00:02:53.300 them. And these are the things that champions talk about behind closed doors. All right. And
00:02:58.380 I want to bring two of these points to light for you that you are probably missing. There are two
00:03:05.240 distinct qualities that championship caliber people, uh, have or skills they practice. If you
00:03:13.560 want to look at it that way, that most people don't. And I'm going to cover them real quick
00:03:18.420 here. It's not going to take a lot of time and it's self-explanatory. All right. The first thing
00:03:23.200 is this championship caliber people understand how to create momentum. They understand how to
00:03:30.040 pull themselves out of the mud, out of the shit and move themselves forward when they don't feel
00:03:36.260 like it. They understand that creating momentum is very simply, um, being able to force yourself
00:03:44.400 through some things that you don't want to do for a few days in a row. Sometimes it might be two or
00:03:50.240 three. Sometimes it might be 14 or 15 or 16 days, but once you get through that period of time,
00:03:57.320 you have now cultivated a tremendous amount of momentum and championship caliber. People
00:04:02.220 understand how to do this. They understand how to exercise their discipline to make sure that they
00:04:08.060 force themselves through the, the, the first gauntlet, so to speak, that they're going to have,
00:04:14.460 uh, to get their lives in motion. All right. And so this is something that they all understand
00:04:20.520 and all of, all of the people on that level get it. Okay. They know how to take themselves from zero
00:04:26.640 or even negative momentum and literally creep their weight and force positive momentum. Now,
00:04:33.320 if you've completed 75 hard, you understand what I'm talking about. You, one of the biggest lessons
00:04:38.960 of the live hard program is that you understand that after a certain amount of days that you've
00:04:46.040 created the momentum, the momentum didn't just come from the sky and land on you and bless you
00:04:52.080 with all this great feeling. That's not what happens. What happens is we create it through our actions

00:05:44.540 champions all understand. They understand how to manufacture momentum. And here, the second point
00:05:51.360 I want to cover with you guys, and this is the big thing. This is the one that's hard. This is the one
00:05:57.040 that most people just aren't willing to do. And this is also what separates total domination
00:06:03.560 from fucking everything else. Okay. The second thing all these people understand
00:06:09.420 is that they understand to not fuck with their momentum. Once they've created it, they don't
00:06:17.900 intentionally do things to pull themselves off. They value the momentum. So they work to maximize it.
00:06:25.860 Okay. Most people, when they get some momentum, what they do is they celebrate. And I'm just going
00:06:33.660 to use the idea of diet and fitness here, because I think most people will understand that. What they
00:06:38.840 do is they go X amount, six days in a row or five days in a row. And they say, well, I need a reward.
00:06:45.080 Motherfucker, you're making the most fundamental mistake that could ever be made in your life.
00:06:51.980 You are killing your own momentum. You just worked six days to get your shit together. And now you're
00:07:00.540 going to go out and jump right back into that life that you left six days ago, that was making you

00:07:22.320 canceled a trip for this week because I have such high momentum right now that I have to keep it
00:07:28.900 moving. I don't have a choice. I'm crushing it. My content, which you guys can notice because I've
00:07:35.200 been putting out way more regular content, my fitness. I'm the most fit I've ever been.
00:07:40.800 You don't see this, but I can tell you, I have a number of projects that have been sitting on my desk
00:07:45.180 for a lot of time that are now getting wrapped up. I'm creating momentum in all of these areas.

00:08:03.480 have momentum, they sabotage it by thinking they need to reward themselves. Listen, motherfuckers,
00:08:09.360 these people that live like you don't live, the people who aren't paying the price, like,
00:08:15.600 you know, you need to pay it. Those that's not the normal life. That's not what's going to bring
00:08:20.500 you fulfillment. That's not what's going to bring you happiness. It hasn't so far. So why do you think
00:08:24.920 it's going to, why do you keep jumping back in the old fucking pond that's covered with moss and shit
00:08:30.920 when you've just discovered this clear blue sea that you get to swim in every motherfucking day,

00:08:42.560 a decision to stop it. You go to a party and you get fucked up. You go on a trip and you eat like
00:08:49.020 fucking shit for a week. And I know this sounds harsh, right? I know you're thinking, well,
00:08:54.520 Andy, we got to live, but you have to ask yourself what kind of life you actually want to live
00:09:01.580 because you've already done this other life. You've done it for a long time and it's created
00:09:07.620 something that you know you need to move away from. So why aren't you? And why, when you do happen
00:09:14.340 to create this momentum, do you then celebrate it with things that break the momentum? It doesn't
00:09:21.300 make sense, okay? Championship people value momentum so much that they will sacrifice literally
00:09:29.900 almost every other thing in life to keep it going. And because it works, because it's valuable,
00:09:35.940 and because it's fucking powerful, okay? Now, I'm not saying you should never go on vacation.

00:09:47.180 What I'm saying is, is that you should be mindful of these concepts. And if you are mindful of them,

00:10:34.440 happen every fucking weekend. And when I was having every fucking weekend, guess what? I was 350 pounds.
