00:00:00.000 I don't know. I don't think it's always Israel.
00:00:01.960 Sometimes I think it's just like a crazy, you know, a crazy person.
00:00:05.280 So after Charlie Kirk got shot, they've released the dispatcher audio.
00:00:13.760 And we'll go through the picture of the guy that was released, too.
00:00:20.440 Hold on.
00:00:20.780 UVU by the Samson reported one individual that was shot, unknown where the shooter went.
00:00:27.860 UVU in Orem has had an active shooter at the Charlie Kirk event.
00:00:32.640 We're getting several calls. We're trying to get more information.
00:00:36.000 418 copy. How many injured do we have?
00:00:38.880 Just one person.
00:00:41.380 Sounds like maybe another individual.
00:00:44.960 The car, we're not sure if they're a patient or if they're just trying to get out of the area.
00:00:49.080 We do have officers following the victim to Timberdorff's hospital.
00:00:54.320 Just east of the library. He's wearing jeans, black shirt, black mask, long rifle.
00:01:02.120 Moving to UVU. There was one shot.
00:01:06.420 We are staging at the front of the school by the roundabout.
00:01:12.160 It's on top of the building on the far north side, just east of the library,
00:01:16.420 wearing jeans, black shirt, black vest.
00:01:20.120 Copy. Can you confirm with PD? Do they have the shooter in custody?
00:01:24.280 Your DPS is requesting to try and get that motorcycle stopped.
00:01:27.840 It might be a suspect in that shooting. What was your traffic?
00:01:30.480 It's possibly a suspect from the shooting.
00:01:32.620 We could try and get that vehicle stopped.
00:01:34.040 Okay, so that's the dispatch.
00:01:37.600 Charlie Kirk was a big supporter of Israel and still started to question the events of October 7th.
00:01:42.940 Jewish money funding university and Israel's methodology.
00:01:46.260 Don't talk about Israel and you'll be fine. 1.00
00:01:48.820 I don't know if...
00:01:50.740 I have to be honest.
00:01:52.700 When I hear this stuff, it always sounds a little bit conspiracy theory.
00:01:56.180 It's possible. I don't know.
00:01:59.340 JFK was against Israel's nuclear demonia project and put pressure on them about it and started to question their methodology.
00:02:07.940 I don't know. I don't think it's always Israel.
00:02:10.140 Sometimes I think it's just like a crazy, you know, a crazy person. 0.87
00:02:14.400 Because he would go after LGBTQ and they're saying now, and I'm going to read this in a bit, 0.86
00:02:19.680 that there was trans stuff on the bullet, like trans messaging. 0.98
00:02:24.140 There was a lot of mentally ill people in the trans community. 0.99
00:02:31.120 And if you say enough stuff. 0.93
00:02:33.180 So Fox News digital retraces the suspect's possible escape route from the rooftop at Utah Valley University,
00:02:44.000 where Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
00:02:54.140 is not a relatively strange country, so I don't know where Charlie Kirk was just doing this,
00:03:15.360 but I think that's also interesting.
00:03:17.120 If you want to get Brady from the microwave,
00:03:18.820 it would just be threatening to follow the news sites whether...
00:03:20.460 Thank you.
00:03:50.460 Okay, so that's probably the route that they're thinking he took.
00:04:01.520 I was combing through hours of footage last night and came across this.
00:04:06.020 A woman in her vehicle who was an attendee at Charlie Kirk's event said she got tickets,
00:04:10.040 but there was no one there checking tickets.
00:04:11.760 Anyone could walk in.
00:04:13.120 She said there was no security at all.
00:04:15.060 Can someone who's been to Charlie Kirk's events let me know if this is common.
00:04:17.840 Why sell tickets if you're going to let everyone in?
00:04:19.980 This could be key.
00:04:20.720 In addition, she claims she was front center to Charlie and heard her shot right in front
00:04:24.900 of her, implying that it came from Charlie's left.
00:04:27.440 However, there's no evidence that supports a shot from that direction that I can find
00:04:31.780 as well.
00:04:32.600 Many walls and structures were between her and a reported shooter on a building behind
00:04:36.260 her, which could explain why the shot sounded like it came from right behind her.
00:04:41.300 So this is a woman basically saying there's no security at these events.
00:04:45.360 And that's the other thing.
00:04:47.380 Even I was thinking about stuff I've done in the past.
00:04:51.060 I mean, there was times when I would go to...
00:04:55.020 I would go out in London with a tripod.
00:05:01.580 And I mean, they're far more political than me.
00:05:04.340 So it's a way, you know, I'm not even trying to make the comparison, but, you know, there
00:05:09.400 were times where I would take a tripod and it would just be me doing street interviews. 0.88
00:05:16.060 And I was even thinking how dumb that was.
00:05:18.000 I'm like, and I would have these like super controversial signs like abortion is a cop 0.93
00:05:22.620 out and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:05:24.880 I just never, I never would have thought something like this would happen.
00:05:28.880 Pastey says there's unedited videos on Twitter showing two man standing really close to Charlie
00:05:33.800 Kirk doing funny hand gestures right before he was hit.
00:05:36.660 This seems to be a pro hit and not just from some random crazy person.
00:05:40.680 I did see the hand gestures.
00:05:44.660 I'm not fully convinced, but I mean, we'll watch it and we can decide together.
00:05:51.100 No, I don't want to be on.
00:05:52.280 No, okay.
00:05:52.760 Why don't you get your audio?
00:05:53.660 Why don't you get your voice?
00:05:56.120 So you get your testimony?
00:06:01.880 You're pointing that way on the camera.
00:06:04.040 Well, there was no security.
00:06:06.360 They let, I bought, I mean, I got tickets and they didn't even take the tickets to get
00:06:10.560 us in.
00:06:11.240 They just let everybody in there.
00:06:12.900 So there was no, there was no, no police, no, no security.
00:06:17.420 I walked in with tripods sticking out of my backpack.
00:06:19.660 No problem.
00:06:20.240 Why would I do the door?
00:06:21.100 I know.
00:06:21.460 There was no, no security at all.
00:06:24.840 That's what makes me really mad.
00:06:25.980 And then I, I looked at the ticket, got the tickets and they didn't even take our ticket.
00:06:30.120 Yeah.
00:06:31.120 Yeah.
00:06:31.460 We saw the whole thing.
00:06:33.580 Please tell me what you saw.
00:06:35.940 I just saw it.
00:06:36.880 We just saw him up there talking and then I heard the gunshot and then we saw him fall.
00:06:40.480 Like a force up down or a night where?
00:06:42.680 You know what?
00:06:43.140 It came out of my right.
00:06:44.000 I was right in the center on the top level and it came out the right side.
00:06:47.060 Thank you.
00:06:49.660 Okay.
00:06:50.260 So there are accounts saying they may have identified the shooter.
00:06:54.540 There is a picture of him.
00:06:55.820 It's on the thumbnail that's being released.
00:06:57.980 Multiple accounts reporting that they may have identified the Charlie Kirk shooter.
00:07:01.880 4chan Intel identified suspect.
00:07:04.120 Sky Valdez has a SoundCloud with a track that was uploaded a month ago titled Charlie Kirk
00:07:10.560 dead at 31.
00:07:11.780 The deleted track and deleted the track and changed his location to leave me alone lives
00:07:17.500 in Utah.
00:07:18.020 Oh, now they're saying this wasn't him.
00:07:22.920 I'm the original poster of the song and I would like to share that it is a PSYOP and
00:07:27.420 it's purely coincidental.
00:07:28.900 I made the track back in March after a dream I had.
00:07:31.840 I thought it would make an odd title thinking nothing of it.
00:07:35.260 The man was shot an hour from my place of residence and I woke up to my phone being blown
00:07:38.920 up regarding the situation.
00:07:40.620 I've been in nothing but panic because I've had numerous threats sent to me regarding the
00:07:44.600 death in Utah tracks and that's because the local scene is kind of cheeks.
00:07:50.960 Okay, well, maybe this person isn't it.
00:07:56.200 This person looks like they have a smaller jaw than this person.
00:08:00.060 Okay, so here's a video of the shooter on the rooftop.
00:08:14.600 I think what happens also is you never think this is going to happen to you and security
00:08:36.280 is so expensive.
00:08:37.160 So it's like, I mean, I've kind of had this thought, like my first year at Carnival, I
00:08:42.700 did street interviews.
00:08:43.520 I didn't have any security, nothing.
00:08:46.320 I just brought a camera person and the vibe on those interviews is so much better because
00:08:52.100 you know, I mean, people are kind of on guard when they see you with like a bunch of security
00:08:58.340 and all this stuff and everyone watch and you get way better interviews, you know, when
00:09:02.680 it's a bit more chill and the second year I brought security because I was just a little
00:09:08.440 more well-known and it was, I mean, it's so expensive.
00:09:13.020 So it's like if every event you have to pay an extra 50k for security and nothing's really
00:09:18.300 happened, you know, it's kind of like how much do you want to spend on each event because
00:09:25.700 you don't need security until you need it.
00:09:27.920 You know what I mean?
00:09:28.640 Freedom.
00:09:29.120 Freedom.
00:09:30.120 Freedom.
00:09:31.120 Before we begin, let me express the horror and grief so many Americans at the heinous assassination
00:09:41.120 of Charlie Kirk have felt.
00:09:45.120 Charlie was a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty and an inspiration to millions and
00:09:50.920 millions of people.
00:09:52.920 Our prayers are with his wonderful wife, Eric, and his beautiful children, fantastic people
00:10:00.720 they are.
00:10:02.940 We miss him greatly, yet I have no doubt that Charlie's voice and the courage he put into
00:10:08.080 the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on.
00:10:14.920 I'm pleased to announce that I will soon be awarding Charlie Kirk posthumously the Presidential
00:10:21.020 Medal of Freedom.
00:10:23.600 The date of the ceremony will be announced and I can only guarantee you one thing, that
00:10:27.980 we will have a very big crowd, very, very big.
00:10:31.420 We have images of the...
00:10:33.000 So the headline came at the end there, Dana.
00:10:36.280 We have images of the suspect.
00:10:38.140 That after they gave us a number of details that we were not privy to prior.
00:10:43.980 So they say a number of individuals questioned, they've been released, they asked for privacy
00:10:48.500 for them.
00:10:49.280 At 1152 a.m. Utah time, they tracked the suspect to that building.
00:10:55.100 They later, after the shooting, tracked him jumping off the building, fleeing into a neighborhood.
00:11:00.780 And they're asking neighbors in that area if they have doorbell cameras to turn over anything
00:11:07.220 that may produce an image.
00:11:09.560 What they didn't say is whether or not he ran there on foot or drove a car.
00:11:14.100 But later they said, we do have good video of this individual.
00:11:17.420 We are confident in our abilities.
00:11:19.440 And with regard to that, they say they have footwear prints.
00:11:24.000 So perhaps he was on foot.
00:11:26.920 And also palm prints.
00:11:28.600 And they asked for any video and images tipped to the website there.
00:11:33.620 This is a bolt-action rifle.
00:11:36.440 It is manually operated.
00:11:38.860 It is extremely accurate.
00:11:41.680 And according to a lot of gun experts, it has fewer moving parts, which would give the
00:11:48.640 killer an opportunity to take a more accurate shot.
00:11:53.920 And based on the graphic images that the world saw yesterday afternoon,
00:11:58.600 that shot was a kill shot.
00:12:04.640 It took one.
00:12:06.320 And Charlie Kirk barely had a chance of survival.
00:12:09.800 Stephen Crowder also posted updates.
00:12:14.460 We're going to go through those.
00:12:17.060 All right.
00:12:17.680 This morning, my team received an email from an officer at ATF.
00:12:21.100 The email included a screenshot from what appears to be an internal message describing
00:12:24.960 a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of
00:12:30.360 the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University.
00:12:32.900 On September 10th at approximately 12 to 24 p.m., conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk
00:12:39.080 was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
00:12:42.800 Mr. Kirk was speaking at the university as a part of the American comeback tour of multiple
00:12:48.240 SLC.
00:12:49.500 One and three agents responded immediately.
00:12:51.900 The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building
00:12:56.740 on campus.
00:12:57.500 And the surveillance video shows the suspect jumping off and fleeing the area on foot.
00:13:01.860 ATF and other law enforcement located in an older model imported a Mauser .30-06 caliber
00:13:09.680 bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus.
00:13:14.340 The location of the firearm appears to match the suspect's route of travel.
00:13:20.480 The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top
00:13:27.340 Fed magazine.
00:13:28.440 All cartridges have engraved wording on them expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology.
00:13:35.060 An emergency trace has been submitted and ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace.
00:13:40.540 The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis.
00:13:44.020 And fingerprint impressions.
00:13:46.040 Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional imposter
00:13:52.220 importer information.
00:13:53.820 Multiple people of interest have contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and
00:13:58.740 review of video footage.
00:13:59.920 But the primary suspect is yet to be identified.
00:14:02.800 ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners.
00:14:08.900 And the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.
