00:00:58.740 to the problem then we have real talk real talk is four to fucking 20 minutes of me just talking shit 0.97

00:01:05.360 that's what it is uh usually it's going to help you a lot uh then we have full length episodes which is 0.98

00:01:11.160 where we get in deep with uh you know some interesting successful kick-ass dudes and uh women 1.00

00:01:17.080 and we talk about things and we figure out how you could be the same that's what we do here so the

00:01:21.980 whole goal of this show is to uh solve the world's problems by becoming the best version of self and

00:01:27.160 we do that in our own special unique way uh that you either love or fucking hate and that's the that's 0.87

00:01:32.900 the that's how we do it so with that being said uh dj what's up dude what's going on brother oh you

00:01:39.600 know what you got there uh well you know i don't run ads on the show so i'm not allowed to talk about

00:01:44.500 it oh okay yeah i got i got yelled at oh did you yeah i don't run ads on the show

00:01:51.620 so i can't talk about what i'm drinking here but i think y'all know what it is 0.97

00:01:57.500 what is it starts with the uh uh b doesn't it it starts with a fucking one and it ends with a 0.99

00:02:07.120 fucking p and it's orange i thought it was the best motherfucking shit on earth that is what it is 0.99

00:02:11.240 it's it's you know like dude here's the deal it's so good i don't even have to do an ad for it 1.00

00:02:15.360 so we'll stay ad free you know what the fuck it is yeah that's right here though yeah punch a mom 1.00

00:02:21.900 don't look at it 2022 don't fucking look at it don't look at it crop that shit out of the video 0.99

00:02:29.340 hey just so you know good news uh we're starting very soon putting all of our episodes up on youtube 0.99

00:02:35.380 yeah there we go full length all the whole thing unedited no more just clips you should put a blur 0.84

00:02:42.380 over the fucking yeah just blur out the uh make sure you blur out my uh the the unmentionable 0.98

00:02:48.960 all right what we got dude hey man we got some good questions people don't give a fuck about our 1.00

00:02:56.480 banner bro they said get right to it hey well let's get to it fucking quit fucking off yeah bro 1.00

00:03:01.260 delaying the whole show you see that russia shit the fucking oil shit oh i did yeah yeah yeah let's 1.00

00:03:06.860 mix some of that into this shit um why not russia decided to cut off the supply of fucking fuel 1.00

00:03:15.220 to all of germany completely europe too well the the the dragging effect of that is going to spread 0.99

00:03:23.240 all through you you know and for those of you in europe this is very bad news and for those of

00:03:30.480 you in america this is also very bad news because we have a government that thinks it's a good idea 0.93

00:03:35.820 to convert everything over to fucking electric so they can control everything uh and shut down all 1.00

00:03:42.720 of our fuel systems even though our infrastructure isn't suited for it and uh basically fuck you guys 1.00

00:03:47.940 for the next fucking seven years in poverty while they fucking build out the supportive infrastructure 0.99

00:03:54.020 so and remember the supportive infrastructure of green energy is designed so they can flip it on and flip 0.98

00:04:00.040 it off however they deem necessary right it's nothing about the environment so uh looks like things

00:04:06.420 are going to get fucking weird so um if i were you i would prepare myself for some chaos i personally 0.95

00:04:13.100 believe the next two years are not going to get better i think they're going to get a lot fucking 0.98

00:04:16.100 harder a lot of people think this election in november is going to change shit i mean it it's going to 0.97

00:04:22.760 help uh but you know the damage is being done unless the military or unless people step in and 0.95

00:04:29.580 fucking stop it uh it's going to continue to happen and their goal remember as we've talked on the 0.74

00:04:34.700 show many times is to eliminate the middle class yeah and they're trying to push the middle class 0.99

00:04:39.960 into poverty independence so they can control the whole situation and a lot of people still think

00:04:44.560 this is about the environment they still think it's about covid and they still think it's about

00:04:47.820 whatever bro and they're gonna watch their whole lives just fucking melt away yeah and uh it's sad 0.89

00:04:53.060 it's sad man yeah i think that's important because a lot of people don't understand that like 0.96

00:04:57.100 most of i'll be honest most of the damage that they have done has been in hiding has been in

00:05:02.360 secrecy has been in fucking subversion you know i'm saying like they have accomplished a lot even 0.96

00:05:06.380 in the four years that trump was in there where it seems like it was winning but they're setting up 0.99

00:05:09.540 these fucking chess pieces they're setting up the board the whole time they don't have to be in 0.99

00:05:13.720 control look look look 53 percent of the fucking population here in the united states doesn't pay 1.00

00:05:19.220 income tax right but then they blame the people who do pay for not paying enough right it's all 0.99

00:05:24.700 listen this is all bullshit okay and until people realize that like it doesn't matter if you're left 1.00

00:05:29.720 or right you're black or white you're fucking gay or straight or whatever their goal is to fucking 1.00

00:05:35.000 crush us and when i say us you can hate me all you want dude but we're in the same bucket like 1.00

00:05:41.640 the whole trick here is to convince everybody on the ground that we're all against each other while 0.99

00:05:47.080 they fucking rape us and take everything from us and force our lives into a very painful existence 0.98

00:05:55.060 of poverty meaningless yeah and fucking disruption and constant drama and constant chaos like dude i 1.00

00:06:02.220 did a story last night on my instagram i was sitting out by my fire and you know like it's uh i believe 0.95

00:06:09.060 it's like suicide awareness month i thought i saw a post of suicide awareness and somebody made a pretty

00:06:13.960 touching caption and and i started thinking i'm like you know it's kind of like what i said on 0.77

00:06:18.820 yesterday's show like bro we're not meant to stare at these screens for fucking six seven eight hours a 0.99

00:06:23.780 day like that's take the information off the screen like just imagine it wasn't on there and you're just 0.96

00:06:28.840 walking around staring at something with nothing on it like that's what like that's how your dogs see

00:06:34.260 it right like your dogs see like you giving and that's how your kids see it too by the way they see you 0.99

00:06:39.900 giving more attention to this piece of fucking plastic than you do to them yeah you know and um 0.99

00:06:46.520 as i've been going through this detox of of my uh of the uh antidepressant medication that i was on 0.99

00:06:54.620 um one of the things that's like been hurting me the most is like when i look at my fucking dogs and i 0.98

00:07:01.120 see them and they're fucking eight years old they're going to be nine and then i think back all the time 0.99

00:07:05.860 that i spent staring at that fucking phone and not fucking you know what i'm saying and like 0.99

00:07:11.520 you know i think a lot of people are going to have that regret i already have it like i still have my 0.98

00:07:15.980 dogs so i'm trying to do better you know but like we're all going to have that regret when we're old

00:07:21.720 about everything yeah if we don't fucking fix our behavior what what give us some like what do you 0.94

00:07:27.280 think are some easy steps that people could just be taking right now to start weaning off of the 0.98

00:07:31.360 fucking phones you know i'm saying like look man i don't know that it's weaning off the phone i think 0.98

00:07:36.420 that you know the technology is amazing right there's so many good things about it like i don't 1.00

00:07:41.180 want to sit here and say like this is bullshit technology because bro i fucking use it right now 0.98

00:07:45.800 i use it in business uh everybody out there listening uses it either uh to buy things or to 0.99

00:07:51.220 meet people or to connect there's a lot of amazing things the problem is is whenever they started

00:07:57.200 realizing that it was more than just amazing things and and it may have been designed that

00:08:01.620 way from the start but you know now a lot of people are enslaved by it yeah you know and the abuse that 1.00

00:08:07.260 goes on online the bullying that goes on online uh the fucking cancel culture shit like bro there's 1.00

00:08:13.380 people out there that fucking you know uh get attacked and bro they shut their shit down and they 1.00

00:08:18.960 fucking just quit in life and like bro this this culture that we have going on whether it be left to 1.00

00:08:24.620 right or right to left or fucking groups of people versus anybody yeah of jumping on and fucking 1.00

00:08:29.740 wishing the worst like bro we're just it's just accelerating the decline of society and um i think 0.97

00:08:38.080 it's not about like eliminating you know it's not about eliminating the technology but i think more so for 0.95

00:08:44.040 your personal health it's about controlling the shit in your real life like people have forgotten 0.87

00:08:48.080 like you have a real life dude like it's not just on social you know what i'm saying and you know 0.98

00:08:55.300 eating the proper foods uh drinking enough water you know moving all of these things 0.98

00:09:01.780 are are sort of getting lost because i mean bro look at these kids that are fucking like 0.94

00:09:07.600 you know between the ages of 20 and 30 dude like most of them are are like what you would look at 0.93

00:09:16.280 someone who back in my day you would call like a tech nerd or a computer nerd right who sits on a

00:09:22.000 fucking computer until five o'clock in the morning except now you know it's it's video games and energy 1.00

00:09:28.460 drinks and fucking cigarettes or weed and all this shit all night long people sleep till fucking 1.00

00:09:33.980 whatever you know like you know it's just it's just a degradation of actual standards and i think 0.99

00:09:39.420 that it's important for you to remember that your whole life is happening right now like it's not

00:09:44.000 happening later it's not happening five years from now it's happening now you know and um

00:09:50.660 you know i think technology i think there's going to be a lot of people bro in life who are you know 0.58

00:09:57.860 they're going to get sick or they're going to get they're going to get fucked up or something's 0.99

00:10:00.920 going to happen to them and they're going to be like fuck dude i wasted fucking 10 years in that 1.00

00:10:04.120 motherfucking phone so that's right i just saw this quote today it was like you know 10 years ago 1.00

00:10:10.140 we used to use the internet to escape reality and now we're using reality to escape the internet 0.99

00:10:15.580 yeah you know it's like i mean yeah but dude that that like the the guys who are running the show

00:10:21.820 this is just like big big uh big pharma and big food you know they're doing everything possible to

00:10:29.780 keep your attention you know they're doing everything possible to get you to pay attention like this is 0.91

00:10:35.180 like with the with big food where they put fucking addictive chemicals in their food like that this is 0.93

00:10:40.820 all about greed this is all about control this is all about profit it has nothing to do with freedom 0.92

00:10:46.040 or personal excellence or getting better in life or improving and i hope that you recognize that 0.97

00:10:52.860 there's a place for your social media but it certainly isn't your fucking life right you know right and i 0.98

00:10:58.040 think more and more people are coming to that oh for sure sure and the people who aren't just yet 0.94

00:11:03.180 they will be because the thing is bro it creates this this massive false sense of confidence when 0.87

00:11:09.080 you get you believe your life is this fucking social media platform it creates a massive false 0.89

00:11:13.940 sense of reality and confidence and that that yeah dude i mean like look at the way some of these 0.98

00:11:19.500 people walk around in life like you know they they've got some followers on the internet and they 0.82

00:11:24.260 walk around like they're fucking you know and it's like bro like no what are you doing you know and 0.98

00:11:32.220 it's weird and it's always the people who aren't truly famous who who act like that yeah all the 0.99

00:11:38.400 truly famous people that are like internet according to internet famous they're actually famous 0.98

00:11:42.760 jacko goggins these fucking dudes like these are the humblest most humble fucking dudes ever 0.99

00:11:47.620 you know what i'm saying so it's just it's weird because like the wannabe stars are the 1.00

00:11:52.660 fucking ones with the attitude and the actual stars are pretty fucking humble pretty true yeah 0.89

00:11:57.700 but that's what i found to be but anyhow um let's make some people better yeah let's do that that's 0.98

00:12:03.700 the point of the show you know but you guys uh real real real talk i think it's important for you guys

00:12:09.780 to like truly think how bad could it get in the next two years and then what happens if you know i don't 0.88

00:12:17.800 know they don't allow another election you know there's a lot of weird shit going on the mat the mask of 0.96

00:12:25.200 the communist agenda is coming off that's what people don't understand like it's coming off right 0.99

00:12:30.480 now you know when biden gets up there and gives a speech where he looks like fucking hitler right and 1.00

00:12:34.800 they've drenched it in red and all this shit people like holy shit what the fuck well dude that's for 0.99

00:12:39.900 the history books right that's for the history books okay like you should when saki had that fucking hat 1.00

00:12:47.000 hold on hold on bro you should believe that yeah like that is not them being incompetent that is not 0.93

00:12:54.140 them being you know the next day and his questions he's like i don't want any maga republicans i don't

00:13:00.160 have any problem with them no that's the cover-up so we don't revolt right now that's the softening up 0.94

00:13:07.520 it's just like when biden was out in uh belgium and he said we need to fucking remove vladimir putin 0.85

00:13:13.580 from power oh how do you say that yeah the white house came out the next day and buffered it out 0.99

00:13:18.120 well that's because people here didn't want a fucking war and the shit he's saying that's the 1.00

00:13:24.280 real shit like what you if you don't believe that you're you're buying into their agenda so their 1.00

00:13:30.080 agenda is to say the real thing then pull back a little bit pretend like they went a little overboard 1.00

00:13:34.940 but i'm telling you like we have a genocide brewing right now and that genocide is going to be on 0.99

00:13:42.020 fucking patriotic american fucking men yeah and women and children it's going to be because 0.99

00:13:46.540 it's going to be people that it's going to be people that do not 1.00

00:13:50.180 want to give up the idea of freedom you know yeah and that's how i took when he when he walked 0.87

00:13:58.660 back that fucking maga threat thing because how i took he was like oh that no i don't think they're 0.98

00:14:03.720 a threat at all i think that was like an arrogant statement of him showing he's like hey yeah like 0.98

00:14:07.760 no we will deal with them they're not threats we're not afraid of them yeah that's another way to

00:14:11.200 see it that's how i mean that's kind of how i took it i don't know but definitely interesting

00:14:16.780 times yeah for sure so so what we got man we got three good ones for you brother okay let's knock

00:14:22.140 these out and question number one uh you've talked before about the ladder analogy when it comes to

00:14:27.600 success right there's people above you and there's people below you my question is when you are leveling

00:14:32.600 up and climbing that ladder my first part is how do you assess your level internally as far as where you

00:14:38.340 are on that ladder and then two who really assesses it from the outside externally what are your

00:14:43.980 thoughts on i'm i'm having problems understanding the context of the question on that so like so

00:14:51.720 you're climbing up the success ladder right yeah like we talked about on the ed my let podcast right

00:14:56.080 right there's people above you people below you how do you assess where you are on that ladder

00:15:00.820 internally well you don't need to worry about who's below you at all other than reaching down to pick

00:15:06.720 up the pick up the ones that you you decide you want to help um but it's the ones above you that

00:15:13.180 you got to worry about you know what i'm saying um i don't think that assessing where you are in the

00:15:20.520 scheme of things is really that relevant you know the truth of the matter is as long as you keep

00:15:26.040 going and you keep working and you keep working you get better and you keep improving you're going

00:15:31.100 to end up in a better spot than you were today uh that's that's really all we could control right

00:15:36.800 and along the way you know you understand you start to understand the code of how it works

00:15:42.220 and the code of how it works in success is um the only people that get to a certain level are the

00:15:49.180 people that everybody gets along with and that they help each other and that they understand like

00:15:52.940 we're gonna fucking do each other solids to help each other out and that's the culture of

00:15:57.220 ultra successful people people have the wrong idea they think it's like all this you know 0.97

00:16:02.400 disruption or fucking sabotage or this or that pull this guy down yeah and they're gonna get ahead 0.93

00:16:08.800 and that's not reality that's not how it works at the higher levels that's how it works at the low 0.97

00:16:13.500 levels like in the low like i ain't like i haven't accomplished anything yet people think the way to get

00:16:19.760 ahead is to like sabotage and talk shit and all the shit but notice that none of those people ever get 0.73

00:16:26.880 above that level they never do yeah you know what i mean and so you have to realize that the majority 0.98

00:16:34.240 of people recognize that kind of behavior as like not something they want to support you know i see 0.98

00:16:41.400 business owners who go on the internet every fucking day and talk shit about all their competitors 0.99

00:16:46.020 like bro that's a terrible strategy especially when your competitors make better products than you 0.99

00:16:51.880 or have been doing things longer than you or are more powerful than you there's a lot of reasons why

00:16:58.080 you don't do that because dude what happens is the people who are watching you they look at what

00:17:03.520 nobody ever thinks this happens but this is exactly what happens there you have them and then you start

00:17:10.260 talking about someone else and what you do is you take them and they start looking at this other

00:17:16.020 person and then they start this process of evaluation you know everybody likes to think their word means

00:17:21.220 everything that's not true so when you when you attack someone and you're in business and you go

00:17:26.360 to attack a competitive company or a competitor right what happens is is the people who are now

00:17:31.360 exclusively looking at you are now looking at your competitor and you and they're evaluating is this guy 1.00

00:17:38.120 full of shit or is this guy that he's talking shit about full of shit and if you talk shit on a 1.00

00:17:43.820 company that does things better than you what ends up happening is your customers end up leaving and 1.00

00:17:48.080 going with them so that's why like if you're doing the right things if you're building the right shit

00:17:52.860 if you're executing properly um you will move up the ladder you don't have to worry about a strategy of 0.92

00:17:58.960 this right um and if you're at the bottom and you continue to run your mouth and go on internet and 0.99

00:18:06.760 act like a bottom feeder you're going to stay a bottom feeder that's just how the fuck it works 0.89

00:18:10.800 what episode was that i did with m by let what is it 104 episode 104 and real af i'd go back and listen to it 0.98

00:18:17.140 because ed and i have a really good conversation about how this system works that we're talking

00:18:20.380 about here um and it's a valuable podcast top to bottom anyway but the truth of the matter is dude

00:18:26.380 is like when you help people win you win right and when you help people win that are better than you

00:18:31.960 guess what they do they fucking help you win and that's how everybody wins so the winners will rise 0.98

00:18:38.340 together and the and the people who chirp and talk and this and that who are too dumb to understand 0.99

00:18:43.340 what i just explained they will continue to give their business away by directing it to other

00:18:48.300 people it's free market yeah it's 100 100 dude that's why i like when people say oh i'm getting

00:18:56.960 fucking attacked or i'm getting this or that or this good right good more eyes on you yeah and it's 0.94

00:19:03.140 more of a chance to prove yourself to what you do fucking good and well and right and the chances are 1.00

00:19:07.700 you're gonna pull a percentage of those people onto your shit that's reality that's how the fucking 0.99

00:19:13.520 game works so you know that's why i always say the power of intent bro that's why i always because 0.99

00:19:20.280 it lines up with reality it lines up with our actions like when you're a six let's just say you're

00:19:25.100 20 years up the ladder right and you're a successful person and you see someone it's two years or three

00:19:30.280 years up the ladder it's very easy to take them from three years to 10 years like with just a

00:19:35.840 fucking couple conversations and some direction you know and people will do that like for me 0.92

00:19:40.760 i do that all the time for people who i don't even know who don't pay me who i'm just interested in 0.98

00:19:47.120 helping because i believe they're doing good work and i believe they represent what is right when it

00:19:51.940 comes to building things and that happens to bro all my friends everybody i know that's at that that's

00:19:56.960 at a success like at my level or above they all operate that way so the best thing you can do bro is

00:20:02.740 to support people and build relationships in a positive way and that'll help you and then

00:20:09.160 obviously you know all the other stuff make good products uh or if you're a service provide good

00:20:13.880 service uh be who you say you are in terms of you know trying to be the best that you can be 0.99

00:20:19.980 and uh guess what sometimes you're gonna fuck shit up and then what do you do you make adjustments 0.97

00:20:25.360 and you keep fucking moving that's reality so um i wouldn't concern myself too much with where 0.99

00:20:31.520 i'm at on the ladder i would concern myself with doing the things taking the actions necessary to 0.99

00:20:37.980 improve my status on the fucking scale right it's the same thing with like losing weight like you know 0.97

00:20:45.020 what does it matter where you are right now like what does it matter if you're 500 pounds right now 0.98

00:20:51.300 you can make the decision today right this second to change your entire life it doesn't mean like

00:20:58.080 dude if you make the decision to change everything today you are no longer that person that you were

00:21:04.040 yesterday or the day before now you may look in the mirror and see someone but you have to understand

00:21:10.120 that that product is the product that that old person produced this new person that you're working

00:21:15.780 to become is going to produce an entirely different product and that just takes time and see what

00:21:21.360 happens is the reason the reason the physical showing of what you have doesn't line up with

00:21:27.180 what's in your brain and people just quit but at the end of the day if you give time enough enough of a

00:21:32.260 chance to catch up you will see all of these things you know you start reforming your behaviors you start

00:21:38.540 treating people different you treat yourself better you eat better you move you do these things

00:21:42.720 if you do that for one fucking day today and you get through the day with that you are no longer that 0.94

00:21:49.440 person you were yesterday you have to you have to let go of that yeah you know what i'm saying 0.97

00:21:53.600 because people have these ideas like you know uh they hang on to identities that aren't necessarily

00:21:59.860 the truth you know a lot of people do this with victim stuff or mistakes yeah like yeah dude like you

00:22:04.600 fucked up you did something really bad or uh you know you had something bad happen to you 20 years ago 0.96

00:22:11.480 or fucking yesterday it doesn't matter the point is is that that becomes this identity that we continue 1.00

00:22:17.280 to repeat and we continue to think about oh dude you know what i'm just a fuck up i'm just a fuck up 1.00

00:22:22.880 i'm just a fuck up i just fuck shit up i can't do anything right well dude the way the universe works 1.00

00:22:28.220 is that when you put that shit out there the universe fucking confirms it so if you think that of 1.00

00:22:34.020 yourself and you have these these cycles of of of you know derogatory uh or negative talk 1.00

00:22:41.860 and you're putting that out in the world self-talk yeah bro the world's going to create that for you

00:22:47.120 in a real way so like it's very important that you guys understand like see dude the problem is most

00:22:53.560 people just don't understand the game they just don't understand how it works you know they're 0.97

00:22:57.280 thrown in a fucking football game without understanding any of the rules you don't know 0.99

00:23:00.820 what the fuck it is and so while they're busy up looking up the scoreboard trying to figure out what 1.00

00:23:05.360 the fuck is going on somebody destroys them you know what i mean and so like dude and that happens over 0.99

00:23:10.340 and over and over again until you understand what the rules are right and and so dude the rules are 1.00

00:23:14.960 very simple you do the right thing when you fuck up you fix it you keep fucking moving you don't 1.00

00:23:20.420 fucking quit you put good shit in your brain you put good shit in your body you read good shit you 1.00

00:23:25.920 limit the negative shit as much as possible and regardless of what happens you keep moving this is 1.00

00:23:31.460 something that if you've completed a live hard program you will start to learn naturally okay and the

00:23:37.120 live hard program is a free program that i built on mental toughness you can read uh it's free like

00:23:43.060 most of my shit uh it's episode 208 so we'll listen to that episode that will help you get on the right 0.62

00:23:49.280 fucking track to doing all these things and making those who you are love it guys question number two 0.98

00:23:56.140 andy do you find that people who can operate in chaos uh in and through chaos get further than people 0.93

00:24:04.040 who can't oh yeah i ask this because i feel like everything has to be in line and very strategic

00:24:09.660 we're making critical changes and directions for me i find it difficult to make sound decisions in

00:24:15.160 times of chaos and what can i do to work on all right dude first of all what you asked that's a 0.67

00:24:20.180 tremendously amazing question uh the people who can move through and continue to execute when shit's hard 0.98

00:24:28.460 are the people that ultimately win like big okay your whole fucking life could be falling apart 0.99

00:24:34.400 like your fucking relationship your whatever it doesn't matter but if you're continuing to execute 0.99

00:24:40.840 on your critical tasks of life okay and you're continuing to get better even on the days where 1.00

00:24:46.140 it seems like everything's fucked you you you can't be stopped then that's what people don't understand 0.95

00:24:53.360 like the only reason these bad storms and life stop people is because they quit it's not because

00:25:00.160 the storm stops them or anybody else stops them you and me and everybody else we are actually 0.97

00:25:07.060 fucking unstoppable as long as we execute that's the truth nobody can fucking stop you nobody can 1.00

00:25:14.500 fucking you know can people slow you down maybe for a day okay they can fuck with you they can make 1.00

00:25:19.660 shit hard uh people will quit on you people will leave you people will abandon you and you will 1.00

00:25:24.860 have hard days that's reality but if you let's just say if you continue to execute on those days 0.97

00:25:31.120 how you're not going to slow down your progress doesn't slow down it just feels like it's slowing

00:25:36.640 down because there's chaos going on whereas you're competing against most people who when times get hard 1.00

00:25:43.880 they throw their fucking diet out the window they throw bro that shit doesn't matter right now 1.00

00:25:48.700 that shit you know i got other shit to worry about and then they go off for fucking six months 1.00

00:25:53.580 telling them the same story of how you know uh well you know i got off track because of this and this 1.00

00:26:00.240 and this well dude you chose that you chose to abandon those those you chose to abandon that progress

00:26:07.440 that you were that you were making had you not abandoned that progress in a very practical real way

00:26:14.000 you'd still be further along even with the chaos that's going on in your life so one of the biggest

00:26:20.700 things that any of you can do is to develop enough discipline to execute on your critical tasks

00:26:28.180 every single day no matter what the fuck is going on no matter what and if you do that dude you are at a 0.94

00:26:35.200 massive strategic advantage over anybody else because other people when they have bad days they don't 0.96

00:26:40.820 execute and usually when they don't when they don't execute for a day that leads into a week

00:26:46.300 and a week leads into six months and then they they you know we see it right how many of your friends do

00:26:51.780 you see this happen to they get in shape something happens uh they go through a divorce they get in a

00:26:57.640 fucking accident uh they get fired or they lose something and then you see them in six months and they 0.99

00:27:03.140 look like total fucking shit okay well they're you know obviously we all have empathetic hearts and we 1.00

00:27:09.380 fucking feel bad for people right like damn dude that sucks but the reality is had that person been 1.00

00:27:14.840 still drinking their water still doing their movement still staying on plan with their diet 0.99

00:27:20.880 um they would have continued to move forward and not only would they have maintained where they were 0.97

00:27:25.860 they'd actually be in a better physical and mental place than they were when all this fucking storm 0.81

00:27:30.120 started so that's that's why you know i guys this is why i give these tools to you for free 0.92

00:27:36.300 okay the power list uh you can listen to it on episode 16 you don't need to buy the journal i sell 0.98

00:27:42.200 the journal on my website you don't fucking need it i don't even fucking use it i use a fucking notebook 0.99

00:27:46.800 that i've used since 2000 fucking too okay they don't even make the pages for it anymore i had to 0.99

00:27:51.840 like buy like i have to like search the internet to find these bulk you're on ebay now yes no no shit 0.99

00:27:58.100 dude for real so like dude this isn't about selling you motherfuckers anything bro i got plenty of 0.92

00:28:03.260 businesses i'm not worried about money use it for free if you want to use it buy it it's awesome 0.96

00:28:08.580 it's a fucking high quality planner a lot of people like to buy them fill them out stack them up and 0.89

00:28:13.620 and you can physically see like how much winning you're doing i think that's badass um but if you 0.96

00:28:19.900 go listen to episode 16 i give the system away if you go listen to episode 80 i give away the live

00:28:25.020 hard system if you go listen to episode 208 i give away the 75 hard and the live hard system for free

00:28:29.900 these things guys are the tools that i use like when i talk about developing the discipline to

00:28:35.620 push through the hard times like bro like i talked about on yesterday's show um you know this has been

00:28:42.700 this last 60 days has been one of the hardest times of my life just because of the withdrawals i've been 0.97

00:28:48.220 having from the medicine that i stopped taking yeah and you know but dude guess what my shit's getting 0.95

00:28:53.440 done like my shit gets done every day um sometimes it's it's harder than others but it's getting done 0.93

00:29:00.780 and that's a result of me putting in that work for the last three years people are like oh bro 75 0.99

00:29:07.880 hard's a challenge i did it once no that ain't enough bro this is a fucking constant progressive 0.96

00:29:14.120 process that you're one you want to test yourself and fine-tune your discipline over the course of your 0.98

00:29:20.220 life that's why i get upset when people say oh it's a challenge no it's a fucking program you put 0.98

00:29:26.360 yourself through it when you first start you put yourself through it to gain discipline as you gain 0.97

00:29:32.100 discipline you have to continue to put yourself through these things so that you can keep it that

00:29:37.600 it's a perishable skill just like you train with weapons what happens if you don't train for a year

00:29:42.540 get shitty fast right really fast yeah so it's a perishable skill bro discipline is a perishable 0.98

00:29:49.380 skill just like your fucking muscles are a perishable skill like if you do you can look like 0.98

00:29:53.860 zeus but you don't train for a year you ain't gonna look like zeus no more right that's how you got to 0.99

00:29:58.380 think about your discipline your mental skills you know your grit your fortitude your mental toughness

00:30:02.740 overall um your ability to endure your your your ability to not react like these things when you

00:30:09.680 start taking pride like dude for me you know um i have a very i've traditionally like i'm just high 0.64

00:30:17.320 strong and i'm wired fucking hot bro like my temper is fucking on you know and bro there was 0.99

00:30:24.540 there's been times where that's been useful but for the most part of my life it's one of the biggest 0.96

00:30:30.000 regrets that i have and it's something that i'm ashamed of you know that i've let because like bro 0.98

00:30:34.920 there's lots of people who have who have had interactions with me where i've lost my shit and 0.84

00:30:40.880 like dude i still think about those things so if you're listening i hope you realize that i've changed a

00:30:45.820 whole lot since those times um but you know just wanting to get in control of these things

00:30:52.540 once you start seeing them as a discipline and then you fail on it you feel differently than like 0.97

00:30:58.820 oh i just lost my shit no you're like fuck dude because i take pride in my discipline yeah you know 1.00

00:31:03.980 what i'm saying like comes this personal yeah dude so i'm like fuck i shouldn't have fucking done that 1.00

00:31:09.440 you know what i'm saying yeah like and and and that's okay we all go through these things by the 0.98

00:31:15.040 way like like if you're listening to this you're like feeling what i'm saying bro that's okay that

00:31:19.700 means you're getting better because you're recognizing the faults in yourself becoming aware of it yeah and 0.99

00:31:25.620 let's so become aware and then work to to move away because dude just like this fucking uh 0.98

00:31:31.400 medicine this antidepressant i was taking for 10 fucking years gonna take a minute to get out of my 0.98

00:31:36.140 system you know what i'm saying so when you think about the things you don't like about yourself 0.98

00:31:40.540 all that is is a decision that you need to make right now to work on and start and the next time 0.99

00:31:46.600 you fucking do it you fucking catch yourself and you say fuck okay make it right move on and you know 0.99

00:31:53.000 eventually those times between those lapses of whatever it is for you whatever the things you don't 1.00

00:31:58.300 like is for you the time between those lapses will get bigger and bigger and bigger and then 0.92

00:32:03.500 eventually it'll be years like dude for me bro i used to drink whiskey every fucking night 0.97

00:32:08.760 every night okay uh you don't get the 350 pounds without fucking drinking heavily yeah all right 0.97

00:32:17.400 and bro from the time i was probably 19 until i was well 2017 however the fuck old i was then um 0.98

00:32:27.160 which was nearly 40 i fucking drank whiskey a lot like heavy and uh i used to take pride pride in it 0.96

00:32:36.220 like i fucking dude if you go back and listen to ms ceo shows from back in the day i talk about 0.98

00:32:40.220 there's like dude a big whiskey company offered me a contract for the fucking show and i said no 0.99

00:32:44.680 because i don't drink any shit well bro i haven't had a whiskey drinks 2017 you know i'm saying yeah 0.95

00:32:50.000 and if you know like now like i look back and i'm like and it's funny because everybody keeps sending 0.95

00:32:56.200 me whiskey like that's why that's why when you go up in the way in my office there's 20 bottles of 0.93

00:33:01.520 fucking whiskey and not this ain't no like fucking no this is all and i see it look bro i i appreciate 0.99

00:33:08.200 the gesture yeah you know i'm saying but like if you go home like my bar at home it's all fucking 0.99

00:33:13.680 whiskey i didn't buy any of that right that's just people that's how much of a part of it it was it 0.96

00:33:18.520 was a part of me so much that fucking everybody that knew me knew that they were they send that 0.95

00:33:23.940 to me as the gift you see what i'm saying and eventually i got to a point where i don't do that 0.71

00:33:28.180 anymore so that was a big win for me you know what i'm saying and bro those wins of changing who the 0.87

00:33:35.840 fuck you think you are into who you want to be that's what life's all about bro you know the internet 0.97

00:33:41.800 has this way of making people think you got to be perfect there's no fucking perfection every 1.00

00:33:46.680 motherfucker out there especially the ones that talk the most shit are the weakest most insecure 1.00

00:33:52.580 motherfuckers they're not even on a journey of self-improvement at all because if you were you'd 1.00

00:33:57.380 have grace you'd have grace i have more grace than anybody because i've done the most i've done so 1.00

00:34:04.380 much fucked up shit that's the truth you know and i'm not talking about like fucked up on the 0.98

00:34:09.140 news shit like i'm talking about for me that i feel bad about yeah you know what i'm saying 0.99

00:34:13.880 like i know i've made bad decisions i know i've done things i know i'm a human being i'm not up 0.96

00:34:19.460 here trying to act like i'm fucking jesus i'm here trying to teach you that you don't have to feel 0.99

00:34:24.640 like shit about yourself and that you can fucking change it because i fucking changed it you know 0.99

00:34:30.100 now when i look in the mirror dude i'm proud of myself when i look in the mirror and it's not even 1.00

00:34:34.600 about being in good shape or anything it's about fucking knowing that i have worked and overcome 0.93

00:34:39.680 and become better and bro that is the point of our existence and then to teach other people that 0.95

00:34:44.840 they can do the same so i don't remember what the question was but that was the answer no no we're

00:34:52.320 good we're good was that a good answer oh yeah i don't know i don't know what was the question uh uh

00:34:57.060 how do you uh operate through chaos yeah okay one more thing on that if you can figure out how to do 0.99

00:35:02.740 that you will win because everybody else quits during those times those hard fucking motherfucking 0.98

00:35:08.760 times bro like bro i'm so proud of myself right now because of how hard it's been this last year 0.98

00:35:14.260 this last year yeah so for those of you who don't know i fucking blew my shoulder up uh bench pressing 0.92

00:35:19.660 with a couple dudes from the nfl that were a lot younger than me all right you were there i was there 0.70

00:35:24.880 yeah and uh and and by the way i was doing fucking just fine we were fine i was just fine 0.97

00:35:31.520 working right but i forget that i'm 43 fucking years old and all my tendons and all that shit ain't 0.98

00:35:38.120 the same yeah so anyway made a big noise didn't it it was it was pretty fucking dj was about 15 feet 0.99

00:35:45.220 away he was like holy fuck but anyhow i blew it the fuck up had surgery december 13th i had i could not 0.98

00:35:52.060 train like when i lift my arm up it would fall out of socket like that's how bad it was and i kept 0.98

00:35:58.160 thinking like oh it's gonna heal it's gonna heal plus i didn't want to do the mass thing like we

00:36:01.880 talked about well anyway bro i was in the best shape i'd ever been in ever in my life bro and i've

00:36:07.140 struggled with my physique dude like i've struggled with being overweight up and down up and down up and

00:36:11.600 down and to get hurt like that at the peak of where i was at this age bro it was devastating

00:36:19.820 because i was afraid because of my age i might not be able to get back but i had to make a decision 0.96

00:36:25.520 and my decision was well i'm gonna do everything i can to minimize the fucking regression because 0.98

00:36:32.300 motherfucker this ain't gonna be the end i'm not giving up right here and during the time i mean you 0.99

00:36:39.180 guys saw me i was in the gym i'm training with one arm i'm training in my fucking sling like i'm doing 0.99

00:36:44.560 like old people shit you know like just trying to keep from withering away and i i did with i did 0.93

00:36:51.560 wither away uh i lost a ton of muscle or was but i think the fact that i trained during the time 0.99

00:36:57.220 minimized it yeah i must say because we could have been way further off yeah bro i could be the truth

00:37:02.600 is i would if i would have not put in the three four years of hard work on my brain yeah i would have 1.00

00:37:07.920 been 350 fucking pounds right now and i'd be sitting here fucking going through this fucking shit being 1.00

00:37:12.540 like fuck i'm gonna blow my fucking brains out you know what i'm saying so that's a big fucking 1.00

00:37:17.240 storm bro that i had to keep it moving if you guys remember um i came from surgery i don't for those 1.00

00:37:26.600 of you like this isn't bullshit go fucking home yeah so did emily everybody got mad at me yeah but i 0.98

00:37:32.060 wanted to make a fucking point there's no fucking excuses i had my surgery that morning i did cardio 1.00

00:37:38.000 fucking straight after surgery bro i'm all fucking hyped up on fucking bullshit they put in you 0.99

00:37:42.900 but you know what we got it done yeah and that's the point yeah that's the point like that day that 1.00

00:37:50.020 you and i went out and it was a foot of fucking snow and we did cardio and it was supposed to take 45 0.99

00:37:54.900 minutes took an hour and a half we're freezing like my fucking dick actually froze okay because what 1.00

00:38:00.680 happened was i peed while we were out there and there was a little pee left no good in the fucking 0.99

00:38:06.940 tube i ain't lying dude this is real shit you remember this yeah bro and it was so fucking cold 0.99

00:38:14.060 freezing that i think the dude at least it felt like the shit in the little drop or two left in the 0.99

00:38:20.020 pee tube like froze yeah that's what it felt like bro it was like this anyway it was not good but the 0.98

00:38:29.040 point is the shit was hot yeah it was but not in the way you like yeah but like dude uh the point 0.98

00:38:36.060 is is that you know i i think back of that and i'm like fuck yeah bro that's why i'm you know like 0.99

00:38:42.160 i've been telling you guys for uh for the last year like i would be better than i was on the day i was

00:38:47.540 injured i'm not going to be better than i was on the day i was injured i've done everything i can

00:38:51.780 it the fact is is i i to get where i was i have to be able to train at a high level i haven't been

00:38:57.520 able to train at that high enough level yet um so but like dude i guarantee you by the time the

00:39:02.940 date of that surgery comes around in december i will be far fucking better than i was when i got 0.94

00:39:08.200 hurt yeah guaranteed so you guys like to see me take l's i know some of you fucking listen 0.97

00:39:13.540 that's an l i said publicly i would be better like 20 times i fucking ain't the other thing is 0.98

00:39:19.880 uh a lot of these dudes beat me in this transformation contest we just had i'm fucking proud of 0.99

00:39:24.960 okay so don't think i don't take my fucking l's bro some of these motherfuckers gonna be getting 0.99

00:39:29.280 paid yeah yeah but like dude that was a that was that was good for me though even though i couldn't 0.99

00:39:36.440 train properly and i couldn't move it kept me moving and doing what i could which is the point 0.99

00:39:41.280 of the fucking question which is dude when shit is fucked up you do what the fuck you can you get 0.99

00:39:46.200 it done even if you got a crawl to get that 45 minutes done you fucking get it done that's what 1.00

00:39:51.720 it's about dude because you can look back just like i look back at that cardio session 0.94

00:39:55.900 right after my surgery yeah and i'm like man i can fucking do anything you know what i'm saying 0.98

00:40:02.260 so there's the thing i think most people forget like it's not about proving this shit to somebody 0.94

00:40:07.420 else no it's about building your ability to persevere yeah so like dude but dude i'm telling 0.97

00:40:12.360 you like no bullshit if you can develop that skill that this person asked about moving through the 1.00

00:40:17.820 storms effectively you cannot be fucked with you cannot be fucked with the entire fucking world 1.00

00:40:26.320 can fucking come down on you bro and you will continue to improve guys our third and final 1.00

00:40:31.420 question andy question number three i'm at a turning point in my life i'm 29 years old i want to quit my 0.99

00:40:37.640 dead-end job and go back to school and get a degree and some trade and start my business my issue is

00:40:42.920 i have a felon on my record and i'm afraid with the current cancel culture my business won't be

00:40:48.580 able to gain any traction or be successful because of the felon what are your thoughts on the best way 0.99

00:40:54.200 to navigate the situation bro you know how many fucking big time fucking ceos got fucking felonies bro 0.99

00:41:00.380 a shit ton of if you went through the fortune 500 list of fucking ceos bro i would bet it's a high 1.00

00:41:07.540 percentage that i would bet at least 30 of them that's a cop-out that's a bullshit excuse if you 1.00

00:41:14.220 did your fucking time you did your fucking time and if anybody doesn't like it they could fucking 1.00

00:41:17.980 eat shit unless you touch kids you belong in the wood chipper yes thanks so that's it i think society 1.00

00:41:25.760 it's a cop-out we tell ourselves all these stories about why the fuck we can't do shit oh i'm a felon 1.00

00:41:32.500 oh i'm fat oh i come from poverty too old yeah i'm too old i'm too young like bro we tell ourselves 0.99

00:41:40.500 all these fucking stories about these things that we are and at the end of the day man the real reason 0.97

00:41:46.900 we're not materializing anything in life is because we aren't executing and if if i followed you around 1.00

00:41:52.300 all day long no matter what you think of what i just said you could think bro you're full of shit you 0.99

00:41:57.500 don't know motherfucker i do know because i've lived it i've lived it okay i understand what the 1.00

00:42:06.000 fuck this is if i followed you around and if you hate me for what i just said you let me let me ask 1.00

00:42:14.300 you this if i followed you around and i could go back in time and follow you around for your last 0.99

00:42:21.340 fucking thousand days and i played the video on the internet that excuse that you're saying right 1.00

00:42:28.320 now you would look like a fucking clown because you didn't do your shit okay that's the truth that 1.00

00:42:34.240 nobody wants to admit you either are or you fucking aren't you're either doing it or you're not doing 1.00

00:42:41.080 it and all the shit we tell ourselves you know all i'm stupid i come from fucking white trash all this 1.00

00:42:49.540 shit it's all bullshit if you fucking do it the results will be there eventually it might take 1.00

00:42:57.580 you a little bit longer it took me a really long time because guys the truth is i'm not that fucking 1.00

00:43:02.300 smart you know you got like like i played up like dude yeah it took me 23 years to get here but yeah 0.98

00:43:08.160 because i'm a fucking idiot you don't say it like you guys should be able to do it a lot faster than me 1.00

00:43:13.580 and the only reason that i know all this shit now that makes me sound smart is because i fucked up 1.00

00:43:19.060 every motherfucking way you could fuck up like all the fuck ups bro i did them all and i could tell 0.99

00:43:25.280 you all about them and that's why i sound like i know what the fuck i'm talking about so if i can 0.99

00:43:29.720 fucking do it bro yeah we call that experience yeah bro and i got a lot okay but like dude if i can do 0.75

00:43:36.980 that this is why i'm so fucking passionate about it and this is why people take take my passion the 0.99

00:43:43.160 wrong way the reason i'm so fucking passionate about winning for you fuckers is because if i can 0.99

00:43:49.620 fucking do it i know that you can do it i know you fucking can i know you can because i know what the 1.00

00:43:56.420 fuck i am i'm a fucking idiot dude i'm a fat little fucking idiot from south st louis missouri that 1.00

00:44:05.860 is just willing to get his ass beat over and over and over again and and not step in the same 1.00

00:44:11.460 fucking place again you know like that's it and i keep moving bro and that's my only fucking secret 1.00

00:44:18.380 that's all i got every dude every fucking team i have in this building the motherfuckers are smarter 1.00

00:44:23.380 than me but you guys think that the people like me have some sort of fucking superpower they fucking 1.00

00:44:28.600 don't they're just willing to fucking move no matter what's going on and when they fucking learn a 0.99

00:44:35.140 lesson they don't try they try not to repeat the fucking mistake again you know and that is fucking it 0.99

00:44:40.900 bro i am convinced if you are willing whatever your dream is if you are willing to go after your 0.99

00:44:47.960 dream and you are willing to not quit and you are willing to and you have the you have the mental

00:44:54.140 capacity because you do have to have a certain level of mental capacity but it's not like what you think 1.00

00:44:59.920 yeah like your motherfuckers think you got to be elon musk or some shit no if you have the mental 0.99

00:45:06.780 capacity to to do what we're all taught when we're literally two or three years old which is this 1.00

00:45:13.120 when you touch that hot stove and it burns your fucking finger and you don't touch it again if you 0.98

00:45:19.040 have that lesson in you and you can you can live that lesson and you cannot quit bro you you will get 1.00

00:45:25.700 where the fuck you want to go it's i believe it inevitable yeah it's inevitable it's inevitable result 0.97

00:45:31.220 of the pursuit it's what's going to happen because along the way you're going all these little 1.00

00:45:36.280 mistakes that you make when you touch because there's going to be a million stoves that you're

00:45:39.360 going to touch right and they all going to look different yeah yeah you're going to you're going

00:45:45.180 to not understand that that's not something you know right so you're going to get burned a whole

00:45:49.080 bunch of times but what happens is through the time of you getting burned because you lack the

00:45:55.300 capacity mentally to not make the same mistake what happens is you learn a whole lot about a whole

00:46:01.440 fucking lot okay and as you progress in time because you're not quitting your skill set is getting 0.90

00:46:08.660 sharper you're getting more dialed in you're starting to able to see all the fucking stoves in all their 0.98

00:46:15.280 forms much more quickly right yeah and that allows you to use the tools that you've created through 0.97

00:46:21.280 experience to navigate things quickly that would take inexperienced people long periods of time

00:46:27.200 this goes back to the success ladder thing that i said if somebody who's at 20 years wants to take 1.00

00:46:32.960 you from 3 to 15 they can do that in a fucking day if you're cool if you're a dick they kick you 1.00

00:46:41.400 off the fucking ladder push it back 15 years that's right because they tell all their motherfucking 1.00

00:46:45.580 friends hey don't ever fuck with that guy see how that guy's doing me they'll do you like that too 1.00

00:46:51.080 and those motherfuckers will never be fucked with it's the truth it's how it works go listen 1.00

00:46:57.260 what was the episode 108 104 with me and ed go listen to that episode we had a good conversation 1.00

00:47:02.340 about it but i'm convinced bro that's all it takes that's all it fucking takes but people but 0.98

00:47:09.080 it's you know that's hard it's hard to wake up every day and execute over and over and over and 0.84

00:47:14.900 over and over and over and over again it's hard to get burnt over and over and over and over and

00:47:20.700 over and over bro if i did an episode on all the ways i've been burned happy it would be a long

00:47:26.480 episode right but i'm thankful for every single time because every single time i was able to take

00:47:32.060 the burn and create the positive solution out of it and move forward with that and that's all you can

00:47:37.960 do dude and if you if that's how you play the game you're gonna win you're gonna win at some level

00:47:43.340 you know i mean maybe you're gonna win in your office maybe you own a company your company will

00:47:47.480 start to win but like you have to be willing to go and you have to be willing to endure and you

00:47:53.100 have to train yourself to endure and that's why we talk about the live hard program because that's

00:47:57.220 what it teaches you so that was a fucking awesome awesome show was it yeah i don't know man no that's 0.85
