00:00:26.840 hope you had a great labor day weekend uh we have q and a f today that is where you submit the
00:00:33.140 questions and i give you the uh answers it's kind of an ode to the old mf ceo project podcast that i
00:00:39.580 used to do which is all personal development success uh how to win um this is where you can
00:00:45.140 you know ask me anything you want uh you could submit those questions too guys email those
00:00:49.660 questions into ask andy at andy for seller.com and that is uh that's dj hello children my handsome
00:00:54.880 co-host um sometimes when you tune in we're going to have cti that's cruise the internet
00:01:00.180 that's where we throw up some uh headlines on the internet three to be exact and we talk about what
00:01:06.060 might be true uh what probably is true and what the bigger underlying problem is that we can help
00:01:11.660 solve here um that's kind of a comedic take on what's going on in the world but you know there's
00:01:17.480 some very good points made probably some dumb ones too let's just be real uh then sometimes we have
00:01:22.460 real talk real talk is where i get on here and i give you five to twenty minutes uh of a speech
00:01:27.900 um which is usually my internal dialogue to myself uh and i share that with you so that you can be
00:01:34.300 offended actually i share that with you so you can get fucking better so do with it what you will 0.96
00:01:39.280 uh then we have full length full length is where i bring on successful interesting uh incredible human 0.86
00:01:45.640 beings who have done amazing stuff sometimes i bring on people that disagree we have conversations
00:01:50.280 but either way uh the theme of the show is how to make the world a better place by you being better 0.98
00:01:55.740 okay we have q and a f that's that's where you get to ask your questions about how to be fucking 0.92
00:02:01.180 better we have cti which is we point out the macro problems in the world and what you have to
00:02:06.240 understand is for the macro problems in the world to get solved we have to solve ourselves okay so that's
00:02:11.520 the whole goal of this show is to tie those things together um and then maybe have a little fun doing
00:02:16.020 it so that's that there is a fee for the show if you like the show please share the show okay uh we
00:02:21.660 don't run ads on the show um unless i'm drinking first form energy drinks and then we run ads so
00:02:28.800 in lieu of ads i would appreciate that you uh tell someone about the show so that's that's kind of it
00:02:33.940 huh that's pretty much it yeah yeah how was your weekend bro it was good man it was good what'd you
00:02:37.660 guys do uh you know rode around a little bit you get on the bike got a little wet yeah yeah it's been 0.52
00:02:43.800 raining like fucking crazy here uh about to go build that ark but it kind of was a big little 0.83
00:02:48.560 ride in it was not not too bad how i had a little memorial service had to do but yeah yeah it's all 0.97
00:02:53.140 good man yeah what about you dude it's groundhog day for me man i'm just trying to get through this
00:03:01.060 injury you know i'm just about out of the injury phase um you know for those of you guys don't know
00:03:07.540 i tore pretty much everything in my shoulder uh september 15 2021 so almost a year ago now
00:03:13.100 and uh i didn't get surgery until december 13th or so yeah something like that 21 three months
00:03:19.240 after yeah because i wouldn't wear a mask and nobody would nobody would do an mri because of
00:03:23.920 a mask so um you know and i know you guys laugh and you think that sounds stupid but
00:03:28.740 uh that's how i'm wired like if i believe something i'm not going to bend so um yeah it cost me 90 days 1.00
00:03:36.240 i probably could be completely healthy by now looking back i kind of i'm kind of like fuck you're an 0.99
00:03:39.980 idiot but at the same time you know i i still feel good about myself for never bending to these 1.00
00:03:45.560 fucks no that's real man so that's real you know what i'm saying yeah like bro this ain't about 1.00
00:03:50.400 anything other than that like i want to be able to look in the mirror and be like bro i did the 0.98
00:03:53.640 right thing during during the time of crisis you know what i thought was right yeah and it just so
00:03:58.740 turns out if you guys are regular listeners you know i'm not going to say i was perfectly right on
00:04:03.700 every fucking detail but i would say it was a solid 98 a plus i think it's funny i was just 0.93
00:04:09.840 talking to somebody about this the other day i think it's important for people to remember 0.99
00:04:13.080 that when the covid shit first came out i mean like the like the first time like the first 0.98
00:04:18.560 fucking day day one everybody took it pretty fucking serious you know i'm saying like everybody 0.99
00:04:23.620 there was a there was a reasonable like oh shit okay well bro pandemic you know i'm saying okay cool 0.99
00:04:28.960 yeah but see like dude that was just taking advantage of you got to understand there's there's 0.96
00:04:33.420 things here that people don't consider about that that i knew right away like like bro when that came
00:04:38.780 out i'm 40 years old dude i've been through multiple pandemics in our in our and people are like not 0.77
00:04:44.060 like this no motherfucker just like this okay you guys a lot of the listeners here and a lot of social 0.56
00:04:50.520 media is too young to know that like they don't remember h1n1 they don't remember those things before 0.99
00:04:56.240 that they never shut the country down they never made us wear masks they never did any of this 0.99
00:05:00.980 shit and a lot of us who were 40 to 50 we were all the ones calling this bullshit out like if you 1.00
00:05:10.420 look at the people who were standing up saying no this is fucking bullshit yeah they're coming from 1.00
00:05:14.260 that age dude they're all the same age they're all like 37 to like 50 and because the people over 1.00
00:05:20.860 50 they're like oh fuck it i'm gonna be dead soon don't give a fuck you're right and the people 0.99
00:05:25.440 younger don't know any better so it's this age group of humans between you know what i just said 1.00
00:05:31.380 that sort of recognized it because we were able to discern what we had been through in the past right
00:05:38.540 and so there was a there was an automatic red flag there that said like wait a minute dude this ain't
00:05:44.300 what we do this is not how we do it you know and that was the initial for me like the initial red flag
00:05:50.620 for me was like wait hold on bro and then when i started looking at the the initial data that was 0.73
00:05:55.760 coming out of italy right away yeah because if you remember italy we got it the fucking worst hammered 0.95
00:06:00.460 yeah yeah their data on in march of 2020 still reflects the data that is today right you know
00:06:06.160 what i'm saying like and i called it out you know i'm like no dude the death rate is is uh um 0.95
00:06:11.300 is six percent of covid right not with covid right right and i called this shit out like in march 2020 0.99
00:06:17.380 and motherfuckers fucking raped me for the next fucking two years over it and it's like dude guys 0.99
00:06:23.340 nobody here is like trying to make people unsafe nobody hears that nobody's trying to kill your 1.00
00:06:28.160 grandma all we've been trying to do this whole time is point out what was leading up to this fucking 0.98
00:06:35.040 hitler speech that joe biden gave that that scared the like dude that scared the fuck out of even 0.99
00:06:40.320 democrats yeah like dude all my democrat friends are like holy fuck bro i'm like dude this is all 0.97
00:06:45.660 i've been trying to show you the whole time we're leading into this and all the signs are there and 1.00
00:06:51.300 because you're busy watching fucking keeping up with the kardashians or some other fucking bullshit 0.99
00:06:56.060 media fucking hype shit yeah you're not paying attention and in the mean in the interim they're 1.00
00:07:02.240 making life incredibly difficult for you they're pushing the middle class to poverty they're 1.00
00:07:07.120 intentionally doing it for control they want everybody dependent on their system so they can
00:07:11.700 maintain power when 53 percent of the population doesn't pay tax right what does that mean that
00:07:17.780 means those people are an automatic vote for people who want uh to to create programs for them to get 0.83
00:07:25.340 paid and shit like so dude you guys who believe in the american dream and especially goes for you 0.79
00:07:31.540 democrats who believe in the american dream freedom you know having the land of opportunity and all of 0.98
00:07:37.500 these things like bro i understand like the democrats in general are like look we need to make it better
00:07:45.500 we need to make it because dude most of democrats have huge hearts yeah they just don't understand the 0.83
00:07:50.360 logistics of how to make things happen and so you guys who want better shit i understand that like 0.93
00:07:57.260 there's definitely better things in society that could be but dude we're in danger right now because 0.96
00:08:02.520 we've been lied to as a whole tremendously about fucking everything that if people don't let go of 0.97
00:08:09.100 these labels of like i'm a democrat i'm a republican and unify as a freedom loving fucking america that 0.98
00:08:14.620 believes in equal opportunity for everybody that believes in uh you know working together as a team 0.99
00:08:20.740 which believes in the betterment of of society through our own production bro these government fuckers 1.00
00:08:25.260 they're never going to do anything for us no they want you as poor as possible they want you as sick 1.00
00:08:30.420 as possible they want you fucked up like they know that if they fuck you up enough that you have to be 1.00
00:08:36.280 dependent on them and bro that should piss you the fuck off that should piss you the fuck off it does me 0.99
00:08:41.440 like that drives me to want to be even more successful and the problem is you know for people that are 0.99
00:08:48.120 like you guys out there listening who are driven to be more successful you know they're they're they're trying to
00:08:53.700 foster a hate for you they're trying to foster uh and put the blame on people like you who are out 0.98
00:09:00.620 there trying to build great lives as the reason is that other people don't have shit no the reason 1.00
00:09:05.000 those people don't have shit is because for the last 20 years they've been indoctrinated to believe 1.00
00:09:09.840 that the government should provide every motherfucking thing for them and that's just not reality 0.99
00:09:13.640 dude and if you're if you're betting on that to happen like if you're standing in your political 0.99
00:09:18.000 ideology right now and you're saying dude fuck these republicans they're extremists they're this 1.00
00:09:22.760 they're that they're this and you're buying into this shit bro you are buying into your own demise 1.00
00:09:26.880 that's the truth you are buying into being poor you are buying into being sick you are buying into 1.00
00:09:32.600 being unhealthy you are buying into a caste system that you will never be able to break out of
00:09:37.720 that's reality and so like dude if you have a dream in your heart in your soul in your mind 0.99
00:09:43.700 about improving getting better making it better for your family you better snap the fuck out or 0.99
00:09:49.420 whatever the fuck you believe in regards to those people are on our team because they ain't 0.99
00:09:53.460 it's fucking real man i think it's important like you just gotta like i think what these last few 0.99
00:10:00.460 years have taught us is that you gotta draw that line and fucking submit and not saying to where 0.97
00:10:04.880 it's fucking there and just stand on it yeah because there's there's definitely like i feel better 0.98
00:10:10.140 knowing the fucking challenges and those little uh you know uh conversations that nobody likes to 0.99
00:10:17.380 really have right but like i feel i feel better because i had those things and i know where i stand 0.98
00:10:22.020 at you know dude i almost got put out the fucking hospital when ryan was getting born you know i'm 0.99
00:10:25.980 not playing these games you know but guess what she got born and i saw it i was there you know but 0.97
00:10:30.540 like you got one of my best friends so one of my best one of my very fucking best friends this is 0.90
00:10:36.200 somebody i talk to almost every day um he's famous i'm not gonna say his name especially in the fitness 0.95
00:10:42.300 world um his fucking dad this this dude okay was was one of the first guys out there saying dude 1.00
00:10:53.500 ivermectin okay his fuck he had to watch his fucking dad die on fucking zoom because the doctors 1.00
00:11:01.280 wouldn't fucking treat him with fucking alternative therapeutics that were proven to fucking work 1.00
00:11:06.200 that they knew were proven to work based off a report that was released from the pentagon 0.99
00:11:09.960 in in fucking april of 2020 0.98
00:11:12.260 okay there's documents in april of 2020 that show that they knew that fucking ivermectin cured this 0.99
00:11:20.780 shit and they brushed it under the rug and not only they brushed it under the rug pharmacists denied it 0.99
00:11:25.740 doctors denied it they made fun of everybody who they look what they did to rogan for fucking people's 1.00
00:11:30.700 licensing bro they kicked those frontline doctors out of fucking medical industry 1.00
00:11:35.200 for saying like bro do you not remember uh uh uh that the the doctors on the capital steps you know 0.99
00:11:41.880 that black woman saying i can't remember her name but uh saying uh dude we have therapeutics that work 1.00
00:11:49.700 we have a cure we've done it we've used them and and then they fucking ruined her and they ruin those 0.99
00:11:55.580 doctors listen this is crimes against humanity you guys fail to you guys fail to fucking recognize that 0.98
00:12:04.580 you think it's just a blip in the radar no we are living through what i believe will go down in 0.97
00:12:09.900 history as the biggest fucking conspiracy and crime against humanity ever i believe more people will 0.97
00:12:16.460 die from this than ever died from any fucking genocide or anything ever again we don't even know what's 0.98
00:12:22.000 going to happen over the next four or five years we're in the beginning of it still 1.00
00:12:25.580 it's fucked it's fucked up dude you know and i just wish that people would like maybe stop and put 1.00
00:12:33.400 your pride aside and say fuck dude these people kill people they kill people intentionally and i know 1.00
00:12:39.380 they did because i fucking watched it happen so and now they're putting in putting ivermectin back 1.00
00:12:47.300 on the cdc list of yeah that's what's like yeah bro yeah i thought i forgot to mention that ivermectin 0.92
00:12:53.240 is now on the approved treatment list by the way magically on the cdc website just took two and a half
00:12:58.600 years you know that shit's wild man but in the day man it's about it's about that that micro just 0.92
00:13:05.500 getting better man control that's it control that's the thing like when i say personal excellence is 0.99
00:13:09.700 the ultimate rebellion you guys got to understand what that means like a lot of people don't understand 0.99
00:13:12.880 what that means if they want you sick what's the ultimate fuck you to them healthy to be healthy 1.00
00:13:17.740 if they want you fat and weak what's the ultimate fucking fuck you not fat fucking healthy be fit 1.00
00:13:23.280 and strong yeah okay if they want you poor be wealthy yeah or at least be working towards that 1.00
00:13:28.700 unapologetically you know like all of these things they want if they want you uneducated and hooked on 0.89
00:13:34.060 netflix and on video games and shit that should piss you off to you where you rebel by doing the 0.97
00:13:39.760 opposite should be looked at as an insult yeah it is an insult bro like they're treating us like 1.00
00:13:44.240 we're a bunch of fucking mindless dumb fucks put these meta goggles on where you can't even see 1.00
00:13:48.600 your your literal physical yeah and you know what dude when you're fucking 70 years old if you make 1.00
00:13:53.220 it that far yeah okay you're gonna regret every motherfucking second that you spent on those 0.99
00:13:57.280 fucking goggles you're gonna you're not gonna talk back of all the time you spent on social media 0.99
00:14:02.340 oh dude i had a great life i spent so much time on fucking instagram that's not reality dude 1.00
00:14:07.140 that's not reality and the longer it goes the worse it gets the culture on instagram right now is the 0.99
00:14:13.040 is fucking disgusting you know like it's just 0.99
00:14:15.960 look we're gonna have to make some decisions about how we want to live as human beings 0.99
00:14:22.300 i know where i'm gonna decide so anyway we got a show to do yeah man let's let's get to it man
00:14:28.980 uh andy guys question number one uh andy like many people i've built my brand business on platform
00:14:37.100 like facebook instagram um and more so recently with tiktok with all the censorship going on
00:14:43.080 across these platforms should people like me who built a brand online look into other avenues to
00:14:48.200 advertise their products and services yes absolutely i personally believe that we are going to enter a
00:14:56.620 time of technological regression meaning i think just like i just said fucking two minutes ago it's a 0.94
00:15:04.820 good tie-in um that a lot of people are starting to realize what i said they're realizing that it's 0.85
00:15:10.240 not a natural state for us to stare at our phone for eight fucking hours a day um i think people are 0.93
00:15:16.460 starting to break out of that that trance that we've been in you know the the coolness of technology 0.94
00:15:21.900 is and the downfall is like the coolness is wearing off and the negatives are starting to show 0.59
00:15:27.120 right um you know we have fucking i mean i could list a million problems but and we all know them 0.89
00:15:33.480 but but the reality is is i believe in a business strategy standpoint what you do in the real world 0.98
00:15:39.280 is going to is going to matter more and more and more not less and less and less okay as they push
00:15:44.560 harder for this technology it's it's no different than how biden keeps pushing this extremist narrative 0.98
00:15:50.160 and what's it doing it's pushing people to the right towards trump because it sounds so fucked up 0.98
00:15:55.340 so with technology they're trying to like enslave us in this technological fucking fake reality 0.99
00:16:01.740 of metaverse instagram netflix video games all fucking day so that they can rape the world of 0.98
00:16:09.480 everything fucking great and we miss our entire human experience okay so that's what's happening and 0.96
00:16:15.700 what's going to happen is the further they push the technology the further away from it people are
00:16:23.880 going to are going to run and and i can see that happening dude it's happening you know people
00:16:28.100 are spending less and less time on social media people are starting to like say you know what
00:16:32.300 i just kind of want a regular life like i don't care about fucking social anymore you know what i'm 1.00
00:16:38.040 saying that's happening that's real shit that's happening especially when it's just full of fucking 0.99
00:16:41.480 d-backs oh well dude i mean look man like dude there's there's two kinds of people there's people 1.00
00:16:46.660 that do real shit yeah and there's people that sit online and fucking and criticize it and that's the 0.97
00:16:50.900 reality and you know people are tired of that and people are tired of the negative culture and 1.00
00:16:55.360 they're tired of the cancel culture and they're tired of the fucking piling on and they're tired 0.96
00:16:58.860 they're just tired and so what i think is going to happen is you're going to see people especially 0.90
00:17:03.520 with this lockdown for the last fucking two and a half years worldwide people have become hungry for 0.76
00:17:08.900 real life experiences where they thought it would condition them to be on technology more 0.87
00:17:14.020 and while it may have statistically shown them oh yeah more people are spending time online 1.00
00:17:19.460 well yeah motherfucker you're not letting us leave the fucking house that's not a genuine data point 0.99
00:17:24.800 that's a forced data point so they're sitting there saying oh this is working when the regular person 1.00
00:17:30.860 now that things are opening back up they're like fuck that dude i'm gonna go fucking have a beer on 0.98
00:17:34.740 the patio with my homies you know so in a business sense you have to prepare for that um you know 0.99
00:17:41.840 people saying oh retail's dead fuck retail ain't fucking dead bro people are starving for that 0.99
00:17:48.160 interpersonal connection i own retail stores i have retail company we're selling more product 0.99
00:17:53.840 in our retail stores than we ever have by a lot too not not a little by a lot the difference is
00:17:58.980 the reason people are struggling in retail is because they're not providing a proper customer
00:18:05.480 experience to create value for the customer so for you to be competitive in the real world
00:18:10.200 you have to beat the convenience aspect how do you beat the convenience aspect you're not going to
00:18:14.860 beat it with price you're going to beat it with experience and customer value all right so if you 0.98
00:18:20.080 own a company that can that operates in the real world and social media is your only fucking 0.97
00:18:25.040 advertising venue you have to start thinking how can i attract these people in real life how can i 0.72
00:18:30.740 connect with these people in real life you know you're you guys have seen like with first form i'm sure
00:18:35.380 if you follow me on instagram which is you know i hope you do um you know we have billboards all over 0.97
00:18:41.280 the country now we've got fucking signage in major league baseball parks and shit like that that's 0.94
00:18:46.620 us adapting back to the real world from technology right and there's a ton of other things like we 0.98
00:18:52.020 built out like you know actual street teams and demo teams and things that are that you would have
00:18:57.160 done 20 years ago without the internet without you know and and dude it's fucking working so like 0.95
00:19:03.260 there's a there's a there's a real life a pendulum swinging back to real life experience and i'm not
00:19:09.740 saying that the technology is going to go away what i'm saying is you're going to have to learn
00:19:13.180 to play in both worlds and right and i'm this is why i'm super and this is also why i'm bringing back
00:19:18.020 a lot more personal development content soon um which i'll talk to you guys about later because i
00:19:22.760 think it's needed but this is why i'm very thankful like i built companies before the internet i built
00:19:28.420 companies after the internet and guess what you're going to have to do to be successful in business moving
00:19:32.740 out from here you're going to have to operate in both so don't worry i'm going to bring back some 0.87
00:19:37.100 content to help you guys learn that shit um but that's where i would start thinking about you know 0.97
00:19:41.640 don't be too dependent on one platform don't be too dependent on on internet real world shit still 0.97
00:19:46.980 matters okay and what ultimately matters is what people say about you after you interact with them
00:19:52.080 so if you could you know learning to harness that the best way possible is what's going to be best for
00:19:57.680 your business now are you going to bat a thousand is everybody going to say you're the best ever no 0.98
00:20:02.100 you're going to do the best you can you're going to have people that fucking don't like you and 0.91
00:20:05.880 you're going to have people that have things to say and you handle those the best you can you keep 0.88
00:20:08.820 fucking moving that's reality okay but to be successful in the long term with what's going
00:20:15.080 on in society you are going to have to learn how to operate in the real world and with technology at 0.98
00:20:21.720 some point like bro if the internet shut down right now a lot no no like dude like there was a year ago
00:20:28.700 two years ago i don't know if you guys remember where instagram was fucked up for like two days 0.95
00:20:31.780 oh yeah where nobody could get on bro those businesses that are completely uh dependent on 0.96
00:20:38.620 fucking youtube or fucking instagram and shit they are out of business in one fucking day like a lot 0.99
00:20:43.360 of you guys running businesses you you are destroyed with one day of of of disruption imagine if instagram 1.00
00:20:50.700 goes out for a fucking month you're out of business so you have to be uh and and by the way 0.97
00:20:56.620 those of you guys who have like affiliations with companies and you know links and shit like that um 0.95
00:21:02.980 that goes for you too because that's your business so you have to make the impact in your real life
00:21:07.700 right you see what i'm saying like you gotta do both yeah so anyway oh that's real man yeah
00:21:15.200 uh question number two andy i know you you talked about depression and how you deal with those demons
00:21:22.600 and the last time you mentioned you were trying to wean off of medications um i just wanted to
00:21:27.520 see how that was working because i'm interested in doing the same of course uh with talking to my
00:21:32.300 doctor so what how's it going not good not good um
00:21:40.460 you know i've been on uh antidepressant pills for 11 years man and uh you know when i needed them
00:21:51.700 when i thought when i was when i got put on them i was in a very bad spot i had a nervous breakdown
00:21:56.860 i went to the fucking hospital um you know they put me on this pill and uh i felt better i did feel 0.93
00:22:05.800 better um and for a long time i advocated for it i would argue against it and say you know there's 0.99
00:22:11.740 people that really need these things and when this study came out recently about how they were lying 0.83
00:22:17.600 uh you know tom cruise basically went out in public 20 years ago and said hey this is bullshit
00:22:23.300 and then they actually came out with a study recently to show the chemical imbalance theory 0.96
00:22:28.420 is is not based in real science and that got me questioning like what the fuck like because after 0.98
00:22:34.080 the last two years i've started questioning everything and um i started questioning like why the fuck do they 0.94
00:22:43.640 put people on these things like why are they putting these people on these things if the science
00:22:47.360 that's based around isn't actually even valid or some of it's not valid right and um
00:22:53.620 and so i decided to get off of it dude and uh and around the end of july um you know i talked to my 0.83
00:23:01.920 doctor and you know we got a plan by the way if you're going to do this do not fucking just cut this 0.99
00:23:06.680 shit out okay i'm gonna this is not do not listen to what i'm saying you talk to your fucking doctor 1.00
00:23:11.000 or and if your doctor says hey stay on it talk to a doctor about how to get off of it it is for you 1.00
00:23:15.500 getting off of it if that's what you want to do because a lot of these doctors don't want to fucking 0.61
00:23:18.860 get you off of it um but because i was questioning what's going on in the world and what's going on 0.96
00:23:24.940 in the government what's i don't trust these these people anymore after seeing what they just did
00:23:29.980 with this vaccine and and um the forcing and and like i started thinking about like
00:23:35.560 well if the science really isn't there what does this pill actually do to people you know what i
00:23:43.380 mean and like i'm a big believer in uh you know metaphysical and quantum physical attraction you
00:23:50.220 know people call it the law of attraction i believe that when you put things out i believe that they
00:23:54.240 come back to you a hundred percent so much so that you know i've i you couldn't convince me and uh
00:24:00.380 otherwise and so i just wanted to get off and uh bro it's it's been it's been really fucking hard 0.87
00:24:08.860 um you know i have i have uh highly emotional states you know where i get extremely angry or i i 0.84
00:24:19.660 sometimes will just start fucking crying for no fucking reason um it comes in waves uh you know 0.93
00:24:27.840 there's there's vertigo issues there there's physical issues um you know there's there's like 0.99
00:24:33.120 these these like a little electric pulses that happen in my brain where i get like a 0.98
00:24:36.560 an out-of-body experience um my anxiety is way fucking worse than it was when i was on the shit but 0.96
00:24:43.760 but they say that that's normal for for like 90 days um but you know uh 0.97
00:24:52.800 i'm in the middle of it right now you know i'm i'm i'm fucking basically like 35 days through 0.94
00:24:59.840 a 90-day fucking detox on it and it's been really fucking hard and um for any of you guys who have 0.93
00:25:06.340 gone through it i commend you because it's it's been uh it's been an experience for sure a very 0.98
00:25:13.800 difficult one and um i don't know i'll keep you in the loop you know but uh it's it's not been easy 0.54
00:25:22.420 at all and for anybody going through that shit uh just stay committed man because there's been a 0.97
00:25:29.740 number of times where i felt so fucked up where i'm like fuck it i'm gonna fucking i'm gonna go 0.99
00:25:33.840 back on because i feel fucked up but like dude i just don't trust these people you know and um 0.97
00:25:38.280 i'm i'm gonna work back to doing what i know that works for for my for my own self you know 10 0.76
00:25:45.000 years ago i didn't know how to control myself i didn't know the things i know now about personal
00:25:49.640 discipline um but what i've discovered uh is that you know with water with movement with the proper
00:25:58.860 diet um and some building of discipline you know putting the proper information in your brain being
00:26:05.340 conscious about those things i've been able to take a much more um thorough control of my mental
00:26:12.660 state and uh i yeah i felt really fucking good um most of the time because of those things and i 0.81
00:26:21.880 think just getting off these pills has got me fucked up a little bit but uh you know i believe that with 0.91
00:26:26.620 those three things you know the water the movement uh you know uh four things uh you know the the putting 0.98
00:26:33.380 the right shit in your brain and those things i you know basically everything was in a live hard 0.66
00:26:37.560 program most things um have helped me get through and i feel like you know i feel like for most people 1.00
00:26:43.200 bro i think that'll cure 90 of your fucking problems you know what i mean we're not even taught that like 0.98
00:26:49.560 we're taught when you go to the doctor what do they do they give you a fucking pill you know and uh 0.99
00:26:55.120 here's the quick fix yeah yeah it's just not it's just not the way i believe that we should be 0.99
00:27:00.700 addressing people that have issues you know no shit we're depressed we're on a fucking screen eight 0.98
00:27:05.940 hours a fucking day humans aren't meant to do that shit no shit we're depressed we got to read every 1.00
00:27:11.840 negative fucking thing that every fucking human fucking says about us that would never say it to 1.00
00:27:16.500 our motherfucking faces okay every fucking person out there deals with this shit you know back in the 1.00
00:27:22.400 day like when other people built businesses yeah there was people that talk shit but you didn't have 1.00
00:27:26.840 to fucking read it you know what i'm saying like it's just a different scenario and like dude even if 0.97
00:27:31.860 you're not building a business you're just a regular person like look at the way people treat 0.98
00:27:35.680 each other now you know like there's a entirely different code of ethics on the internet than 0.99
00:27:40.920 there is in real life and it mentally fucks people up you know one person posts some shit that somebody 1.00
00:27:46.880 doesn't like and all of a sudden it's this giant fuck you and you're a fucking piece of shit and 1.00
00:27:51.280 you're this and that and this there's no grace for anybody anymore at all there's no consequences 1.00
00:27:55.500 either no online there's none right and like that's a big problem and instagram's not protecting you
00:28:01.440 bro yeah but that's another reason why people are moving away from it because they're like bro
00:28:05.140 it's just garbage you know what i'm saying like so for me dude like you know that's a decision i
00:28:12.540 made for me and i'm not encouraging anyone to go do that um but if you're interested in doing that 0.92
00:28:17.940 just know it's going to be a day-by-day battle that you will get through and i'll get through this 0.93
00:28:22.620 shit uh i'm determined to get through this shit and you know there's good and there's bad there's 0.99
00:28:28.020 times i forgot that i even fucking came off the shit i feel fucking great there's other times where 1.00
00:28:32.620 i'll be walking down the street and i start fucking crying for no reason like it the shit 1.00
00:28:36.140 fucks you up is what i'm trying to say and like the withdrawal of it is real shit and any of you 1.00
00:28:41.000 guys who are dealing with a family member who's coming off of these meds or whatever i believe 1.00
00:28:46.640 personally those meds fuck you up way worse than what you felt before and um so you know be patient 0.98
00:28:53.660 man what do you say to the family members like i mean what can they fucking understand it's real 1.00
00:28:57.880 shit it's not made up shit like people like oh depression's made up maybe the medical industry 1.00
00:29:02.940 did make it up but they put true fucking billion people on these fucking meds and i can tell you 1.00
00:29:08.580 for sure coming off of it it ain't made up right like when i can't fucking when i have to walk out 0.99
00:29:14.360 of the gym because i feel like i fucking have vertigo and i can't focus and i can't see or my brain 0.98
00:29:19.960 feels like it's hooked up to a fucking electrical cord like bro that's real fucking shit so like even 0.99
00:29:25.780 though you can't see your family member dealing with this shit understand that it's real for them 1.00
00:29:30.380 on the inside and it's physical symptoms you know when i when i had my fucking nervous breakdown issue 0.99
00:29:36.280 back in 2012 bro it was real shit like it manifested in physical fucking pain it wasn't like oh i just 0.97
00:29:43.380 felt bad like i couldn't open my eyes so like i went to the doctor and they're like bro you got it 0.99
00:29:48.620 like a like like they're and they thought i had a fucking tumor for a fee for two fucking weeks 0.99
00:29:54.560 and ended up being a pineal cyst okay it's still there um but the point is is like dude there was 0.94
00:30:03.220 physical symptoms super fucking bad headaches uh sensitivity to light total body pain like people 0.94
00:30:10.500 don't realize that that that mental systems and mental health manifests itself in physical pain 0.97
00:30:16.700 that's real shit it's connected yeah yeah but i don't think that the solution is giving someone 0.98
00:30:21.020 a pill i think the solution is coaching them on how to fucking eat proper how to how to pro nature 0.99
00:30:26.800 provides all the right shit you know what i'm saying like it just does it's funny how that's also the 0.99
00:30:31.980 same thing that they're trying to limit well yeah fucking restrict so you know makes fucking perfect 0.98
00:30:36.620 sense to me listen dude i'm not a i'm not rogan on psilocybin and shit like this and like but dude like 0.99
00:30:45.260 there's a reason that shit's fucking villainized and it ain't because it doesn't fucking work 0.99
00:30:49.100 so they don't want you taking the shit because if you did you wouldn't have to fucking take your 1.00
00:30:55.440 fucking pills that's the fucking truth and i'm not you know you guys can think whatever you want 1.00
00:31:01.060 i was the biggest anti-drug person on the fucking planet dude like i was the most fucking like dude if 1.00
00:31:07.440 you smoked weed if you fucking did uh mushrooms you were a burnout piece of shit that's how i was brought 0.99
00:31:12.820 up you know what i'm saying but what i'm starting to realize is there's a reason why alcohol is so 1.00
00:31:18.460 fucking pushed okay and and these these drugs like marijuana and and mushrooms are fucking like 0.99
00:31:25.500 villainized like they made those people look like losers on intentionally so you would stay the fuck 1.00
00:31:31.220 away from it so that you would accept their poison right which is fucking alcohol but what's the 0.99
00:31:35.820 difference between the pharmacist and the fucking street drug dealer by the way i'm not some holier than 1.00
00:31:39.640 now don't drink motherfucker like i still have drinks every couple times every couple times every 1.00
00:31:43.820 year like i like when people say do you drink i usually say no but like what i mean is i haven't 0.99
00:31:48.920 fucking had a hard alcohol drink since 2000 fucking 17 you know i'm saying i i dude it i think it's way 0.99
00:31:56.700 worse than the other shit and i think there's i think the reason they push it is to fucking create the 0.99
00:32:02.060 scenario where people are inept independent that's truly what i think i think they allow the the most 1.00
00:32:07.740 dangerous fucking shit to be propagated and profited off of and the shit that will actually fix your 1.00
00:32:13.660 problems they villainize now i don't believe that about cocaine or fentanyl and other bullshit 1.00
00:32:18.300 but i'm talking natural i'm talking about natural shit that comes from the fucking ground 0.99
00:32:21.800 yeah but anyway the answer to the question is uh make sure you talk to your doctor uh make sure it's 0.98
00:32:29.560 right for you and be prepared that it's going to be difficult and i i would say the one thing that's
00:32:36.060 helped me through this process is being extremely disciplined about my actions okay i'm doing i've
00:32:41.680 been doing 75 hard all the whole time i've been doing this except for one day where i got so
00:32:45.860 fucking sick i couldn't fucking move all right so then i started over the next day but uh my point is 0.95
00:32:51.240 is like you know force yourself through it dude force yourself through it one step in front of the 0.99
00:32:56.700 other one foot in front of the other get the fuck up you feel like shit get the fuck up go to the 1.00
00:33:00.940 fucking gym you feel like shit get the fuck up go on a fucking walk get your shit done regardless of 1.00
00:33:06.560 how you fucking feel because at least then during this time where you don't feel like your normal 1.00
00:33:11.500 self you're going to still be moving forward in the in the big scheme because the big scheme only 0.99
00:33:16.020 moves forward in real life actions you know it doesn't matter how you feel it matters what you do 0.76
00:33:20.740 so if you could build yourself into someone who moves even through the fucking storms right and my 0.99
00:33:27.280 right now my storm is getting off these pills and doing through this fucking withdrawal shit right 0.99
00:33:30.860 we're always going to have a storm when that storm's over i'm gonna have another storm okay 0.99
00:33:35.860 that's that's what you have to understand there will never be a time without a fucking storm 0.97
00:33:39.120 especially if you're driven so you must learn to operate during these times of turbulence during 1.00
00:33:44.640 these times of chaos you know fuck dude look what's going on in the world that's pretty chaotic 0.99
00:33:48.420 that's not normal we're not supposed to live under a fucking uh immense 24-hour crisis for years 0.99
00:33:54.400 at a time this is mental abuse they're putting on you so it's extremely important that you take 0.95
00:33:59.340 care of yourself mentally okay by doing the things that are going to move you forward drink water 1.00
00:34:05.460 execute your critical task fucking work out pour yourself into shit that's going to move you forward 1.00
00:34:11.000 and fuck everything else that's that's really how you got to do it and that's you know that's 1.00
00:34:16.420 extremely difficult it requires discipline but at the end of the day bro on your worst fucking day 1.00
00:34:22.960 that you that you feel like the worst fucking shit you could probably still get up and fucking get 0.99
00:34:27.260 a 45-minute walk in twice a day you know i'm saying that's real guys andy our third and final 1.00
00:34:33.420 question any question number three can you explain the transition from the quote-unquote nothing to lose
00:34:40.080 edge that an entrepreneur has to have in the beginning to the i've got something at stake to lose after
00:34:46.320 some success and how do you fight or handle that fear what do you really have to lose at any level 0.99
00:34:52.960 dude i lived on a fucking mattress in the back of my retail store we're fucking nothing i fucking 0.99
00:34:58.760 still made it through every single day and guess what i had a great fucking time okay i'm i have no 0.99
00:35:05.860 problem going back to that i don't give a fuck and i think that's the attitude you got to have to stay 0.99
00:35:10.180 moving forward because in entrepreneurial world you're either winning or you're fucking getting beat 0.98
00:35:14.900 and that is it there is no other reality you are either moving forward or you are moving 0.87
00:35:19.940 backwards and society doesn't dictate those things like a lot of people think the buzz on
00:35:25.000 the internet dictates those things or this uh that you know the what the current state of affairs in
00:35:31.000 the country uh dictates those things bro none of those things fucking matter the only thing that 0.94
00:35:36.340 matters is are you and your team executing on a daily basis in the right direction that's it and so 0.98
00:35:42.100 as long as you do that you're going to continue to win um i think where most people get fucked up is 0.80
00:35:47.840 they they they're trying to wait for the better time you know when things calm down uh you know 0.95
00:35:53.740 people do this in diet culture you know after the wedding after that wedding two weeks from now i'm 0.97
00:35:57.640 gonna start eating right why the fuck don't you eat right until the wedding from now until the 0.92
00:36:01.880 wedding why are you going to get fatter for the next two weeks you see what i'm saying we have this 0.99
00:36:05.860 we have this thing in humanity where we cut ourselves this like deal we like oh you know what 0.99
00:36:12.900 i'm gonna start getting in shape uh after new year's motherfucker why we got fucking three months 1.00
00:36:18.660 till new year's you could be a whole motherfucking new human what the fuck are you doing so like stop 1.00
00:36:23.840 doing that but when it comes from nothing to lose to everything to lose look the the scale is always 1.00
00:36:31.500 moving so like if you move to a mentality of i'm trying to maintain what i have the market is still
00:36:38.000 moving forward which means you're moving backwards all right so if you're not getting better you're
00:36:42.880 getting worse just by default because all of your competitors everybody out there that's in the same
00:36:47.720 industry as you is continuing to try to get better so you get to a certain point and you're like oh
00:36:52.400 i'm just gonna relax because we already got it made bro that that that might work for a minute
00:36:58.760 might work for a year it might work for two years depending on how far ahead you are but the minute
00:37:05.000 you stop trying to improve and the minute you stop trying to get aggressive and the minute you
00:37:08.700 stop trying to grow and you go from i have nothing to lose to i have everything to lose and i'm gonna 0.99
00:37:13.820 fucking uh you know curtail my practices do that like dude you're you're you're basically what you're 0.98
00:37:21.460 doing is you're lessening your offense and you're building defense well what happens in a football 1.00
00:37:26.500 game when you go to prevent defense too early what happens you're fucked you're fucking lose 1.00
00:37:31.360 anybody who knows football knows this you could be ahead by 28 fucking points going in the fourth 1.00
00:37:36.360 quarter and i do you could call it motherfucking team starts playing prevent defense because they're 0.99
00:37:40.940 ahead by 28 points what happens to them they fucking lose okay so dude this is your mentality your 0.98
00:37:48.660 mentality always has to be aggressive that's your default your default is to grow and here's the 0.99
00:37:53.880 reality and this is the truth no matter what the fuck you think you have right now you don't really 0.96
00:37:58.420 have it it's just in your life temporarily that's the mistake people make like like dude if you're 0.97
00:38:04.960 in a place of success and abundance right now you're renting that and you're only going to be 0.99
00:38:10.860 able to continue to stay in that fucking place if you keep paying the motherfucking dues that got you to 1.00
00:38:15.480 that place right your rent will eventually run out and they kick you the fuck out yeah you told me 1.00
00:38:22.060 one time it was like the shit you have now is because of the work you did five years that's it 1.00
00:38:25.420 yeah that's it what you what you live now is the result of what you've done the last fucking 1000 0.99
00:38:31.140 days i got a whole podcast on it okay i got two podcasts on it all right uh the your life as it
00:38:41.220 sits today is a result of those days that you've already paid right so your life a thousand days from
00:38:48.140 now is going to look like whatever you do for the next 1000 days and that doesn't matter if you're
00:38:52.700 successful now or if you're if you're at your lowest now you see what i mean so like you have 0.96
00:38:58.440 to understand how the game works to play it like it the shit doesn't just materialize guys like a lot 0.99
00:39:03.800 i remember when i was younger i used to have this mentality that one day all all of a sudden shit was 0.99
00:39:07.600 just going to happen that it never did like it only happened when i like dug fuck in as hard as i could 0.98
00:39:15.280 um and fucking went hard you know what i'm saying and like dude that's a discipline that's something 0.97
00:39:23.260 you have to learn that's something you have to commit to being that's why the 75 hard live hard 0.99
00:39:28.500 program is so powerful and that's why when people do it they don't just change their body their whole
00:39:33.020 fucking life changes because it's not about the physical the physical is a byproduct of the mental
00:39:37.720 training that you do through that program so um i would never i don't ever think about what i have 0.99
00:39:46.080 to lose i only think about where i'm going and that's anybody who i know who is successful um i mean
00:39:54.080 guys you you know name them all like i don't know a single person who's winning on a big scale
00:39:59.720 that thinks in terms of what do i have to lose that's just not something they think they just keep 0.94
00:40:06.100 running with that fucking mentality that you had in the beginning like bro i still feel like i haven't 0.98
00:40:11.480 done shit like people get like people get weird with me because like you know i get like i don't 0.99
00:40:20.480 know like i take everything personal when it comes to our business it's like yeah dude because i still feel 0.99
00:40:25.060 like we haven't accomplished anything like i still feel like we're we're in we're babies in the fucking 0.98
00:40:30.260 game even though in reality that's not the truth you still operate in that mentality 0.87
00:40:35.940 yeah but hold on but in the same reality it is the truth it depends on who i'm comparing ourselves
00:40:42.320 against right like if you go to the beach and you stand next to your friend who ain't in that good
00:40:47.700 of shape you probably look pretty good right but if you go to the beach and you stand in front of 0.82
00:40:52.500 fucking uh you stand next to fucking uh the rock you you may not look as good you know what i'm saying 0.99
00:40:58.860 so like dude who are you comparing yourself to and like what like a lot of people say is oh i don't 1.00
00:41:04.080 fucking compare my souls to anybody well you motherfuckers gonna fucking lose that's reality 0.99
00:41:08.940 okay because if you're not trying to if the the biggest people say oh comparison is a thief of joy 1.00
00:41:14.800 and it is if you overdo it but there's nothing wrong with like for me where we are looking at a company 0.86
00:41:21.240 let's such such as uh you know nike or adidas or under armor or fucking red bull or fucking any of 0.99
00:41:28.520 these big ass fucking brands and saying damn dude we're going there you know i'm saying like that's 0.99
00:41:35.100 what i think and when i compare myself to those guys we ain't shit so it depends on where you look 1.00
00:41:40.800 you know most people tend to to judge you based off of who you're competing with now and i think a good 0.70
00:41:47.300 thing for a ceo or a management group that's trying to grow a real company should be to be realistic
00:41:52.080 about where you're going to be in five ten years that's who you're trying to catch because that keeps
00:41:55.680 you humble and that keeps you working this is why being humble about where you are in reality 0.98
00:42:00.940 is important therefore comparison is important because if without humility you get fucking cocky 0.94
00:42:07.300 and without humility you don't work as hard without humility you start thinking about what you have to 0.98
00:42:12.560 lose not how small you are and why you have to work so fucking hard so it's a it's a you know you 0.97
00:42:18.720 can't take these internet buzz lines that people spew out as like as like gospel because there's 0.99
00:42:24.020 there's nuance to all of them you know what i'm saying yeah like comparison's a pretty fucking 1.00
00:42:29.300 powerful thing if you do it if you don't dwell on it and think you're a piece of shit like i don't 1.00
00:42:33.540 look at you know these companies i just mentioned and think well fuck we're a total piece of shit 1.00
00:42:38.760 compared to them we'll never get there yeah that's not what i look at i look at them and i see them for 0.99
00:42:42.780 what they do right and i'm like damn they do this really really good they do this really really bad 0.98
00:42:48.040 so let's do this really really good and that really really good and let's see where the fuck we go 0.98
00:42:52.580 you know what i'm saying and that's how so so that's how you should be looking at when you're 0.98
00:42:56.720 comparing like when you're comparing with someone like let's just say like when i was fat like dude 0.97
00:43:01.380 i would compare my physique to the rocks okay and people like what the fuck bro ha ha ha like i even 0.99
00:43:06.120 posted a fucking photoshopped image of the rocks body with my head on it when i was fat as fuck on 0.99
00:43:10.820 the instagram and i got fucking laughed off the internet right good thing i don't care when people 0.99
00:43:15.240 laugh at me but the truth is i got pretty fucking close before i got fucking injured and and he was still 0.96
00:43:21.280 he's still far better than me but i got to my best right and dude he he's fucking 10 years older 0.97
00:43:27.460 and we got 10 more years of training you know you have to be honest about the reality of the situation
00:43:32.900 the dude's got better genetics than i got but i but i use my comparison to him to bring out the best in 0.97
00:43:38.980 me and that's where comparison is valuable so lose the attitude of you know oh i got shit to lose 0.98
00:43:45.580 and start realizing that in reality bro you don't got shit to lose you ain't shit yet so stay on the 1.00
00:43:51.500 fucking gas or you will lose fucking love it man well guys andy that is three i'll pay the fee yeah 1.00

00:44:11.260 things i need to say when it comes to what's going on in the world trying to warn you guys i think
