00:15:12.400 dollars of taxpayer money taxes paid by the people of missouri is given away to people in this tax

00:15:19.280 credit program and you go back audit after audit over over the course of a decade showed that only about

00:15:25.640 42 cents of every dollar actually went to anything close to low-income housing so you do the quick

00:15:32.000 math over the last just the last 10 years 1.5 billion dollars 58 750 million dollars that's being

00:15:41.800 stolen and given away to insiders and then to understand how the scheme works because it happens

00:15:48.880 in the same way in the federal government what the low-income housing tax credit guys do they then turn

00:15:54.500 around and take that taxpayer money that 750 million and they give out lots of political donations

00:16:00.540 okay so now they're paying off all of the politicians so what are the politicians do they keep the low
