00:00:00.000 what is up guys it's andy priscilla and this is the show for the realest say goodbye to the lies 0.97
00:00:21.300 the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality guys i apologize
00:00:26.500 for the lack of shows um i actually work for a living there's things i have to do and when things 0.75
00:00:33.820 get hot sometimes other things don't get done so uh we're back and we're gonna bring it today we got
00:00:41.880 q and af with my man dj what's been going on what's going on man i thought you're gonna say
00:00:46.860 it's dj's if it's black guy's fault oh yeah you know me that white supremacy is gonna come out
00:00:51.500 no man all is good man day one 75 hard yeah we both just started over we both had to restart 0.99
00:00:58.900 because uh i was a little bitch this past weekend but you had some real real shit going on but yeah 0.98
00:01:03.480 i don't know what happened dude i got like some like 24 hour stomach bug or some shit yeah i think 0.99
00:01:07.580 dude i actually think i think it was peanut butter like i had a little bit of peanut butter like as 0.97
00:01:14.220 to add calories into my shit and like i'm kind of allergic to it and i think it just fucked me up 0.96
00:01:19.840 because i hadn't had in a while yeah that shit happens with me with like it burned me up though 0.98
00:01:23.660 like dude real acidy like real like oh yeah like bad you know bad things all day yeah that's how i am 0.98
00:01:29.160 with fucking dairy products i'm officially fucking lactose intolerant well don't you read it don't 0.99
00:01:34.000 you read the data bro and i said it's not uncommon for for you know the african-american community but 1.00
00:01:37.960 you know but my dumb ass will still eat fucking ice cream and then here i am shitting my guts out 1.00
00:01:42.320 three days later fucking yeah you know what's going on but i blame white supremacy anyway so it's fine 1.00
00:01:47.600 fucking 100 bro what color was ice cream this fucking white is vanilla 1.00
00:01:51.080 oh man oh dude these people make it too easy 1.00
00:01:59.460 anyhow we're gonna we're gonna do some q at af you gotta i hope you got some good shit man 0.96
00:02:05.960 we got some good shit for you guys and as always you can email your questions into 0.96
00:02:09.560 askandy at andy for seller.com email those questions and they can be about anything guys 0.98
00:02:13.420 uh this is i mean whatever you got on your mind business politics fucking anything um so with 0.91
00:02:19.120 that being said let's knock these out man yeah so the first question i got for you andy is uh andy 0.66
00:02:23.720 i travel a lot for work okay i know that you do you know speaking engagements you travel quite a bit
00:02:29.960 as well how do you plan ahead and get the workouts in for 75 hard at the same time dude you know what
00:02:36.640 that's just that as you do 75 hard as we've talked on pretty much every 75 hard versus episode
00:02:43.140 um and anybody who's done the program the right way understands that one of the elements that
00:02:48.180 you're going to experience on 75 hard is learning how to manage your time properly and when you learn
00:02:53.300 how to manage your time properly you actually have a lot more time than what you think you do
00:02:56.600 and 75 hard really exposes that um so you look at it and you say oh my god i'm not gonna be able
00:03:03.360 to do this because i'm so fucking busy but in reality once you start doing it you're like what i have 0.92
00:03:07.020 all this extra time and it's it's a really like it's like an inverse effect of what you expect but 0.99
00:03:12.260 really all it is is teaching you that you have to fucking get your shit together to execute on the 0.98
00:03:17.540 day right so for me in the beginning it was really hard to travel and go do those things and plan it 0.99
00:03:23.720 but what i started realizing is you know on the days i like the travel days are the hard days right
00:03:29.340 like the day you have to travel um like the actual day yes like the day you have to get on a plane
00:03:34.340 those are the hard days because they're split up right and so usually on those days uh i just what
00:03:40.260 i do is i do cardio twice on those days i do one indoor 45 minute session on my treadmill uh up here
00:03:46.280 at the gym or at home or wherever i got to do it or maybe i'll do it outside in the morning and then
00:03:51.340 once i get there i might do another outside one just around the hotel or or in their gym or whatever
00:03:56.060 but i think when having when you have two cardio sessions on the same day when you travel
00:04:00.500 that's that's usually what i do um now if the hotel i'm going to or if i'm going to like
00:04:05.640 somewhere where i'm visiting a friend who has like a gym or whatever i'll use their gym and i go lift
00:04:11.760 right but at the bare minimum i want to get the movement in and get those workouts done so
00:04:15.720 do one before you fly now if you're flying at 3 a.m or 4 a.m you know that's probably not possible
00:04:23.060 maybe you can get your 45 minutes in the airport when you're waiting for the two hours before the flight
00:04:28.640 right um there's all kinds of solutions here guys the point is is it gets done no matter what and
00:04:34.000 that's it and if you adopt that mentality that it gets done no matter what it will get done you will
00:04:38.540 find a way will it always be easy no will it always be comfortable no it never will be but um if you 0.98
00:04:45.860 make it a non-negotiable this is what the fuck i got to do there won't be any problems with it's a 0.86
00:04:49.680 real easy solution yeah yeah man we've been and i've been traveling with you quite a bit so i mean 0.98
00:04:55.040 we've always got it in one of the first things we usually do when we get to wherever we're going
00:04:58.640 it's hit an outdoor workout because it's usually like you know uh it's usually time to do it and
00:05:07.380 we just fucking get it done right away before we settle into the room or whatever and then it's 0.91
00:05:11.700 done for the day right you know yeah yeah i think that that's always a good plan is you can knock it 0.98
00:05:15.800 out before you got shit to do you're good yeah you don't want to be waiting till fucking 11 but the 0.97
00:05:19.680 main thing is like that i want people to understand is that once you get control of your time 0.99
00:05:23.580 management like in a real way um you have a lot more time than what you think you do and anybody 1.00
00:05:29.800 who's done the 75 hard program uh the right way not the fucking bullshit they're made their own shit 0.98
00:05:36.720 or whatever uh they all you it's an undeniable benefit yeah it's fucking awesome all right question 0.99
00:05:44.240 number two andy what would you say to a high school student that's planning the future you know
00:05:50.720 planning their mindset their college just life right what would you say to them like with the
00:05:56.320 way that things are right now in the world what what are you telling a high school student it's so
00:06:01.020 funny you ask this question because i was going to do a real talk uh similar to this anyway um
00:06:06.000 so i'm just going to speak to you guys who who who are at you know you're seven 16 17 18 19 20
00:06:13.440 25 whatever and you're just getting started right you want to have a big life and you want to have
00:06:18.400 um you know financial freedom stability you want to make a lot of fucking money you want to build a 0.75
00:06:24.320 company um guys listen we i know you guys hear me say like how bad what's going on in the country is 0.92
00:06:35.060 but we are still way better than every other place in the world and there's still tons of opportunity to
00:06:40.240 build something here if you're truly dedicated to building it the the problem with with young 1.00
00:06:45.520 entrepreneurs um who are you know right they're just coming out of high school right and they want 0.86
00:06:52.800 to start is you've got all these people telling you different shit and most of those people haven't 0.86
00:06:56.840 done any of the shit that you've done so they're not going to understand what it is you want to do 0.97
00:07:00.920 nor are they going to understand why you want to do it um they've all accepted a different life and 0.98
00:07:04.880 that different path um is their normal so anytime you do something outside of that normal deviate from
00:07:10.220 yeah you're going to have people who don't understand it um they're going to criticize it
00:07:15.260 and you have to understand that most of those people are not haters they're trying to protect you
00:07:19.740 they're trying to protect you because they know that if they went out and did those things they would 0.97
00:07:23.920 fall on their fucking face and and they don't want you to fall on your face right but what i am 0.99
00:07:29.820 telling you is you shouldn't listen to those people because they haven't done it and if you're willing 1.00
00:07:34.360 to put yourself through a 10-year journey or a 15-year journey for real okay now i'm not talking
00:07:41.800 about these e-com dudes who just start a little website on amazon and start making a couple hundred 0.98
00:07:45.700 grand and you know they think they're rich and they fucking get themselves a fucking car and post 0.96
00:07:50.440 not talking about that i'm talking about building a actual company with employees listen i don't talk 1.00
00:07:57.720 about that shit that's not my specialty i am a fucking company builder right all right so i am talking 0.99
00:08:03.080 to people specifically who want that life go fucking do it pay the price and if you are willing 0.99
00:08:09.540 to go through that and do two things just two all right one never quit and two don't repeat the same 0.98
00:08:18.900 mistakes over again if you are able to do that if you are intelligent enough to do that you will
00:08:24.080 fucking get where you want to go you will get there a hundred percent no question it's a guaranteed 0.99
00:08:29.500 path to success now people will say how can you guarantee success because i've lived this shit 1.00
00:08:34.300 dude praise you listen i am not a smart human okay i'm an experienced human all right and i have come 0.92
00:08:44.820 across every single obstacle that you could pretty much come across in business and push through with 0.99
00:08:50.420 nobody backing no money no no fucking bank behind me no fucking daddy no none of that shit behind me 0.98
00:08:57.620 and we've been able to overcome those things and if i can do that so can you all right now i did have a 0.99
00:09:03.300 dad growing up who knew business but guess what i've given all those things away for free for eight
00:09:08.700 years now so you get this access to the exact same information that which is actually more information
00:09:14.320 because not only am i teaching you what i was taught i'm teaching you what i learned along the way 0.99
00:09:18.380 so don't listen to those motherfuckers who haven't done it surround yourself and get in with people 0.99
00:09:23.380 who have done it and learn from them and if you don't quit and you don't repeat your mistakes over and over 1.00
00:09:29.280 again you will get where the fuck you want to go the problem is most people get distracted along the 0.99
00:09:34.480 way they either get with a girl or a boy or they get into fucking drugs like dude everybody knows i smoke 0.99
00:09:40.940 weed but i didn't smoke weed regularly until fucking i was already rich as fuck okay so let me make that 0.99
00:09:47.820 clear all right and to be honest if i hadn't a drink that first fucking 15 years i would have 0.99
00:09:53.080 got there in fucking seven that's the truth all right so don't fucking do drugs i'm not gonna 0.98
00:10:00.460 fucking like when you're a young man or young woman and you think that you see rogan or you hear me 0.99
00:10:04.900 talking about it realize we're already there motherfucker you ain't all right so it's a little 1.00
00:10:10.940 bit of that uh do as i say not as i do but guess what i like smoking fucking weed i'm gonna fucking 0.99
00:10:17.600 do it and i'm rich as fuck i'm gonna keep doing it and that's it and in fact it's part of my business 0.99
00:10:22.360 now so that's fucking for all you people who hit me up on that fuck off with that shit yeah all right 1.00
00:10:28.340 you're you i'm me i'm where the fuck i am now and i've earned it and that's what i'm gonna fucking do 1.00
00:10:33.420 so if you get to be 42 years old and you fucking have all your shit together and all this fuck 1.00
00:10:38.640 do whatever the fuck you want but if you're fucking young and you think that's cool and you 1.00
00:10:43.240 think you're still gonna make it i promise you you fucking won't and here's why because other 1.00
00:10:47.320 motherfuckers that don't do that shit are gonna fucking beat you and that was me all right so 1.00
00:10:53.020 that's what i'm talking about when it comes to like those kind of things when you come to but when you 1.00
00:10:59.100 come to fucking actually getting there it's it's it's a lot easier than what people think people think 0.70
00:11:07.800 it's this mystical thing like i used to think like this like i used to really think like 0.95
00:11:13.300 there was an element of like dude this is where the success fairy thing comes from that i talk about 0.89
00:11:20.700 i used to think there was like a little fucking magic and you guys are gonna like roll your eyes 0.89
00:11:27.360 this is just how i used to think about it i used to think like certain people got to be successful 0.97
00:11:32.520 and certain people didn't and i didn't think it was up to my fucking choice like i thought like we 0.95
00:11:37.080 were predestined or selected by god or the universe or the dna or yeah or somebody comes along and says 0.91
00:11:44.420 like hey man i really see something in you you know let me take you under my wing i always thought
00:11:49.940 that's how it happened that's not how it happens at all how it happens is you're going to spend a
00:11:55.060 whole lot of time stress the fuck out you're going to feel like you're losing you're going to feel 0.99
00:11:59.100 like you suck you're going to you're going to keep going at it and you're going to feel like 0.99
00:12:02.320 you're wasting your life and people are going to tell you you're wasting your life and then one day 1.00
00:12:06.260 you're going to figure something out because of all the shit that you got that you learned from getting 1.00
00:12:09.760 your ass beat for that long right and that first little thing is going to make you a little bit of 1.00
00:12:13.620 money and you're going to be like fuck and then you're going to take that money and this is where the 1.00
00:12:17.300 e-com guys that i was talking about a minute ago need to fucking listen to what i'm saying 0.99
00:12:20.720 then you take that money and invest it into more infrastructure and a real business you know if you want to start 0.89
00:12:27.580 your seed money selling on amazon cool take that money and build a real company that's worth something 0.88
00:12:33.400 because like these e-com businesses that these people are fucking doing that's like you gotta you 0.98
00:12:38.140 you have to you have to hunt for your fucking dinner right you know i'm saying when you build a real 0.99
00:12:42.060 company your dinner just shows the fuck up all right so that's what you want and that's where you 0.99
00:12:47.300 want to be you want to be the person who takes the time to build something real and here's the best
00:12:52.420 part about it you're going to learn so much along the way that you're going to eventually get to a 0.99
00:12:57.220 point where any when people can't fuck with you because you know what the fuck's up yeah you know 0.99
00:13:01.140 i'm saying like you know the way the world works you know the real laws of shit and dude what's 0.99
00:13:05.120 going to happen when you get to that point and this is just reality is you're going to distance yourself 0.98
00:13:08.920 from all these fucking people who are criticizing you anyway because you can't even tolerate listening 1.00
00:13:13.380 to their dumb shit it's just the truth yeah this is why i don't fuck with that many people 1.00
00:13:17.920 yeah because like i cannot fucking tolerate anymore listening to bullshit yeah you know i'm saying 1.00
00:13:24.200 like i can't listen to bullshitters in business i can't listen i can't listen to it like it it makes 0.99
00:13:29.840 me just smell it as soon as they work bro i hate it yeah and you know me like i fucking i fucking sneak 0.99
00:13:33.760 away every time you know and um so don't be like that you know be someone who builds something real 0.99
00:13:40.660 and and if you don't quit and you learn from your mistakes i i i don't see how the fuck you can't 0.90
00:13:45.860 get there i really don't yeah yeah so that's my advice man you know go out and build something real 0.99
00:13:51.860 you know start fucking be prepared to start at the ground if you got to go door to door to fucking 0.98
00:13:59.120 talk to people do it that's what i did so you know it's not for everybody and that's why i say being 0.99
00:14:06.580 an entrepreneur a great entrepreneur is actually much quicker and more rewarding than being an
00:14:12.860 entrepreneur yeah you know a lot of people think being an entrepreneur is this fun glamorous thing well 0.99
00:14:18.060 it is if you enjoy getting your nuts kicked in every fucking day you know what i'm saying and 0.99
00:14:22.840 everybody sees like like today i posted the car post and everybody sees all that shit but what they 1.00
00:14:27.740 don't understand is like i don't do nothing else and i haven't done nothing else yeah you know i'm 0.92
00:14:32.840 saying and like that ain't for everybody yeah well they don't get the three phone conversations you
00:14:37.060 had before you posted that because it's fucking fires you had to put yeah yeah before eight o'clock in 0.97
00:14:41.120 the morning you know i'm saying like dude how many days do i come out of the house i'm already
00:14:44.700 fucking fired off exhausted yeah or exhausted yeah yeah yeah so like you know being a good 0.79
00:14:50.340 entrepreneur is a great thing man build skills fucking get in with somebody who knows what how 0.99
00:14:54.620 to fucking win is committed to winning long term where you could build a real career dude that way 0.96
00:14:58.120 you can make a lot of money and have a life yeah you know that's real so that's real now i'm not 0.98
00:15:03.940 saying you can't have a life as an entrepreneur but any entrepreneur that tells you that you get to 0.99
00:15:07.400 have balance and all this shit is fucking lying they're fucking lying so just be prepared that's the truth 0.98
00:15:14.700 that's real all right andy so our third and final question okay um i've heard andy i've heard you 0.99
00:15:21.280 speak of rt syndicate i'm not an entrepreneur okay do you think that there is massive benefits
00:15:27.180 for entrepreneurs joining rt as well yeah i do because that the concepts of being an entrepreneur
00:15:33.920 being an entrepreneur are virtually the same except for you're not going to actually own the company
00:15:38.460 uh if you're an entrepreneur so the the concepts that you're going to learn about branding still going to
00:15:44.020 be able to allow you to add value uh branding how to run how to manage how to lead how to do all
00:15:49.440 these things um but quite honestly like dude if you go back and listen to my mf ceo project
00:15:54.840 and go through 300 episodes um and you're willing to do that you're going to find out a lot of the
00:16:00.020 shit you need right there so i love rt it's a great group um it's an elite group uh typically these
00:16:06.640 are people who are trying to get better in all areas of life um but by no means do you have to join 0.98
00:16:12.280 you know i'm not going to be one of these guys who sit here and said oh if you don't join you're 0.98
00:16:15.120 going to fucking get your ass kicked that's not true but here's the benefit of rt that people don't 0.98
00:16:18.920 really talk about is the connections and the people that you meet inside of it so you're going to meet 1.00
00:16:23.260 all these people that are already doing all this shit they're already a lot of them are already doing 0.85
00:16:27.520 exactly what you do and guess what they're going to be willing to help you they're going to be willing 0.97
00:16:31.140 to share information with you they're going to be willing to uh help guide you along the way and that
00:16:35.280 that's invaluable having a network of like-minded people that you can call upon that can not only uh give you
00:16:41.320 advice but also possibly do business together i can't tell you how many companies have formed out
00:16:45.060 of that group that have been successful and are becoming great greatly successful um so you know
00:16:51.460 it's definitely not for everybody but if you're somebody that truly wants to win uh and can afford
00:16:56.140 it because it's not cheap um you know it's a great thing to try to get into now if you can't afford
00:17:02.500 it and you're in the beginning where you just have zero dollars bro there's tons of free content out
