00:00:15.120 Now, live from solitary confinement, here's your host, January Sixer, Jake Lang.
00:00:22.340 hey everybody welcome back to the political prisoner podcast it's your host jake lang
00:00:32.300 man i got an exciting episode for you guys today i think it's groundbreaking and i i tend to
00:00:39.400 sensationalize a lot of my podcasts but this one is truly groundbreaking i have such a special
00:00:45.280 guest with me today, Kyrie Johnson, Lieutenant of Capitol Police Officers, while also being
00:00:52.780 the Routine Operations Commander on January 6th, the day of the Capitol protest and the
00:00:59.780 certification.
00:01:00.980 This is going to be groundbreaking, well, because I'm a January 6er and I'm sitting
00:01:04.380 in jail, and we have a whistleblower from the Capitol Police Officers with us here today.
00:01:10.840 I think that you guys are going to learn a lot.
00:01:12.760 Everybody just really tune in to this.
00:01:15.080 Get your pencil out, your paper out, take some notes.
00:01:18.180 We're really trying to unravel the day of January 6th.
00:01:21.720 Some of the nefarious actors, Capitol Police managers and chief of police
00:01:28.040 and the people that were behind the scenes that kind of let the event go down the way it did that day.
00:01:33.780 Harry's got some amazing insider information.
00:01:36.240 He's got a call to action and some stuff that he's up to to try to bring some more Capitol Police whistleblowers together.
00:01:42.660 So without further ado, let me bring in my friend and just a brave, brave man, Tyreek Johnson.
00:01:48.620 How are you doing, brother?
00:01:49.920 I'm doing wonderful.
00:01:50.940 Thank you, Jake.
00:01:51.780 And I love the beautiful, warm introduction you just gave me just now.
00:01:56.440 Almost made me want to cry.
00:01:58.920 Well, you've got to be brave to stand against these people, man.
00:02:02.220 The D.C. Swamp, as you know, when you're no longer useful to them, they'll chew you up and spit you out.
00:02:08.420 And so you've come forward very bravely.
00:02:11.300 You've been part of Twitter spaces in the January 6th community,
00:02:14.460 some very large ones that we've recently put on.
00:02:17.320 But this is your time now.
00:02:19.340 We're going to go through a couple segments with the audience here on Gateway Pondin
00:02:23.220 and Bless News and everywhere that's listening.
00:02:25.380 And we're really going to get into the nitty-gritty of some of the events, you know,
00:02:29.740 and circumstances surrounding January 6th, some of the key players.
00:02:34.260 And so we talked a little bit before we just got on this podcast here about your experience.
00:02:40.560 I mean, you started working for the Capitol Police in March 1999,
00:02:44.760 and I told you I was four years old when you started working for the Capitol Police.
00:02:48.800 I mean, you have over 20 years' experience working there, right?
00:02:53.120 Yeah, I was there for 23 1⁄2 years.
00:02:58.060 Incredible.
00:02:59.140 And being the Routines Operations Commander on January 6th,
00:03:02.880 walk me through the beginning of the day.
00:03:05.060 Let's start from the beginning,
00:03:06.840 and we'll get into some of the things that happened with Yogananda Pittman
00:03:10.280 and J. Thomas Manger, the current chief of the Capitol Police,
00:03:15.400 and some of the stuff they've been up to.
00:03:17.000 But start me off at about noon on January 6, 2021.
00:03:22.040 Trump's, you know, everyone's waiting for Trump to start speaking.
00:03:25.220 It's a cold day.
00:03:26.520 Where were you at?
00:03:28.140 What was the Capitol like before the first protesters show up?
00:03:32.560 And give the people a little bit of background, what was going on that day.
00:03:36.500 Well, just to give you a background, I'll probably have to start a little bit earlier.
00:03:41.140 I got to work at about 7 o'clock, and when I pulled up, there were a lot of people out there.
00:03:45.380 I wasn't expecting to see so many people out there that early, but they were there.
00:03:50.020 Parked the car, went into the building, and pretty much just did my regular routine work,
00:03:55.220 checked my emails, stuff like that.
00:03:58.320 Then, I can't remember exactly what time it was, but it was definitely 8 a.m., maybe 10, maybe 11,
00:04:03.060 maybe a little bit after and i watched a little bit of donald trump speaking while he was at the
00:04:10.620 ellipse i didn't watch the whole speech because i'm i was still working so around 12 maybe 12 50
00:04:19.640 ish i heard on the radio on my police radio that the fist line had been broken on the west front
00:04:25.920 so I went outside to see and I see a sea of people outside and you know basically the rest
00:04:34.160 for the most part um it's pretty much history but I'll go over a little bit of it so people
00:04:39.860 can know some of what I did on that day um so I was basically you know watching what you give me
00:04:47.220 one second first tell me when you looked out your window and you saw the sea of people did you see
00:04:51.760 an angry murderous mob or a bunch of americans waving flags and um people that were you know
00:04:59.280 for the most part i mean everybody unarmed and you know just protesting and you know maybe getting a
00:05:04.920 little closer to the building than uh than than uh the capital police would like but were you like
00:05:09.960 did your signal flares go off in your mind like oh man this is you know this is a bunch of people
00:05:15.480 are looking to kill and destroy and burn down the capital well when i first got out there um i didn't
00:05:21.440 see a much violence when i first walked outside now um we all know that there were some things
00:05:28.700 that happened there was violence there that day but everybody there and we know that um the the
00:05:35.000 the larger percentage of people weren't there for violence they wanted to support their presidents
00:05:38.640 but yes violence did occur on that day when i walked out there i didn't see anybody fighting
00:05:44.220 i saw basically people throwing stuff at the police when i went when i went outside i actually
00:05:49.520 We went outside, and I was on one of the higher landings, like the middle landing,
00:05:55.220 and I was looking down, and I could see the people on the west line.
00:06:01.280 And we had a fence there, and the people, obviously, who came first would have seen it,
00:06:06.440 but the people behind them wouldn't have saw the fence there because it was gone.
00:06:10.660 So they didn't even know, like those people, that they were in a restricted area.
00:06:15.000 They could not have known.
00:06:16.180 yeah that's and that's the vast majority of people there's you know when you're like myself
00:06:24.020 i i arrived at like 2 30 in the afternoon um i didn't see any fences down and i couldn't see
00:06:29.840 you know um any restricted area postings and stuff so you're 100 right there i didn't know
00:06:34.560 myself yeah if you got there at 2 30 if you got there at 2 30 then there's no way
00:06:39.800 2, 15, 2, 30.
00:06:41.860 If you got there after 1 o'clock, then you wouldn't have known because the first was already gone.
00:06:50.000 So lead me through.
00:06:51.700 So you go outside, you see the crowd of people, maybe some water bottles
00:06:55.940 and a little bit of back and forth going on with the Capitol Police.
00:06:59.860 They're doing stuff.
00:07:01.060 When did you hear on the radio, or tell me this,
00:07:05.980 when did the munitions start getting shot off by the Capitol Police?
00:07:09.620 Who made that call? Tell me a little bit about that, because being a January 6er and being part of this community for so long, that's the contention point that a lot of people start to say, well, this is when the protest really erupted into real violence, when the Capitol Police, certain, you know, lieutenants, certain people in the Capitol Police gave the command that it was okay to open fire, you know, flash grenades, knee knockers, pepper ball bullets.
00:07:37.300 Tell me a little bit about that process, enlighten the audience here,
00:07:40.660 because we want to know.
00:07:41.600 We want to know what it was like on the radios and listening in.
00:07:45.700 What do you know about that process?
00:07:48.140 Well, Mike, where I was at, I was focused.
00:07:52.360 Everybody was, like, doing their own thing on that day.
00:07:55.060 You know, some people, like, I wasn't on the CDU team.
00:07:59.360 I was actually supposed to be just inside the Capitol.
00:08:03.320 I came out to assist when I heard what was going on.
00:08:07.300 And, Jake, I don't know if you've seen a lot of my interviews or spaces I've done.
00:08:13.060 I know you saw some stuff, but one of the things that I've tried to tell the audience, the J6 community,
00:08:19.700 is that the police and the people who came to the Capitol to demonstrate, everybody, we were all set up that day.
00:08:28.040 And I know that, and what I've been trying to focus on, and I know a lot of people are focusing on the violence.
00:08:32.640 The officers are focusing on the violence that some of the demonstrators did, and the demonstrators are focusing on the violence that the officers did to them.
00:08:40.580 And I've been trying to explain to people, like, I have forgiven everybody for what happened to me, you know, because I did get, I took some mace on some kind of gas, and my job, you know, because that day, had that day not occurred, my career would still be ongoing.
00:08:59.340 So I lost my career behind what occurred on that day.
00:09:02.560 But I have forgiven because now I know that the people there were set up.
00:09:08.360 Everybody that came to the Capitol that day, you guys were all set up, 100%.
00:09:13.300 The police officers were set up because we had no idea what was going to happen.
00:09:19.160 Now, there was a report that was made from the intel section.
00:09:23.100 It's called 21TD159, and it basically said what was going to happen.
00:09:28.720 Yogananda Pittman had that document, and she would not pass it to the entities that needed it so we could prepare.
00:09:35.760 We were supposed to protect you guys from yourself.
00:09:39.680 We should have had a greater shore force there, more officers, the National Guard.
00:09:43.660 All that should have been there.
00:09:45.260 And because now, if all that was there and you came to the Capitol at that point, you would have said, you know what?
00:09:50.840 I'm not even going to go through this.
00:09:52.240 I'm just going to go back home.
00:09:53.180 I'm not going to stand outside the fence line.
00:09:55.080 you guys would have been protected from yourselves, because that's what police officers,
00:09:59.780 the laws are created to protect people from themselves.
00:10:03.640 That's what police officers are supposed to do.
00:10:05.840 We are supposed to protect our citizens from themselves.
00:10:09.480 That didn't happen, because I believe that somebody wanted this to happen.
00:10:14.600 That's why the intel was withheld.
00:10:18.460 Tell me more about the Wednesday Yogananda Pittman, who was, at the time,
00:10:23.780 She was the chief of the intel division of the Capitol Police on January 6th.
00:10:30.640 What do you know about her?
00:10:32.000 Because you speak a lot about her.
00:10:34.060 Why would she withheld this information?
00:10:37.240 Who do you think was behind her orders to withhold this information?
00:10:42.600 And give us a little bit of insight about really whistleblower,
00:10:47.380 really tell the American people the stuff that they need to know on the deep inside of this thing.
00:10:53.580 Why is Yogamanda Pittman holding back this information?
00:10:57.520 No problem, Jake.
00:10:58.600 I will tell you exactly why she would do it.
00:11:00.740 Now, if January 6th were to happen, officers would get hurt.
00:11:06.340 That means you would have to fire the current chief.
00:11:09.220 You're going to blame the chief for it.
00:11:10.920 And who would be better to become the chief?
00:11:13.680 If you're the assistant chief, it's going to be the assistant chief, which was her.
00:11:17.240 She was the assistant chief, so she would become chief.
00:11:19.240 So she wanted to do it for her to make chief so Stephen A's son would be out of the way,
00:11:26.120 and she would also gain favor from Nancy Pelosi.
00:11:29.920 That's why she did it, I believe.
00:11:33.420 Okay.
00:11:34.400 I mean, that's a very legitimate motive.
00:11:38.180 Pretty much everything that's happening to us in the courtrooms
00:11:40.820 and everything that's happening in Washington, D.C. is one large dog pile.
00:11:44.880 Everybody's scrambling and stepping on each other's necks to get to the top here.
00:11:48.540 So that's a very believable reason in Washington, D.C.,
00:11:52.100 pretty much just cutthroat behavior to try to get to the top.
00:11:56.060 That's a good reason.
00:11:57.660 And, Jake, let me explain to you why you guys are getting crushed in court.
00:12:09.460 So now I think they said the conviction rate is like over 90%.
00:12:13.740 It's high.
00:12:15.640 It's 99.4% right now.
00:12:18.540 That's pretty high.
00:12:19.980 Now, let me explain to you this.
00:12:21.700 Okay, now, there's two segments to all of this.
00:12:25.500 You have the setup, which was led by Yogananda Pittman,
00:12:29.260 and now you have the cover-up, which is led by J. Thomas Major.
00:12:33.160 So now, J. Thomas Major is going to do everything he can.
00:12:36.420 You have one minute remaining.
00:12:39.280 He's going to do everything he can to protect Pittman,
00:12:42.320 because if he does not do that, it's going to change the narrative.
00:12:46.260 He needs the narrative to stay the same.
00:12:49.080 He needs the narrative to be that a bunch of white, uneducated Trump supporters,
00:12:54.800 angry about a sudden election came to attack the Capitol for the purpose
00:12:59.640 and with the purpose of insurrection.
00:13:01.860 He needs that narrative to be that, and he cannot let that narrative change with the truth.
00:13:07.160 So he's going to keep it buried.
00:13:10.960 100%.
00:13:11.400 So when we come back, we're going to get a little bit more into some of the, I mean, just vicious actions of Jay Thomas Major,
00:13:18.700 the current Capitol Police Chief, and Yogananda Pittman, to the Capitol Police officers, the whistleblowers such as yourself.
00:13:24.920 And we'll be right back with my brother Tyreek Johnson here.
00:13:28.740 Lieutenant Capitol Police, it's Jake Lang.
00:13:30.440 You're listening to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:13:33.420 Welcome back, everybody, to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:13:36.740 It's your host, Jake Lang.
00:13:38.280 Man, we've got a barn burner episode right now.
00:13:41.400 Lieutenant of the Capitol Police, Tyreek Johnson, was the routine operation commander on January 6th.
00:13:49.140 He was in charge of, I mean, as the name says, the routine operations inside the Capitol.
00:13:55.060 He also was the man that evacuated the chambers of Congress and the Senate on January 6th.
00:14:02.080 He has some insider information.
00:14:03.420 I believe this is going to be the headline to this entire interview about what he believes to be the case
00:14:10.080 if he was able to evacuate both chambers at the same time without interference from Yogananda Pittman,
00:14:15.720 that Ashley Babbitt would still be alive today, that she wouldn't have not been shot.
00:14:19.820 So that is a major, major breaking news headline.
00:14:24.220 So we're going to talk a little bit about that.
00:14:26.180 Also, if you guys didn't know, Tyreek Johnson was the man wearing the MAGA hat,
00:14:30.320 The red MAGA hat walking through the crowd that day.
00:14:34.080 Everybody knows he's very famous for that.
00:14:36.500 So I just want you guys to also keep that in mind.
00:14:40.340 He is a great man, a whistleblower from the Capitol Police.
00:14:43.360 He's been severely disciplined and even lost his 23-year career at the Capitol Police
00:14:48.700 because of some of the cover-up behind January 6th.
00:14:52.640 Yogananda Pittman and J. Thomas Manger, another Intel Division operations head,
00:14:58.980 julie farnham they've all come down and crushed all of the dissenters all the capital police
00:15:04.260 officers that have a difference of opinion of what happened that day and want to tell the truth
00:15:08.580 so uh we're here right now with tyreek my brother god bless you and thank you for having me on jake
00:15:14.340 thank you so much so yeah let's get let's get back into a little bit of the timeline here when
00:15:21.040 uh we kind of trailed off talking about that we were set up on january 6th everybody knows it
00:15:26.520 that there was a lot to be gained by a fake insurrection at the Capitol that day.
00:15:31.940 But tell me a little bit about this evacuation process of the Congressional and Senate chambers,
00:15:37.460 how this went down, and the fact that you also have the radio, actual radio evidence,
00:15:43.240 the recordings of you and Yogananda Pittman going back and forth to back this up,
00:15:47.260 which we will be playing for the audience later.
00:15:49.980 Tell us about this. Give us a step-by-step.
00:15:53.000 Now, it was about maybe 2 o'clock when I heard that the Capitol was breached.
00:15:59.740 It was around 2 o'clock.
00:16:01.040 So I went into the Capitol.
00:16:02.600 I was on the West Front.
00:16:04.000 So I departed the West Front to go inside to assist.
00:16:08.900 Now, all of this is on the radio transmission, so you can hear all this.
00:16:12.340 My call sign was 405JJ.
00:16:14.440 So anytime you hear on the radio any part of the day, 405JJ, that's me,
00:16:19.740 and you will hear Yogananda Pittman, her call sign was Unit 2.
00:16:24.180 So when you hear Unit 2, that's Pittman.
00:16:27.580 When you hear 405JJ, that's me.
00:16:30.720 So I went into the Capitol, and I realized that people were coming in.
00:16:35.640 I saw people inside of the Capitol.
00:16:37.640 Nobody attacked me when I was in.
00:16:39.200 People walked past me, but they were coming in and coming in.
00:16:42.000 And you could hear transmissions on the radio where they were coming in on the east side.
00:16:48.080 And at a certain point, I realized that it was just time to just evacuate the building, to de-escalate the situation.
00:16:57.820 So I called for the evacuation of the Senate at around 2.28 is when it started.
00:17:07.860 I then called for the evacuation of the House at 2.36, eight minutes after I did the House, the Senate.
00:17:16.200 So Ashley Babbitt went to the house side is where she went,
00:17:19.960 and she went to the house lobby.
00:17:21.320 That's where she was shot.
00:17:22.600 If we would have evacuated both chambers at 228,
00:17:27.280 Ashley Babbitt would not have been shot.
00:17:31.700 That's miraculous to me.
00:17:32.980 Now, why weren't you able to evacuate both chambers at 228?
00:17:36.100 Tell me what happened.
00:17:37.540 Now, I was on the Senate side,
00:17:39.640 and now one thing that most people don't know is that I wasn't supposed
00:17:45.440 to evacuate at all that's against our policy but i knew that that we could not mitigate the people
00:17:53.540 from coming and we couldn't stop that so i figured that let's just get the people the members of
00:17:57.680 congress out of the building so i requested if i could evacuate the senate and then pitman would
00:18:04.680 not answer so then i said i'll take the discipline i'm going to do it anyway so i didn't want to do
00:18:10.320 the house side yeah and thank you very much and i didn't want to evacuate now i'm on the center
00:18:16.940 side at this point so i can't see what's on the house side so i could i um outlined a line of
00:18:24.000 travel to get everybody out of the building safely and i and we were able to do that now
00:18:28.820 on the house i couldn't see over there so i couldn't i didn't want to evacuate but then i
00:18:34.160 realized Pittman wasn't going to help so I started that at 236 and I was and I had to do it over the
00:18:41.440 radio so and you can hear me and how I did it I just had officers open the doors pick the doors
00:18:47.280 with the least amount of demonstrators and take them to the take them basically out of the building
00:18:52.820 through the subways so I told them how to do it even though I couldn't see now Pittman can see
00:18:58.600 everything because she has all the cameras she's sitting in the command center so she could have
00:19:03.560 help me but she would not even help so i just knew i had to do it on my own
00:19:08.900 you're making this call to pitman like let's evacuate both both chambers let's evacuate all
00:19:16.820 the congressmen and the senators everybody out out right now and she's radio silent she's just
00:19:22.220 i mean a wall on you and you can hear this in the radio transmission that is their election of duty
00:19:27.540 That is, I mean, she's culpable for the death of Ashley Babbitt.
00:19:33.280 She's culpable for the death of Ashley Babbitt.
00:19:36.420 Everybody that came into the Capitol, anybody that got arrested, any officer that got hurt,
00:19:43.360 any officer that committed suicide, this whole thing is because of Yogananda Pittman.
00:19:48.200 Everybody is in a situation, hey, Yogananda Pittman, that been chief,
00:19:51.720 and you had an ethical person in that seat as the intel commander,
00:19:57.180 the intel chief, this would not have happened.
00:20:00.380 This would not have happened, and you wouldn't be in jail right now
00:20:03.400 if Yogananda Pittman wasn't the assistant chief.
00:20:08.400 Wow.
00:20:09.380 Well, I mean, it's so hard to hear from coming from the inside
00:20:14.140 because we've been so shut off from society for so long, and it's so hard.
00:20:18.240 You know, you get so many different stories of January 6th,
00:20:20.940 But to hear about the fact that she, you know, ignored the intel reports way off in the beginning about the truth of what was going to happen on January 6th, did not fortify the Capitol, put just a couple stray members with a bike rack outside most of the Capitol boundaries, you know what I mean, and let this entire thing transpire.
00:20:41.900 And as it was transpiring, even let it further degrade into chaos by not allowing you, the routine operations manager, to be able to clear the sitting U.S. Congress members out of the building.
00:20:54.620 It's really upsetting to me because it's just like, you know, our lives have been destroyed.
00:20:59.020 1,300 people have been arrested with their families, and everybody's been destroyed their lives, Tyreek.
00:21:04.220 It's hard.
00:21:05.640 And there's going to be more, and J. Thomas Major is going to make sure that there's more.
00:21:11.060 And basically what Pittman did on that day, she basically said she knew that people were angry because they believed that the election was stolen, whether it was stolen or not.
00:21:20.020 If you know that people are angry and you know that they're coming to the Hill and you know that they plan on doing certain things, some people have planned on doing certain things, you have to fortify the building.
00:21:30.760 She wouldn't do it.
00:21:31.920 She basically made sure that we were understaffed, basically throwing gasoline on the fire.
00:21:37.740 She did this to us on purpose, is my opinion.
00:21:42.300 And if it wasn't on purpose, the negligence is so sizable, it has to be considered purposely done.
00:21:52.120 She did this to us.
00:21:52.920 I mean, it's basically entrapment through incompetence, really, is what it is.
00:21:58.460 Either that or it was planned.
00:22:01.040 And if it wasn't incompetence, then it was malfeasance.
00:22:03.560 but she has been herald as the person basically who saved democracy and she took credit for the
00:22:11.840 evacuation and everything but if you listen to the radio transmissions you'll know that that's
00:22:15.920 just not true and the reason why and let me tell you why and let me tell you why i evite i made the
00:22:24.240 call to evacuate was because i didn't do it just for the members of congress or the staff or the
00:22:31.060 police officers i did it for the um the police officers not to be put in that horrible situation
00:22:37.100 to make the situation where it could have been many more ashley babbitts in there and i did it
00:22:42.660 because i didn't i knew the demonstrators needed to be calmed down and the biggest aggravating
00:22:49.000 factor in that building was the members of congress and it was best to get them out if you
00:22:53.680 would have bumped into a member of congress on the way in they would have added a terrorism charge to
00:22:59.020 your to your to your sentence so i helped a lot of people even if they don't know it i know it
00:23:05.420 and that's good enough for me well we we do thank you for you know being decisive and quick quick
00:23:13.180 with your action what do you think would have happened if pitman would have been responsive
00:23:16.840 and let you clear out um both senate and the congressional chambers at the same time you're
00:23:22.100 saying that ashley babbitt wouldn't have been shot at all she wouldn't have had the circumstances
00:23:25.640 behind her her shooting right by the time she got to the house chamber um the the person who
00:23:33.260 shot her he would have been gone he would have left with the last member of congress they needed
00:23:37.080 more minutes so if they would have evacuated earlier he would not have even been there when
00:23:42.720 she got to the house lobby it would have been empty and she would be at home that is i mean
00:23:49.160 That's revelatory.
00:23:51.260 Tyreek, that's revelatory, and our prayers go up to Ashley and her family
00:23:55.780 and Roseanne and the other, Kevin and Benjamin Phillips,
00:23:59.920 that lost their lives at the Capitol that day.
00:24:02.140 You know, we really are, you know, the community is still mourning
00:24:05.480 and still hurting from that.
00:24:07.040 But we have, you know, now people, public officials,
00:24:09.880 that we need to hold to account, and we need to bring these people forward.
00:24:13.660 We need real, real investigations.
00:24:16.620 And so what kind of work have you seen from the investigation?
00:24:22.560 What was your opinion on the January 6th Select Committee?
00:24:25.040 Why weren't they answering these questions?
00:24:26.480 Why wasn't Yogananda Pittman brought to the front of the room?
00:24:29.220 And why weren't these questions asked?
00:24:31.920 Tell me a little bit about that.
00:24:33.720 Well, I can tell you this, that they never called me to testify.
00:24:40.620 I wonder why.
00:24:41.760 that's crazy yeah i've never been called to testify to me yeah i've never been called i was
00:24:51.440 in charge of the capitol um routine operations commander on the day of the county of the
00:24:56.680 electoral votes i i ordered the evacuation of both chambers the senate first and then the house
00:25:02.440 and i did not get an interview
00:25:04.560 I mean, yeah, you should have been one of the first people they called,
00:25:12.140 but that was obviously a fake January 6th select committee.
00:25:15.800 They had an agenda, and you should have been one of the first people there.
00:25:19.520 We should have had all of these people been brought in and had to answer why.
00:25:23.360 Why did Yogananda Pittman delay the evacuation of the building?
00:25:27.880 Why didn't she respond to the intel reports?
00:25:29.880 Why have the whistleblowers, like yourself, been silenced and disciplined and lost your careers
00:25:36.160 and been forced out of the Capitol Police?
00:25:38.420 Tell us a little bit more about that.
00:25:40.740 What these actions of the J. Thomas Manger, Julie Farnham, who works underneath Yogananda Pitman,
00:25:49.620 the Yogananda Pitman itself, tell us about this toxic and hostile environment
00:25:54.020 where they basically crushed and thrown away all of these.
00:25:57.960 there's a group of U.S. Capitol Police officers that we'll talk about later
00:26:01.420 that are trying to come forward and whistleblow.
00:26:03.520 How were you guys treated after January 6th?
00:26:06.460 Obviously horribly.
00:26:07.580 Now, I don't know if you know this, but after, like,
00:26:10.900 I knew it was Yogananda Pittman's fault immediately after January 6th.
00:26:15.520 So, but I had been on, like I said, I was a lieutenant at the time,
00:26:19.760 had over 20 years.
00:26:21.120 You have one minute remaining.
00:26:24.520 I guess I can say this part once we come back.
00:26:27.960 Yeah, yeah. We'll save that for when you come back. I got, guys, everybody that's listening, the audience right now, I really want you to guys share this article, share this podcast far and wide. This is some very serious stuff. I mean, we're talking about, you know, history here.
00:26:43.820 We're talking about this reframing of this event of January 6th as being an insurrection when clearly it was a larger operation by the government to entrap people and to have some type of narrative to use against Donald Trump.
00:26:57.940 And we have whistleblower Tyree Johnson, brave man, Capitol Police lieutenant, stepping forward right now telling us the nitty-gritty details.
00:27:05.880 Stay glued to where you're at.

00:27:43.820 We're so grateful you guys share this article.
00:27:45.980 This is some big, big headline stuff we're talking about here.
00:27:49.120 We've got Capitol Police Officer Lieutenant, in fact, Tyreek Johnson,
00:27:53.880 the Routines Operations Manager at the Capitol on January 6th.
00:27:58.300 He's a 23-year veteran of the Capitol Police Force.
00:28:01.020 He's also come forward very bravely, very boldly as a whistleblower,
00:28:06.120 stating that January 6th was in fact the setup, that there were chiefs, the intel chief of police there.
00:28:13.140 Yogananda Pittman had prior knowledge to January 6th that she did not act on.
00:28:17.500 And then even inside the Capitol that day, she did not act to help clear out the Senate and the congressional chambers.
00:28:24.620 We're going to quick circle back to that for the audience.
00:28:26.960 We just spoke about this right before we hopped back into the commercial break.
00:28:31.020 Just give the exact breakdown. So you made the call to evacuate the Senate chambers, and you wanted to evacuate both Senate and Congressional chambers at 2.27 p.m. Yogananda Pittman was unresponsive, correct?
00:28:46.420 100% correct.
00:28:47.480 so you wanted to simultaneously evacuate them but you weren't able to actually evacuate the
00:28:56.400 house chambers until about seven or eight minutes later at 2 36 p.m and it's outside the house
00:29:02.320 chambers where ashley babbitt had her fatal run in the murder by lieutenant bird so basically if
00:29:10.600 she would have answered the call at 2 27 p.m in the afternoon to evacuate both the senate and
00:29:15.980 the house chambers that entire situation wouldn't have transpired you had had an extra about eight
00:29:21.300 minutes before ashley babbitt even within that scenario to have all of the congressional people
00:29:26.580 out of there michael bird wouldn't have been present i mean these are the raw facts right
00:29:30.860 this is what the radio transmission will back up yes the radio transmissions will back everything
00:29:36.300 up i'm saying and it's a shame that mainstream media is not reporting this and this is factual
00:29:44.280 recorded radio transmissions from the capital police indisputable but the mainstream media
00:29:51.600 will not report it yeah there's a big you know that's part of the agenda as well too is to twist
00:29:59.120 and contort the events of january 6th and try to silence people such as yourself and other capital
00:30:05.680 police whistleblowers which we're about to get into this is also going to be big news for all
00:30:10.040 of the listeners out there. But there is a larger agenda at play than anybody who has anything that
00:30:15.780 goes against this official quote-unquote narrative, this, you know, contrived narrative that they've
00:30:21.740 created. They have, you know, abused you guys. You've lost your career. You've been pretty much
00:30:27.340 blacklisted from a lot of mainstream news media. They don't want to hear from you. They didn't
00:30:31.340 even want to hear from you at the January 6th select committee. But we're going to try to change
00:30:35.520 all that. We're going to try to blast this out to everybody and get a real fact-finding committee
00:30:39.600 So talk to me about the aftermath of January 6th. What kind of hostile, nasty things did Yogananda Pittman, who ascended to the Capitol Police Chief position after Steve Sund was fired, and then the person who took her helm after her in July of 2021, J. Thomas Manger, he ascended after her.
00:31:04.320 Tell us about what's been going on there with you guys being basically silenced and mistreated and fired and even legal action against you and the other whistleblowers who dare speak out against the unprepared and purposely unprepared nature of the Capitol Police on January 6th.
00:31:21.000 So as it relates to me now, there's so many different segments of this.
00:31:25.140 As it relates to me, I was criminally investigated probably from January
00:31:30.180 until about May time frame.
00:31:32.860 That was for wearing a mega hat and trying to rescue the officers using
00:31:37.420 Oath Keepers who I never heard of before January 6th.
00:31:40.240 I never knew what an Oath Keeper was until after January 6th.
00:31:43.140 but um so then i had to get an attorney um for the administrative i got my attorney
00:31:52.580 predominantly for the administrative portion because i knew cap police was going to come
00:31:56.960 after me now um they came after me because not because of of wearing a mega hat that wasn't why
00:32:04.540 i was suspended i believe because now what you don't know awesome yeah i appreciate that but
00:32:10.460 And now, like I said before we went to break that, I knew this was Yogananda Pittman's fraud.
00:32:15.340 So I had been, as long as I'd been on the department, I'd been there over two decades.
00:32:19.540 So I know you never call the IG.
00:32:21.800 If something happens, you don't call the IG because the IG is going to go back and tell the chief, which was Pittman.
00:32:28.500 So I went and called Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont because he was my friend,
00:32:33.040 And I protected him for years when I was a special agent before I got promoted to sergeant and then lieutenant.
00:32:41.420 So I called, told him that Yogananda Pittman did this, and she was going to let everybody die that day.
00:32:47.540 And he said he was going to have somebody give me a call within an hour.
00:32:52.380 Well, he says that day.
00:32:54.180 Within an hour, I got a call from the Capitol Police, and they told me I was suspended.
00:32:58.600 So I don't know if he went back and told the Capitol Police,
00:33:03.000 but the Capitol Police called me an hour after I got off the phone with Senator Laye.
00:33:11.400 Wow. Wow, that's remarkable.
00:33:14.080 So talk to me about the internal investigator, the IG.
00:33:19.140 Tell me about this process here that, you know, you had to debrief with them
00:33:23.540 and tell them about your experience at the Capitol,
00:33:26.280 Your beliefs that people were, you know, not acting, you know, Yogan and Pittman and other people at the Capitol were not acting in the best interest of keeping the Capitol secured and the people safe and the senators and congressmen safe.
00:33:39.980 Tell me about that debriefing process and what's happened since then and what have they been doing to you since then?
00:33:45.680 Yeah, now, I never got a debrief, anything.
00:33:47.700 They never asked me any questions.
00:33:49.260 The only thing they wanted to know is when I got called in for my investigation in June was they wanted to talk about the MAGA hat only.
00:33:57.120 They didn't, and the Capitol Police, even until today, will not acknowledge, even though the regular transmission state prove it, that it was me that evacuated those chambers.
00:34:06.540 They won't order the evacuation of the chambers and led the evacuations.
00:34:11.400 They will never admit that unless they were asked under oath.
00:34:16.240 And nobody has asked them those questions under oath yet.
00:34:19.260 But hopefully that will come at some point.
00:34:21.740 But as it relates to the IG, the Intel analysts who, and I'm pretty sure none of them had the time on that I did,
00:34:31.960 they went to the IG thinking the IG was going to do something about what they knew had happened.
00:34:38.660 Now, Yogananda Pittman had brought Julie Farnham in probably around November of 2020.
00:34:45.540 Julie Farnham was basically like the Trojan horse of the Intel section.
00:34:49.120 She basically came in and she destroyed the intel, so basically they wouldn't have the intel, but they got it anyway and gave it to Pittman.
00:34:57.520 So now, if Julie Farman was coming in, destroying the intel section, and them not being able to compile what was going to occur on January 6th,
00:35:07.440 but they did anyway, and they gave their report to Pittman, and they went and told what Julie Farman tried to do and what Pittman did.
00:35:15.000 So once they did that, they all were terminated.
00:35:23.840 Wow.
00:35:25.580 It's unbelievable.
00:35:26.280 When you try telling the IG about this and other people try and tell the IG about this,
00:35:32.520 you guys think that they're going to do something.
00:35:34.700 But this goes way over their head.
00:35:36.560 They've got orders direct from, you know, the reptilian kings themselves of Washington, D.C., you know, Joe Biden and Camilla Harris and Nancy Pelosi and all of the lead Democrats basically lock this up tight.
00:35:52.760 We cannot let any of this stuff get out.
00:35:54.840 And anybody that starts to even speak about these things, suspend them, keep them away from the media, and try to really trash their reputation.
00:36:02.820 Is that pretty much how it went down?
00:36:04.160 yeah that's exactly what they did
00:36:07.080 and if you because
00:36:08.980 it's a hell of a
00:36:11.180 coincidence that only the people
00:36:13.220 that got fired were the ones that
00:36:15.200 went to the IG
00:36:16.000 you have one limit
00:36:20.740 remaining
00:36:21.520 so if you believe in coincidences then you'll believe that
00:36:25.280 they just happen to all be poor
00:36:27.140 performers even though most of them
00:36:28.780 if not all of them had never been disciplined before
00:36:31.340 they all turned to horrible
00:36:33.200 employees who needed to be terminated
00:36:34.980 after J6.
00:36:37.800 That's just not true.
00:36:38.960 That's just not true. They're trying to cover up
00:36:40.960 January 6th.
00:36:42.640 Just as they've orchestrated it,
00:36:44.560 the crime and the cover-up
00:36:46.420 are equally as bad.
00:36:50.180 Part of the cover-up
00:36:51.160 is probably worse because they're
00:36:52.800 doing it probably for
00:36:54.960 money.
00:36:56.900 Tyreek, we're going to bring you back for one more
00:36:59.060 little segment here. We're going to
00:37:00.820 talk about moving forward, trying
00:37:02.800 to get some of these Capitol Police whistleblowers together.
00:37:05.260 We're doing some fundraising for Tyreek and for this operation.
00:37:08.640 We're trying to get them all to a conference room and work this out so that we can get
00:37:13.400 the truth of January 6th out there.
00:37:15.980 So we're going to be back.
00:37:16.860 We'll talk to Tyreek Johnson a little more, 23-year veteran of the Capitol Police Force
00:37:21.880 lieutenant and routine operations manager.
00:37:25.860 Guys, welcome back to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:37:29.040 It's your host, Jake Lang.
00:37:30.280 We are absolutely tearing up the events of January 6th with Capitol Police Lieutenant Tyreek Johnson, 23-year veteran of the Capitol Police Force,
00:37:41.320 Routine's operations commander, on the Capitol grounds that day, on January 6th, a fateful day.
00:37:47.400 And he has since been suspended, and he is no longer working for the Capitol Police.
00:37:52.740 They basically tossed him to the side.
00:37:54.740 He wanted to tell the truth that January 6th was the setup.
00:37:57.920 They silenced him and they threw him away. They're not even acknowledging the fact that he was the one who tried to evacuate the Senate chambers and House chambers over the radio and then was not given permission. Nobody responded. So he went and did the brave and bold thing and took action himself and did that, which we've heard.
00:38:17.640 and so we want to thank him for taking action to protect people that day um i also tried taking
00:38:24.200 some action to protect people that day some of the uh unarmed protesters are being injured so
00:38:28.800 sometimes as a man you got to take action you can't wait for somebody to tell you what to do
00:38:32.740 so we thank you for that tyree yeah and no part and remember too it wasn't just for the members
00:38:37.820 of congress it was for the police officers too because i didn't want them in a situation where
00:38:42.180 it would have been more ashley bad was there and i didn't want the demonstrators
00:38:46.460 in that situation either they needed to be calmed down and like i said the biggest
00:38:51.180 aggravating factor in the building was a member of congress so i needed to get them out and that
00:38:56.000 would calm them down too they wouldn't bump into them if a member of congress would have broken a
00:39:00.560 toenail because they bumped into a demonstrator their lives would have been probably over too
00:39:06.020 yeah 100 you know the the word that you use that um you know gives me a lot of ease
00:39:13.780 is de-escalation because that's all, you know, we wanted that day with the de-escalate,
00:39:19.820 have our voices heard as protesters, as, you know, people that were redressing their grievance
00:39:24.300 with the government, and it seemed to be a lot of actions were taken by people way higher
00:39:29.800 up than we could imagine to escalate the situation, and thank you for your actions
00:39:33.620 to try to de-escalate the situation.
00:39:35.860 There was another question that we just spoke about, again, right before we came into the
00:39:40.440 the podcast recording that I think the American people,
00:39:44.920 the audience is going to want to hear.
00:39:46.480 So Lieutenant Byrd, when he was on interview with Lester Holt,
00:39:49.880 he spoke about hearing a shots fired call over the radio to, you know,
00:39:56.400 inside the Capitol before he shot and killed and murdered Ashley Babbitt.
00:40:00.740 That was actually you that made that call. Am I correct there?
00:40:04.220 I went over the radio and I asked if I thought I heard shots fired.
00:40:08.560 So I went over the radio, and I said, were there shots fired?
00:40:12.000 I think I said second floor.
00:40:13.880 I was standing on the second floor on the center side.
00:40:17.620 Okay.
00:40:18.440 And that was some type of flash grenades or something you later realized
00:40:22.480 that wasn't actual gunshots.
00:40:23.860 It was some type of concussion or flash grenade or something like that, right?
00:40:27.520 I think that's what it was because I know I was on that floor,
00:40:30.560 on the first floor, and I know my eyes started burning at some point.
00:40:35.520 So, yeah.
00:40:36.720 Well, then another lieutenant, another Capitol Police officer,
00:40:41.760 came on the radio before Ashley Babbitt was shot
00:40:44.120 and confirmed that, no, actually, in fact, there was no shots fired.
00:40:48.660 That's correct, right?
00:40:50.240 That is correct.
00:40:52.620 So, I mean, Byrd conveniently heard that there were shots fired
00:40:56.120 on one Capitol Police radio transmission,
00:40:58.680 but he did not hear or mention that there was a call that's saying, no,
00:41:03.660 in fact, there was no shots fired.
00:41:05.340 So that is definitely a suspicious scenario there.
00:41:09.060 We really wish and pray that he would have been able to take smarter action,
00:41:13.540 knowing that there was, in fact, people not shooting each other up inside the Capitol,
00:41:17.740 that we were unarmed and actually was unarmed.
00:41:20.260 That's very unfortunate.
00:41:21.640 And so we will get down to the truth of that eventually one day
00:41:24.040 when Bird is deposed in front of the public, you know, with a penalty of perjury.
00:41:30.060 Hopefully he answers truthfully during that second radio transition.
00:41:34.260 Yeah, I would like to say one thing about Bird.
00:41:36.160 Now, he was also on the ground, and I know that he had no idea what was going to occur on January 6th.
00:41:42.420 We had the same office.
00:41:43.660 Him and I would have talked.
00:41:44.920 He had no idea.
00:41:46.600 He was kept in the dark, just like we all were.
00:41:49.940 And I'm not going to try to convince anybody that he shouldn't have shot her or whatever,
00:41:54.000 because people have their own opinion, and I know I'm not going to change it.
00:41:57.000 But I will say this.
00:41:58.220 He was put in an awful situation by Yogananda Pittman.
00:42:02.380 He should have never been put in that situation.
00:42:05.660 She put us all in this situation.
00:42:08.740 She did this to all of us.
00:42:12.180 I agree 100%.
00:42:13.360 And you know what she got?
00:42:15.500 She got a job at California, Berkeley, making over a quarter million dollars a year while also receiving her capital police pension.
00:42:23.140 She's rich many times over now.
00:42:25.900 So congratulations to her, and God bless her.
00:42:29.380 well as we know what the bible says my brother that uh riches received through ill-gotten gain
00:42:37.420 uh will not last they will fade away like uh blades of grass so uh there's a lord in heaven
00:42:43.160 that's watching and he'll he'll bring just recompense to that and he'll and he will vindicate
00:42:47.620 all of us yourself and all the january sixers and everybody that was entrapped by the united
00:42:52.620 states government and the nefarious actors working to spin a tale a narrative of an insurrection that
00:42:58.980 day so before we get into the the final uh segment basically which is we're going to be covering and
00:43:07.380 talking about um this this new operation that you're trying to lead it's just uh simply getting
00:43:13.740 together all the capital police whistleblowers um in a conference room for a few days in a row
00:43:19.820 and really just hashing out everything so you guys can all get on one accord and figure out how to
00:43:25.220 you know band together and unite to get the truth out there which we're going to be supporting on
00:43:30.200 gifts and go um the j6 legal fund is going to be uh pushing a lot of those funds also if you guys
00:43:36.080 want to donate to tyree johnson's gifts and go there will be a link for both of those in the
00:43:40.940 bottom here to help support him he's lost his job he's gone through a lot of stress and taken a lot
00:43:45.720 of personal time to tell the truth to january 6 so we definitely want to support um him and his
00:43:50.880 gifts and go so before that i have just a couple just broad questions about january 6th ones that
00:43:57.320 i wanted to ask for a long time to a man of your stature a lieutenant at the capitol police um
00:44:03.620 that may may catch you as you know maybe a little left field but for me and for a lot of our
00:44:09.220 listeners they're going to matter do you think that january 6th is something that the founding
00:44:15.420 fathers would have been a part of that it may have represented some type of stand for liberty
00:44:20.980 even though we were unarmed that the cap the protesters at the capital that day were like
00:44:26.560 righteous patriots i think that um what happened to um all of us and uh because i know that uh one
00:44:37.080 some people in the jay six community told me because i i don't know if you know this but i
00:44:41.100 considered myself a j6er then i had a couple of j6ers and people in the community say no you're
00:44:46.360 not a j6er you're not one of us so i said okay but um i and i said this because this was an
00:44:52.080 absolute setup there you know and this was not an insurrection this was basically a coup um staged
00:44:59.480 and led by an overly ambitious misguided unethical commander that was yogananda pitman that's what
00:45:05.940 this was and we were all just victims of this um people were angry that they believed the election
00:45:12.760 was stolen whether it was stolen or not you knew they were angry when they were walking down to
00:45:17.480 the capitol you knew they were coming to the capitol and you gaslit their anger and you created
00:45:24.080 an insurrection that was just plain flat out evil and she's going on just baby to walk away from it
00:45:31.440 in this life but at the end of the day i believe that if she's not held accountable for it in this
00:45:38.600 life she will be held accountable for it in the next and what jay thomas manger is doing he's
00:45:43.500 trying to make it uh to ensure the narrative does not change for his wife because his wife is um
00:45:51.100 heavily connected to the democratic party she ran for uh county council and uh as a democrat
00:45:57.800 in Maryland. She didn't win, but now that her husband
00:46:01.980 basically, who's going to be the silver bullet for Donald Trump, by
00:46:05.680 ensuring that this narrative doesn't change, would probably help her in her
00:46:09.860 next run. Wow.
00:46:13.680 So, you're Jan Fixer. You stand with the January 6th political
00:46:17.760 conditions. Do you call, openly call out that we should be free? Is that
00:46:21.880 something that you believe in, that there should be justice for Jan Fixers, that we should not be
00:46:26.040 rotting away in prison do you stand i think 100 now i do believe that there are some innocent
00:46:31.980 people in jail right now that are sitting in jail were innocent i believe that some people if they
00:46:36.580 were supposed to be charged their charges are probably more than they should be but jay thomas
00:46:43.040 manger is going to make sure that that doesn't change that's why he's doing what he's doing
00:46:47.740 now i don't think he really cares necessarily about the jay fixers you you know he looks at us
00:46:52.980 as cannon fodder basically his goal is to make sure that he gets trump and he needs his narrative
00:47:00.280 to say exactly what it is you know that gets trump because if what if he's able to run in 2024
00:47:08.400 we all know the ardent trump supporters are going to vote for him no matter what you all know that
00:47:13.720 the ardent biden trump um the ardent biden biden supporters are going to vote for biden but if
00:47:19.640 you're in the middle and you don't know which way to go you're going to say well donald trump did
00:47:23.460 cause an insurrection i'm going to go ahead and vote for biden so biden's going to get those votes
00:47:28.140 but if the narrative changes and it's actually what actually what really occurred that pitman
00:47:35.300 created this people are going to say hold up that was just wrong and they may vote for trump and
00:47:40.820 and jay thomas manger cannot allow that to happen yeah it sounds like jay thomas manger and uh
00:47:49.200 Yogananda Pittman and other people such as...
00:47:52.260 You have one unit remaining.
00:47:55.600 We're all used as Democrat Party apparatchiks as pawns to try to further the goal of maintaining...
00:48:02.040 You were pawns.
00:48:04.320 Yes, it's unfortunate.
00:48:05.840 And now you can't partner now.
00:48:09.040 Well, guys, everybody that's listening, I really want you guys to go click those links below here.
00:48:14.080 Support the Gifts and Goes.
00:48:15.600 We are getting together all the Capitol Police whistleblowers.
00:48:18.520 We're getting them all in the conference room.
00:48:20.740 We're going to get the real story, get everyone banded together.
00:48:23.880 I want you to support both the J6 Legal Fund and Tyreek's Gifts and Go
00:48:28.100 so we can make this happen, guys.
00:48:30.080 I thank you so much, Tyreek, for joining me.
00:48:32.040 God bless you, and continue your boldness in speaking the truth.
00:48:35.860 And we'll be talking again very soon, brother.

00:48:47.380 God bless America.
00:48:48.520 Thank you.
