Protest in Calgary yesterday was a huge success. Thousands of Albertans showed up in person to speak in support of Alberta's independence from Canada. I'm so proud to call myself an Albertan and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

00:05:47.900Of course, you're going to have the liberal paid media doing the liberal government's dirty work by undermining and dismissing the Alberta independence movement.
00:05:56.220They put out a poll, a recent poll, that apparently only three in 10 Albertans would vote for independence.
00:06:04.820And only half are actually committed to separating according to their poll.
00:06:10.200There are actually two things that are very interesting about this report.
00:06:13.480For one, you take what happened in Quebec in the 90s when Quebec nearly separated from Canada.
00:06:20.040Initially, before the campaign actually started, the real campaign for a referendum on independence, Quebec was polling, according to the news, around 30%.
00:06:31.720And then when the actual referendum came, it ended up being nearly 50-50.
00:06:38.240I think 49.5% to leave Canada, 50.5% to stay a part of Canada.
00:06:44.260This is why you cannot trust government-sponsored, government-backed mainstream media polls.
00:06:51.520Second thing that is very interesting is that a few months back, even the mainstream media reported that Alberta independence was trending anywhere between 35% and 37%.
