00:00:00.000 It is actually very common for the father to decline to do the paternity test.
00:00:04.320 Yeah, because there'll be hell on earth waiting for him.
00:00:07.080 Can you imagine?
00:00:08.120 They're like with the wife in the room. 0.99
00:00:09.420 Do you guys want a paternity test?
00:00:10.860 And the wife's like glaring at him and he's like, no, I'm okay.
00:00:14.740 Guys, 23 and me, just do it, double check, all right?
00:00:18.620 What up guys?
00:00:19.420 Today on my reaction series, we're talking about paternity fraud.
00:00:23.220 Studies show that 22 to 28% of men in the United States
00:00:26.600 could be raising a child that is not theirs.
00:00:29.160 Men have been calling for mandatory DNA tests at birth for years,
00:00:33.400 but society will not listen.
00:00:35.200 Guys, if your woman has your child, even if you are married, get a DNA test. 0.95
00:00:39.700 They sell them over the counter at drugstores. 0.98
00:00:42.620 Do not be a cuck and raise someone else's kid that's not yours. 0.79
00:00:46.180 And guys, today in 2025, I gotta be honest, if you get bamboozled like this, 0.99
00:00:51.000 the woman is evil, but it's a little bit of your own fault 0.99
00:00:53.400 because it's way too easy to get paternity tests now.
00:00:56.060 This isn't 20 years ago, this is 2025.
00:00:58.100 So here are stories of men that are going through paternity fraud.
00:01:02.800 And by the way, women have types, guys. 0.97
00:01:04.880 So if they cheat, just because the kid looks like you,
00:01:07.560 most of the time women date the same kind of men.
00:01:10.100 So like most exes look alike.
00:01:12.260 A lot of comments saying that paternity tests should be given at every birth.
00:01:16.620 And while I do think that it's necessary in some cases,
00:01:19.260 it is actually very common for the father to decline to do the paternity test.
00:01:23.740 Yeah, because there'll be hell on earth waiting for him.
00:01:26.860 Can you imagine?
00:01:28.860 They're like with the wife in the room. 0.99
00:01:30.400 Do you guys want a paternity test?
00:01:31.840 And the wife's like glaring at him. 1.00
00:01:33.280 And he's like, no, I'm okay.
00:01:35.620 Guys, 23 and me, just do it.
00:01:38.680 Double check.
00:01:39.460 All right.
00:01:39.940 It's very easy to do nowadays.
00:01:42.440 In a particular case, the father thought that he was the only one that the woman was sleeping with.
00:01:46.920 They both signed a voluntary declaration that he was the father and that there were no other possible father.
00:01:51.880 Now, the question is, how could he write that when he doesn't know who this lady is sleeping with?
00:01:55.920 But in his mind, he was with her all the time.
00:01:57.940 So there's no way that she could have been sleeping with someone else.
00:02:01.140 Well, lo and behold, she found a way to sleep with... 1.00
00:02:03.440 When women want to be hoarse, we'll go through hell and high water to get it done, you know? 0.99
00:02:09.180 We'll go to the ends of the earth.
00:02:11.560 ...somebody else and there was another father.
00:02:13.900 And there was a positive DNA test for that particular father.
00:02:17.340 So this lady is facing charges of perjury because she lied to the court, 1.00
00:02:20.660 let them know that there was no other fathers,
00:02:22.700 and she also signed a voluntary declaration of paternity,
00:02:25.680 which is also under penalty of perjury, saying that there were no other possible fathers.
00:02:30.000 So like I said in the previous video, the paternity judgment was overturned,
00:02:33.780 and he did get his money back.
00:02:35.620 My client is still thinking about whether or not he wants to press criminal charges against her.
00:02:40.400 But y'all...
00:02:41.220 Do it. Press charges, fellas.
00:02:45.380 You gotta stop giving these women get-out-of-jail-free cards. 1.00
00:02:48.400 All right, we got another one.
00:02:49.680 You know, I sat on a plane with a woman once who told me she was the... 0.99
00:02:54.160 Out of all her siblings...
00:02:55.020 She was the first-born sibling, and she had a different dad because the mom lied 0.67
00:02:58.560 and then got more kids off of the dad.
00:03:00.340 And apparently the parents stayed together even through it.
00:03:03.280 But she said she always felt different than her siblings, but just couldn't figure out why.
00:03:07.500 As most of you know, I have been fighting on the front lines of the simp epidemic for years.
00:03:12.160 But I need to tell you about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up against men that is rarely talked about.
00:03:17.800 It's not just the relentless anti-masculinity propaganda in OnlyFans hoes 1.00
00:03:22.020 causing the societal issues that we discuss on this show.
00:03:25.100 Did you know that the average city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors?
00:03:31.200 This often includes estrogen from birth control.
00:03:33.860 The average adult consumes a credit card worth of plastic every single week.
00:03:37.740 That's 5 grams of plastic a week on average.
00:03:40.800 So it's no wonder that the average male's testosterone is half of what the average was 50 years ago.
00:03:47.140 Testosterone levels decline 1% a year, and without a course correction, we are headed towards extinction.
00:03:52.020 No matter how based you are, you need to be naturally boosting your testosterone.

00:04:47.400 Okay, I do want to clarify that our journey is with my husband and his daughter.
00:04:56.440 And it was totally devastating.
00:04:59.760 My husband's daughter, my stepdaughter, or my daughter, whatever, however you want to say it,
00:05:06.040 five years ago did a DNA test on Ancestry, and she discovered that she was, she went to match to the person she thought was her father.
00:05:21.780 And so, it was a whirlwind of events, trying to get a DNA test.
00:05:30.240 At first, DNA test from my husband.
00:05:33.580 At first, I was totally against letting him know.
00:05:37.300 Why would you be against that?
00:05:43.700 And she wanted to respect my wishes, which was very gracious of her.
00:05:49.700 However, for her story to move forward and her truth to be led and to shine, I had to inform my husband when we got the DNA test back that he was 0% chance of being this little girl's father.
00:06:08.820 She did, when she came to me, she did stress that she wanted to make up and mend the relationship with her dad.
00:06:21.140 And so, that is the journey we're currently on.
00:06:25.460 It was the most horrific conversation I've had to have with my husband when I told him about the DNA test.
00:06:35.680 But he's been very supportive of his daughter.
00:06:41.320 And the relationship is based, you know, there's no point in lying.
00:06:46.740 Because neither one of them have to be in it if they didn't want to and if they didn't have love for each other, which is a beautiful thing.
00:06:57.860 It could have been very easy for either one or both parties to say, you know what, we're not related.
00:07:04.180 Have a good day.
00:07:05.840 That didn't happen.
00:07:06.740 The desire to have a relationship is great for both.
00:07:12.600 And so, I just wanted to clarify that it was my, it is my husband's daughter is in this journey as well.
00:07:25.460 And again, I can't stress the amount of innocent victims based on one person's choice.
00:07:36.460 To lie, not come forth, or to do a responsible thing and have a paternity test when there was more than one person that the mom was seeing at the time.
00:07:50.340 So, again, more to come.
00:07:53.880 And I really look forward to hearing back from those of you that may have experienced such a journey and any information, resources.
00:08:07.220 I would love to find an aggressive attorney that would be interested in leading the charge to change this law.
00:08:22.160 Oh, I thought they were going to sue the mom. 0.99
00:08:24.480 Damn. 0.99
00:08:25.440 I mean, the law is good too, but yeah. 1.00
00:08:29.540 Women will do terrible things and just get away with it. 1.00
00:08:32.300 Um, which will be in my next segment, but a brief overview is, um, unless unwed mothers and fathers of the baby do a DNA test.
00:08:48.880 Um, married people do not. 0.99
00:08:52.180 And, you know, it is presumed or assumed, I can't remember the, the, uh, wording exactly, but I will have it, um, that if you're married, it's presumed that you're the father.
00:09:05.400 Um, and my husband was told, uh, that, um, you know, his, um, girlfriend, um, told him that she was pregnant and, um, he wanted to do the right thing.
00:09:23.160 Yeah, that's another man's villain origin story.
00:09:26.680 Okay.
00:09:27.120 Um, I'm going to read this article about woman who forged paternity test avoids prison. 0.75
00:09:32.740 A woman who forged a paternity test and lied to her ex-partner about him being the father of her child has avoided the prison sentence.
00:09:39.560 Beth Fernley, 26, told Ryan Hampson in 2019 that she was pregnant and unsure about who the baby's father was.
00:09:46.520 Fernley, uh, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation at a hearing last month.
00:09:51.760 And she was given 13 months suspended for 18 months.
00:09:55.280 So she, 2019, uh, so the kid's like five or six now, maybe, I don't know when this.
00:09:59.980 Okay.
00:10:00.280 Gareth Roberts, prosecuting, told the court how Fernley had asked Mr. Hampson for 300 pounds towards a DNA test.
00:10:08.040 And then him sent him screenshots, which she claimed were from the company EZ DNA and showed him there was a 99.99% probability he was the father.
00:10:16.360 Mr. Roberts said that the documents were later confirmed to have been forged.
00:10:20.540 Sentencing recorder of Liverpool judge Andrew Mennery said there was a particularly dreadful offense, which has had a profound effect on many people, including most particularly Mr. Hampson himself and also members of his extended family.
00:10:35.740 Whether it began as some sort of apprehension because you find yourself pregnant with someone who wasn't your partner or because you were keen to create some sort of protected family is hard for me to understand.
00:10:46.220 He said when police became involved, she continued to deny she had lied in a perpetuation of sinister dishonesty.
00:10:53.260 Mr. Roberts said after he was shown forged DNA results, Mr. Hampson bought items for the unborn baby and resumed a relationship with Fernley, who he had been with for four years before they broke up in early 2019.
00:11:04.300 He was at the baby's birth. His name was on the birth certificate and he bought a house with Fernley in 2020.
00:11:09.360 She later forged another letter, which company, which claimed the company had a mistake and he was not the father.
00:11:14.940 The court heard when Mr. Hampton contacted the firm, he was told they had no record of the tests.
00:11:19.960 He contacted the police in 2020, July, 2022.
00:11:23.420 So 2019, I think was, so the kids either like two or three.
00:11:26.940 Fernley was arrested when he found out.
00:11:28.580 Mr. Roberts said regarding a statement to the court, Mr. Hampson, 27, said he had felt profound.
00:11:34.300 Grief, confusion and heartbreak after learning the child who he had formed a strong bond with was not his.
00:11:41.600 He said, my entire world fell apart.
00:11:43.540 So again, that's a woman trying to get the genes from someone else and getting someone else to take care of it. 1.00
00:11:48.640 The provisioning, right?
00:11:49.660 The emotional pain of people asking me about my daughter is unbearable and it brings waves of grief and sadness I can't control.
00:11:56.060 Tom Worsfold defending said Miss said Fernley has shown insight into the impact of her crime and has demonstrated she accepts it was wrong of her in her own words to play God.
00:12:07.620 Fernley was ordered to undertake 10 days of rehabilitation activity and do 200 hours of unpaid work.
00:12:14.280 She was also ordered to pay compensation of 300 pounds.
00:12:17.200 God, nothing and a statutory surcharge.
00:12:23.040 Okay, so she got away with it.
00:12:24.280 No consequence.
00:12:25.720 I mean, I see why men don't even bother taking the women to court. 0.97
00:12:29.900 I don't know.
00:12:31.020 This particularly dreadful woman forged paternity test results and lied to her ex-partner about who her child's father is. 1.00
00:12:38.420 She has avoided a prison sentence.
00:12:40.520 Her ex-partner, Ryan Hampson, said,
00:12:42.500 My life is ruined, basically. I'm currently in counselling to rebuild everything that I have been led to believe in.
00:12:54.520 However, I am now rebuilding my life. Psychologically and physically, this has just torn me.
00:13:03.020 Beth Fernley told Ryan Hampson in April 2019 that she was pregnant and unsure who the baby's father was.
00:13:09.100 Liverpool Crown Court heard that she asked for 300 pounds for a DNA test and forged results saying that there was a 99.9% chance that he was the father.
00:13:18.860 Ryan Hampson then resumed his relationship with pregnant Beth Fernley.
00:13:24.720 He was at the baby's birth, named on the birth certificate, and bought a house with her in 2020.
00:13:29.840 After she forged another letter claiming the company mistakenly named him as the father,
00:13:34.440 he contacted the DNA firm and they told Hampson they had no record of the tests.
00:13:40.080 And the thought of even being a father, I don't even know if I want to anymore because of the experience that I've been through.
00:13:47.360 Beth Fernley pleaded guilty to fraud by full representation.
00:13:50.960 She was ordered to undertake 10 days of rehabilitation activity and do 200 hours of unpaid work.
00:13:57.240 Bro, fraud, literal fraud.
00:14:02.160 She gets 200 hours of community service.
