00:00:00.000 what's up guys it's andy priscilla and this is the show for the realist say goodbye to the lies 0.98
00:00:21.300 the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality that was 0.84
00:00:26.920 probably the best that's what i'm talking about right there that's what i'm talking about you know 0.81
00:00:31.180 it just gets me in the groove to do it when i hit it right when i hit it just right dude it just gets
00:00:36.540 me in the groove bro that's me with everything oh is it when i hit it jesus dude ah hey by the way i
00:00:44.760 want to put the show out today all right so yeah uh we forgot to record a show yesterday for these
00:00:50.140 guys so i'd like to hustle up and get this out at least on the audio right away now uh before i get
00:00:57.180 into it this is going to be uh one of you guys sent in a really good suggestion i think we're going to
00:01:01.700 call the show q and af i kind of like it so and uh for for you that sent it in um i can't remember who
00:01:07.860 said it but it was it was good you know who you are you know who you are and i love you
00:01:12.780 a lot so here's the thing guys uh today i'm going to do three questions this is what this
00:01:20.620 little episode is going to be about um so if you have questions dj where do they send them you can
00:01:27.160 email your questions at ask andy at andy for seller.com you can send those in um and we will review
00:01:34.180 those yeah and keep them short and to the point like don't you know if it's a 15 paragraph thing
00:01:39.020 we're probably not even going to answer it at all so yeah keep it short to the point we're getting a
00:01:43.380 lot of questions so the easier we can identify the questions uh the more likely we'll be able to
00:01:47.640 answer on the show um now as a reminder we don't have a fee for the show i don't run ads on the show
00:01:52.540 i don't run ads for the show so what i would ask is that if you learn something if this made you think
00:01:59.160 if it gave you a good perspective uh share the show okay tell your friends when it comes up by who's
00:02:07.040 putting out uh good content or the things you're listening to uh just give us a little shout man
00:02:12.340 and give us a little love we've grown our show and remain at the very top of the uh of the charts and
00:02:18.340 we we do it completely organically which is how i like to do things if we do good uh you guys do good 0.99
00:02:24.280 for us if we don't do good fucking don't tell anybody about i don't give a shit like that's that's 0.97
00:02:29.380 a fair trade i'm 100 okay with it so um so what we got today man did you guys got uh you know how 0.99
00:02:36.920 it goes you got three questions i'm gonna ask you some questions and uh and see what your take is on 0.97
00:02:41.940 it okay i mean one one question i had outside of these three though man what the fuck is happening 0.97
00:02:48.040 right now oh man you know um you know i woke up yesterday man uh like everybody did you know it 0.90
00:02:58.460 reminded honestly like i don't even dude i was so mad yesterday and so upset uh when i saw the video
00:03:09.380 of you know that we all saw of the airplane leaving and and and um you know people falling off of the
00:03:17.620 airplane uh it was just a it was a hard thing for for me to absorb um and and it wasn't just about
00:03:30.600 the people there it was it was about the people here and i think part of the reason why i was
00:03:34.320 getting so angry and why i didn't really say anything about it um what was because it really
00:03:41.340 bothers me that there's people in this country like i've said multiple times on the show bro
00:03:47.600 um who who from an iphone you know that costs a thousand bucks right uh or their or their computer
00:03:56.420 that's i mean how much is that computer 2,500 bucks you know what i'm saying like we have all these
00:04:01.620 luxuries you know we we in america you know most of us have homes and most of us have cars and most of us
00:04:10.780 have uh you know creature comforts and and we're able to get food easily and and clean water easily
00:04:19.180 and we don't have to worry about someone you know coming to our front door and pulling us out on the
00:04:24.740 sidewalk and cutting our heads off right like and and to see people here burn our flag right and and
00:04:35.800 and talk about how terrible this country is and how oppressed this country is and then to see
00:04:42.200 something like that um you know it just made it just made me super angry bro um we we've lost our
00:04:53.080 way here in america in terms of understanding what what we actually have and that goes for all of us 0.51
00:04:58.820 you know uh we argue over the most trivial shit you know we're arguing over uh i saw one of the 0.70
00:05:06.680 one of the you know yesterday they're showing this video of the airplane going and people falling off 0.99
00:05:12.500 of it and all of these people trying to flee who are so fucking scared that they're willing to hang 0.93
00:05:20.080 on to the outside of a fucking airplane bro you know like and then today you know the first thing 0.98
00:05:25.560 that i see is fox news putting up a a fucking graphic talking about how we should be saying 0.99
00:05:31.980 chest feeding instead of breastfeeding right and you know to even argue about something like that 1.00
00:05:39.440 shows you how privileged all of this country is and it ain't white privilege it's fucking american 0.96
00:05:46.180 privilege yeah okay and it made me angry bro and uh i didn't say anything yesterday because i don't 0.97
00:05:53.360 know that i could have said anything productive um i'm not sure that i could still say anything
00:05:58.600 productive other than you guys have to realize that people are not coming to save you they're not
00:06:04.600 coming to save us they're not coming to fix this no politician is fighting for this um and it's going
00:06:11.180 to be up to us to handle these battles and you know like i said on my instagram story today
00:06:16.260 we're divided you know we're we're we're delusion we're we're we're apathetic um people are arguing 0.98
00:06:27.320 over whose fault this is you know like the first thing people are doing they're saying well fucking 1.00
00:06:32.340 trump said he was going to come out in may and biden waited until this look motherfucker um just 0.99
00:06:38.900 because the pool i built my backyard isn't done uh when i wanted it to be done on june 1st and it 0.97
00:06:45.420 happens to be august 1st and there's still no water in the pool i don't jump head first in the 0.98
00:06:48.960 motherfucker right you know i'm saying right like that's pretty stupid and so you know seeing what 0.99
00:06:56.160 they did to these people it's very concerning to me because you know while the whole entire world 1.00
00:07:02.520 is now saying you know save the refugees and all the social influencers who have virtue signaled for 0.97
00:07:09.720 the last fucking two years about all this shit who didn't even know what was going on in 0.99
00:07:14.300 afghanistan are now saying you know bring all these refugees here but like bro you you don't 0.99
00:07:21.600 actually know that those people who those people are what they believe what they're about you have no
00:07:27.620 idea you know the reason that we we had trouble in afghanistan the reason we weren't able to do
00:07:32.840 anything there is because it has thousands of years of history these these people you cannot tell
00:07:39.740 the difference between who was taliban and who was a regular afghan person trying to help because
00:07:45.360 the taliban people one of their tactics was to pretend like they were good get the information 0.99
00:07:51.000 from our soldiers and then send that information back to get these guys killed and so we we really
00:07:56.900 and they would interrogate these guys to get them to work with us
00:08:01.440 and we don't have any idea and and we have all these people who don't know anything about anything
00:08:07.860 calling for these people to come to our country and if you say anything against it you don't care 0.99
00:08:12.540 about people no i do care about people i care a lot about our fucking people first right okay because i 0.98
00:08:18.840 don't want to we have a very dangerous situation with this open borders happening right now bro you know 0.98
00:08:24.580 these people can come right across um we just gave them billions of dollars of weapons and technology
00:08:31.600 and all kinds of things uh they're meeting with china like there's a bigger picture at play here
00:08:37.860 than what they want you to care about and it's disturbing because you know people are jumping in
00:08:45.920 saying oh we welcome like i saw the utah governor already put on a thing we're standing ready to welcome
00:08:50.760 refugees how do you know what those people are about bro right and by the way what do even if they 1.00
00:08:59.680 are the innocent people of afghanistan biden in his address yesterday blamed them for losing the battle
00:09:08.380 for letting it happen yeah so so what do you think these people actually feel about america and now you
00:09:15.900 want to bring them here i don't disagree that the people who actually helped our country and our soldiers
00:09:23.260 the translators and the fighters and the people who risked their lives legitimately firsthand should be
00:09:29.240 protected and should have been protected and should still be protected but the way they just abruptly did
00:09:35.740 this has created a scenario where even those people now are going to hate america most likely yeah because
00:09:43.060 of what we did and we left their family we promised them things we didn't do and that's dangerous man
00:09:51.220 and now these people who haven't been paying attention to any of it are now calling for everybody to come
00:09:56.680 here guys it's concerning and it's not left or right it's not black or white it's not anything it's not 0.99
00:10:07.500 any of this shit the anti this the pro this uh the anti vaccine like all this shit that they they want 0.98
00:10:15.440 us to fight about because they're distracting us from the bigger picture of things that are happening 0.99
00:10:20.180 and what's happening in my opinion is they're dismantling everything that makes america america
00:10:25.260 and and bro you know people don't really think about what could and i'm not saying that this is going to
00:10:34.360 happen i'm saying that if we don't wake up right now and ask some very hard critical questions
00:10:40.040 without emotion without
00:10:42.160 your family could potentially suffer your kids you know what i'm saying this is not about saying oh i
00:10:50.560 don't care about those people i'm saying dude we got to care about our people first and
00:10:55.320 what happens when what happens if some of these people do get in here and they start doing things
00:11:04.900 that they do over in the middle east where people go can't go to markets they can't go to sporting 0.99
00:11:10.900 events they can't go to fucking concerts you know why because they're afraid that it could give fuck be 0.98
00:11:17.600 an attack every time three weeks out from from that's what i'm saying but dude this could become a 0.99
00:11:23.180 regular part of our lives and no one's even talking about it hardly at all i see a lot of the veterans
00:11:28.500 talking about it because they understand the culture there and to be honest i don't i don't know
00:11:34.020 everything i don't know enough about this to truly know but i i'm i'm i'm i'm observing all of these things
00:11:42.900 and all these pieces and to me it adds up to a very potentially dangerous situation of real safety
00:11:51.520 we're not talking about a virus that 99.7 percent of people survive and the average age of death is
00:11:57.880 78 years old which is the natural life expectancy of a human being here in america right we're not
00:12:02.560 talking about that we're not talking about whether or not you like that i wear a mask or not wear a mask 0.97
00:12:07.920 we're not talking about that we're talking about real shit real danger real evil real evil and and 0.97
00:12:14.800 the potential for us to actually lose this country to another country you know one of the things that 0.96
00:12:21.400 has made america so good is that its geographical location is hard to to actually invade but so how
00:12:29.640 would you conquer a land like that from the inside and how would you do that open your borders and turn 0.83
00:12:35.440 everybody against each other over trivial things that don't actually matter no one gives a fuck if you 0.99
00:12:40.820 call it breastfeeding or chest feeding outside of the fucking less than one percent of the population 0.99
00:12:45.200 who are trans who can't have kids anyway okay well listen bro some of them can but the point is is that 0.99
00:12:51.540 it's still only applicable to less than one percent of the population and we're fucking having protests 0.98
00:12:58.400 and and social movements and this and that and arguing to death with these people bro 0.64
00:13:04.460 and and and nobody understands like that other countries have real problems they laugh at that 0.99
00:13:12.200 shit and then you throw in the fact that we have a generation we have two generations now that have 0.98
00:13:20.120 been taught things in school that go along with this soft liberal agenda weak agenda okay of character 0.99
00:13:27.820 development to where it's no longer good to be a strong man it's no longer good to be tough
00:13:33.820 it's good to cry and be sensitive and be vulnerable and i'm not shitting on any of those things because
00:13:39.100 they're all appropriate at certain times but dude 0.96
00:13:42.980 we have to wake the fuck up man and it starts with and i've recognized this for years this is why 0.68
00:13:50.800 i've written children's books okay this is why i did the mfceo project because people are not getting 0.96
00:13:57.320 the education and you guys say well what can you do what can i do what can i do well what you can do is 0.98
00:14:02.700 you can make your voice heard i just asked a question and in fuck in fucking two seconds i had 0.99
00:14:07.800 a thousand responses on my instagram you are not alone right they've had manipulated everybody into 0.99
00:14:13.900 feeling like we're alone and we can't talk out because and they've used technology to do so there
00:14:18.040 is bots there are people that are paid agitators in real life and online there are people that are
00:14:23.580 paid to harass people into silence that are happening and and and that gives the illusion that you're alone 1.00
00:14:30.260 and you're an idiot and you shouldn't think the things you you think and we're you we're having 1.00
00:14:34.440 all these things turned against us to make us feel like we're alone when in reality we're all concerned 1.00
00:14:40.220 about the same things they've made it politically incorrect to even be concerned about those things
00:14:45.480 right because now if i'm concerned about what i just expressed you know i don't care about people
00:14:50.600 or i'm selfish or i'm a racist because i think that dude look look this this show is called real af that
00:14:58.260 means realist these are real this is not an emotional assessment this is a real assessment
00:15:03.600 and and and i know people here who have lived their whole life here do not understand that there is 0.57
00:15:09.900 whole entire cultures of people that fucking hate you because of the freedom that we have and the 0.58
00:15:17.560 country that we were born in yes and dude it's just i've been saying it and saying it and saying it 0.99
00:15:24.160 and it seems like people are starting to wake up to it but it's got me it's got me concerned bro 0.99
00:15:30.540 you know what i'm saying and and uh it's a horrible fucking it's a horrible fucking thing and nobody 0.99
00:15:36.020 disagrees with that nobody disagrees that it was handled wrong but it's concerning that the first thing 0.99
00:15:41.760 people want to do is you know well fucking trump was going to do this gotta get a scapegoat 1.00
00:15:46.580 listen man it doesn't fucking matter who was who did what both these motherfuckers 0.99
00:15:51.740 apparently did it fucking wrong right okay and and and dude we're gonna like they want us to argue 0.98
00:15:59.020 about how it should be done and not the solution to the problem not the actual situation itself yeah
00:16:03.720 and so dude it's just extremely frustrating bro and i know a lot of people are are struggling right
00:16:08.400 now mentally a lot of veterans are feeling like you know i talked to one woman uh who lost her husband 0.98
00:16:15.020 and and you know you know fuck dude i mean how many people do we know that lost arms and legs 0.98
00:16:23.380 right you know i'm saying i lost their buddies or or for me that was that was the biggest point i put it 0.99
00:16:28.300 on my story yesterday but guys if you if you know and like me personally right like i didn't i haven't
00:16:33.520 been in afghanistan i don't know i couldn't even fathom the things that that that they had to go
00:16:38.220 through over there but i know a lot of guys that did you know a lot of men and women that did and so
00:16:41.560 you know i think this is an important time if you have friends or family that that that you know
00:16:45.920 did serve over there and and put work in over there or lost and sacrificed over there right you need to
00:16:51.160 be checking on those people for sure they're not well right now you know and and for me like that's
00:16:55.280 that's a tough thing right because i feel like a lot of people right now in this like space of just
00:16:59.300 what the fuck to do like i'm kind of helpless right and like i hate feeling like that it's a terrible 0.80
00:17:04.580 feeling you know and so you know if it's something as simple as me just reaching out like hey man just 0.99
00:17:09.020 like you know i'm thinking of you yeah that that shit goes a long way you know and so i encourage 0.94
00:17:14.220 everybody to do that if you have friends or family check on those people man because they're hurting 0.97
00:17:18.560 right now seeing all this i mean they're they're seeing the same shit we're understandably yeah 0.99
00:17:22.640 bro that's that's fucking terrible bro the whole thing is terrible from every fucking angle yeah and 1.00
00:17:27.500 and dude it makes us as americans look like shit the shittiest people the shittiest only furthers 1.00
00:17:33.340 their agenda by the way the just so you know the government and the military just made us us our 1.00
00:17:39.300 entire country look like a bunch of fucks yep enemy number one now yeah and it ain't and those people 0.97
00:17:44.620 who are looking at us saying that they're not saying oh dude those those liberal americans are okay 0.99
00:17:49.180 because they're humanitarians yeah and those right they're not fucking saying that guys and so all 0.99
00:17:54.260 your little trivial differences if you want to call it chest feeding instead of fucking breastfeeding 1.00
00:17:58.580 if you even want to have that argument at all which i don't think many of you even want to have 0.98
00:18:03.520 i personally think it's propaganda that's pushed through to distract the fuck out of us from what's
00:18:07.560 really going on but if you even want to have the argument if you're a liberal person listen to the
00:18:12.500 show um if you're a right-wing person listen to this show you guys have to understand that if you
00:18:19.780 can't put aside these differences right now you won't even have the opportunity to debate it
00:18:24.600 you see what i'm saying yeah and dude i think that is the point and you guys are asking me what 0.96
00:18:33.140 to do bro you have got to make your fucking voice hurt you've got to speak up you've got to ask 0.97
00:18:38.600 important questions you've got to ask important questions of the people that you that are elected 0.99
00:18:43.000 to represent you you have to call them you have to email them you have to make their life difficult
00:18:47.780 by basically uh inundating them with with what you believe and until that happens they are not
00:18:54.240 going to stand up because they're afraid of the narrative just as much as everybody else
00:18:57.500 they don't want to be called racist they don't want to be called misogynistic they don't want to be
00:19:02.140 called all these things and like dude i'm going to be real just the fact that people would hold up 0.97
00:19:06.600 because they don't want to be called names is weak as fuck that's a fact some things are more 0.90
00:19:11.300 important than that you know a lot of things are more important most things it sticks in stones will 0.99
00:19:17.460 break my bones we learn that when we're fucking three then we have people who we elected to office 0.99
00:19:22.440 they fucking are afraid of that like dude we need some motherfuckers to take a fucking stand that we've 1.00
00:19:27.260 elected and we need to force that upon them by letting them know how we actually feel which i don't 0.99
00:19:31.560 think has happened very much it's starting to happen more we are having more people go to the school
00:19:35.920 board meetings go to the civic meetings uh run for office and do these things but guys it's going to 0.97
00:19:41.240 take all of us it really is and it's not going to take um all of us arguing over pronouns or fucking 0.97
00:19:49.360 mass or no mass it's going to take us understanding that this is our fucking country we live here we 0.97
00:19:56.500 have kids and our kids that are going to live here for a lot longer than us hopefully and we have to do 0.88
00:20:02.140 our duty to make this a safe and uh productive inclusive place to live for everybody peacefully and if we 0.97
00:20:09.780 argue about this shit we're going to argue this shit so much that everybody else going to come in 0.99
00:20:13.420 and take our shit and you guys have been brought to believe that we are immune to that sort of thing 1.00
00:20:20.080 the the idea that america is this crazy powerful fucking force that nobody can fuck with you are 1.00
00:20:28.740 seeing that dismantled in front of your face and that is dangerous as fuck and people better realize 0.99
00:20:35.800 that if they want to be able to go live a life without having to look over their shoulder every 0.94
00:20:39.200 place they go so you guys need to put your trivial differences aside you need to come together in
00:20:45.060 your communities you need to have conversations you need to get uncomfortable you need to make your
00:20:50.020 voice heard you need to make sure your leaders hear your voices and we need to attack these problems
00:20:54.560 up front in our communities the ones that i can handle the ones that you can handle my part in this
00:21:00.620 dude i'm trying to spread this information out to you guys we've got a huge audience here a huge
00:21:06.040 platform i've used it for the last couple years i changed the format of my number one in the world
00:21:10.860 show so that i could bring you this kind of format or this kind of information you know we used to just
00:21:16.320 do business development and personal development where we talked about winning well i realized a while
00:21:21.080 ago that we can't have winning without fucking actual freedom right and so we have to all do some
00:21:28.560 things and and dude i'm gonna do more i'm gonna do more but i mean i'm guys everybody's scared this
00:21:33.900 isn't comfortable for me to talk about this hasn't been comfortable for me for for the last two years
00:21:38.680 i faced a ton of resistance i've had a lot of people fucking be mad at me 0.99
00:21:42.940 and what right it's necessary you guys have to get over this shit man we're gonna fucking lose 0.98
00:21:53.080 everything and and and you know i know other people might have different opinions on this but 0.99
00:21:58.760 i'm nervous bro like for real it's not bullshit it's not fucking it's not alarmist oh my god 0.99
00:22:06.720 five years from now dude look this could happen in fucking this in weeks weeks in weeks 0.98
00:22:13.980 it's it's it's it's and then you know but but our but but uh anybody who you know questions the 0.99
00:22:23.900 covid narrative is a fucking terrorist that's our biggest terrorist threat people who question the 0.98
00:22:29.020 covid negative or the narrative or the have religious holidays or still think trump won the election 1.00
00:22:35.220 that's our biggest threat and you guys fucking believe that nobody fucking believes that 0.98
00:22:40.260 dude we're getting fucking played bro i don't even i don't even know what like i could go on and on 0.98
00:22:49.480 this should probably be a full show but i mean i i think all we can do is what i said we can do right 0.99
00:22:57.360 now you know and we need we need people to take action in their communities to fucking make shit happen 0.96
00:23:04.860 and it needs to happen right now or we are in deep shit period so that's what i think about the whole 0.98
00:23:13.100 thing i could say way more and and i know i don't know all the details and i wasn't there
00:23:17.740 but uh that's how i'm seeing it you know i'm saying it's real so we definitely needed that i mean that
00:23:26.800 was absolutely necessary and i know we gotta get into the q a's guys but if you need to pause this
00:23:32.720 podcast right now and rewind and start this over you need to go listen to that probably two or three
00:23:36.520 more times because there's a lot of very critical information that you probably missed so i would
00:23:41.360 encourage you to also go back and replay that um but let's get into these questions man all right i'll
00:23:46.840 do my best man i'm i'm uh listen dude i was crying on the way to work you know i'm saying yesterday like 0.65
00:23:53.200 no no bullshit like i was so and i only cry when i'm fucking mad dude and and uh 0.97
00:23:59.840 i don't know man i don't know let's try to do these questions though let's get them out 0.94
00:24:10.640 so this first question actually kind of uh it's a little relative actually i guess depending on how
00:24:17.600 you spin it so you run businesses right you've been doing this for the last 23 years yeah i just
00:24:24.000 want to add to uh no one say i am not saying at all that we shouldn't be doing things for these
00:24:29.100 people who are fucking in super danger oh no and i'm not saying that we should occupy their country
00:24:33.960 for the next fucking thousand years either but what i am saying is and we should all be aware of 0.95
00:24:39.480 this is that we vetted the people who were supposed to be our friends over there and a lot of those 0.88
00:24:44.560 people were were basically infiltrating our information system and if you talk to anybody 0.98
00:24:50.300 who was on the ground in afghanistan bro they'll tell you these motherfuckers knew what we were going 0.99
00:24:54.640 to do every fucking time before we fucking did it yeah it was similar to to the blm protest that 0.99
00:24:59.120 we saw here like they're 10 steps ahead of the it's very similar to the vietnam scenario you know 0.98
00:25:03.520 what i'm saying where it's impossible to identify who the actual enemies are because they hide in plain
00:25:08.040 sight and if if it's impossible to tell over there how the fuck are we going to tell here right 0.51
00:25:13.180 they're interrogating so it's only a couple of million people there we got hundreds so i don't want to 0.84
00:25:17.020 hear no bullshit about oh you don't care about people or this or that no that's not it at all 0.98
00:25:20.920 yeah that's a cop-out fucking response by somebody who's not educated on what's going on right so no 0.99
00:25:27.040 dude you know honestly i mean if you're cool with it let's just i mean because i we got i got some 0.96
00:25:30.640 other points about the the stuff going on right now in afghanistan bro no we'll talk about it on
00:25:34.600 the full length let's do let's do some uh let's do some q a because i i think it would be uh more 0.97
00:25:40.280 valuable to dedicate a whole show to that how long we've been going oh fuck damn let's do the q a's 0.93
00:25:47.180 sorry guys 28 minutes in i'm fucking rambling on uh i just think it's important you know i do this 0.97
00:25:54.160 it's critical it's absolutely critical all right so first question um so you run businesses right 0.91
00:26:00.740 you've been running businesses for 23 years right when you run businesses how do you turn off like
00:26:08.180 how do you turn it off when you go home right like how do you leave work at work and home at home like
00:26:12.320 how do you how do you do that you know what's funny i think that so for me and my i just talked
00:26:17.140 to my friend bedros about this uh bedros coolian who who's a buddy of mine stud yeah most of you
00:26:22.420 guys know him i mean uh he's doing amazing stuff uh helping men uh find themselves uh well not find
00:26:30.320 themselves create themselves which is actually what you do but we were talking him and i were both
00:26:35.260 talking about this because we both struggled with this and uh you know for me you know emily runs
00:26:40.980 a lot of my things you know i'm saying like she she's in charge of the personal brand uh she's 0.98
00:26:46.000 also the coo of arte she's probably one of the baddest ass women fucking entrepreneurs on the 1.00
00:26:51.400 fucking planet uh that that happens to not get the credit that she deserves because she's married to me 1.00
00:26:57.840 and uh you know so for me it's it's a lot different because i live with my business partner right 0.99
00:27:04.900 and and so we're always talking business well one of my business partners i have a bunch but uh
00:27:11.500 you know for us it's easy because like dude it's just like how i am with with my brother or with 0.98
00:27:20.180 chris like we might snap at each other and say hey fuck you and then 30 seconds later it's like hey 0.95
00:27:25.600 what do you want to eat you know what i'm saying so so it's like a there's an understanding there 0.99
00:27:30.660 like we understand which context and we don't take things personally now sometimes we do and and
00:27:38.420 that's with any business relationship whether it be the your wife or your brother or your best friend
00:27:43.880 which is happens to be the case for me um so i think understanding you know not takes things
00:27:50.120 personally is a big part of it uh but what bedro said that he does and i like this idea too and i agree
00:27:56.080 i never thought of it like this but what he he imagines himself coming home is uh you know he
00:28:00.820 he imagines himself as he's he's coming home and he gets out of his car and he's walking into his
00:28:05.640 house is like taking off his armor like i'm taking off my armor and i'm going into the house as a 0.94
00:28:12.340 regular human not as this battle-hardened fucking warrior that is quite frankly what you have to become 0.98
00:28:19.420 mentally to to be competitive in business landscape and especially to become a successful 0.98
00:28:23.460 entrepreneur like him so uh very successful so you you know there's a number of ways to do it um
00:28:31.300 but i think the biggest thing is is that you have to remember uh that there is a life to live and the
00:28:38.100 reason that you do these things is for your life right um and some people make it their entire lives i've
00:28:44.540 made it my entire life um but you know i i think that's an i i think it just depends man on who you
00:28:52.840 are what your personality is like and and i the biggest piece of advice i can give is to not take
00:28:58.220 shit personal bro you know understand that your wife or your your husband or whoever you're going 0.99
00:29:03.500 home to um they don't they don't know what the fuck you've been through all day right you know 0.99
00:29:07.460 what i'm saying and and i think remembering that and and to be honest bro i'm not the best at that 0.93
00:29:11.980 i'm everybody knows that that i'm i'm i'm i struggle with that yeah so like it it's it's a
00:29:18.260 hard scenario i think it's important just to remember that you know a lot of the a lot of
00:29:24.300 the things that you do on a daily basis as an entrepreneur are much more difficult than what
00:29:28.180 the average human has to to uh deal with in terms of um mental stress right because you have the
00:29:35.680 responsibility of not only yourself but all kinds of your your employees and the people that work for
00:29:40.200 you and those pressures are heavy it's a heavy fucking load to bear right and um i think that's 0.92
00:29:47.100 why it's important to have someone that understands that in your household uh but it's also important 0.66
00:29:52.660 for you to explain those things and be vocal about them and sort of understand it you know
00:29:57.000 i i don't know this answer probably confused people more than it did help people but the truth
00:30:02.080 of the matter is i kind of like what bedro said i think that's appropriate for most people i think you
00:30:06.240 know you have to do something that sort of decompresses you uh to to relax positively yeah 0.97
00:30:11.820 positively i mean i'll go fucking dig your head in a bottle of jack no no no no yeah no exactly 0.99
00:30:16.620 yeah that's a cop-out bro yeah that's a cop-out that's weak shit yeah you know so uh so yeah you 0.99
00:30:22.880 know let me know when you figure it out awesome cool all right question number two 0.97
00:30:28.540 when and how did you and chris decide it was time to hire your first employee
00:30:34.580 like who who was it are they still here like do they still work for you like what made that decision 0.83
00:30:39.580 come about where like okay shit is you me and chris just can't do this like i have to have well okay 0.86
00:30:44.980 so there's there's two answers to that because there's the first employee and then there's the 0.94
00:30:50.920 first employee all right so we we ran a retail store so we had to hire hourly help to help us right
00:30:57.600 away sure but that was there was a in the beginning there wasn't very much discretion
00:31:01.620 that was just our good friends who who we loved and trusted to not steal from us to come help us
00:31:08.200 you see what i'm saying um we didn't have it wasn't like a it was a job right but it wasn't like a key
00:31:14.640 position and so i want to answer this from the perspective of key position because that's what's
00:31:20.640 going to help you our first key position employee that we hired uh is still here and that is jason
00:31:26.640 came so jason uh came and dude we we weren't getting paid like we weren't getting paid we
00:31:35.680 were getting paid 695 a month at the time and we had to pay him 45 000 a year and that was a that
00:31:43.480 was like paying someone a million dollars a year right so we had to decide like do we make this
00:31:49.860 investment in this person even though we're not getting paid so that we can grow the business and
00:31:55.400 it turned out to be the best fucking move we ever made but the point of the matter of this question 0.73
00:32:00.760 is we all have different timing of when that needs to happen but what i want to get across here is that 0.93
00:32:07.060 you have to come to terms with the idea if you're a small one or two person operation that you are going
00:32:14.220 to need multiple people to help you you can only get so far with just a few you know the founders so
00:32:21.100 to speak right and a lot of people like to hang out in that zone because they're afraid if they hire
00:32:25.520 someone the person's going to steal from them or they're going to not do a good job or they're going
00:32:29.580 to turn on them or they're going to be lazy or they're going to be this those are those are fears
00:32:34.880 that come from your inexperience and then also your your ignorance and how to lead how to mold how to
00:32:41.840 coach and how to build culture so that the people that you do bring in align to a set of values
00:32:47.220 not just your directions okay so that is why it's important for you guys now who only have one or two
00:32:55.140 people in your shop or maybe five or six that you start developing your systems your your core values
00:33:01.780 your culture direction and your leadership and management skills and practice them every single
00:33:07.600 day and go through and you have to understand like you know these little things like you do that
00:33:12.040 think don't make you people think don't matter oh you know i hear this a lot oh man i'm having a 0.99
00:33:16.140 meeting with my team it's only two people well fuck bro that's a fucking team that's how it was 1.00
00:33:20.040 with me too man like most of our business plan was designed on a fucking back of a pickup truck 1.00
00:33:26.300 you know where we're sitting there having a beer talking about how we're going to do this and this 0.92
00:33:30.780 and this and then we ride it out on a dude one time me and jason and chris went to lake of the ozarks 0.58
00:33:35.880 and and we brought a whiteboard that was like this big and drew out our whole fucking 20 year 0.97
00:33:41.340 business plan and that's the plan we're living in today still you know i'm saying we got a bunch of 0.86
00:33:46.020 beer we like we drew it out and that's how we did it and so i think a lot of people
00:33:52.680 uh hesitate to bring people in because they're afraid of what they don't know when it comes to
00:33:59.220 term of how to lead but the good thing is is that it's easier to become a good leader now than there
00:34:03.840 than it ever has been because there's so many good leaders out there that are teaching how to lead
00:34:07.660 right right like back in the day whenever uh before the internet and social media there wasn't all
00:34:13.340 these personalities out there showing you the game plan showing you how to how to execute showing
00:34:17.600 you how to get better there was a few books right like you could read about vince lombardi and then
00:34:22.980 you would have but like now you're able to actually learn techniques from people and so you know taking
00:34:28.560 advantage of those tools and doing all these things will help bring the fear to a place that
00:34:34.760 it's manageable for you as an as an uh a founder okay who's wanting to hire and build a team uh
00:34:42.440 it brings the fear down to a place where you can actually do it effectively does that make sense
00:34:48.240 that makes perfect yeah so so the biggest hangout for young entrepreneurs isn't it it's not that you
00:34:54.300 know when do i hire someone if you're already to a point where you're asking yourself do i need
00:34:59.260 someone you probably do here's the one thing i would get i would always operate your business on
00:35:04.900 as needed basis some of these people who run businesses they think that like it's about having
00:35:10.080 a fancy office or having a a title or a name on your door and every single one of those guys has to
00:35:16.420 peel that name back off the door because they end up going out of business okay it isn't about the
00:35:20.880 glory it's not about having the big office it's not about putting your feet on the desk it's not 0.99
00:35:25.060 about the title it's not about walking around saying you're the fucking owner you're the ceo 0.96
00:35:29.240 it's about serving and if you can effectively serve your employees your key people that you 0.91
00:35:35.800 bring in and empower them to do their job you will be surprised and thrilled at how well they step up
00:35:42.240 because most people as humans want to be a part of a winning team they want to contribute they want to
00:35:46.720 provide value yeah just like you bro like when you when you first started here you know you asked me
00:35:52.840 like a hundred times how can i provide value i say well you can start doing this for the show you
00:35:56.640 can do this for the show you can do this for the show and guess what you did it and now you're 0.86
00:36:00.660 sitting here on the fucking show that's how it works so i know that's a lot to absorb but there's 0.89
00:36:07.080 a lot to this question the main thing is fear the fear that you have about bringing in other people is 0.98
00:36:13.460 is really just a reflection of your lack of skills and understanding of how to do it the right way so i
00:36:19.120 would pour into your skills and understanding of how to do it the right way so that you feel more
00:36:22.820 comfortable so that you can expand because guys you can't you can only get so far with just you
00:36:27.300 right absolutely fire well and i'll side note on that dude i appreciate you investing in me because
00:36:33.300 i mean that's what it is right it's an investment so i appreciate that well bro it's not it's not
00:36:38.300 just because i like you like you have a family you've got a child you know what i'm saying you're you're a
00:36:44.360 young man you know people don't realize you're 26 years old bro you know i'm saying i want to make
00:36:49.160 sure that when you're 46 that you are good that ryan is good you know i'm saying that your family
00:36:54.960 is good that alex is you know what i'm saying i get it like that matters to me and it matters to me
00:36:59.140 for all of these people and that's what good leadership is and i'm not sitting here saying
00:37:03.560 oh i'm the best leader because i got my faults too but if you don't invest in people like that
00:37:08.160 well here i'll say this way if you do invest people like that they'll reinvest back in you
00:37:11.900 so fire all right cool last question number three all right so i'm three years in my entrepreneur
00:37:20.080 journey and my significant other isn't really supporting me as i hoped okay very nonchalant
00:37:26.860 right like with my ambitions and my goals we've been together for six years we're not married
00:37:31.720 what would you do if you were me how do you handle that situation look man um i'm just gonna be real
00:37:39.840 like because i have to be here uh if you live in a household with someone who is not on board
00:37:45.820 with what you're doing you have two options you either have to get that well you have three
00:37:50.320 you either have to get them on board with what you're doing by communicating um
00:37:55.960 you you you however that you decide to do that okay meaning having conversation hey i need you to
00:38:05.160 help me here hey i'm this that the other um usually in in that scenario uh what what we come
00:38:11.940 to realize is is that well not usually but sometimes we come to realize that those people
00:38:15.940 don't want the same life that you want right there's a lot of people out there that are totally happy
00:38:21.060 with a regular life meaning you know a middle-class job which are harder and harder to find by the
00:38:26.300 way yeah all right uh you know coming home at five o'clock 4 30 uh doing the the regular life okay
00:38:34.220 that's not entrepreneurship it's never gonna be and it's hard for people to understand that so you
00:38:40.860 you you could try to communicate what you need which is the first step you should do um the second
00:38:47.000 option that you have is uh you can exit that relationship and i can tell you this um you cannot succeed in
00:38:56.140 business with a relationship that's holding you back at home it's impossible it's impossible
00:39:00.520 you won't do it and you can fight as hard as you want but the problem is you're fighting two fronts
00:39:05.960 now just like if you were a country and you're fighting one battle which in as in this case you'd be
00:39:11.140 a person you're going out and fighting the career battle now you're fighting the family battle too
00:39:15.100 which means your resources are depleted so if you're fighting both these battles and you're going
00:39:20.420 against someone who has this person actually supporting them you're at a huge disadvantage
00:39:25.760 you know tactically yeah so that's so your first option is communicate get them on board second option
00:39:33.520 is uh get rid of them right um the third option is stay with them and never get where you want to go 0.99
00:39:41.580 fuck yeah and and that's a hard it's a hard decision to make bro but i'm telling you right now 0.99
00:39:47.980 um and and by the way let me help you with this that doesn't mean they're a bad person 0.99
00:39:53.240 they probably just want different things than you that doesn't mean something that is okay that's cool
00:39:58.360 and and we we live in this culture where when people break up they hate each other and they 1.00
00:40:02.760 fucking you know oh that person's a piece of shit you know what uh it's a pretty mature adult thing to 1.00
00:40:08.940 realize hey we we don't we aren't going the same direction right so let's let's go our own 1.00
00:40:14.700 directions and support each other from afar especially when you start adding other shit 0.89
00:40:19.540 in there oh girl houses cars yeah yeah so um you know you have to really you have to evaluate that 0.93
00:40:28.680 and ask important questions to yourself and the person that you're with you know and a lot of people 0.52
00:40:32.640 will just say oh fucking leave them you don't have sometimes people just don't understand what 0.96
00:40:36.340 they're doing you know sometimes they don't understand that they're not supporting you know 0.99
00:40:41.160 what i mean and people are such shitty communicators that you know you this person whoever asked this 0.54
00:40:46.860 question maybe they're not communicating any of it and maybe they're just keeping everything inside
00:40:51.560 and and you're still expecting it to happen it doesn't make sense like guys you have to communicate
00:40:56.960 and be real and so um those are the three options you have with that situation um but i can tell you
00:41:03.400 this too and and this is this should be a positive thing when you have someone uh in your life
00:41:08.600 that supports you in that way it it's a very powerful tool it's an advantage instead of a
00:41:13.720 disadvantage so that's going to help push you forward get better and get where you want to be
00:41:20.100 faster so you know when tying it into the first question too it makes it easier when you do have
00:41:24.500 to go home then right and you leave work at work and you still got yeah 100 dude full circle there
00:41:29.560 yeah so so is that it is that three that's three okay yeah i'm still i don't feel like that was my
00:41:34.820 best show but i thought it was fire yeah questions well great questions great answers i'm i'm i'm i'm
00:41:40.700 disturbed on the inside just like everybody else right now so you know uh anyway tell them where
00:41:48.940 they can ask the questions again if you have any questions please send them in to uh email them in
00:41:53.400 to ask andy andy for seller.com and we will review those questions um and as always guys we really do
00:41:58.920 appreciate the questions that we get from you guys there's thousands of them they're awesome so keep
00:42:03.040 sending those in we appreciate them yeah guys and also i'd like to say you know um you know
00:42:08.720 go back and listen to the beginning of the show and really think about it man your your neighbor is
00:42:13.880 not your enemy your neighbor is not your enemy you have been manipulated into thinking that person 0.99
00:42:19.520 that lives across the street from you who's a little bit different than you is your fucking enemy 0.99
00:42:23.720 that is not true so we need to start communicating we need to start understanding that we have to come 0.99
00:42:29.800 together or we are going to be torn apart in ways that are very dangerous not just in political ways 1.00
00:42:34.880 where we say fuck you hey fuck you i'll take a society of hey fuck you all day right we can do 1.00
00:42:40.080 that all day but right now we need to put all that shit aside so that we can handle what's happening 1.00
00:42:45.240 here and say fuck them yeah yeah yeah so um so i love you guys i appreciate you guys if you're 0.99
00:42:52.320 having trouble with these situations and what's going on in the world the best advice i can give you 0.99
00:42:56.020 right now is to focus on what you can do right in front of you that's what we need as a collective
00:43:00.980 effort and that's what you need mentally you need to eat right you need to exercise right if you start
00:43:07.180 taking control of your of your life and your body you will feel more inner peace and it will help you
00:43:14.700 deal with these circumstances you know this has been an extremely stressful time extremely hard
00:43:18.580 two years uh year and a half for everybody okay no matter where you are what you think or what your 0.94
00:43:24.920 opinion is of what's going on it's been hard as fuck and one of the things that i can tell you 0.82
00:43:29.400 has gotten me through and allowed me to wake up every day and continue moving forward is that i 0.86
00:43:34.140 have been able to control my controllables i have been able i told you guys when this started that i was
00:43:38.880 going to make this the time that i look back on my life and say that's where i improved the most
00:43:42.920 so far i've done that now some days are harder than others but i can tell you that one of the reasons 0.77
00:43:48.060 i haven't gone off the motherfucking deep end this whole time is because i'm controlling what i can control 0.79
00:43:53.120 and so i would like to share that idea with you if you're lost if you're overwhelmed if it feels like 0.98
00:43:58.140 it's too much guys you got to suck it together and fucking control your diet control your exercise 0.99
00:44:05.640 make sure you're getting sunshine make sure you're getting fresh air all make sure you're putting the 1.00
00:44:11.560 right shit into your brain okay these things fucking matter and it's going to make your life a lot 0.98
00:44:16.180 easier and a lot more manageable um even though it feels like the counterproductive thing to do right 1.00
00:44:21.260 everybody likes to go uh and say oh man everything's fucked up i'm just gonna fuck it i'm gonna do 0.98
00:44:26.060 this that's the last thing you you should be doing because it's just going to put you worse and worse 0.99
00:44:30.480 and worse and worse and we have external circumstances that are already doing that for us right now
00:44:34.720 think about it guys i love you guys i appreciate you guys i'll talk to you next time
00:44:38.700 you
00:44:51.500 Close, close
