00:00:00.000 good afternoon good evening ladies and gentlemen welcome to another episode of pearl daily here
00:00:13.640 on the audacity network i am your host pearl and welcome to the show if you want to support
00:00:20.760 my work please go to the audacitynetwork.com i do read the chat during the show so if you
00:00:27.160 have a question comment or concern put it in the chat and maybe put like pearl read this as a note
00:00:33.880 and then i know to read your chat it's on the network though i don't do that on youtube also
00:00:38.600 if you want access to all of my old content that youtube forced me to delete sad 10 000 videos why
00:00:46.680 god why youtube why why do you do this to me um you go to the audacitynetwork.com we still have
00:00:53.160 to upload some of it but it should all be up in the next couple of months okay so today's topic
00:01:00.840 i actually wanted to start the show with a couple stats that i found that were actually insane so
00:01:09.080 i started thinking about how prevalent sex work was and i decided to google the number of only
00:01:17.560 fans workers and when i tell you guys this number
00:01:25.800 i want you to remember sex work is an industry for young women and so the majority of this number
00:01:34.760 is going to come from gen z i found out 1.4 million women in america do only fans so out of curiosity 1.00
00:01:45.320 i googled and you know some of this is with discretion we don't have all the information but
00:01:53.400 they guess that 1.2 million is between 18 and 24. so i decided to google what percent of women how 1.00
00:02:01.960 many women in america are between 18 to 24. i find out roughly 10 million in america 10 million women 0.97
00:02:12.200 So just on OnlyFans alone, 10% of women in that age group are on OnlyFans.
00:02:21.300 So this got me thinking even further.
00:02:24.940 And I thought, what's another way that women use their sexuality to get money? 1.00
00:02:31.420 So I Googled seeking arrangements, which is, if you guys don't know, it's a sugar site.
00:02:38.000 So how many women do you guys think are on Seeking Arrangements? 1.00
00:02:44.300 How many do you guys think?
00:02:50.840 17 million women are currently on Seeking Arrangements.
00:02:56.000 Now, I could not find the age breakdown.
00:02:59.180 Maybe if I do a little more research, I'll find it.
00:03:01.380 But to think that the majority of women on Seeking, 1.00
00:03:05.520 now let's say the clientele for seeking
00:03:09.020 goes up to like 80 years old like i'd imagine there's got to be some old men so let's say
00:03:16.000 women can do that up up to 40 35 you have to think the majority of those women are likely 1.00
00:03:22.840 under 30 35 at least there's only 10 million women between 18 to 25 roughly i think it's like 1.00
00:03:32.280 10 point something. So out of 82 million American men that are, oh, sorry. So then I decided to
00:03:41.380 think more about the consumers. Who is consuming OnlyFans? And I found out that 82 million American
00:03:52.320 men subscribe to OnlyFans. Now, to think about how big that number is, how many people are in
00:04:00.920 America. I'm pretty sure it's 350 million. How many men are? Yeah, it's 165 million men are in
00:04:11.220 the United States. And they're telling me that 82 million out of 162 million are subscribed to
00:04:22.180 OnlyFans. Now, this study was a smaller sample size, to be fair, the one I'm about to say.
00:04:30.920 So I'm not sure. It could be, let's, let's give or take 10% of the 82 million men subscribe to
00:04:38.720 OnlyFans. 90% are married. And 87% of OnlyFans users are male and 68% of use OnlyFans users are
00:04:55.740 white so the average only fans customer is a white married man
00:05:08.060 now i how accurate are these stats i i know there's some discretion but even the fact that
00:05:17.820 this is how it's leaning even if it was 70 or 60 that are married i i still think that's
00:05:26.700 mind-blowing so many men live quiet lives of desperation in marriages and the interesting
00:05:34.460 thing is you know drug people that people see drug dealers as exploitative right you're exploiting
00:05:44.860 people that are drug addicts, but yet lonely men, women, young, attractive women that exploit
00:05:55.640 lonely men for attention and money are not seen as exploitative anyways. So
00:06:03.340 it's kind of crazy. So, all right. So
00:06:07.660 i'm trying to remember oh i i did i can't play this clip on youtube because it's a nick clip
00:06:16.320 okay well as most of you know i have been fighting on the front lines of the simp
00:06:23.900 epidemic for years but i need to tell you about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up against men that
00:06:29.680 is rarely talked about it's not just the relentless anti-masculinity propaganda and
00:06:34.560 OnlyFans hoes causing these societal issues that we discuss on the show. Did you know the average 1.00
00:06:40.120 city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors? This often includes
00:06:46.920 estrogen from birth control. The average adult consumer consumes a credit card worth of plastic
00:06:53.760 every week. That's five grams of plastic a week on average. So it's no wonder that the average
00:06:59.800 male's testosterone is half of the average 50 years ago testosterone levels decline one percent
00:07:05.640 a year without a course correction we are headed towards extinction no matter how based you are

00:08:10.840 discount code okay so i wanted to re-show you guys the video that we saw on um monday so there
00:08:27.240 was a guy who got divorced over yugioh so let me show you guys the video
00:08:33.560 let me just say it straight out the way
00:08:37.680 let me just say I am no longer married
00:08:39.720 let me just say I am no longer married
00:08:41.720 let me just say
00:08:42.560 oh
00:08:45.500 oh yeah okay sorry
00:08:48.820 okay
00:08:50.660 I need to say this let me just say it straight out the way
00:08:58.480 I am no longer married
00:09:00.680 and I'm divorced
00:09:03.300 this is not what this video is about but there's something that you guys need to know um
00:09:13.300 when i met this woman and i told her about my yugioh stuff she hated it she didn't like it
00:09:22.180 she said that hey you can do something better with your life you should go back
00:09:27.300 to school so you know what i did back in 2016 17 16 i said you know what maybe she's right
00:09:38.660 you know what i did i sold all my equipment i sold my youtube channel i sold all my camera stuff i
00:09:46.180 like you know what maybe it is time to move on maybe it's time for me to do something better
00:09:50.100 with my life not knowing that at that time what i had was very special at that time something
00:09:57.060 that i chose to do youtube i had something going on even though i had some drama and stuff going
00:10:04.980 on before and i shut down my channel a few times i had something that i completely gave up
00:10:13.620 i gave it up because someone said hey you know what maybe it is time to move on
00:10:19.460 you got to do something better with your life there's got to be something more for your life
00:10:22.660 and i sold all my stuff for a woman and she's no longer here and and the thing is guys the
00:10:33.160 median is the message so if a woman is trying to change all of the things that you love 1.00
00:10:38.240 she doesn't like you she likes what you can provide i mean he was a certain way he had
00:10:45.100 certain things going on and by her coming in and saying oh do it my way do it my way do it my way
00:10:50.820 It means that she thinks she knows better than he does for his life.
00:10:55.540 And this problem persists.
00:10:57.840 She told me at that time, hey, you want to meet my mother?
00:11:03.180 You need a car.
00:11:05.700 Because I didn't have a car at the time.
00:11:06.980 I was doing YouTube.
00:11:08.440 I was working from home.
00:11:09.900 I didn't need to drive anywhere.
00:11:12.800 Yes, YouTube is what I did for a living.
00:11:16.400 It's how I paid my bills.
00:11:17.720 And I was street performing also.
00:11:20.000 How did I street perform? I just catch the bus 20 minutes down the street, played my horn, went home.
00:11:25.440 I never needed a car.
00:11:27.260 But when I met this woman, you have to go back to school. 1.00
00:11:31.020 You have to exercise.
00:11:32.820 You have to get your degree.
00:11:35.000 You have to do something better with your life.
00:11:37.780 Even though I explained to her, this is what I chose to do.
00:11:41.400 And this is why women get the impression that they build men. 1.00
00:11:46.600 it's very interesting when you hear women that say don't ever make the mistake of building a man
00:11:52.320 I'm like so yeah I saw a woman the other day on TikTok and she was with this basketball player
00:11:58.740 and she said she supported him when he was in college and she really helped build him up
00:12:05.880 but I just kept thinking well did you shoot the shots in the gym
00:12:09.340 did you I mean did you memorize the plays for him did you learn how to dunk like what
00:12:20.180 what did you do in this situation to build him but for some reason we have a tendency to take
00:12:28.360 all the credit and do none of the work I see it all the time I mean how many times have you seen
00:12:36.180 it where a woman, a man starts a business, a woman's the secretary, salesperson, whatever, 0.99
00:12:45.260 and seems to think she did all the work.
00:12:49.760 I mean, I've seen this story a million times.
00:12:54.140 um I'm and now you have women that are in the NBA
00:12:59.580 thinking that they are with NBA players thinking that they built that this I mean
00:13:09.380 gosh I have literally I mean like Jeff Bezos's wife did she deserve half of everything did she 1.00
00:13:19.340 build amazon and then they'll show pictures of her in like jeff's garage and you're like okay uh
00:13:28.300 anyways arms in your life and trying to tell you the plan that you chose for your life is wrong
00:13:35.580 and out of love i choose to say you know what maybe she's right and i took a chance i took a
00:13:42.700 chance i said you know what i'm gonna give this up completely like for good sold the channel's
00:13:50.780 jobber sold all my stuff tried to go back to school multiple times there's some i don't want
00:14:00.780 to say that i can't finish school but it certainly feels like i can't first i don't know what it is
00:14:10.060 and every time i talk to people they just think that everything i say is just an excuse
00:14:17.020 you are a grown man you are an adult you can do it it's like no one can
00:14:23.500 see it from my perspective it's like i am always wrong
00:14:29.900 when i study what i do fall asleep what do they say hey you're lazy you're procrastinating
00:14:38.300 you're choosing not to do this and i'm like that's got to be something wrong with me
00:14:43.340 when it comes to school studying and staying on task and staying focused i just can't do it
00:14:51.500 and i try and i go back to school and i pay all this money i pay all this money
00:14:55.740 and i pay all this money and i fail and i fail and i fail and i fail
00:15:00.060 Now, music has always been there for me and I've always been great at it.
00:15:11.660 People say that, hey, they try to test me, they say, hey, you know music, right?
00:15:17.440 You know this person?
00:15:18.440 No.
00:15:19.440 You know this person?
00:15:20.440 No.
00:15:21.440 You know this person?
00:15:22.440 No.
00:15:23.440 Well, how are you a musician?
00:15:24.440 I also get people say to me, hey, what key is this in?
00:15:26.440 I say, I don't know.
00:15:27.440 They say, well, how are you playing, how are you a musician?
00:15:30.460 how do you play so well i am not the type of person who is book smart or knowledge knowledgeable
00:15:40.620 i don't know things but i know how to do things i know how to do things physically
00:15:49.340 in a creative way i'm not a type of person who retains things and hold on to things who can read
00:15:55.260 a book and then take a test pass it and go on that's not me i am a creative mind creative minded
00:16:04.620 person to be honest i see this struggle on both sides of the equation right when we were looking
00:16:11.740 at the brianna chicken fry situation she's trying to become someone she's not to be with the guy 1.00
00:16:17.900 and you know so I do see this on both sides and I think that's the challenge
00:16:28.520 you're gonna get is people trying to be things that they're not in order to get
00:16:33.200 a relationship some people can change who they are but I think over a certain
00:16:38.900 age your core is just your core that's how you are and it involves creativity
00:16:44.480 I can do at least to some degree where people are like, why are you doing so well?
00:16:51.000 You ever thought about going to school?
00:16:52.480 I tried.
00:16:53.520 It doesn't work.
00:16:56.240 So this is all tying together.
00:17:00.820 I met the parents.
00:17:02.440 They asked me, hey, what do you do for a living?
00:17:05.980 I had to tell them I am a musician.
00:17:10.940 I couldn't tell them I was a street musician.
00:17:13.080 I am a musician then he said hey you have a degree I said I don't have a
00:17:19.580 degree my ex-wife parents did not speak to me for two years and told her not to
00:17:26.420 marry me because I don't have a degree what sense does that make so I give up
00:17:33.260 this YouTube thing I give up my entrepreneurial thing I try to do
00:17:36.580 something that's not innately a part of my strengths at all because I'm thinking
00:17:42.020 in love to do something for somebody to prove something and this continues on through the
00:17:51.300 marriage she says hey you need to find a hobby i'm like oh let me play yukio again so last
00:18:01.860 december last year i stopped my channel up again i buy my channel back from java like oh she gave
00:18:07.860 me the lk to go into a hobby you know what she said you're spending too much time playing those cards
00:18:14.500 it's either the cards or me she literally said that like you just said i need a hobby i get into
00:18:19.380 a hobby and now you said i'm doing it too much what what is it what do i do and you know what
00:18:25.780 the saddest thing is women will nitpick and hen pick men for years over things that they genuinely 0.99
00:18:37.060 love and love to do and i've seen men get out of marriages where they're just constantly
00:18:44.660 apologizing for being loud or singing or whatever their thing that they really loved or maybe
00:18:52.980 something about them that was a little quirky or different and um it's like the saddest thing to
00:19:01.140 see a man just broken because this woman has you know berated him over something he loves
00:19:09.540 for years she says why are you into those cards so much uh peter jones says thank you pearl you
00:19:14.980 are exposing another struggle that men have to fight with women women work to neuter their man 0.97
00:19:20.660 i said hey i need to make a video about something and i haven't played this card game for two years
00:19:26.180 on and off how can i make a video for my subscribers about something i have no knowledge of
00:19:34.500 and i try to explain it to her but she don't get it she thinks it's just cars you pick up and you
00:19:38.500 just play like una it's not that way every three months a new set come out new stuff come out
00:19:46.180 i can't make a video about something if i don't know what it's about
00:19:50.100 I can't start my channel back up and just start making videos I have to be in it I have to learn
00:19:59.580 about it and learn what's going on so she hated those cards she literally cried because of those
00:20:12.360 cards and people say hey priorities man it's your wife or you know you got to do what you got to do
00:20:18.360 but then I'll be back at that point where I'm giving up things that I like
00:20:23.820 things that's a part of my life for someone else to feel happy and I feel
00:20:31.760 miserable in the process I'm sitting there watching all these youtubers come
00:20:35.800 out and make videos and do all this stuff they're traveling I'm like that's
00:20:39.300 what I used to do I love that I miss that why can't she come along with my
00:20:43.920 journey instead of scrutinizing me. And then that's money gone from me. It's not
00:20:49.080 about the money, but that was money gone from me. Then street performing, I said
00:20:55.860 to her, hey, I don't want to move away from Baltimore. You might be thinking, why?
00:21:02.560 That's where my home base is. My gigs, my performances, everything. Keep in mind, I
00:21:09.360 didn't have a job like when I say I don't have a job like a real job a real
00:21:14.520 job is you know going in nine to five I didn't have a real job for over ten
00:21:20.340 years it was YouTube and playing my horn that's how I paid all my bills so when
00:21:26.100 we got married and we moved out to Baltimore to somewhere else that I
00:21:29.220 didn't want to be she said hey how come you're not paying the bills and I was
00:21:34.440 like, what? I have a job. I have a nine to five job. I don't make enough from this nine to five
00:21:43.700 job to pay all these bills. Before then, I could street performing and YouTube. I made enough money
00:21:53.300 off of that to pay the bills. Now I'm working nine to five all day long. And that's not a complaint
00:21:59.200 there are people who do that but i had something that most people wish they had most people wish
00:22:05.440 they can go out make some money pay their bills and have all day off that was a gift that was
00:22:13.600 something that was that was something that i had now you can take this video of me complaining
00:22:22.800 crying I messed up it is all of that it is true I am complaining I am hurt I
00:22:30.840 made some mistakes I did sometimes dumb things and you're right it is my fault
00:22:37.380 I chose I chose to sell my channel I chose to give up the thing not realizing
00:22:46.260 say you know what this is my youtube channel this is my life you can't come
00:22:54.260 into my life and dictate to me and tell me what's better for me because you don't
00:23:00.360 see it from my perspective and then get mad at me when I lose all of those
00:23:07.080 things that I can't do and I can't do what you think I should do I've never
00:23:15.300 been that way it's like you're trying to tell me to walk or run a lap or race
00:23:21.960 with no legs you're trying to tell me to do something that I innately just cannot
00:23:28.320 do and when I say I can't do that it's just an excuse so I I'm moving out in
00:23:40.140 two weeks I'll be moving out I'll have my own place again I'm starting over
00:23:44.540 starting my life over and you guys know I couldn't make videos when she in the 1.00
00:23:50.900 house the only time I can make YouTube videos is when she's gone and you might
00:23:56.780 be thinking oh why is that she will come in here from her room and say hey you're 0.84
00:24:01.700 too loud hey I'm trying to read like what I
00:24:07.580 gotta make up I gotta talk I gotta make a video I'm disturbing her
00:24:14.540 and yes I'm venting and I'm ranting if you stayed this long thank you if you
00:24:24.300 didn't it's okay but I need to get this off my chest because it was brewing I
00:24:29.300 am deeply hurt and I hurt myself I don't blame her at all everything that I've
00:24:37.340 chosen to do is because I wanted to do it. I wanted to make someone happy. I
00:24:46.280 wanted to make, I thought I can be that person for someone else and I thought I
00:24:51.000 can do it. I thought I can get away from YouTube and Yu-Gi-Oh!
00:24:54.680 and Street Performer. I thought I can go back to school and pass and get a real
00:24:58.920 job and make some good money to pay all my bills. I thought I could be that man
00:25:04.460 who can do those things but the truth is I have special gifts and talents the
00:25:13.940 other people wish they had to be able to pay and make money okay so I went to his
00:25:24.980 channel because I was just curious about he was getting millions of views on this
00:25:30.220 stuff i kind of wanted to see what he was doing so this was 11 years ago let's see
00:25:49.900 also he's gonna come on we're gonna interview him in a second and if you guys have questions
00:25:55.020 for him please put it in the audacity network chat i will read your questions and yeah we can
00:26:00.620 i was just kind of curious what he's doing now so i thought i'd bring him on the show
00:26:16.860 i do not understand this at all what
00:26:22.780 oh okay my producer says he's playing a very competitive game
00:26:28.780 it must be very impressive in the yugioh world because this is getting millions of years 0.92
00:26:39.820 oh he's one of the ogs do you know his stuff oh okay oh okay
00:26:52.140 oh hell yeah like look how happy he is i can't believe she made him give this up
00:26:57.820 so you go to 2000 i'll take that light point so you took that you took what is that seven
00:27:06.540 okay is is he on yet or no he is okay be one second yes you can work him up
00:27:27.820 hello I think it's um I think you're glitching a little bit I don't know is that us or him
00:27:43.820 yeah I think I think your wi-fi is glitching a little bit
00:27:46.780 soon as the call started it just started oh where'd he go yeah soon no yeah as soon as
00:28:02.620 you guys put me on a call just it just started glitching oh really you think it's us or price
00:28:09.100 sorry okay well well yeah show goes on right yeah i see you what are you doing in these videos it's
00:28:20.700 a yugioh duel i was watching i don't really get it so my whole concept i'm not actually the one
00:28:28.140 in the video doing anything i'm just the one filming the videos oh i thought this okay i
00:28:34.940 I thought this was you like 10 years ago or something.
00:28:37.700 No, I look the same now as I did 10 years ago.
00:28:41.340 I have not changed my look.
00:28:42.640 Got it.
00:28:43.240 So you would go to these like Yu-Gi-Oh conventions or something and you would just film all of the like intense back and forth.
00:28:50.620 Is that like the premise of your channel?
00:28:53.140 No.
00:28:53.760 So if it's Yu-Gi-Oh related, I'm posting it.
00:28:56.780 That was my motto.
00:28:57.780 So I'm basically just a newscaster or broadcaster for the game of Yu-Gi-Oh.
00:29:02.880 Oh, so you were like a Yu-Gi-Oh! news channel.
00:29:07.640 Sort of.
00:29:08.440 Sort of.
00:29:10.080 So that's really it.
00:29:11.600 So I go out, interview players, interview people who won tournaments.
00:29:16.280 I would go to tournaments and meet people, meet fans, talk about the game, what their opinion is on the game, and upload it.
00:29:23.880 Okay.
00:29:24.600 And so when did you decide to give it all up?
00:29:28.020 How long were you?
00:29:29.360 Were you married at the time?
00:29:30.720 Were you dating the woman?
00:29:31.700 no um i got married two years ago i was dating her six years before that
00:29:40.460 so i met her a year before that so nine years ago from now is what 2000 2000
00:29:50.280 15 2015 15 okay and did she not know about the yugioh stuff before she did not know but i did
00:30:04.780 bring her to the tournament that's one of the first things i still do that when i meet someone
00:30:09.040 i say hey let's go to a tournament let me show you what i do so i brought her there and she was 0.99
00:30:15.580 just disinterested at that time okay because i was just curious um you know it's one thing if
00:30:24.500 you don't know what you're getting into right but it seems like she knew about the yugioh stuff
00:30:29.260 before you guys were that serious right right okay and how did the conversation start about
00:30:38.800 you like stopping like how long into the relationship was it when she started bringing
00:30:44.080 that up it was around the second year but it wasn't about yugioh as i know yugioh what my
00:30:55.120 channel is about when i posted about yugioh but it was the second year that we were together that
00:31:01.440 thing the topics about uh what do you do if i came up yeah did your ex they want to know if
00:31:11.580 your ex stole your router no she's not a bad person yeah uh as a whole she's not a bad person
00:31:19.660 at all her intentions are actually good and i just wanted to make that clear that you know
00:31:25.960 it wasn't a um heated divorce nobody lost anything it was mutual and we both came to the conclusion
00:31:35.160 that we just weren't for each other yeah it was just it's it didn't sound like you were trashing
00:31:39.980 her it sounded like you she was trying to make you into something you weren't would you say that's 1.00
00:31:45.580 true did he drop um i can't hear you right now we'll give him a second
00:32:09.740 guys put any questions you have in the chat i will read them to him nothing rude or disrespectful
00:32:15.740 you know don't nothing like that but if you have any questions about like what happened and
00:32:21.580 i'm more i was gonna ask him next about what he's doing now
00:32:28.460 i see we got six people in the chat we got peter craig ej chenille yakov
00:32:34.780 all you got to do it's 10 bucks a month on the audacity network she wasn't getting 24-hour
00:32:45.180 attention yeah everything on my end oh i hear you now now you're back i don't know everything
00:32:54.240 on my end just stop i don't know literally i'm looking at my camera i see myself looking at
00:32:59.240 myself frozen i don't know i mean we'll just we'll just roll with it um yeah but like i was
00:33:06.920 saying i don't think it sounded like you were trashing her it sounded like um she just wanted 1.00
00:33:11.860 you to be something that you just couldn't be right and i tried yeah um so what are you i think
00:33:21.460 people are curious what you're doing now so like what when you gave up yugioh what did you end up
00:33:27.260 like going to do and are you happy doing it okay can you hear me yeah i can hear you all right
00:33:34.860 so my goal was well i took high ideas of
00:33:43.420 hold on i took high ideas and i said okay i'll go back to school well i'm trying to put in the
00:33:51.260 timeline because in my video was the car first so i i bought the car i took out a loan for that
00:34:02.540 i went back to school this was coppin state university in baltimore for political science
00:34:10.140 um didn't do so well there we talked about my passion what i really really wanted to do
00:34:17.420 which was music and i'm trying to put or combine what she wanted from me and what i wanted so we
00:34:27.180 can both get the same thing i was trying to achieve her goal and my goal in one and so since
00:34:34.380 i love music and she wants me to go back to school let me go back to school for music so i changed
00:34:41.100 my major to music and i went to baltimore city community college and changed my major to music
00:34:49.340 and i went there and i didn't do so well there well i did well with music but i didn't do well
00:34:56.300 with the other stuff so you you kind of have to do everything um and we weren't living together
00:35:05.020 it was a long distance relationship she was living in baltimore then she moved to boston
00:35:11.100 i decided okay i'm going to move out my apartment move into my grandmother's house and
00:35:20.220 our our um i'll try school again so i tried morgan state university with their one week
00:35:28.460 I ended up leaving that school because conflicts of interest.
00:35:34.760 I was starting to get older, and there were things I had to do mandatory,
00:35:38.860 like marching band, which I've done already while I was in high school,
00:35:42.720 I mean college, in high school the first time.
00:35:46.560 I didn't want to do that as I got older, marching band.
00:35:54.180 Ended up moving into my father's house.
00:35:56.560 This is the timeline.
00:35:58.460 And I just worked from that point on, I worked and I worked in the work until she wanted, around the time, this is the sixth year in now, six years,
00:36:13.860 her parents probably gave up the idea, oh, he's okay, you can marry him.
00:36:18.900 And so, oh, as soon as the parents gave me the AOK, I worked, I worked, I saved up for the merge, I paid for the merge.
00:36:27.700 We got married. Great. Now that we're married, conversation come up again. What are you going to do? I go back to school. So I went to Frederick Community College for music. And then I started teaching as a long term sub in Frederick County Public Schools.
00:36:44.700 And here we go. At the end of the eight years, I became a full-time staff member.
00:37:00.000 And there's no way I could have gone to school full-time and worked full-time and major in music.
00:37:08.040 There's no way I could have done it.
00:37:09.520 Because once I go to a four-year university, the classes are during the time that I work, unless I get a nighttime job, which I've been trying to do, and I've been unsuccessful.
00:37:23.800 Okay, so now you're teaching full-time?
00:37:27.520 Yes.
00:37:28.240 Okay, and I'm just curious.
00:37:29.600 So before you were working three hours a day, when you were doing YouTube?
00:37:35.080 Let me elaborate on that.
00:37:36.640 Monday through Thursday, I work three hours, winter until spring, and then Saturday, Friday,
00:37:47.320 Saturday, I would work up until, if it's not winter or spring, all day, and Sunday wouldn't
00:37:55.440 be either be my day off, or if I didn't reach my financial goals for that week, I would
00:37:59.500 play on Sunday.
00:38:01.660 And you're saying, is that a trumpet in your picture?
00:38:04.820 It's a flugel.
00:38:06.640 horn that I play. I've never heard of that, a flugelhorn. If it is a trumpet there, then
00:38:12.940 that's fine. But I play flugelhorn. Okay, so you would do that in the summer. And were you,
00:38:22.320 you don't have to say numbers, but were you making more doing the YouTube stuff than you
00:38:26.900 ended up doing teaching? I was making more playing my horn than teaching in YouTube.
00:38:36.640 Wow. So you're doing pretty well then.
00:38:40.380 Yeah. So I know people say, oh, he's a street performer. And they think that you're just someone on the street begging or whatever. But that was a choice that I made. I wanted to street perform.
00:38:55.440 yeah but now I use street perform oh I'm a street performer but I was also a DJ and I also had a
00:39:03.680 band and we did shows and people hired me for weddings and solo events so street performing
00:39:10.960 was the base was at the base level for me but that led to other things for me that's how I
00:39:19.420 passed out my business card that's how I promoted myself well and it seems like you're really happy
00:39:24.440 that seems like a great way to so are you going to move back to baltimore now and start street
00:39:28.520 performing again i still street perform okay and i'm not going to go back to baltimore right now
00:39:35.720 because i'm financially not ready to move there so i have a plan to go back to your question
00:39:45.480 i made about a thousand dollars a week okay that's not bad consistently across the year okay
00:39:54.440 So, in the summertime, of course, there was more.
00:39:58.000 I would make $1,000 just on the weekend.
00:40:01.960 So, for those three hours, I played Monday through Thursday,
00:40:05.860 which is between $150 and $500 a day.
00:40:11.380 And then Friday, Saturday, Sunday, just $1,000.
00:40:15.660 It's usually more than that, but I averaged it out throughout the year
00:40:19.400 as $1,000 a week.
00:40:21.380 Okay.
00:40:21.540 okay but i just were you making more doing that than the teaching stuff now i'm yeah that's true
00:40:28.340 okay yeah so it's almost like you gave it up to make it must be pretty frustrating you give it
00:40:33.880 up to do something you don't like as much to make less i work and we do like teaching okay you do
00:40:40.600 so going back to what i talked about earlier finding the middle ground between what she
00:40:45.760 wants for me and what works for me was how i thought was going to bridge us together
00:40:53.520 and so teaching and going back to school for music was one of them i only i'm a substitute
00:40:59.600 teacher because i have enough credits college credits to do that but not enough to be a music
00:41:05.600 teacher oh okay yeah so what are your plans now okay so i'm in the process of moving out
00:41:15.760 My first plan was to find a second job, which I did.
00:41:20.500 I worked as an RVT, which is a registered behavioral technician,
00:41:25.020 where I help kids with autism or ADHD, dyslexia, things like that.
00:41:31.820 So school during the day, teaching between 4 and 7.
00:41:36.780 Today I took off because of Thanksgiving.
00:41:38.340 man so my goal was to save as much money move out cheap as cheap as possible where i can still do
00:41:47.620 what i need to do save all my money build my credit back up to where it was and then get my
00:41:55.700 get my own place again my own i say my own it's just me and my own stuff and build myself back up
00:42:04.100 because before i met her i had two bedrooms two bath apartment i was had all new furniture i was
00:42:12.380 great that was fantastic and then you got into debt from school i'm guessing
00:42:18.620 that again and then you you got into like a less uh a worse financial place because of going to
00:42:26.820 school yes because i don't really have control over my finances for example if i'm playing my
00:42:33.420 horn the level of control is what place i go to how many people are out there i can pick and choose
00:42:41.980 what place like washington dc they're in a harbor baltimore city and i play well enough where people
00:42:52.780 like you shouldn't be out here dude here you should be out here and i dress nice i make sure
00:42:58.940 I get my hair cut, I wear a suit, I play my horn, and I treat people nice, and people tip me for that.
00:43:08.300 So my plan is just to get back to where I was eight years ago, financially and credit-wise,
00:43:18.280 and then build myself from there.
00:43:20.660 Okay. Well, I'm happy to hear it. It sounds like you're in good spirits through it all, right?
00:43:26.560 Yeah, I am, because even though the divorce happened in May, the healing process, for me, and the realization of what's been going on, started way before that.
00:43:42.300 It started, if I were to say it started even before I got married, and I still went through with things.
00:43:50.980 wait so who filed did she file or did you file um i filed okay i filed um but it was it was
00:44:05.640 mutual okay there's a lot more to go into this um culture wise she's from kenya i'm from
00:44:15.480 Baltimore. She's Kenyans in Africa. Oh, that makes the degree thing makes a lot of sense. 1.00
00:44:22.500 I lived in an area near a lot of Africa. They really care about that. Yeah.
00:44:28.220 Let me feed you more context then. Yeah. They believe in education. Yeah. They believe in
00:44:36.020 religion
00:44:36.880 heavily
00:44:38.780 now that you got that out the way
00:44:41.620 that is also
00:44:43.160 I have moments where I forget
00:44:46.000 what I'm about to say
00:44:46.760 education
00:44:50.060 and
00:44:52.200 religion
00:44:54.820 also
00:44:56.360 for the wedding
00:45:01.280 normally
00:45:02.960 in America who pays for the wedding
00:45:06.380 the guy the guy paid for the wedding in america i think so yeah okay let's say that yes i paid
00:45:14.780 for the wedding okay i if i can save sixty thousand dollars in two years to pay for the wedding
00:45:24.540 why can't i be able to these are things that come in my head why wasn't i able to
00:45:28.860 provide why couldn't i you spent sixty thousand dollars on a wedding yes if i can 0.99
00:45:40.220 i'm gonna give you some more context i don't want to keep rambling but i'm trying to
00:45:43.420 okay let you see more inside
00:45:48.060 i don't get along with my family at all when i say get along it's not like
00:45:52.300 it's more like we don't talk and i talked to my ex-wife at the time i said let's have a small
00:46:02.960 wedding because i don't want to invite my family i don't want to go through that process of trying
00:46:10.140 to invite people who don't know me when i say don't know me if you come to me and say hey
00:46:16.300 shit and you call me some other name i'm like dude my name is jay fath it's been years or you 0.79
00:46:23.280 come to me say hey how's your saxophone playing going i'm like wait i've been playing since i was
00:46:28.040 10 and i played trumpet and you're telling me i play sax those are the type of people i don't
00:46:33.340 want to invite to my wedding who don't know me but i had to invite people to the wedding
00:46:40.720 like it was her way to me it was her way or nothing that's what it felt like no
00:46:49.580 matter how much I talked or how much I pleaded and some people would say hey
00:46:55.160 I was just being a pushover and I didn't put my foot down enough but I just
00:47:04.980 sorry go ahead i just wish that someone that she just listened to me and saw me and say okay this
00:47:14.680 is going to be my husband let me focus on us and not you know my religion my what my family thinks
00:47:24.280 the projections that she puts on me based on how she was raised just us and grow together for us
00:47:32.180 so we can be successful for each other
00:47:35.500 and not for the world or other people.
00:47:38.660 Yeah.
00:47:39.720 There's a couple questions in the chat
00:47:42.920 that people have for you.
00:47:45.000 Okay.
00:47:45.660 They want to know what did you have in common with her?
00:47:57.660 We, um,
00:47:58.680 we both wanted and this is gonna sound stupid of course we both everyone wants a relationship or
00:48:06.420 at least a good majority of people we believe in the idea of love
00:48:12.200 like we we we have our mindset of what love is and what that entails
00:48:21.120 we both want a family and the normal stuff that people would want family kids
00:48:30.960 pay your bills it's very basic basic things there
00:48:35.460 but as far as the word in common as in the normal sense you read the same books do you watch the
00:48:48.060 same shows do you go to the same places uh not much of those she's a book reader i'm not a book
00:48:54.940 reader um i like scary movies she don't she like action movies i like action movies but we didn't
00:49:04.000 really have much in common as in it was like oh wow we can that would spark people that people
00:49:11.700 like to use that as a way to get together with someone they wanted that wasn't sorry god
00:49:17.220 they want to they want to know also when you first started to feel inadequate to her
00:49:22.760 the second year after we started dating and here's why
00:49:33.040 we were just friends and we were just going out and dating and then after the second year i was
00:49:42.820 I was like, maybe I should turn up the relationship.
00:49:45.080 Because I'm the type, I'm not pushy, I'm not,
00:49:47.680 I didn't try to have sex with her or do anything with her. 1.00
00:49:50.000 So the second year, I was like,
00:49:51.780 we've been together for the second year,
00:49:53.000 maybe we should turn this thing up.
00:49:57.060 But that's when we had to talk.
00:49:58.320 She wanted to wait to emerge.
00:50:00.660 And I was like, can I really do this?
00:50:02.880 Can I wait?
00:50:04.080 How old was she? 0.89
00:50:07.120 She's 25. 0.53
00:50:08.440 Was she a virgin?
00:50:10.140 Yes.
00:50:11.680 Are you sure?
00:50:12.820 yes okay 25 you go to college yes she went to college yes and she has a master's degree she's
00:50:23.760 yeah okay so we had the and i was like wait till marriage knowing myself yeah i was like maybe
00:50:34.260 maybe i could yeah maybe i could well it sounds like it sounds like you're kind of going with
00:50:39.060 what she wanted yeah that's true yeah and and so then it became what can I do since we have to
00:50:49.360 wait till marriage so I started to touch her and she was like oh no no we couldn't we couldn't touch 0.94
00:50:57.280 her she couldn't stay the night we couldn't do anything and knowing myself that was the first
00:51:05.520 time not that i felt inadequate for her but i was that was the first instant i was letting something
00:51:11.360 that i like go for her but it was way into marriage you know maybe i could do that wait
00:51:18.960 and how long you guys dated for like seven years right six years before well yeah we were friends
00:51:23.680 for a year then we dated for six years wow um they they also want to know
00:51:32.240 ask him if he forgave his mother did you forgive your mother forgive her mother no your mother
00:51:41.440 i don't know my mother is dead sorry they just i don't know my mother died two years ago okay
00:51:51.460 oh i'm sorry to hear that i'm sorry they don't know they put it in the chat
00:51:56.840 drug overdose yeah um okay well i'm really glad to hear you're doing better where can they um
00:52:04.480 where can they find you
00:52:06.380 um just type in your yugioh channel or you can type in my name my name is spelled j-a-p-h-e-t-h
00:52:21.760 and my last name is C-L-A-R-K.
00:52:26.040 You'll find a lot of things about me on the internet.
00:52:28.580 I was arrested for street performing.
00:52:30.100 I'm going to court for that.
00:52:31.340 That's crazy.
00:52:32.620 You're arrested for street performing.
00:52:34.960 Yeah, you should see the videos.
00:52:36.420 It's all over Reddit.
00:52:37.880 It's crazy.
00:52:38.760 Okay, I'll look it up.
00:52:40.800 I got a lot of stuff going on.
00:52:42.480 It's crazy.
00:52:42.840 Okay.
00:52:43.900 Well, thanks for coming on.
00:52:46.120 And I know there's a couple people I think that want to have you on
00:52:50.760 in the manosphere so i'm sure you'll get some emails we'll see we'll see i just want to be
00:52:56.520 able to tell a story in a way where i'm not blaming her for anything yeah because i'm not
00:53:02.820 the type of person who put someone down yeah yeah yeah i can tell i don't think anyone gets
00:53:08.480 that impression so thank you very much for coming on okay guys so the next story we're going to talk
00:53:16.840 about today is the Conor McGregor case. So I recently started researching the Conor McGregor
00:53:29.020 case and I wanted to know what incentive does a man as rich, powerful, and famous as Conor McGregor
00:53:39.320 have to assault somebody. So recently, Conor McGregor was accused of, I don't know if I can
00:53:47.100 say it on YouTube, but great, let's say. And Conor McGregor is a world-famous superstar. He's worth
00:53:53.940 hundreds of millions of dollars. He's married. He has four kids. And allegedly, actually, this was
00:54:01.000 confirmed by both of them around six years ago, he received a message from a woman named Nikita.
00:54:07.540 and Nikita sent him provocative pictures of her in a sexy dress. Now who is Nikita? Nikita was
00:54:17.560 somebody that he knew I think through mutual friends and apparently she had a boyfriend and
00:54:23.200 a child at home. Now he picks up Nikita they go out they are partying um I don't know it was like
00:54:32.780 a three-day bender but I think she was at the end of this bender and they're partying all night
00:54:37.440 drinking and he ends up taking her back to the hotel room with his friend and one of her friends
00:54:45.440 now they're doing drugs they're drinking this is like a three-day bender right and I want to talk
00:54:51.660 about some of the and after this happens she is she accuses Conor McGravager of rape now I listen
00:55:01.180 to many people go over this case and i want to talk about the facts that are not too good for
00:55:07.740 nikita and the ones that are not too good for connor so number one she sent him a sexual picture 0.92
00:55:14.380 in a dress i don't know i mean to me if you're sending sexual pictures to a guy with your boobs 1.00
00:55:22.540 out and in provocative poses to me that signals that you want to have sex right she had a boyfriend 0.90
00:55:29.660 she had a child at home connor's friend i guess also had sex with her that night consensually 0.86
00:55:37.340 so not only did this woman have sex with connor but she also had sex with connor's friend 0.64
00:55:43.180 she was lying to her boyfriend about where she was the whole night and having in she in typing
00:55:48.380 in-depth essays to him she says there are parts of the night that she doesn't remember for example
00:55:54.220 connor's friend having sex with her it's pretty convenient i don't know and um to me and but
00:56:01.820 magically she remembers connor mcgregor graping her allegedly there's cctv footage showing nikita
00:56:10.220 all over both of the guys her friend actually testified against her the security guard that 0.99
00:56:17.980 was with them all night said that he didn't see anything and she was very drunk doing coke now
00:56:26.940 this court was this case was done in civil court and civil court is different than criminal court
00:56:33.420 criminal court is based on a preponderance of the evidence it means basically that you have to be
00:56:39.740 over 90 sure that the person did it unfortunately in the uk i learned about a system called the
00:56:46.620 the balance of probabilities. Now, balance of probabilities means that it is more likely that
00:56:51.600 they did it than not, meaning it's 51%. And I've seen this get abused in family court
00:56:57.540 year over year over year. Now, he did have a jury trial, and it was eight women and four men. I
00:57:05.380 think that kind of worked against him in this case. Now, there was some facts that I have to say
00:57:10.500 did i mean could look bad right one is that there is a tampon wedged in her vagina very um far up 1.00
00:57:21.460 and i guess it had to be like surgically taken out and the second is that the doctor said that
00:57:27.540 she had pretty bad bruising on her now my question is if she's super drunk and doing coke what else 1.00
00:57:34.100 was she doing that night she already had sex with two different guys so do we know the bruising 0.84
00:57:40.420 is for sure from conor mcgregor and not only that she proceeded to spend time with both of the men
00:57:47.380 after so if if i don't know about you ladies but if i was assaulted by a man you want to get away 1.00
00:57:54.100 from him as soon as possible the next question is if he really was that vicious towards her
00:58:02.980 i mean how is she not dead doesn't he beat up men for a living like how is she alive
00:58:07.060 um so anyways today i have a special guest coming on we have private eye ross hello welcome to the
00:58:17.460 show and he is going to talk about how conor mcgregor i mean i think to the average person
00:58:25.620 um this would be a cut and dry case to me like this is not guilty i don't even know how we got
00:58:32.020 a guilty plea and like i want to know how did he find himself in this situation and can what can
00:58:38.660 men do to protect themselves well thank you very much for having me on again pearl um as usual
00:58:46.180 you're killing it uh your production quality is outstanding and so uh so i've got a high bar to
00:58:51.860 try to reach so the the conor mcgregor case um it's unfortunately i've worked on a um a bunch of
00:59:02.020 and every single one I worked on
00:59:04.020 turned out to be a false accusation.
00:59:07.020 Now, that's not to say that there aren't valid accusations,
00:59:11.020 but the men that I helped defend
00:59:14.020 had the wherewithal to protect themselves
00:59:16.020 with excellent legal counsel.
00:59:18.020 They hired me as well, too.
00:59:20.020 And so, Conor McGregor, see, men like Conor McGregor,
00:59:23.020 wealthy, famous, super-famous guys,
00:59:27.020 he's what you call a ultra-high net worth individual.
00:59:31.020 net worth individual anybody with a net worth over $20 million is considered ultra high net worth
00:59:35.880 right if you're an ultra high net worth individual and you're not famous and no one knows who you are
00:59:42.040 you can go out in public and have fun and do whatever you want when you're Conor McGregor
00:59:46.560 when you're a famous individual you put yourself at risk in a very significant way I used to wonder
00:59:53.080 why wealthy people some of the clients I've worked for for executive protection would only go to
00:59:58.200 really expensive clubs exclusive places it's because they don't want to deal with the general
01:00:03.320 public not not because they don't like the general public but because of the risk of of liability or
01:00:08.680 the potential for liability i'll give you an example one of the guys who trained me how to do
01:00:12.440 executive protection work so many years ago a man named clifford stewart clifford stewart worked for
01:00:17.960 uh larry flint after he got shot he was on his production detail he worked for a bunch of famous
01:00:23.160 people james garner but also to mr t also the members of the saudi royal family so people would
01:00:28.840 ask why would mr t need a bodyguard especially in the 80s uh mr t was a tough guy you know i mean
01:00:34.920 big guy martial artist um fighter all the rest that liability if somebody walks up to mr t and
01:00:40.280 starts to fight mr t hits them that just cost mr t half million dollars because they are going to
01:00:45.720 sue so conor mcgregor had no business being in the position he was in i'm not saying whether or not i
01:00:52.920 think he was guilty or innocent doesn't really matter now because he's got to pay um not a
01:00:57.720 significant amount of money considering the charges against it was like 260 000 i think
01:01:03.400 and an american 250 000 euros 250 000 euros but he winds up in this position because
01:01:10.840 um a couple of different things one lack of discipline lack of self-control um lack of
01:01:16.200 accountability uh the people on his team should have been steering him in a different direction
01:01:22.040 so if if you have an alcohol and a drug problem and you're out with a woman and you're both under
01:01:28.680 the influence of drugs and alcohol if there is an accusation typically that should be a wash right
01:01:33.960 they should be about equal if there's equal protection under the law right in theory but
01:01:39.800 we already know if you're a man and you're being accused by a woman even though you're both under
01:01:44.520 the influence you are going to be um automatically considered to be the villain or the predator she's
01:01:51.640 going to automatically be considered the the um the the victim no matter what so imagine it from
01:01:57.480 this from this standpoint you know whether he whether he did anything wrong or not i think the
01:02:02.680 you know if you look at the the court documents they kind of speak for themselves you know but
01:02:06.760 you know i won't won't say anything that's going to get you uh get you in trouble with the youtube
01:02:10.680 uh youtube overlords you know what i mean but you know the more you look into it the more it
01:02:16.280 it looks a little bit um off let's just say so the key is don't get yourself in that position
01:02:22.680 in the first place all right so i've i've come across women that were very you know um you know 1.00
01:02:31.000 under the influence and very flirty even aggressively you know pursuing me sexually
01:02:36.760 you know what i do i walk away why because i know that's trouble but for me to do that i have to be
01:02:41.720 sober you see what i'm saying so i have to be sober and in control of my my um my faculties
01:02:48.040 so i don't make that decision in the first place because once you get in that position
01:02:52.120 think of it like this even if you're innocent once you're accused of g g r a p e grape once
01:02:58.920 you're accused of that imagine you're in you're 10 foot in a 10 foot hole in the ground and you've
01:03:03.880 got to now dig yourself out with a spoon while people shovel dirt on top of you uh it's it's
01:03:09.880 it's a it's an incredibly difficult task we've been able to do it um we're able to do it every
01:03:15.000 time we've we've we've embarked on that on that particular thing i haven't had the privilege of
01:03:19.880 working with some really good attorneys but there's there's there's a correlation to this
01:03:26.680 so bear with me so people wonder sometimes why the same women or stars or celebrities wind up
01:03:32.280 going out with the same women overnight you see it again this this woman's dating this guy and she's
01:03:36.360 this guy then this guy then this guy they're like why why are they dating the same woman they're
01:03:40.840 dating the same woman because she has been either partially or or or or completely vetted she's a
01:03:48.120 woman who can be trusted around a person who is has that much wealth that much power that much 1.00
01:03:53.800 fame and so she's she's proven not to be a thief that's one of those things she's proven not to be
01:03:59.240 a person who's going to speak out of turn or pillow talk that's another thing and she's and
01:04:04.200 and she's not trying to embarrass them.
01:04:06.440 That's why some of these guys will go out with the same women.
01:04:09.580 That's part of the reason why Drake is Mr. Steal Your Girl.
01:04:13.900 You know, like, number one, keep your girl away from Drake.
01:04:18.500 Away from Drake, because Drake is ruthless.
01:04:21.420 But part of the reason for that is these women have been already pre-selected, 0.97
01:04:25.980 pre-chosen, and pre-spreaded.
01:04:28.380 You know what I'm saying?
01:04:29.040 So Conor McGregor, and I've worked with some very wealthy, famous people.
01:04:33.940 people that can't do things that ordinary people can do so i'll give you an example not names i'll
01:04:38.340 give you any names anything like that but i had a client that was so famous and so wealthy he had
01:04:43.460 a car guy the car guy filled the car the cars with gas why he couldn't go to a gas station if
01:04:49.780 he went to a gas station not that anybody's trying to hurt him but he's so famous he would be mobbed
01:04:54.660 and it would be it would create a dangerous situation from there and if somebody was hurt
01:04:58.900 in that crush he would be sued because he would seem to be responsible so when you have that much
01:05:05.140 money and you you you represent that much wealth and that much earning potential your life is no
01:05:11.540 longer your own so once you reach like say a c-suite position right and i've worked for many
01:05:16.340 c-suite individuals as well too temporary jobs um they're not just representing themselves and
01:05:22.980 their family anymore they're representing their their corporate interests their shareholders
01:05:28.020 they have their answer answerable to the board of directors conor mcgregor's answers answerable
01:05:33.060 to all these people he's answerable to his employees the people who work for him you know
01:05:36.980 this is a man who's worth more than i think 150 million dollars or something like that
01:05:41.460 an incredible amount of wealth for a guy who started out punching people in the face for a
01:05:46.180 living you know and so to have that much you have so much responsibility that goes along with it
01:05:51.700 um so that 260 000 is a drop in the well compared to what he's going to lose going forward into the
01:05:58.900 future so we're talking about brand ambassadorships are walking away from him um you know he's the
01:06:04.420 face of so many different companies including his his alcohol brand all these things are in jeopardy
01:06:09.460 now because of poor decision making and um you know look i've i've worked for wealthy guys
01:06:15.780 that had issues whether it was drug or drugs or substance issues and we've been assigned to
01:06:22.740 you know i actually have guys now that when they call me typically they'll call me when they're in
01:06:26.660 trouble hey i need you to come get me um i went out with some some uh some exotic dancers took
01:06:33.380 them back to a hotel room they took all my clothes my watch my money my car my lamborghini's gone
01:06:38.740 and i'm here in the hotel naked can you bring me some clothes and pick me up and track down my stuff
01:06:43.700 uh and and so they have those but these aren't guys that are well known they're wealthy but
01:06:48.180 they're not well known conor mcgregor you know and and again i try to tell guys this there is
01:06:54.820 no equal protection under the law okay if you're a man and you're in that position you the presumption
01:07:01.460 is that you are guilty and and now instead of the way our criminal justice system is supposed to work
01:07:07.700 where the the burden of proof is on the accuser now the burden of of proof is on the on the accused
01:07:14.180 which is the opposite of what it should be but when it comes to this sort of thing you're
01:07:18.740 automatically going to be seen to be the bad guy would it have been better for him to use escorts
01:07:25.460 wouldn't that have like solved this in a way if he was going to cheat it might as well and party
01:07:30.500 and go out wouldn't it have better aren't there women paid to do that uh yes there are there are 1.00
01:07:36.580 women who do this and again people vilify them but you know escorting um sex work whatever it 1.00
01:07:42.980 might be or eggs work sorry um is the world's oldest profession for a reason yeah you know and
01:07:48.820 i had a debate with a um with with a politician not not too long well a couple years ago uh not
01:07:54.660 not the one i've photographed i was photographed with in south florida another politician
01:07:58.660 so they were they were pro-choice but they were anti-sex work you know and and so
01:08:06.020 well she was anti-men paying for it not women selling it so you know go go ahead and try to 0.98
01:08:11.620 figure out the hypocrisy there but my argument to her was this okay why are you pro-choice well
01:08:16.100 i think it's a woman's body she has a right to choose okay so a woman can choose to 1.00
01:08:20.820 um abort a fetus kill a baby whatever you want to call it all right but why can't that same woman 1.00
01:08:26.180 choose to sell her body for money there you go and and i got silence back in return and so there's
01:08:32.740 a lot of hypocrisy there's a lot of double standard that goes on um in in the the legal realm and so
01:08:39.460 many other things that men are up against and so when i hear people talk about especially feminists 1.00
01:08:45.140 talk about this vast patriarchy that's holding them down and most of them don't know what they're
01:08:50.420 talking about but you know if this was a patriarchy we have so many laws that only benefit women we'd 1.00
01:08:56.500 be the worst patriarchy in the history of patriarchies um so many laws are anti-male
01:09:02.660 and pro-female and um and again you know conor mcgregor will he appeal this the best thing he
01:09:09.220 could do is just pay this off and still try to try to clear his name the best he can but uh it you
01:09:16.500 know the the legal system over there was so stacked against him the judge was disallowing or ordering
01:09:25.700 the jury to ignore evidence that would have uh cast even further doubt on the the uh the the
01:09:33.060 victim story the the i think what the prime minister or the president of ireland was sending
01:09:38.180 her encouraging text messages uh the fix was in the fix was in again and even with his vast wealth
01:09:45.700 he's still you know look you can't fight city hall even when you're super super rich
01:09:49.940 uh and so he should have been um you know look some some guys and it seems like he has
01:09:55.620 some substance issues possibly some guys need handling you know and and again i've handled
01:10:02.260 i've been you know a handler for people that had issues brilliant people incredible at earning
01:10:08.020 money but their demons uh would sometimes push them over the edge and my job was to grab them
01:10:14.180 and pulled him back off that precipice.
01:10:17.360 And he needs people that are not going to enable him
01:10:20.780 or help facilitate his downward spiral,
01:10:24.520 but to put the brakes on it and give him alternatives.
01:10:27.260 An escort probably would have made life easier.
01:10:33.360 And again, it's about vetting,
01:10:35.840 but he's got so much money that pay somebody to go out with you.
01:10:39.460 Would have been easier.
01:10:40.340 So yeah, I think so.
01:10:41.980 and again there's a stigma against um escorts but you know they've been around forever for
01:10:49.040 for a very good reason well and how is it different than i mean that woman was going 0.99
01:10:53.460 to sleep with her boyfriend in the next week you know so i i know it's i know it's um it's kind of
01:11:00.920 like some guys see it as gross but i mean a slut's gonna be doing the same thing you know 1.00
01:11:06.600 Yeah, pretty much. So again, I made this comparison before. Women make the best spies. They make the best hitmen. They're the best at setting people up because people automatically want to trust them and trust their story. 1.00
01:11:28.820 And so that same ability to appear innocent helps them.
01:11:36.160 And, you know, again, I don't, you know, I'm not angry at, you know, people shouldn't be angry at women.
01:11:40.340 Men shouldn't be angry at women because this is just the nature of things.
01:11:43.740 So don't be angry.
01:11:45.480 It's like, you know, okay, my dog barks.
01:11:47.580 He cleans himself.
01:11:48.440 Usually he cleans himself when I'm on a conference call in a really loud obnoxious.
01:11:52.520 This is just what happens.
01:11:53.860 I'm not comparing women to dogs.
01:11:55.260 As I said, that was bad.
01:11:56.820 That's not what I'm doing.
01:11:58.960 Please don't cancel me.
01:12:01.780 But what I'm saying is that's just the nature.
01:12:04.560 And so you have to understand their nature.
01:12:07.040 And I've posted this in one of my X stories.
01:12:09.900 I think men have been the victim of the Disney princess 0.57
01:12:13.940 and Prince Charming narrative more than women have. 0.85
01:12:17.140 You know, the damsel in distress,
01:12:19.260 because there are more men that are attacking
01:12:22.460 and vilifying Conor McGregor than there are women.
01:12:26.820 mm-hmm no I I saw that I couldn't actually believe um I like Jake Paul but I saw a tweet
01:12:34.900 from him calling Connor a rapist and I just thought do the men believe this I'm like well
01:12:41.680 I understand the bruising maybe maybe it was pretty intense bruising but we don't know if she
01:12:47.280 hit herself you know we don't we don't know how we don't know if she fell down a flight of stairs 0.90
01:12:51.740 if she's on coke she says she doesn't remember having sex with another man what else does she
01:12:57.420 not remember yeah yeah precisely but this is precisely why he he should have been away from
01:13:03.740 that in the first place but a lot of guys that will jump on board that will do that as a means
01:13:07.740 of virtue signal you know uh they'll they'll virtue signal because they want to get the the
01:13:13.100 you know the attaboy and the pat on the head um and and you know it's unfortunate but you know
01:13:18.860 know there are guys you know jake paul is you know he's a social media guy and so he understands
01:13:24.280 the value of of what he's saying and what stories he's putting out there you know obviously he's a
01:13:29.980 master of social media yeah um and and so he he understands that that's part of you know something
01:13:36.040 that's going to be you know in his favor as far as likes and clicks and views and people watching
01:13:41.940 his you know the uh the bs fixed fights uh if you watch that mike tyson fight that was fixed
01:13:46.660 that was fixed love mike but but that was a fixed fight uh and and so but but he he understands this
01:13:52.760 stuff and he understands how to work the crowd so so a bunch of other guys there are some guys
01:13:56.300 who believe it because again they've they've gotten this disney princess we have to protect
01:14:01.280 all women um uh narrative and i remember there was a post out a tweet out where someone was asking
01:14:07.380 you know would you if you saw a woman in a fight with a man would you intercede it depends you
01:14:12.940 like remember i used to be a cop right and so i'd say about 70 of the domestic violence calls i went
01:14:20.540 on the violence was initiated by the woman she called a cop after she called the cops after she
01:14:27.180 started getting their behind kicked the women that were really getting battered and and beaten by guys 0.77
01:14:32.780 unfortunately were the women who rarely called the cops it was usually somebody else who called 1.00
01:14:37.020 the cops well most of the cops most of the calls we got was a woman hit a guy and he hit her back
01:14:41.580 then she called cops and so um and you know as far as the the thing with the the tampon i've actually
01:14:49.020 i actually know i actually know a woman that happened to um she put one in and then she 1.00
01:14:55.340 forgot and she put another one in and and and the only reason i know about it was because
01:15:00.220 she asked me to help her execute and i was like uh no thanks no no thanks anyway but you know
01:15:10.460 like that does happen it's rare um and and you know i i don't know what part of that story what
01:15:15.980 part you know of her story that was supposed to support i i really don't know um what is she saying
01:15:22.700 that conor mcgregor has a unit the size of an arm i i i don't know i i don't well it's the story
01:15:30.700 she was telling it seemed like that what was when i was listening to the court reporter talk it
01:15:35.660 seemed like they were convinced by the doctors that was the big thing that the doctor's statements
01:15:42.620 were very convincing well yeah but the doctor's statement is a very you know very linear in a
01:15:51.580 certain lane okay they can say yes she showed bruising and this happened did the doctor see
01:15:57.260 conor mcgregor or his friend perform an activity that would have caused that no but the sensationalism
01:16:04.940 of a doctor and and this was genius on the um the the prosecution side um or the the plaintiff side
01:16:11.420 i should say the the the introduction of the the doctor giving testimony in this dramatic way it's
01:16:17.660 like this perry mason moment where like oh my goodness this happened to her and that happened
01:16:21.900 to her and and it makes it seem a lot more dramatic and i'm sure whatever happened to her
01:16:26.220 was traumatic but was i convinced that it was you know conor mcgregor uh maybe maybe not but you know
01:16:32.780 but at the end of the day having a doctor say something adds a lot of credibility to whatever
01:16:37.420 story you're trying to push and and but also too i think what's of note is that the judge
01:16:43.420 disallowed a lot of evidence that would have supported conor mcgregor's theory but
01:16:49.260 the fact that he was drunk and again once you get here it's already too late for the most part
01:16:55.180 unless you unless you have a really good attorney and you have a really good investigator like like
01:17:00.460 me you know uh you know who can help you uh dig your way out of that hole why didn't he call you
01:17:08.060 why didn't he well you know what i you know i'm i'm available i would have flown over to ireland
01:17:14.460 they speak english barely and and so you know it's it's it's unfortunate you know because
01:17:24.220 you're you're dealing with this sort of circumstances where someone is saying okay
01:17:27.820 okay, this happened to me.
01:17:30.600 And look, I'm not a calloused individual.
01:17:32.820 Look, before I worked,
01:17:35.000 the first grape accusation case I ever worked,
01:17:38.100 the attorney that put me on that case,
01:17:40.520 I'd worked for him doing a bunch of other
01:17:42.400 criminal defense stuff before.
01:17:44.580 And when he told me about it,
01:17:45.940 he said, look, I know you're squeamish about this.
01:17:48.780 And I said, what is it?
01:17:49.840 And he said, well, this guy's accused of this.
01:17:51.860 And I was like, ah, I'm not interested.
01:17:53.580 He said, look, just look at the evidence
01:17:55.460 and let me know what you think.
01:17:57.700 And as I looked at the evidence more and more, I was like, wait a second.
01:18:00.720 So here in Florida, the cases I've worked on,
01:18:05.380 and in all of the cases, law enforcement did no investigation.
01:18:09.700 There was no investigation before these men were arrested and accused.
01:18:15.380 So the accuser went in and said, this person did this to me.
01:18:19.340 They said, okay, let's go get him.
01:18:20.340 And he was arrested and Perk walked in front of their family, friends,
01:18:25.760 and their peers at work.
01:18:27.220 with no evidence supporting it.
01:18:29.620 And so we had to find evidence to disprove it.
01:18:32.580 And again, unless you understand the dynamics
01:18:35.220 of how to get that information,
01:18:37.160 how to extract that information from people
01:18:38.860 and how to go about pursuing it,
01:18:41.180 you're, you know, like that line at the end
01:18:45.760 of one of my favorite movies of all time, Blade,
01:18:48.040 some MFers are always trying to ice skate uphill.
01:18:51.180 And you're literally going to be trying to ice skate uphill.
01:18:54.560 And again, a man with,
01:18:56.260 and we go back to his wealth a man with conor mcgregor's wealth and fame shouldn't be dealing
01:19:02.820 with people like this um and where he's going on a three-day bender and and all the rest of these
01:19:08.580 things that shouldn't happen for a guy in that position you know so now so he's going to lose
01:19:13.540 money with brand ambassadorships endorsements those are going to be gone um you know he's got
01:19:19.300 to pay you know the money he has to pay but also too he had political aspirations in ireland those
01:19:24.740 are probably out the window yeah that's over and so you know so there's so many different things
01:19:31.220 you know if he had political opponents that were worried about him
01:19:36.340 you know running up behind them and catching up to them this was the perfect opportunity
01:19:41.060 to wipe him off the board and and if anybody thinks that people won't go to any length when
01:19:45.460 it comes to politics i've done political work i've done opposition research man you want to
01:19:50.180 talk about knife fight that's when the knives and claws and fangs come out and anything goes and so
01:19:56.740 uh if i were mr mcgregor going forward i would number one i would probably go to rehab
01:20:02.180 um he probably needs rehab people have been speculating a long time that he's
01:20:06.020 you know he's hasn't been sober for a very very long time he should probably go to rehab just for
01:20:10.340 his own sake number two um fire your team wherever your team is they haven't served you well uh you
01:20:17.860 need a team that's going to tell you no you can't do this no we can't do that no we have to do this
01:20:22.100 instead but we have to do that and then if you need to hire a professional hire a professional
01:20:27.700 you know but you know he's a married guy um you know i get it he doesn't want to you know he's
01:20:32.020 he's kind of got to walk that type and he's got children but you know um you know he's he's he's
01:20:41.380 He's got to revamp his whole system, and with his fame, he probably, he might be able to rebuild because of how much money was awarded.
01:20:50.840 So if it was in the United States of America, especially a case like this, when it comes to a lot of money, somebody wealthy, famous, Gloria Allred would have been on the case, 100%.
01:21:01.240 She would have been on that case. 0.76
01:21:02.400 And once Gloria Allred gets on that case, you better get out your checkbook.
01:21:05.300 You're going to pay some money.
01:21:07.040 You're going to.
01:21:07.800 she's she's she's really really good um at what she does you know but the fact that she was only
01:21:14.800 awarded um the equivalent of about 250 000 that for me raised a lot of red flags as well too
01:21:21.880 because okay you know and remember the burden of proof is is you know the standard of proof
01:21:28.480 for conviction or or judgment in this case is less than it is in the criminal court the criminal
01:21:34.020 court is beyond a shadow of a doubt or it's supposed to be and in civil court this threshold
01:21:39.860 is much much much lower oh well maybe he did it so let's give an award of of you know some
01:21:46.100 monetary value but you know she only got 250 000 if that same case had taken place in the states
01:21:52.660 it would have been in the millions it would have been much much more so he might be able to rebuild
01:21:57.620 from this but i would say the first thing he needs to do is do the usual mea culpas where he goes to
01:22:02.980 rehab and then puts out a statement you know with his wife next to him and his kids with him doing
01:22:08.100 the you know the hallmark moment you know i want to be a better man and this net and then try to
01:22:12.020 rebuild from there but uh with the image he has with the trouble he's gotten into over the years
01:22:18.180 your your reputation follows you that's that's why brand management is so important that's what
01:22:22.740 we talked about before how you know men have to vet their women like you would a brand ambassador
01:22:28.500 like a corporation or a corporate entity would a brand ambassador it's part of your image i know
01:22:33.140 guys out there will say women out there will say i don't have a brand yes you do and and you either 0.95
01:22:37.540 control the construction of your brand or someone else will control it for you so a guy like conor
01:22:43.300 mcgregor um you know he was involved in an incident where a man an old man didn't accept
01:22:48.980 a drink from and conor mcgregor punched the guy like an elderly guy and it's like so his image
01:22:56.500 is such that you know probably the jury looked at it and said well you know maybe he didn't do it
01:23:01.540 but i could see him doing it you know the evidence doesn't look really good but i can see him doing
01:23:05.780 it because i mean look i mean you know for the most part he seems like a jerk you know to most
01:23:11.220 people i'm sure he's great to his family but he's done so many things um in the public eye that that
01:23:17.140 hurt his image so much um you know frankly i'm surprised he hasn't been hit with a with a
01:23:23.540 significant judgment before this. So what were his, okay the three-day bender, the alcohol,
01:23:30.340 the strange woman, was there any other mistakes he made in this process?
01:23:36.660 Yeah, well yeah, I mean there's a laundry list of mistakes he made. Number one, he shouldn't
01:23:41.300 have been there in the first place. Number two, if you got a buddy that hangs with you and he
01:23:45.220 facilitates this sort of behavior, knowing what you stand to lose, your friend would not let you
01:23:53.460 or should not let you do this considering what you stand to lose now he's he's obviously got an
01:24:01.180 alcohol and it seems like he has a drug problem that's his that's your biggest problem if you're
01:24:05.620 a man and you're out of control you're going to be held accountable most women in usual in most 1.00
01:24:10.480 cases when it comes to the woman is not going to be held accountable they're not and so the man is
01:24:15.440 going to be held accountable you can't be out of control like that number two um control the
01:24:22.120 your communication with people um and so you know there there should have been a lot more
01:24:29.460 accountability as far as her being given the opportunity to vocalize or put on writing
01:24:35.280 somewhere and text messages that see that she consented to this and there are contracts that
01:24:40.480 that people have sexual activity consent forms and things of that nature i know it seems far
01:24:45.500 fetched and people think that's a lot to go through i've met women personally and and and so 0.59
01:24:50.720 So when I meet women, there's no alcohol involved. 1.00
01:24:54.080 There's no alcohol.
01:24:55.080 Meeting women for drinks is the worst idea on the face of the earth. 1.00
01:24:58.080 Why?
01:24:59.080 Because there's a thing called what I call the retroactive grape charge.
01:25:03.540 So the retroactive grape charge can usually be triggered by regret, guilt, or in some
01:25:11.680 instances, the promise of financial reward.
01:25:17.600 So if we look back in time and we examine the Kobe Bryant incident in Colorado, a good
01:25:25.880 friend of mine was friends with the young lady that made the accusation.
01:25:30.960 After supposedly he forced himself on her, she had consensual eggs with, I think, four
01:25:40.320 other guys.
01:25:41.360 They found the DNA of four other men in her underwear, none of it Kobe Bryant's.
01:25:47.580 But what happened was this.
01:25:50.100 She was bragging to people at a party. 1.00
01:25:52.220 This was all testified that, oh, hey, I hooked up with Kobe Bryant.
01:25:56.920 This is after he's laughing and high-fiving people, that sort of thing.
01:26:01.280 And so people are so quick to just say, okay, the guy must have been guilty.
01:26:07.240 Well, my burden and my curse as an investigator is I look at the evidence.
01:26:12.860 I take my feelings out of things and look at the objective evidence.
01:26:16.980 it was settled out of court he settled for millions of dollars why because that was the
01:26:21.340 most expedient way to go forward so whenever you see a star settling it doesn't necessarily mean
01:26:26.820 that they're guilty i'm just speaking just from an objective standpoint um it just means that
01:26:32.120 it's the easiest way to go forward to to put everything to bed instead of dragging everything
01:26:37.140 out to court um look at the lengths johnny depp had to go through to to prove himself innocent
01:26:44.200 but now guess what but again and i've said this before being wealthy is like having a superpower
01:26:48.840 right if he didn't have the money to afford the um the the legal representation he had and the
01:26:54.120 investigators he had um he he would still have this stain over his head people still want to
01:26:59.320 blame him even though it was found that she made up the story so how common is this to happen to
01:27:05.160 average men because you know i've sort of i me being me when there's like men that i know or
01:27:12.120 friends with relatives i'll say things like you know maybe get like ring cameras in your apartment
01:27:17.960 just in case you know because you never know but most men have the impression this won't happen to
01:27:23.160 them i'm not rich i'm not famous and would you say that is warranted well um here's what i would say
01:27:33.000 when it comes to that there's no way they they say the the occurrence of false grape accusations is
01:27:39.880 less than 10% well you know how do you really quantify that because if a guy
01:27:45.460 can't afford an attorney he can't afford an investigator how many guys are in
01:27:50.380 jail right now that that are innocent but that couldn't afford to prove
01:27:55.840 themselves you know you know couldn't afford to prove that that they were
01:28:00.100 innocent so what I would tell guys is this it doesn't matter if you're wealthy
01:28:03.320 it's not always about financial reward sometimes it's about guilt sometimes
01:28:08.320 it's about shame or embarrassment you know like they you know their friends find out oh you hooked
01:28:13.100 up with that with that fat hairy ugly dude at the bar oh that's nasty oh well i didn't mean to
01:28:18.240 to do anything with him he just took it and and i've actually worked on cases where that has
01:28:23.420 happened to guys and so what i would tell guys is this and and this protects the women as well too
01:28:28.620 you know before anybody accuses me of being misogynist so get confirmed consent get a positive
01:28:36.940 or definite yes that they want to engage in in physical activity years ago you could just you
01:28:44.140 know like you could meet a woman or your guy or whatever however you however you go and you could
01:28:49.660 go out and you know one thing led to another and it was just people just kind of go with flow right
01:28:55.180 you can't do that anymore you have to get a positive yes i've actually met women for coffee 1.00
01:29:00.140 and i actually have a an actual activity consent form and i'm like look do you see this getting
01:29:06.300 physically at some point yes and literally i'll give it to him with an envelope when you have time
01:29:11.740 review this sign it i'm not even kidding i know i could look like i'm i'm so paranoid about about
01:29:19.100 these things i actually tell people that i'm i'm actually cursed i think you know what i mean
01:29:24.700 and and i've had women say to me are you serious yes i am quite serious this protects you this
01:29:29.660 This protects you, and it protects me as well.
01:29:32.360 And so, you know, and I've only had one woman object 0.99
01:29:36.400 to signing and filling out the sexual activity consent form.
01:29:41.140 And guess what?
01:29:42.020 Didn't see her again.
01:29:43.100 And why?
01:29:43.800 Because, you know, look, I'm not going to engage with someone
01:29:48.420 who may in the future want to do something like that,
01:29:51.520 as well as saving text messages.
01:29:54.560 Because here's the thing.
01:29:55.500 Women will save every bit of correspondence you have. 1.00
01:29:58.960 every text message you have they will save it they'll record phone calls they'll save emails
01:30:04.640 and so having a having that consent form that's just one piece in the puzzle uh to to protect
01:30:10.560 yourself next don't we don't meet women for you know for for alcohol why you have to look at it 1.00
01:30:16.640 from from this standpoint when we talk about consent right here's what guys need to keep in
01:30:22.320 in mind you cannot consent if you are not in the right mind to also be able to sign a a contract
01:30:30.640 a legally binding contract so if that person if a drunk person shows up at a closing for a piece
01:30:36.740 of property the closing agent is going to cancel that closing and reschedule for another day why
01:30:41.360 because that that contract can be invalidated because they're not in their right mind are they
01:30:46.820 of legal age that's obviously that's the first then otherwise you're in real trouble yeah um are
01:30:51.780 are they are they of sound mind and body are they under coercion or duress you know you see i'm
01:30:59.700 coming from so if they can't legally consent so meaning if they're under the influence of alcohol
01:31:04.740 or drugs there is no consent now i can't i also can't consent but nobody cares about men nobody
01:31:11.300 cares whether or not we consent it's all about whether or not the woman consents and so and 0.81
01:31:15.940 again i'm not you know going to go back and forth about whether that's right or wrong i think we
01:31:20.580 We can all draw a very reasonable conclusion about the, you know, the fairness of that.
01:31:26.680 But as men, you have to protect yourself.
01:31:28.740 So that's where I would start if I were men.
01:31:31.980 Avoid those women who go out and are really, really, really easy. 1.00
01:31:38.080 And, you know, women that are drunk and throwing themselves at you, yeah, sure, that might be an easy way to go. 1.00
01:31:44.040 but um you know you could pay your price for it later on down the line and it's incredibly hard
01:31:50.040 for for you to prove that you didn't especially if she could consent
01:31:56.520 uh and and so from a male standpoint guys have to stop being so cavalier about it thinking ah you
01:32:03.320 know what that happened to that guy it can't happen to you well you know every single guy
01:32:09.480 i helped defend probably thought the same thing until they were literally arrested and perk walked
01:32:15.800 and put in handcuffs and taken the jail and accused of grape and so you look at the the the
01:32:22.760 consequences of being arrested and even if you're not convicted so your reputation is shattered
01:32:29.880 it's done you know so if you if you google these guys names it'll show that they were arrested for
01:32:35.880 actual battery right which here in florida that's the statute for grape and so most people don't
01:32:42.120 have the wherewithal or the skill or the knowledge to look further and say okay what really happened
01:32:46.680 i know how to do that but most people don't so their reputations are screwed most people when
01:32:51.720 they hear that just hearing the accusation is enough for most people to want to destroy you
01:32:57.560 and burn your house whether you're guilty or not people don't wait for a guilty verdict they just
01:33:01.720 hey you're accused we had that hashtag believe all women thing remember that yeah um you know
01:33:07.960 instead that should be replaced with hashtag analyzed believe no women believe no believe no
01:33:19.480 trust the evidence trust the evidence in front of you instead of just an individual's word because
01:33:24.840 uh how many women like there was a colonel in the army that wound up having to get out of 1.00
01:33:29.000 the army because he was accused of a um he was about to make general i don't remember the guy's
01:33:33.560 name and he was accused of a woman he knew from the from the military academy of of forcing 0.78
01:33:40.440 himself on her well you know his name got dragged through the mud his career stalled he wound up
01:33:45.800 leaving the military and he wound up suing and years later she wound up admitting and and
01:33:52.440 retracting her accusation well well the guy's life is already in tatters and and when you look at
01:33:58.680 the consequences for women who make false accusations there is no she was fined well
01:34:05.240 she was he was given a judgment of like eight million dollars and then um you know then it
01:34:10.600 was reduced to like 1.2 million dollars or something like that she'll never pay that money 0.98
01:34:15.160 but this guy's life is ruined his family life was ruined i think his wife divorced him
01:34:19.480 you know it ruined his career and and most guys are just happy to be just be out of it but more
01:34:26.440 guys should seek um punitive damages when when when they've been falsely accused the other
01:34:34.280 question too is what specifically is essay because you know is it like i've heard
01:34:43.400 that that even could be considered if he takes the condom off without like her consent you know
01:34:49.560 not say like that you shouldn't do that right but is that the same thing as getting pulled off the
01:34:54.440 side of the road and you know by our stranger and for you know i don't i think those are different
01:34:59.800 things right well yeah grape grape by itself is it's kind of like the term um human trafficking
01:35:09.240 what does it mean could mean a whole bunch of things um you know so like with the famous diddy
01:35:15.720 case right now he was accused of human trafficking because he paid some you know male and female
01:35:21.960 you know pro prostitutes um to go across state lines so he paid them to do this did he force 0.83
01:35:30.440 them to do this where they kidnapped and thrown in the back of a trunk and and transported no
01:35:36.120 they drove themselves over there they transported themselves over there but that's human trafficking
01:35:40.360 it can also be it could be so many different things when you look at the term the term grape
01:35:45.160 what what i think of is someone being forced or coerced through some sort of force through
01:35:50.600 forceful action or to threat of force but it's it's much much more than that grape can be again
01:35:58.760 you know the problem with our legal system and the way the the inequity in the administration
01:36:05.800 of justice is that i can have consent from a woman and we can copulate you know i'm trying
01:36:14.600 to use words that youtube won't get angry about and we can copulate and a month later she can
01:36:20.040 decide she no longer consents so she can retroactively remove consent you know and so
01:36:30.120 it's so fraught with danger guys are you know like friends of mine think i'm crazy like dude
01:36:34.040 you really have women sign and fill these things out and they even have categories like hey do you 1.00
01:36:38.440 Do you want to do X, Y, Z?
01:36:42.940 Why?
01:36:43.500 Because, look, I've worked on so many cases where guys were falsely accused.
01:36:47.260 Yeah.
01:36:47.940 And when you look at the evidence, like, wait a second,
01:36:50.720 this guy didn't do anything any differently than anybody else would have.
01:36:53.400 What do you think of ring cameras in the house?
01:36:56.560 Would that protect men?
01:36:59.080 To a certain extent.
01:37:01.100 And so, you know, look, here's the thing.
01:37:04.020 they can show that you didn't do anything forcefully to someone but if you then
01:37:11.760 videotape them without their knowledge yeah you can't do that either then there's a whole
01:37:17.700 another set of and again this is not the black pill men this is not the black pill men you know
01:37:22.320 i know guys are thinking why bother look you got to be really you really really careful you have
01:37:28.200 to use a lot of discernment and you have to vet women thoroughly vetting women thoroughly
01:37:33.380 helps with this you know we worked on one case where and i'll i'll tell the story about this
01:37:38.600 one day so i'll give you and your viewers a a peek about this story all right a peek behind the at
01:37:43.920 the curtain so this was a um an essay accusation of a wealthy guy but when we started peeling back
01:37:54.400 the layers and you know he made bond and i sat down and talked with him she he did have you know
01:38:00.840 copy he did copulate with her but after copulating with her she threatened to accuse him of grape
01:38:07.560 unless he paid her he refused to pay she accused him of grape he was arrested
01:38:15.880 and so when we looked further and further and further she had a habit of doing this i'll i'll 0.97
01:38:20.360 write that story up at some point but um he wound up getting out of it but again like most people
01:38:25.160 we encouraged them to seek punitive damages against her but he did not he just wanted to get
01:38:30.120 you just wanted to get put that behind them you know which i understand to one extent but
01:38:36.520 if there is no punishment because the law you know the the the state attorneys here in florida
01:38:42.760 that were quick to arrest guys um they were not willing to levy any sort of legal charges
01:38:51.160 for filing a false report against the women that falsely accused these guys even with admissions
01:38:55.880 that yes it was a false accusation uh they still refuse to so again there is no equal
01:39:02.600 administration of justice and so as men you have to be really careful so i know a lot of people
01:39:08.920 have been talking about and you brought it up about escorts more and more guys are are utilizing
01:39:15.240 the services of escorts i found you know more and more women doing hidden hidden sex works 1.00
01:39:21.800 the husband or the fiance so boyfriends didn't know about um and you know the the you know the
01:39:29.680 the benefit of that i guess would be that this is a person who would be unlikely to want to
01:39:35.400 file any sort of charges against you because that is their profession
01:39:38.440 what do you think when because men seem to think oh that's just the girls in the city the girls by 1.00
01:39:48.100 me won't do that or oh that's just the like even i would have this challenge with um like whenever
01:39:54.420 i talk about a trend like people just seem to think that doesn't happen where they live or
01:39:59.860 amongst their communities um if it's ever a negative trend that women do does that make sense 0.92
01:40:07.780 yes it does and and it's it's again it's this um it's hidden the kind of the head the head
01:40:13.300 in the sand wishful thinking attitude i've worked on cases for false grape charges in places like
01:40:22.260 miami which is a major metropolitan area and also in places like ocala florida most people never
01:40:28.180 heard of his horse country but but the same thing and so the the tendencies of female nature um they 1.00
01:40:36.340 don't have borders female nature is female nature period and and i'm not saying all women do this 1.00
01:40:43.220 you know please you know you know to your viewers i'm not saying all women do this right you know
01:40:47.140 the amount of women that do this is not a large number of women but look at some of the things 0.99
01:40:51.780 we've seen from the past where a guy and a girl maybe they dated they got together and later on
01:40:57.220 years later he's famous now and then all of a sudden they come out of the woodworkers oh yeah
01:41:01.860 he did this to me 40 years ago uh there's a very famous one right now of uh of a gentleman who was
01:41:08.980 recently elected to a very very high public office uh the woman said he he did this to me and um some
01:41:16.180 of it is politically motivated again we talk about the political game being about the dirtiest
01:41:20.820 fighting you will ever see in your entire life uh they will ruin your life and they will ruin
01:41:25.460 your reputation they'll have you thrown in jail just so they can win or you know defeat their
01:41:29.380 enemy that's their job and so if if you become rich later on in life you could be you could be
01:41:36.820 a dude that has nothing and again
01:41:39.000 I've seen this where guys have had
01:41:40.900 nothing that all of a sudden they make a bunch of
01:41:42.880 money and if a woman 1.00
01:41:45.020 who hooked up with you in the past
01:41:46.800 all of a sudden finds out that you've got
01:41:48.760 you know eight nine figures
01:41:50.780 behind your you know in your bank account that
01:41:52.740 hmm let's see what can
01:41:54.880 I do and then they'll start getting those
01:41:56.840 those little voices you know chirping
01:41:58.740 in their hair hey look you know you can get paid
01:42:00.800 and a lot
01:42:02.960 of times they can and for them to get paid
01:42:04.960 they've got to ruin your reputation and drag your name through the button and
01:42:08.400 they have no problem doing it. So, um, you know,
01:42:12.960 if you become a target of opportunities, someone will target you.
01:42:16.560 Right. Yeah. But it's,
01:42:20.680 it got to the point when I was doing my shows, like,
01:42:24.520 I just don't believe any women pretty much. And I don't know. No, 1.00
01:42:28.400 I really don't because they would say, they would all say pretty much every
01:42:33.120 other show a woman would tell me she was abused by her ex-boyfriend and at first I would just
01:42:39.060 believe them because I mean if someone tells like if we're on on this stream and you tell me my ex
01:42:44.860 girlfriend hit me or something you know naturally I don't think people lie about that I'm sure you
01:42:50.140 do but naturally I wouldn't think that people lie about this stuff and then I then someone in the
01:42:57.860 chat told me to ask like two or three questions and I did and I just started doing that every
01:43:04.040 single time and the stories they would tell me I'll give you an example one woman said she was
01:43:11.560 like thrown down a flight of stairs and I was like oh that's terrible right so you know yeah
01:43:16.080 but I asked her so what happened leading up to that situation like what was the argument oh well
01:43:22.040 he wanted me to leave okay like I was fighting with him and we were his kid was crying and I'm
01:43:28.200 like okay were you in his house and so what had actually happened was he was pushing her to get
01:43:34.700 out because she wouldn't leave so she was trespassing and she fell down the stairs because
01:43:40.980 he was pushing her out of the like that's what I gathered is he was just trying to get her to leave
01:43:45.840 because she wouldn't leave and so I'm like okay you said he was abusive but really you were doing
01:43:51.380 the illegal thing you were trespassing yeah and and again it's a it's a slippery slope if you're
01:43:59.080 a man um you know if if you want someone to leave your your house especially a woman 0.54
01:44:04.420 you know and i get it your house is your castle and so if there's a man in my house and i want
01:44:10.800 him to leave guess what i'm not calling the police i'm gonna grab him by the scruff of his
01:44:14.280 neck and his belt and he's gonna get catapulted out of my house yeah but woman if it was a woman 1.00
01:44:19.580 I know from just cases I've worked on
01:44:24.780 that if I put a hand on a woman 1.00
01:44:28.240 and throw her out of my house, 1.00
01:44:30.000 it doesn't matter what the circumstances are,
01:44:31.720 I'm still probably going to get arrested.
01:44:34.540 And if she gets bruised, I'm going to get sued.
01:44:37.440 And so I've seen guys,
01:44:39.140 worked on cases where guys actually had to call the police,
01:44:42.640 and I've worked on cases where guys have physically
01:44:44.960 thrown women out of their houses, 1.00
01:44:46.720 that all of a sudden they're getting arrested,
01:44:48.680 they're getting sued even though they're trying to get some and again there is no equal administration
01:44:53.240 of the law there's no equal protection under the law and so men have to be really really careful
01:44:58.060 but again we go back to you have to vet these women before you let them in your life you know 1.00
01:45:05.340 if you don't vet women before you let them in your life think of it like a job application you 0.92
01:45:10.140 wouldn't just hire somebody off the street would you but you'll let a woman who just looks good 1.00
01:45:14.840 who you just met into your home and and have access to all of your your belongings maybe your
01:45:21.200 other family members your peace of mind all these other things and so guys have to be a lot more
01:45:26.360 discerning and a lot more uh discriminatory when it comes to to picking women and letting them into
01:45:33.900 their life i've got like me personally i'm i've walked away from so many women uh just because 0.98
01:45:40.580 i'm like nah i i don't like this i don't like that or you know obviously the one of the big
01:45:45.620 red flags if they're not willing to sign my uh my my my my act my my consent form you know i'm gonna
01:45:52.820 i'm gonna i'm gonna email it to you one day just so you can see what i'm talking about
01:45:58.100 and you know it's like i've instructed my son to do the same thing like look if they're not
01:46:02.100 willing to sign this go away but that's just one piece of it number one i'm gonna i'm gonna
01:46:07.620 check their habits number one i'm going to peruse their social media and see what types of things
01:46:12.100 they they they do on social media and so you know guys guys have to be more careful especially
01:46:18.340 nowadays because it's so easy to put yourself in harm's way either criminally or or in a civil
01:46:24.020 civil court you know it's like they in in the criminal part of the conor mcgregor uh case uh
01:46:30.740 they they found there was insufficient evidence to charge him you know and so that that could mean a
01:46:35.940 lot of different things there wasn't enough evidence they didn't think it rose to the level
01:46:39.220 of criminal activity but in the civil trial he winds up paying and so you know as men you know
01:46:46.500 and you talk about you know you you mentioned before about assault and you know that sort of
01:46:51.700 thing like if a guy takes off a a condom you know stealth removal they call it the stealth condom 0.64
01:46:57.060 removal is what it's called um is that illegal yeah that is illegal if you take that off and
01:47:02.900 you enter a woman um without a condom when she thinks you're wearing one you stealthily take 0.88
01:47:08.660 it off and say you impregnate her or give her an sti you can yeah that is actually battery
01:47:15.860 but that same woman can retrieve your condom from the trash and again i've worked on 1.00
01:47:20.500 worked on a really tragic case where this happened and she impregnated herself that works 0.87
01:47:25.860 and look i did not think i did not think that worked i'm actually working on a video now about
01:47:36.420 companies that purposefully manufacture products just for the purpose of they don't call it sperm
01:47:43.700 jacking or spurglory which is what it is but they have these kits that women can use either two to
01:47:48.980 four times so between 50 and 200 bucks a woman can retrieve a condom from the trash it does work 1.00
01:47:54.580 they can retrieve a condom from the trash and it's kind of like a turkey baster you know i mean
01:48:02.460 they can inject this uh your dna into them and the way and again no equal protection under the law
01:48:08.780 right none none whatsoever if a woman sperm jacks a man and steals his dna without his consent 0.98
01:48:16.860 you know they call it false false uh false false parentage uh false paternity or or forced
01:48:23.520 paternity, I should say, sperm jacking, spurgulery, there's so many other names for it. 0.98
01:48:27.920 But in the family courts, judges always presume 100% liability on the man's part. If it's your
01:48:36.460 DNA, it doesn't matter how she got it. Sperm jacking is not illegal anywhere on the planet 1.00
01:48:42.580 earth. Okay. There are companies and, you know, they have marketing material, a whole bunch of
01:48:48.120 like, I've watched some of the YouTube videos. I've seen a watch it like, like, man. And there
01:48:53.260 companies that manufacture products just for that so if i take off a condom without a woman's 1.00
01:48:59.340 you know knowledge and impregnator um i can be charged charged with battery but if she retrieves
01:49:04.620 my dna and impregnates herself uh without my consent without my knowledge and um i can still 0.88
01:49:11.820 be i will still be paying child support for the next 18 years the guy we we we tried to help out
01:49:18.140 with this case uh we knew was it was an uphill battle you know but even with all the evidence
01:49:22.860 we got even with um statements i i i retrieved from her friends who said yeah that was her
01:49:29.180 intention because the guy was the guy made a lot of money um she even admitted and text messages
01:49:35.580 that that we were able to capture from friends of hers said yeah now i got him on the hook um you
01:49:40.780 know if i can just get you know so you know she she fraudulently used his dna and even with all
01:49:49.420 the evidence we got the judge was still like yeah okay whatever you're still paying but that's that's
01:49:55.580 how that's how that's how slanted that's how good we are at being a patriarchy we put ourselves in
01:50:01.980 in jeopardy and danger with all these rules and laws that are designed to destroy a man's life
01:50:07.020 so now imagine how that impacts a guy's life his future say you're a guy who's just trying to live
01:50:13.020 his life you got a plan well now that plan has been uh put off the rails because you got sperm
01:50:18.860 jacked does that happen there's no way to quantify how much of this has happened uh there's more than
01:50:25.020 one way there's more than just that there's obviously the tampering with a condom that's
01:50:29.660 one way that still is the tried and true method but the most common way women get 1.00
01:50:34.380 abandon and pregnant them without a man's uh knowledge or a willful you know act of trying 1.00
01:50:41.580 to get a woman pregnant is i can't get pregnant or i'm already pregnant so you don't need to use 0.93
01:50:47.740 a condom so the old head fake and and and but but it still works why are they sleeping with pregnant 1.00
01:50:54.060 within you that's so gross you know but but you know yeah yeah but but these things exist
01:51:01.260 and uh you know um and you know when i look at i'm sitting like holy smokes man you know if
01:51:06.620 there was a company that manufactured you know a roofie kit you know i mean uh they they wouldn't
01:51:14.380 be in business for very long you know and people would be outside protesting these companies but
01:51:19.020 these other companies there's more than one company that manufactures these things
01:51:23.580 and and um and and it's unfortunate that's why you know guys have to be careful you have to and
01:51:29.180 actually talked about this you have to dispose i did a live about this one you have to dispose of
01:51:34.060 your dna you have to take charge of your dna yourself first of all throwing the trash that's
01:51:40.220 nasty like this nasty anyway just throwing it in the trash wrap it in toilet paper flush it
01:51:48.460 use spermicidal uh agents in in the uh the the condoms um that are designed to kill sperm cells
01:51:55.100 once you you know once you ejaculate um you have to take charge of your dna um i actually told a
01:52:01.740 put a story on x about a um a sperm jacking ring out in california where they had women that would 0.75
01:52:07.340 collect dna that was their job to collect dna from men and they had women that would impregnate 1.00
01:52:14.140 themselves with the dna and these rings were criminal rings that would get a percentage of
01:52:19.260 the child support now california is different because if and these were we're targeting wealthy
01:52:24.540 guys mostly ball players other athletes I got turned on to this because one of my
01:52:30.940 neighbors a woman was dating one of one of one of the the basketball teams in
01:52:37.500 Los Angeles one of his sons you know the the previous owner he's passed away but
01:52:42.160 she was dating one of his sons he would tell us all the scoops about this this
01:52:45.600 was back in the 90s that stuff was going on so I'm sure it's probably still
01:52:49.420 going on um and and so men are targets you know so men have to be more cautious and you have to be
01:52:58.460 more careful and and what i tell guys is this think of it this way especially if you're an
01:53:02.380 up-and-coming guy if you're a wealthy guy think that you are a spy in cold war east germany
01:53:08.460 and one slip up will will send you to a gulag in russia in siberia
01:53:13.820 yeah i just didn't know that worked like i figured there's no way that would that would work you
01:53:23.000 no i'll i'll i'll share some more details with you but i'm actually going to make a video about
01:53:28.720 talking about one of these companies in particular and some of them and i'll share it with you but
01:53:32.960 uh it's you know again you know there are so many pitfalls and landmines that men can step on
01:53:41.440 nowadays you know besides all the rest of the thing the competition with other men business all
01:53:46.320 the rest of the stuff um you know there are women out there that and again i'm not saying most women 1.00
01:53:52.840 i'm not saying all women you know but um does it happen enough to where men should be careful and
01:53:59.320 cautious yes they should and then you know going even further we're talking about paternity fraud
01:54:03.420 you know so like like for instance the state of florida if i'm married and my wife steps out of
01:54:10.500 marriage and gets impregnated by another man do you know by law the family courts in florida
01:54:15.860 would still i would still have to take care of someone else's child yeah i knew that
01:54:23.460 unless the guy was willing to and probably not because the guy's a dirtbag anyway for
01:54:28.260 messing with a married woman but you know unless he was willing to come forward and say yeah you
01:54:32.340 know what i want to take full responsibility and go to the courts and and claim responsibility for
01:54:37.620 that child what are the odds of that happening i've never seen it happen i've never seen it well
01:54:41.540 actually it happened once i've seen it happen once and again i have people i have friends who work
01:54:47.220 work at the family courts and with the family court system they tell me stories i'm sitting
01:54:50.980 like holy smokes man uh and that's a i mean like that's a horrible law that that's a terrible law
01:54:57.620 and again there is no equal protection under the law when it comes to that the ban is you know
01:55:03.460 going to be um in a very bad situation and so when people ask about marriage why is marriage
01:55:09.780 falling off a cliff well well these are part part of the reasons why marriage marriage are 0.99
01:55:13.380 falling off a cliff like what like what's in it for me oh well you know society needs this okay
01:55:19.220 well to hell with society what do i get out of it everybody else gets out of something out of this 0.83
01:55:23.540 but men why should men do this if the laws are set up for men to either be um a slave
01:55:31.380 the wage slave to your wife um it used to be they changed the laws the the um the the statute for
01:55:38.980 alimony used to be a life sentence so if a woman got alimony she got it for the rest of her life 1.00
01:55:45.380 until the man died she died or until she remarried guess how many of those women remarried 1.00
01:55:53.060 so now they put a limit on it so now it's just more like a really long car payment than a life
01:55:57.540 sentence but again there are so many laws that that heavily excuse heavily skewed in the favor
01:56:03.860 of women and against men so you know so we we need to do a lot of work on our patriarchy skills yeah 1.00
