The breakup of canada has officially begun this year, and the question is, are we still one country or are we watching the first stage of a break up in real time? In real time, the frenchies are headed for a referendum soon, the party quebecois is promising to hold a referendum as soon as they form government, while hundreds of snowbirds are lining up to sign the independence petition. Meanwhile, the canadian economy is now poorer than that of the State of Alberta, and while all of this is happening, Prime Minister Ottawa is still acting like nothing's wrong.
