00:02:35.520And it's an important time for the country, Jake, as you know, you're living it on a daily basis.
00:02:41.140And and and I, you know, I'm I'm I'm just honored to be here.
00:02:48.540Amen. General Flynn, I thought I'd give a brief introduction, Jake, just a brief introduction of General Flynn.

00:03:33.580uh listeners in here as possible so just go and retweet that top pin tweet on gateway pundit right
00:03:39.000now thank you jake and we'll put that up here in a second um we're we're very pleased to have
00:03:46.980general flynn and jake with us this is quite a combination here um general flynn of course is
00:03:53.080the former national security advisor to president donald trump flynn was targeted uh in a fabricated
00:03:59.780and politically motivated prosecution by special counsel robert muller which lasted for years
00:04:06.020um it was a witch hunt investigation that is now thoroughly debunked um and general flynn
00:04:12.920is a war hero and has served our country with honor dignity and bravery and we are so glad
00:04:20.780that you're here with us general um and and it's it's great that jake is here and i'm i'm really
00:04:26.760glad uh that you two can have this conversation this morning so we're going to sit back and and
00:04:31.140uh let you guys discuss uh uh some of the issues that you had discussed earlier
00:04:36.440Well, so, Jake, let me let me just jump in real quick. Again, I because I know I'm watching people join and I really do appreciate everybody that's joining. I think that this is one of the more important topics, certainly, you know, in our nation right now because of what we're dealing with.
00:04:54.480And I'm very serious when I tell people this and I don't have any issues, you know, talking about it.
00:05:01.020I talk about it all the time. We're the United States is in a is in a moment of peril here.
00:05:06.560And and it's and Jake and and everything that we've seen related to a lot of these issues, you know, January 6th being among them are examples of or I would call them indicators.
00:05:21.040that put the United States of America in a place where, you know, are we are we on a very serious and rapid decline?
00:05:29.840And and I think that's a question that has to be asked.
00:05:32.580We have to you know, I do talk about that when I when I do when I have an opportunity to speak to different groups like this one,
00:05:40.160because I do believe that we are in a period of time, period of history where where we're we are abusing the rights
00:05:47.780And we're abusing our Constitution, which is really the only thing that we have remaining that's kind of holding the fabric of the United States of America together.
00:05:55.740So, Jake, I appreciate and I'm honored for for what you're having to withstand.
00:06:05.620And you're you're an example of of of others, obviously, that are that have been persecuted by, you know, an injustice system.
00:06:15.440right and uh and we have to uh we have to keep keep uh talking about this we you know we can't
00:06:23.520have this we can't have somebody who's you know been in been in uh in in captivity for so long
00:06:30.200without ever uh seeing the light of day uh you know a trial i mean it's i mean that's real i
00:06:37.980want you to be able to explain to people because there's probably people joining us just as
00:06:42.740curiosity secrets for the first time. They really don't know your story. And I think it's important,
00:06:46.800Jake, for you to give us that story and what you're dealing with.
00:06:53.560100%. Yeah. When we were able to connect for a brief call through Laura Logan the other day,
00:07:00.120you know, I just in passing was able to tell you some of the struggles of the January 6th
00:07:04.760political prisoners, how it's been 774 days I've been held without a trial. By the time my trial
00:07:11.700comes around here in June, it will be 30 months of political prisoner being fed to the wolves of
00:07:17.340a biased D.C. jury pool and biased prosecution and very corrupt DOJ, which you know more than
00:07:25.200most about. And so, you know, we're seeing kind of what's only affected some political figureheads
00:07:31.860in America, such as yourself now, start to trickle down throughout all of America. We have political
00:07:38.500prisoners here that are red blooded, American patriots, small time entrepreneurs, electricians,
00:07:44.740EMTs, police officers that are now being persecuted. They have gone from persecuting
00:07:50.420Washington, D.C. conservatives and figureheads such as yourself. Now they've reached down into
00:07:56.280the trenches of America and gone to the heartland and they're pulling out patriots such as myself
00:08:02.720and throwing us in dungeons without speedy or fair trials and basically making an example out
00:08:10.460of us. And so, you know, it's starting to hit home now in America, our message a lot more.
00:08:15.600When you see it happen to people like you, it's different. But when you see it happen to people
00:08:19.700over a thousand at this point, January 6th, political prisoners such as myself,
00:08:25.920then the message drives home at a whole different level. It's a little too close to home,
00:08:30.120as they like to say literally yeah you know let me touch on that because i think that this is a
00:08:35.140really important point about about sort of what i you know this this uh this psyop that we're
00:08:42.300involved in right this psychological operation that we're involved in and and when you start to
00:08:47.740you know as you as you plan these things or or put these things together because this is this
00:08:53.140is sort of what we're going through and um and so when you go after people like me the first so that
00:08:59.140You know, you take these first steps and you you really you literally go in and you try to punish people at the highest levels.
00:09:06.240You know, these these sort of political targets because you disagree with their with their political philosophy.
00:09:11.780You disagree with the kinds of things that they're that they're wanting to do, frankly, to help the country politically.
00:09:17.580Right. And so you go after those of us like like, you know, my in my particular case, and I'll speak for myself, you know, just the incredible level of persecution.
00:09:27.460And so they make these things very public. Right. And what it does is it puts a bit of fear into others in that that are in that walk of life, that are in that sort of high profile walk of life.
00:09:40.060Right. Those big, big, you know, mucky, muck political people or military people, like in my case, that think that they're going to get into into government in some other respect and try to try to reform or try to help in any way.
00:09:55.540And what the establishment does is they're like, nope, you're not going to do this.
00:09:59.640And we're going to come after you. And, you know, it wasn't it wasn't just me.
00:10:03.320It was many others. Right. And then the next step, the next step is to is to set up something.
00:10:09.280Right. Set something up where now we can go after, you know, and I don't want to be I don't mean to be pejorative,
00:10:15.840but, you know, we're going to go after sort of the smaller targets, the smaller fish in the sea.
00:10:19.940Right. And we're going to go after a lot of them, because what it does is it put a it puts a blanket of fear over the entirety of our country.
00:10:29.120So, you know, what are what are people worried about?
00:10:31.960Christ, if you went to to Washington, D.C. on the on the night of the 5th and the 6th, you know, the day of the 6th, you know, and that's there's a couple of million people.
00:10:41.820Right. It's probably, I don't know, three million people. So are those three million people afraid that every that every sort of surprising knock on their door is is some, you know, black SUV with two men in suits that are, you know, that are going to issue him a subpoena?
00:10:56.760Or is it a SWAT team that's about to arrest grandma?
00:11:00.140I mean, that's what this administration and this deep security state has done to the American people.
00:16:35.280So if it can happen to me, trust me, Jake, it can happen to you and the thousands of others.
00:16:39.840I actually feel and I understand how this works.
00:16:43.600I feel so horrible that the pressure of the entirety of the government is put on the people like yourself and many others who have already been convicted and they're sitting in jail cells elsewhere, right?
00:17:00.540The entirety of the pressure of the United States government, that weight is immeasurable.
00:17:06.440And unless people have actually experienced it, you just don't know.
00:17:10.120And and and if you don't have the wherewithal to be able to fight back or or nobody's helping you, like, you know, my questions are, where is Congress?
00:17:19.420Where's this weaponization committee? I want you know what I want.
00:17:23.200I put this out the other day. I want Kevin McCarthy to do. He gives all the all the goddamn video to to Fox News instead of what what the Congress should do.
00:17:33.420and this is where i want people to really you know this is what this is a conversation we need0.96
00:17:37.660to put out on social media and in other podcasts and other places what we need congress to do is
00:17:42.180establish a website and drop every every single video on that website all 40 000 hours i guess
00:17:50.040put it out on that website and let the american people go to town and and and really dig in
00:17:57.020because believe me they will they will dig in lawyers that are supporting you know people like
00:18:02.580yourself or others. They can do it. But believe me, the American people and all of a sudden the
00:18:07.420truth will start bubbling, bubbling, bubbling until it just rises to the top. And we're all
00:18:12.040of a sudden we're going to see, holy shit, excuse my Irish. This was a total setup. And then the0.99
00:18:18.200last thing I'd say before I get off my platform here, Jake, and go back to you is, you know,
00:18:24.760the United States Supreme Court, they have a role in all of this. They have a role to protect the
00:18:30.480integrity of the justice system, the judiciary, particularly the judiciary. In fact, specifically
00:18:37.320the judiciary. So when we look at somebody like you, you know, and there's constitutional issues
00:18:44.540that are being violated, you know, your rights are being violated constitutionally. And so where
00:18:51.040the hell is Justice Roberts? Where is Chief Justice Roberts, the U.S. Supreme Court, to look at all
00:18:55.440this and go you know something's not right this just doesn't feel right you know and i'll and i'll
00:19:01.200again i'll speak for myself i don't know all of the the issues and all of the i don't know the
00:19:07.400law i'm not a lawyer but i i should probably get a freaking law degree uh with every all the all
00:19:13.240the crap i've been through but but i you know so i'm not gonna sit here and say i'm an expert0.63
00:19:17.560on these issues i i have become an expert on certain components of them but one of the one0.90
00:19:23.660of the things that I do know is I do know that the United States Supreme Court, the justices on
00:19:28.780that court, especially the chief justice, they have an obligation to protect the integrity
00:19:33.560of the Constitution and the integrity of the judiciary because they're the highest court in
00:19:38.740the land. And so I kind of question, like, where the hell are they? I mean, they cannot sit there
00:19:45.340and say, well, we didn't know. We're not aware. You know, that's as bad as the Nazis in World War
00:19:51.680too, saying, well, I was just following orders. We didn't know. I'm sick of it. I want people,0.79
00:19:58.080and if I sound like I'm upset, I am upset. If I sound like I'm determined, I am determined.
00:20:06.240And I'm determined to make sure that we don't lose this country. We don't lose this country.
00:20:12.280And I want people to understand from me, from my perspective, and people, some may be hearing
00:20:19.060from me from the for the first time some may have heard from me say you know other things and
00:20:23.400you know i'm not perfect none of us are jake but but i i do know that uh we're in we're in deep
00:20:30.440trouble in in this country and it's because you're your example of what you're withstanding
00:20:37.640and then being able to just you know for us to be able to to do this because the people are going
00:20:42.140to go oh he's able to do a podcast you know go sit with him for for a month go sit with him for
00:20:47.960for a year it's been it's been 26 try 26 it's unbelievable so anyway i'll stop get off my
00:20:54.700get off my high horse and and turn it back to you jake uh thank you hey god bless you general
00:21:00.540flynn for everyone joining us right now um it's jake lang january 6th political prisoner live on
00:21:06.180the political prisoner podcast hosted by gateway pundit here interviewing general michael flynn
00:21:11.800a great patriot who served our country thank you so much for joining us everybody retweet this link
00:21:16.540right now, guys. I have to agree with every single point you make. I'm going to start at
00:21:21.800the beginning and work my way through. We have such a problem with the exculpatory evidence
00:21:28.780here in January 6th. We're talking 26 months later, they're now releasing to one single news
00:21:34.180station 42,000 hours of video that have to do with January 6th when people, literally hundreds
00:21:42.640of them have already been adjudicated. We have already had people cop out to seven year, eight
00:21:48.320year prison sentences. Other a former police officer, Thomas Webster, sentenced to 10 years
00:21:55.360in prison. Where was his whole entire crowd source dig through all of the evidence so people
00:22:01.200can find exculpatory evidence such as the massive police brutality and misconduct that transpired
00:22:08.220on january 6th this is such a poignant issue because they have hidden it they covered up the
00:22:13.880death of roseanne boylan they murdered ashley babbitt michael bird was paraded and lauded as
00:22:19.200a hero there was no investigation thorough investigation into the murder and the deaths
00:22:24.600of four unarmed american citizens at the capitol yet the peaceful patriots who were trying to
00:22:30.320protect our country and defend those people's lives have been rounded up from from every single
00:22:36.400state in the entire nation and thrown into gulags like myself and been abused in these gulags
00:22:42.080without having any access to our exculpatory evidence our discovery which is the whole entire
00:22:48.240wide berth of evidence against us so we can analyze it get expert witnesses on it ballistic experts
00:22:54.600crowd control experts all this different stuff there is a multitude of different industries and
00:23:01.300legal minds that need to comb through this and independent journalists they need to comb through
00:23:06.200these 42,000 hours because we're literally talking a thousand people's lives are on the
00:23:11.040lines here for anywhere from, you know, probation to 10 years in prison. Or in my case, I'm looking
00:23:17.520at 10 to 15 years legitimately if I'm convicted of the charges that I'm going to be held on
00:23:24.120and with a biased D.C. liberal, hating conservative jury pool here in Washington, D.C. this June. But
00:23:32.840the exculpatory evidence is such an important issue because it gets down to the truth of January
00:23:37.7406th. And here's my first plug. We have already combed through what was available and dug through
00:23:45.200everything we could. In June of 2022, we put out on Gateway Pundit, the truth about January 6th
00:23:52.460documentary through my website, j6truth.org. And it is now the most watched video ever on Rumble
00:23:58.720at over 1.8 million views and that's how hungry and thirsty uh general that the american people
00:24:07.860are for the truth about january 6th that it's now the most watched video ever on our only
00:24:12.760free speech video hosting platform um and so that was you know released by gateway pundit and myself
00:24:19.840at j6truth.org and it's only scratching the surface of the horrific accounts of police brutality
00:24:26.780The very suspicious acts of probable FBI agents and maybe Antifa members and the further conspiracy that Nancy Pelosi and the sergeant at arms and all of the Washington, D.C.
00:24:42.220swamp, held President Trump back from bringing the National Guard there and creating a more
00:24:47.980peaceful and calm atmosphere rather than letting the Capitol Police launch munitions and pepper
00:24:53.480spray and tear gas and pepper ball bullets and rubber bullets and flash grenades into a peaceful
00:24:59.600crowd that basically set us off into a frenzy where people were dying left and right. So the
00:25:05.340exculpatory evidence is huge. And thank you for bringing that up, because it's now just 26 months
00:25:10.440later just beginning to scratch the surface of what needs what's needed to have been done
00:25:15.880for the justice of hundreds of americans so that's the first point um that you brought up
00:25:22.880the second point is the swamp the swamp attitude behind january 6th and behind all of this that
00:25:29.640these uh prosecutors these um doj uh u.s uh attorney's office officials and members uh the
00:25:39.560U.S. Marshals, all the people that are involved in the legal detainment and imprisonment of
00:25:45.500prisoners of war, January 6th, political prisoners are doing this all to add accolades and notches
00:25:53.660on their belt. They're pressuring these poor American citizens, blue collar people into
00:26:02.060horrific plea deals by literally looming over their head, obstruction of Congress charge,
00:26:07.260which carries a maximum 20 year sentence and they are pressuring people saying well if you
00:26:13.020take the plea deal you get two three five six years whatever it is but if you don't you get
00:26:17.600found guilty at trial you're looking at 10 20 years of real hard times in some of the worst
00:26:22.880prisons in america the federal prison system is a war zone i've been to 12 different prisons
00:26:29.060since i've been locked up um moving me around they got me on diesel therapy i've seen the
00:26:34.780worst of it. I've seen stabbings. I've seen brutal assaults by the D.C. prison guards
00:26:39.460that have almost permanently injured and have permanently injured some Gen 6 defendants0.89
00:26:46.960beyond recognition. And we're talking no sunlight for 15 months at a time, no haircuts,
00:26:55.440no hygiene, you know, having to lock in yourself for 14 days at a time for refusing a COVID test,
00:27:02.900the nose swab, not being able to see your family for 24 months, not even a video visit or an in-touch visit, in-person visit.
00:27:12.460We're seeing horrific constitutional abuses, habeas corpus, unusual, cruel, and unusual punishment to people that have not even been found guilty of a crime,
00:27:22.600that are the true American patriots that stood up for liberty and free and fair elections on January 6th.
00:27:29.560If they're willing to treat good, solid American citizens like this, it just shows how depraved our entire justice system is.
00:27:40.340And all of the people that are working in it, they're complicit in the torture and ritual abuse of human beings, of Jan Sixers, for the last 26 months.
00:27:51.240And God willing, one day justice will be served to those people who have used this as a career opportunity.
00:27:57.560The prosecutors who have withheld the exculpatory evidence. That's a Brady violation. The judges who have opined their liberal opinions in their sentencing hearings to the January six are saying horrific things like Trump's a charlatan.
00:28:13.940You know, you guys are insurrectionists. No one's been charged with insurrection. You know, all of the people that are complicit in this are are using this opportunity to, like you said, to scare into submission all of the onlookers, the American people out there that are looking on to us just the same as they did to you in your witch witch hunt trial.
00:28:35.260And, you know, the final thing is that we need to push back and band together on this, and we do need the help of our Congress, and we do need the help of our Supreme Court judges.
00:28:49.460I think that right now one of the most important things that we can do, the people who have power out there to pressure our Congress, our representative branch, is they need to do a judicial oversight committee.
00:29:04.300They need to do a congressional hearing on why are judges from January 6th defendants giving their liberal opinions and their extreme progressive opinions and anti-constitutional opinions in their sentencing of the January 6ers.
00:29:23.040Why are they being treated like unequal protection under the law?
00:29:27.600Their 14th Amendment is being violated.0.72
00:29:29.640There needs to be a weaponization, like you said, committee over overhaul where they get down to the nitty gritty of why the FBI is going after Catholics and Jan Sixers and school board parents, you know, that are saying we don't want the transgender and Black Lives Matter, critical race theory, ideology spread in the classroom.
00:29:52.120We just want math and arithmetic and algebra. We want reading skills. We don't need this to be a place where, you know, kids come home wearing a gay pride flag.
00:30:02.460We just want this to be a school and they're being put on watch lists.
00:30:07.060Jake, I just want to quickly jump in if I can. We have General Flynn for about three or four more minutes.
00:30:13.920So I just want to give you that heads up. Yeah. Let me just. Yeah. Thank you, Katie. And thank you, Jake.
00:30:20.340Yeah, let me just let me just add a couple of things. And because I to prepare today just to be thinking about, you know, I am a big student of the Constitution.
00:30:30.580And I just I just want to read to this audience briefly a couple of things out of our Constitution.
00:30:36.460Right. Amendment five and amendment six and then part of our Declaration of Independence that pertains to what it is that we're dealing with.
00:30:44.940And again, if we don't have these things, we don't have a rule of law.
00:30:48.840We don't have a justice system and we don't have a country.
00:30:54.180So, you know, Amendment five, you know, no person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury,
00:31:02.920except in cases arising in the land or naval forces or in the militia when an actual service in time of war or public danger.
00:31:10.080So that doesn't that doesn't pertain to this, nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb.
00:31:18.840This also doesn't pertain to this, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be this is what this is really where Amendment five of our Constitution, of the articles pertains without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken for public use without just consumption.
00:31:39.000I mean, you know, the Fifth Amendment pertains directly to this case, the Sixth Amendment.
00:31:44.720In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury, which I'll add you will not get in Washington, D.C., an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation,
00:32:05.540to be confronted with the witnesses against him, to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses
00:32:11.220in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. Now, in the Declaration
00:32:16.220of Independence, it says, on sort of the second half, it says, and they're really talking about
00:32:24.300the king in this case, right? They're talking about this, and I'll describe it as the overreaching
00:32:29.680federal government, where he, and I'll say the overreaching federal government, has obstructed
00:32:35.300the administration of justice by refusing the government's assent to laws for establishing
00:32:41.280judiciary powers. This overreaching government has made judges dependent on their will alone
00:32:48.880for the tenure of their offices and the amount in payment of their salaries. I mean, that basically
00:32:54.100says that we have a bought and paid for judiciary system. And Justice Roberts, I wish you were
00:32:59.500listening to this because you need to get control of this mess that we have right now in this
00:33:03.720country where the majority of American the American people do not trust the justice system
00:33:07.980and then the third short paragraph here is that that the government has erected a multitude of
00:33:14.200new offices god we know that I know that and they sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people
00:33:21.520and eat out their their substance I mean if that's not that's that's written almost 250 years ago
00:33:30.200folks and it pertains to what we're dealing with today and our and our founders knew that then and
00:33:36.020they know it now and here we are we're facing it we're facing it again this is a modern day
00:33:42.460you know this is a modern day i hate to say i mean this is a modern era of time in the united
00:33:49.360states of america where we are going to uh either decide that we are we have a a country built on
00:33:55.420the rule of law or we don't and i want congress this new weaponization subcommittee to start
00:34:02.520talking about it i mean where are where are our elected representatives why is it that i'm on
00:34:07.740this thing it should be there should be an entire weaponization committee subcommittee should be
00:34:12.260listening to this and certainly talking about it you know because you're brave and bold well i said
00:34:17.200i mentioned one other thing to a friend of mine this morning because i was really
00:34:20.840at a point and i and i i'm sorry i have to run because i'm i'm trying to get a message out to
00:34:26.480many other people uh that you know the weaponization subcommittee because it's a it's a
00:34:33.760it's one tool it's not it's not the tool it's one tool but that subcommittee they should be
00:34:40.240they should be issuing like a thousand subpoenas right and i i've said subpoena me i
00:34:46.420to come on that you know just subpoena because we are in a trick right now in this country
00:34:57.560and and so anyway uh um folks and and for the gateway pun and thank you very much for uh
00:35:04.580for allowing me some time on here to spew my my two cents and and for everybody and anybody
00:35:10.540that's listening i mean you know i i want you to try to help jake and help all these j6
00:35:16.140people and as our department of justice our department of injustice said recently you know
00:35:21.300probably a month and a half ago or so and i it was either garland or one of his spokespeople
00:35:25.940said this year they're going to come after like another thousand cases they're going after more
00:35:30.840people so don't think that that's why that's why i said right off the bat they want people to be
00:35:37.440afraid of them and when people are afraid of them one that's not healthy for a republic
00:35:43.420and two that's not healthy for them and and uh and i'll i'll uh i'll leave it back to you katie
00:35:50.260and uh jake and uh and jim hoff at the gateway pundit thank you guys so much god bless you all
00:35:54.920and god and jake i'll i will definitely offer my prayers to you today and every day thanks
00:36:00.520yes thank you so much we are truly in god's hand general flint thank you so much for joining me on
00:36:06.580the political prisoner plot podcast god bless you um it's great to have support from the the
00:36:12.340upper ranks here of the conservative movement in America.
00:36:46.320Yeah. So give us your synopsis on General Flynn's ideas behind getting Congress involved in the weaponization committee to really start to advocate on behalf of the Jan Sixers.
00:36:59.960And being the leader of the Gateway Pundit, the founder of one of the, I mean, most trusted names in conservative news right now, has been skipped over by Kevin McCarthy for giving this video to the leader in the January 6th reporting.
00:37:19.520What do you think Congress can do to directly help us out? And what's your calls to action for the people who are listening right now to help out the Jan Sixers?
00:37:30.780Thanks, Jake. Yeah, you know, a couple of things that General Flynn said that really struck me.
00:37:36.460One is he's he's very much he's he's studied this.
00:37:43.280He understands what's going on. And thank God he's not afraid to speak out.
00:37:47.800He's such a patriot. And he has a little bit of understanding of what you may be going through.
00:37:54.660You know, we saw what they did to him. And it was also very powerful for our listeners.
00:38:02.140General Flynn also called out Chief Justice John Roberts. Get involved because we are losing our Justice Department.
00:38:09.220And everyone on the thread today understands that every single person listening.
00:38:14.920The other part that was very interesting between you and you, Jake, and General Flynn was the part about exculpatory evidence and how much they've hidden from the not just not just the prisoners, but the American public.
00:38:29.020They had to build a narrative, Jake, as you know, so that people would be angry and that they would be that you would be their target.
00:38:37.780now that's starting to flip and now um the truth is coming out and just last night we put up another
00:38:45.520video uh on the gateway pundit um this was patty mcmurray and there was uh 250 people uh let in to
00:38:55.000the the entrance into the u.s capitol waved in the guard stood by and and they're just walking
00:39:02.680right in now those people today can expect the fbi to have 30 armed guards crash into their door
00:39:09.220because they were led into the u.s capitol not understanding that they were breaking any laws
00:39:16.500nor should they have been there was no there was no warning there was no threats there was i mean
00:39:23.120they had no idea that this would have been a you know an infraction um of of the law and so here
00:39:31.000they are today being punished another thing that struck me as i was listening to you jake and you
00:39:35.740know i just i'm throwing these things out but the other thing that struck me is you know for the
00:39:40.940listeners there um this week many of you saw this execution style murder in st louis missouri and
00:39:49.760gateway pundit for all of you is based in st louis um but uh this this and and and the in st louis
00:39:59.020we're seeing numerous people who have had run-ins with the law,
00:40:21.420And these hundreds of people are being rounded up
00:40:24.020and treated worse than killers and violent criminals in our country.
00:40:30.200And obviously, there's something very, very wrong with our system when this is happening.
00:40:37.300Yes, I mean, that's – thank you for your analysis on that too, Jim.
00:40:42.300You're always on point, and that's why you guys get the reporting and the leadership.
00:40:49.540It comes down top down, the trickle-down economy at Gateway Pundit for all you guys writing.
00:40:54.020Writers there and staff is amazing. But it is truly baffling just to compare the way we see the recidivist criminals in the rest of the country have a revolving door for them to commit crime after crime after crime.1.00
00:41:10.620But because the January Sixers represent the Constitution, conservatism, patriotism, the family values that we have here in this country, we are being, you know, we are being attacked and held so gruesomely because of what we represent, not because of what we did.0.97
00:41:32.260And, you know, it is it's also why they attack General Flynn and people like Bannon and people like all of the Trump.
00:41:40.460President Trump is because of what we represent, not because of what we did.
00:41:43.520They do far worse things before they they brush their teeth in the morning than any Jan Sixer has ever done in their life.0.60
00:41:51.180And we're being attacked because of our value system, what we represent.0.96
00:41:55.780We represent a godly Judeo-Christian nation and they are coming after God and our values.
00:42:01.460And that's why we're sitting in jail, not because we're any different from any Antifa insurrection for the five hundred and seventy riots that happened in 2020.0.61
00:42:10.840Not because we're even close to that, but because of what we represent.
00:42:17.260Absolutely. Well put, Jake. You know, we have a couple of people online and we're going to wrap this up in probably about five, six, seven minutes.
00:48:25.800By the time we got down there, my little crew of Jewish people that I was hanging out with, by the time we got down there, we couldn't see the front lines of it.
00:48:37.160So we came up to the front and I scurried up the scaffolding to get a better view of what was going on because I could smell pepper spray and tear gas in the air.
00:48:44.860And I'm videotaping and I see the police start pulling people over the bike rack, shooting munitions into the crowd.
00:48:53.280This is at 2 p.m. and way before the Capitol was ever breached.
00:48:58.620And so they are riling up a crowd into a frenzy and assaulting and maiming people.
00:49:03.560They're shooting people with rubber bullets in the face and pepper ball bullets that are literally exploding through people's cheeks.
00:49:09.300And their faces are maimed permanently. I mean, massive, massive blood everywhere.
00:49:14.860and flash grenades that are causing heart attacks.
00:49:17.800Two people died from the flash grenades in the crowd from heart attacks.
00:49:23.460And then so basically the protesters have to start defending themselves
00:49:26.900because they're getting beaten mercilessly by the Capitol Police
00:49:30.500that had a vendetta out for Trump supporters that day.
00:49:34.180Yeah, for minute after minute after minute, you know,
00:49:37.360as they're killing me and Roseanne Boylan, you know, Roseanne dies there,
00:49:42.800i look all dead and unconscious and stuff i was unconscious and you know until jake brought me to
00:49:48.340you know we have to understand people heard our screens and our pleas for help we're literally
00:49:53.460begging for our lives as loud as we can for a minute after minute after minute and the capital
00:49:58.280police continue killing us and they keep pushing us and doing and beating us until we're at the
00:50:03.040until they're standing at the entrance of the tunnel you know and they're doing stuff in front
00:50:06.400hundreds and thousands of trump supporters and that's when the capital that when those capital
00:50:11.320police officers were pulled down by the trump supporters and dragged down the steps because
00:50:15.960they they murdered roseanne boylan and they almost killed me so during the impeachment hearing and
00:50:21.840during the january 6th committee they show these videos of trump supporters you know charging up
00:50:27.000police capital police officers they say look at how these capital police officers are getting
00:50:31.200attacked by trump supports it's all a lie they did that because they murdered roseanne boylan
00:50:36.020they almost killed me they were going overboard with the police brutality and trump supporters
00:50:40.840were retaliating against them after screaming at them for minutes to stop being so violent
00:50:45.840oh yeah i mean you know it's all right it's all right to defend our ourselves the people around
00:50:51.240us in our country and so this this situation transpired inside the tunnel um the west terrace
00:50:59.820tunnel where the president usually walks out of uh the to do the inauguration and all of this
00:51:05.320including the videos of, uh, Philip, um, almost dying and my, you know, pulling him, uh, to the
00:51:12.060volunteer medics who saved his life. All this is available on j6truth.org and it's covered
00:51:17.180extensively on gateway pundit. If you just type in Jake Lang in the search bar or Philip Anderson,
00:51:22.780you will see, um, literally dozens of articles in the nitty gritty, uh, the videos of, uh,
00:51:30.280philip anderson and myself um you know in this situation and so it about uh the trump supporters
00:51:37.080were inside that tunnel for a solid hour um going back and forth with the police police were holding
00:51:42.340their ground trump supporters were holding their ground other places in the capital the police just
00:51:45.840walked the trump supporters in but some for some reason inside this this tunnel this very confined
00:51:51.940space they deployed um steel batons and chemical weapons on people and philip at about 4 p.m in the
00:51:58.540afternoon got caught in one of the most disgusting barrages and uh and planned attacks by the capital
00:52:05.080police they went on this like baton death march pushing the the protesters forward outside the
00:52:11.320the to outside the tunnel and what they did is they pummeled people onto the ground and created
00:52:17.000like a swimming pool of human bodies where philip and roseanne boylan who later died were at the
00:52:22.820bottom of this dog pile of humans and they were being chemically sprayed with with oc spray which
00:52:28.900is a very it's a military grade form of pepper spray and it causes your snot to just fly out of
00:52:35.360your nose and and your lungs to barely be able to get breath in them and tear gas on top of that
00:52:40.660and people stepping on them and police hitting them with batons and so philip gets knocked
00:52:46.720unconscious. He gets trampled and beaten by the police and and Roseanne Boyland as well. She
00:52:52.760succumbs to those those injuries while she's in my arms. I'm trying to save her life and and
00:52:57.740pull her out of the bottom of this dog pile. I realize that she's unsavable, that she went home
00:53:02.920to be with the Lord. But I see Philip. He's in a better circumstance. He's got a little more of
00:53:08.560his upper body where he's able I was able to kind of get him in a bear hug and drag him down away
00:53:14.000from these murderous Capitol Police officers while he's completely unconscious, his tongue's
00:53:18.360hanging out of the side of his mouth. And I brought him to the volunteer medics who later
00:53:22.260saved his life and brought him back too. And, you know, this story has been completely washed by
00:53:28.640the media. You will never hear it on anywhere, but the very few platforms we have, Gateway Pundit,
00:53:34.560sometimes Newsmax, Real America's Voice, some other independent journalists and stuff. But
00:53:40.300this is so important because this was the impetus for all of the defensive, you know,
00:53:47.420actions that I took that they, you know, later caught on camera and that other protesters took
00:53:52.480to defend other people from dying that they've used and played over and over and over again at
00:53:58.440the J6 select fraud hearings by the unselect committee. And, you know, Philip Anderson's
00:54:05.420story is so important because you know he's a black american and he almost died on the steps
00:54:10.900of the capitol by police brutality and also jake it's really important that people jake it's really
00:54:15.960important that people realize that this is just further proof that january 6th was a setup
00:54:20.220because when they wanted us to be able to get inside the building we were easily able to get
00:54:25.300inside the building but the second they get all their videos and pictures like okay we got we got0.99
00:54:29.940what we need now let's just go ahead and push them out beat the shit out of them you know murder1.00
00:54:34.220them kill them doesn't fucking matter and that's what they did the second they didn't want us in1.00
00:54:38.460that building anymore we were not able to get inside that building they beat the living shit1.00
00:54:42.800out of us and that's how you know it was a setup they could have people posted at all the door0.56
00:54:47.460entrances you know with guns or with their gas masks their tear gas whatever they wanted to use
00:54:52.740their rubber their rubber bullets no one would have gotten anywhere close to the capital it was
00:54:57.200a setup without without a shadow of a doubt it was a setup you know i i agree in many ways i
00:55:03.960Also, you know, we're going to wrap this up here in a few minutes, Philip, because, you know, I'm on I'm on prison time here, brother.
00:55:09.820I got to go in a little bit. But, you know, it's really important for the American people to remember that what January 6th was, you know, January 6th was a movement of a million people that showed up at the Capitol peacefully protest a stolen election.
00:55:23.960And our voices, our very consent was taken from us. And, you know, we stood our ground to tyranny and they murdered and attacked us. We had no weapons and we defended the lives of the people around us and we defended our country.
00:55:40.160And, you know, this is the exact action that the founding fathers outlined in our Declaration of Independence. They outlined it in our Second Amendment. They outlined it in the entire framework of our country that this is what American citizens have the right to do, to protest and to redress our grievances to our government and when we're attacked to defend ourselves.
00:56:05.220You're a January 6th patriot forever, brother.
00:56:07.960My entire heart goes out to you for showing up at the Capitol to defend our country and defend our integrity of our elections and our Constitution.
00:56:20.820They banned me from Facebook, banned me from Instagram, banned me from Twitter, banned me from GoFundMe, banned me from Airbnb, banned me from TikTok.
00:56:30.100They rigged everything against us.1.00
00:56:31.620They rigged the media against us, rigged Hollywood against us, rigged the institutions against us, rigged academia, you know, the colleges, the schools.
00:56:53.920So, you know, what we have to do is now we have to come together as we the people and love and support the Jan 6 Patriots who have already given 26 months of their lives and years more, God forbid, here in these prisons and support us and support people like Philip Anderson and his independent, you know, his new social media accounts that he's been able to a couple of them to get back.
00:57:18.840he's got twitter um so go give philip anderson a follow go to j6truth.org um click on the links
00:57:25.760to donate to the january 6 legal fund if god puts it on your heart to be generous and to help out
00:57:30.920our legal battles there is literally hundreds of people who still need attorneys um hundreds more
00:57:36.380that have appeals that need to be filed because they've been um so brutally uh it had so so much
00:57:43.820miscarriage of justice inside those courtrooms in DC, um, that they have to file appeals because
00:57:49.340they're facing seven, eight, nine, 10 years in prison. And so they're trying to get their lives
00:57:54.120back on appeals. So the J six legal fund, um, is really important for our cause right now. So
00:57:59.720please go over to J six truth.org, watch our documentaries, watch the video of me and Philip
00:58:05.520Anderson. I mean, there's nothing more important than knowing these facts with your own eyes and
00:58:10.540with your own heart and then going and being a force multiplier share the videos share the
00:58:15.300fundraisers donate and get deep into prayer with us we need prayer warriors who are willing to
00:58:21.940every single night say the names of the jan sixers and exalt our god and ask him to bring justice0.95
00:58:28.580to rain it down cascade it down like the like the rivers and like the mountain springs down onto the
00:58:34.840jan sixers and their families because there's a lot of hurt right now in our country and starts0.99
00:58:40.120with the Jan Sixers, fixing this country starts with the Jan Sixers. So thank you, Philip, for1.00
00:58:44.980joining me today on the Political Prisoner Podcast. May God bless America and thank everyone
00:58:49.920who joined us today. We're truly blessed to have so many great supporters. And thank you, Jim Hoff
00:58:55.240and Gateway Pundit and General Flynn, my star guest today, for coming and supporting the January
00:59:01.9406th political prisoners, the patriots who defended this country versus tyranny on January 6th, 2021.
