00:00:00.000 but yeah even if the porn what does porn mean what pornography you know what it is the writing or the 0.98

00:00:07.360 drawings of the prostitutes that's what it means yeah it's visual prostitution yeah and the idea 0.86

00:00:13.200 that like like i could i could have such self-master of my body until it actually matters 0.77

00:00:18.880 with my wife because we want to look like a knight but we don't want to bleed like one 0.86

00:00:22.320 yeah and this is where you need to bleed for you know i just think that this in practice if you as

00:00:27.920 a woman are going to police what your husband's doing all the time and try to bring that into 0.81

00:00:32.400 dating is going to leave the women single forever because that is heavy neuroticism and that's what 1.00

00:00:37.280 you're seeing in the churches expecting if you go to now if you go into most churches it's a bunch

00:00:42.800 of single women it's that's yeah it's it's mostly well i wasn't most this most of the single guys

00:00:49.920 know that i mean that too but like it's if you wait over a certain age the the young men drop off

00:00:56.640 because young men they go into something they say what do i get out of it over a certain age they

00:01:00.640 get nothing out of it are they dropping off or getting married dropping off nobody's getting

00:01:04.880 married well nobody's i was just the catholic church is seeing the opposite right now the

00:01:08.800 young adults are flooding into the church right now it's all right for now right now i was just

00:01:13.040 at a catholic church a little bit ago and they're not getting married it's mostly singles it's it's

00:01:18.240 like you'll have they offset the statistics and make it high and i i know because over the years

00:01:22.880 they've just shot so many stats at me and they're so misrepresentative it's like one family will

00:01:27.920 have like 10 but your odds of getting a bunch of kids is pretty slim to none if you go to a catholic

00:01:32.480 church do you think men are ready to marry most men when they're young yeah like under 25 like

00:01:41.680 most men have no other choice so yeah when when a girl shows interest um they they'll take it most

00:01:47.840 of the time no other choice meaning there aren't a lot of options for women one out of three men

00:01:52.320 are virgins or haven't had sex in the past year under 25 one out of three are virgins yeah so

00:01:58.480 young gen z men um are not like they're not getting interest or attention from women if you look at

00:02:04.400 the dating apps which is where people are meeting young women are sharing i mean you have to know

00:02:08.080 this yeah they're picking a very small yeah very small percentage of men it's not based on virtue

00:02:12.720 it's who's hot yeah well it depends which app you're using too am i using tinder or am i using

00:02:17.680 one that really says no faith matters to me and because there's lots of dating apps typically the

00:02:22.400 bigger the app is the more diverse it is i find with some of the smaller concentrated apps people

00:02:27.360 say look i'm not into the hookup culture i'm not interested yeah neither am i let's discern

00:02:31.280 together yeah but they'll still pick the best looking guy or the guy on stage that's usually

00:02:36.160 the same thing on the app looking for an attractive one because that's like the beginning right you 0.99

00:02:39.600 want attraction yeah i know but if you ever get a group women always share the men if given choice

00:02:44.960 if you have a group that yeah if you have a group of women and like they're always we're always 1.00

00:02:50.080 going to pick the highest status men in the room won't the men pick the most attractive women in 1.00

00:02:54.480 the room um no because men like their attraction floor is lower so women are only attracted to like

00:03:00.880 10 20 of men where men are attracted to like half of women okay i mean they might they might go to

00:03:06.160 stacy first but when she shoots him down then she'll be like he'll be like rachel i wanted you

00:03:10.400 my whole life you know i mean i was just talking to a guy recently and he was just sharing with

00:03:14.240 me how frustrated he was because he'll ask a girl out and then he'll go and then she'll just

00:03:18.720 she doesn't even know what she wants yeah and he's just getting so frustrated he's like is

00:03:22.640 something wrong with me no it's kind of sort of because women don't want to reproduce with average

00:03:27.440 men so right now all of the systems are helping women to not reproduce with average men i mean

00:03:34.480 isn't that partly evolutionary biology yeah correct secure provisions correct but then

00:03:38.800 society then as more men get iced out like society's gonna crumble yeah no without marriage

00:03:44.080 it will yeah and but when you give women choice marriage disappears why do you know you either 0.96

00:03:48.800 either tell women you must marry that ugly guy over there that you don't like that much yeah 1.00

00:03:53.680 um which is kind of what we've done historically and then women got more power and we said we're 0.92

00:03:58.640 not doing that and now we're going to share well why do you think guys aren't getting married

00:04:02.800 is it just because the options are slim or is it because of a fear or a lack of commitment

00:04:08.800 The one part is that they find out the woman has a crazy past and they don't want to deal with it. 1.00

00:04:14.360 So they might find out that she slept with their friend, has an OnlyFans. 1.00

00:04:18.640 She might have a ton of debt. 1.00

00:04:20.800 That's another thing. 1.00

00:04:21.420 Women used to come with dowries. 1.00

00:04:22.640 Now we're coming with debt.

00:04:26.380 But I would say the most common thing is that men are asking, what do I get out of marriage?

00:04:32.000 And even the church has no answer.

00:04:33.540 They get nothing.

00:04:34.200 They don't even get obedience.

00:04:35.040 What you get out of marriage is a wife and a family.

00:04:39.040 Like, when I met Kristalina, I knew full well, if I asked her to marry me,

00:04:44.540 yeah, technically, I could lose everything.

00:04:46.540 But if I don't ask her to marry me, I already have.

00:04:49.040 And what I mean by that is that your freedom exists to be given away.

00:04:53.540 If it's not used for the sake of love, and if I have no confidence in my ability to choose a bride,

00:04:58.040 to me, what you don't give away, you've already lost.

00:05:01.040 and what's at stake I think for the guys who are just like so afraid to get

00:05:04.880 married because they might get their assets taken away from them to me if you

00:05:08.480 are more afraid of losing your assets than you are of losing your woman then

00:05:12.140 either she's the wrong woman for you or your way too attached to your toys

00:05:14.900 that's easy to say in the high stats a high status guy it's not the middle and

00:05:19.280 the lower class men have it a lot worse and they're put into poverty and

00:05:22.520 sometimes they don't recover I've interviewed men there at homeless

00:05:24.860 shelters and like one guy was a barber and like he's homeless now he never

00:05:29.960 recovered yeah so it's not being scared but it's that the woman could change yeah no i mean so you

00:05:36.040 know when you're the rich men the wealthier men that make i don't know what you make but i can

00:05:40.240 assume being in this business you do well if you make over a certain amount of money they can

00:05:44.080 recover and afford a divorce the guy the guys that have it really hard are the infrastructure

00:05:48.320 men the middle class men that don't make enough to afford it yeah no and you've done all the

00:05:53.900 interviews and i mean i've heard the exact same stories from so many husbands so why are we still

00:05:58.780 pushing it why are we pushing marriage yeah why well i mean to me the way that i look at this

00:06:04.440 summer i got to go fishing with my kiddos up in the white mountains of arizona and my little six

00:06:09.380 year old woke up real early and we went down to the lake and uh yeah i pushed put the little hook

00:06:13.600 on the worm and he cast it out there he's standing there at 7 a.m and his cowboy boots

00:06:17.920 camouflage shorts spider-man hoodie alaska baseball cap he hooks this bass he pulls it in

00:06:23.260 and he's just going bonkers his smile is the size of texas and would i risk absolutely everything

00:06:29.200 to be able to give that moment to him like heck yes what if he hated you it's about a family but

00:06:34.240 what if he hated you why would he hate me we're fishing because what happens is a lot of the

00:06:38.900 mothers are spiteful and they are hitting the kids against the father and so i interview guys that

00:06:45.360 they had that white picket fence yeah and then um the wife took the kids and now the kids hate them

00:06:50.860 and there's nothing there's nothing that you can do yeah so like again it worked out well for you

00:06:56.160 and i'm happy for you but you know for every one guy it works out well for how many take you know

00:07:02.600 how many are absolutely devastated and destroyed and you're not going to be there when their whole

00:07:06.780 life falls apart yeah you're not going to like you're not going to be there in divorce court with

00:07:10.520 them so you're pushing something and it's like if i push a drug and people die because of a drug i

00:07:16.300 pushed um i can be sued but all the chat like the conservatives that push marriage like there's no

00:07:22.780 there's no downside for you guys pushing it yeah well like you guys you guys get the society the

00:07:27.740 safe society for your kids we get that yeah but like what about him but that's a good argument

00:07:33.900 for why divorce is bad but not a good argument for why marriage is bad marriages lead to divorce

00:07:39.740 well if you got to look at okay who is better off a single never married man or a married man

00:07:45.820 The married man is twice as likely to describe himself as being very happy.

00:07:49.480 He has a higher income.

00:07:50.500 He has more sexual activity in his life.

00:07:52.400 He has a longer life expectancy.

00:07:53.880 He's less likely to get cancer.

00:07:55.080 Like, there's all these real benefits to marriage.

00:07:57.180 Yeah, but the issue with those stats, one, they're funded by very right-leaning institutions.

00:08:02.060 Two, I've been—

00:08:02.600 Was the left going to promote marriage?

00:08:04.180 No, but I—that's what I'm saying.

00:08:07.060 It doesn't paint the whole picture.

00:08:08.680 They're very deceptive, in my opinion, because it doesn't include, like, the people that got divorced.

00:08:14.080 Yes, the guy's going to be, you know, some men talk about their marriages as the best

00:08:18.220 time in their life.

00:08:19.220 You know, the guy from Michael Knowles' church, he says it was like the happiest he ever was

00:08:24.140 until she left, until she ruined his life.

00:08:27.040 And now, like, you know, I got to this point where I'd interview the men and I see death

00:08:31.580 in their eyes, like they've lost every, and I, and then, you know, it's like, I do these

00:08:35.960 debates and I see, I debated Trent Horn, I think I found out like one of his co-hosts

00:08:42.000 or someone really close to him went through a divorce.

00:08:44.160 I don't know him personally, but it's like,

00:08:46.400 I know you guys see what's happening.

00:08:48.320 So I don't understand why is,

00:08:50.800 why are you pushing marriage instead of divorce,

00:08:53.560 like instead of getting rid of child support,

00:08:56.040 alimony and 50, 50 custody,

00:08:57.760 because nothing's going to be solved until that happens.

00:09:00.720 Men are going to look at the chessboard

00:09:02.000 and they're going to say like, what do I get out of this?
