hospitalized for my asthma i have really really bad asthma and i'm skinny and i still have really

do an 800 calorie diet and just eat 800 calories for 12 weeks and we'll monitor you and check your

bloods and stuff and so i did that and then when i did that for so long i just i it was so much easier
