00:07:38.740 that you do, right? The estrangement creates strangers. And so after a period of estrangement,

00:07:45.480 you can re-enter the relationship and establish a new dynamic. You re-meet each other in a

00:07:57.820 I think the reason that this is a quote-unquote growing trend is in part because there's an

00:08:01.600 increased conversation around abusive dynamics and that we do not have to remain in them,

00:08:05.780 that you don't deserve to. But I also think in part, it's because a lot of relationships are

00:08:10.400 going through this reset period. I mean, I think people have the right to their hell either way.

00:08:14.760 So if, you know, there's nothing necessarily wrong with going no contact. You know, if it's

00:08:21.780 a mistake, they'll find out it's a mistake later, you know, where people are presently or are going
