Playing to Win - 082 -Optimal Health with DNA Analysis & Peptides

00:00:00.000 all right guys what is up we're back for another plane to win live podcast episode number 82 my

00:00:07.100 friend jay campbell joins me again today what's up my man how are you my brother i'm sorry i missed

00:00:11.940 you man you were down here in the yucatan we didn't we couldn't connect but soon happens you

00:00:17.160 know schedules our schedules they are what they are man how you been all right i'm amazing man

00:00:21.740 i mean look how tan i am you know i've left the united states are you are you down in playa like

00:00:28.200 full-time now this is your new home or are you doing a transition yeah 100 my daughters are in

00:00:33.160 school in florida in tampa with my ex so you know they're pretty much immune from the rest of the

00:00:38.100 tyranny that was happening in california and we moved out here officially on in november we actually

00:00:43.180 moved out here in november but didn't really technically move into like mid-december but bro

00:00:47.200 it's paradise here i love it nothing bad to say about it yeah yeah how do you like uh tulum you've

00:00:52.000 been there right yeah um so tulum like i mean i'm like halfway between cancun and tulum obviously

00:00:57.620 that's where playa is kind of a central that's what everybody calls it central maya but uh i mean

00:01:02.520 it's an amazing place but it's getting a little bit too commercial in certain places you know there's

00:01:07.940 busier yeah well i would say there's an element that's coming there that i wouldn't like want to

00:01:12.600 be around and the locals here you know are trashing tulum now because of that but i mean there's still 0.99

00:01:17.560 some amazing snow days and there's so much to do i mean this whole area the yucatan peninsula is like

00:01:23.100 one of my favorite places in the world so you're never going to hear me trash it before we get started

00:01:27.140 what's the element that's uh changing tulum like i notice it's a lot busier there's a lot more

00:01:32.080 commercialization that's it dude the commercialization you know once they commercialize

00:01:37.800 it you get more cartel drug activity and stuff there and you and i you know i want to be clear

00:01:42.360 with people there's no risk the only way you're going to be doing anything screwing with the cartel

00:01:47.020 is if you come down to mexico and you try to sell drugs yeah if you're stepping on their toes

00:01:52.880 yeah no i had a great time man and um a buddy of mine lives down there he's into uh grabbing uh

00:02:01.140 properties and then airbnbing them so i so i rented one of his places and um you know i was down there

00:02:06.760 was with some family and i pretty much stayed off like all the main strippy stuff and he made all

00:02:12.580 these great recommendations for these like cenotes and lagoons and things that are off the beaten path

00:02:17.720 and there was like like literally nobody there for the most part with the exception of like one place

00:02:23.280 that started carting in tourists and it just turned a bit of a train wreck but most of it's just awesome

00:02:27.700 honestly the the lagoons um and the cenotes the private stuff in in tulum is the most amazing place

00:02:34.200 i mean i've been one well two of them technically because they're connected two different of those

00:02:38.480 places like again off the beaten path seven times since i moved here and every time i go it's fantastic

00:02:43.380 i mean it's yeah it's unbelievable but but speaking of rental properties just so you know

00:02:47.320 we're going up there this weekend to merida which is a little bit further than tulum on the other side

00:02:53.220 of the peninsula and that is right now the fastest growing number one real estate investment i think

00:02:58.280 in all mexico because the western europeans and the canadians um are moving there in droves bro you

00:03:03.760 can buy a two and two one block from the beach for two hundred and ten thousand dollars brand new

00:03:08.800 construction but he spelled merida m-e-r-i-d-a so my wife and i are actually going up there on

00:03:16.200 sunday morning and going to spend a couple days we have a friend coming down from arizona and we're

00:03:20.500 going to look at properties there but you know we're contemplating grabbing a couple and do the same

00:03:24.920 thing airbnbing them and just watch them you know raise over the next three to four years and i'm also

00:03:29.880 i just uh we offer properties here which is the beach town that's associated with it because it's a

00:03:35.040 little bit inland well progresso is the biggest one but there's like three or four other ones that are

00:03:39.900 even like better because there's more opportunity but progresso would be the one right now that has

00:03:45.120 the most for sale that you could find that are really nice but dude it's crazy they call it the

00:03:50.360 emerald coastline and so the water is even bluer greener more crystalline than even down here

00:03:56.140 you know and by the way they don't have the seaweed issue there so i don't know if you noticed in

00:04:00.860 yeah the seaweed issue is brutal it's always been brutal the last few years and there's a 5 000 what

00:04:06.120 is it a five mile long floating mass i'm sure you've seen it they're putting it all over the

00:04:10.380 news it's now floating towards florida yeah what's the um do they have cenotes up in this area too or

00:04:17.440 no they do yeah yeah they do so so so just and then we'll jump in but uh the two reasons why it's

00:04:22.780 expanding so fast is they're building and you probably know this they're building an international

00:04:27.220 airport in tulum and then they're also doing a train that will start in morita go to tulum go

00:04:33.480 to playa hit cancun go all the way down to belize and then make a bunch of other stops like in between

00:04:39.360 so you know it's a bullet train so it's going to be you know instant uh growth and development in this

00:04:45.900 area cool yeah um thought it'd be fun to just sort of catch up on that area because i know you moved

00:04:52.040 there and i'm also contemplating uh options in the future um so let's hop into the topic on today's

00:04:59.120 podcast um we're gonna be talking about uh peptides and dna analysis i did a um i've done a couple of

00:05:06.340 shows with um dr anthony jay you introduced me to his book a few years ago and then connected me to him

00:05:11.820 and i've had him on two podcasts since the first one we were talking about how there's so many

00:05:17.260 environmental estrogens uh out there today that are basically making uh men soft weak fat and

00:05:23.480 infertile women too yeah well i mean i mostly talk to men on my channel and no i'm saying they're

00:05:30.420 making them into women they basically turn them into women yeah i mean you know women are masculinizing 1.00

00:05:35.200 themselves and men are basically turning themselves voluntarily into women even though they really 0.63

00:05:40.700 don't know what they're doing um and then we were talking about cholesterols as well the second time

00:05:44.960 which i found was a really interesting conversation because i've switched uh clinics now you know my

00:05:50.380 trt doctor i'd let the first guy go because he was he was a bit of a geek he was a guy that was telling

00:05:54.020 me to get uh jabbed i was like fuck this guy so yeah so i found a way better um clinic and this guy's 0.97

00:06:00.560 a former bodybuilder he's tied into a uh doctor so in combination with the two of them i'm just having 0.93

00:06:06.380 a great um i guess longevity sort of experience and optimization and one of the things people have been

00:06:12.480 asking me about since i did the dna analysis what's it all about how does it work sort of thing so i

00:06:16.260 wanted to touch on that and the other thing i get hit on all the time is peptides um and that's kind

00:06:21.520 of like the area that you've been focusing on a lot lately for anti-aging fat loss um like there's all

00:06:27.620 these elements that peptides are getting increasingly better and more effective and safer like problems

00:06:34.440 that it solves for people especially as you're getting older so i want to hit that i think i'm probably

00:06:38.240 going to update my website you know the unplugged alpha where i got my supplement line i'll probably add

00:06:41.660 another page with with links to all this stuff because people constantly ask me so i just want

00:06:45.620 to just here it is go find it and then you know you get everything you want but in the show i want

00:06:49.940 to talk about this you know from an overview um so let's hop on the dna analysis thing um so dr j did

00:06:58.320 mine the first time but we didn't do the full 90 minute deep dive and we kind of breezed over at

00:07:03.680 20 000 feet one of the things he said he's like you know there's some things here that if you really

00:07:07.220 want to get into we can get into them but it's probably not you know something you want to talk

00:07:10.580 about for 90 minutes on your show and get in all those details but i found it dude it's unbelievable

00:07:16.000 like this this this three hundred dollars that you can spend with dr j to get your dna analyzed is

00:07:21.720 probably the best 300 bucks you can spend from a starting point for health nutrition sleep and all

00:07:28.100 these different things because a lot of people will be like oh i watched this guy on youtube i heard

00:07:32.580 this podcast and he said well you have to sleep at this time or you have to wear these glasses at this

00:07:36.600 time or do that at that time or eat these foods eat loads of avocados don't eat loads of these sort

00:07:41.420 of things it's like that might work for you but it may not work for me depending on how my dna is

00:07:48.340 structured mine's different from yours right so here's what i found when i did mine so um i've got

00:07:55.600 this rare gene which doesn't allow me to process plant cholesterols and so my system gets like basically

00:08:03.160 backed up and bunged up anything seeds uh nuts um seed oils of like anything that's got fat in it

00:08:11.380 that comes from a plant my body can't process it so it just blocks up my system you get some

00:08:16.280 inflammation out of it surprisingly my inflammation markers in my blood labs are actually pretty low so

00:08:20.580 everything else i'm doing seems to try to neutralize it but neutralizing it isn't optimal right

00:08:26.200 no um so that was the first thing so plant cholesterols was a huge detriment i've cleaned them out of my

00:08:33.140 diet i used to eat like two avocados a day and he's like avocados are like kryptonite for you dude you

00:08:38.080 have to stop eating them i'm like okay i didn't know that right so you know you start there and

00:08:43.720 you start looking at other parts of your dna and like my mom's cultural side of the family is is greek

00:08:49.420 but they're really italian um according to the source code and then my dad's side of the family is

00:08:54.500 broadly northwestern european so you can kind of read like you know viking so whatever dna i got myself

00:09:01.180 it's basically from family members that ate a lot of meat and my system's good with me people

00:09:06.900 will tell you you know you can't eat meat your cholesterol is going to go through with blah blah

00:09:09.760 blah i can't eat fatty plants like that fucks me up way more than anything else so again like you 0.99

00:09:15.600 can't follow somebody's diet because they say just be a vegan or just be a meatitarian or whatever it's

00:09:19.240 like dude for 300 bucks you can find out exactly what your ancestors have been eating and exactly what

00:09:25.020 your body processes and can't process right what was your experience with dr j when you did yours

00:09:29.780 first off man it's an honor always to be here with you i appreciate you grateful uh and to your

00:09:36.020 audience too i've gotten so many great emails and messages from all the people that follow you over

00:09:40.620 the year so again bro appreciate you love you i'm always grateful to be here with you and and to talk

00:09:45.780 to you um and you do have an amazing audience and you know anthony but after i introduced him to you

00:09:51.720 you know it was like dude richard's the man i'm like yeah bro all my people are cool

00:09:55.760 but uh so i worked with dr j we did four webinars back from i think the last webinar we actually did

00:10:04.080 was right before the scamdemic but we did like four webinars from 2000 end of 2018 to early i'm sorry

00:10:11.100 late 2019 and they were all profound you know i have them all we did the metabolism we did the brain

00:10:16.600 um you know and i'll i'll tell you this you know i know you know this but your audience might not i mean

00:10:22.340 dr j was the guy who decoded gynecomastia for men is genetic there wasn't a single surgeon on the

00:10:32.300 planet that was performing gyno surgical you know excisions or removals you know until dr j decoded

00:10:39.580 this and i was kind of a guy just for people that don't know what that is yeah so gynecomastia is

00:10:44.280 literally 64 percent of all men in the world have gynecomastia meaning they have the gene they code for 0.65

00:10:49.720 the codon is when anthony looks at your genes for a tissue that grows outside of the male breast that

00:10:55.640 becomes like fatty tissue or almost like a tumor now i have that gene and in 2016 i had gyno from my

00:11:04.380 right nipple removed and i had the world's at the time leading gynecomastic surgeon who's down in

00:11:11.280 newport beach california dr joseph cruz and he at that time didn't know that it was genetic and he

00:11:16.880 had already performed you know 4 400 surgeries at the time now fast forward to now he's performed

00:11:21.660 like 15 000 surgeries i blew him up i did all sorts of interviews and podcasts with him and stuff like

00:11:26.700 that and then you know he found out through dr j in 2018 about all this and so you know he became

00:11:30.860 even deeper into this but dr j to you know i tell people this because uh as you said dr j is a very

00:11:38.620 underrated person like his his technology is probably as good as anything out there and i actually have

00:11:45.040 gone out on a record you know agree in agreeing with you but you can go taking it further like

00:11:48.780 i don't believe if you're a hormone optimization clinic or a longevity clinic or whatever you want

00:11:53.420 to call it health optimization clinic you should incorporate his diagnostic testing before any of

00:12:00.820 your patients start anything because he can look at your polymorphisms which are essentially you know

00:12:06.680 like you said the genetic faults or the genetic you know potential genetic faults that you're going to

00:12:12.460 feel so if you're a guy for example that is a what is called a hyper excreter as a if you use

00:12:18.680 testosterone and you're a hyper excreter you're going to have specific issues um in if you inject

00:12:25.180 your testosterone versus if you use a transdermal delivery system so there's all these little

00:12:29.900 nuanced things that people don't know you know getting back to what you were saying about taking

00:12:33.740 diet you know using diets or specific diets or supplements if you don't know these things

00:12:38.380 there's no way you can actually find out unless you suffer you know most of the time through the

00:12:44.140 experiences of dealing with that you know for example again the gynogene i also have uh the gene

00:12:51.500 for like i can take massive amounts of caffeine stimulants uppers any of that stuff and it doesn't

00:12:57.760 affect me whereas like somebody else and one of you know one of the peptide drugs we're going to talk

00:13:01.360 about today is tesofensine if you're sensitive to that which is the opposite of what my codon says

00:13:06.960 um you can't even handle a small dose of tesofensine because you're going to lay in your bed staring

00:13:12.020 at the ceiling at night you know unable to go to sleep so all these sensitivities he reads in your dna

00:13:18.380 and he can decode these things for you so that you can then take it to your physician or whoever

00:13:22.420 you're working with if you can you're into the things that you and i are into that will prevent you

00:13:26.540 from experiencing these horrible things you know a good friend of mine dr rob kominarik i should

00:13:30.400 probably have him have you and him talk too he's a great guy in dayton you know he works with a lot

00:13:34.560 of celebrities and stuff great great hormone observation doctor doing this for 23 years

00:13:38.420 he talks about how like certain guys have this weird polymorphism where if they say if they take

00:13:45.260 injectable testosterone within 24 to 36 hours bro they have panic attacks really like he literally 0.56

00:13:51.060 knows a guy who was a ceo of a very large corporation who was his client who he didn't have him on

00:13:56.120 testosterone for his first couple of years because he attempted to do everything naturally

00:14:00.020 eventually put him on and the guy's wife called one morning and said uh my husband is underneath his

00:14:07.280 our bed in the bedroom right now and he doesn't know what to do and he's in a panic he said to call 0.98

00:14:13.080 you so i mean these are the kind of things that like anthony can read but again if you're ignorant

00:14:18.660 and you're not doing these tests and like you said it's the easiest 300 that you'll ever spend because

00:14:23.100 he'll sit down as you know and he walks you through i think a lot of guys dude you know this because

00:14:26.980 you've done lab work i mean you've helped guys try to get labs and stuff done a lot of people have 0.98

00:14:31.100 an apprehension to doing some of these things because they they kind of say well fuck i don't 0.71

00:14:35.540 know how to read it you know what am i going to do i'm not richard's not going to read it for me jay's 0.91

00:14:39.000 not going to read it for me like what am i going to do so then they just like decline it but it's

00:14:43.100 like dr jay he sits down with you and he goes through it all with you you know so it's totally worth

00:14:48.940 it yeah um you know like i said earlier best 300 bucks you can spend i mean people spend that kind

00:14:54.980 of money on pills or powders or or proteins and it's like fine i mean you could be spending loads

00:15:03.180 and loads of money on like whey protein for example and find out your dna to it yeah yeah it just doesn't

00:15:09.020 accept it so bro i never could i never could drink protein i figured that out when i was young i was

00:15:13.940 always lactose intolerant i could drink milk up until i was 24 and again nobody knew any of this

00:15:19.960 stuff and then we found out that like a lot of adults lose that enzyme to digest lactose yeah yeah

00:15:26.940 so you can't even eat whey yeah yeah no it's it's no it's just bonkers like the amount of data that

00:15:33.000 comes off it like the way that it works so you guys understand and dr jay's link for his dna analysis

00:15:38.940 is pinned in the description of this video um the way that it works is you get your raw code from 23

00:15:45.120 and me or ancestry um i don't know what that costs like 80 bucks or something like that you can probably

00:15:49.660 get like a like 50 bucks yeah something yeah like you can get a coupon somewhere probably online to

00:15:54.920 get it for less or you know black friday sales or whatever but um you know so you go get that and

00:16:00.040 then it you know you get an email or like a little diagram on your app and it says oh you know

00:16:03.920 you're 23 from this part of the world and 17 from this part of the world and it's like

00:16:07.880 fine whatever you know like that might be a little bit interesting for some people

00:16:11.480 but the raw code that you can download that they get from the the dna code they get from your saliva

00:16:18.720 is what dr jay runs through his algorithm and then he'll give you this email with a printout

00:16:25.060 that mine was like a dozen pages long and it's got all these genetic um anomalies that you'll have

00:16:33.920 in your system that are similar to some people and very very different from other people and

00:16:37.840 he'll spend 90 minutes on a private consult and tell you exactly what everything means what it

00:16:43.460 means for supplementation what you should be supplementing with what you should stay away

00:16:47.020 from what you should take out of your diet what you should add to your diet if you have any

00:16:51.100 predispositions for uh heart disease dementia alzheimer's all of these things show up in your dna code

00:16:58.140 right so if you've had family members that have had like gallbladder issues or they've had alzheimer's

00:17:03.260 there's there's things that he can guide you on a you know on a path that will either stop that from

00:17:09.120 happening or minimize the effects of it happening um so again you know i really encourage you guys 0.97

00:17:14.520 take a look at that it was it was like i've spent a lot of money on buy it like biohacking shit dude 0.78

00:17:21.520 i have everything i have i have the cooling mat under my mattress like everything like i've done it all 0.93

00:17:27.600 right this was probably the cheapest and the most effective thing that i've done so yes he's probably

00:17:33.120 going to jack up his prices because he's going to get so busy after this podcast so i'd grab it now

00:17:38.400 it's like 300 bucks it's like 50 off so that links below super super useful information if you want to

00:17:44.100 know more about dr j i would go back to my other two podcasts that i did with him on the playing the

00:17:48.540 win series where we were talking about his book estrogeneration and the second one it's

00:17:52.840 we're still touching on the topic of environmental estrogens and how they affect you plus some stuff

00:17:58.360 on cholesterol so go look at those um let's move on to the stuff that we have with peptides as well

00:18:05.360 today because you've recently put out a book um you've got a strong connection with a peptide company

00:18:12.860 um that that researches and puts together all the peptides that you know we're going to talk about

00:18:18.060 today and again there's a link for that in the video description it says for peptides visit limit

00:18:23.580 limitless life nootropics.com forward slash rich and if you use the coupon code he gave me was rich 15

00:18:30.100 it gets you 15 off the stuff so let's let's hop into the peptide stuff because there's there's new fat

00:18:36.180 loss peptides which are relatively new to the marketplace yeah and you first mentioned it to me a few months

00:18:43.180 ago and since you've mentioned it i've had a lot of people bring it up yeah um so i'm going to

00:18:48.540 pronounce it completely wrong so i'll let you do it i'm i'm just going to copy and paste them in the

00:18:53.020 chat here yep so you guys have record of it if you guys want to look them up later but go ahead

00:18:57.000 yeah so no problem um well so first off let me just say um you know going back to dr j uh i i'm in

00:19:02.900 total agreement dude like it's a joke i've actually told him like bro you should charge a thousand

00:19:07.000 dollars for this like why are you charging five hundred dollars or six hundred dollars and right so for

00:19:10.940 three hundred dollars it's like he's a doctor though he's not a businessman no yeah exactly i

00:19:14.620 mean but i mean it's like you're ripping him off at three hundred dollars i mean it's the most insane 0.99

00:19:18.560 shit you guys are going to go back to it bro do you still go to yours i still look at mine yeah like 0.98

00:19:24.860 like once every three or four months if i start taking a supplement i'm like oh you know what i'm 0.99

00:19:29.160 going to go back and look for this to see but anyway go go do it he's he's 100 right and and by the

00:19:34.080 way you guys i know that there's somebody watching this right now has gynecomastia um it's very

00:19:39.280 important i've said this on richard's show many times before if you're taking drugs to stop gyno 0.98

00:19:43.800 you're fucking killing yourself okay you have to get it cut out don't play games get it cut out in 0.98

00:19:49.960 canada it's probably free i can recommend a surgeon i know like two or three of them there 1.00

00:19:54.560 know how to do it the problem with gyno is that most doctors don't know how to do it richard as you

00:19:59.180 know because they just cut out the actual tissue and then it comes back so you have to cut out the

00:20:04.140 glandular tissue okay so that means they have to go up in through here and pull it all out it's not

00:20:10.220 a bad deal it's an outpatient procedure but they will have to put a drain in for like three or four

00:20:14.520 days i think most surgeries if you got to do both nipples which most guys will have to do

00:20:19.180 you know in like the u.s or the west is going to cost you five to seven grand it's the best money you 0.99

00:20:24.600 ever spent fucking gyno burns it's horrible you can't hug your kids your dog jumps up on you're like 0.99

00:20:30.660 ow you know why if you can't it just sucks get it cut out anyway i'm done with that um so so 0.99

00:20:36.240 peptides i definitely want to say this um and i'll mention his name but i probably shouldn't but

00:20:42.300 uh dr peter atia is now like the big name celebrity doctor right like everybody uses him

00:20:47.960 when they say this that and the other and richard i'm sure you've had people that have emailed you

00:20:52.180 about this the the big story right now for the glp1 agonist that's so these are the fat loss

00:20:56.940 peptides that richard is talking about there's two main ones and they are called scientific names

00:21:02.320 are semaglutide which is olympic or ozimpic i can't ever pronounce that word and then terzapatide

00:21:08.860 which is the newest glp1 agonist which is manjaro now those are the retail names of the drugs now

00:21:14.640 what's happening in the pharmaceutical world is a lot of the compounders are blending these with other

00:21:20.900 agents like b vitamins and choline and carnitine and stuff like that so that they can mollify the

00:21:26.420 the patent and they can sell it to you for cheaper but at the end of the day i'm literally

00:21:31.320 not kidding you i just sent an email about this yesterday these are the two most profound fat loss

00:21:37.900 agents known to man five years ago you could not write a book so my you don't know this richard but

00:21:44.300 my next book coming out which is coming out within the next two months is going to be called 30 days

00:21:48.380 to shreds and it is going to be you know not some bro bodybuilder get ripped in 30 days book it's

00:21:54.220 going to be literally like a deconstruction of how science now allows people to lose 15 to 25 pounds

00:22:01.980 of pure visceral body fat in 30 days or less using these agents and peter atia and some other people

00:22:09.320 and it's going to continue and i'm going to make a bigger point in this in a second but they're

00:22:13.080 talking about how these agents are causing muscle loss in the users and the problem and again i want all

00:22:19.720 of you guys to know this i first off i've been using both of these agents terzapatite has only

00:22:24.620 been in the marketplace for public use since august of last year semaglutide has been in the marketplace

00:22:29.660 since december of 2021 i started semaglutide in january of 2022 and i started terzapatite in august of

00:22:38.180 2022 so i've used all of these drugs for combined more than a year but each more than six months my wife

00:22:44.860 has also used semaglutide it's a lie what they're saying i mean you already know richard i mean you

00:22:50.500 know what comes out of the mainstream if it bleeds it leads but they are measuring muscle loss in obese

00:22:57.180 morbid morbidly obese you know again co-morbid what they call patient population groups because these

00:23:03.080 people are 400 pounds 375 pounds whatever they are and the doctors are running them scripts for these drugs

00:23:09.220 which dramatically suppress appetite that's the number one thing they do they suppress your appetite

00:23:13.960 terzapatite also is a metabolic uncoupler which means that over time as you use it it enhances

00:23:21.180 bmr which is basic metabolic rate which means you'll burn more calories at rest so you you know me and

00:23:27.180 richard if we're on it right now are burning more calories at rest talking on a podcast than the average

00:23:32.000 person who's listening okay so but but the bottom line is if you do this right and what i mean by right

00:23:39.600 is and again you know this richard and most of your audience knows this too you exercise and you lift

00:23:45.060 weights you do cardiovascular exercise right you reduce carbohydrate intake which is essentially living

00:23:50.840 insulin controlled you get enough sleep you do all the other things that obviously people like us that

00:23:56.620 are living the quote-unquote optimized lifestyle do and you throw these agents in they're they're they're

00:24:02.040 gifts from the fat loss gods i mean these are literally golden age biotech but if again you're a

00:24:07.140 morbidly obese person and your doctor says hey i can write you a script for ozempic or which is

00:24:12.580 appetite and then you start using it and it kills your appetite and you stop eating well yeah you're

00:24:18.660 going to drop weight but as you know you're going to crash your metabolism you're going to crash your

00:24:24.520 thyroid and so what ends up happening is these people lose richard i'm telling you i've had a hundred

00:24:29.840 emails in the last three months from people they lose a hundred pounds again morbidly obese people they

00:24:33.980 lose a hundred pounds in three months and you're like this is the greatest thing i've ever seen in

00:24:37.540 my life they come off of it and they gain 150 pounds back in two months and why they had they

00:24:43.120 gain why did they gain the weight back because again they crashed their metabolism their thyroid is

00:24:48.080 completely malfunctioned they didn't lose the weight correctly they did not eat you know one gram per

00:24:53.780 pound of lean body mass they didn't lift weights again they're fat people how do people get fat they

00:24:58.820 don't exercise they don't eat right so then you give them this amazing drug that kills their appetite

00:25:03.420 and they keep being a fat person right they just eat less they don't do anything correctly and the

00:25:08.600 doctors don't instruct them how to do this correctly so then yes these people lose muscle

00:25:14.420 and peter atia and other people that are glomming on i saw this dr kyle gillette the other day was

00:25:19.900 interviewed by thomas to lower i know you know thomas i mean these guys are literally coming on now

00:25:25.120 saying they're horrible don't use them i saw kyle gillette said that he has women that have

00:25:31.340 gallbladder issues and i'm like if you're morbidly obese and a type 2 diabetic and you

00:25:36.520 take this drug and now you're not eating right but maybe two meals a day instead of six you're 0.98

00:25:42.540 still eating the same shit that you were eating before that you don't get enough fiber and roughage 0.99

00:25:47.960 and greens and all these other things and so yeah you can't you're constipated so yeah you're gonna 0.99

00:25:52.400 have gallbladder issues but this does not correlate to healthy people which is the majority of your audience

00:25:58.320 the majority of my listening audience so unfortunately as you know the healthy people

00:26:02.620 are now being lied to and they're freaking out they're like oh my god dude i don't know my doctor

00:26:07.540 said you know he watched the interview with dr peter atia that was in the mail and he's like i don't

00:26:11.720 think i should be using him anymore i'm like well what how do you feel like do you have side effects no

00:26:16.840 it's the greatest thing i've ever had i've lost all this weight are you still lifting are you still

00:26:20.600 eating insulin control are you doing your cardio well yeah then you're good you're the only side

00:26:26.600 effect this is the truth the only side effect for people like us who use these drugs is smaller

00:26:32.260 bowel movements who doesn't want smaller bowel movements i mean literally dude when i first

00:26:37.980 started doing this a year ago i was a little bit concerned because i'm like what's going on

00:26:41.620 and then i started looking into the the biology and the pharma pharma kinetics of what these things do

00:26:48.180 and they do increase bile salt and metabolic equations and and biochemical cascades to break

00:26:56.200 down the food that you're eating and then when you combine that with the idea that you're not eating

00:27:01.080 as much anymore then yes you're going to have smaller bowel movements but i'm telling you they did years

00:27:07.360 of research double blind placebo controlled studies on health i'm sorry on unhealthy people type 2

00:27:15.500 diabetics which as you know are usually human dumpster fires these are people that treat their 1.00

00:27:19.300 body like shit and none of them have really bad side effects but all of them showed massive weight 0.99

00:27:26.220 loss okay so again the devil is in the details context is key if you know how to lose body fat correctly 0.98

00:27:33.860 and again i don't have to get into it but it's protein enough protein per pound of lean body mass

00:27:38.720 resistance training cardiovascular training proper sleep you know reducing your carbohydrate intake this is the

00:27:44.800 greatest thing that you could ever use because nothing will lose or drop body fat as fast as these

00:27:52.200 drugs will and and dude you know about fasting i don't have to get into fasting if you're a faster

00:27:57.400 these are the greatest tools ever because now you have no hunger pangs you know you don't get the 16 17 18

00:28:05.620 hours and you're like oh bro i gotta fucking eat you don't have hunger do you still get like all the 0.99

00:28:10.880 benefits uh of fasting if you use these appetite suppressants like the ketones and all that stuff 0.96

00:28:17.520 after a certain period of time or does it suppress so that's a great question 100 you do

00:28:21.480 so all these things so the autophagy and all that still happens exactly so i was just dude we're so

00:28:28.000 connected you literally just stole my thunder i was gonna say because i don't fast that often like if i do

00:28:33.620 i find it painful it's like this sucks like so bro you will literally be able to fast on these i was 0.57

00:28:39.080 that's where i was going so both of these drugs and by the way let me just decline this a little

00:28:44.440 bit so semaglutide is older uh it's been around longer it's been studied more more people are

00:28:49.840 using it because again availability terzapatite like i said just came out in august of last year

00:28:54.500 but terzapatite is five to ten times better than semaglutide because it's more tolerated uh and again

00:29:02.700 because it's a metabolic uncoupler where semaglutide isn't now i don't want to confuse people and you know

00:29:07.740 me i can send a lot of information out but there's actually one coming that limitless is going to

00:29:13.100 have hopefully again quotes up within the next month to a month and a half that is a triple agonist

00:29:20.620 which actually means okay so semaglutide is a single agonist terzapatite is a double agonist and

00:29:26.000 the triple agonist will mean it attacks fat loss from all three pathways so the pathways of fat loss

00:29:32.800 are caloric restriction or you know appetite suppression metabolic uncoupling enhanced

00:29:38.000 thermogenesis and then the final aspect is um accelerated caloric burning when you're exercising

00:29:45.020 so imagine when you exercise you have like another blast furnace going on now um enhancing caloric

00:29:52.160 burn while you exercise so that so there literally is one coming that you can use and not take anything

00:29:57.460 else other than maybe testosterone and a growth hormone peptide or grow gh itself and you will be

00:30:02.480 completely and totally shredded if you live the lifestyle seriously and it's it's been it's uh it's

00:30:07.660 already been through phase two clinical trials i have some questions for you sure um so a good friend

00:30:13.940 of mine is taking terzapatite what what was the brand name um it's over the name manjaro that's it

00:30:21.560 so that's the one that he got yep um we were talking on my on my general's uh conversation i don't know

00:30:29.640 like a month ago maybe six weeks ago when he first started it and he's like yeah i'm gonna do this

00:30:34.760 i've heard this this that and the other thing so i sent a text to my uh trainer and i asked him if

00:30:41.540 he had any experience with terzapatite so this is what he said so i'm just going to read it back to

00:30:45.280 you sure he didn't he didn't really like the idea so i want to hear how you feedback to he says

00:30:49.820 not available in canada as far as i can tell it's stool purpose anti-biabetic drug that started as a

00:30:55.660 glp1 agonist known as victorza i used victorza in 2014 and lost 30 pounds and stopped put about 60

00:31:02.720 people on it since this is promising but i don't think it's available in canada yet do you know what

00:31:06.800 he's talking about with this victorza so so that was basically uh the original semaglutide before they

00:31:13.460 you know patented it okay so so the one that's being used now that my friend's using and by the way

00:31:18.900 he lost i think i think he said uh 20 kilos if i'm not mistaken so that's close to 50 pounds

00:31:25.480 anyway he goes on um 45 on uh long term it makes you insulin desensitized i wouldn't recommend it if

00:31:33.660 you plan to get to 100 years old um then i was asking him if it's worth uh worth it for a guy like

00:31:41.100 me that you know might want to lose that last remaining um you know bit of belly fat like you know 0.99

00:31:48.340 like uh visceral fat he says it may take away more muscle than fat which you were talking about 0.98

00:31:53.040 um this shit is designed for obese individuals i don't know too many or any bodybuilder types that 1.00

00:31:59.780 take it uh it's because they don't understand it and they're a bunch of bro science idiots anyway 0.99

00:32:04.440 okay it may be worth to try to try it for three to four months prior to see what it's like and still 0.98

00:32:09.960 have enough time to correct possible unwanted results like losing too much muscle as fat that's 0.98

00:32:15.100 complete nonsense dude that guy literally listens to peter atia he doesn't know what the fuck he's 0.92

00:32:19.220 talking about i mean i don't know who he is and i don't care but like okay it's it's not well he's 0.96

00:32:23.120 a guy that i respect so that's why i'm asking for no i mean look and he's listening to peter atia he

00:32:27.320 might be a genius i mean like again it always is like your your um what do you call it your uh your

00:32:32.600 echo chamber like if you don't actually use this yourself and he did use it himself well he hasn't

00:32:38.420 used his appetite but he used semaglutide semaglutide is different than there's appetite i mean again i've

00:32:43.140 used him both but uh so to address the first thing he said about the insulin insensitivity that's

00:32:48.320 completely patently false yeah there's one more thing when you've done that okay but i mean look

00:32:52.820 and you know me i'm the biggest metformin promoter on the planet right like i've written all the

00:32:58.040 articles like everybody uses my data when they want to like debunk metformin or support metformin

00:33:02.980 if you're going to use anything that is going to enhance or i'm sorry suppress appetite enhance

00:33:09.840 metabolism you have to use an insulin mimetic so it's either metformin or dihydroberberine

00:33:15.660 um metformin is still the the be-all end-all because it's coming from a pharmaceutical uh you know

00:33:21.680 process and sterility control versus a supplement like dihydroberberine which you don't you can't

00:33:26.020 really trust any supplement manufacturers because they don't have any sterility processing control

00:33:29.800 but dihydroberberine if you get a quality version is it's close to metformin um but that's not

00:33:35.820 true about um it screws up insulin sensitivity and then look i would even argue that at a certain age 0.63

00:33:41.920 and you and i aren't getting any younger you don't fucking have any insulin sensitivity so i mean like 0.92

00:33:47.520 what does it even matter that our our food is um poisoned you know everything is sprayed with 0.98

00:33:55.340 chemicals and you know like dr j says glyphosate and atrazine i mean if you live in the midwest in the

00:34:00.480 united states or canada you are literally being bombarded by poison every single day everything

00:34:05.740 you eat yeah dr j covers that in depth in his book in the podcast so i mean so the reality is is like

00:34:10.700 you're going to be insulin insensitive as you age unless you take matters into your own hands and

00:34:17.180 obviously the glp1 agonist can help metformin can help dihydroberberine can help using a growth

00:34:22.600 hormone inducing peptide like epimorelin or tesamorelin or even just you know human growth hormone

00:34:27.560 a micro dosage itself i mean all these things are going to help you i mean i do all these things

00:34:32.000 but i like i said i've been using it for a year and a half um combined between both i've never been

00:34:37.880 leaner i've never felt better uh i don't eat as much food anymore the other thing is um i would debate

00:34:45.960 and by the way you know you can get dr rudolph everwine he's been using semaglutide for seven years

00:34:50.960 with his patients he has a giant obesity uh clinic in miami and he's also the main hormone optimization

00:34:57.280 doctor for mhi life which are you know some guys very close to me that i recommend they're

00:35:01.020 geniuses in the space um you know he's been on uh one-on-one interviews with me and podcasts where we

00:35:07.780 debated all these things like okay what happens when people come off you know what are the side

00:35:12.640 effects like is there insulin insensitivity is there you know down regulation of beta glucan receptors

00:35:18.060 in the pancreas and all this is like not in my patients and not in the studies and most people

00:35:25.160 that have used these they all report the same thing again correctly uh incredible fat loss and

00:35:30.720 my appetite is reduced permanently reduced now some people ask and this is an important question

00:35:37.280 they're like okay well what if i don't want to have a permanently reduced appetite at what point can i

00:35:41.020 expect to go back to normal and again without fail in the hundred people that i've talked to or

00:35:47.200 interviewed or just know that i've using them everyone says the same thing and about two months after

00:35:51.840 you go back to kind of you feel normal as far as your diet your your uh your what do you call it

00:35:56.960 your uh your appetite okay um and then the last part he gave me feedback on he said also glp1 agonists

00:36:04.240 are hard on the kidneys and liver and i mean like for me like i'm always tracking my liver values because

00:36:09.920 i've because i've had some family history on that total so glp agonists are not hard on your organs

00:36:15.320 no i mean again they're hard on the organs of people who treat their body like dumpster fires

00:36:21.800 because if you're not is that where they're getting the data from because because that's where

00:36:25.880 doctors are giving it to like severely obese exactly right that's exactly right and that's why i made my

00:36:31.700 video that i put up two weeks ago about this i actually have a really good friend who's a doctor

00:36:37.040 he has all the research he sent me like a whole email breaking down the patient population groups for

00:36:44.020 all the research that guys like atia and them are using you know again the talking points and dude

00:36:48.240 obese diabetic women taking 15 milligrams of this drug dude you people like us should be taking 2.5

00:36:59.960 milligrams a week these people were taking 15 milligrams every other day so again the devil is in

00:37:08.100 the details that is like an industrial dosage so yes if there's uh you know gallbladder issues or you

00:37:14.520 know elevated panels of course and then again what are they eating they're not eating clean

00:37:19.640 yeah i wonder whatever they want yeah i wonder at the end of the day if there's already like a

00:37:24.820 predisposition for um organ damage from somebody that's morbidly obese because they've done so much

00:37:30.680 damage to their body like you could lose 100 pounds of fat right but you've lost the fat okay good

00:37:36.320 you've probably saved yourself some cardiovascular damage or maybe gain a little bit of longevity

00:37:41.440 but if you've done damage to your organs were were diabetic when you were overweight then that could

00:37:45.560 be problematic so um i'll let you guys do your own research but how now you've got a book on peptides

00:37:53.560 do people get the guidance on how to use peptides from the book is it provided from limitless peptides

00:37:59.880 linked in the description like how do they know how to dose it if they want to try this like how does that

00:38:04.460 work yeah so i mean first off the book was turned uh published i think uh i think it was like actually

00:38:11.100 physically available to human beings on february 2nd or 3rd whatever the first no it was actually i

00:38:16.040 think it's called whatever it's called uh optimize your help with therapeutic peptides and it's on

00:38:21.140 amazon yeah let me just grab a link and i'll drop that yeah no problem um it was feb it was exactly

00:38:26.160 february 1st so we pre-launched it uh you know like the week before in january we launched it you know

00:38:32.360 it was number one selling book in men's health alternative medical like four categories in europe

00:38:37.780 canada usa australia for the entire month of february it's done really your health with therapeutic

00:38:44.500 peptides yeah it's done very well yeah it's got a very good rating actually it's got a lot of

00:38:48.800 of course it's a five-star rated book um and it's got a lot of science in it it's not a book though

00:38:54.640 that is written for doctors i mean it i mean it is from a resource perspective but i don't have

00:38:59.740 i was gonna ask you can anybody read it and use it that has absolutely it's written for it's it's

00:39:03.620 a sixth i would say a sixth to eighth grade level uh for anyone who's interested in using peptides

00:39:10.040 to extend their life that's the bottom line but um there's a lot of uh you know links from articles

00:39:17.380 and podcasts and uh well essentially most of the like all the deep dive articles that my website

00:39:24.780 jcampbell.com has done on peptides are all linked in there but every peptide that is in my opinion

00:39:31.420 and of course the people that helped me edit the books uh you know worth looking at and and of course

00:39:36.080 most important thing is that you have access to is in that book and we do very high level summaries

00:39:41.640 one of the things i really like about the book and again we edited this many times before we released

00:39:46.240 it was you can go into the table with contents and if you are interested in one specific peptide you

00:39:51.200 can go right to the recommended dosage you don't need to read the fluff you don't need to read the

00:39:55.340 science you don't need to write it does this that and the other you can say like recommended dosage

00:39:58.820 and we also then took because again reconstitute it and draw it and measure it and everything

00:40:03.320 so some of the yes so the first four chapters of the book is talking about that right like the 10

00:40:09.040 mistakes not to make that most people make before starting therapeutic peptides you know so setting

00:40:14.040 correct expectations understanding how to reconstitute uh understanding the impact of delivery

00:40:18.980 system so yes it's absolutely uh a very clear concise book for anybody again if you've never

00:40:25.180 used peptides it's a book to buy 100 but do i have videos in there of reconstitution yes do i have videos

00:40:33.920 or links to videos in there for you know showing people like you know the difference between micrograms

00:40:39.840 and milligrams and all that yes so all that stuff is definitely in there as you know that's always been

00:40:45.740 the hardest thing is like getting people to understand the difference we also built a calculator

00:40:50.900 that's now on my website it's just jcampbell.com forward slash peptide calculator and that will have

00:40:57.240 you know the ability to convert and do the math between like two milligram five milligram ten milligram

00:41:01.800 bile from a reconstitution standpoint and then you know calculating your dose so pretty much all the math

00:41:07.760 is done for you um but in the book itself we take it and break it down by classifications right

00:41:14.900 so fat loss longevity healing uh enhancing your immunity um you know hairy growth uh skin cellular

00:41:24.840 uh uh improvement and elastic improvement and all that stuff so it's pretty broke it's it's broken

00:41:30.400 down pretty well by um what you might want to use peptides for okay so again if you're just a novice

00:41:37.440 and you're like you know what my my buddy told me that i could heal my torn um achilles or you know help

00:41:43.000 with my shoulder or my elbow that's blown out or something like that you could go right to the

00:41:46.620 healing section of the book and you know you can read about the peptides and then how to use them

00:41:50.600 as far as what the dosages are and stuff like that cool um and i've used quite a few of the peptides

00:41:56.400 um and i've got them from limitless or they're definitely quality now i'll tell you guys at the end

00:42:00.980 of the show which ones i've used and why i've used them and why i like them just sort of wrap it up and

00:42:06.600 bookend it um let's let's talk about um because we've talked about the fat loss one which seems to

00:42:12.360 be i mean with the state of north america being categorically essentially obese for the most part

00:42:18.700 this this will get a lot of people's body weight lower to at least a healthier weight if you're obese

00:42:24.320 if you're if you're trying to get rid of belly i think i'm going to try it this summer i mean like

00:42:28.500 i'm going to go in and i'll be the guinea pig and i'll try it this summer and i'll and i'll do a

00:42:32.780 little cycle of this and well i'll just give you the 30 days to shreds book and you just follow it

00:42:36.660 before it goes out public and you just follow the protocol and you just publicize it yeah and then

00:42:40.660 i'll just talk about and i'll tell you guys how it how it'll work for me like i will say this like

00:42:45.560 one of the problems that i had was i was my abdomen started to get a bit distended in the last year

00:42:50.560 and i didn't know what the hell was going on if it was my diet if it's something to do with the

00:42:54.800 training and one of the things that happened after i went through dr j's dna analysis and we spent the 90

00:43:01.140 minutes on the call and he was talking about what foods to avoid and what to eat more of that that

00:43:06.340 solved most of the problem itself you know believe it or not just by eliminating crap you can't get

00:43:11.520 out of your system like probably part of the reason why um that happened was just because i was eating

00:43:16.640 so many avocados and salads and olive oil and olives and like all the like nuts like dude i used to take

00:43:23.660 pumpkin seeds and i would put them in a cup because they're high in iron fiber and protein and i would

00:43:29.540 smash that back and i was talking to dr j goes that's that's another part of the you know uh

00:43:34.880 kryptonite stack that you need to stay away from that's that's bunk that's bunging up your system

00:43:38.320 that's you know slowing you down so you know getting the clarity around the food component is super

00:43:43.320 important i think this is like the icing on the cake the stuff that j's got over here with peptides

00:43:47.520 and again i've used a lot of these myself so i'll tell you which ones i've used and why at the end but

00:43:52.260 i want you to talk about um like rules for stacking peptides like the do's and don'ts let me just say

00:43:57.760 it's funny though because i didn't say this and you've already said it but i dude i stopped eating

00:44:01.840 almond butter i used to pound almonds i used to love almonds and they also just i can't eat that

00:44:07.000 shit they also distended my abdomen but i never knew any of that you know and dr j was like i don't 0.52

00:44:12.260 have the exact same thing that you have but i've always thought literally that i was allergic to 0.97

00:44:17.220 avocado yeah because it would just make me feel like ass after i ate it and so like that's probably

00:44:22.520 i have we have the same exact thing you know we definitely have both northern european and viking 0.60

00:44:26.580 ancestry but uh but yeah i stopped eating almonds altogether and my waist shrunk um so there's

00:44:33.820 there's absolutely no doubt about it that my guess is that when you pulled all that stuff out you

00:44:37.980 probably had another reaction because your body was like you know not septic but your body literally 0.96

00:44:43.540 was in shock for so long for eating shit it couldn't digest well yeah exactly which you think is 0.96

00:44:48.300 healthy because everybody tells you almonds are healthy avocados are healthy it's like maybe for you 0.99

00:44:52.800 they are but for me that's exactly right dude that's exactly right but so for peptides so so 0.70

00:44:58.320 they're so rules for stacking peptides like we get this is like fucking three week show but 0.94

00:45:02.740 because i think people ask me and you know friend of the show i know you know chris geth and

00:45:07.320 you know you and i both know him and you know chris is one of my good friends and huge influencer

00:45:12.500 you know he's got millions of people to follow him and you know he's like every time he reads 0.99

00:45:16.320 my stuff he's like bro i love your shit your shit is so deep but he's like why don't you ever tell 0.99

00:45:20.360 people like what they can use in combination with everything else like why do you not talk about 0.99

00:45:25.320 fat loss and muscle gain or all this stuff and i always i'm like chris come on bro you know better

00:45:29.880 pick a goal and focus on it and get dialed in whatever it is and then think about going from

00:45:38.300 that and so what i mean for you guys listening is most influencers slash gurus experts are always

00:45:44.300 talking about building fat or losing fat building muscle at the same time i am here to tell you that 0.96

00:45:49.340 that is complete fucking nonsense no one can build muscle and lose fat at the same time i don't care 0.97

00:45:57.020 if you're dorian yates lee haney ronnie coldman lee labrata the greatest bodybuilders in the world it's 0.99

00:46:03.500 always one or the other you cannot take a magic substance and build tissue which comes from eating

00:46:11.100 you know uh elevated calories and a caloric um you know above maintenance or losing body fat which 0.96

00:46:20.460 is eating below maintenance you can't do both but they see all this bullshit on the internet and they 0.66

00:46:25.320 listen to all these people who lie you take this supplement you know sarms i mean i could go on and 1.00

00:46:30.600 on and on but like no what's the deal with sarms that's sarms from a few people are they shit 0.99

00:46:35.380 dude they are absolutely so sarms kill men i mean like any doc out there um who's you know legit and 0.99

00:46:43.840 they see patients especially young guys because young kids are the ones that take them most of the

00:46:47.860 time because they're sold over the counter a lot of these you know um gnc supplement stores um they

00:46:52.920 destroy liver panels destroy hdl i mean they're the worst thing you could ever take now on paper and i

00:47:00.000 don't want to make discussion about sarms but on paper a sarm which is a selective androgen receptor

00:47:04.840 modulator it looks cool it's like oh it's not going to disturb my hypogonadal function and it's

00:47:11.240 going to increase my um anabolic profile so i can technically build muscle and they do build muscle

00:47:17.420 but they destroy your biomarkers so over time they're not worth it and anybody who understands

00:47:23.740 you know optimizing hormones is just going to say just use a therapeutic dose like you and i do of

00:47:28.660 testosterone and you're not going to have any kind of side effect profile you're not going to have any

00:47:33.260 kind of harm to your biomarkers actually you're going to enhance your biomarkers so it's just 0.94

00:47:37.380 stupid but but the reality is is that you cannot build muscle and burn fat at the same time now yes

00:47:43.340 there's going to be some guy who's going to leave him a thing in the comment and he's going to be 1.00

00:47:46.420 like okay that's not true look at this 22 year old guy in newbies and people who've never who have

00:47:51.560 great genetics by the way it is possible to build muscle and burn fat right because the muscle dude when i was

00:47:57.620 22 i could eat a bag of doritos smash a protein shake and smoke a joint and i would look ripped

00:48:02.820 and jacked that's what i'm saying right no problem like when your body's young you can do all this

00:48:06.580 stuff exactly but at the end of the day as you're aging it's one or the other right so let's just get

00:48:11.780 that correct don't ever think that you're going to take these two peptides to build muscle and these

00:48:17.520 three peptides will lose body fat that's retarded focus on whatever it is and look it's very simple 0.87

00:48:22.200 if you're 15 or higher body fat and you want to look better you got to lose body fat okay it's simple

00:48:31.360 if you're 20 or higher you're a guy you got to lose body fat so your focus should be on peptides to lose

00:48:37.700 body fat now is it possible to take four peptides and and get some muscle gain as you're losing body fat of

00:48:47.020 course of course absolutely again is your diet on point is your training on point is your sleeping

00:48:52.580 on point all those things factor in but the easiest rule there's you know again you know on the limitless

00:48:59.160 site you know i have a bunch of stacks you know they the attorneys went after us yesterday and said

00:49:03.760 you can't say stacks it's got to say bundles right so now we're going to be changing that right but the

00:49:09.340 reality is is uh let's just break them down so fat loss the best peptides for fat loss are very simple 0.60

00:49:16.720 uh and i don't want to glom over because we haven't spoken about tesofensine but tesofensine

00:49:21.860 which i'll talk about in a second ipamorellin tesamorellin if you can get it which is almost

00:49:25.960 impossible to get nowadays i know peptide sciences sells it but i don't really trust the quality of that

00:49:30.700 peptide there because anybody doesn't have it in stock or does it make it uh he does and we'll talk

00:49:36.080 about that in a second but you have to be a member of his um inner circle slash vip club which if they

00:49:40.900 come in through your deal they will be but the thing is is that tesamorellin is technically a

00:49:45.980 patented drug it's called a grifta and the research chemical companies are not allowed to

00:49:52.020 sell it publicly even though peptide sciences is which is everything all together i don't know how

00:49:56.420 they get away with it but so you got tessa how do they how do they patent a peptide it's just a chain

00:50:02.500 of amino acids because they just made the drug you know a grifta a grifta was somehow patented for men

00:50:08.620 that have lipodystrophy that have hiv and so they made it it's so expensive dude it costs more money than

00:50:13.580 growth hormone it's a joke but oh then what's the point yeah so so the bottom line is you have

00:50:19.260 tesofensine you have tesamorellin if you can get it you have ipamorellin you have mot c which i know

00:50:26.140 we talked about mot c on a different show with you before mot c is a really good one it's a massive

00:50:30.160 mitochondrial optimizer uh it enhances mitochondrial sensitivity and upregulation and then i would say

00:50:37.580 the other the other one that i would talk about would be five amino and five amino is a capsule

00:50:42.280 an oral capsule a lot of guys bro as you know are going to be they're going to whoop with that one

00:50:47.240 wimp out they don't want to inject even though you and i have talked about you know insulin needle

00:50:52.760 injections a million times you can't so easy you could stab yourself in the face and you wouldn't

00:50:56.260 feel it it's a 31 32 gauge needle but at the end of the day people freak out you know it's injection

00:51:01.660 you know i'll take the pills but i'm not going to inject myself but the bottom line is that tesofensine

00:51:06.700 is a capsule and so is five amino now just real quick to talk about tesofensine tesofensine is

00:51:13.480 literally my favorite fat loss brain derived neurotropic factor stimulating medication of all

00:51:21.820 time uh people ask me now like what is your favorite nootropic and i say tens of tesofensine it's not a

00:51:27.360 nootropic per se but because so fencing is under the obesity reduction category exactly but it's because

00:51:33.800 it's uh it stimulates bdnf so much i consider a nootropic you like this better than uh terzapatide

00:51:42.080 was it well so remember so terzapatide is more you would be using them in combination because

00:51:46.360 terzapatide is more about uh appetite suppression and metabolic uncoupling and tesofensine is more about

00:51:52.140 bdnf stimulation but it does have uh metabolic uncoupling over time whether it's as strong as

00:51:58.620 terzapatide or not i don't know it's probably similar but you would use both and is it

00:52:03.720 injectable or is it a pill because i see on the site you got so teso is a pill it's a capsule so

00:52:08.200 they have it on the website it's either 250 milligrams or 500 milligrams so when you take it

00:52:12.640 within the first day of using it you feel uplifted you literally have an enhancement in mood and for

00:52:20.100 people that are you know super creative types like you and me uh you know creating creating creating

00:52:25.500 it's the most amazing drug ever because you just feel in a flow state it puts you in a flow state like

00:52:31.000 immediately i mean i'm just nothing like i mean again i've been using it since uh november of 2021

00:52:37.120 um both my wife and i use it um it used to be the script formula that the compound pharmacy sold was

00:52:44.860 500 milligrams or mcgs whatever it is i don't want to confuse myself right now it's either 500 milligrams

00:52:50.320 or 500 mcgs but you'll see it on limitless site but the owner of limitless chris mercer lowered

00:52:55.940 the dosage because he had a lot of of his um clients complain they would say that when they

00:53:03.120 weren't complaining that it was causing side effects they were complaining that it was too 0.93

00:53:06.200 good that they would be like i can't fucking sleep on it i love it i feel amazing but i can't sleep on 0.95

00:53:10.780 it so he lowered the dosage by half and so they're selling it now at 250 and everyone that was complaining 0.87

00:53:16.960 that 500 was too much says oh my god thank you you know i got tons of physicians tons of uh clinical

00:53:23.860 um strength people functional health people that love the 250 over the 500 because i'm in mexico now

00:53:30.060 and i don't have anybody down here that can write me a script for the 500 um i've been using the 250

00:53:33.880 from chris and i can't tell the difference that's but that's just me i couldn't i you know 500 didn't

00:53:39.620 keep me awake at night i slept like a baby on 500 but when i take 250 and 500 it's like the same

00:53:44.380 they both just feel amazing bro you haven't used it yet right no um well let's hop into what i've used

00:53:51.560 um since you're asking um so i've used the tissue repair stuff um when we got together in la a few

00:54:01.300 years ago before the scandemic i was telling you about my knee issue and i knew about vpc 157 from

00:54:07.520 uh ben greenfield and i was just like yeah i don't want to stick needles in my knee and you're like

00:54:11.720 so easy and you showed me how to do it and i ordered it and it was easy it was it was easy it was

00:54:17.880 relatively convenient you know surprisingly and it solved my knee issue um i haven't used it since

00:54:24.440 my knees are great i'm able to do everything that i wanted to do dude i was skiing hardcore this

00:54:30.180 winter that's all i did like i did breckenridge did a lot of big hills and it's awesome man um i was

00:54:36.080 having a great time so like healing peptides like bpc 157 improve i mean the way that it was explained

00:54:45.180 to me is like you take this and you'll heal like the wolverine i'm like okay but you do like my knee

00:54:51.180 was kind of fucked like i used to wear a knee brace just to sort of walk long distances there was no way 0.94

00:54:56.200 that i would be able to shred a mountain you know the way way that i've been doing lately and i'm not 0.99

00:55:01.060 a young man anymore like i'm a 70s kid right so um that was great for my joint uh tb 500 another great

00:55:09.560 peptide which i've used as well in connection with bpc 157 i might butcher this so you're gonna have

00:55:14.940 to correct me but bpc 157 is more for the joints and tb 500 is more for the ligaments is it exactly

00:55:22.040 well i mean they're both the same i mean they're synergistic so tb 500 is more of an inflammation

00:55:26.960 suppressor and then the bpc is an angiogenic or an angiogenic which means it increases red blood cell

00:55:32.360 formation so together they work amazingly well so that's what i was doing i was basically putting

00:55:36.560 them in the same syringe small dosages daily um two to three different areas around the knee

00:55:41.500 within about a couple weeks um i definitely felt the improvement the other one that i've used uh a

00:55:48.060 bit as well is epitalin which is like a once a year cycle and all that does is that just low lowers your

00:55:54.420 um what's it called the biological age of your um what's that your telomeres telomeres yeah ben

00:56:02.840 greenfield's got loads of podcasts on that you know it's been tested it works so i do that annually

00:56:07.740 and uh ipamorelin which i believe is the um human growth hormone booster yep like it's not growth

00:56:14.520 hormone but it encourages your system to produce more of it without creating any suppressive uh like

00:56:21.860 deleterious effects like sort of like later on down the road where you have to rely on it exactly um you

00:56:27.140 know which are all great and i've also used um what's the one that uh tans you oh uh m1 or m2

00:56:33.460 yeah melanotan yeah melanotan which which is just stupid effective i mean you just need a tiny bit of

00:56:38.920 that and if you can tolerate the uh nausea but it's then it's super effective in the cell so if you so

00:56:45.560 that's funny you say that so my skin that you're seeing right now is this is melanotan right so i've

00:56:50.640 been using melanotan one since 2009 um when i could get it um now i can get it regularly um it's

00:56:58.220 available out there but m2 which is what most people use is causes nausea and is actually more

00:57:05.100 effective for tanning but the problem with it and again i really i've written prolifically on it you

00:57:09.660 know you can go to the website just search m1 m2 um the problem with m2 is it also enhances the

00:57:15.180 formation of moles so some people like get darkened you know melanasmic moles that come

00:57:21.180 out and bottom line is you know it's scientifically proven that those that those things can become

00:57:25.620 cancerous so i would just tell you straight up don't use melanotan too unless you're like a 1.00

00:57:30.060 competitive bodybuilder and you're getting tan you know like right before your show i don't know

00:57:34.680 which one i use i think it it it was certainly effective in a very small dose you didn't have to

00:57:40.160 use much of it so one doesn't give you the moles uh one is no and and and the thing about one that

00:57:47.220 i love is it enhances consciousness like we now know the mechanism of action which it does so if

00:57:52.040 you're a meditator or you're you know you do a lot of inner work or reflection or contemplation dude 0.92

00:57:56.240 m1 is the shit it's hard to get it though because now um again big pharma has uh patented it you know 0.99

00:58:04.540 it's called afro lamentatide or some bullshit i can't pronounce the word but if you guys want it 0.99

00:58:11.080 you're going to be able to get it through limitless but you're going to have to be a member of the

00:58:14.980 peptide club okay um so those have been the main ones i'm just trying to think if there's anything

00:58:20.780 that i've missed but those it's mostly the healing ones that i've used and the ones that encourage

00:58:25.680 um more growth hormone yeah um i'll say this i've used ipamorelin um i don't know maybe a few

00:58:35.140 months at a time over the last few years and i've never used it around the time when i do blood labs

00:58:41.000 to pull uh growth hormone like i like i check my growth hormone once a year and the first time that

00:58:47.720 i pulled it which was like seven months after i used it my doctor accused me of using growth hormone

00:58:53.820 he goes where are you getting the growth hormone from like i'm i'm not on growth hormone dude like

00:58:57.300 i have no idea where to get it i use a peptide that encourages it yeah like can you get me some bro

00:59:01.220 yeah because i'm right at the top of the range right and he was like okay so what the hell's going on

00:59:07.340 here and that's just my body's natural ability to use a peptide to optimize so it works like like

00:59:13.000 peptides are super effective and you know used you know responsibly they're safe you know and they

00:59:21.860 compounds dude i mean there are some that are synthesized but they're mostly naturally occurring

00:59:28.900 organic molecules they're fractionated proteins i mean dude a whole nother podcast that we'll do at

00:59:34.520 some point is bioregulators because that's the next frontier beyond peptides and those are coming

00:59:39.160 because now they're going to start regulating you know big pharma always catches on to the things that

00:59:45.440 can destroy allopathic medicine so at some point they're going to try to you know regulate this

00:59:50.540 industry i mean they already are you know through quote unquote uh compound pharmacy channels they

00:59:56.060 really lead the research chemical companies like limitless alone because people indemnify themselves

01:00:01.260 on the website through the legalese and everything we don't have to get into that but but at the end of

01:00:05.040 the day there's so many great biomedical advancements or enhancements now um out there that you know

01:00:13.520 again a discerning person who does his research and you know pays attention to guys like you and me

01:00:17.660 and ben greenfield and whatnot can dramatically change your life i mean i mean bro i can make

01:00:22.040 an argument there's no value even going into a doctor unless you get shot you know and you have

01:00:27.380 to have shrapnel removed for you because again we now know too i mean it's come out in the last

01:00:32.020 four or five months it's everywhere you know since the scamdemic has ended now everybody's been

01:00:36.920 analyzing everything i mean bro even the diagnostic tests are scams

01:00:40.720 the colonoscopies mammograms you know urological exams they're all just fishing expeditions to get

01:00:51.120 people fearful and then they order expensive procedures or cuttings or excisions or any of 0.99

01:00:56.300 this shit and they're not even necessary it's fucking nuts medicine is a scam i mean at the end of the day 0.99

01:01:02.100 i hate to say that but it really is find a doctor that'll prescribe you hormones or growth hormone or 1.00

01:01:07.380 peptides or at least allows you to do them and just work with them like you said richard get your labs

01:01:13.420 done at least once a year and understand what you're looking at but that's it man like just take

01:01:17.420 care of your body i'd say more than once a year if you're over 40 i mean i do mine three four times

01:01:22.100 a year just you know stay on top of everything but of course like i've got a doctor prescribed me

01:01:26.480 like you know testosterone and a couple other things that i need as well to optimize myself

01:01:30.760 um i've only got like 50 like 10 maybe 15 more minutes left so i want to sort of finish the

01:01:35.940 talking points that i made notes here that we wanted to cover um so let's do the bundles

01:01:42.400 on healing immunity longevity fat loss to sort of kind of keep it simple i think if you guys really

01:01:47.540 want to get like into the weeds you should definitely get jay's book which was linked in

01:01:51.820 the chat there earlier um the stuff that they've stacked here i'm going to put up on the screen so

01:01:57.880 you guys can get a visual it might be easier that way sure screen uh where's the bundles there it is

01:02:04.220 so the link in the description um will take you to the website and you'll see like one of the pages

01:02:12.540 is like jay's bundles they changed it it was stacks yesterday oh is it stacks bundle okay so bundles yes

01:02:18.560 so there you go so um that's him down over there with his wife he's in solid shape still um so we've

01:02:25.080 got obesity reduction immune enhancement life extension healing and repair so that so this

01:02:32.040 would be bpc 157 tb so exactly what i talked about over here these are the healing um peptides that i

01:02:38.140 use and it's the other one you said to ghkcu the hair stuff so so ghkcu which is a copper peptide

01:02:44.320 yeah uh not just enhances hair regrowth you can also put it on your skin it's the most powerful

01:02:49.360 transdermal peptide so like if you can find a solution you can inject it you know chris gethin

01:02:54.440 injects it right into his scalp he's so crazy about you know regrowing his hair as you know

01:02:58.260 it regrows hair that's indisputable um but i actually started there yeah so so to talk about

01:03:04.860 the copper peptide so i use a skincare product that you recommended years ago yep i still use it

01:03:11.340 and um i mean i don't use it that often but it's got the copper peptide in it yep um it's a really

01:03:17.540 good product like anything with that stack over there i would i would definitely co-sign um the

01:03:24.260 the life extension with epitalin what's that stacked with or bundled with thymelin so so thymelin

01:03:30.940 is actually so first off uh you use epitalon so do i yeah so thymelin is a is a newer peptide to come

01:03:38.700 onto the scene but together they are synergistic so uh if you want to ensure that you're going to live

01:03:44.780 the longest and strongest possible you would use both of them but they're exactly the same you would

01:03:48.360 literally take them you know in the book it's listed the dosage but you would take one for 10 days

01:03:52.640 in a row and then the next one for 10 days in a row and you do it once a year okay and then you got

01:03:57.760 immunity enhancement uh bundles which so let's let's talk about i've never used any of these so talk about

01:04:02.620 these to me yeah so so so these three peptides i recommend everyone has these on hand in case you get

01:04:11.700 hit with the next bioweapon because you know these mfers are going to come after us again with 1.00

01:04:15.520 something else it's never going to say on hand can you buy this shit keep it in your fridge and 0.99

01:04:19.880 then reconstitute it like six years when the next scandemic yes you can now no nobody nobody is going 0.96

01:04:25.260 to tell you that because you know again they want to talk in technical terms if you put that somewhere

01:04:30.760 in a cool dry it doesn't have to be refrigerated but a cool dry place unreconstituted so it's just

01:04:36.560 sitting in the vials at best it's going to lose 10 efficacy over 10 years so it's always going to

01:04:44.320 be an active peptide when it loses potency or efficacy is after it's been reconstituted and it's

01:04:52.120 sat in your refrigerator for six months but again one of the smartest people on the planet that you

01:04:56.160 and i both know is my business partner with this nick andrews you know 20 years 24 years in the

01:05:00.400 biopharma space making these things he says and again it's his opinion but he's very smart he says

01:05:06.040 i think the maximum potency that it'll lose is about 35 so what does that mean it basically means

01:05:12.860 that even if you reconstitute it and you put it in your fridge and you keep it there it's not going

01:05:17.440 to be as strong as it was in the first two weeks but it still will have some effect okay and then the

01:05:23.680 other one we got here the last one of the bunch is the bundle on obesity reduction and this is

01:05:30.740 ipamorelin tessa tessa fencing mozzi and five amino why don't you have the um uh what was it called

01:05:40.760 terzapatite is not in there because that also has to be done through the club because again remember

01:05:45.880 it's manjaro and semaglutide are patented okay but they're both there semaglutide and manjaro i mean

01:05:51.800 they're not called manjaro or or ozimpic but bosom aglutide and terzapatite are in the club you just

01:05:57.020 can't find them on here until you're a member in the club okay so it's it's under the counter let's

01:06:02.160 just exactly under the counter it's like it's like back in the day when i used to go to the gmc and i'd

01:06:07.100 be like hey man i want to get some um what was that stack the eca stack with ephedrine oh yeah i want

01:06:13.880 to get some ephedrine yeah and then the guy would be like hold on a second i want the salicylic acid

01:06:21.080 okay so that's so that's in the club so this is the store-facing stuff um that's how things are

01:06:30.220 you know like some of the most effective things pharma companies and the medical industry want to

01:06:36.240 you know lock you out of so they like basically have a freaking monopoly on it totally um you know

01:06:41.720 that's the way that it is i mean look people people can get those drugs through their doctor but as you

01:06:46.100 and i both know if you want to pay five to six times the cost that you can buy them straight from

01:06:50.080 limitless then be my guest why would you do that it's the same drug so i have an on-air proposal

01:06:55.920 for you i mean you guys can tell me in the chat if you want me to do this but i was going to suggest

01:06:59.540 so i've got a um what the hell is it called it's a body comp test i got it on my calendar

01:07:05.580 bod pod no um hang on let me get the name of it because in body no it might be called something

01:07:11.360 different in dexa dexa dexa scan yeah okay so i have a dexa scan mid-april so i'm going to get my

01:07:19.260 baseline done there you go and it's a package so you buy two right so it's the most accurate way

01:07:24.000 for them to measure your body fat so i got that dexa scan we'll get the baseline if you want to

01:07:29.880 guide me and walk me through the fat loss stack let's do it 100% appetite tell me exactly you know

01:07:37.100 which ones i need how to do a program bro i was gonna say and then i'll just go back and i'll do

01:07:42.060 the second uh dexa scan and see where i'm at because um you know i just kind of want to hit

01:07:48.600 that goal of you know getting back to like the like the very lean like i'm i'm pretty low body fat

01:07:54.640 right now but i'm not like you want to get shredded yeah like i got a four pack i don't have a six pack

01:08:00.100 like i used to have you know what i'm saying yeah just for shits and giggles back from doing this i mean 0.77

01:08:04.640 30 days guaranteed literally so i'll leave you guys with that we didn't have a huge amount of

01:08:11.500 time for today's show but the the description has the link to the limitless site uh i'd also

01:08:17.920 strongly recommend that you get jay's book and you know sort of enlighten yourself because this isn't

01:08:22.820 mainstream stuff you're not going to see this on the mainstream media the news your doctor probably 0.93

01:08:27.840 doesn't know shit about it because let's be honest doctors you don't know shit about anything they 0.96

01:08:31.380 just have to follow the script this cholesterol pill sort of thing they just do the very very basics 0.98

01:08:36.700 um i've had knee issues for years doctors can do shit physiotherapists did nothing i sat down and i 0.78

01:08:44.260 had dinner with jay in la and in five ten minutes you know he showed me exactly how to do it got them 0.75

01:08:49.340 you know i fixed my own knee myself basically um they do have pretty impressive results for what they

01:08:57.140 cost and what they are it's just nobody knows about them it's true i mean you have to i mean if

01:09:02.720 you're serious about your health and taking control of of ailments or any things that have happened in

01:09:08.420 your body over years from abuse or you know whatever it happens to be um a lot of these peptides can be

01:09:13.480 pretty useful and i've seen people use the the terzapatide to lose quite a bit of weight so that seems

01:09:19.540 like an interesting uh bit jay you've got a website too what's the website just so people can find your

01:09:24.500 stuff yeah it's just it's uh jay campbell jay campbell like the soup c-a-m-p-b-e-l-l.com and

01:09:30.100 there's tons of stuff uh there i mean again if you guys want peptide articles my site now is number

01:09:35.220 one site on the world for peptides so like all you have to do is just go on there and go in the

01:09:38.720 search bar up top and type in any of the peptides you're looking for and you'll get info on it yeah

01:09:43.000 and back to the starter show we were talking about the dna analysis thing i've got uh dr anthony jay's

01:09:49.300 link to his website also in the description it's a starting point for everybody like

01:09:54.120 that's legit where i would tell just about every not which protein powder do i take you know what's

01:10:00.040 your what's your exercise routine what's the fastest way to lose fat rich what's the fastest way to get

01:10:04.280 bigger biceps i would i would start with analyzing your dna to see what your ancestors ate and if you

01:10:11.120 have any predispositions hard-coded in your dna that might lead to things like cardiovascular disease

01:10:16.680 that might lead to gallbladder issues that might lead to dementia or any other mental you know diseases

01:10:22.640 like there's there's quite a lot that you can do now by understanding what your source code really is

01:10:29.540 and eating and living in accordance to a way that will optimize that so you don't let's be honest you

01:10:36.680 don't fuck up your life and have to rely on prescriptions from like big pharma to have your 0.73

01:10:41.940 immune system your health your cholesterol levels all on their plan uh it's about taking control of

01:10:47.920 your life and being on your own plan is a way that i would put it so jay thanks for joining me again

01:10:52.040 man then uh my brother by the way they can get a free chapter i should have told you this i forgot

01:10:56.460 because they just fixed this but uh they can get the first chapter of the peptides book by just going
