00:00:00.980 A real frontline patriot brings you his one-of-a-kind perspective on freedom versus tyranny.
00:00:08.840 This is the world premiere of the Political Prisoner Podcast, powered by Gateway Pundit.
00:00:15.120 Now, live from solitary confinement, here's your host, January Sixer, Jake Lang.
00:00:22.940 Hey everybody, welcome back to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:00:27.280 I'm your host, Jake Lang.
00:00:28.520 I have a huge announcement today. The Political Prisoner Podcast is moving over, as well as on Gateway Pundit.
00:00:35.860 We are now also on the Blessed News Network, a new TV network that me and my team have started to bring the truth and the love of God's word
00:00:46.040 and the real headline news without any spin to the American people.
00:00:51.140 So it's been a project that's been underway for seven or eight months now.
00:00:55.580 We have Blessed News Network on the iPhone app, Android app, on our website, www.blessed.news.
00:01:03.920 We also have TV channels for Blessed News Network on Apple TV, Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Samsung TV.
00:01:12.720 So you can watch the Political Prisoner podcast, which is called Liberty and Justice, with me hosting on Blessed News Network on Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m.
00:01:23.920 I'm going to be doing an hour-long show for you guys. 0.83
00:01:26.860 I'm going to be bringing on different J6 political prisoners, different people involved in our defense,
00:01:33.060 and all the kind of insider scoop on what's been happening in the J6 world as well as my life
00:01:39.180 and everything that happens inside these jails, the 13 different prisons I've been held in for the last 935 days now.
00:01:48.000 I've been a political prisoner without a trial.
00:01:51.280 So today's episode is going to be great.
00:01:53.920 going to have some segments on with some amazing gen six heroes some of my best friends in the
00:01:59.540 world we have peter stager who just got sentenced to 52 months he's 44 years old he's been down in
00:02:08.240 dc jail with me for two and a half years now just been a humble great man of god one of my best
00:02:14.920 friends closest confidants he's going to be speaking his piece this will be his first time
00:02:20.080 publicly speaking out ever since he's been arrested, and Peter's widely regarded as one
00:02:26.200 of the most trustworthy and just level-headed and straightforward kind of guys in the January 6
00:02:32.140 movement. He's beloved by all the different Jan 6 prisoners in here, so we'll be bringing him on
00:02:37.960 for the next segment after the commercial break in about five, ten minutes, so you get to hear
00:02:43.620 from Peter Stager. I mean, I can't say enough good about the guy. I love him. God bless him.
00:02:50.080 I'll also be bringing on Danny Kreisman, one of my great friends from New York City, another Jan Sixer who got himself a lawsuit he filed against the DOJ and the Capitol Police that has really just brought him into kind of the dredges of the swamp and seeing how they operate.
00:03:09.800 He has some breaking news for us on the third segment that we're going to be doing.
00:03:15.380 And I'll wrap it up with you guys with some prayer and some talk about the love of God that we can only find in Christ Jesus in our fourth segment to finish off the 9 o'clock hour.
00:03:26.000 So without further ado, let me break down some happenings in my life.
00:03:31.680 I want to update everybody, what's been going on, why I've been absent since the General Flynn Political Prisoner podcast that reached, I think we got over 150,000 views on Rumble alone.
00:03:44.620 That makes Political Prisoner podcast one of the most widely watched podcasts in the conservative field.
00:03:52.000 I'm very proud of that.
00:03:53.360 And Jim Hoff and everyone in the Gateway Pundit have been so just enormously generous in offering me and the Jan Sixers, their platform, and the Political Prisoner podcast to be the flagship podcast over there.
00:04:07.740 And so I want to keep on bringing more consistent content.
00:04:10.800 I've been absent because I've been building this behemoth of a company, the Blessed News Network, BNN, for you guys.
00:04:18.860 It's a Christian conservative TV channel.
00:04:22.860 We have show hosts on from 7 a.m. Eastern every morning
00:04:26.620 all the way up to 1 o'clock in the morning every night during the weekdays.
00:04:31.300 We have headliners that I've been putting together this superstructure
00:04:35.200 with the help of my Christian brothers and sisters and volunteers 0.97
00:04:38.680 and my fiancée, Rachel, who's another Jan Sixer. 1.00
00:04:42.920 Just everyone's been coming around me and helping me get this project done,
00:04:46.600 and especially the hosts.
00:04:48.440 The hosts are incredible.
00:04:50.540 You guys, I truly believe this is the best lineup that's ever been brought to conservative, independent media.
00:04:57.820 Pete Santilli agrees.
00:04:59.220 He even goes as far as saying this is the single greatest accomplishment in conservative media that's ever been had.
00:05:07.100 So I don't know if I agree with that just yet.
00:05:09.500 We're going to see how we grow.
00:05:10.680 But we have hosts like Pete Santilli, Stu Peters, Wayne Allen Root, Joel Oatman, Professor David Clements, Tanya Joy, and VanderSteel, Silk from Diamond and Silk.
00:05:26.640 We've got Zach Payne, and we have Brian Lupo and Behezy hosting at 6 p.m. every day, the Gateway Pundit recap show, Gateway Pundit's first ever TV show.
00:05:39.040 It's an hour-long recap of all the Gateway Pundit stories for the day.
00:05:43.240 And we have tons of other shows throughout the day.
00:05:45.460 Jeff Kruer kicks us off early in the morning with the morning scuffle.
00:05:50.360 He's from Real America's Voice.
00:05:52.160 He's just an awesome Patriot supporter of ours.
00:05:55.040 We've got Jeff Wagner and Alpha Warrior, Alfredo Luna, another Jan Sixer.
00:06:01.540 We've got, I mean, just some of the best people in the industry.
00:06:04.880 If you look at our lineup, our weekly schedule, go right now to www.blessed.news and check out our weekly schedule.
00:06:12.760 Get tuned in. Download the free app right now.
00:06:15.660 Go on Apple or your Android app store.
00:06:18.520 Type in Blessed News Network.
00:06:20.560 You will find our free app.
00:06:21.740 You can tune in to our live stream pretty much all day, every day.
00:06:25.300 We have new and original and fire content.
00:06:29.220 So that's why I've been absent.
00:06:30.720 And I've been building that because God put it in my heart to make a new network that is not beholden to corporate sponsors or not allowed to talk about Gen 6 or COVID or critical race theory or whatever.
00:06:45.360 Some of these other competitors of ours, they've been gatekeepers and not allowed their hosts to truly have freedom of speech, to criticize Trump with Operation Warp Speed.
00:06:56.260 you will get the full range of the conservative way of life and ways of thinking and the truth
00:07:02.660 of God's word on Blessed News Network. I am so proud to bring it to everybody and humbled to
00:07:08.660 have the opportunity to serve the American people with giving them a news source that is just raw
00:07:14.820 and unfiltered and uncut and straight from the heart of God. So that's the main reason I've been
00:07:20.960 absent. I've also been just incredibly, incredibly busy with the January 6th legal fund. We've
00:07:28.900 raised to date around $250,000 and we've spent every single penny very judiciously, no pun
00:07:36.100 intended, on getting lawyers for the Jan Sixers. That's taken up an immense amount of my time,
00:07:43.780 which I love doing. There's nothing better to do than to try to help out these Jan Sixers.
00:07:48.900 If people want to support the J6 Legal Fund, we've just came out with our full transparency report on Gateway Pundit. 0.98
00:07:56.180 You can type my name in on the search bar or type in J6 Legal and check out that transparency report.
00:08:02.560 Or if you want to donate directly, which I highly encourage you do, go to J6Legal.org.
00:08:08.380 That is an invaluable resource for the January Sixers.
00:08:11.340 We've gotten just in this pod alone in the D.C. Gulag where I'm at right now.
00:08:16.000 We've helped out over a dozen guys that are currently sitting in here fully get retained attorneys,
00:08:21.700 patriots that are fighting for them, taking them to trial, knocking out solid deals that they can hang their hat on
00:08:28.500 and be proud that they did what they needed to do at the Capitol that day.
00:08:33.280 So j6legal.org, that's the other huge undertaking.
00:08:36.920 Between those two things, I've been just thrilled to be busy.
00:08:43.300 I'm on the phone in my jail cell
00:08:45.460 by God's grace
00:08:47.180 we've got these little tablets they give us
00:08:49.500 and I can
00:08:51.600 text and call people which is
00:08:53.540 sometimes pretty expensive on the phone
00:08:55.700 all day but I've been able to be on the phone
00:08:57.440 about 10, 12
00:08:59.760 14 hours a day some days
00:09:01.720 God bless the people
00:09:03.300 on my team that put up with me and are
00:09:05.620 willing to help me out
00:09:06.820 standing by me
00:09:08.800 Rachel that one's for you, shout out to you honey
00:09:11.460 I love you, thank you
00:09:13.140 So it's just been busy, blowing the doors of the DOJ and the FBI down, letting them know we're not backing down, we're not surrendering, we're not cowards. 0.99
00:09:23.460 We will fight, we will stand and fight for justice for the Jansixers until our dying breath. 0.97
00:09:29.280 There is a war, there's a spiritual war happening in this country right now. 0.85
00:09:33.860 It is good versus evil, the light versus the darkness, and the light, the children of our Lord God and the brothers of Jesus Christ and sisters of Jesus Christ are banding together to make a stand, a firm stand against evil in this country, and I couldn't be more proud to be serving in the capacity that I am, even from in a jail cell, and I couldn't be more humbled, like I said, again, by the people that have come around this movement.
00:10:02.080 Hong Kwan, Kelly Yoder, my people from Prisoner's Record, David Clements, Jim Hoff, Dave Summerall,
00:10:11.900 Mickey Whitehoff, and everyone from the Freedom Corner. I'm giving big shout-outs to every single
00:10:17.400 last person, Sarah McAbee and Shane Jenkins, and everybody that has contributed to the furtherance
00:10:25.100 of January 6th truth, the furtherance of the rights of the prisoners that are being detained.
00:10:30.380 My heart goes out to you guys.
00:10:31.860 We're all a unit.
00:10:32.820 We're a team.
00:10:33.800 We have our struggles sometimes.
00:10:35.820 There's a lot of different motivating factors out here and opinions that can sometimes seem to tug at us.
00:10:42.200 But we're a family at the end of the day.
00:10:44.080 We're all fighting for the same cause.
00:10:45.580 We need to get our men home, and that's exactly what we're doing.
00:10:50.460 There's plenty more updates.
00:10:52.420 I don't know how much more you guys can handle.
00:10:54.480 we have the January 6th commissary fund, which I started a few months ago, that in June alone
00:11:00.980 fed all 150 federal January 6th prisoners in every single prison. We have a team of volunteers that
00:11:08.760 are working literally every day, sending out dozens and dozens of money orders to dozens of
00:11:13.880 different federal prisons and penitentiaries all across the country. Every single Jan Sixer that's
00:11:19.860 part of this, which is every single one that's in federal prison, and many that are in the
00:11:23.780 D.C. Gulag that have signed up receive $100 a month to support them in buying hygiene products
00:11:31.420 and clothing and commissary food items because the food they give us is not right for human
00:11:39.860 consumption. So we have just been so grateful for the generosity that's outpoured to people
00:11:46.800 who are supporting us we've raised about thirty thousand dollars all that money's gone now in the
00:11:52.320 last few months we've been running this we need more donations we need sponsors to pick up and
00:11:57.340 do a hundred two hundred three hundred dollars a month feed three different jan sixers a month
00:12:02.880 all the money a hundred percent transparent all the money goes to the jan sixers we don't take
00:12:08.180 any of it we're very proud of that fact that we've been transparent the j6 truth team and myself and
00:12:14.160 everyone around me, so please go to
00:12:17.100 giftsandgo.com
00:12:18.520 slash J6 Commissary Fund
00:12:21.180 to donate there.
00:12:22.640 That is a huge, important cause.
00:12:25.200 So yeah, we're jam-packed. We're full.
00:12:27.280 We have an amazing show for you guys
00:12:29.260 lined up, and stay tuned
00:12:31.100 for the other side of the commercial break
00:12:33.320 with my brother, Peter Stager.
00:12:35.700 God bless.
00:12:44.160 Hey, welcome back, everybody, to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:13:05.220 I'm Jake Lang, and today we have one of my best friends, J6 Patriot.
00:13:10.520 He doesn't like being called that, but, you know, the American people know who he is.
00:13:15.000 Peter Sager is a man of integrity, a man who has yet to speak out on any platform about the death of Roseanne Boylan,
00:13:23.980 the murder that he witnessed.
00:13:25.640 He's been adjudicated now, finally.
00:13:27.980 He was given a sentence of 52 months.
00:13:31.040 He's been doing about 930 days in D.C. jail already with me and all the other Jan Sixers.
00:13:38.320 He's well known as just one of the most humble and forthright guys that you can imagine.
00:13:44.060 He's one of the people that makes this movement really what it is, what he represents and
00:13:49.300 who he is as a person just shines forth way more than any single action that he or anybody
00:13:56.000 did on January 6th.
00:13:57.300 He's an American, a red-blooded, hard worker, truck driver, woodworker, man that just makes
00:14:03.700 his living for his family with his hands.
00:14:05.380 He's got two young kids at home, and I love Peter Steger.
00:14:08.720 He's one of my brothers.
00:14:10.340 Today we're going to be talking about the murder of Roseanne Boylan by the Capitol Police,
00:14:16.100 the Metropolitan PD, and their police brutality, their response they had to a bunch of people
00:14:23.940 in the tunnel, unarmed Americans swelling into a tunnel, why they felt it was necessary
00:14:28.560 to cause a situation and how the situation transpired with her death.
00:14:34.080 Now, this has become pretty much headline news within the last week or two.
00:14:39.500 Joe Hannon from the Epoch Times recently released a new series of videos that we got to watch him on MTV the other day
00:14:48.200 describing the police cover-up of Roseanne Boylan's death, some of the things that made her death so sketchy to begin with.
00:15:01.360 And, you know, I want Peter to tell you the way that he saw it
00:15:05.120 and why the situation transpired and did
00:15:08.040 and how they could have responded better.
00:15:10.840 Me and Peter have talked about this at length for years.
00:15:13.100 But now we have the timeline.
00:15:14.680 I'm going to give you guys a quick timeline of the events
00:15:18.580 surrounding the death of Roseanne Boylan,
00:15:21.340 as per Joe Hannigan says at the Epoch Times.
00:15:24.960 At 4.26 p.m. on January 6, 2021, 19 seconds,
00:15:30.860 into the 4.26 p.m. time, three police officers push three men out of the tunnel onto Roseanne Boylan.
00:15:40.240 Then at 4.26 and 27 seconds, a protester bleeding from the head after being struck by the police
00:15:46.180 pleases the officers, saves her. He points to the ground where Mrs. Roseanne Boylan is.
00:15:52.040 That was me. That was your humble host here, Jake Lang. I was bleeding profusely from the head,
00:15:56.960 and it's seen on my documentaries me putting my hands up and pointing to the ground screaming at
00:16:01.860 the police to save her. 426 and 38 seconds Mr. Winchell cries out please get her up she's going
00:16:08.040 to die she's going to die. 426 and 42 seconds please push two more large men out of the tunnel
00:16:14.040 onto Roseanne. At 426 47 Mr. Winchell her friend in the blue hoodie continues to plead for help
00:16:21.760 she's dead, she's dead, my God, she's dead, she's dead, he says.
00:16:25.680 4-26-57, Mr. Winchell looks out to the crowd and exclaims, I need somebody, I need medics.
00:16:32.260 Well, that's somebody that he needed, and one of the men that responded to her murder
00:16:36.520 and tried to save her life and was there at the scene and watched and witnessed this all.
00:16:40.640 My best friend, Peter Saker. Peter, how are you, brother?
00:16:42.900 Well, I'm doing what I'm making today, you know, thank God for the grace that he bestowed upon us,
00:16:48.380 and we're very fortunate, but I thank everybody for the opportunity and everything to speak.
00:16:57.940 Yeah, it's just been really hard for our families and everything,
00:17:00.720 but we're just moving forward one day at a time.
00:17:03.560 I've got a 52-month sentence.
00:17:05.420 There's like about 22 months left on it, so I'm on the bottom slot of it
00:17:09.540 and I'm waiting to be sent, you know, down the road.
00:17:12.180 I would assume that it would be the next month, month and a half or so.
00:17:15.400 Yeah, so, Peter, tell me, we were both outside the tunnel, we witnessed, I mean, gruesome
00:17:22.740 acts of police brutality, but we also witnessed some amazing acts of humanity by strangers,
00:17:29.540 by unarmed American citizens standing shoulder to shoulder together, trying to save one another
00:17:35.100 from a dog pile and chemical weapon attack and bludgeoning from the Capitol Police officers.
00:17:41.740 What did you witness?
00:17:43.220 What happened with you?
00:17:44.380 I mean, we know that you were there and you did some pretty amazing things
00:17:49.320 that I don't think the mainstream news media is talking about.
00:17:52.700 Okay.
00:17:53.440 So basically my involvement for the most part of what transpired around that time was
00:17:59.660 I had come to the realization after I had prayed that there was going to be no EMTs or anybody show up.
00:18:07.040 I decided at that point that I needed to at least hand out waters and to, you know,
00:18:11.160 do as much as I could because I'd been previously trained in first aid and also in CPR and life-saving
00:18:16.940 measures for children at one point, and then also for a job I had had in Colorado at one point
00:18:23.300 for the oil field. So I made my way to hand water out, and in doing so, we were getting gassed.
00:18:30.180 They were throwing flashbangs. They were just macing everybody. I approached several individuals,
00:18:36.320 gave them water, and one in particular was bleeding from the head profusely. I could
00:18:41.100 I could see that they were definitely shell-shocked.
00:18:44.240 They more than likely had a concussion.
00:18:46.700 I spoke with them, they didn't respond.
00:18:49.280 They were bleeding profusely from the head.
00:18:52.040 They looked like they had vomited all over themselves.
00:18:55.180 Their eyes were just almost like they were lost.
00:18:59.420 They didn't respond at all to anything I said to them.
00:19:03.360 I just poured water on their face
00:19:05.420 and then tried to point them in a direction of safety.
00:19:09.500 was probably about the third or fourth person that I had handed water out to. I continued
00:19:13.240 basically making my way towards the tunnel where, I mean, it's where a lot of carnage
00:19:18.220 was. And then I turned around from that gentleman. There was just waves of bodies falling. I
00:19:25.800 noticed a lady that was on the ground, and I immediately just grabbed her, got her to 1.00
00:19:32.560 her feet. I was absolutely shocked at what I was seeing because it was just waves after
00:19:37.480 ready for bodies. Peter, this video that you're talking about for the first time throughout his
00:19:42.220 whole entire last 930 days here, the prosecutors never gave it to his team as exculpatory evidence
00:19:49.720 and finally his legal team was able to unearth it as his sentencing and it went a very long way
00:19:56.160 in the judge's heart, I believe, into why Peter got 52 months because he was at the capital that
00:20:02.340 day. I mean, he literally saved this woman's life, similar to my story with Philip Anderson,
00:20:07.180 but he was there that day with compassion and love in his heart, not to hurt people,
00:20:12.240 and his actions display the character of men that Peter is.
00:20:16.160 I appreciate it.
00:20:17.540 So what I did is, as soon as we got her up to her feet,
00:20:21.400 and I realized that there was just more bodies,
00:20:23.420 I immediately started screaming, get them up.
00:20:25.540 These are your brothers and sisters.
00:20:27.160 These are Americans. 1.00
00:20:28.060 They're going to die. 1.00
00:20:28.880 Get them up, get them up, or they're going to die.
00:20:32.100 And then I basically just started making my way to help more.
00:20:35.680 In doing so, they continued, law enforcement and the crowd,
00:20:42.060 and they continued basically just spraying us with mace.
00:20:47.540 You know, plenty of tear gas.
00:20:49.940 It was hard to breathe, but it didn't matter.
00:20:53.460 I just basically thought, you know, that we just got to get them up.
00:20:56.640 If we don't get them up, they're going to be crushed to death.
00:20:59.120 I continued to basically help and do what I could,
00:21:02.320 and the bodies just kept cascading.
00:21:06.200 And I remember I saw a pile of about five people high
00:21:11.800 and at the very bottom of it was an elderly man.
00:21:14.940 He had to be in his mid-60s to 70s.
00:21:17.260 He was bleeding profusely from the head.
00:21:19.720 I made my way to him and I tried to grab him
00:21:23.460 and when I tugged on him,
00:21:25.940 he screamed out in pain and agony,
00:21:27.700 you know, my legs, my legs.
00:21:29.940 and I tried to give it everything I have.
00:21:32.900 And I'm a big man, and I couldn't do anything.
00:21:35.360 I sat him down, and I started interlocking my hands
00:21:38.440 and screaming and just yelling,
00:21:40.220 stop pushing, stop pushing, help us.
00:21:43.500 In the mix of all that, the crowd is begging and pleading
00:21:46.460 for them to stop and to help us.
00:21:48.000 You were telling the Capitol Police officers to stop pushing
00:21:50.620 to respond to the injured human beings
00:21:52.820 instead of continue to exacerbate the situation.
00:21:56.500 Absolutely.
00:21:57.120 We were begging and pleading them.
00:21:58.400 The crowd was shouting, too.
00:21:59.620 is, why are you doing this, because the I can't breathe, right, that's what they're chanting.
00:22:03.360 And then the I can't breathe chant started, you know, and it's just, this was all going on,
00:22:10.240 and then why are you doing this, you know, we're not here to hurt you, help us, stop, stop.
00:22:17.260 We beg and we plead, and then ultimately I'm interlocking my hands and I'm waving,
00:22:22.860 and I'm begging them, these are Americans, why, why are you doing this?
00:22:26.580 Ultimately, I tried to help the individual again.
00:22:31.580 I couldn't get them.
00:22:34.580 The guy told me he was in so much pain.
00:22:37.580 He said, he said, leave me, leave me.
00:22:39.580 And I said, no, no.
00:22:42.580 And then I stopped and I tried to catch my breath.
00:22:45.580 I got maced again.
00:22:47.580 You know, I'm cutting from head to toe and maced at this point.
00:22:49.580 That was one of the most, I have to say that for myself, my experience.
00:22:52.580 experience. This video of me when I'm trying to yank on Roseanne, I had a gas lamp come
00:22:57.080 by the grace of God. I found one. And I'm getting hit with streams of mace. And the
00:23:02.380 police, I mean, there was no reason. There was no combatant at that point. People were
00:23:05.620 literally scrambling to save our lives. And they continued dousing us with chemical weapons.
00:23:10.640 Period. OC spray. This is not your stuff you get in Spencer's gift store. This stuff
00:23:15.540 can leave you blinded and asphyxiated and suck the air out of your lungs for, I mean,
00:23:19.960 literally 30, 40 minutes before you can catch your breath or see again.
00:23:25.540 Right, so I finally, I see some movement to my left, and it's about eye level,
00:23:33.780 and it's probably right there at the entrance of the tunnel, and I realize
00:23:38.220 it's someone not moving, and I basically make my way to him after I tell the guy,
00:23:44.680 you know, I'm sorry, you know, and so I start making my way to him the best I can.
00:23:48.680 I'm having a real hard time seeing and breathing.
00:23:51.440 When I finally make it to the individual,
00:23:54.520 I look into their eyes and there's no movement.
00:23:57.920 Their skin is blue or gray.
00:24:00.920 I realize this. 0.92
00:24:02.920 I don't know who it was.
00:24:03.920 I can't tell you who it was.
00:24:04.920 All I know is that they was, I thought they were dead.
00:24:07.960 I screamed immediately to the law enforcement line.
00:24:11.160 They were behind the shields that were staring at me.
00:24:13.840 This person is dead. 0.70
00:24:15.640 They are dead.
00:24:16.880 This person is dead.
00:24:18.680 I had hoped that they would at least help me or at least open the ranks in their lines
00:24:24.360 and drag them to safety, but nothing happened.
00:24:27.600 At some point, an individual grabbed the individual's feet.
00:24:31.560 I grabbed their shoulders, and we exited directly left to where the pillar was.
00:24:36.340 There was a man standing on that pillar, and then there was a window to the left.
00:24:40.960 We set this individual down immediately there, and then I just remember going crazy.
00:24:48.400 I remember them doing chest compressions on this individual,
00:24:52.060 and when I turned around to face the crowd, everything went blank for me.
00:24:56.740 It was completely silence, and then I started slapping myself in the head and screaming.
00:25:03.160 There's no telling what I was screaming, but what I could not fathom is how could this happen in this country?
00:25:08.280 Not in America.
00:25:09.700 God, why could this happen?
00:25:12.160 How could this happen here?
00:25:14.200 And then I just basically, I went numb.
00:25:40.900 Hey, guys, welcome back.
00:25:43.260 You're here with the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:25:45.700 I'm Jake Lang.
00:25:47.080 We have a very special guest today coming to you live from the gulag.
00:25:51.280 Me and Peter are sitting inside my prison cell right now.
00:25:54.740 Yes, we are running a podcast from prison.
00:25:57.220 Yes, this is the only place you're going to find the truth about January 6th.
00:26:01.600 Peter was in the middle of telling us right before our break of his harrowing story on January 6th,
00:26:08.540 his efforts to help people hand out water bottles, pull people's lifeless lint bodies out of the bottom of dog piles created by the Capitol Police.
00:26:18.100 Peter has more to tell us.
00:26:20.240 He wants to basically explain some more about the Roseanne Boylan situation and maybe the police response.
00:26:28.060 Some of the work done by some of our other brothers in here, Ronald McAbee and Peter, are pictured together.
00:26:35.000 I'm actually looking at it right now in the Epoch Times article.
00:26:37.280 It was broken, this video was broken on Gateway Pundit about six months ago, and the video is of Ronald McAbee, Sheriff Ronald McAbee and Peter Stager standing right by as they're doing chest compressions.
00:26:50.180 The Patriots, not the police officers, the Patriots responded to the death of Roseanne Boylan and tried to revive her.
00:26:57.460 Peter is standing pictured right here in his camo jacket, and you can see he's worried, and he wants to help, and he did help.
00:27:06.400 And so we're going to fire back at Peter right now.
00:27:08.920 He's going to tell you some more about, I mean, one of the most unbelievable things to ever happen on the steps of our own Capitol building
00:27:15.580 without any justice, any retribution, any investigation.
00:27:20.960 And Peter's got the real story.
00:27:22.520 Here we go.
00:27:24.360 All right. 1.00
00:27:25.320 So to carry on with it, I'm just an absolute whore in shock. 0.99
00:27:29.840 This is, to me, it was the most horrific, most tragic thing that any American could ever experience or witness. 0.97
00:27:38.280 And I'm in this medieval trench warfare of just unarmed American bodies,
00:27:44.740 and I just can't even fathom how law enforcement could ever do something so heinous to these people,
00:27:51.600 none of which I saw armed with any kind of weaponry, any kind of anything.
00:27:58.600 I mean, what they had was nothing more than what you'd wear to Sunday school or to church or to a family picnic.
00:28:05.060 And that was just an absolute hoard.
00:28:08.540 So after I started to come to a little bit, I started to make my way back up.
00:28:16.140 And all I could think about is don't fall, please don't fall.
00:28:18.820 If you fall, you're going to die.
00:28:21.100 Don't fall.
00:28:22.480 You can't help people.
00:28:24.520 This is Jake.
00:28:25.100 You can't help people get onto their feet and save their lives.
00:28:28.520 If you fall in that situation, you become just another one of the bodies in this swimming pool of death.
00:28:33.580 I mean, it's serious.
00:28:34.920 I felt the same way.
00:28:36.640 It was absolutely, again, it was carnage. 0.98
00:28:39.500 They were Americans of all walks of life, all ages, all, you know, male, female, elderly, young. 0.97
00:28:48.820 Well, it was a backwards tip. 0.85
00:28:49.940 See, the American people, you might not know.
00:28:51.400 So if you guys go to j6truth.org, watch the documentary, The Truth About January 6th,
00:28:56.400 you will see that we were staged on a backward staircase.
00:29:00.200 That's why this really transpired the way it did, because the Capitol Police officers
00:29:04.280 were pushing on a level field.
00:29:06.160 They had riot shields, weapons, chemical weapons, metal batons, and they were bludgeoning and
00:29:10.840 pushing people backwards down a staircase where bodies were just tumbling down, couldn't
00:29:16.200 They didn't get their footing, the stairs were covered in a slick of chemical spray,
00:29:22.200 OC spray, bear spray, pepper spray, and that's why this all transpired.
00:29:28.200 And they, you know, without mercy, just kept on pummeling people over.
00:29:33.200 So, again, I'm covered in head to toe in mace and I'm having a hard time breathing.
00:29:39.200 And so I start basically, I noticed something moving towards me.
00:29:44.200 I can't make it out because at this point, it's all in my eyes
00:29:47.940 and I just see a shadow.
00:29:49.140 I remember I stuck my hand up in the air,
00:29:51.800 I felt something brush it and the next thing I know it was gone.
00:29:55.140 But what I realize now is the reason it was gone
00:29:57.180 is because they tumbled over all the bodies
00:29:59.080 that were at their feet.
00:30:01.780 It is at this point where something in me just snapped.
00:30:05.060 I literally...
00:30:07.320 Who could blame, who could blame?
00:30:08.800 Did anybody else have a different reaction?
00:30:11.400 It was horrible, and I mean it.
00:30:13.700 I resorted to the most primitive fight-and-flight survival instinct that everyone has in it.
00:30:20.060 Now, I've called myself a libertarian because I just don't believe in war.
00:30:24.220 I believe that everything can be negotiated, and I snapped.
00:30:27.960 It was much more than I could have ever had thought.
00:30:30.920 And I realized, too, also that there was no good that I could have done
00:30:34.260 because I was just so emotionally wound up at this point because of the carnage
00:30:40.460 that I wouldn't have been able to help anybody.
00:30:41.820 All my training, it wouldn't have been enough.
00:30:43.820 I wouldn't have been of no use.
00:30:45.580 So ultimately, I had an interaction with an individual in the crowd.
00:30:50.160 He ultimately was what I said guilty to and why I got sentenced to 52 months.
00:30:56.940 He was a police officer.
00:30:58.700 I ended up engaging him with an American flag that I had picked up off the ground.
00:31:04.260 I don't really have a recollection of picking it up.
00:31:07.180 Now, while this is going on, now let me tell the crowd, let me tell the crowd, we're talking
00:31:13.700 about the crowd, let me tell the people here that these were not deadly lethal blows or
00:31:18.500 anything.
00:31:18.920 Peter, you know, below the bell, there was a couple little scrapes and scratches on this
00:31:25.300 guy from a numerous amount of people.
00:31:28.760 Peter didn't seriously injure, and I don't think any Capitol Police officers were seriously
00:31:33.400 injured that day.
00:31:34.100 We just didn't have the means to do it, or the heart.
00:31:37.060 Me and Peter spoke very extensively about the restraint that the crowd showed,
00:31:43.660 that even Peter showed in that situation.
00:31:45.960 This was, you know, a situation where it could have went, I mean,
00:31:49.880 immeasurably worse for this Capitol Police officer,
00:31:53.660 but the crowd showed restraint, and, you know,
00:31:56.700 even if it may not look like it in the videos,
00:32:00.020 we had four people that died, and they had zero.
00:32:02.720 And we had a million people there, and they had, you know, a few thousand.
00:32:08.080 So that just shows, I mean, the numbers don't lie.
00:32:10.940 And the injuries that this officer is alleging are as much as you'd get maybe for a spanking after Sunday school,
00:32:18.060 if you didn't listen up right.
00:32:19.260 Peter?
00:32:20.380 Okay, so we're going to move from here.
00:32:23.180 So while this is all going on, the Roseanne situation is absolutely at its complete flare-up at this moment.
00:32:31.940 This is when Officer Lila Morris, I believe at minimum caused the death of Roseanne Bowling
00:32:39.760 because she was still alive. 0.99
00:32:41.460 She bludgeoned her over the head.
00:32:42.880 The crowd was screaming for them to stop, help us, help us. 1.00
00:32:48.740 She struck her at least two times over the head.
00:32:54.220 Individuals got involved.
00:32:55.340 This is when you'll see, you know, Officer McAbee there literally doing his best just to try to help.
00:33:03.220 Yeah, Jim Fixer.
00:33:04.400 He really is a hero, and for him to be persecuted by the government
00:33:09.640 and for them to go after him and literally just destroy his life was shameful.
00:33:14.160 He did react negatively when they hit him over the head, but in reality, he was trying to help.
00:33:19.020 So he ended up, we ended up basically at some point running right next to each other.
00:33:26.300 I remember coming to and thinking, get to the body of that person,
00:33:31.040 at least carry them to the ambulance or at least carry them to the final,
00:33:35.260 you know, to wherever we can get them.
00:33:37.480 And so I made my way up.
00:33:39.200 And, of course, I'm angry, I'm emotional,
00:33:41.140 and I'm saying a bunch of just foul, very, very ugly things
00:33:45.040 because there's dead people.
00:33:47.920 And I'm just absolutely shocked and horrified.
00:33:53.000 Ultimately, I make my way and I put myself between Roseanne Bowman's unconscious deceased body.
00:33:59.140 Well, individuals are trying to revive her and bring her back to life.
00:34:04.900 And it was a, you know, we failed.
00:34:07.160 She ultimately took home and we were unable to save her.
00:34:10.580 And while all this is going on, we continue to be maced and brutalized.
00:34:14.080 And it was a bunch of real angry individuals at that point.
00:34:17.920 But again, the carnage of what we went through for doing nothing more than helping people
00:34:23.360 to have our basic civil liberties and our human rights violated,
00:34:28.080 and for no one to acknowledge they did wrong.
00:34:31.600 Again, there was enough blame to go around for what happened,
00:34:35.560 but we're the only ones that have ever acknowledged any wrongdoing.
00:34:39.920 But my sense of helping individuals that I knew nothing about,
00:34:44.640 And I didn't even agree with politically with a majority of individuals.
00:34:50.600 But it didn't matter.
00:34:51.840 They were being brutalized.
00:34:53.100 They had a right to be there.
00:34:54.440 They did nothing wrong.
00:34:56.060 And for them to have lethal force used against them was absolutely, it was against everything
00:35:02.560 I was ever raised to believe.
00:35:04.640 And no American who was worth their salt would have ever allowed any human being to be stripped
00:35:10.100 of that basic dignity without getting involved and at least standing between them and preventing
00:35:15.880 that from happening.
00:35:17.380 And then again, for trying to help and save people, at the time I didn't really think
00:35:22.380 about the saving, it was just help and get them up so there's no death.
00:35:25.620 And I'm going to tell you, by the grace of God, that situation could end up a lot worse
00:35:30.020 than it did.
00:35:31.320 And ultimately, I prayed again, I prayed again that everybody would make it home safely.
00:35:36.140 And I'll continue to pray for everyone who was involved, but it's about time that people
00:35:43.060 started fessing up and acknowledging that mistakes were made, we've got to do an abundance
00:35:48.820 of retraining, and then the persecution of a lot of good people being ruined, because
00:35:54.700 there was a lot of good Americans that were helping that day.
00:35:57.020 They just got wrapped up into something that they didn't sign up for.
00:36:00.380 Peter, let me ask you this. Why do you think that our Republican leaders, the Kevin McCarthys and the Marjorie Taylor Greens and the people that have seen the truth of January 6th, they've seen these videos of Roseanne Boylan's death, they've seen the Capitol Police response that was completely, I mean, just way out of line, injuring and murdering people.
00:36:24.420 Why have they not done more to help us out?
00:36:27.020 What do you think is behind their silence on the death of Roseanne Boyler?
00:36:31.600 You know, I think about this often, and I really don't have a logical explanation.
00:36:37.560 None of this is good.
00:36:40.400 I know that specifically for Ms. Green, again, she's done tremendous help with pointing out
00:36:47.660 things that are wrong with this facility that we brought to the attention and the scrutiny.
00:36:52.200 So I can never give her enough credit for that.
00:36:54.420 But she witnessed what Lila Morris did to Roseanne.
00:36:59.200 We showed her the vision.
00:36:59.960 She witnessed firsthand every single thing that is now starting to surface,
00:37:06.380 and she acted like she was shocked and amazed, and to this day we get crickets.
00:37:11.420 Well, about a year, let me tell the people, it's about a year and a half ago,
00:37:15.060 Marjorie Taylor being visited the D.C. jail Gulag, and we showed her the videos,
00:37:20.100 And there's still been no, I mean, the weaponization committee is not the January 6th select committee that we need.
00:37:25.900 So, hey, guys, we've got about 20 seconds left.
00:37:29.220 I want to thank Peter for coming on.
00:37:30.700 Guys, please go.
00:37:31.520 We're going to put a link to his GiveSandGo in the Gateway Pundit article.
00:37:35.180 Go help out Peter.
00:37:36.220 He's about to get back on his feet here when he leaves the D.C. jail gulag and his last 20 months of imprisonment.
00:37:43.040 I want you to go there and donate to him right now.
00:37:45.040 He's my brother.
00:37:45.920 He deserves some help.
00:37:47.080 And God bless you guys.
00:37:48.100 Thanks for having me on, Peter.
00:37:49.240 God bless the Constitutional Republic.
00:37:52.880 Amen.
00:38:19.240 Hey, everybody. Welcome back. We're on the other side of the break. God, it's good to
00:38:30.740 have my brother, Danny Christman, in the studio with us today. My studio is in the jail cell.
00:38:35.820 Danny's in Brooklyn, New York. We met in New York City about five years ago. He's been
00:38:40.500 one of my greatest friends, just a man I can always trust and lean on, a libertarian, a
00:38:46.160 brother in Christ, and a fellow Jan Fixer. Danny's got some amazing stuff he wants to
00:38:52.220 bring to light today about his lawsuits. He's filed in Washington, D.C., the response from
00:38:58.860 the prosecutors. There's a lot of juicy details here that the American people may have no idea
00:39:05.040 about. So let me bring in my brother right now. Danny Krista, say hello.
00:39:09.280 Hey, hello, everybody. Really what I wanted to get into is who was responsible that day, what municipality was responsible that day, who actually gave the crowd orders, and whether the crowd actually complied to those orders or not.
00:39:28.940 And you wouldn't be very surprised to find out that the Trump supporters actually mostly complied with the orders of the day.
00:39:38.360 We could be best described that we weren't given absolute dispersal orders by Chuck Schumer's statement saying that Trump did nothing to disperse the crowd, proving that the crowd was never dispersed.
00:39:54.680 But on January 5th, Mayor Muriel Bowser of Washington, D.C., sent out a document to the Secretary of the Army, Homeland Security, and the Attorney General's Office letting anybody know that if any federal officers were to be working on any security duty, that they must go through the Metropolitan PD.
00:40:17.980 On top of that, prior to that, there's always been a partnership agreement between the Capitol Police, Secret Service, and the Parks Police, and the Metropolitan PD, whether it came to training, who gave orders, co-policing on certain events.
00:40:35.540 And it's always been known that the district is actually the people that are in charge and not this nefarious boilerplate document that they're saying that Mike Pence was in the building until 2 p.m. and because of this, it was a restricted area and we all should have had x-ray vision and knew where Mike Pence was.
00:41:01.020 um now uh i i want to clear this up because there's a lot of stuff but uh basically the
00:41:10.520 best way danny let me ask you this let me ask you this so you're telling me this lawsuit that
00:41:16.180 danny filed a lawsuit like two years ago um again who exactly which agency did you file
00:41:22.400 originally originally i filed it directly against mayor bowser for negligence and deceit um and and
00:41:29.740 And you were one of the only people to get inside the statute of limitations with a lawsuit regarding January 6th,
00:41:39.880 the lack of dispersal orders, the criminality of them basically doing a kettle pot on us and stuff like that.
00:41:48.080 Tell us exactly what the lawsuit alleges against Muriel Browser and how you've expanded it
00:41:53.240 and what you've heard back from them so far.
00:41:56.060 Okay, so there was a lawsuit the night that they pushed Trump into his bunker.
00:42:01.360 There was a couple people that were arrested that night.
00:42:04.160 The lawsuit is called Goodwin versus the District of Columbia.
00:42:09.200 And they were able to win because when the NPD showed up to clear everyone out,
00:42:15.080 they kind of just ran in there and corralled everyone, cuffed them, and sent them to jail, right?
00:42:20.620 You're not allowed to kettle the public.
00:42:22.900 Even if it's a riot, you need to disperse the crowd properly and give them a safe place to go.
00:42:30.540 You have to give them a safe exit route.
00:42:33.020 Goodwin and her friends felt like that safe exit was not provided for them,
00:42:40.300 and they sued in late 2021 and won because the crowd wasn't given dispersal orders
00:42:48.380 and there was not a safe exit provided for them.
00:42:52.900 In Washington, D.C.'s basic law, it basically says that unless you're involved in disorderly conduct,
00:43:03.060 a violent attack, or property damage, you cannot be arrested for simply being at a protest
00:43:09.880 or even a riot after it's been turned a riot unless you are defying the orders of the police to leave.
00:43:18.740 So you're alleging that exactly right.
00:43:21.120 So you're alleging, and I can back this up with my own testimony there, and so can hundreds of thousands of other January Sixers, that there were no dispersal orders given by NPD, Capitol Police, Secret Service, Park Police, or anybody that was involved that should have been leading and dispersing the crowd.
00:43:40.580 There was no dispersal orders given, and therefore January 6th transpired the way it did.
00:43:45.440 And Ashley Babbitt, I'm not sure the exact minute, but she was killed closer to 240.
00:43:52.120 And at 249, at 249, and Mayor Bowser testified to being in command at 226,
00:44:01.120 that Mayor Bowser's in command and knows from the command center that there were shots fired
00:44:07.400 and there was somebody shot in the neck in the building.
00:44:10.500 and after she had this knowledge she sent out a basic curfew order to the public and essentially
00:44:19.120 in my opinion what i think happened is she got caught with her pants down we didn't have uh
00:44:25.200 enough security she didn't have like everyone was telling her to she nonchalantly said they're 0.98
00:44:31.800 trump supporters they're not going to do anything she didn't realize how much the uh the munitions
00:44:38.120 without giving dispersal orders and people being trapped in there
00:44:41.680 because there were so many people,
00:44:43.280 didn't realize how that would incite the crowd.
00:44:45.800 And now she's caught in a position where she has to make the best decision.
00:44:51.100 And what she decided to do is say that there was a citywide curfew at 6 o'clock.
00:44:55.580 And this would be enough time for the National Guard to come.
00:45:00.120 And that's why when I was at the building,
00:45:02.780 I was at the building from 3 to 3.30 when I was in the vicinity then,
00:45:08.120 The cops were not giving dispersal orders because when there's a curfew, they can't arrest you and bring you down to the station because they need as many people on deck for a curfew.
00:45:19.280 So the cops were given a stand-down order until curfew, and that's why people like Matthew Martin were acquitted because it was very clear that the cops were just letting people into the building.
00:45:31.520 so 100 so tell us more about the intricacies of you filing this lawsuit and how it is affected
00:45:40.800 or what should affect your january 6th case um because you're jan 6th patriot hero uh yourself
00:45:48.760 brother maybe i am um i think right now the best way i could be a hero is unfortunately
00:45:56.700 heroes or pansies sometimes do and and and I I choked and I I took a plea but um what was
00:46:05.600 interesting about me choking and taking a plea is I submitted my lawsuit to Mario Bowser and then
00:46:13.240 this lawsuit got kicked up at the federal court and Chief Justice Beryl Howell um accepted that
00:46:20.120 accepted the case uh and we exchanged motions to the smiths and when we brought the capitol
00:46:27.720 police into the lawsuit the u.s attorney's office is the attorney for the capitol police
00:46:33.400 and they said there's a horrible law in the books it's called heck versus dumperies
00:46:38.740 where if you're convicted your constitutional rights don't matter basically and the u.s attorney 0.98
00:46:44.920 wrote the dumbest thing he could have ever written 0.90
00:46:47.820 on a sworn document about January 6th cases. 0.99
00:46:52.120 He said, if this is true,
00:46:54.280 if Daniel was going off of Mayor Boucher's case...
00:46:57.220 If your lawsuit stating that the Capitol Police
00:47:01.760 did not give dispersal orders,
00:47:03.320 therefore it was not an unlawful assembly, is true.
00:47:07.720 Yeah, if we weren't given dispersal orders,
00:47:10.080 if we weren't given a safe exit,
00:47:12.380 And then, and the only order I was given was a 6 o'clock curfew, which I was in Delaware by 6 o'clock.
00:47:22.320 I was out of there already.
00:47:25.760 I shouldn't be arrested.
00:47:29.060 And that's what the...
00:47:30.880 Tell me the exact verbiage that he said.
00:47:34.960 If this case gets taken to court and he is one in court, this will invalidate his conviction.
00:47:43.920 If your civil lawsuit stating that the dispersed orders were never given is one in civil court, it will invalidate not only your conviction, but hundreds of people who are just simply exercising their First Amendment right to redress their grievance.
00:47:59.740 They were on Capitol grounds. They were peaceful. They were maybe some of them even assaulted by Capitol police officers and did not respond or had other people step in to protect them. But these hundreds of people that have taken plea deals, some of them convicted, some of them done some short jail sentences, slapped with some huge fines.
00:48:17.660 If your civil case was proven true, which is the only reasonable thing is the reason why they're basically slapping it down.
00:48:26.060 They're saying this civil case cannot go through because it will overturn your conviction.
00:48:33.840 That's what they're saying.
00:48:35.620 It will overturn the conviction.
00:48:38.280 The cat will be out of the bag that Mayor Bowser didn't plan for that day.
00:48:44.580 And the reason why so many people came and so many people came in the timeline that they did is she gave an order that said, hey, guys, you need to be home for dinner by six o'clock.
00:48:56.380 Get it out of your system.
00:48:58.320 Go tour the building.
00:48:59.540 Many people that weren't on the tunnel that were on the upstairs are literally just touring the building.
00:49:06.500 And on their way home, they went.
00:49:10.760 Nobody ever gave us a safe exit.
00:49:12.460 remember I have a bad knee so I was scared of running down the stairs I was
00:49:17.620 like go ahead when did you receive this response back so now your lawsuit is
00:49:24.840 closed or is it still oh no it's the lawsuits we're waiting we're waiting on
00:49:29.620 about this lawsuit we're waiting on the judge to make make the decision the
00:49:35.740 judge has to make her final decision on what to do but the case isn't just
00:49:40.260 going to get closed. It'll at least be bought in for, uh, for, you know, uh, oral, oral argument
00:49:49.300 at the very least. Um, really what we need is we need to shift, we need to shift this case over
00:49:56.720 into Congress because what's happening is the department of justice, uh, and the U S attorney's
00:50:03.160 office? I mean, Matthew
00:50:05.180 Graves' name was on this document
00:50:07.280 that said, if
00:50:09.240 this case went through
00:50:10.560 and this was found to be true
00:50:13.080 in court, this would invalidate his
00:50:14.980 conviction.
00:50:16.720 It's proven that the U.S. Attorney's
00:50:19.040 Office themselves
00:50:20.020 failed to see if our
00:50:24.900 basic First Amendment protocol was met
00:50:27.160 before they even issued us
00:50:29.020 warrants in the first place.
00:50:31.040 Quick, Danny, before we leave here,
00:50:33.020 Tell people which congressman you want to respond to this
00:50:37.000 and how they can reach you on social media.
00:50:39.640 My name is Daniel Chrisman.
00:50:41.820 You've got to find me on Instagram right now.
00:50:44.640 And I just want anybody who still has a pending case,
00:50:48.840 I need them to use the U.S. attorney's words against them.
00:50:52.980 If they're in a situation where they're just trespassing
00:50:55.940 and the cops didn't tell them anything,
00:50:58.680 the cops just stood down, gave them head nods, all that stuff,
00:51:02.520 or you're taking pictures with the cops,
00:51:04.460 you have to find this document.
00:51:06.880 I'll get it to you.
00:51:08.160 And you have to have your lawyer write up a motion
00:51:10.220 to dismiss based on the fact that
00:51:13.860 the U.S. Attorney's Office.
00:51:15.460 Go on Instagram, look up Daniel Chrisman,
00:51:18.680 send him a DM.
00:51:19.880 I'll have his information on our website on J6.

00:52:44.380 guys, it's about that time. We are moving to a new style segment operation here, which
00:52:52.880 is four segments of 12 minutes apiece. You guys are in the final segment here with me
00:52:57.860 And we're going to dedicate that segment every single time that we do this show, which is once a week, 9 p.m. Eastern, Saturday and Sunday.
00:53:06.100 The same episode airs on Black News Network and on the Gateway Pundit, which is the Political Prisoner Podcast over there.
00:53:14.380 You guys can find it.
00:53:15.440 Just search Political Prisoner Podcast on the Gateway Pundit.
00:53:18.700 We're dedicating this section to God.
00:53:21.900 He is everything in our lives.
00:53:24.440 If we put him first, he shall surely heal our land.
00:53:27.820 My relationship with the Lord Christ, the only living son of God, the one who did not die, the one who lives right now, the right hand of the Father, has grown very strong.
00:53:38.820 And I'm very appreciative that God would reveal his son to me and reveal his son in me.
00:53:45.320 And I just want to talk to you today about America and our godly foundation and why our country is struggling.
00:53:54.000 is not a war against a group of people that we are here in America fighting.
00:54:02.280 It is a war against sin.
00:54:04.320 It is a war against the devil and his principalities, his fallen angels,
00:54:10.420 these demons that are around us, influencing the American culture
00:54:15.140 and the American political system and the American banking system
00:54:19.480 and the American legal system and perverting our amazing foundation
00:54:24.960 from a Christian-centered, nuclear family, family value, conservative value, 0.61
00:54:31.860 loving, wholesome, pure place to live into one that is the complete opposite of that 0.63
00:54:37.820 because the devil loves to pervert God's image.
00:54:41.480 He loves to ruin what God has created.
00:54:43.980 And so if we want what we all want, which is liberty and a healthy, beautiful America, the Bible is very clear where liberty comes from.
00:54:54.560 It says, our brother Paul, in the word of God, where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
00:55:00.880 And if the spirit of the Lord is not in our country, it is not in our classrooms, it is not in our families, it is not in our marriages,
00:55:08.120 it is not in our White House and our congressional buildings,
00:55:13.840 and it is not in our very own hearts,
00:55:16.160 then we will see nothing change in America,
00:55:18.540 no matter which president takes power,
00:55:21.140 no matter which laws are passed,
00:55:23.300 no matter which laws are destroyed.
00:55:26.360 The only law that we live by that Jesus Christ told the Pharisees that asked him,
00:55:32.900 they said, Lord, what is the greatest commandment?
00:55:35.740 What is the greatest law?
00:55:37.320 And Jesus answered, he said, very, very simply,
00:55:39.800 but very, the most profound words ever spoken.
00:55:43.700 The greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God
00:55:46.860 with all thy heart and all thy soul and all thy strength.
00:55:50.700 And this is the greatest commandment.
00:55:52.820 And the second is like it, love thy neighbor as thyself.
00:55:55.900 And they asked him, they said, Lord.
00:55:58.480 They said, Master, Teacher, Rabbi, Rabboni, Jesus.
00:56:03.100 Who is our neighbor?
00:56:04.940 And he told them the parable of the Good Samaritan.
00:56:07.860 And the Good Samaritan parable is very simple.
00:56:10.760 There was a Jewish man that was beaten by robbers and left naked and bleeding and crippled on the side of the road.
00:56:20.200 And all of his fellow Jewish men and women, when they saw this decrepit man bleeding out on the side of the road,
00:56:27.220 they turned, they went to the other side of the road, they said, I don't want to touch that guy, I don't know what's up.
00:56:31.660 And they all turned their back on him.
00:56:34.160 And then a few hours later, a Samaritan walks by.
00:56:38.760 A Samaritan was an enemy of the Jewish people, an ancient enemy of the Jewish people.
00:56:43.640 And they were not supposed to have any type of connection. 0.91
00:56:46.960 They weren't supposed to talk to one another.
00:56:48.620 They were not in any way supposed to relate with one another.
00:56:52.160 But this Samaritan found compassion and mercy in his heart.
00:56:55.960 God used this man and picked up this Jewish sojourner, this injured, crippled, beaten man, and checked him into a hotel and tended to him and paid for his hotel stay and came back and paid for the rest of it and made sure he was healed up.
00:57:12.260 And so the story that we learned here, that our neighbor here in America, our people here in America, is not a civil war situation here, guys.
00:57:23.000 Our enemy is sin.
00:57:25.080 And the least expected person that you think may help you out on the side of the road one day or come to your aid when you need it may be the one who's across the political aisle from you.
00:57:35.400 Because there are Christians, there are saved, Holy Spirit-inspired, loving people on both sides of the aisle here.
00:57:42.600 And we need to learn how to win them over to the conservative, Republican, libertarian strain through our loving act of kindness.
00:57:52.880 Let our good works that we do be testimony to the men and women around us.
00:57:58.240 And let them glorify the Father in heaven through our good works and through our righteous conduct and our integrity.
00:58:04.320 and not through our threats and our aggressions and things of that manner.
00:58:09.620 We're better than that.
00:58:11.180 Jesus led the way.
00:58:12.320 He showed us in that parable there how to love our neighbor,
00:58:15.340 how to love the Lord our God with all of our heart and all of our soul
00:58:18.780 and all of our strength in the proper way.
00:58:21.000 So let us go out of our way today to be a good Samaritan,
00:58:25.380 to be a good American, right, Samaritan, Samaritan American.
00:58:30.200 Let us be the good American that crosses the street to see the liberal, the Black Lives Matter supporter, the person that we do not agree with, maybe even from another race, religion, or way of life, or a city slicker, or a country boy, or whatever it may be, whoever may be diametrically opposed to you.
00:58:52.480 Let us cross to the other side of the street and offer them love and mercy and compassion
00:58:57.100 and tend to their broken hearts because sin has broken many of these hearts
00:59:02.600 that we find ourselves opposed to politically. 0.99
00:59:05.720 A lot of these women that are ravenous about getting divorces and abortions 1.00
00:59:11.120 and they think it is their eternal right for these abortions 1.00
00:59:15.300 to kill the living child inside their own womb. 0.76
00:59:19.060 let us go tend to their hearts 0.78
00:59:22.540 let us go heal them through the power of the Holy Spirit
00:59:24.960 let us speak the words of Christ over them
00:59:27.060 let us show them the love of God
00:59:29.140 and give them the same spirit we have 0.83
00:59:31.940 so that they can turn internally
00:59:34.100 let them be changed
00:59:35.500 let them be a new creation in Christ Jesus
00:59:38.220 and come to our side of the political
00:59:40.660 and way more importantly
00:59:42.140 our side of the spiritual aisle
00:59:43.800 the way, the truth, and the life of Jesus Christ
00:59:46.480 Christians, Messianic Jews
00:59:48.660 those who believe Jesus is the Lord 0.98
00:59:51.660 and the only way to the Father
00:59:52.960 let us come and win hearts and souls over
00:59:55.480 with mercy and with peace
00:59:58.160 and with good, good conduct
00:59:59.960 it's been tearing me apart
01:00:03.640 this lesson I've been leading in the Bible studies
01:00:06.060 in here for a couple weeks now
01:00:08.320 and trying to reach the hearts of my J6 brothers in here
01:00:11.160 you would be so surprised
01:00:12.740 at how receptive they are to this message
01:00:14.860 knowing that the only way to drive out darkness
01:00:18.160 is with light. The only way to conquer hate is with love. And the only way to drive out evil
01:00:24.920 is with good. And we are growing so strong in the Lord in here. Baptisms are happening.
01:00:32.200 Bart Shively was baptized just about a month ago. He's going home in about nine or ten days.
01:00:37.240 God bless him. Robert Samford, another Jan 6 hero, was baptized about two months ago in here.
01:00:44.260 There's a revival happening inside D.C. Jail between the January 6ers,
01:00:49.040 and we want to spread that revival into your hearts.
01:00:51.980 I just want to lead you in prayer right now and touch your heart right now with my prayers.
01:00:58.100 Hopefully, a revival starts in your very own heart today to turn to the Lord God and repent
01:01:02.900 and show Him that you are faithful no matter what the trial is.
01:01:07.940 So let's pray.
01:01:09.460 Oh, Father God, Lord Adonai, our God in heaven, Lord, just rain down on us your mercies, your tender loving joy, God.
01:01:19.060 Just show us your light, Father, in Christ Jesus. Reveal him in us, God.
01:01:23.420 Let us be so convicted, Lord, by your spirit right now, God.
01:01:28.040 Let us be just driven into your word every day.
01:01:30.980 Let us just be enraptured by your love, Father.
01:01:33.840 Let us be completely changed from the inside out, Lord, to be new creations in Christ Jesus, a completely new person, Lord, humbled and just a child of the Most High God, Lord, a man or a woman who was lost, who was running away from you, God, that has just hit their knees and with a tender, contrite heart, Father, just given over themselves to you right now, Lord.
01:02:02.880 My brothers and sisters are listening, God.
01:02:04.960 I just ask that you would touch their heart, Father,
01:02:07.540 that you would give them the repentance that they need,
01:02:09.820 the strength in your spirit.
01:02:11.940 Put Christ Jesus inside them to be strong enough
01:02:14.340 to turn from their vices, their depressions, their addictions,
01:02:18.560 their lusts, their desires of the flesh, Lord God.
01:02:21.180 Be stronger in them than the world is, Lord.
01:02:23.480 We know that you overcame the world, that you are not in the grave,
01:02:26.840 that Christ Jesus, your son, is alive,
01:02:29.680 and he sits at your right hand right now, Father.
01:02:32.160 So neither shall the world overcome us, Lord.
01:02:34.980 We just sit and we sit in your wonder.
01:02:36.700 We sit in your joy, God.
01:02:38.100 We thank you for the struggle, for the battle, for it is not ours, Lord.
01:02:41.580 It is yours.
01:02:42.340 Yours is the vengeance.
01:02:43.580 Yours is the retribution.
01:02:45.280 Yours is the redemption, Father.
01:02:46.880 So redeem your children.
01:02:48.460 Redeem my brothers out of these jail cells.
01:02:50.760 Redeem this country, Father.
01:02:52.580 We love you.
01:02:53.300 We know you're already working these things, so we praise you in advance.
01:02:56.360 We give you our hearts.
01:02:57.780 We give you our glory, Father.

01:03:01.880 we hold nothing back
01:03:02.900 our hearts, our souls, our minds, our strength
01:03:06.220 everything God
01:03:07.700 in our weakness you are strong
