00:00:00.000 what is up guys it's andy frisella and this is the show for the realists say goodbye to the 0.99
00:00:21.020 lies to fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality 0.98
00:00:24.700 guys today we have uh q and af is that right i'm always i don't even know where the fuck i am 0.96
00:00:31.200 right now uh someday someday it just be like that uh so this is where dj is going to ask me
00:00:39.360 some questions that you guys submit um and it can be about anything so uh we do three and we keep it
00:00:47.040 short it's easily consumable and uh educational and if you find value in the show if you think
00:00:52.320 it's something that benefited you if it taught you something if it made you laugh made you learn if
00:00:56.240 it made you uh better talk about the show okay and this show is a dynamic show like we're going to
00:01:01.400 talk about making money we're going to talk about getting fit we're going to talk about what the
00:01:04.380 fuck's going on in the world um so yeah so usually on the q and as we talk about uh more personal 0.92
00:01:14.420 development how to win type stuff and then you know on the ctis we kind of humorously take a stab at what 0.99
00:01:21.800 the fuck this world's coming to yeah and then um and then we have long formats which we haven't done 0.51
00:01:28.500 in a while we're getting ready to kick back up uh and then we have real talk so you never know what 0.99
00:01:32.300 you're gonna get how many licks does it take to get the center of that tootsie pop baby you didn't 0.98
00:01:37.160 know that a lot i don't know what that is it's a tootsie roll wow yeah okay all right all right
00:01:41.100 bro i'm telling you i'm really happy like i'm i feel like i'm blessed i was right on that that
00:01:45.880 good generation cusp where like i had like i went for you know that everybody thinks that right 0.82
00:01:51.340 well i mean no but like i just like i genuinely know that though every this is the fucking phases 0.95
00:01:56.040 of life yeah okay 20 20 years old all right fuck this is cool everything's cool right yeah it's not 1.00
00:02:02.340 that bad 30 years old i'm cool everybody else is fucked up 40 years old we're all fucked 1.00
00:02:08.460 50 years old i don't give a fuck we're fucked up that's how it goes all right so that's some real 0.99
00:02:16.160 shit yeah it's true but like i feel like i went long enough without having technology you know i'm 0.99
00:02:20.400 saying like i was right on that cusp and maybe it was just my parents like my mom like i don't know 0.86
00:02:23.960 but like well there's no doubt that technology is regressing the uh bro they did a study they did
00:02:30.940 kids and like their iqs are like 25 percent lower i know and you know you guys know i i'm passionate
00:02:38.440 about a lot of things but like from a real like being real like we got to draw the line at that
00:02:43.880 technology somewhere or we're going to fucking destroy the earth right like when you talk about 0.93
00:02:48.680 robots doing people's jobs and driving trucks and all this shit and everybody's like oh it's so cool 0.99
00:02:52.780 well just because shit is cool doesn't mean we should do it you know what i mean and we got to 0.99
00:02:57.480 have some sensible leaders uh that aren't going to take money from these big tech companies uh and 0.98
00:03:04.300 these technology companies to allow these things to happen you know what i mean guys we got to be
00:03:08.820 smart about what we're supporting we have to you know like that i it can always be solved with how
00:03:15.060 you vote with your dollars you know if you're spending your money with companies to hire real
00:03:18.520 people versus technology can you call the company get someone on the phone um those things matter to me
00:03:23.500 and they should matter to you too not because of like how not just because of how um
00:03:29.220 you know much better of an experience it creates for you but also because what it does for our 0.84
00:03:34.680 country you know what i mean like we got to have jobs here guys that we got to have shit to do uh i 0.92
00:03:39.580 know that there's a big part of the generation right now you know uh of the 20 you know the 15 to 0.93
00:03:45.380 20 year old guys out there and the young guys listening and when i say guys i mean guys and girls
00:03:49.440 um you know that think this is all really cool right but you guys got to have a wider perspective
00:03:57.220 of what this means you know what i mean the implications right and that you know look we got
00:04:02.920 a lot of work to do but we could start with agreeing that not all technology is good you know
00:04:08.280 so anyhow let's get started yeah man so i got three questions for you guys as always you can email
00:04:15.000 your questions in to ask andy at andy for seller.com email those in they can be about anything
00:04:19.840 um and without further ado let's knock these out let's go so question number one andy so
00:04:24.420 in 2016 is when you started that your your personal dude what's funny is today is january 4th and this
00:04:32.340 was the day it was january 4th 2016 i had no idea i just thought about that this morning i was
00:04:37.300 gonna make a post about it today that's fucking crazy like i'm probably gonna post like by the time 0.92
00:04:41.380 you read this you'll see a post of fat andy on my instagram from yesterday that's awesome yeah and 0.88
00:04:47.220 it was actually exactly that day guys we did not talk about yeah no um there's no way you really
00:04:52.400 could have known that no i didn't know it was exact day yeah um i thought about it today and i was like
00:04:56.940 man that's fucking i did my little finger count you know i still couldn't figure out how many years 0.96
00:05:01.120 ago it was uh but uh hey you know it's been a minute yeah it feels good you know like i was telling 0.99
00:05:07.020 taylor i had my first therapy session today on my shoulder and uh things are going very well
00:05:11.480 i'm ahead of the game um i haven't gained any weight i'm 256 right now pretty lean um
00:05:18.900 yeah man i'm i'm listen you guys ain't ready for what i'm about to bring like you're like i'm gonna
00:05:25.880 be way better physically way better well in every area but a way better physically than i was even last
00:05:31.300 year so i'm excited about that no it's gonna be fucking sweet but but dude like when so when you 0.90
00:05:36.180 were going through that like when you when you decide okay i gotta i gotta get my shit together 0.87
00:05:40.120 right and you made that fucking amazing transformation was there like what exactly 0.92
00:05:45.520 made you say i gotta share this with the world like i need people to see this man dude 0.99
00:05:50.520 is that the question yeah fuck well first of all that was really hard to fucking do yeah um because 0.98
00:05:58.420 like a lot of people um you know for years i told myself like ah it's not that bad it's not that 0.98
00:06:05.600 bad it's not that bad you know i found myself wearing outfits uh consistently that hid that i
00:06:13.120 was fat right gotta remember dude like we first form was still at the top of the business we were
00:06:20.700 already at the top of our industry at that time yeah you know i'm saying like we have we have pushed
00:06:27.500 the industry forward and a lot of companies have benefited from the push that we get and bro by the way
00:06:32.340 i'm happy for that like that's america you know i'm saying i love that other companies have progressed
00:06:37.100 because of where we push you guys i love that but at the time bro you know like i was really
00:06:43.380 like dude you know you're not fooling anybody is what i'm saying you know what i mean and like dude
00:06:49.740 i'd be up on stage and i'm 300 fucking 50 pounds talking about discipline you know what i mean i just 0.97
00:06:55.720 felt like a fucking hypocrite dude and i felt like everybody knew anyway and i just wanted to kind of 0.99
00:07:00.220 call myself out on my own shit and say hey guys you know what i know i know what the fuck i am 1.00
00:07:05.720 you know what i mean like i don't need you like every instagram comment every video everything i had 0.99
00:07:10.300 people call me a fat fuck you know and by the way they were right you know i'm saying and it it drove me 0.96
00:07:16.280 to action um you know nowadays people want to say oh that's triggering because you're fit you have 1.00
00:07:21.560 your shirt well it should be it should trigger you to move your fucking fat ass okay so that's why i'm so 0.99
00:07:28.260 like i don't apologize for that like bro i'm not buying your shit i know what the lies are we tell 1.00
00:07:33.700 because i was there i was there and i lied to myself for years and years and years and years 0.96
00:07:37.560 and uh i could talk about this all day by the way um but i got to a point where i was like you know 0.98
00:07:43.080 dude it's very obvious that i'm fat as fuck everybody fucking sees it and uh if i don't get 0.98
00:07:49.300 my shit together like there's no way we're going to progress our company to where i want it to go 0.99
00:07:53.560 like who the fuck wants to buy shit from somebody who's you know at that time there's eight guys 0.99
00:07:58.380 working for us right um who's the fit you know who's fucking fat and uh so i i i realized like 0.99
00:08:07.600 i perform and i've learned this since then and this is true for you too you just don't know it yet 0.96
00:08:13.700 but i perform way better when pressure's high like when i put a lot of pressure on myself and this is
00:08:19.000 for everybody the more pressure you have the better you will perform uh once you start performing
00:08:24.260 you know a lot of people get locked up by the pressure and um yeah so like dude i just made it
00:08:30.720 a do or die situation you know i'm saying and and uh at that time uh tyler was here and i and me and
00:08:36.240 tyler came up with the idea uh for the video to just get a video of me getting out of bed um
00:08:43.060 and bro i mean i don't know if you've seen that but i was fucking big dude and uh and which is so 0.94
00:08:49.080 crazy because you're not like you don't even look like i don't even look at the same human that looks 0.70
00:08:52.300 like that could be your uncle paulie or something yeah right you know what i'm saying yeah it's not 0.65
00:08:55.300 dude not even in space it doesn't even look no it's not the same person and uh well it's not the same
00:08:59.200 person well yeah i'm always he lives in there somewhere i just want to make sure he stays where the 0.97
00:09:03.680 fuck he is um i'm constantly fighting that fat dude who lives inside of me you know i'm saying uh but 0.98
00:09:10.280 like dude for me man it was just like dude i could go through all the reasons right like i i wasn't 1.00
00:09:15.720 enjoying myself um you know i didn't like going to the pool i didn't like buying clothes i wore the
00:09:21.720 same outfit every day i wore black all the time which that stuck you know i still wear black all 0.99
00:09:26.800 the time um and all the other things that you do when you're fucking overweight and insecure 1.00
00:09:32.360 right except i had to go out there and be the fucking head of a fitness company being that fat 1.00
00:09:36.420 like bro that's a hard thing to do you know mentally because you feel like a fraud every 0.99
00:09:40.440 day you know why you feel like why i felt like a fraud because i fucking was you know so um 0.99
00:09:45.960 so dude i just you know we we put this video up and i realized that if i got all these people watching 0.95
00:09:51.480 me i'm not gonna fuck up you know i'm saying like i have enough pride where i'm not gonna fuck up if 0.96
00:09:57.200 you like like i'm not gonna sell myself that story i'm mentally stubborn enough to push through 0.98
00:10:02.800 when i when people are fucking watching me like i'll never fucking quit bro you know like and that's 0.98
00:10:08.000 just who i am like you i might slow down i might go away for a minute i might fucking but my footsteps 0.99
00:10:14.520 will still be moving forward and um you know i put that video out and uh you know the first year i lost 0.89
00:10:22.460 110 pounds so the i lost most of that weight the first year i went from 350 to 240 to 238 actually in 0.94
00:10:30.920 one year and uh it took me the whole year i busted my fucking ass uh and you know i got there and i i 0.99
00:10:39.000 i looked way better right in the last five years after that i've been refining that going up and 0.98
00:10:44.520 down and up and down and up and down you know and i fluctuate between 275 and probably 255 now
00:10:51.640 you know but um yeah dude i think the main thing was is i realized like that i was wasting my life
00:10:58.800 like legitimately wasting my life like dude we only have so much life you know what i'm saying
00:11:03.480 and like when you're younger and you think you got all the life you know and then you start to get 0.92
00:11:09.460 older and by this time got like what was that six years ago so six years ago i was fucking 36 years old 0.98
00:11:15.260 you know what i'm saying and i'm like fuck i'm closer to 40 than i am to 30 and i'm like if i'm ever 0.95
00:11:20.840 gonna be who it is i think i am it's got to happen right now and so that pressure along with the 0.95
00:11:27.460 pressure me putting out that video and making it public what i was working on and my weight loss
00:11:32.400 that's what that's that's what kept me on it you know what i mean and then during that process
00:11:37.720 i was constantly refining and thinking about and this is where 75 hard came from actually um you know
00:11:45.760 a lot of people think it's just from the james lawrence podcast now that was a huge trigger for me
00:11:50.380 where i was like fuck yeah okay there it is but what i had been doing that whole time because remember 0.84
00:11:55.660 we're in the business of getting people to lose weight and get healthy and become better physically 0.95
00:12:01.380 and mentally and so i understand that process very well but i didn't nail it down for myself
00:12:07.620 and what i had figured out was my problem wasn't a physical problem my problem was completely a mental
00:12:13.280 problem and so then you know i started putting together all the little aspects of you know what i've
00:12:20.860 done over the years to get in shape mentally and physically and where i perform optimally and all these
00:12:25.240 things 75 hard was born out of that right um but i believe addresses every fucking serious 0.98
00:12:31.540 bullshit excuse you give to yourself every every single one um and there's so much more to the 0.89
00:12:37.340 program than what people realize at first glance but you know the short answer is like dude i was 1.00
00:12:42.640 just sick of being fucking fat you know what i mean and like i can't i i can't buy into this is 0.98
00:12:49.740 also why i can't buy into the body positivity shit right like i'm not saying you got to be 0.99
00:12:53.520 perfect i'm not saying you got to be fucking ripped shredded and at the pool every day that's 0.99
00:12:57.960 not what i'm saying but you got to be able to look in the mirror and say man i fucking earned this 0.97
00:13:01.620 because that earning it is where your self-esteem comes from and your self-belief and your confidence
00:13:05.960 comes from the real body yeah that's right and if so that's real that's when you start to really
00:13:10.280 uh be positive about your own self you know what i mean and so the the short answer is bro like i was 0.99
00:13:17.540 fucking really sick of being a fucking badass and i was sick of being a hypocrite i was sick of being a 0.99
00:13:21.320 fraud i was sick of being a fucking fake i was sick of telling people to do shit that i wasn't 1.00
00:13:25.260 doing myself and i realized like dude if i'm ever going to get where the fuck i want to go i got to 0.99
00:13:29.080 start doing it myself every fucking day no matter what and that's what i've done since then i mean 0.95
00:13:33.240 have i had days off or maybe like you know a week off here or there that happened to go bad sure but 0.96
00:13:41.380 uh for the most part i stuck with it you know and now the last three years i've been extremely
00:13:46.220 disciplined what excites me is that i understand that you know it takes time to get things moving
00:13:53.640 in life and so what really excites me is like i haven't bared much of the fruit that i'm going
00:13:59.260 to bear from those last three years where i've been fucking 100 disciplined um so i'm excited about 0.89
00:14:05.020 that but i mean like to somebody who's who's overweight man like my thing is like don't buy into 0.99
00:14:11.100 this fucking shit that they're telling you like you know oh big is beautiful and this and that it's 1.00
00:14:16.080 not it's not even about that it's about health first of all we just had a fucking pandemic where 1.00
00:14:20.280 eight where 80 of the people that die were fucking obese okay um secondly we have a scenario where 0.96
00:14:27.220 you know culture is trying to like create all these acceptance things right like you should accept 0.98
00:14:34.120 yourself if you're fucking fat well that's fine if you're okay if that's what you wanted but most 0.96
00:14:39.480 people don't want to be fat and most people don't want to stay fat they just come to a place where 0.99
00:14:45.120 they say oh well i guess i should accept it this is just the way i am and i think that comes from
00:14:48.760 misinformation and and no education around what it takes to actually do that and the funny thing is 0.98
00:14:54.720 about fucking getting in shape is that it's actually not doing a whole lot of extra shit it's not doing 1.00
00:15:00.720 a whole lot of extra shit yeah like filling your fucking pie hole with a bunch of shit you know what i mean 1.00
00:15:05.600 so like it's actually less effort if you think about it that way to lose weight than it is to 1.00
00:15:11.480 gain weight yeah it takes more effort to gain weight that doesn't lose weight that's a really great point
00:15:15.040 you know i'm saying when it comes to what you're doing at the table you know so um i don't know i
00:15:21.160 just got fucking sick of it dude and like if i'm somebody out there right now that's at the bottom of 0.99
00:15:24.940 that mountain and you're looking up at that mountain and you're saying fuck dude like i can remember 0.99
00:15:29.880 what it was like to do cardio bro and like get done and like have like fucking big rolls hanging off me 0.99
00:15:34.620 and be like fuck this ain't going anywhere like i can be pissed right that it's still there or like 0.98
00:15:39.060 be running and i can feel the shit bouncing up and down and like dude not feeling that 1.00
00:15:44.120 that's a really good feeling you know what i mean and and so don't buy into this shit like like dude 0.99
00:15:50.960 if you're fucking heavy and you say fuck i like the way i look like rick ross you fucking love rick 0.99
00:15:54.800 rossin okay like cool i'm down with that but you should still be healthy and you should still try and 1.00
00:16:00.920 you should still put in the work uh to be where you want to be and not take what society is telling
00:16:06.480 you uh should be accepted and accept that for yourself and because here's what happens a lot
00:16:12.520 of these people that are bigger and guys i deal with this every day i deal with thousands of overweight 0.97
00:16:16.140 people all the time people look in the mirror and they're like fuck how do all these people 0.98
00:16:21.440 how do all these people how are they okay with being big but i feel i don't feel like i'm okay 1.00
00:16:26.100 with being big it's because they're lying they're fucking lying to you okay they don't feel good 0.99
00:16:31.920 that they're that big it's a fucking act and you all know it when you can't go to get clothes and 0.99
00:16:36.780 nothing fits they don't feel good when you don't go to a fucking part when you go to a pool party 0.98
00:16:41.340 and and you don't want to take off your fucking uh shirt or you're getting a swimming suit in front 0.98
00:16:46.260 of people i don't feel good you know i'm saying those things don't feel good and no matter who the 0.99
00:16:51.260 fuck you are it doesn't feel good and no matter what they tell you it doesn't feel good and so you're 0.99
00:16:55.660 looking at yourself in the mirror and it creates confusion for the person because they're like 1.00
00:16:58.380 fuck there's something wrong with me i should be feeling good about this but i'm not but the 0.93
00:17:03.160 reality is guys what you don't understand is this society has changed over the last 20 years 20 years 0.99
00:17:07.600 ago they would have said fuck yeah you're fat you know what i'm saying now they say oh no it's okay 0.98
00:17:12.000 it's okay it's okay and people don't buy that and they try to sell themselves on it but they can't 0.99
00:17:18.820 accept it you know what i'm saying so like dude if i'm one of these people that stand at the 0.92
00:17:23.720 bottom of that mountain and i'm thinking like fuck this is so much fucking work just remember 0.96
00:17:28.240 you can you can make a fuck ton of change in one year and a year is not that fucking long it's just 0.98
00:17:34.020 not it goes quick and um i will say just from my experience and i don't think you'll talk to anybody 0.96
00:17:40.380 you know we had anthony on who was 600 pounds you know i'm saying i don't think you'll talk to anybody
00:17:45.020 who has done that work and will say that they regret it one percent even one percent not one
00:17:52.040 percent like it's worth the work i put in times a million like i would do a million times more work
00:17:58.320 to get from where i was to where i am now like knowing how knowing how good it is on the other
00:18:03.840 side and what it does for your psyche and what it does for your your discipline and what it does for
00:18:08.500 your drive and what it does for all these things that matter you know i feel like 0.99
00:18:12.500 the andy that you guys have seen the last two or three years is the real andy and all the shit you 0.98
00:18:18.600 saw before that was bullshit that's my honest that's that's that's the truth and i and i hear 0.98
00:18:23.140 that all the time like when i post my before and afters everybody's like god dude the look in your 0.99
00:18:27.320 eye is different yeah and i'm like that's because it fucking is different person yeah yeah so fucking 0.99
00:18:32.580 awesome you know dude i would i would you know don't buy into that narrative guys that's a fucking 0.99
00:18:38.280 narrative remember we talk on the show all the time about they want us sick they want us 1.00
00:18:42.040 uneducated they want us stupid they want us fucking fat too okay so you have to understand 1.00
00:18:47.440 like if you hate what's going on in the world one of the best ways to rebel against it is by being in 1.00
00:18:51.140 shape educating yourself becoming self-sufficient financially you know being personally excellent
00:18:57.960 and being fit is part of being personally excellent just is so i listen and by the way if that's you 0.96
00:19:05.540 uh we're here to help and i don't care if you buy anything or not like i don't give a fuck that's 0.98
00:19:09.920 why i put out 75 hard for fucking free because dude this shit fucking helps people yeah so like 0.98
00:19:16.260 just fucking go man like and that's another reason why i stay on the program pretty much all the time 0.99
00:19:22.080 because like i want to be a guide for these people who like i don't want to be one of these people who 1.00
00:19:28.680 sits there and tells you motherfuckers to go do this shit and then me not doing it you know what i mean 0.99
00:19:33.360 like dude like if i i've always been a big believer and i think this is a i think this is a reason why 1.00
00:19:37.440 i've been successful uh as a leader is that like dude i'll fucking whatever the fuck i ask of people 0.98
00:19:43.940 i'll fucking do not only will i do it i'll do it fucking right you know that's a cool thing too like 0.97
00:19:48.560 people will start in 75 hard like literally any time during the year i guarantee you and he's gonna 0.99
00:19:53.020 be doing it that's you know i'm saying like like i might not be counting it but you're doing the shit 0.96
00:19:57.240 yeah i'm with you every day you're doing the shit yeah you know i'm saying so it's like i think 0.86
00:20:00.200 that's the coolest part about yeah and dude by the way dj how many times do i feel like not doing 0.96
00:20:05.060 it still you see what i'm saying guys like dude this is like you know people think 75 hard or any
00:20:11.220 program you choose like any program they think it's a permanent fixed one-time thing bro how many times
00:20:18.460 you got to take a shower in a week what happens when you uh you know stop lifting weights you get small
00:20:25.320 you know i'm saying like when you come off these habits and you lose all that weight and you go back
00:20:30.620 to the way you were it's only a matter of time for you so like dude we got to fix what's going on 0.96
00:20:34.320 in our fucking brains like you shouldn't celebrate finishing 75 hard by going straight back to the 0.99
00:20:40.040 shit that you fucking ran from you know what i mean so we got to fix what's going on in the brain 1.00
00:20:47.500 dude and that's why the discipline aspect is so important because dude never again in my life 1.00
00:20:51.600 will an external circumstance have control over me won't fucking happen won't fucking happen and 0.98
00:20:58.060 the reason it won't happen is because i put in the work to develop that and i put in the consistent 0.96
00:21:01.780 work to develop that mindset every fucking day and so like doing 75 hard one time ain't gonna fix 0.94
00:21:08.560 your brain forever just like doing a diet one time won't fix your body forever it's a consistent 0.96
00:21:12.880 practice to build the discipline muscle that exists inside of you you know what i mean does that make 0.99
00:21:19.500 sense yeah so like dude if you're fucking fat and you go back to eating big macs you have lost 100 1.00
00:21:24.580 pounds guess what you're gonna be a fucking fat ass again probably gonna be 200 pounds yeah well if you 1.00
00:21:28.060 stop exercising your mind that little superpower that you fucking gained are gonna go away yeah 1.00
00:21:31.760 so that's real that's why it's a year-long program yeah that's real all right so so that's the thing 1.00
00:21:38.620 people fucking get people miss misrepresent about that program and so it's 75 days and you fucking 0.98
00:21:43.300 fucking don't know it's a year-long 75 hard is one fucking part of a year-long program 0.99
00:21:48.460 that is designed to be repeated year after year after year after year it's 75 days then 30 days 0.99
00:21:54.320 three different times throughout the year it's a little less than half the fucking year okay and 0.99
00:21:58.400 half the year you're going to be disciplined half the year you're going to do whatever the fuck else 0.98
00:22:01.420 you want but i could tell you for sure 100 that if you follow that live hard program you will be
00:22:06.920 mentally tuned up all the time and bro that's what i want because i want to do big things in life
00:22:11.980 that's real so so question number two we're going to kind of go off of that right so you you got your 0.85
00:22:19.360 shit together okay um now when it comes on the business space uh you've talked about i know ed 0.90
00:22:25.140 talked about it you know like you don't when you're starting out you don't make a million dollars by 0.97
00:22:29.560 doing a million different things you find your one thing you do do it really real and then you can
00:22:33.520 expand right diversify your portfolio so when you speak on the you know you transition you have
00:22:38.840 multiple companies right now what was that transition like from having your first one to
00:22:44.180 then expanding to the second or the third one or the fourth one was it any different yeah so so so
00:22:49.600 we're a rare company that's vertically integrated meaning like we do everything from raw ingredients
00:22:55.960 all the way down to selling our own products in our own retail stores but we also sell everybody
00:23:01.720 else's products okay so the need that came out of an organic need to grow the company for example
00:23:09.860 all most of my companies outside of like tequila and the cannabis business uh let's see i feel like
00:23:17.980 i'm missing one arte okay um but most of the other companies have to do with with fitness nutrition
00:23:24.800 supplementation food etc and those things all just came out of a need for us to expand and me
00:23:30.960 not being able to find someone who was willing to do what i needed them to do uh because they all
00:23:36.540 wanted to do things the way it always been done so for me it was more about innovating a process
00:23:41.160 that i wanted to control so that i could function the way that i thought this model should be done
00:23:48.560 and so uh you know those natural verticals will present themselves and what most people do
00:23:54.620 is they outsource everything right uh but what happens is is that you end up being handicapped
00:24:02.800 and it's chained to some of these other companies that may not want to move as fast as you or may not
00:24:07.560 want to reinvest or may not want to grow or may not you know and if you're a small company and you start 0.98
00:24:12.820 working with a also a small company and you start growing and that guy's happy where the fuck he is
00:24:17.620 that causes problems okay so our stuff always started our process of building all these different
00:24:27.640 companies started out of a need you know what i mean and a need to do things differently um and a need
00:24:34.160 to have control of the process and that's where it all came from and it just organically sort of
00:24:38.620 developed into this uh you know big conglomerate of things you know what i mean um and they all work
00:24:46.980 together seamlessly so that's how we did it uh but you know there's some people that do it differently
00:24:52.620 there's some people that do companies in different aspects and and uh in different areas of business
00:25:00.200 um and they're successful at it i'm ours are mostly tied to a same look dude my dad taught me something
00:25:07.240 when i was really young he said anytime i did something that i didn't know and i didn't control i lost
00:25:12.200 money that's what i was taught and i live by that like if i don't control it and i don't
00:25:16.680 fucking know about it i usually say no and i think that saved me a whole lot of money you know 0.73
00:25:20.560 i get a lot of people who come to me wanting me to invest i'm not an investor i'm a builder 0.98
00:25:26.020 you know i'm saying like all these guys brag about how all their investments and shit uh well i'm the 0.97
00:25:31.640 guy they call to fucking build the company you know what i'm saying like i'm not the fucking guy 0.99
00:25:35.340 they call for the money i do everything on my own money i don't borrow money nothing that you have 0.99
00:25:40.060 nothing that you see in my life is fucking is on leverage nothing it's all our own shit which is why 0.97
00:25:45.340 it's taken us 20 years to get here and not fucking five all right but also my company's worth way more 0.96
00:25:52.740 now because i was able to take the slower longer road so it's just about what you want man all
00:25:58.800 different kinds of ways to do it you know at the end of the day uh vertical integration and and all
00:26:05.800 these things are important but like you said at the beginning if you don't have your first if you don't
00:26:10.740 have your first thing making money uh and i mean like running like you don't have your systems you
00:26:16.200 don't have like these guys are trying to do this too quick bro i touched on this in the last show
00:26:20.100 you know we got a lot of entrepreneur gurus out there feeding you guys bad bad information all right
00:26:24.900 like if they don't own the kind of company that you want to own meaning like sales wise numbers wise
00:26:30.480 you shouldn't be shouldn't be talking to them i mean it's just being real because like a lot of
00:26:33.980 i dude i see people out there without companies at all running like mentor groups like dude listen 0.97
00:26:39.660 guys stop fucking gobbling this shit up you know if you want to be in a mentor group go to that 1.00
00:26:44.820 motherfucker's headquarters go see what his employees say go do they have a headquarters where can you buy 1.00
00:26:48.740 their products can you buy their products call their company see how they're how they run like do 1.00
00:26:52.880 some fucking research because there's a lot of people out there who have figured out they go dude i can 0.97
00:26:56.740 i can make a lot of money by talking on a fucking screen once a week and and dude they're feeding you 0.99
00:27:01.560 guys bad shit you know they don't have the experience no and they tell people what they 0.99
00:27:05.120 want to fucking hear so they keep fucking paying you know and i just won't do that so you know 0.99
00:27:11.620 i think i think it's important to recognize there's a lot of bad information out there about 0.97
00:27:16.460 entrepreneurship right now it's very important for you guys to understand that like you guys there's 0.91
00:27:21.320 a lot of guys out there that you guys look at and you see as fucking like like guys doing it 0.98
00:27:26.440 that i know for sure ain't doing it because they call me up on the back and ask me for fucking money 0.99
00:27:30.660 and i'm not gonna burn anybody's ass like i'm just saying like those kind of people shouldn't 0.99
00:27:35.320 be fucking doing groups so yeah and you so so like dude do some fucking due diligence about who the 0.99
00:27:41.180 fuck you're learning from that's real andy our third and final question to tie all of this stuff in 0.99
00:27:47.880 okay anyway hold on i didn't finish that i was getting into uh i was getting into a lot of the 0.99
00:27:52.480 younger guys wanting to do multiple things right so like where i was going with that is like i 0.97
00:27:57.820 understand that like i understand dude like i when i was 20 fucking four i wanted all this shit 0.97
00:28:02.420 too but had i fucking built out all this shit at 24 it would have ruined me but what i did which was 0.97
00:28:09.060 the right move was i fucking went all in on my one thing and i made that fucking work like really 0.98
00:28:14.320 really really really well and it gave me a lot of horsepower to do all kinds of different things 0.93
00:28:18.760 because how we financed all these other companies was from our first company that's why we didn't take
00:28:23.640 any money and so that's how i would do it if i were you i would whatever your first thing is that
00:28:28.860 you're working on make that run learn that game understand the systems understand everything about
00:28:35.260 it become a fucking true expert then you can start to look to look to the ancillary businesses that 0.87
00:28:41.860 contribute to to that company that you want to open up or own or whatever that that's how i did it 0.94
00:28:47.380 and so and you know everybody always wants to say well the way they did it was the best way but i
00:28:52.120 really do believe that's the best way you know what i mean so they're for sure and bro i haven't
00:28:58.360 even fucking like dude look people don't even fucking know like i don't even show my life guys 0.96
00:29:03.120 like i could tell you right now i haven't been on instagram uh consistently with like showing my life 0.99
00:29:08.060 in two years i guarantee you most of you will shit your fucking pants okay so uh 0.99
00:29:13.340 fucking start and stick with it and and scale out as in a responsible way as you need to scale it out 1.00
00:29:24.180 and you'll see things you do it too quick bro it'll bury you because you don't know what the 1.00
00:29:28.540 fuck you're doing you don't have enough money and even if you didn't have enough money you just blow it 0.97
00:29:31.360 out so it's a recipe for disaster i see a lot of young entrepreneurs right now that are going to get 1.00
00:29:37.120 smashing a fucking dick like hard hard because they're buying into this shit that they're hearing 1.00
00:29:43.600 on instagram it fucking pisses me off it pisses me off yeah i say i see you know what i see i see the 1.00
00:29:51.160 that mean obviously i'm not a business guy right but like i'm hanging out around you enough i see 0.99
00:29:55.360 some of the shit i see people like i see their instagram profile and it says they do this this and 0.99
00:30:00.240 this and i'm just thinking myself so what do you do motherfucker if you don't if you here's my 0.99
00:30:04.160 opinion i'm not even gonna say my opinion because i'm friends i'm listen i said what i said i'm just 0.98
00:30:12.200 gonna say this if a dude wouldn't run in a company that was a company that wasn't a company like i
00:30:16.960 want to run i wouldn't fucking ask him shit i'll just say that so andy our third and final question 0.97
00:30:23.080 for you to kind of wrap all of this stuff up for you so you're in a good spot it's obvious right 0.99
00:30:28.240 yeah today you're doing good today um that don't mean tomorrow yeah yeah that's why i come to work
00:30:34.000 every day 100 100 but but you you've got yourself to a really really good spot your your people are
00:30:40.340 good your employees are good i just think that's an important point to make no i i people think that 0.99
00:30:45.260 they get the fuck in this place and they put their fucking feet up and the shit like they made it yeah 0.98
00:30:49.860 you know how i keep winning bro because i keep showing the fuck up and they're like how's for sell 1.00
00:30:54.140 i keep winning he's a dumbass well i'm a dumbass that keeps showing up i show up every fucking day 1.00
00:30:58.640 ass fucking the guys have been with me for 15 years i work hardest now as i did then like you 1.00
00:31:04.020 guys don't see that because i don't show that shit right like a lot of people too busy doing it dude 1.00
00:31:07.820 i've had people and this pisses me off i've had people reach out to me and they're like yeah i know 0.99
00:31:11.220 you have everybody running your company for you i'm like oh dude do i you do oh you fucking know 0.98
00:31:16.120 what i do every day you know i'm saying like dude i got a strong ass team but it takes a strong 0.99
00:31:20.740 ass fucking whole bunch of shit to get something done you know and so you know yeah today i'm doing 0.99
00:31:26.460 good when i go home tonight i'm gonna look at my garage i'm gonna see a whole bunch of fucking 1.00
00:31:29.760 cars with a whole bunch of bunch of cool shit you know i'm saying i'm gonna see a nice house 0.99
00:31:34.420 all that shit could go away and that's what people don't get that's why i laugh at these 0.99
00:31:38.980 motherfuckers when they're like oh dude i'm 40 i'm gonna fucking retire i'm like well you'd be 1.00
00:31:42.100 broke by 42 you know what i mean anyway that's my answer to the question it wasn't asked 1.00
00:31:47.960 oh god i must be super obnoxious to people like i'm obnoxious to myself 0.98
00:31:56.020 you know that's what like you guys don't have to fucking tell me man like just toxic i already 0.97
00:32:00.300 get it like bro sometimes these people right you know do you know when we sit in the message 0.98
00:32:05.740 when we sit in the fucking uh in the locker room and somebody write me a message but andy 0.99
00:32:10.680 you're such fucking blah blah blah blah blah i'm like yeah i can see that i hate myself too 0.99
00:32:15.560 like fuck dude i'm just i'm not trying to be nothing for you guys i'm just trying to it's just me 1.00
00:32:21.440 yeah and so my fuck i get it i'm annoying as fuck sometimes i know like i got up on the wall 1.00
00:32:26.640 let people talk don't talk over them you know fuck you know it's all good it is what it is man 1.00
00:32:31.680 some people just having a bad fucking day yeah i still love you guys though even if you hate me 1.00
00:32:36.300 they don't really hate you though they just want to say hey they want you to hear them say hey 0.95
00:32:39.860 no bro it's not that it's what it is is that it it bothers them that they're not doing something
00:32:45.600 and they think i got somewhere unfairly and it bothers them and if they really saw what i did every day 0.98
00:32:50.720 and they really followed me around and they really knew what kind of person i was none of the shit 0.76
00:32:56.020 that the people criticize me about would is true it's just not true and so like i don't get upset 0.67
00:33:00.460 about it all right so and so so you're in a good spot today right you you've put i thought we
00:33:09.500 already answered this question yeah um but but you you've built a lot in the last 23 years your
00:33:19.240 employees are good your people are good right um and you got a shit ton of money you're rich as 0.84
00:33:24.040 fuck is there anything that you won't spend money on like is there anything that andy's just like 0.97
00:33:29.120 fucking cheap cheap on like well people always like ask me this like they always ask me this thing 1.00
00:33:34.840 and they're like man you still cut your own grass well fuck no i don't cut my own grass 1.00
00:33:38.260 no we talked about yeah are we talking about on the show with the leaves and shit i mean i learned my 0.99
00:33:42.060 lesson yeah like i did that already i don't want to do that no more yeah you know but like 0.94
00:33:46.100 i guess that's what someone's asking right like something i'll do for myself that i won't pay for 0.88
00:33:50.300 someone to do uh i don't know man like i try to do what i'm good at and allow all my fucking time 0.97
00:33:58.900 to be dedicated what i'm good at um and i try to pay for everything else because i know that everything
00:34:04.080 else that i do when i'm not doing what i'm good at is a waste of time and resources and that doesn't
00:34:09.200 just hurt me it hurts all my people so that's how i look at it i i look at it i dissect what my time
00:34:15.320 is worth um i don't let my ego get involved and think like oh dude you know you're getting 0.75
00:34:19.860 fucking soft because you won't mow your grass you know like now the one thing i will do is i will 0.98
00:34:24.560 go do my farm work and get on the tractor or if it's construction shit i love that like i love 1.00
00:34:29.060 running heavy equipment i love driving bigger tractors not fucking sears robot fucking lawnmowers 0.99
00:34:34.520 yeah you know what i'm talking about zero servants yeah no uh i love that that's something i love to 0.98
00:34:39.340 do um that's like you did basically did half of your fucking foundation yeah all that i was capable 0.98
00:34:45.400 of doing you know the guys who really do it they got to get in there where it's technical 0.95
00:34:48.860 um you know and uh i like those things i don't know like i'm trying to think

00:35:16.300 you know like here's something you guys all got to understand you guys are going to be rich people
00:35:20.160 there's something called the rich people tax all right so and i might have talked about this on 0.94
00:35:24.880 the show but this is a real thing you're fucking learning it right now learning it because you're 1.00
00:35:28.780 rich now right hey see what i'm saying call me pablo got your motherfucking you got a fucking 1.00
00:35:33.080 nicer house than you had now all of a sudden shit costs more okay so what happens when you get a 1.00
00:35:36.940 nicer house and people start knowing you make money is that shit that cost the exact same at your old 0.99
00:35:42.820 house now costs twice as much as the new house even though it's exact same shit like for an example 0.99
00:35:47.640 um you know this is not true i'm using this as an example this is not true because i have an
