00:30:45.380 stronger than him and i knew i could fight back the seasoned weightlifter seen here holding her
00:30:50.140 attacker in a choke hold while trying to call 9-1-1 before throwing more punches leading thomas
00:30:56.300 jones to release his grip oh that's so embarrassing as a man oh she got very lucky i mean normally
00:31:02.200 what happens of course is she gets killed and then you never hear about it it's not a news story
00:31:06.260 really yep um what do you think he would have done it like there he would have just grabbed her
00:31:12.460 like taken her do they usually i mean if there's a if there's this place he could have pulled her
00:31:17.760 to get her out of sight of the door he probably would have done that but normally what happens
00:31:21.380 these cases i hate to say it ladies uh but however strong you think you are the dude who's 50 pounds
00:31:26.440 heavier than you is stronger and has more endurance and you just get exhausted they just wear you out
00:31:31.800 they don't give up like this guy they just keep going and going until you have zero energy left
00:31:36.180 and then you're then you're helpless yeah i mean because i've played basketball for 20 years i know
00:31:41.660 not like the same but i mean i get beat by guys that have played for like a year and i played for
00:31:47.420 20 and they're not athletic and they win just because they're stronger self-defense expert
00:31:52.540 patrick locked in at new york city's krav maga institute says almost quick thinking under
00:31:57.900 pressure was key i don't know because at the same time it probably wasn't quick thinking to let him
00:32:04.140 i don't mean to dog on her but like okay and most of all things she didn't freeze she didn't fall
00:32:13.100 into that trap alma immediately ran outside escaping to a nearby apartment now she's sharing
00:32:19.660 her story and encouraging other women with similar experiences to do the same of course it ends with
00:32:25.420 a selfie i almost got murdered but make sure you get my selfie in there oh
00:32:33.980 my god that's so funny like not pictured the murder there's no depression should have to feel
00:32:39.900 like this no other person should have to go through a situation like this experts say avoiding an
00:32:44.220 incident like this starts that's just crazy because it's like an apartment gym but you want
00:32:48.940 to hear something funny if guys like me say you know what men like that should be executed they
00:32:53.820 should be removed from the gene pool guess who comes to that guy's defense women women exactly
00:32:58.460 like her they will send that dude love letters in prison i know like kim kardashian like she did
00:33:05.660 this whole exoneration project i'm like i don't know if we need kim kardashian and shoot exonerating
00:33:11.820 men i don't know being aware of your surroundings and moving quickly if you're in danger getting in
00:33:16.940 the way creating obstacles creating an opportunity space between you and your attacker yeah because
00:33:22.060 she did get really lucky because i still think he could have overpowered her he just he kind of
00:33:27.420 looks lazy in this he gave up he just gave up that's all that happened which is good and by
00:33:31.740 the way everything she's doing here is what she should be doing it's all it's all great she's
00:33:35.980 putting obstacles between him and her but at the end of the day he got her on the ground
00:33:41.020 and uh you're not escaping from that position unless unless you're an expert in jujitsu or
00:33:46.140 uh that guy just doesn't want to follow through so i'd be going straight for vulnerable so again
00:33:52.220 just the eyes hitting him in the nose with the phone striking him in the throat because everybody
00:33:57.740 is soft tissue there soft tissue in your eyes as well and it's going to hurt everybody no matter
00:34:01.420 how strong you are authorities were able to track down thomas jones and arrested him the next day
00:34:07.340 not guilty to charges of sexual battery false imprisonment and kidnapping and will appear in
00:34:13.020 court next month an attorney for thomas jones did not respond to nbc's request for comment
00:34:18.860 the day he was arrested how would you defend this as an attorney a plea
00:34:27.180 this is not this guy's first violent crime yeah this is not the first bad thing he's
00:34:31.420 ever done try to rape and murder a woman in the gym uh this is this is something he's done
00:34:35.660 dozens of times before he's been caught at least 25 of those times the police saw this
00:34:40.780 guy's picture and they knew who he was and they just went and picked him up he would have been
00:34:44.460 a known character to local law enforcement because this is what he does yeah stood and the day they
00:34:50.300 caught him i saw i saw the whole thing go down it was a relief priscilla thompson nbc news like it's
00:34:58.140 like the uh the guy who killed the ukrainian woman on the train in north carolina right he had 14
00:35:03.540 prior felony convictions i mean everybody knew who he was uh it's not like one day he just he
00:35:09.060 was perfectly law-abiding productive member of society and one day he just decided to stab a
00:35:13.420 woman in the neck. These are monsters. We have demons living amongst us because we let them live
00:35:19.300 amongst us. And, you know, that's the that's the choice we make as a matter of public policy. If
00:35:25.140 we're not willing to lock these people in a prison, we're effectively all living in an open
00:35:31.100 air prison with these people. Yeah, that's crazy that they all like how many prior arrests that
00:35:37.820 they had and let's see what this one is police are racing to identify the people responsible
00:35:42.980 for the violence in our city this past labor day weekend friday through monday 22 people were shot
00:35:48.220 five people killed and there were four triple shootings man she's kind of scary looking
00:35:53.000 a triple shooting they have the latest on the progress by police mallory any new arrest
00:36:00.040 yes today they arrested another person in the triple shooting on east monument street on monday
00:36:07.560 Tanisha Johnson was charged for her involvement in the shooting that killed one man and injured two women, including a pregnant woman.
00:36:14.320 She's the second person arrested in this case.
00:36:16.900 Marion Daunton was...
00:36:18.100 Why are you laughing?
00:36:19.940 Just look at the names.
00:36:22.000 Oh, my God.
00:36:23.180 Tony Asha.
00:36:23.860 That's why I say they should put their names on their shirts.
00:36:26.080 I mean, that tells you everything you need to know.
00:36:28.260 Would you?
00:36:32.120 Fellas in the chat, would you on the left?
00:36:34.300 I know there's at least one wood in there.
00:36:38.300 ...charged yesterday.
00:36:39.780 Police believe Daughton was the trigger puller and Johnson supplied the weapon.
00:36:45.640 Janisha Johnson actually handed the gun that was used to shoot three people.
00:36:51.660 She handed that gun to Marion Daughton,
00:36:54.260 so she is being charged with the very same crimes for her involvement in this egregious act.
00:37:01.480 They've closed this case, but there's three other triple shootings still unsolved.
00:37:05.380 Today, police canvassed the 900 block of McLear Court in Latrobe Homes.
00:37:10.300 I've heard about the shooting that happened this past weekend.
00:37:13.200 Looking for the person who shot a four-year-old, six-year-old, and 61-year-old woman confined to a wheelchair.
00:37:21.960 They shot a 65-year-old woman confined to a wheelchair.
00:37:25.060 i just i can't a six-year-old before that's like the worst possible crimes like i can't think of
00:37:33.540 think of anyone more savage to kill because like if you kill a baby it probably doesn't really know
00:37:40.820 what's going on but like a four-year-old a six-year-old they're gonna know what's going on
00:37:44.580 their kids they haven't done anything yet and an old woman confined to a wheelchair what the
00:37:50.660 fuck oh and you wouldn't believe how many times the killer the killer is 9 10 11 12 13 14 years
00:37:59.300 old no way absolutely we just had a story in the news recently a teacher just won a lawsuit
00:38:05.420 um because her she was shot by by a six-year-old a six-year-old shot her was mad at her and got a
00:38:13.460 gun from someplace and shot her with it what are these you know birth control is you know i know
00:38:19.980 The religious right is very anti-birth control, but it's not always a bad thing, you know.
00:38:25.000 It should be in the water supply.
00:38:27.020 Yeah.
00:38:27.880 They probably, that's probably the government being like, we got to stop this.
00:38:31.920 Surveillance video of the suspect leaving the gathering, then returning, firing, and running away.
00:38:37.320 Technology has done its part here.
00:38:40.700 And now the community needs to do its part.
00:38:43.680 I'm sure the community will do its part.
00:38:45.320 we are with the uh with the triple on east monument street without the community what do
00:38:51.260 people snitch no no no they don't they like won't say is it because they're afraid they'll come
00:38:57.260 after them too uh yeah i mean there's but not just the person you snitch on the whole community will
00:39:03.100 turn on you and they're stuck living in this community yeah right they're not they're they're
00:39:07.580 not moving to the suburbs uh this is where they live this is you know this is a government
00:39:11.920 provided housing government provided everything food education uh health care everything uh this
00:39:16.960 is where they're stuck so they can't they can't be living amongst a bunch of enemies yeah helping us
00:39:22.720 develop those criminals and what have they snitched what would happen it's not like the
00:39:26.880 person gets sent to prison for 15 years oh yeah they'll be out a deal and they're right back out
00:39:31.680 so what what are you saving by snitching what about like for murder cases how often do they
00:39:37.520 actually get out? A lot. Really? Yep. I always thought if you murdered someone, you'd get life
00:39:45.260 in prison. No, because, you know, first of all, as a law of self-defense attorney, the first thing
00:39:52.120 that the person's lawyer is going to say is, well, no, this was not murder. It was self-defense.
00:39:56.200 Oh, okay. And now the state has to disprove self-defense beyond a reasonable doubt. And now
00:40:00.640 it becomes to get a complicated case. It becomes a lot of work. And they have a lot of easy cases.
00:40:05.480 They have a lot of drug possession cases, a lot of a lot of automatic conviction cases that they can get wins on.
00:40:11.080 If the case begins to look complicated, they start cutting deals.
00:40:14.060 Got it. OK. You know, in some in some jurisdictions like Washington, D.C., it used to be in the old days.
00:40:20.160 We'd say, well, you know, they try to minimize the crime stats by lowering the severity of the crime that was committed, like I talked about.
00:40:26.720 But we always used to say, well, at least they can't do that with murder. Right.
00:40:29.940 If you murder someone, there's a body. Right. You got to account for the body.
00:40:33.420 You know, in Washington, D.C., they were cooking the murder statistics by calling some of those murders accidents as if the person had fallen down a flight of stairs.
00:40:41.740 Oh, my God.
00:40:43.280 That's crazy.
00:40:45.380 And then they'd say, look, the murder rate's down.
00:40:49.900 Yeah, that's what I always say.
00:40:51.740 Like, my first, like, I always hear that the crime rates are down.
00:40:58.240 And I'm like, that's just not what I see.
00:41:00.220 like i never thought in my lifetime i would see people rob stores when i was a kid that was
00:41:05.980 like unheard of and i've seen so many people shoplift in the past five years
00:41:11.100 we have a lot of bank robberies we don't they don't bother reporting on them because the people
00:41:15.860 don't get away with a lot of money but um because they're stupid uh but yeah we have a lot of bank
00:41:21.260 robberies in this country you'd think that never happened but it happens a lot these have only
00:41:25.480 received tips in one of the four triple shootings that happened over the year right and that's the
00:41:30.020 they solve so now they're providing the security camera footage hoping that someone comes forward
00:41:34.340 with any information you can call tweet text email baltimore police and report anything
00:41:39.460 anonymously to metro crime stop yeah but no one's gonna do that okay let's see this one
00:41:48.660 you got like 10 shakes double up the door i swear to god i'll break your nose that's a
00:41:55.620 little kid saying that store employees i like can't even look and a lot of times black people
00:42:16.180 when white people talk about this they're like oh but white crime i'm like i've never seen a
00:42:20.420 a white kid do this i've never i grew up in an all-white area it's not that white people don't
00:42:27.440 commit crime of course but it's per capita they have to understand the concept of per capita
00:42:31.580 70 of violent crime in america is committed by the less than five percent of the population that
00:42:37.500 is young black males it's crazy yeah and at this age they already know this this is
00:42:43.440 this is very dangerous these kids could have a gun
00:42:58.000 these kids could shoot you yeah that's true don't they get they get like the thing that kids get
00:43:06.240 too don't they what's it called um sure they'd go to juvenile court and say yeah court right
00:43:12.920 yeah when you're young below a certain age they the law often just says you can't be held
00:43:17.560 criminally liable no matter what yeah because don't they um don't they say that for like don't
00:43:23.680 gangs have kids commit crimes because they know they'll get yeah i saw this case where there's
00:43:28.740 do you remember that case in wisconsin where the two friends tried to murder the girl in the woods
00:43:33.140 i don't know if you saw it was a few years ago but it was a big x i i lived i used to work in
00:43:40.180 the same area but like these two like 13 year old girls had a best friend in their friend group and
00:43:45.740 they lured her out to the woods stabbed her like 90 times it was something crazy somehow she lived
00:43:50.920 but um they got juvie they weren't tried as adults and i'm like i wouldn't want to live
00:43:56.780 next to a girl i did i don't care how young she was and a lot of times no matter what they did
00:44:01.480 even if they killed someone the sentence automatically ends at 21 that's wow yeah because
00:44:06.880 i think she was just put into like some other sort of detention center and then she got out
00:44:12.520 i'm like i'm not going to walk a shot right now they put her up for adoption
00:44:15.780 imagine being a white kid in the same school these kids go to
00:44:31.480 just can't even because when i was a kid i was so afraid of like not following the rules so i just
00:44:37.640 can't even imagine this being an environment for a child or like what did you have to go through as
00:44:42.680 a kid to be this disrespectful because i i don't know most kids even when i coach volleyball and
00:44:50.520 stuff they're pretty coachable they're like excited to learn they want to listen i'm maybe
00:44:54.760 maybe i'll change my mind when i actually have kids but like my experience with kids is they're
00:44:59.480 like kind of sponges so i'm like what is the parents what are the parents doing that they
00:45:04.680 this is their demeanor you know well the kids are sponges these kids were sponges too this
00:45:11.000 is what they sponged up yeah that's crazy you can like that but you can't open the door
00:45:19.960 i will trash this all
00:45:26.360 he's wearing slippers
00:45:30.200 i was wearing slippers he's calling her a someone lost their hair from black fatigue
00:45:35.880 oh wait hold on i gotta turn on the sound oh it's got to be the wig thing hey hey
00:45:41.000 she stole come on now what are you doing what are you doing you went off hey give me the back
00:45:46.760 there's like no regard for like i don't know when white people steal we're just not so
00:45:54.440 it's almost like respectful crimes like when we get caught we're like okay here you go
00:46:03.800 but i'm like it's just crazy how black people will be caught red-handed and they'll just double down
00:46:11.800 like you're caught give them the bag you know or maybe am i wrong you're the defense attorney no
00:46:17.000 no you're right i was just gonna say uh you know white girls do the same thing when they're caught
00:46:20.920 doing something bad right they don't say oh you got me right yeah that's true they they flip it
00:46:26.400 right around on the dude you catch you catch a white girl cheating on you they flip it right
00:46:30.420 around it's your fault it happened that's so true do you know what but white women it's like a little
00:46:37.460 bit i would say white women are the best manipulators black women show their aggression
00:46:41.320 up front they're not hiding shit white women like subtly manipulate you over time
00:46:46.080 so i don't know how that translates to crime but i when i was in high school the women that did
00:46:52.440 shoplift were always from rich families and they didn't do it for money it was for the thrill
00:46:57.140 it was always women it wasn't men they steal lipstick stuff like that yeah i mean i didn't
00:47:02.360 know that many people that did it um but there was a couple girls at my club where they would
00:47:07.740 like talk about like stealing and i was just thinking everyone here's parents are rich because
00:47:12.340 I don't know if you know anything about club volleyball, but it's expensive.
00:47:15.180 You're not doing that unless you have money.
00:47:18.220 So I just think it's a different type of stealing, too.
00:47:21.080 So, I mean, of course, when I was a kid, I'd have friends who would shoplift little items like that.
00:47:26.040 But generally, as you say, they're doing it for the thrill and they're not doing it for resale.
00:47:31.160 They're not stealing stuff in volume to sell it back in the hood.
00:47:35.040 This woman is stealing a bunch of hair extensions and wigs to sell them.
00:47:39.680 that's that's why they ravage these walgreens and cbs's and clear off whole shelves that's why
00:47:45.020 they'll fill up shopping carts full of laundry detergent and just roll it out to their car
00:47:49.140 pass the registers because they're going to sell all that stuff damn all right let's see the next
00:47:55.060 gotta get that weed money yeah my god okay is oh i have a question is there any crime stat that
00:48:04.840 white people do more per capita. Um, cause the ones I hear are, um, sexual abuse and school
00:48:15.460 shootings. For some reason, I still feel like that's wrong. I still feel like that's manipulated,
00:48:20.960 but I could be wrong. So I don't know if you know anything. I mean, it's very difficult to
00:48:25.800 get good statistics because the raw numbers are so low in terms of like child sexual crimes.
00:48:31.580 I would just tell you, look in the black community and look at all the 14-year-old girls who are pregnant.
00:48:36.060 They're not getting knocked up by 15-year-old dudes.
00:48:38.340 They're getting knocked up by grown-ass adults is what's happening there.
00:48:42.120 That's obviously sexual abuse.
00:48:44.940 In terms of crimes like mass shootings, they really like to manipulate those statistics.
00:48:50.920 They'll define what is a mass shooting in such a way that only the white people qualify.
00:48:55.200 But there are shootings at schools every weekend in places like Chicago that are mass shootings by young black men, but they're gang activity and they just choose to define those differently.
00:49:06.060 So it doesn't qualify as a mass shooting event.
00:49:08.480 Yeah, that's that was my gut feeling on it, because I was just like, I don't think that's that big of an issue.
00:49:15.860 I mean, it kind of is now.
00:49:18.340 It's like more so than when I was a kid.
00:49:20.280 But I still, it just seems like if you were going to school on the south side of Chicago, you'd be more worried than like at a white school to me.
00:49:28.960 Our John Atwater is live at the basket in West Bridgewater where all of this went down, John.
00:49:34.160 Well, Maria, police say that those women walked out of the store here with lobster and steak, but they didn't get far.
00:49:40.260 Officers arrested them out here in the parking lot.
00:49:43.520 Go big or go home.
00:49:44.900 Cell phone video shows two women berating and attacking workers Sunday evening as stunned shoppers stare in disbelief.
00:49:52.220 That's crazy.
00:49:55.320 Others watching the combative confrontation can't understand it.
00:50:00.980 I'm speechless because it doesn't matter the reason. It's not supposed to act like that.
00:50:07.220 Investigators say the women deliberately.
00:50:09.100 For so many years, black people gaslit white people and they're like, oh, it's just racism.
00:50:13.860 But now they just can't even deny it anymore because we have video.
00:50:18.860 We're like, check this out. Check this out. Check this out.
00:50:22.140 The racism doesn't work anymore.
00:50:24.140 And one of the dumbest things the Black Lives Matter movement ever did was demand body worn cameras on police officers.
00:50:31.660 Because I have thousands of hours of body worn camera footage of just black people acting badly at just typically routine traffic stops.
00:50:40.020 You ran a red light. You were going a little bit too fast.
00:50:42.560 your registration has expired oh my god it turns into a shooting it's unbelievable no i've seen a
00:50:49.740 couple because i've done those kind of reactions and some the officer wasn't even going to arrest
00:50:54.800 them the officer gave them so many warnings and he's just like please don't do this please don't
00:51:01.500 like you're talking to them like they're kids then they're like well i guess you're getting
00:51:05.520 arrested today, ma'am. It's amazing how often the BMI is like in the triple digits, right? I mean,
00:51:15.120 I would argue we should base sentencing on BMI. That would be a rational way to sentence people
00:51:21.300 for crimes. And they learn how to run so fast. I always laugh. I say, look, it's America's
00:51:27.940 starving oppressed slipped higher priced food like lobster ribeye steaks and truffle butter
00:51:35.560 in blue bags while they were checking out and police say when workers confronted them about
00:51:40.100 not paying for the items the women started attacking them and yelling racial slurs people
00:51:45.820 are shoplifting they're getting beat up for trying to stop the people that's not fair to them i mean
00:51:49.580 it's really messed up police arrested olivia and regime
00:51:52.620 that's how the gripers always say the physiognomy never lies or something
00:51:59.040 look how close the eyes are together it's so it's so actually do you find that criminals are
00:52:04.820 uglier than normal people have you seen a correlation because that's kind of an internet
00:52:10.140 thing they really yep i think again i think it goes along with low iq with the the kind of
00:52:17.040 inbreeding that leads to low iq i think all these things are genetically related right so they're
00:52:21.980 not independent factors from each other. The woman on the right looks like a flounder.
00:52:27.860 Bird in the parking lot, the sisters are now facing charges, including assault and battery.
00:52:34.200 Other shoppers say they have sympathy for the workers who are dedicated to their jobs.
00:52:38.740 I just see damn work hard over here. They went and assaulted people in a store in public. That's
00:52:45.420 not all right. Well, those workers, thankfully, they were not seriously hurt. And those two
00:52:51.280 sisters were released from custody as the case against them moves forward live in west bridgewater
00:52:56.840 tonight this is why whole foods exist so white people have a grocery store they can go to where
00:53:03.380 this shit is less likely to happen yeah and you know it's crazy black people go into white people's
00:53:09.140 spaces and then cry racism and it's like why are you here go back go back to your areas you don't
00:53:16.280 got to be here. All right. Invasion at an Airbnb rental turned into a shootout in Osceola County
00:53:22.100 that happened earlier this month in the Champions Gate area of Davenport. The sheriff says five
00:53:26.880 people are now behind bars. As Westview's Justin Shecker found out deputies are increasing their
00:53:31.260 presence in the popular tourist area. An old wild wild shootout inside the house and miraculously
00:53:37.740 nobody was shot. Nobody was injured. A lot of damage to the house. These photos of bullet holes
00:53:42.800 on the walls show the aftermath of an armed home invasion wow that turned into a shootout
00:53:49.220 on november 5th what percent of home invasions and in like a death or something is that common
00:53:58.680 it's not common because normally the home invaders just overwhelm the people in the house
00:54:03.560 a lot of times they know who they're invading a lot of these are drug related events uh so if
00:54:08.960 you're a drug dealer you have a very high risk of being the victim of a home invasion for example
00:54:12.640 because they know you have drugs and money and they like both of those things oh my gosh that
00:54:16.800 just happened to someone i know they died not because they were um this person was always
00:54:24.640 addicted to drugs and he wasn't involved but he was in the wrong house and they were trying to
00:54:30.800 kill the friend they thought it was him and so then he ended up getting killed yep so yeah as
00:54:36.560 a young man i found myself in a situation like that i a buddy asked me to go with him the running
00:54:41.120 errand in new york city and we go to this apartment in queens and i walk into the apartment and
00:54:46.080 immediately i'm like holy crap this is a drug dealer's apartment i said i'll wait for you at
00:54:51.920 the curb man i'm not hanging out of here bad things out here yeah no seriously because this i
00:54:58.120 mean this guy was like when it first happened we thought maybe he was involved but it ended up that
00:55:04.980 was and it was just like wrong place wrong time well but but not random right i mean if you put
00:55:11.140 yourself in places that have a high probability for violence no no like um no we weren't like
00:55:18.100 shocked it happened like we weren't like shocked it was kind of sad because i think he was
00:55:23.700 like trying to get better apparently he was like reconciling with his wife or what like whatever
00:55:29.380 but don't ever do that either. Do you know what? This might've been one of the few divorce cases
00:55:35.740 that I understood because when people get on drugs, it's very difficult to deal with.
00:55:42.280 No drugs are, uh, yeah. So it's almost like a traumatic brain injury. When someone goes on
00:55:47.880 drugs, whoever the person they were before they were on drugs, they're not that person anymore.
00:55:52.300 And often if it's bad, the drugs literally take over. So you're actually, you're not communicating
00:55:56.900 with your your daughter or your son or your friend or whoever may have been in the past
00:56:01.400 you're communicating with fentanyl or you're communicating with meth that that's what's
00:56:05.220 actually there now yeah um i found too um i knew someone i had a different like kind of extended
00:56:12.280 relative that was addicted to heroin and he died when he was uh 40 but he was like the last of all
00:56:21.060 his friend like he was kind of old i guess for a heroin addict um and yeah i mean he was it doesn't
00:56:30.020 seem like it ends well you know but the one though i've noticed a lot of people do coke and are
00:56:35.860 seemingly okay you're older than me yeah so did like well how does that usually play out did they
00:56:41.220 die when i was a young man and you're and you're in law so don't like a bunch of lawyers do coke
00:56:46.900 isn't that a thing? Oh, yeah. Alcohol and drug abuse is almost as high with lawyers as it is
00:56:52.340 with police officers. It's off the rails. The single most common way that lawyers get suspended
00:56:57.100 from the practice of law is alcohol and drug abuse because they start dropping important
00:57:03.080 things in their practice and they end up getting called out for that. When I was a young man in
00:57:07.060 the 80s, Coke was everywhere. This is New York City. It was everywhere, everywhere. It was almost
00:57:12.960 impossible not to be associated with it. And I've heard it rumored that Coke is a hell of a drug.
00:57:21.220 I'll say this. Coke is the one drug that I tried that after I tried it, I said,
00:57:25.440 I'm never doing this again because it was very seductive. It was very seductive. You feel like
00:57:31.920 you're Superman. You don't feel intoxicated. You're not slurring. You're not disoriented.
00:57:36.400 You just feel like you are the coolest alpha stud in the room. It's amazing.
00:57:40.620 Does it kill people usually? I've never seen someone over a long period be addicted to coke,
00:57:48.540 so I don't really know how it plays out. Yeah, most people run out of money or go to jail.
00:57:52.740 But if you do it, if you have enough money to afford it, you do it long enough, it does cause
00:57:56.400 a lot of cardiovascular damage. So it destroys your heart. It destroys the cardiovascular system
00:58:01.480 in your body. It'll destroy your nose. So they die of heart attacks?
00:58:04.820 Well, a lot of people, of course, progress to other drugs.
00:58:06.960 oh so you know you start with coke and you end up doing meth or you end up doing heroin and
00:58:12.400 that's ultimately what kills you oh okay because i think people speculated that's why kevin samuels
00:58:17.980 died he was doing coke i don't know if he was or he wasn't but that was like that was a story that
00:58:22.100 was on the internet well i mean the trouble today of course is that every illicit drug on the
00:58:26.600 marketplace is cut with fentanyl yeah because it adds a bang effect to the drug and it's relatively
00:58:33.260 inexpensive so it's a good thing to cut the drugs with to you know increase the volume uh and you
00:58:38.620 have no idea you know it's not you're not buying this stuff from a pharmaceutical company right
00:58:42.220 uh you're buying it from some dude who cut it in the his mom's basement down the street and he puts
00:58:46.860 in a milligram too much of fentanyl and he'll kill everybody on the block yeah i've never done coke
00:58:52.380 but i've i've seen people do it and it seems to be one was actually a pretty it was a dude who owned
00:59:00.220 like car washes so it was like i don't know and then the other ones were like guys i went to school
00:59:05.900 with um went into finance and they came back with coke like yeah yeah it was like it helps to have
00:59:12.700 money and at least back in the day frankly it helped with women i mean if you were like a
00:59:19.420 mediocre looking guy but you had some money you could get some pretty hot women if you had coke
00:59:24.940 oh because they want to do code they wanted the code we love drugs i think we love drugs
00:59:28.780 for the men on Leader Street in the Champions Gate area. Back door, the sliding glass doors were shot out. There was bullet holes throughout the house. Numerous Osteola County Sheriff Christopher Blackman says a teenage victim told deputies that a group of men dressed in black and wearing ski masks approached her outside the home. I bet it was white guys. Sorry. They come up to her gunpoint, took her back inside the house and was trying to do the home invasion, but they didn't know inside. There was other guys inside with guns as well. Deputies searching the neighborhood arrest
00:59:58.760 to these two suspects i mean just you can't make this stuff up you look like you picked
01:00:06.920 they would like where where did they come is there like a a a black book for baby names
01:00:16.280 positively identified them they were booked into the oscila county jail they look nice
01:00:20.920 and then they're like oh why are they rejecting black people's resumes i'm like i have no idea
01:00:26.520 with a name like davante why you would get rejected i mean why wouldn't you want to get
01:00:31.160 you know if you're at the airport and it was busy and you know people were sharing cabs
01:00:34.680 why wouldn't you want to get in a cab with these two guys it looks so nice
01:00:42.040 aggravated assault shooting in an occupied dwelling grand theft and armed robbery charges
01:00:47.640 the sheriff says three other suspects were located
01:00:50.680 oh can you remove the the text can we see the names yeah let me see yeah
01:00:57.880 so davante and markel we already saw alvan jaquan and ronal what are these names you've
01:01:07.120 ever seen before in your life no what is what is jaquan's eyes like why are they like that
01:01:13.620 they're like too far apart oh my gosh this guy has crazy eyes this guy i think i'd be most
01:01:19.820 likely to get killed by the guy on the right so did you hear that pennsylvania just passed a state
01:01:24.140 law that you can't discriminate in hiring based on people's hairstyle oh my god why not because
01:01:30.300 this guy was not getting hired right are you hiring that guy yeah and that's the thing i'm like
01:01:36.460 i um i did a show the other day where i'm just like white people we just walk away when we're
01:01:42.940 exhausted from black people we're not gonna fight we're just gonna leave and i said against all odds
01:01:48.540 I'm still an equal opportunity employer, but you guys are testing me. You're testing my patients.
01:01:55.140 Arrested this week in Orange County.
01:01:57.260 Our criminal investigation division spent a lot of hours, a lot of hours with research and search warrants,
01:02:03.860 getting information we needed to lead us to these other three people.
01:02:07.460 Sheriff Blackman tells West to his deputies have stepped up patrols in the popular tourist area with a lot of short-term rentals.
01:02:14.140 He says recently they've had multiple calls for home invasions.
01:02:18.440 So I would say to any tourists that are down in that area, be careful.
01:02:21.660 They say this is Orange County out of Davenport.
01:02:24.280 Florida, you're on vacation.
01:02:25.320 No, it's Florida.
01:02:26.160 Osceola.
01:02:27.320 Osceola County.
01:02:27.980 Stay vigilant.
01:02:28.700 Is that a nice area or is that ghetto?
01:02:31.960 I mean, counties in Florida are super big,
01:02:34.080 so it's not uncommon for them to have nice areas and ghetto areas.
01:02:37.180 What do you suggest for places to live?
01:02:41.220 Because it's like if you live in too nice of an area,
01:02:43.320 doesn't that make you a target because they'll go rob there, you think?
01:02:47.920 I mean, you know, if you're if you're in a super high end house, then then you can become targeted by super high end thieves.
01:02:55.040 They'll show up with the equipment to block Wi-Fi and all that kind of stuff.
01:02:59.500 You know, I mean, maybe have your own security at that point if you have that kind of money.
01:03:04.740 Mostly you can avoid crime. So there's a company, Lexus, that it's a professional legal research database company.
01:03:11.040 It's what I do to research the law, but they provide for free for anybody, a crime map.
01:03:18.020 You can get a map of the U.S., just like Google Earth, and zoom in on a particular neighborhood, and it'll show you all the reported crimes.
01:03:25.820 And my wife, Emily, and I are right now looking to move out of Colorado to Tennessee, and we use this map to find communities.
01:03:32.100 So we'll look at a city, and then I'll zoom out from the city, and I'll look for little pockets that don't have any violent crime.
01:03:38.880 That's where we look for houses.
01:03:40.060 so the white areas well it turns out everyone's white who knew yeah who knew if you see something
01:03:47.500 out of the norm say something let us know the sheriff says his detectives are this which of
01:03:52.340 these guys are going to see something and say something yeah which of these guys are going to
01:03:56.960 rat somebody out in their neighborhood how many baby mamas do you think they have oh my god i feel
01:04:02.080 like davante over here has like he gives me like three baby mama energy at least not ranel i just
01:04:09.260 i don't think renell like there's half an elementary school right here yeah these five
01:04:14.860 men could be suspects in the other home invasion they're robbing the walgreens and calling the
01:04:19.260 employees covering osceola county justin shaker wesh two news oh my gosh well that's all the black
01:04:29.740 fatigue i got today you're exhausted i'm fatigued are you fatigued um of course as you mentioned
01:04:38.220 earlier you know there are of course productive intelligent hard-working capable loving black
01:04:44.920 people and the first thing they do when they have the resources is move out of these communities
01:04:49.560 they're white communities they're more fatigued than white people yeah they are far more i mean
01:04:54.900 i i have a guy that works for my show you've probably seen him in the chat doug mp yeah yeah
01:04:59.080 sure i mean listen to him talk about black women once
01:05:01.760 exactly what do you what do you what exactly are you wearing i'm sorry you have a swimsuit
01:05:07.920 on for me no it's not a swimsuit and i did not know this was a court date i just told
01:05:13.380 what up guys welcome to my reaction series today we are reacting to black fatigue so as you guys
01:05:21.160 know there is a trend of white people getting really tired of black people shit you know my
01:05:26.840 whole life we have been called racist over god nothing you try to help a black person and it
01:05:32.520 just goes with them calling you racist that's just how it goes a lot of the time and it's nothing
01:05:37.880 against black people you know you you're like i'm not racist then they just then they just accuse
01:05:43.400 you over and over again and it never ends ebt it said decline girl i ain't paying no cash hell no
01:05:52.360 you ever been in a situation like this with a bonnet wearing la fonda
01:05:56.840 you're not racist you're just exhausted so my doctor prescribed me civilized
01:06:03.620 not to make it better just so I could keep my mouth shut and walk away with
01:06:08.520 civilize you don't hear the ignorance you don't feel the heat you just move
01:06:13.280 forward thanks to civilize I don't even hear it anymore okay let's see what's
01:06:24.160 What's the next fatigued, keto fatigue?
01:06:27.540 I went through the drive-through earlier.
01:06:30.920 She refused to take my dollar to give me 30 cents after I paid it for extra cheese.
01:06:37.120 She finally gave me the refund nearly eight seconds before I got in the car and started
01:06:42.580 it up.
01:06:43.580 So they've made you whole?
01:06:44.580 No.
01:06:45.580 They haven't made you whole.
01:06:46.580 Well, I mean, yeah, she gave me my money back, so I'm going to go somewhere else.
01:06:48.740 You didn't say anything.
01:06:49.740 You was a complete angel.
01:06:50.740 I know.
01:06:51.740 I'm getting information.
01:06:52.740 You're getting disorderly destroyed.
01:06:53.740 okay all right so here's what's going to happen you've been made whole right you got your money
01:06:57.340 back you pulled up i didn't want you to have to chase me down the street so here's what we're
01:07:00.140 going to do they want you trespassed they don't listen just listen i know i just need some
01:07:04.860 information no take it up to another level stop i'm fine i just want to fill out a piece of paper
01:07:10.860 if you don't stop you're going to end up going to jail stop h-a-m-c-o-c-k writing down calm down
01:07:16.620 stop you don't need to go to jail over this miss hancock what's your first name
01:07:24.780 you've got to be kidding he has no reason to harass this woman oh my god
01:07:36.140 yeah it's too much you're not leaving until you identify yourself right if you don't get
01:07:40.700 you better calm down i'm not giving you nothing i already said it okay you're under arrest
01:07:54.140 they're like retarded children why can't they behave normally i just i've never understood
01:08:01.020 why you wouldn't listen to a police officer do you know what i mean like i've gotten pulled over
01:08:05.980 before the other day i got pulled over for um i was on my phone and um i had my hands my hands i
01:08:14.860 remember thinking like oh i said do you know what i mean i knew i was in the wrong i didn't get a
01:08:19.420 ticket thank god but i had when he pulled me over i always knew that you always have your hands up
01:08:26.620 like on the steering wheel at like 10 and 2 to show you're not a threat because they don't know
01:08:31.740 you know what i'm i don't want to be the one to accidentally reach and end up dead you know
01:08:36.140 so you always want to de-escalate when it comes to police um because what if you do get a shitty
01:08:43.020 cop you don't want to i don't want to i don't want to around and find out you know behind your back

01:10:30.220 they're just eating food from the store like what what is wrong we cannot live
01:10:36.780 in a civilized society if you have people not only doing this but also bragging that they can do this
01:10:43.740 jail time jail throw these parents in jail give these kids to dcf this is ridiculous
01:10:52.080 there's one thing about me when i'm hungry
01:10:56.680 gotta eat ain't that right
01:11:03.220 so when y'all hear y'all kids crying just stop take a break
01:11:13.740 And it's sad because he's teaching the kids that this is okay.
01:11:18.040 And get them a snack.
01:11:19.460 It's the only way to get them to shut up.
01:11:21.120 That's it.
01:11:23.660 It's simple.
01:11:24.580 Y'all see, they quiet as people.
01:11:26.400 They quiet.
01:11:26.860 It's okay to take a break.
01:11:29.260 It's okay.
01:11:32.380 It's better than listening to y'all kids cry.
01:11:35.280 And to the people that want to see the kids, here they are.
01:11:39.860 Y'all always ask about the kids.
01:11:41.400 Here they are.
01:11:41.880 Now they're going to be fat too because they're eating ruffles and ice cream.

01:12:16.880 You won't do it.
01:12:17.880 You need to be real careful.
01:12:19.880 Because I haven't said anything to you.
01:12:21.880 I haven't said anything to you all.
01:12:24.880 Don't say anything at all.
01:12:26.880 They won't let my daughter play.
01:12:28.880 And I'm not getting upset.
01:12:31.880 I'm excited.

01:13:10.200 Nobody's dead!
01:13:11.200 And you got the problem solver!
01:13:14.200 You are not the problem solver!
01:13:17.120 You are not the problem solver!
01:13:19.120 You are the problem!
01:13:24.120 And the guy is just sitting there like whatever.

01:15:07.840 Lee, is that how you try to treat all your customers?
01:15:10.840 Why did you throw my food outside like that, Lee?
01:15:13.840 Lee, and I said thank you for remaking my order.
01:15:17.840 here is your receipt showing my void in the order no no no they thought my money
01:15:21.840 comes back with my card yeah they think they could treat people with businesses as bad as possible
01:15:28.960 and um that they will still service them but at some point if a customer is a bad customer
01:15:37.840 you're just done with it right there oh why can't you do that hold on you were trying to
01:15:43.040 Hold on, Lee. We're waiting for the cops. Hold on, Lee. We're waiting for the cops.
01:15:49.880 Oh, my gosh. Black fatigue. Black fatigue.
01:15:53.840 I want you at the podium. What exactly are you wearing?
01:15:57.560 I'm sorry.
01:15:58.420 You look like you have a swimsuit on for me.
01:15:59.940 No, it's not a swimsuit, and I did not know this was a court date.
01:16:03.960 I just told the lady back there that I'm not dressed properly for court at all.
01:16:11.760 really yes you are
01:16:13.520 you said really
01:16:17.280 not I agree with that 100%
01:16:19.660 that's very insulting
01:16:21.460 to me
01:16:22.280 that you would come into my courtroom dressed like
01:16:25.620 that I apologize I had no idea
01:16:27.740 this was it was in as
01:16:29.700 a visit and not a court
01:16:31.660 date so I was unaware
01:16:33.400 that this was a court date
01:16:34.720 look at this girl's face
01:16:37.400 oh they're so
01:16:41.480 done because she wrote on the back look at this is what you get the black guys were in a hoodie

01:16:59.020 i'm not looking i'm not saying you have to dress pristine all the time but just at times it's

01:17:34.160 I got to get this on video.
01:17:35.960 It's about to go down.
01:17:38.100 World star.
01:17:39.560 Let's go.
01:17:41.980 Oh, shit.
01:17:43.280 I'm glad I woke up.
01:17:50.020 Let's go.
01:17:52.100 I went to an all-white high school.
01:17:54.020 We never had fights.
01:17:56.220 I had never seen one.
01:17:57.920 I guess maybe they happened and I wasn't there for it.
01:18:01.680 But in my four years, I never saw fights.
01:18:04.160 we're just not inherently violent like our culture is not violent it's pretty law-abiding
01:18:11.660 and I'm not saying there are white people that are scumbags there are but I would just say our
01:18:16.320 culture robbing stealing it might happen at like a white collar level but you have to understand
01:18:22.260 that's a small percentage of white people that even have like the opportunity to do that you
01:18:27.520 know what what percentage of white people are in finance
01:18:57.520 Hey, who wants a pizza who wants a pizza?
01:19:07.520 Got my man back up. It's going down
01:19:13.520 Oh shit
01:19:15.520 Welcome to the motherfucking cruise. No, no, not me man. Oh shit. Oh
01:19:27.520 Imagine if women had male strength.
01:19:40.000 Women would be dead left and right.
01:19:41.500 holy shit hey god damn get him homie
01:19:52.020 god damn oh my god fucked up i just want some pizza

01:20:24.100 crayola i sound like i was raised by someone who hugged me and checked my homework honestly
01:20:29.140 if sounding white just means using grammar then sign me up i'll even throw in a little
01:20:33.780 semi-colon with confidence hello this is professionalism speaking

01:21:04.420 survived group projects you mean i enunciate tragic i sound like i use commas correctly
01:21:11.300 i sound like i don't take out a loan just to go by gucci i sound educated and most importantly i
01:21:17.220 sound like me you all right we got a white girl defining black fatigue fatigue is when i can hear
01:21:24.340 you 10 hours away and black fatigue is when i can hear you 10 hours away in walmart with your
01:21:28.500 five kids black fatigue is when you have no home training and you have no idea how to act in public
01:21:33.940 and a lot of it is culture i've been in the hood i've been in the schools and the projects where
01:21:38.580 i was the only white girl there and i can 100 guarantee you that it's culture when majority
01:21:43.300 of y'all know someone who has been unaligned by another black person way more than any instance
01:21:47.860 of a black person being unjustifiably unaligned by the police that's black fatigue as well as
01:21:52.740 as donating to carmelo anthony and rodney hinton jr when you aren't able to hold your own community
01:21:57.520 accountable that's a problem we're not going to sit here and act like this is new now because now
01:22:01.640 white people are speaking out especially when we've been told for so long to feel sorry for
01:22:06.520 our whiteness and that we have white tea privilege whatever the fuck that means for something no
01:22:11.460 white person alive today did and no black person alive today has experienced there is no way that
01:22:16.380 white people are just done with this we are done being shamed for the color of our skin when you
01:22:22.600 know the most hated group in my lifetime has been white men and white men consistently in my life
01:22:29.120 have been the most helpful the most useful they invented like 90 of the world's stuff
01:22:33.920 so what is this you know hatred against white men that y'all thought that we would be quiet for this
01:22:39.580 long you know having us on our knees kissing blm's feet still begging for the reparations that you
01:22:44.420 are not fucking owed because you did not go through what you're we're so done with it
01:22:48.660 your ancestors went through nobody cared about race until you started blaming white people for
01:22:53.580 all of your current problems we're just untolerating fatigue is when i can hear you 10
01:22:58.000 hours away and black fatigue all right all right guys what do you think do you have black fatigue
