00:00:00.000 Every single person there, the vibes were perfect.
00:00:03.260 The banter was there, the peeps was getting made.
00:00:05.940 We're genuinely just chopping it up and having fun. 1.00
00:00:09.240 But my one manager was the biggest hypocrite, bro. 1.00
00:00:12.940 She would literally come in and sit on her ass 1.00
00:00:16.100 and use her phone for like the whole day. 1.00
00:00:19.080 She wasn't really doing shit. 0.94
00:00:21.000 What up guys, welcome to my reaction series. 0.96
00:00:23.500 So as you know, on this channel,
00:00:24.700 we know that nobody hates women more than other women. 0.95
00:00:26.920 and today we are reacting to women complaining about their female bosses i've had one or two
00:00:32.540 in my lifetime and i'll be honest they're never good they're never good you never know when they'll
00:00:36.100 be happy they can be pissed off about something else they'll take it out on you it's just
00:00:39.960 incredible okay capable and confident female reporting to a competitive ladder climbing 0.99
00:00:45.880 female boss your job security may be at risk due to what psychologists call the queen bee syndrome 1.00
00:00:50.840 here's why a female boss may oust you for being a strong female performer one she sees you as a 1.00
00:00:56.840 threat and competitive male dominance it's even worse if she sees you as a threat sexually young 1.00
00:01:03.320 hot woman reporting to an old ugly woman i'd rather kill myself women already hate hot women 1.00
00:01:10.560 have you seen that video of that woman that's like beautiful walking through the airport and 1.00
00:01:14.680 all the women are just glaring at her environments especially some women feel there's only room for 1.00
00:01:20.280 one at the table your confidence ideas or popularity can trigger her comparison insecurities 0.80
00:01:26.200 and negative thoughts instead of mentoring you she'll protect her status by undermining or pushing 1.00
00:01:31.560 you out of the company two she punishes your confidence rather than rewarding it she may hire
00:01:36.680 you for your confidence well okay when they say punishing you for confidence it usually means
00:01:41.000 i think i'm smarter than i am right and a lot of young women do have that problem because they're 1.00
00:01:45.240 told they're amazing their entire life but you'll never know if you're actually amazing that's that's
00:01:49.960 the challenge because women hate you right so you might actually be treated unfairly as a young hot 1.00
00:01:55.320 chick and men want to fuck you so they'll just tell you you're doing awesome even when you suck 1.00
00:02:00.600 initially but later criticize you for it once you're in the role because she feels insecure 1.00
00:02:05.240 around more secure females she dismisses your ideas or reframes them as bad if they don't come 1.00
00:02:11.340 from her she minimizes or ignores praise that you women also take credit for everything so like 0.92
00:02:17.820 she'll just take credit for all of your hard work you know what i mean it's just it is what it is
00:02:22.880 see from others for a job well done because the praise doesn't center around her if she's looking
00:02:28.000 to make budget cuts she'll keep the females on her team who are more insecure and compliant 1.00
00:02:32.720 than the female less hot the females on our team that aren't hot who is confident or offers 0.99
00:02:37.760 different perspectives than her own three control matters more to her than collaboration and in 0.93
00:02:43.600 female work environments popularity matters the most god that sucks men competence matters women 1.00
00:02:50.400 popularity matters insecure female leaders need to feel like the smartest or most admired woman 1.00
00:02:56.160 in the room she'll restrict your visibility withhold or take credit for your ideas and
00:03:01.280 retaliate against you when you shine this is not good leadership this is power protection that
00:03:06.160 prevents other women from having a seat at the table when an organization has one or more queen 1.00
00:03:12.240 beef female bosses it'll start losing talented highly qualified women and the culture will turn 1.00
00:03:17.360 competitive instead of if you lose a woman it's not really that much of a loss um but if anything
00:03:22.480 the women just gang up together and then just eat each other it's just incredible you ever see like 1.00
00:03:27.360 teachers they just eat each other collaborative and if you join a team and notice most of the
00:03:32.640 women on the team play small while the female boss calls the shots recognize that as a red flag 1.00
00:03:38.560 if you're a female who's great at what you do you're well liked and you're confident but you
00:03:42.880 you report to an insecure competitive female boss know that you can't grow under a leader who needs 1.00
00:03:48.740 you to shrink all right let me go here about why so many of us find female bosses to be amongst 0.99
00:03:55.500 the most toxic and damaging that we've ever had in our career so speaking from personal experience
00:04:02.160 i mean guys i've had some bad bosses in my career and i'll tell you more about some of those another
00:04:08.580 the time but in particular I had this one female boss who decided that they had to lead like a man 1.00
00:04:16.140 in order to be successful and by a man I actually mean a stereotypical toxic alpha male all the
00:04:23.220 wrong reasons all the wrong behaviors but that was the decision they made for me that made my
00:04:28.440 life miserable we didn't relate at all on a personal level and on a professional level
00:04:33.980 every day was charged and frustrating and upsetting for me because I couldn't seem to
00:04:41.600 get it right. She wanted things from me that I simply couldn't give her. But here's what I know
00:04:48.240 in retrospect. And by the way, you know, this person really, really did a number on my confidence
00:04:54.080 at the time. But I have recovered since then. And I want to share some of my insights. So here's
00:04:59.460 what i've learned since then this person was a fantastic at their job so on a functional level
00:05:07.020 you know because a woman can be good at her job but not a good manager and that's the challenge 1.00
00:05:11.380 a lot of times they think oh i'm a good manager um so i'd be a good boss but no not for women 1.00
00:05:17.180 a star they were brilliant women aren't patient i think that's the one thing women don't 1.00
00:05:22.060 women aren't patient and they just want to like pile on when you're not getting something where 1.00
00:05:26.240 men are like patient and will train you they and men are a lot more like if someone's not good at
00:05:31.760 one task they don't try to make somebody good at something they're not good at they just try to
00:05:36.000 rearrange the team but what they like they're solution oriented where women just want to 1.00
00:05:40.500 complain and nag but they weren't a great leader i can see that now in hindsight and they were in 0.99
00:05:46.580 a leadership position one of the reasons for this and this is why i focus on this so so so much in
00:05:51.900 my coaching it's actually the foundation of all of my leadership coaching is that they lacked
00:05:57.120 self-awareness and they lacked the capacity to be self-reflective women are not self-aware 1.00
00:06:03.580 self-reflective men are all those things naturally active in any way so they would never sit and
00:06:09.400 think about their behavior they would simply barrel on through the day and didn't really
00:06:14.240 matter what damage they caused in their wake being self-aware as a leader means that you are able to
00:06:21.200 reflect on who you are the good and the not so good so yes think about your strengths and your
00:06:26.380 skills also think about any biases or blind spots that may be getting in the way you being a really
00:06:32.640 effective and empathetic leader this person didn't have any of those capabilities it was pretty clear
00:06:40.200 to me now this is she's just nagging all right let's see let's see the next one somebody asked
00:06:45.960 me this why women's supervisors and i'm not gonna put a race on it women's supervisors period be the 1.00
00:06:53.560 worst fucking supervisors it's like they get on you about stuff that doesn't matter it isn't that 0.99
00:06:59.560 important and they make a bigger deal of stuff like it's just i could go on and on they'd be so 0.99
00:07:04.040 try to bang the young guys fucking dramatic so fucking emotional and they do the most grimy 0.99
00:07:11.400 shit to other women at the workplace they don't care if you work good you kind of work every day 1.00
00:07:16.840 you do what you're supposed to do they just be fucking with you and that shit is so weird to me 1.00
00:07:22.760 like it's the same way like women test their husbands for no reason what the all right 1.00
00:07:27.560 let's see the next one this guy place some of the worst managers are female managers 1.00
00:07:32.920 now trigger warning this is only towards the bad toxic narcissistic power hungry all of them
00:07:39.720 and that's just like our nature our nature is kind of narcissistic you got to keep it in check
00:07:46.180 like this is about overcompensating female managers who are trying to dominate when they 1.00
00:07:52.160 don't need to you just need to show value respect compassion and empathy towards your team stop
00:07:58.400 trying to dominate you know especially if you're leading a male team you don't need to throw your 1.00
00:08:03.020 wang about this yeah and a lot of a lot of times when women manage men they like have a chip on
00:08:09.740 their shoulder they want to show they want to show they're super confident competent even though the
00:08:14.920 men under them usually just do their job for them towards good female instead of doing it by showing 0.99
00:08:20.380 competence they just do it by like having to stick up their ass because there are some really good 0.98
00:08:24.580 ones out there but my experience and for those who have reached out to me on email in the comments 0.98
00:08:29.240 why do we always have to say there's some good ones out there like if there were good ones out
00:08:33.320 there shouldn't that like shouldn't that be assumed without saying on my live streams females seem to 1.00
00:08:38.600 be some of the worst managers in the world very power hungry and my message to you is someone who
00:08:44.840 doesn't have to put up with any of that but i'm speaking on behalf of the people here to the female 0.99
00:08:49.720 bad managers pipe down show some respect value your team lead the way stop dictating
00:09:00.520 and start to be more compassionate and just muck in get involved with the lads it's impossible
00:09:05.560 women can't do that get involved with the ladies i've even had a lot of ladies say oh my god aaron 1.00
00:09:09.880 i agree with you some of the females are the worst very bitchy very bitchy and very you know 1.00
00:09:16.840 calculated in being very talented all right let's see the next guy it is because every female 1.00
00:09:21.960 co-worker i've had has been good but every female manager i've had except for one has been like a 1.00
00:09:29.240 demon from hell like just straight sociopathic tendencies like competing with all the other
00:09:34.840 women at the job doesn't know how to talk to people at all just no people skills like every 1.00
00:09:40.760 female manager i've had has been hated by the rest of the staff except for one i'm not far enough 1.00
00:09:46.360 removed from my most recent job to talk about that because she was actually worse but my first job 0.90
00:09:50.840 with the female manager was at pizza hut bro every single person there the vibes were perfect
00:09:57.000 the banter was there the piece was getting made we're genuinely just chopping it up and having 1.00
00:10:03.000 fun but my one manager was the biggest hypocrite bro she would literally come in and sit on her ass 1.00
00:10:10.760 and use her phone for like the whole day she wasn't really doing but i used my phone one 0.99
00:10:17.160 time and she's gonna be like oh no using your phone at work so i set my phone on a table and
00:10:24.040 i go back to work start making the pieces and tell me why at the end of the day i go back to
00:10:30.040 get my phone off the table and my she's missing oh she took it i'm like what the did somebody
00:10:36.680 yeah women micromanage deal my phone so they're so controlling they can't give up control i start 1.00
00:10:41.560 asking around i eventually find my manager and she says that she locked it in a safe she put my phone 0.99
00:10:49.400 in it this hypocritical bitch who's using her phone the whole time locked my in a safe 1.00
00:10:55.160 so i get my out of there keep it cordial and i never showed back up to that pizza hut again 1.00
00:11:01.160 because that was a dirty ass piece of her too. 1.00
00:11:04.280 It was roaches and all types of fucking safety regulations. 1.00
00:11:07.500 That shit should be shut down, but that's beside them. 1.00
00:11:09.740 I never showed up to that shit again. 1.00
00:11:11.520 Still kept the apron and shirt. 0.99
00:11:13.240 Yeah.
00:11:13.720 Okay.
00:11:14.240 All right.
00:11:15.140 Yeah.
00:11:15.440 So again, even women don't want to work for female managers. 1.00
00:11:18.960 When women get power, we're just not too good with it. 1.00
00:11:21.240 I don't know why.
00:11:22.300 It must be our nature anyways.
00:11:23.900 Guys, let me know if you ever had a female boss. 1.00
00:11:26.260 If you have, put it in the comments and put your story.
00:11:28.700 We will pin the best ones.
00:11:30.040 like the video and I'll see you next time.
