00:03:35.380 Well, first and foremost, the reason why I got involved in anything is that I was so shaken to the core about January 6th.

00:03:44.400 As a longtime prosecutor, I know what real criminals look like.

00:03:49.940 And the God-fearing, God-honoring, lovely patrons that were there because their hearts were broken over a stolen election, they shouldn't be in the gulag.

00:03:59.960 and I just felt compelled to do what I can, and so I've always focused on elections and the rig

00:04:06.400 machines because until we get rid of the usurpers, you're never going to have the pardons that are

00:04:12.640 necessary. You're not going to have the right appointments in the Department of Justice,

00:04:16.660 and you're going to continue to run into this buzz-soft corruption, so I've never separated

00:04:20.260 the two, and it's named after the deliverance story in the Old Testament, and I see the J6ers

00:04:28.120 as the original hostages or slaves that stood up and said out loud what everyone knew that the

00:04:35.720 election was stolen. So your chains are real. But there's invisible chains that the rest of us that

00:04:42.200 are on the outside are wearing because of these rigged elections. And so in order for us to have

00:04:48.300 that Red Sea moment to free the prisoners, to free the slaves, we have to free ourselves from

00:04:54.100 these rigged devices and i think when we do both you're going to see this this moment of deliverance

00:04:59.640 and that's really what the film focuses on is what it's going to take and the reason why we

00:05:04.980 have a launch of november 7th it's one year out from the 2024 election we've got one year to

00:05:09.600 improve the terrain and lord willing we'll have breakthroughs long before that that's what i pray

00:05:14.220 for but that's really in essence what let my people go is about it's a deliverance story

00:05:18.660 and we we've got some really creative ways to talk about it it's a really tough film to promote

00:05:24.640 because of the liability that's attached to going after all of the the lawfare targets we're going

00:05:31.920 right after dominion we're going after esns we're going after chris ray we're going after everyone

00:05:37.380 that we know is responsible for this and so as you can imagine many people have cold feet on

00:05:43.340 having anything to do with the project i think it will be the ultimate red pill that covers

00:05:48.440 everything that everyone's been afraid to talk about thus far and so I can't wait to get it out

00:05:53.240 there yes amen well it's it's very interesting that you talk about lawfare um and this documentary

00:06:03.220 kind of being a spurring moment for I guess the offensive right we've been on the defensive for

00:06:09.680 I mean a thousand days now since January 6th um kind of running and hiding and being arrested and

00:06:16.080 dragged out of our homes and there's a large portion of your documentary i'm not going to say

00:06:21.860 a large portion but a significant portion of documentary that also focuses on the military

00:06:27.600 industrial complex and how that has affected january sixers the fact that fbi and these uh

00:06:34.640 you know super soldier looking um people are getting you know uh their houses raided and um

00:06:41.040 This is the highest essence of lawfare, where they're abusing the law code, they're twisting it and contorting it to blanket charge thousands of people and then go and ransack their houses, flash grenade them, and drag them out of their houses.

00:06:56.240 It's good to see us now start to go on the offensive where we are going to be exposing the people like Christopher Wray and the FBI and all of the voting machine, Dominion and all of their ilk that have been so responsible for this cascading effect where it's really put traumatized Americans for possibly for generations.

00:07:20.700 I mean, who wants to go into protest ever again after, you know, seeing this thousands of arrests that have spun out January 6th and the persecution of political prisoners in our country?

00:07:32.960 So it's good to see the worm is turning.

00:07:37.900 And to the heart of the film, it's one thing to talk about the technical deviations of how the machines do rob us of our voices, but the stakes are there because of where you're at, because of where Jonathan Mellis is, because of where Ryan Samsel is.

00:07:59.280 these machines and if people wonder why i'm a fanatic when it comes to getting machines i know

00:08:04.580 unless we improve the train and get rid of them i can't see my brothers free and so i tie the two

00:08:14.820 heart is uh is the people that are languishing even now as you mentioned a thousand days coming

00:08:20.640 up for you. I just have a hard time sleeping when I know that that's happening. For me,

00:08:27.460 the best medicine, I can't speak for anyone else's work. I travel a lot because I feel

00:08:32.860 tremendously guilty about having a lot of the comforts that I still have, knowing what you

00:08:39.220 guys are going without. I just feel better when I devote the day and night to trying to bring

00:08:47.420 awareness to what's going on but um yeah we devote a lot of time we get some of the most

00:08:52.660 heartbreaking testimonials um from j6ers at the corner inside the gulag um stories of hope

00:09:00.340 stories of of redemption just all kinds of great things and that's certainly part of the film

00:09:05.420 yeah it's there is i mean it's such a wide berth of um emotions in this movement i mean

00:09:14.000 just your average day can bring you through so much joy um and also so much heartache and you

00:09:20.040 know it's it you have to know and everyone has to know out there that god's holy spirit is moving

00:09:25.280 through this movement and it would be a completely devastating um you know terrible thing the entire

00:09:33.660 time if god wasn't able to draw like we were saying water out of this rock in different places

00:09:42.160 to love on one another, to do as Christ did,

00:09:44.780 and to wash the feet of those who are broken and abandoned and lacking.

00:10:20.520 because if we don't fix 2020, which is what this documentary is aimed at,

00:10:29.120 I have so much hope because I've seen the needle move in a way that you're

00:10:34.000 just not going to be able to shake the American people free from what they have learned about a

00:10:38.720 corrupt, weaponized government. The Rasmussen polls now firmly have about 68 percent of all

00:10:45.260 voters coming to the abiding conviction that our elections are rigged. I mean, so you're looking at,

00:10:51.200 you know, a huge number. And I think that this film will capture another 10 to 15 percent,

00:10:58.820 and it will reaffirm all of the convictions and all of the heartache and gaslighting that people

00:11:05.920 have gone through to get to this point and so the the enemy's running out of their trip that's why

00:11:10.920 they're so desperate to throw trump in a cage and to take away the law license of john eastman

00:11:17.440 or to come after me and you know the fifth investigation that's still pending over

00:11:22.180 scripting me of my law license um that's why we're seeing people going after sydney powell

00:11:27.480 and so many others, it's because they're not winning the war with respect to the narrative.

00:11:36.580 Now it's just a matter of will the American people stand up together?

00:11:44.440 I look for the American people to emerge as the Red Sea.

00:19:51.240 talks about um what's been developing recently in the january 6 world um where a lot of people have

00:19:57.880 have recently been given restored hope um the supreme court looks like it's positioning itself

00:20:03.860 It's posturing itself to take on my rift of seritori against the 1512 C2 obstruction of Congress charge.

00:20:14.500 Give us some predictions, some insight.

00:20:17.600 Give a little bit of background to the audience about what this obstruction of Congress charge is, how it's been vaguely and over broadly applied.

00:20:27.180 And give us a breakdown, Professor.

00:20:28.800 Well, I think it's one of those things where when you distill what we saw on January 6th, you're really talking about misdemeanor offenses.

00:20:39.880 And so I think that the obstruction of a congressional hearing is where they're trying to basically ruin people's lives with felonies.

00:20:48.240 But one of the things that comes to mind, it might be a little bit different than what you're looking for, Jake, is that there's this creation within the judiciary of some type of national security exemption that doesn't exist to deprive J6ers of Brady material and all of that surveillance footage that also in turn deprives you of your right to confront your accusers.

00:21:12.400 because everyone that was there is a potential fact witness that should be able to testify

00:21:17.080 depending on what they saw and what they heard.

00:21:21.040 And so there's so many things that we can talk about that's wrong with the system,

00:21:27.800 but I don't know.

00:21:30.700 I don't want to give people a false hope on why a court would take something

00:21:34.680 because really, Jake, the God's honest truth is that there's so much black letter law

00:21:40.540 based on cases that were found in the 1960s, whether it's Brady or whether it's Giglio,

00:21:46.680 that should have been addressed by the Supreme Court on an emergency expedited basis two years ago.

00:21:54.640 And the fact that we're in the fall time of close to October 2023,

00:22:02.420 and the Supreme Court case has not addressed the Brady violations

00:22:06.360 and addressed the Giglio violations and the Confrontation Clause violations,

00:22:10.540 is just mind-numbing.

00:22:13.320 So if there are things that you have questions about, Jake,

00:22:17.040 I'd be happy to give you kind of my legal analysis of it,

00:22:20.960 but that's where I'm coming from.

00:22:23.980 Yeah, it is.

00:22:24.820 And it's reprehensible, honestly.

00:22:26.740 And for the audience out there, just a quick breakdown.

00:22:29.920 The Brady violations is when the government withholds exculpatory or evidence

00:22:34.820 that will help exonerate you,

00:22:36.620 meaning like the 40,000 hours of video that Kevin McCarthy promised to us in January of this year

00:22:43.220 and that we should have had for two years prior to that as well available to us.

00:22:47.980 So many, literally thousands of defendants have taken plea deals and gone to trial without this exculpatory evidence.

00:22:55.380 And so that has become what's, you know, I guess adds up to be, I think, the greatest violation of the Brady rule,

00:23:03.540 which is that they have to provide these things ever.

00:23:06.400 And the Giglio, correct me if I'm wrong here, is about police brutality.

00:23:10.440 Give people a little bit of background on why the Giglio ruling is also being just overlooked so much.

00:23:19.520 And these are, I mean, kind of benchmark cases that should throw out,

00:23:25.120 most January 6th cases should have been thrown out just off, you know,

00:23:28.280 respect of these two things alone.

00:23:29.720 Well, that and your right to a speedy trial has been violated. Usually a criminal trespass case should be resolved within one calendar year. The fact that it hasn't been by most metrics, you've seen massive violations there.

00:23:42.220 What Giglio focused on is not police brutality, but it goes to the credibility of agents and making sure that if they've got some type of history or background of doing something that would impeach their credibility, the prosecutors have to disclose this.

00:24:00.560 And why this is important is that you have evidence, according to the Capitol Police Chief, that the crowd was embedded with FBI informants.

00:24:08.360 And so when we start talking about undisclosed, unindicted co-conspirator Fed informants, you have material there that shows a collusive scheme where people have probably lied to many people under false pretenses.

00:24:20.940 Think of the Whitmer kidnapping where 80% of the people that were involved were feds.

00:24:27.380 All of that is subject to Giglio.

00:24:29.880 And so there are so many things, so many schemes that have been orchestrated that goes to the credibility of these federal agents that is mandatory for disclosure that we're going to find that there's going to be a treasure trove of violations in Giglio, which is in addition to the Brady violations, which is in addition to the confrontation clause violations.

00:24:50.940 which is in addition to the violation of Speedy Trial,

00:24:54.200 every single fundamental right that an accused enjoys has been violated

00:24:58.640 up to historic proportions when it comes to the J6ers.

00:25:04.960 Yeah, I know.

00:25:06.040 I couldn't agree more.

00:25:08.240 You know, the list goes on and on and on and on.

00:25:11.700 I mean, you know, First Amendment violations as far as, you know,

00:25:14.480 we were there redressing, you know, a grievance with the government,

00:25:18.420 and they sent, you know, armed thugs and killed people while we were unarmed

00:25:23.180 and basically were fending for our lives.

00:25:25.440 I mean, you know, they killed Roseanne Boylan in my arms

00:25:29.060 and I tried, you know, saving her life.

00:25:31.660 I wasn't able to.

00:25:33.000 Tried saving Philip Anderson, was able to help him out, caught on video.

00:25:37.700 And now, look at this, they're doing high-level witness tampering

00:25:41.060 and witness intimidation just one month out.

00:25:43.700 I don't know if you know this, but my trial was slated to begin October 10th.

00:25:48.420 And just a few weeks ago, they arrested Philip Anderson, who was my star witness, who, you know, the world knows.

00:25:54.880 And they've seen the videos of me dragging him out while he was unconscious and holding on to the hand of Roseanne Boylan, almost, you know, beaten to death by the Capitol Police.

00:26:05.720 And they just arrested my star witness.

00:26:07.400 I mean, look at these. This is like kind of the rooting out of the deep, dark tactics of FBI and our criminal justice system here, arresting witnesses, you know, a month before trial.

00:26:22.400 Philip Anderson almost died three years ago on the Capitol steps, and now they're arresting him for obstruction of Congress.

00:26:28.180 I mean, could it get any more ridiculous, Professor?

00:26:31.320 No, and you're actually highlighting more Giglio information.

00:26:35.580 So Giglio material is sometimes used to refer to any information pertaining to deals that witnesses in criminal cases have either received or entered into with the government.

00:26:45.900 And I can't tell you how many times I've heard from J6ers that were given deals to cooperate and to basically turn into federal agents.

00:26:53.900 That's what I'm talking about with Giglio stuff.

00:26:56.560 And so many people surrounding you, Philip Anderson, many others have been offered sweet deals.

00:27:05.200 If you'll just say this, if you'll just say that.

00:27:07.780 The same thing happened with Ryan Sampsel.

00:27:09.760 Sampsel was given an offer.

00:27:12.500 If he'll just testify a certain way, he'd see lenience.

00:29:49.660 I wanted to talk to you guys about that. Through this persecution, the body of Christ has grown

00:29:54.380 stronger. We've molded together. We've formed alliances and friendships and brotherhoods that

00:30:02.020 I think that the deep state and the devil and all of these malefactory opponents of ours have

00:30:09.800 really rude and they did not see um this coming the fact that we've uh banded together in i mean

00:30:16.480 spiritual ways that are unbreakable and uh i'm very proud to call uh professor clements my brother

00:30:22.540 in christ because he truly is a man of deep conviction and a principled man who loves the

00:30:28.780 lord our god and his son jesus with all his heart and um i uh i commend him for his uh his faithful

00:30:35.800 walk he's he's had and he continues to have my brother talk to me yeah well it wasn't always that

00:30:43.060 way i like for for many people um yeah i grew up in a very very dysfunctional home and it wasn't a

00:30:51.040 happy childhood by any means and i led a really really rough lifestyle where i wasn't the lord's

00:30:58.860 and i didn't i didn't live in a way that was honoring to him and and it was actually my wife

00:31:04.040 that led me to the Lord, and I feel like I've been playing catch-up ever since then, and the good

00:31:09.860 news is that he's used every one of my sins, every one of my shortcomings in sweet reminders in a way

00:31:16.200 to bring goodness instead of heartache to those that I encounter, and I still mess up often, more

00:31:25.960 than I'd like to admit, but it's because I know what I've been saved from, and I know what I'm

00:31:31.680 capable of that makes what Jesus did on the cross that much sweeter.

00:31:38.140 And I feel like I, even though I haven't met Jesus the way that, say, Paul or Saul met

00:31:44.940 him on the road to Damascus, I've met him in the word, and I've certainly met the sweetness

00:31:48.900 of the spirit over the past three years.

00:31:52.420 And it's such an intoxicating feeling that everything that I've ever encountered as far

00:31:59.800 is something that's given me joy pales in comparison and once you've you've experienced

00:32:04.560 it you want more of it and so um you know we're told that the mark of a healthy church or the

00:32:11.240 true church is to look after the orphans and the widows it's the highest calling of the church

00:32:17.180 and that's one of the reasons why i'm on the phone with you and count you a friend because

00:32:21.840 the state has created orphans and widows when they separated fathers from their spouses when

00:32:27.980 They separated fathers from their children, from brothers from brothers, sons, you know, et cetera.

00:32:35.020 And so this is a need.

00:32:37.020 And I'm so thankful that I've been able to partner with people that aren't on this call through the Prisoners' Record Ministry.

00:33:56.760 And so I see Jake as a future leader where his brightest – the way that you're going to shine, Jake, your testimony has only begun.

00:34:06.000 And I know that the same could be said about so many J6ers into the future, that we're going to have a generation of greatness because when you guys get out, you'll be the leaders of our country, not the Pelosi's, not the Mitch McConnell's.

00:35:20.520 And through your organization of the Prisoner's Record, you've been able to help, spiritually speaking, hundreds of January Sixers and thousands of their family members in a way that has been critical to their survival as well as their salvation.

00:37:52.780 I know that Huang has vetted it and that it's important. He's a great steward of resources,

00:38:04.180 protect the J6 families. And so he just cares about you all so much. And so I'm just so fortunate

00:38:10.400 to have him there guarding that that ministry and then we've got so many volunteers that without

00:38:17.460 fail are there i mean i'll check and i try not to be obvious when i get on because uh the group is

00:38:22.660 so wonderful that they try to make it about me and so i try to stink on there without anyone

00:38:27.780 noticing just to see you there and i'll tell you every time i can do that i just hear the prayers

00:38:31.600 and i get off and i'm just i say a word of thanks to the lord that it's there because it's always

00:38:37.580 He's there, no matter where you're at, no matter how dark your life might be.

00:38:46.640 and they're praying before a righteous God who hears everything in the name of Jesus.

00:41:53.020 but both feet planted so they can actually see the miracles of your hand, Lord.
