00:00:01.000 A real frontline patriot brings you his one-of-a-kind perspective on freedom versus tyranny.
00:00:08.840 This is the world premiere of the Political Prisoner Podcast, powered by Gateway Pundit.
00:00:15.120 Now, live from solitary confinement, here's your host, January Sixer, Jake Lang.
00:00:23.920 Hey everybody, welcome back to the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:00:27.640 It's your host, Jake Lang.
00:00:29.400 Today we have quite the episode lined up for you guys.
00:00:32.940 We have Joseph Biggs here in the gulag with me.
00:00:36.560 The Proud Boys, one of the founders, an American hero that's going down.
00:00:40.180 I jokingly call him Joseph Nelson Mandela Biggs, and before he was sentenced, that was
00:00:46.600 funny, but since he's been sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for his involvement
00:00:52.260 on January 6th, basically just walking through the Capitol with a group of guys that are
00:00:58.660 part of a fraternity that loves america and represents christian values the proud boys
00:01:03.760 um he's been sent to be slammed by the government this is i think one of the most largest miscarriages
00:01:10.860 of justice that we've ever had in this country it's not an understatement um we have been
00:01:17.560 targeted by the prosecutors and by this government as january sixers to set an example of what
00:01:24.800 They want to just crush all political dissent,
00:01:27.120 anybody that stands up for our patriotic values here,
00:01:30.500 Constitution, liberty-loving Americans.
00:01:33.560 Basically, they're sending a signal flare out to the rest of the American people.
00:01:36.920 If you organize, if you're part of a group,
00:01:39.620 if you show up at a Trump rally,
00:01:41.600 if you show up at a pro-liberty rally
00:01:43.740 and you stand up for American rights
00:01:45.680 and things turn south and go sideways at the rally,
00:01:49.860 you're basically toast.
00:01:51.780 They're going to come after you with everything they've got.
00:01:53.980 Um, Joe Biggs is on the other side of a six-month-long federal trial that was so grueling, um, it was unbelievable.
00:02:01.400 He's going to tell us a little bit more about that, um, some of the stuff that's been happening inside the courtroom drama that you guys might not hear about.
00:02:09.340 This is Joe's, one of his first times speaking out in many months because of, basically, the silencing that they've been threatening to punch up a sentence even more.
00:02:19.040 But now he's on the other side of that, and he joins us live in the D.C. Gulag.
00:02:24.060 Joe Biggs, how are you doing? God bless you, brother.
00:02:25.880 Hey, what's going on? You know, my name's Joe.
00:02:29.580 You know, I'm a 39-year-old Christian male, you know, a dad to a beautiful 6-year-old girl that's just amazing.
00:02:37.500 I love her so much, Savannah.
00:02:39.400 You know, this is a travesty. This really is a horrible misuse of justice, I mean, to say the least.
00:02:46.180 you know, 17 years for literally walking around.
00:02:51.620 The prosecutors in this entire long trial,
00:02:55.300 which was the longest trial they said
00:02:56.960 they've ever had in D.C.,
00:03:00.580 the FBI, the government,
00:03:02.100 couldn't even come up with any plan.
00:03:05.080 There was no proof of a plan.
00:03:06.820 There was no paperwork,
00:03:08.240 nothing in our digital forensics,
00:03:09.800 our cell phones.
00:03:10.900 We'd never talked about it,
00:03:12.100 never texted about anything.
00:03:13.300 I think January 6th was just like any other protest that we were going to attend.
00:03:18.440 We were going to walk around like we always do, do our chants, have our voices heard,
00:03:22.600 and go back home and hang out.
00:03:25.180 It's an excuse for us.
00:03:27.460 We like to joke around that we're a drinking club with a patriot problem
00:03:30.800 or a patriot club with a drinking problem.
00:03:33.680 Either way you want to look at it.
00:03:35.940 But we're a bunch of fun-loving guys, and that day was no different.
00:03:39.220 And here we are being, you know, slaughtered, you know, let out here and told that I was literally told by the judge and by the prosecutors that I was, you know, essentially a terrorist, that, you know, that my shaking of offense was tantamount to terrorism.
00:04:00.500 that, you know, the prosecutor explained that my words on the bullhorn saying, you know,
00:04:05.920 Trump 2020 or Trump 2024 and, you know, whose house, our house, whose streets, these streets, 0.98
00:04:12.220 all this crap, they said my words were like bullets in a mass shooting, 0.95
00:04:16.900 that I was worse than a Timothy McVeigh or an Osama bin Laden, and it blows my mind. 1.00
00:04:25.340 I'm the furthest thing from that.
00:04:26.660 You know, I've served in the Army.
00:04:28.880 I spent time in Iraq and Afghanistan.
00:04:31.260 I got awards out the wazoo.
00:04:33.580 I've met presidents.
00:04:34.840 I've got Purple Hearts.
00:04:36.160 You know, this, to me, I've dedicated my life to fighting terrorism.
00:04:41.820 And to have this government call me a terrorist, it's really disheartening.
00:04:47.740 So, you know, I'm not giving up.
00:04:50.280 I don't roll over.
00:04:51.260 I don't quit.
00:04:51.840 Joe Biggs is not a quitter.
00:04:53.060 God didn't build me to quit.
00:04:54.240 that God has built me to continue to go, and that's what I'm going to do.
00:04:58.240 I'm going to continue to go forward.
00:05:00.120 I'm going to continue to be victorious.
00:05:02.240 You know, this might seem like I'm losing right now,
00:05:04.660 but this is only going to make my testament that much bigger
00:05:07.280 because, you know, God goes with these tests and he turns our tests into what?
00:05:11.380 Testimony.
00:05:11.960 So, you know, I guarantee you I'm going to have one hell of a testimony
00:05:15.100 when this is all said and done,
00:05:16.860 and I'm going to have far more of a core life to talk about
00:05:19.540 than Judge Kelly or Jason McCullough or any of these other people in D.C.
00:05:24.120 to want to call near Paris, you know, we're not going to give up, and I just, I don't
00:05:32.840 know, we're not going to give up, and Joe's right, sitting inside the prison, and you
00:05:39.280 know, mine and Joe's story goes back, actually, we're going to bring this back about almost
00:05:43.820 a year ago now, we're both sitting inside solitary confinement in Alexandria jail there,
00:05:50.120 They had us on a 22-hour lockdown.
00:05:52.420 The lights stayed on in the cell all day. 0.97
00:05:54.720 And I was hearing from the guards that there's another Jan Sixer a couple floors up from me. 0.89
00:05:59.920 And he's in the room with the Bible.
00:06:02.020 He's praying.
00:06:03.040 He's maintaining his resolve.
00:06:04.800 And I sent him up some Bible verses and trying to have a little bit of fellowship, even though it's so hard in there.
00:06:10.740 They tried to seclude us and isolate us so much.
00:06:13.100 But I've just watched Joe's walk and seen his faith in action throughout the trial, throughout the sentencing procedure, and, you know, this aberration of justice.
00:06:24.000 And he hasn't lost his joy.
00:06:25.920 I mean, he came in a little bit, you know, disheartened to see the American justice system that we all know and love,
00:06:31.380 these institutions that he protected fighting 10 years in the military for completely fail him and fail all of the people in the Proud Boys and many Jan Sixers around us.
00:06:42.120 And, you know, a little disheartened, but, you know, maybe slumped, but as the Bible says, hard-pressed but not surrendering.
00:06:51.940 And maybe a little pressed against but never giving up.
00:06:55.840 And I just love to see the embodiment of what I believe a true January 6th patriot is.
00:07:00.700 I only bring the real Gen 6th patriots who have no quit in them on this program.
00:07:05.580 And I think all the Gateway Pundit listeners right now that are tuning in, they can rest assured that Joe Biggs' fight is definitely not over.
00:07:13.500 We have this appeal process.
00:07:15.320 We have great people in our corner.
00:07:17.380 You know, we're fighting hard to get Trump back in office.
00:07:19.820 And this is the beginning of Joe's story.
00:07:22.240 It's not the end.
00:07:23.400 So I want to ask you, Joe, this is the biggest question that I believe that the American people want to know.
00:07:30.620 Why the Proud Boys?
00:07:32.600 Why has the government come so hard against you guys specifically?
00:07:37.080 What is it that you represent?
00:07:38.600 Or what is it that they feel so threatened about, the Proud Boys,
00:07:42.020 and about you guys that they have literally put together sentences
00:07:45.400 that murderers and rapists and child molesters don't even get close to
00:07:49.060 in the federal courtroom?
00:07:51.460 Why you guys?
00:07:52.400 Well, I think it's because we have been unafraid of standing up and speaking out.
00:07:58.340 we go to these venues, we go to these events where leftists are, you know,
00:08:05.360 inside speaking about, you know, radicalizing children or sexualizing children,
00:08:11.260 about bringing, you know, Marxist ideologies in the schools.
00:08:16.040 You know, we go to these events and we say, no, enough is enough.
00:08:20.240 And, you know, we stand up against Antifa.
00:08:22.900 We stand up against the radical parts of BLM.
00:08:25.320 You know, people were scared for a long time that, you know, Antifa were going to come after them
00:08:31.060 Or that these radical parts of BLM were going to come after them
00:08:34.280 You know, people, we would see videos of journalists being attacked
00:08:36.820 People out eating dinner being attacked
00:08:38.980 And enough of us said enough is enough
00:08:41.060 You know, we got, you know, kind of pissed off by it all
00:08:43.700 And we said we're going to make a stand, you know
00:08:46.220 And I think that really pissed off the Democrats
00:08:48.720 That really put a damper in their plans
00:08:51.880 Because they were trying to intimidate voters
00:08:55.100 That's what they wanted to do in 2020, I believe, or 2016 with Trump versus Hillary.
00:09:00.920 They were trying to intimidate voters, get them scared to not go out,
00:09:04.560 and they started sending out Antifa to attack the voters.
00:09:07.760 But we went out there and created a barrier between, you know,
00:09:11.120 your everyday American civilians versus these Antifa terrorists,
00:09:15.980 and it really pissed off the government.
00:09:18.260 And I knew that they were really watching us and really had an eye on us
00:09:22.060 when Trump and Biden had their very first debate when Biden named us.
00:09:27.740 I knew at that point in time that we were on their radar.
00:09:32.060 And, you know, my brother Enrique Tarrio says that, you know,
00:09:35.560 he made this prediction that if Biden were to become president,
00:09:38.540 he would have us in chains.
00:09:39.960 And, well, I'm in chains.
00:09:43.580 But you know what?
00:09:45.280 My heart's not broken.
00:09:47.400 There's still pep in my step.
00:09:49.540 There's still testosterone and blood flowing through my body.
00:09:52.060 So I'm not giving up.
00:09:53.960 I'm happy.
00:09:55.060 I sleep good.
00:09:55.920 I'm not tossing a turn.
00:09:56.940 I'm not crying and whining.
00:09:58.640 I'm going to do what I do.
00:10:00.380 I'm going to be victorious.
00:10:04.340 And, hey, look, if I end up doing it in 15 years in prison or something, guess what?
00:10:09.920 That's a blink of an eye in eternity because I will be with God in heaven, and I will be there for eternity.
00:10:16.420 And these other people that are coming after us, they won't be there.
00:10:19.480 You know, so, you know, we'll see who wins in the end.
00:10:22.280 But I'm pretty confident in who I stand in all of this.
00:10:26.920 That's the spirit of the risen Lord right there.
00:10:29.640 Man, Jesus Christ is living in my brother's heart.
00:10:32.140 And we're really blessed to be able to be chosen by God to go through this persecution.
00:10:38.600 And I want to talk to you a little bit about persecution in this country.
00:10:42.000 The conservatives, the Christians, right, we are being persecuted in this country.
00:10:46.380 And you guys have become the poster boy for that.
00:10:48.700 The Democrats are using you guys as a hockey puck, as a political statement, as basically you're the 2024 campaign, Joe, that we locked up the Proud Boys.
00:10:59.400 It's like what, you know, when a president says, like, you know, we got Osama.
00:11:03.320 It's like we got big.
00:11:04.520 That's what the Democrats, they're touting.
00:11:06.480 They don't have much else to run.
00:11:07.680 The economy, nothing else.
00:11:09.400 Their social policies are horrible.
00:11:13.160 They're destroying America. 0.55
00:11:14.080 People are not for the transgender movement and the critical race theory and all of these things that the Democrats are pushing. 0.55
00:11:22.060 So they have to have their homegrown fake terrorists that they went and got and sentenced to nearly two decades in prison. 0.51
00:11:30.560 You've become an agenda.
00:11:32.440 Your organization has become part of their political agenda.
00:11:37.220 How come the agenda has been so staunchly against you guys?
00:11:44.140 There's other organizations out there.
00:11:45.900 Tell me about the Proud Boys and the agenda that's against you guys
00:11:49.400 from the onset of your creation of your organization,
00:11:51.860 because I was just watching on the news how years have gone by
00:11:54.840 through the Proud Boys and how you guys have grown it to be an influence.
00:11:58.480 The influence is what scares them.
00:12:00.240 Yeah, I've been living rent-free in the government's head for quite a while.
00:12:04.180 You know, I've had more than one or two run-ins with the FBI,
00:12:08.160 and I'm proud to say that I'm okay with that.
00:12:11.020 You know, when you're doing the right thing, when you're taking heat, that means you're over the target.
00:12:16.140 And I'm okay with that.
00:12:17.800 I think that we live rent-free in their minds because we are influential, because we are regular, everyday Americans.
00:12:25.480 We're your cops, your firefighters, you know, your cooks, your waiters, you know, your first responders.
00:12:32.640 We're the soldiers that fight for your country.
00:12:35.240 You know, we're everywhere.
00:12:37.440 Proud Boys are everywhere.
00:12:38.760 And what we believe in resonates with Americans, and what we have to say really, really sends a message that Americans agree with, that we believe in, you know, life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, we believe in Christian values, we think that men should be...
00:13:02.960 You have one minute remaining.
00:13:05.460 for the women and their lives, they should protect their families,
00:13:08.460 they should take care of their families.
00:13:13.720 Well, I could definitely get down with those values.
00:13:17.980 I think that those values and how much influence you guys have grown around,
00:13:23.740 making America great again, 1.00
00:13:25.660 making this country return back to its Christian foundation, 0.98
00:13:29.040 is really that agenda goes against their agenda.
00:13:32.520 So it's a battle of agendas,
00:13:33.980 and now they think because they can imprison you, they can imprison the ideals, but they cannot.
00:13:39.640 This just makes you guys into martyrs and strengthens the ideas and strengthens the message.
00:13:44.180 So we'll be right back, guys.
00:13:45.220 We've got to go to a quick commercial break.
00:13:46.840 We're here with Joe Biggs and Jake Lang live from the D.C. Gulag.

00:14:13.920 We're sitting here.
00:14:15.240 Guys, we have an historic moment here.
00:14:18.240 Any single day they could take Joe Biggs out of this pod.
00:14:20.460 That's what they did to the Oath Keepers when they slammed them with, you know, 10.
00:14:24.420 I think Kelly Meggs got, how many years did Kelly Meggs get?
00:14:28.160 14.
00:14:28.660 14 years.
00:14:30.020 Another Oath Keeper got 10, and Stuart Rhodes got 18.
00:14:33.300 Joseph Biggs, one of the founders of the Proud Boys, is with me here just a few days ago.
00:14:38.740 He was slammed at 17 years' federal prison sentence.
00:14:43.120 This is not kid time, guys.
00:14:45.400 This is real-life, life-ruining, life-changing, life-altering prison sentences here.
00:14:52.320 These are not slaps on the wrist.
00:14:54.100 These are not the things that they handed out to Antifa and BLM rioters.
00:14:57.580 These are heavy-handed punishments purposely handed down from corrupt federal prosecutors.
00:15:03.800 Biden's regime, his Department of Justice, has gone off the rails
00:15:07.800 and trying to destroy lives of great American men,
00:15:11.740 red-blooded, humble patriots who love this country and stood up to defend it
00:15:16.460 versus a communist coup d'etat that happened in the Capitol.
00:15:19.260 Joe Biden, the Chinese puppet leader, installed right in our own Capitol building. 0.79
00:15:25.120 So we're here live, guys.
00:15:26.700 I want to get into some of the nitty-gritty about the trial with Joe Biggs.
00:15:30.340 He's got some stuff to tell you about, some of the tricks of federal prosecutors.
00:15:34.180 I mean, deception and dishonesty doesn't even begin to start with it.
00:15:38.880 Throughout six months of trial, he's got a couple stories that will blow your mind.
00:15:43.040 And so we're going to hand it over to Joe.
00:15:45.220 Joe, tell the audience, give us an example or two of some of the things that stuck out to you,
00:15:50.400 some of the most egregious acts of selective prosecution or prosecutorial misconduct,
00:15:55.380 I think the prosecutors just overstepped their boundaries and went into more like a Soviet show trial, if you ask me.
00:16:03.640 Yeah, I want to clarify one thing, though.
00:16:05.380 I'm not one of the founders.
00:16:06.720 I appreciate it.
00:16:08.000 That was Gavin McGinnis.
00:16:10.460 He was really, it was him.
00:16:12.820 But I've definitely been there since kind of, you know, the beginning.
00:16:16.900 I've been around for a long time, so I don't want to take credit or I don't deserve it.
00:16:21.020 And before we move on to that question, I do want to say you previously asked me why you think the government is kind of after us.
00:16:27.500 And I believe it's because we're effective, because we know how to use social media.
00:16:31.860 We're really awesome with memes.
00:16:33.840 We've really understood the culture that is this Internet culture, and we've been able to take it, use it, and weaponize it.
00:16:43.480 And I don't mean that in a, you know, hello about there, prosecutors and FBI.
00:16:49.560 I don't mean weaponize it like that, but I mean you take this and make it an effective tool to get people interested in politics,
00:16:58.960 to get people interested in what's happening to our country,
00:17:03.940 and to counter what it is that the leftist, the Marxist, you know, evil people out there are doing.
00:17:12.200 So that's why they don't like us, and that's why they come at us, because we are effective.
00:17:16.280 Me and Enrique Tarrio and I are very good with the media.
00:17:20.600 We're very good at taking the things that they say, flipping it and spinning it and using it against them,
00:17:26.780 and that's really not been something they liked, and it's really pissed them off a lot.
00:17:31.180 I agree.
00:17:31.840 As far as things that happen in trial, wow.
00:17:35.220 It is a nitty-gritty, Joe.
00:17:37.200 It's hard to narrow down because there was so much.
00:17:40.260 So let's just start off with some of the bad stuff.
00:17:42.500 So witness intimidation, witness tampering, all the things that they charge, so you know, like the obstruction charge that we got, that's for obstructing an official proceeding.
00:17:54.780 So, like, witness tampering, like, you know, and witness intimidation, all that stuff.
00:18:01.180 They're doing that.
00:18:02.200 They did that to my girlfriend at the time.
00:18:05.460 They were chasing her around.
00:18:06.740 FBI agents were pulling up beside her at red lights and going, hey, you know, we want to talk to you about blah, blah, blah, and showing up at her work, showing up at the gym, showing up at a, you know, restaurant, the grocery store, everywhere.
00:18:19.120 And they scared people off.
00:18:20.820 They went to a guy that I played Xbox with, kicked in his door and went after him.
00:18:25.100 I mean, they went to lengths to try to scare anybody that could possibly come to help us out
00:18:31.280 that had anything good to say that could prove that we didn't have, you know, any ill intentions on January 6th.
00:18:37.940 We had FBI agents that were illegally listening in.
00:18:42.240 We have it.
00:18:42.880 We have proof they were listening to one of my co-defendants, Zachary Real.
00:18:47.180 His calls with his warriors, listening to the information.
00:18:51.340 They were getting a step ahead of what we were going to do in court because they were listening to the conversations that they were having.
00:18:58.480 So when we would come in and bring up this idea, they already had a counter to it because they'd already heard it.
00:19:05.440 They spent all this money spying on us, you know, going into everything.
00:19:12.760 The FBI agents were pulling, like laughing and joking, hoping that we were going to lose our homes.
00:19:19.080 We got all their stuff. They're idiots. They accidentally did a whole information drop, and they gave us all these instant messages they have in this program that the FBI uses. And the FBI agents were just sick. They were disgusting. They were hoping that the guy's wives were cheating on them. They were hoping that they would lose their homes, that their kids would be taken. You know, it was insane to hear that. 1.00
00:19:46.420 American people, are you listening to this?
00:19:48.800 These are where our tax dollars are going, apparently. 0.90
00:19:51.720 This is the Gestapo that we're funding. 0.99
00:19:54.400 Disgusting. 0.97
00:19:55.440 They altered evidence. 0.94
00:19:56.920 We know they did.
00:19:58.100 They've changed evidence.
00:19:59.480 They've altered evidence.
00:20:01.600 And, you know, I hate to say it, but, you know,
00:20:05.180 the court allowed a lot of this stuff to come through.
00:20:07.420 We had videos that clearly proved that I was not the guy on the megaphone
00:20:11.800 in the first breach, telling people to go and knock down the fence,
00:20:16.700 there was another guy that was closer, that was in between me and the fence,
00:20:21.920 that was on a megaphone telling, men, move to the front, push the women aside,
00:20:26.440 we've got to get through this fence, we've got to take the Capitol, you know.
00:20:29.840 And meanwhile, in the background, I'm chanting something about Antifa or whatever,
00:20:34.600 but this other guy, this other agitator that no one knows who it is,
00:20:38.100 people to Ray Epps' buddy. This guy's telling people to go to the fence, push it over, and
00:20:42.940 go and take the Capitol. And I'm getting blamed for this. And you can see it on video, and
00:20:48.480 they still didn't care, and they still blamed it on me. They blamed it on me at trial. They
00:20:53.320 blamed me for everything. They even pushed out the false narrative that I had pulled
00:20:58.660 a gun on someone. And we knew that it was false. They even came out and said, the FBI
00:21:04.500 I even admitted that it was false, but the judge still said you can say it in court.
00:21:10.240 You can still say that this happened on January 6th, and they allowed that during the trial.
00:21:16.220 The things that were allowed to be said, to be done, to be shown, blew my mind.
00:21:22.140 It was two-sided.
00:21:24.240 At the same time, they let the prosecutors show every strand of anything that could be considered
00:21:29.660 and basically falsely twist it and cut and paste different parts of the video and show all that.
00:21:36.140 But when you guys had your own evidence that you wanted to use exculpatory evidence that would exonerate you,
00:21:41.220 they just kept on basically trying to, you know, the judge would, you know, sustain all of the overruling
00:21:46.260 and you couldn't present it.
00:21:48.160 I mean, it's not even a fair fight.
00:21:51.020 It's a two-tier justice system.
00:21:52.460 But inside the courtroom as well, once you get in there, it's not a fair fight.
00:21:56.220 Like they put both hands behind your back and one leg tied to a chain.
00:22:01.340 So they say that I'm a terrorist because a fence that I stood at.
00:22:06.160 So the first fence goes down where Ryan Samsel and Ray Epsar.
00:22:09.920 They take down that first fence.
00:22:11.700 I get blamed for that.
00:22:12.860 It's not me.
00:22:13.820 Then I get blamed for the second fence as well.
00:22:16.220 So the second fence is the fence that's right there at this little, like, stage area.
00:22:20.560 It's a little black metal fence.
00:22:21.920 I put my hand on the fence, and there's people all around, hundreds of people,
00:22:25.360 and they're on the fence swaying around and my hands are on it,
00:22:28.300 they say that I'm the one who somehow shook it and broke it and they blame it on me.
00:22:31.980 But it wasn't.
00:22:33.800 There's actual footage that shows that 55 yards to my right,
00:22:38.760 or maybe not even that far, like 30 yards to my right,
00:22:41.480 where Ray Epps is, the fence goes down and people start rushing onto the stage.
00:22:46.400 But for some reason, the only video that's allowed to be shown during court
00:22:50.000 and in the trial, there's a green glitch that happens right there,
00:22:52.960 and the glitch goes away when the fence in front of me goes down.
00:22:56.480 You know, they blame it on me again, saying that breach number two is my fault
00:23:00.620 and that I'm the one, and that's the reason that now we've got terrorism enhancement,
00:23:06.440 and they said that the shaking of events is tantamount to terrorism,
00:23:11.320 that I am in the same category as Osama bin Laden or, you know, what's his name,
00:23:17.800 from the Oklahoma City bombing, Timothy, Timothy McVeigh.
00:23:20.520 You know, I'm on that same list as far as they're concerned, you know, a man who put his life on the line to fight for this country, who served, who was injured in combat, who fought for putting my hands on a fence that someone else broke.
00:23:40.040 I just, there's no words to explain what this is.
00:23:45.340 There is no place for truth in the courtroom in D.C.
00:23:49.380 there is no place for anything like that
00:23:51.340 because the courtroom
00:23:53.640 in D.C. is for one thing
00:23:55.180 for the left to tell their story
00:23:57.220 and for you to sit there
00:23:58.980 and take it and get it.
00:24:00.880 It's like January 6th Select Committee, round two.
00:24:04.520 Yes, and
00:24:05.460 day one of the January 6th Committee
00:24:07.200 hearing, who do they talk about? President Trump
00:24:09.340 and me.
00:24:11.220 You guys were guilty before you ever
00:24:13.280 walked in that courtroom. Here's a very important
00:24:15.480 question. I was guilty before I even walked
00:24:17.340 out there on the mall on January
00:24:19.360 Yeah. Listen to this. This is a very important question that I have for Joe, guys, because it's a historic question. How do you want the American people to remember January 6th? What did that day represent to you in its total submission of all the things that happened? Do you think it was a travesty? It was worse than 9-11, or do you think something else?
00:24:40.380 No, I don't think it's the – I don't think it ranks anywhere up there.
00:24:44.400 You know, when I got out of the Army, I became a journalist.
00:24:48.100 I've covered riots.
00:24:49.160 I've covered terrorist attacks.
00:24:50.760 I've seen the most peaceful protests since the drop of a dime become chaotic and violent for no reason other than someone dropped something,
00:24:59.720 and it sounded like a gunshot, and then everything goes chaotic.
00:25:03.520 You know, January 6th was another protest, and some people got out of hand, and things happened.
00:25:11.400 You know, it sucked, but I can tell you this, I don't think anybody went there that day for that to happen.
00:25:18.540 I don't think anybody thought that that was going to happen. 0.88
00:25:20.940 I think it just kind of happened.
00:25:24.280 You know, but I can tell you that, you know, not only was I set up, the police were set up.
00:25:29.520 Officer Sun, who was the chief of police, if you've read his book or if you've read his transcript
00:25:35.720 or seen the interview with Tucker Carlson, he believed that he was set up as well.
00:25:39.660 They didn't have the people they needed.
00:25:41.880 And you had a small number of police and a large number of people.
00:25:46.380 The police were scared.
00:25:47.380 They started firing into the crowd, and that escalated stuff.
00:25:50.900 The police didn't handle it right, in my opinion.
00:25:53.040 They shot people, and things got out of hand, and, you know, it is what it is.
00:25:57.620 I mean, to me, I don't think about January 6th.
00:26:00.400 It's not a very significant day for me.
00:26:03.260 You know, it's significant, the aftermath for me, because of what's happened.
00:26:06.740 But to me, I've been to so many protests that have turned into riots that to me it's just like, okay, that's another thing.
00:26:12.400 Like, I've been, like, the Ferguson, Missouri riots for Michael Brown.
00:26:16.240 He said, don't shoot.
00:26:17.740 Those were far crazier.
00:26:19.740 And you didn't see cops going and running off saying that we need to have congressional hearings.
00:26:24.540 You didn't see any of that stuff.
00:26:25.980 so what why why is this one so special i think i think joe it's because of the imagery that was
00:26:34.420 produced from january 6th the fact that free men standing up united every single color race
00:26:40.800 socioeconomic background everyone was there to support president trump to support a free and
00:26:46.700 fair election not the hijack that we got in 2020 and they can never erase that imagery it is it is
00:26:55.620 You know, this monolithic United States government stole the election, the Democrats, and then you see the American people rise up, peacefully protesting, a million strong.
00:27:05.600 They murder and attack us, and, well, you already know the rest of it happens.
00:27:09.660 You have one minute remaining.
00:27:12.460 After Trump won, what happened?
00:27:14.160 For three days, there was a siege on the White House.
00:27:16.400 It was so bad that they had to evacuate the first family, Donald Trump, Melania, you know, their family, into an underground bunker.
00:27:26.280 Then they went and set a church on fire.
00:27:28.620 And what did CNN say?
00:27:29.720 They said it was fiery but mostly peaceful.
00:27:32.100 Over 100 police officers were injured in tons, like I think a few million dollars in damages across D.C. had happened from the riots.
00:27:42.260 But nothing happened there.
00:27:43.460 no congressional hearings, tons of fences were not only shaken but broken.
00:27:48.980 There were buildings that were demolished, businesses ruined, cop cars lit on fire and flipped.
00:27:56.200 You saw nothing like that on January 6th, and the government didn't come down on those people at all.
00:28:02.160 Joe, we'll be right back, guys.
00:28:04.680 The Political Prisoner Podcast, you won't get this kind of stuff anywhere else.
00:28:08.360 We're live from the D.C. Gulag.
00:28:10.320 We're fighting for freedom in here.
00:28:13.120 Welcome back, everybody.
00:28:14.600 It's the Political Prisoner Podcast.
00:28:16.480 It's your host, Jake Lang.
00:28:17.940 I'm live from the D.C. Gulag.
00:28:20.080 I think it's day 970 for me, incarcerated without a trial.
00:28:25.560 Thank God I haven't gone to trial yet because looking at all the way these other trials are going down,
00:28:31.440 it's just pretty much just going to be a straight railroad no matter what we do,
00:28:35.140 change of venue motions, all these, like the Prowboys did this huge change of venue motion
00:28:40.560 with all the statistical data.
00:28:42.280 The government laughed at it.
00:28:43.880 It's been this journey through the criminal justice system,
00:28:48.360 especially the federal criminal justice system,
00:28:50.340 has really unearthed a lot of truth for all the American people.
00:28:53.680 I'm sitting here with Joseph Biggs, a victim of tyranny in modern-day America,
00:28:59.800 a patriot that has been persecuted, 17-year federal prison sentence.
00:29:04.980 It's egregious.
00:29:06.220 It's astronomical.
00:29:07.220 it's downright disgusting and it's demonic um i want to talk to joe about his faith in god and how
00:29:15.820 those days in solitary confinement those long months in trial how the lord was with him the
00:29:22.280 whole time because i know my man he's got great faith but i want him to talk to the american
00:29:26.000 people about what the power of the holy spirit is to get you through some of the darkest days
00:29:31.080 in your life. Here's Joseph Binks, guys.
00:29:33.540 Look, I want to say this.
00:29:35.040 I don't
00:29:36.420 support
00:29:37.840 violent
00:29:39.740 protests and all that
00:29:43.080 stuff. I know that people are going to
00:29:45.020 be listening to this. I want to make it very
00:29:47.020 clear. I'm not saying that in any kind of way.
00:29:50.720 But
00:29:51.120 when I say that I don't think that January 6th
00:29:53.120 is that much of a thing,
00:29:55.000 it's just because I've seen worse.
00:29:57.340 I've seen far worse.
00:29:59.100 And to me, that was just very low on the totem pole as far as things that I've seen.
00:30:04.300 And I think that day was blown way out of proportion.
00:30:07.320 I don't think it's nowhere near as bad as they've made it.
00:30:10.960 I've been to far worse things.
00:30:13.100 And I guess I'll leave it at that.
00:30:15.260 My face, boy, let me tell you.
00:30:18.120 I was scared the most about being put in solitary confinement when I first got put in jail.
00:30:25.180 Because, you know, you watch movies, you get this idea, it's like this black little dark hole, and there's like a little thing they shut, and the light's gone, and you're in there like naked and chained to a wall and all alone.
00:30:35.580 So I had this weird, crazy idea of what solitary confinement would be, and it turned out to be a blessing.
00:30:43.260 You know, I found out who I was in that hole.
00:30:47.000 You know, God was in there with me.
00:30:48.520 I would lay flat on the ground and pray.
00:30:51.060 You know, the only way to get through an experience like that is to completely and totally humble yourself before God.
00:30:57.800 And I would lay with my toes pointed out and my nose on the ground, flat on the ground before God and be like, you know, I'm yours, all right?
00:31:08.260 So tell me what to do.
00:31:09.960 You know, if I'm supposed to just sit here and wait, then I will.
00:31:13.820 I know Exodus 14, 14 says the Lord will fight for you and you'd only be still.
00:31:18.600 So I said, you know what, God, I can sit here as long as I need to.
00:31:22.980 I'm good at that.
00:31:23.960 I can do that.
00:31:25.140 I'll sit here and wait.
00:31:27.580 And, you know, verses started popping in my head.
00:31:31.200 I started getting really curious about, you know, the Bible.
00:31:35.440 And I started like, I don't know, I started getting these dreams and these, like, ideas.
00:31:40.900 All of a sudden, the Bible started to make sense to me.
00:31:43.740 Do you understand what I'm saying?
00:31:44.940 I know.
00:31:45.660 It was weird.
00:31:46.320 I started getting like these, I don't like to say
00:31:48.400 visions, because I don't know if people say
00:31:50.160 you're kooky, but I
00:31:52.400 started to get like these visions,
00:31:54.180 these dreams
00:31:56.320 that were so vivid, and
00:31:58.300 all of a sudden, God's Word started to make
00:32:00.280 more and more sense, and it got to a point
00:32:02.360 where it made a lot of
00:32:04.440 sense, and then I started doing Bible
00:32:06.200 studies with other prisoners. I started going
00:32:08.460 like, I can now
00:32:10.620 instead of reading the Bible and going
00:32:12.300 I need a teacher to kind of help me understand this,
00:32:14.440 it all made sense to me and guys were coming up to me and asking me questions
00:32:18.160 and I was giving them answers and I felt comfortable in the answers that I gave them
00:32:22.120 and I was so shocked by it, you know, and I had this thirst, this quench for more
00:32:26.360 and I would sit there and I would read and read and read and read
00:32:29.720 and I found a radio station on our little radios
00:32:34.360 that would have preachers on there and I went
00:32:36.540 105.1, WABA, big shout out, you got us through solitary
00:32:40.460 I would listen to Dr. Erwin Lutzer or whatever his name is, the guy from the Moody Church in Chicago.
00:32:47.580 That guy, man, that dude is awesome.
00:32:49.840 And I would listen to these guys and their conversations, and it got me in the Bible,
00:32:54.820 and it got me to where I could understand who I am in this world and where I belong
00:33:01.020 and what I'm meant to do in a sense.
00:33:03.860 Sometimes we're just meant to shut up and sit there and have faith,
00:33:07.980 because sometimes we're meant to act.
00:33:10.220 And, you know, for a while I was just meant to sit there and kind of work on myself, and I did.
00:33:15.540 And I prayed a lot, and in solitary confinement, all alone, every day, can you believe this?
00:33:23.260 I was happy.
00:33:24.400 Amen.
00:33:25.280 I was happy every day.
00:33:26.280 I'm happy right now, and I just found out that I could be in jail for the rest of my life pretty much.
00:33:30.580 I'm still happy, and I don't know how this could be.
00:33:33.540 I mean, I do know, but you know what I'm saying?
00:33:35.440 Like, people want to go, oh, okay, you're happy, okay, okay.
00:33:42.600 No, I really feel happy.
00:33:44.580 That's the peace that surpasses understanding, that God gives.
00:33:48.180 And my brother, they ask me, they're like, really, man?
00:33:50.860 Like, that's what it is?
00:33:51.680 I go, yeah.
00:33:53.000 I said, pray to God.
00:33:55.160 You know, you ask God for wisdom, he'll give you wisdom.
00:33:57.980 Ask for understanding, he'll give you understanding.
00:34:00.340 Ask for peace, he will give you peace.
00:34:02.780 You know, I prayed to God before I went before the judge on Tennessee,
00:34:06.660 and I said, God, my mouth is yours.
00:34:08.880 My tongue is yours.
00:34:09.740 You tell me what to say.
00:34:11.620 Use me.
00:34:13.300 You know, let's not use this as a way to boost the power boys,
00:34:18.280 but let's use this as a way to glorify you,
00:34:20.940 and let's use this horrible situation to bring more people toward you.
00:34:25.540 You know, so use me however you want, God,
00:34:27.740 and that's still my outlook, and that's still how I stand.
00:34:31.620 and at night when I pray, I go, God, use me.
00:34:35.300 I'm here.
00:34:35.880 I'm your tool.
00:34:36.540 I'm your servant.
00:34:37.520 Do what you want with me, and I'm right in here with you.
00:34:40.200 I know that you're going to have my back, and I'm not going to, you know,
00:34:46.800 I pray to him.
00:34:48.120 Before I go into something crazy now, before I go into the courtroom,
00:34:51.120 I say, God, fill the courtroom with your angels.
00:34:53.600 I want to fill this overwhelming presence of you around me when I'm in there
00:35:00.000 So I don't feel scared.
00:35:01.760 I want to feel like, you know, David did in front of Goliath,
00:35:05.160 like when he looked around and he just knew that God was with him.
00:35:09.480 That's the way that I want to feel every day,
00:35:12.740 and that's the way that I do feel now.
00:35:15.080 And I think that people should do this.
00:35:17.400 If you're not talking to God, if you're not praying,
00:35:20.340 if you're not reading the Bible, I don't know what you're waiting on
00:35:23.100 because it works.
00:35:25.800 It works.
00:35:26.620 Listen, guys, be encouraged because when you see men that are modern day, like, put in apostle-like situations, imprisoned, turned their back on by the same country they fought for, all these heinous things said about them in the media, their name dragged through the mud, and they can still walk with God, then what is your excuse out there?
00:35:49.800 it's not a matter of giving your life over to God in an instant
00:35:59.220 but it is a matter of constantly every day seeking Him more and more and more
00:36:03.700 everyone wants to think that there's always this epiphany moment
00:36:07.480 but you can learn from us who have been in solitary confinement for a very long time
00:36:12.820 that it is the daily grind of opening up your Bible
00:36:16.440 and praying every day and getting to know Him every day
00:36:19.400 asking Jesus to come into your heart every day
00:36:21.880 that really makes you a disciple.
00:36:24.300 You know, you may have a moment in your life
00:36:27.480 that defines you,
00:36:28.680 but it's the daily discipleship,
00:36:31.220 the dying to yourself daily
00:36:32.600 that will get you to where you need to be.
00:36:34.360 Our spirit is like a muscle.
00:36:36.720 If you don't use it, it deteriorates, in a sense.
00:36:38.900 You know what I'm saying?
00:36:39.840 Like, if you're not out there
00:36:41.200 working out your spirit, your soul,
00:36:43.380 if you're not out there working
00:36:44.420 with your relationship with God,
00:36:46.320 you're going to waste.
00:36:49.040 And when you work that spiritual muscle, when you pray, when you have faith,
00:36:54.060 when you study, when you read, you get stronger,
00:36:57.480 and God's presence grows stronger with you, you know.
00:37:00.760 And, you know, I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
00:37:04.520 Beautiful.
00:37:05.220 All right, Joe, God bless.
00:37:06.700 Tell me, what's next for you?
00:37:08.820 What's next for the Proud Boys?
00:37:10.160 I mean, looking down the barrel of this ridiculous prison sentence,
00:37:14.480 but tell the American people what they can see on the horizon in your life
00:37:17.940 and for the Proud Boys and for our country?
00:37:21.120 Go to FreeJoeBiggs.com.

00:37:26.680 He's got an appeal, guys.
00:37:27.800 He has a massive appeal going on.
00:37:29.680 So please, right now, if you're listening, head on over to FreeJoeBiggs.com.
00:37:33.920 We have a large legal battle, an important legal battle that needs funding.
00:37:39.540 FreeJoeBiggs.com.
00:37:40.420 Please, guys.
00:37:41.300 Yeah, so we've got the appeal coming up.
00:37:43.400 I'm sure we're going to have a lot of things going to the Supreme Court out of all of this.
00:37:46.800 We've already got that one thing with you.
00:37:50.260 You know, there's a lot of that going on.
00:37:52.600 And then it's just, you know, staying in the fight, staying mentally sound,
00:37:58.960 staying in shape.
00:37:59.940 You know, I've got to continue to stay ready and on my toes because you've got
00:38:05.900 to be at the peak of your performance when you go through these hard times.
00:38:12.180 You can't sit down.
00:38:13.120 You can't get scared.
00:38:14.000 You can't curl up into a ball and cry.
00:38:15.920 Oh, God, why me? Why me?
00:38:18.500 You know, look, life can suck sometimes, but you've got to pull yourself up
00:38:25.040 and you've got to go through that grind, and God's going to help you out.
00:38:28.600 You know, my nickname in the Proud Boys was The Hated One,
00:38:31.600 and I got to do some research, and in Hebrew, The Hated One,
00:38:35.500 or Job in Hebrew was translated to The Hated One.
00:38:39.700 And I thought that was funny that that was my nickname,
00:38:42.140 and that's what, you know, Job's name means, The Hated One,
00:38:45.380 because, you know, the devil came after him, and, you know, he lost everything.
00:38:50.300 You know, I've lost everything right now, and I'm still standing here,
00:38:55.120 and if I can do it, you can do it.
00:38:57.620 So praise God.
00:38:59.580 I'm so happy.
00:39:00.800 I'm glad that I have my relationship with Jesus,
00:39:02.780 and I'm glad that I have a strong support team.
00:39:06.400 You know, my brothers, my mother, my mother, Kathy, I love you.
00:39:10.000 You've helped me so much with all this.
00:39:12.300 Shout out to Mama.
00:39:13.400 Yeah.
00:39:13.680 So, you know, I'm just blessed, you know, even though that, you know, you might be listening to this and going, oh, my God, that poor thing.
00:39:22.380 Don't say that.
00:39:23.980 Don't feel bad for me.
00:39:26.580 Don't feel bad for me at all.
00:39:27.840 Don't shed a tear for me because I'm doing fine and this isn't over and I'm going to fight until my feet fall off.
00:39:34.800 And when my feet fall off, I'm going to fight until my lower legs fall off, until I'm running on my knees.
00:39:39.920 And then when that happens, I'm scooting on my pelvis.
00:39:42.040 So, you know, God is going to help me pull through this,
00:39:49.820 and God can help you pull through anything.
00:39:52.180 And I just want to say thank you, Jesus, for all that you do.
00:39:55.200 And I'm so happy that I have a relationship with you,
00:39:58.440 and I'm so glad that I matter to you.
00:40:00.880 And I'm excited to see what you're going to do with me and the Proud Boys in the future
00:40:05.380 because we're standing back and we're standing by.
00:40:08.920 Woo!
